Refrain from falling for their trial, as they will charge you directly.. I noticed they offer a free 3-day trial when I downloaded the app, along with a $9.99 weekly subscription that includes the trial. Unfortunately, when I attempted to take advantage of this offer, I was unexpectedly charged right after confirming my choice, which felt deceptive. I requested a refund from Apple, but it was declined. I even canceled the subscription, yet I'm still left paying without being able to enjoy the app. I strongly advise against falling for their misleading "FREE" trial, as it isn't truly free—they will charge your credit card. Additionally, the app's vehicle model selection clearly includes pictures that aren't compatible with my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, which fortunately comes with a complimentary MyHyundai Bluelink subscription for three years.

Do Not Purchase. I was not able to check compatibility prior to selecting a plan. I was concerned it may not work, but I had no idea I would be charged before verifying it would work with my vehicle. Well it did not work, I was charged, and now when I click the link to contact the developer 94 check compatibility, the link is not functional. Apple sells this kind of app in their store and they will not assist. Do not purchase!!! Worst part, there is no one to contact about a refund. Apple isn’t being helpful, and their is no way for to contact the developer.

SCAM ALERT. Purchased app to use on my gmc truck. Heads up you have to have an active on star account which makes this app useless since I was under the impression it would replace on star and I would only have to have an on star account to use it, but it has to be an active data on star subscription or it is unless. In addition even though I have paid for it through next year every time I go in to activate the account it just redirects to buy it again even though it is active until next march. Tried to get my money back and apple denied the refund and the company refused to refund my money or even better provide the service that their app claims. It is literally a loop that wants you to purchase it over and over..DO NOT PURCHASE unless you just have $50 to blow. Do yourself a favor and take your girl out to dinner instead of being robbed by a fake app

Great app but need to update more feature!. I love this app too much. It is easy to connect my Toyota and my BMW, so smooth. I often forget where my car parked, so this app locate my car quickly 👍 I love your dashboard, simple and easy to read all the status I need like fuel level, tire pressure,.. Hope the app can update more features about maintenance to help me keep records car historical maintenance.

Don’t work. I downloaded this app on the 10th and it did not work. I put in a request to cancel and get a refund. They sent me a email telling me that it’ll be 24 hours to process to the next step and it is down day 15 and I have not Heard anything from them. I notified my bank to stop the process of the payment I have continued to reach out to this company and they’re not responding at all. I’ll give them a zero if I if I could, I would tell anybody not to download this app because it does not work for every vehicle like they say

Buyer Beware!. Before I purchased this the app it wanted to be sure my car was eligible. I entered the vehicle info and it said it would work. I then purchased the app and lo and behold, it does not work with my car. I even double checked with the dealer. I immediately cancelled the service, within 24 hours of purchasing. I have requested a refund twice from Apple and each time it said I did not qualify. It was a total bait and switch, so now I’ll go through Discover and see if they will credit the charge. 😡

$70 worth of problems!. It takes a minute or two or three for the car to actually lock/unlock so you stand there waiting, which feels and probably looks pretty ridiculous. They made an update about a week ago which resulted in my widget losing the ability to lock/unlock - the reason I purchased the annual subscription. There’s not even an icon to press to lock/unlock anymore. I reported the issue and received one email acknowledgment and then nothing since. I tried the tutorial within the app. That didn’t work. No one responds and if I cancel, there’s no refund. Really a giant waste of money and time.

Horrible App. This app is absolutely worthless. I don’t even know what it is supposed to do or what the premium services include. I paid $70 (thinking I would only be charged $5 monthly) for this app to tell me how much gas I have, what my tire pressure is, and where my car is located. It does not unlock/lock my car nor does it start my car. There are not even any buttons to show those options…meanwhile, I can use the MyBMW app to access all of those features for free. When trying to contact someone to cancel and request a refund, all of the hyperlinks just revert to the FAQs. This is an absolute rip off and I am a very dissatisfied customer. I want my money back! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Bad customer service. I don’t know for everyone else but I downloaded the app and read all the instructions thoroughly. Even though the says it works with 2016 Range Rover evoque, it would not work for my 2017 Range Rover evoque nor my 2017 Jaguar. Now I see why they made sure you pay for the app before you can even see its functionality!!! When I report the issue, the person said there will be no refund even though I can’t use the app plus they kept ignoring emails after emails. I loss $70. I wish I used the actual Land Rover app.

