Good route planning app. I was previously using Excel sheets to manually optimize my routes, which was a time-consuming and frustrating process. Ad covers the optimize button. I can’t even tell if this would be a good app because there is an ad that covers the bottom of the screen where the optimize button is.

Charged full price for free trial. Signed up for a free trial and 12 hours later was charged for a full year

Good for delivery planning 👍. This delivery routing app was very useful for delivering packages all Los Angeles. To be able to plot points on a map which then greatly helps to calculate the order of delivery. Thank you very much for making this app. As a generic, overall planning software it is spot-on. However, I would have like to have seen a bit more flexibility, such as reversing the the route

Does the job. Help save time. I’m doing a lot of driving to deliver mails. What I like best is the app shows best route and alternative routes to compare travel time. 2 featues that other apps dont have are police camera map and live weather. I feel more confident when driving. There are some minor bugs though. Hope developers fix them soon. Keep it up!

App crashes. BUYER BEWARE!!!! APP IS A SCAM! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DOESNT WORK! NO RESPONSE BACK FROM MULTIPLE EMAILS SENT! I am HIGHLY disappointed with this app. I paid $65 for the premium subscription and created my route. When I went to actually use the app it crashes every time I click navigate. I have sent two emails reporting the issue with no response. I just want a refund so that I can purchase an app that actually works properly.

Scam!!!! Don’t do it!!!!!!. Don’t fall for the “free trial” because they will literally charge your card instantly and there’s no way of canceling it through the app. All you can do is email them, but they won’t respond. APPLE will NOT refund your money back if you fall for it!!! There’s no way they aren’t changing the app rating because if you look past the first 3 comments, everyone is saying they got scammed!!! I feel stupid for not doing more reading at the comments before signing up for the trial, but it showed an overall 4.5 rating so I figured it couldn’t be that bad….. there’s no way! I repeat, Apple will NOT give a refund, which is absolutely mind blowing to me because it’s so obvious that it’s fraud! I spoke to many different people from there and submitted multiple requests to report/refund and they kept INSTANTLY declining them. Every Apple agent I’d talk with would have me go through all the questions to look into it and have me show them all of this proof that I have just to come come back after “speaking with their managers” or whatever to say there’s nothing they can do. I am hoping that my bank will dispute that charge, but it has been extremely frustrating and such a hassle. I’m hoping to prevent anyone else from having to go through this!!!! I don’t understand how Apple is allowing this app to even exist anymore because they are well aware of it being a scam!!!

Great app. Fast simple

Simply doesn’t work. I put my starting point as my current location which works fine at the beginning. I add a couple stops which also work fine. Once I type in my ending location the app switches it to my current location and changes my beginning location to what is supposed to be my ending location. I’ve hit the “clear route” button many times and nothing happens. Waste of time at this point. Very disappointed

Don’t waste your time or money. Immediately on load it pops up to buy its ridiculously priced subscriptions just so you can add multiple stops on a planned route. It’s very primitive and doesn’t load what you’re searching for while you’re typing it- you have to search the full name of the business and then search.

Free trial doesn’t exist. Stated free trail but then immediately charged me. I was looking at several apps unsure if this would work for what I needed but thought I’d download to try. I was immediately charged.

Charged. Why was I charged after being offered a 30day free trial when I downloaded this app. Canceled immediately but charged 2 days later.

Trial isn’t going well. Spent $60. It doesn’t recognize more than half the addresses we enter into the route. Then try to work with them to find a solution for it but “Report an Issue” doesn’t actually work.

Simple planning. This app has made my work a lot easier! The route-planning process has never been so simple. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware. I went to test out this app and signed up for the free trial. Unfortunately, got charged 59.99 and the app will not even let me send an email to cancel the subscription. I didn’t want the subscription. I wanted the trial. Buyer Beware!

THIEVES. I was still charged a month of subscription even though I canceled the first day I even used the app trial. Only used the app once, canceled the before the trial end then somehow still got charged $19.99. Never used the app since the first and only day. I look at subscriptions and says active but nowhere that says cancel it only has renew option which means clearly I never had an active subscription to begin with. Wish I would have read other reviews stating this same issue.

BEWARE! SCAM!!!. Got this app to maybe help plan my Hawaii trip. Opened it up & it asked me to select a plan before then it would enable a free trial. It charged me right away. Apple would not refund me either so beware!!! Going to have to try to get a refund thru my bank! This app doesn’t even work on top of all that!!! Tried to use it since I couldn’t get my money back & it’s saying there’s a data code error.

“Free” 30 day trial is fake!!. I tried to do the “30 day free trial” they had on their app but was instead charged $19.99 straight away. It’s crappy that they would do that. Sent them an email asking for a refund. Hoping they’ll respond and give it back. What a scam.
