LandMap Property Line Finder App Reviews

Doesn’t show the property lines exactly. I was expecting more but is just like google maps. I was expecting a exact lines of the property but it show just like google earth And I can’t even zoom in

Awesome. Great app. Super helpful in so many ways for construction purposes

The map info is not accurate. The lot I own was split up in 2021 and is updated in the gis. This is basic and free and paying for this app is not worth it.

Needs better features. Was hoping the geodetic land markers from the city were incorporated but all this has is a map and you have to make the points blindly. Recommend merging the already populated parcel map lines for properties so people can walk their land using the GPS feature. Deleted app after realizing this was missing.

Save money and time. I'm just an ordinary person who don’t want to hire a surveyor to find property lines. I aimed to define my boundaries since I wanted to add something to my yard but was still wary of conflict areas with my neighbor. Of course it is for reference but it help me to save both time and money. fantastic tool for other aiming to identify their property boundaries

Not good for locating or measuring property lines. They need to create a way for you to measure the lot. It shows you the lines for the property, but you’re not able to zoom in for a clear image to actually locate the property line. It would be nice if you were able to click and measure the width of the property. Or measure from the corner of the house out to the property line.

Wonderful. As a Realtor working, this app is useful to me. The property boundaries for measurement purposes are only indicative; I do not expect them to be absolutely accurate. To determine and officially record them on documents, a surveyor is needed. However, the results closely match my own survey. They are very convenient for simply dividing my land area that I can use without causing any trouble with the neighbors.

Man, this is NEAT!. The way it breaks the arial view down to show property lines and owner names is amazing!

This app is incredible 👍with just a few taps, I can access detailed information about my property like property tax information, ownership records, sale value and owner contact. Nothing special. Signed up for a free trial and was charged. It’s also no better than any of the other apps that have been around longer.

Not Accurate. Map is not even close to being accurate. Missing data, adding and deleting land, missing land. Not impressed and needs lots of improvement.

Almost There. It is a pretty good app, really like the find area option. Would have given 5 stars if had been able to delete items in history. Even though I like this app because it is very simple to use and would consider a subscription, it is really too pricey for what I would use it for.

No easy way to unsubscribe. I can’t unsubscribe from this app. Please help. Also, it did not give me accurate property lines when I searched with it.

Pop ups to rate app. I loaded this app and the first time it opened it interrupted me with a pop up to rate the app. I closed it and it popped up again. Aggressive!

Found too many errors. The first few properties I looked at had too many errors for me to confidently use this.

Useful app. I love how this app show all the data I need for a property survey. As a RE investor, I always follow and look for properties, this app help me to save lots of time. The data allows me to access parcel information through an intuitive topo map and satellite view. I save all my favorite spot and get it into folders. It’s awesome, but gotta admit, the fee makes me have to wonder. Still, im toward seeing it as worth

Do not explore!. If you click on this app ‘just to explore’, you will be harassed forever to try their free trial. I cannot find a way to block them! The “in app purchase” is $99/yr, or $13/mo! Writing to support will not eliminate emails or messages!

Information not correct. OK app, it found my house, but had all the information wrong. Shows my house being sold in 2013, I have been here since 1996. Pretty sure it’s a data mix up?

Information is not accurate or complete. I open the app and it shows vague information on my house which is not accurate at all. And it doesn’t show any of the addition added to the property

Landmap: property line finder. Uninstalled the app as soon as I installed it, app doesn’t work, shuts down, don’t wast your time, if I could I would give it no stars.

L. It works very well. I hope I had more futures where you can take screenshots of anything that you possibly need my information or your land info.

Are you sure?. Who did this app have no idea what a land survey is? You can’t retrace boundary lines using and app. Surveys needs field and record investigation. I have not seen an app digging to locate an original monument. Use this and you will be probably sue by your neighbor when you encroach his property.

Incorrect info. My property lines on this app — and others I’ve seen — are incorrect. I paid a surveyor to get a real property line layout. All these apps cut my property shorter than it really is.

Doesn’t work - but will ask for you to pay anyways. can’t see property lines.. it just shows google maps. then it makes you sign up for an unneeded subscription for an app that doesn’t work? You have to be joking… no thanks

Wasted 100.00 dollars. Purchased the annual subscription. Worked for one week. Now the app won’t even open properly. The app says I need a subscription. Apple subscriptions say I have almost a year left. Won’t let renew after reinstalling the app. That app freezes at the start and won’t open on its own. Nothing works if you can open it.

Error code after error code. No matter what I do…. Error code 0 I’ve tried making an account, error code 0, I tried to do the pro trial, error code 0, tried viewing a property, error code 0, uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s the same. What a lovely 3 day trial to experience error code 0! 😒