Pointless. Why would someone purchase this app, when all it does is give you the exact same features that you get from the car manufacturer’s own app. That is how it is with Audi. If you buy Audi connect and pay for the subscription, you get all these features through the myAudi app. Why would I pay $19/month to get features that I’m already getting. Also, the app does a poor job of explaining the benefits and it leaves people confused as to what you are signing up for, and you can’t even try the app without paying. Don’t waste your money!

Wouldn’t work and no refund!. I bought a 2021 Durango, then purchased this app (premium version), typed in my VIN, and it said not compatible. I had already paid for the service and now I have contacted them for a refund, but have not received a response (it’s been 9 days). Terms of use say all rates are no refundable. Well....if I can’t use the service, I think it’s ROBBERY if I am still charged! Charged for a service that-because of THEIR lack of coverage of my BRAND NEW VEHICLE-I cannot use. Not cool, people! Not cool!

Privacy Policy link on their Website Does not work!!. There's no option on the app or website once you like to remove your vehicle to ensure your information was deleted entirely and you don't have access to my car anymore! The only way to contact customer service is through Facebook Messenger. (what if I don't have an acct?) This is extremely unreliable, and I would recommend not installing this app when there are no clear explanations of how you can delete your personal car information!!

Nothing but problems so far.. After down loading the Toyota and Key Connect app, I keep getting emails to add my car. I have done so several times and it wants to charge me again for the plan. Very confusing. Can I register a second vehicle for the same price or is more than one car included. When I try to register my first car, I get a message saying my email is already being used and to sign in. When I do that it says my email is not recognized. Catch 22. I would cancel and start over, but message says I am stuck with paying for a year and that canceling only stops auto renew next year with no refund. I can’t find a way to make contact for help or support. I hope I haven’t just lost the yearly price which was purchased with no difficulty. So far that’s the only thing that’s gone right. This appears to be a $70 dollar rip-off, even if unintentional. I’d like the service, but would like a refund, if I can’t get help with this. Really helpful but it can do better. i’ve used app for about a year now. The main reason why this app is so good because it can manage multiple cars in digital garage, more convenient than the official one. However, i think keyconnect can do x2 better if it add more features about maintenance to check and remind us car’s service history. Anyway, to the developers, thanks for great app 💪

SCAM ALERT. I purchased the app and it does not work. I reached out to apple and they directed me to the developer of the app. I have been emailing since May and I have yet to hear back. The purchase was $80. I implore you stay away from this app and any other apps they develop. All I was asking for was basic customer service and support. I am entitled to a refund. I have never been able to use the app and they don’t care. They didn’t even bother to respond to me. I can’t afford to give $80 away. If you deal with this company that is exactly what you will be doing.

Fiasco-customer bust. Review of new OnStar replacement. I have been having issues getting the new replacement OnStar to work. I have contacted the service team regarding this issue and they are researching it. My vehicle is not meshing with the new software , so the information from my vehicle doesn’t transfer to the new system. The tire pressure shoes over 200+ psi, odometer doesn’t match, overall total mileage doesn’t show up. Yup. Not a good situation. Then the rep told me that the Key Fob will no longer be available regardless of plan you may have. I’m from the Midwest. Remote start is a must. Not happy at all with this migration.

Tricked into a subscription. I was searching for Ford apps and accidentally downloaded KeyConnect. Worse in trying to find out what the functionalities of the app, I accidentally hit the information on the subscription, and was signed up for a year with no means to cancel it. I tried the App, an out of all the”functionalities” that it has, only two things sort of worked. The tire pressure indicated the tire pressure from 250 psi to 258 psi, when the vehicle la tires were all filled to 36 psi. The other item that intermediary worked was the door locks. Average success on opening the doors were less than 50%. My personal opinion of this product is that it is too expensive for a useless product.

Big regret. I wish I could give this 0 stars. I was so disappointed with this app. I prepayed for the entire year for my car because there was no option for monthly payments. I spent all that money just to go on the account and find out that my car isn’t “eligible” for this app. So I wasted this much money for it not work!!! I tried contacting them but to no avail. There was no number associated with that app and whenever I tried to contact someone it didn’t work. I wasted all that money for something that didn’t work! I am very upset. After apple finally answered my request they told me that they can’t refund me!! Horrible horrible experience. Don’t get this app! I wish apple could somehow reimburse me because I just threw away my money.

Dissatisfied. Hello, this app stated you may cancel your subscription within 24 hours however, it is not clear where to complete that exactly- which seems deceiving. Also, there is not an area to contact someone to discuss issues/concerns. I have tried to reach out through numbers and emails I think are connected but I have no way of knowing if it’s accurate. Also, beware if you select the Payment options- just don’t! I thought I was selecting the option for a monthly payment and it took out the entire year amount. It’s sad this world went through an entire pandemic and yet people scam you. I am asking and pleading someone responds and help me to cancel my subscriptions along with a full refund. Unusable. I downloaded this app thinking it was the Kia Connect App. Obviously I was wrong but decided to continue with it anyway. It prompted me to make a payment for either the whole year or monthly. I paid the $75 for the year plan. When that was complete, it took me to the next page where I could now add my vehicle. This is where I realized Kia Tellurides are not an option. I immediately sent an email to customer support asking for a refund. This was maybe 10 minutes after the initial download. I received an automated response from Jason asking for screenshots. I replied and still have yet to hear from anyone.

Frustrated and zero response from developer. I was very excited about this application but you have to purchase it before you know it works. Because of the other good ratings I didn’t think it would be an issue so I ourchased the one year. Once in the app it asks for your make and Model 2019 VW Atlas. It then tries to connect to CARNET with VW it has been deactivated for my year and model but it still shows as a compatible model in their App. I have emailed three times with the only response being to supply more info each time from a Jason which seems like an automated response. I simply asked for a refund of my 70 dollars do to the fact I can. It use this at all. If you have a VW I would not download this it’s a rip off and customer service is a joke. Thanks for the 70 dollar lesson in consumer regret. FO

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This app is so worthless. Do not download or buy their “premium.” I thought I was purchasing the $5 a month plan just to check things out, turns out it took the whole $75 out of my bank. I instantly cancelled the subscription & still have had a pending charge for 2 days. It states you’ll have a free 24 hours but has absolutely NONE of the features it says it has. Such a waste of money & a very inconvenient app. My car tells me the same exact things this app does, besides my car & regular apple maps being more accurate. Don’t make the same mistake I did unless you like giving away free money.

is a terrible app. I’s not worth it.. I bought a truck. They told me to download the app on to set up an account while I went to set up the account and it wanted a monthly plan of four dollars a month or $49 a year. Well, I went to go set up the account and it wouldn’t even let me set up the account every time I try to just said please try again later then it went ahead and charged me before I even had the account set up so it’s a scam. I don’t know how to get my money back and now I’m out for 50 something dollars because this app just charges without even having a profile or having anything set up.

Downloaded out of curiosity. I was advertised this app, and noticed that the description makes no mention of how it actually communicates with the cars. I managed to get past the subscription bait (there’s an x in the upper left) to try to add a car. I went to add my car, and just as I suspected, it asked for my manufacturer’s app login. So this app not only requires you to subscribe to the car’s app, but itself as well. A neat idea for those with lots of modern cars in one app, but it does seem pricey after it’s all said and done.

$50 gone just like that. I am very upset that this app doesn’t provide a way to request a refund? Not every vehicle can be activated depending on the year and make connectivity may not be possible. That was the case for me with my 2011 Acura MDX. I went to the dealership and asked for help to connect per the instructions, only to be told by the dealer that it can not be connected. Perhaps after reading this review they will honor my refund, if so I will be happy to update the review. They ought to make reaching out to them an easier task. Buyer beware

Terrible app. This app cost a arm and a leg for a little bit of features you can literally already see with this app. And don’t download this app if you don’t want to spend Money because you literally cannot do a thing without buying the premium version. It says upgrade to premium like bro I was never able to do anything in the first place why would you upgrade its not like there’s a beginner or original plan that doesn’t cost anything lol that part is so funny to me. Maybe consider letting people use the app for free only for unlocking and locking there cars and that’ll probably make people want to buy the premium version and I would suggest that y’all lower the prices considering y’all’s company isn’t doing the best in the first place. Yea I looked you guys up and did some research.

Thieves. I have sent this company at least 10 emails begging for help. I have sent them emails now to cancel my subscription. We’re busy right now contact us later then I sent a request through my bank to get my money back. I guess the company said no so my bank took the money out of my account again so I have been emailing them every day we’re busy. We’ll get back to you later so and then and all of their comments is email us and we will help you. That’s funny if I were you, I would never use this company because the 70 something dollars I paid I just gave away. My grandmother always said if a thief needs some money they’re gonna find a way to take it so I hope you enjoy that money because that’s the last bit of money you’ll ever get from me.

Never even able to use it….. I wish I checked the reviews before spending 70 dollars I was excited about this and was thinking if I have to pay for it first then it prob is good app, wrong i was let down hard!!! It says Honda and Acura compatibility but it only supports Acura I put my vin and Honda link account in and it said I don’t have a car registered with Acura link because I don’t it’s Honda link then I select add car and it only gives you Acura models to choose from not one Honda so you should change the prompt to Acura only so other people don’t waste there money on a paper weight! Can you even get a refund….?

Wrong Mileage on my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle March 2022, and purchased this app. Everything was GREAT. Mileage correct, I could open and lock my doors. Well, my renewal came up and of course I renewed it. Now, the app has my mileage off by 40,000+ mileage and continues to be incorrect. The mileage is still going up and it’s wrong. They told me to make sure that I had my vehicle on mileage and not kilometers, which I did and it’s still incorrect. I’ve given my VIN, sent screenshots of my mileage and it’s STILL incorrect. I’m not renewing if they don’t fix this. If my mileage was correct a year ago, why is it off now??? I’m giving it one star because at least I can still unlock and lock my doors from the app.

Would give Zero but I want it to be seen. I’ve been trying since 22 February 2026 to get assistance from this company with a purchase and I can’t get any. No returned emails and I can’t find a phone number anywhere. It’s getting ridiculous. The product seems very promising but I can’t get help to tell you if it is or not. Argh!!!! Update: March 16 and I have still not received any assistance or heard anything from anyone regarding the issues I am having. Update: march 19 still having issues with the connection and getting no response to my attempts at assistance Update: march 27 I am still unable tonight use the service that I have purchased through the App Store. I have sent more emails since my last update and have only received the same automated responses as I received from the very first day from the company. Since I am unable to get assistance for the purchased service, I requested a refund from the company and of course that has fallen on deaf ears as well. I turned to Apple Support for help with the refund and was told my claim and purchase does not meet conditions for a refund. I’m sure you’d love to know what conditions have to be met in order to get a refund because I’ve paid for a surface that I’m not being able to use. I’m not getting any support from the company to help me get the service working. And yet Apple in their infinite wisdom says the company gets to benefit still even after they have completely defrauded the customer.

Just use your regular vehicle manufacturer app. Save your time and money this app in my case for Mercedes and Audi and my friends Toyota it does nothing more than what the apps that are free through those companies already do. In fact, it’s much more limited and buggy. For example, Mercedes, I will add the vehicle and it will show it there but it doesn’t let me do anything with the vehicle and every time I click on something it tells me to add the vehicle again on Audi. It only shows about half the things you can do. For example, you can’t remote start the car and what’s the point of it if this doesn’t add any functionality than I already get for free let alone if the app just doesn’t work and they had the audacity to charge you $20 a month or $70 a year already submitted for a refund. This app should not be allowed on the App Store save your money. I got this because I thought it would be nice to use with Siri instead of having to go into the Mercedes have to start my car, but that functionality doesn’t exist whatsoever either whatsoever either.

Better way to check compatibility. It’s probably a good app but I wanted to confirm if it actually was compatible with my vehicle and at first it said it was compatible with the app and I had to pay a subscription to go further into the process of connecting. Only then did I find out my vehicle is not actually compatible from enetering my vin number which is something I couldn’t do before getting the subscription. Spent 15 bucks just for it to tell me I cannot connect my car to the app 💔

Smooth sailing. From the moment we walked into the dealership until the moment we drove off the lot in our new Ranger it was smooth sailing. The sales people, especially our assigned salesman Derek,were helpful and friendly and Gerry who helped us with all the paperwork was a gentleman, and extremely helpful as well. All of the staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. We look forward to building relationships with all of them as well as the team in the shop. We were very pleased with Key Scales Ford (family owned)and all the team in the background and on the sales floor.

Where is my refund???. This app is THE WORST!! First I had to pay to find out if the app even works. Once they stole my money and I discovered the app wasn’t compatible with my car, I asked for a refund within 4 hours of purchase. They initially responded to my email inquiry but stopped all communication after that. I want my money back immediately!!! Why is it so difficult to adhere to your own policies??? This is wrong on so many levels!! I would give this app and it’s customer service negative 10 stars if I could! I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble to get back what is rightfully owed!!!!!!

Key connect n car connect.. It is stuck on demo car n ite not getting off. I even removed the app n put it in again n its still stuck on demo car obnoxious. At first it rold me everything about my car. How much ch gas n oil if its low yet mph miles now nothing i say onstar BIG mistake. Ive had wifi in all my cars since 2015. I never had to make an account n pay for data on my wifi in my car. Of course the previous cars were Fords. U got in the car n it switched over from whatever wifi u were in rite to Ford n our second car was the same. Infinity. I never had to pay an extra 50 a mail nth to get any info. N if u do break down atent we paying enuf in insurance that they take care of that????

Payment Before Setup. You have to pay for a subscription before you can set it up. What if it doesn’t work for my car? How do I verify that it is compatible with my car prior to purchasing a subscription? Edit: I bought the app for $70 and it doesn’t work for my car. Note: this does not work for Honda! The “Honda / Acura” choice should just be Acura. It prompts you to sign in to your Acura account or enter your VIN. I don’t have an Acura so I don’t have an Acura account and it told me my VIN was from a different brand. So if you have a HONDA don’t buy this app!

Very bad decision. I warn people to stay away. This is something that should be removed from Apple products all together. I paid for the yearly subscription , but I couldn’t get connected for days. I contacted the developer via email and made them aware, AND I asked about how to get a refund. They emailed back and said send them a picture of the error message so they could see what was going on, and AGAIN, I asked about getting a refund. I never heard anything back, and this is as close to a scam as it gets. So please stay away, leave honest reviews, and make your friends and family aware. I tried to give zero stars but you have to click 1 star to leave a review comment.

Awesome. Works fine. Keyconnect was easy to load and connect with my two car Chevrolet&Lexus. I have tested the lock/unlock and star features which all worked flawlessly. Yesterday, on highway I got a warning that my car was running out of gas from this app, and moreover it helps me find the nearest gas station. This is an awesome app.

Worthless. The app has literally no functionality without subscription. On top of that, there’s nothing you can even do in the app before subscribing that will help you determine if it’s something you want. There is only a dummy “Select your make” picklist that does nothing, just takes you to a subscription screen no matter what you select. They should be charging for the app on the store rather than pretending it is free with paid upgrades. They do it this way with the clear intention of getting subscribers for the super short 3 day free trial hoping you will forget to cancel before they hit you with a whopping $20 monthly charge for a junk app.

Awful. I purchased this app because I only had one key fob. The problem started right at the payment time. It was listed as 4999 and then I started seeing all over the place. It was 3999. I filled out all the requested information That stuck on a page who constantly took me to sorry Honda is not available right now. Please leave your email and will let you know when it’s back up but it’s been like four days and no email and I’m ready. To go right to Apple to get my money back I’m really disappointed because this is what I need and to get a fob programmed is like $200.

Must have an active service with your vehicle!. I had hoped this app would work with my 2012 Chevy Cruze since ONSTAR is no longer compatible with my vehicle. I locked my keys in the car and previously would have been able to unlock it through my Chevy app. I downloaded this app and had to pay a subscription before I could even find out that I needed an active subscription through ONSTAR for this to work. This app should warn what the requirements are or at least get one through the app before a payment is required.

Tricked into purchasing a yearly subscription. I forgot to add this to my original review. I was tricked into purchasing a yearly subscription, and there’s no way to cancel it and there’s no trial period. I immediately requested a refund from the App Store but was told I needed to contact the developer, who never responded, so I’ve been stuck with a $70 app that I’ve never been able to use even if I wanted to. Every time I use my car, this app pops up. For what reason I have no idea because it’s a worthless app. You can’t even test the app to see if it even works before purchasing it. The only thing that does work is the tire pressure and that’s not even correct. The GPS doesn’t locate the car…it locates the phone with the app installed on it! I have no idea how this app got 4.5 stars because every review that I read is at least one star. The developer must be able to pay for that rating. Take my advice, just use the app that’s distributed by your vehicle manufacturer. Just read all of the reviews of everyone being tricked into making a $70 purchase and not being able to get a refund. The developer is a thief in this app should not be allowed in the App Store

BOGUS COMPANY! PLEASE BE AWARE!. I have sent two requests with photos of my issue with this app and have not received a valid response from anyone; instead, I get an automatic response from a Rep. called Jason. I honestly failed to look at the reviews until later and notice other clients have experienced the same lack of response from this bogus company in resolving their customer’s issues and concerns. At this point I had to request a refund from Apple directly since Key Connect never had the audacity to issue me a refund I begged everyone Reading this review to please retract from spending your hard earn money in this Bogus company. Like someone wrote before in one of the reviews, you can get the same services for free, with your own car company.

No refund available. Since this app is linked to a service provided by the car manufacturer, it’s not available for vehicles for which the manufacturer has discontinued that service. If I had known that beforehand, I wouldn’t have downloaded it. What’s more, I only found out after I had already paid. And there’s no way to know that in advance. So, I contacted support and requested a refund. I provided my VIN and a screenshot of the error three times, but I got the same response every time. “Hello, Thanks for reaching customer support. Unfortunately, I’m busy at the moment. If you encountered any bugs, please share the error screenshots and vehicle VIN. I’ll get back within 48 hours. Thanks for your patience. Julia - Customer Support.” It’s ridiculous to keep going through the same thing over and over, so I’ve given up and accepted that this company has no intention of issuing a refund.

Don’t purchase BEWARE SCAM. Purchased this app thinking I could use it to have a digital key for my car (it is set up that way). The app states it works with Hyundai however you can’t really see it unless you purchase it. So I paid for it and of course my car is not supported. I immediately emailed customer service and got a response to ask the App Store for a refund which there is no way to do. Now I am out of $70 for an app that I have never and will never be able to use. If I could give it zero stars and flag it as a scam I would!

Don’t trust the free trial offer. I was told about a free trial and that if the subscription was cancelled prior to the bill date the account would not be charged!!! All lies!! I canceled the same day of the so called free trial and two days later there trying to pull $76 from my account. I was told to let it go through and they would work on a refund…so I’m supposed to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money $76 that should have never been pulled! Plus there was no remote start, all that was offered was keyless entry and logs on maintenance! I’m having to cancel all other subscriptions, unlink all my cards due to this worthless app!

Waste of Money. This app failed to deliver the functionality it advertised. From the beginning, it would not perform basic tasks such as displaying tire pressure information or providing vehicle location mapping. Whenever I attempted to refresh the app to obtain updated vehicle data, I frequently received an error message stating that my vehicle was unable to perform the requested task. In addition, I was constantly required to log back into the app, and on multiple occasions it created duplicate entries for my vehicle. The overall experience was frustrating and unreliable. I use the app with a 2024 Hyundai Palisade, and unfortunately it never consistently performed even the most basic functions. To make matters worse, despite these ongoing issues, the Apple App Store denied my refund request. I am very disappointed with both the app’s performance and the lack of customer support regarding a refund.

Scam advertising, bogus app. The app is a FRAUD. It’s use to get your data email pword to hack into other accounts you might have elsewhere. Since trying to sign in I had to close two credit cards, at least 6 of my online accounts had hacking attempts It’s all from fraudulent advertising that appears on this app, it looks like legit components of the app but it’s not. BEWARE do not use login and emails (and pword) you use on other sites for this app, they will get hacked The high number of reviews and ratings is all given by bots, they bought the majority of the 5 star reviews

Complete scam. Purchased because it stated that it worked with my vehicles. It even had you type in the vehicle to make sure it was compatible with the app. Of course, after purchasing it’s not compatible with my vehicle therefore I pay for no reason. They also refused a refund. My second vehicle that actually is compatible does not work because the app does not work. It gets to a certain point and then says there’s an error and it makes you start all over again. Total scam of an app. Don’t waste your money like me and countless others.

Terrible customer service. I paid $20 for one month of this app. It doesn’t work in my country but I had no way of knowing that prior to buying it because they do not offer a trial period. Horrible product. I downloaded the app and paid for subscription, yet I cannot use it because I am in Canada, customer service hasn’t returned my email. I am current out $104.99 cdn. Absolute garbage. I tried logging in as if I’m in the US but it won’t recognize my login info from my car manufacturer account.

Does not work in my region. Really terrible that the app took my money before I could discover that it doesn’t work with Hyundai cars in Canada. They have refused a refund too. Unbelievable! Edit: I did get a reply from the developer asking me to get in touch via a link that goes absolutely nowhere. They share the same link on all the bad reviews here, presumably to make it look like they are being responsive. They stole my money. And they may well steal yours too. Steer clear.

Report an issue works but takes days and gets answered by third rate support techs that just ask for screenshots and don’t actually do anything. No live chat. No phone access. There is a three day free trial but I cannot find a way to cancel subscription. The Contact Us button goes to FAQ. I will have to go to my credit card company to stop payment

Very frustrating app. I don’t want this app right now but fear I will now be charged Thru the App Store. This app does not explain how to cancel the service nor does it provide a way to contact someone. It keeps taking me to the FAQ’s. I am going on record here that I do not want this app at this time. Don’t waste your money. I recently purchased a new to me Camry, 2018, and the free subscription to have remote start had run out obviously since the car is not brand new. I bought one month plan on this app, and it doesn’t even work. I try to connect my Camry to the app, but when I’m trying to log in, it keeps loading and loading and doesn’t even log in. It times out eventually.

Scam! Bogus! Rip Off!. I could not register and so I put in a ticket. There is not even a forgot password or user name on the log n screen. I did get one response but once I answered and put in a screenshot of my issue and got ‘crickets only’ I knew I had been ripped off. They charge you $64 but with tax it’s nearly $72 bucks. I asked for a refund. Crickets. Learn from my mistake. What a pile. Do not believe any of these stars. They deserve a zero star.

People pay for this?. Not sure why people get scammed into paying for this when you only have one car. Your car manufacturer app will provide the best possible integration with your car. This app doesn’t seem to provide anything extra unless you have multiple cars and are too lazy to use the apps for them. Not worth the $70 for the year.

Scam!. I downloaded this app thinking I could unlock my car after I accidentally locked my fob in the trunk. The app asked me up front to purchase a subscription only to find out afterwards that it isn’t compatible with my car. The terms state you’re able to cancel at any time and to contact them to do so. But it’s been a week since I contacted them and they have yet to respond. Such a rip off!

Wouldn’t work and no refund!. I bought a 2021 Durango, then purchased this app (premium version), typed in my VIN, and it said not compatible. I had already paid for the service and now I have contacted them for a refund, but have not received a response (it’s been 9 days). Terms of use say all rates are no refundable. Well....if I can’t use the service, I think it’s ROBBERY if I am still charged! Charged for a service that-because of THEIR lack of coverage of my BRAND NEW VEHICLE-I cannot use. Not cool, people! Doesn’t work with my vehicle. Down loaded prior to a road-trip with puppies to keep the car on and cooling when stopping at test areas. Did not work with my vehicle and unable to get a refund. Called the car dealership where I got it and Hyundai has a free app that works quite well. Really quick to take my money but not very accessible when issues. Emailed an address that was listed for someone else that had issues. No response. Paid with PayPal.

Meh, your manufacturers app is probably better. The only use case I can find for this app is if you have multiple vehicles from different manufacturers. Other than that if you only have one manufacturer or one vehicle it is more useful to use the app created by that manufacturer. The features are limited and set up can be difficult.

Horrible. I downloaded and been trying to sign in but it wouldn’t let me. I uninstalled it then reinstalled and I finally got to sign in but it will not let me add my car, it just keep popping up subscriptions and prices. It’s horrible. At least let the newbies try it out before buying the subscriptions. A lot needs to be fixed. I shouldn’t have to do all this extra stuff just to try it out.

Keyless and smart. Amazing and smart app. Lovely to be able to track and control without touching the car key. Waiting anxiously for my other car being on the list!

Worst app. Customer service is garbage (TRASH) after one and couple days I send my email someone finally respond to my email last at 1234am. I had sent about 3 emails with screenshots of the issues and apparently the person didn’t read my issues from my email because the person email explain how to setup app which is common sense the easiest part. I will write my problem everyday until this app REFUND my money back.

App doesn’t work. I’ve had this app for over a week now and it has yet to do anything other than load. The listed info about my car’s status gave me all wrong info. The gas level was way off, the tire pressures all read in the 200s when they were actually 34psi, and my car mileage was way off. I asked for a refund and didn’t get a reply. Please trust me when I say you are wasting your money on this app.

Don’t but! Claims to support Cadillac but doesn’t. I paid for this app because in order to add my Cadillac it said I had to pay. However I can’t even get to the point of seeing the car as it shows a 403 error (Application not authorized to requested make(s): CADILLAC) every time. Please fix or refund my money immediately. Additionally I tried to email the developer and received no response.

Don’t do it!. You can’t check until after you subscribe if your car is compatible. I cancelled t 10 minutes and still haven’t gotten a refund. The policy says you can cancel within 24 hours. My car says right on the dash screen it has unconnect every time I start it but this says my car is not compatible. Get the free vendor apps available for your vehicle instead!

Such a scam. I don’t know how this app get 44k reviews and 4.6 stars. This is such a scam and Apple Store need to be notified. First, this app does not work for my ES 2015 Lexus, as well as for many other reviewers with different car manufacturers. Secondly, they DO NOT DISCLOSE that you will need to subscribe to whatever your car manufacturer premium service required. Otherwise , this $70 annually crappy app will be useless. Please be AWARE, don’t get yourself into this scam!

Suspicious. Their advertisement showed that it worked for my car make and model. I went into the app and it said my specific model was indeed compatible. Wrong! I reached out to their customer service on Facebook and they’re saying it’s incompatible. They’re also refusing to send me a list of compatible vehicles. Overall, very suspicious and I’m glad I didn’t pay upfront as others have. Strongly recommend not doing business with this company.

Worst app ever purchased 🤬. I purchased this app for my Acura TLX (obviously made by Honda) and it will not allow me to create an account to sign in with. I can’t even get to a screen that will assist me, no chat box and there isn’t even a help screen. I am very, very extremely frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to save yourself some grief and a whole lot of your precious time, just purchase a key fob from your auto dealer or a stereo equip store!

KeyConnect Awesome. Locked my remote key in car and stumbled across this app trying to find a solution. It worked!!! Steps were fast and easy!!! Didn’t have to call Roadside assistance or a locksmith!

Not a Fan. This AP got me to pay for the subscription before letting me into the AP. After I paid the fee it would not even let me into the AP. It would either idle for a long time or tell me that login information was incorrect. It made it very difficult just to log in. It did not even allow me to reset my login information. Don’t waste your money on this AP.

Inaccurate. Everything about the “data” pulled from my vehicle is completely inaccurate! The tire pressure, the mileage, the fuel gauge or amount of fuel and how many miles it can go until empty, the picture of my vehicle and what it is, the location even though on the map it shows correct, it tells me my car is 50 miles away ... nothing about this makes any sense. What is the purpose of this app?

Did not work for my vehicle. I was unaware did not work for my vehicle until after I purchased it so now I spent money on an app that doesn’t work for my vehicle. They should have a list of vehicles that are compatible with this app so that the person purchasing it and knows exactly if it’s compatible or not compatible with your vehicle instead of having to purchase it then finding out.

Reviews. I was going to download this app after reading all the reviews which is 99% of the reviews are very very bad. Not worth the gamble. Downloaded this a couple of weeks ago for my 2020 Toyota RAV 4 AWD. Went to try me vehicle to see it’s compatible and it takes you to the subscription of three days or annually. Why do consumers have to take a gamble on a product to see if it’s compatible or not. Why do you the developers give the us the consumers 30 days to try before committing to a subscription. To Apple START SCREENING THESE APPS. ITS BECOMING A REAL PAIN.

Awful experience! Don’t get it!!!!. You can’t tell whether or not your car is compatible until you subscribe. I took for granted my 2016 Nissan Maxima would be so I opted for the better value and subscribed for a year. I realized immediately that it wouldn’t work with my car and I sent an email asking for a refund. (Most apps give you a trial period BEFORE you’re charged, NOT this one!) So now I’m out $75 for an app I can’t use.

FALSE INFORMATION. If I could give below one star I would! Do not, I repeat, do not give money to this app! You are told your vehicle is compatible and they take your money and then after taking your VIN all of a sudden, it isn't available yet! Then when you email you get no response! So basically a scam app that needs to be reported immediately for false information that is taking customers' money! I have emailed seven times with no response!

The worst!!!. I have a KIA and I downloaded the app, validated that my VIN was compatible, purchased a year subscription…and when setting up my vehicle, KIA isn’t even an option. I contacted customer support, via email only…no phone support!! I got nothing!!
