Amazing. This is a badddd boy! I bought one for me and my son last week and he was blown away also. I’ve was a Bose fanatic until I got this bad boy. I’m now a diehard of JBL. fan. Party Mode tends to freeze.. Whenever I try to create a party or even view the party mode the WHOLE thing just doesn’t even load, it freezes. As soon as I even open party mode the whole thing just stops loading. The animation that plays when in party mode, it just stops. And I’ve check if the app needed an update, I’ve tried uninstalled then reinstalled and nothing seems to be working. Idk what going on here but its worked ONCE, and now it doesn’t. I don’t know what I can do to fix it. Help?

Issues connecting to Bluetooth through app. Issues connecting to Bluetooth through app. I connected fine with my iPhone 12 Pro Max when I first got the JBL party box 310. Downloaded the app and everything connected fine. When I exited the app and went back into it, it ask me to pair again then gave me an error message. I would I have exit the app and re-pair again through Bluetooth, not through the app. Kept trying with the app but still having the same issue. Hopefully it gets fixed soon because although the sound sounds great, would love to have a working app for this high end high priced sound speaker.

PartyBox App. I purchased the 110 to add extra bass to my 2 Bose S1 pro setup. I would love an Equalizer and crossover capability. I really need to fine tune the 110 for specific applications. That being said. I really think the 110 sounds great and looks perfect. It would be helpful if future generations could bring the weight down to 15 lbs. I don’t want to sacrifice the power and bass to go with EON speaker which is lighter.

Great app, a little finicky... It’s awesome that you can control so many features the Partybox lineup has to offer with this app. My only small complaint is that it takes a bit for the app to connect to the speaker, and sometimes it doesn’t show it’s connecting at all and I’ll have to disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect it. Aside from that there are many great features, like light effects, eq, tws, and more. I think it would be cool if jbl added a “solid colors wheel” without the special effects though.

Need to add an equalizer badly !!!. The app is ok but they definitely needs an equalizer and maybe let you customize the lights more to your liking. It should also let you know if your speaker is up to date instead of just telling what version it’s on. the reason I said it need an equalizer is because this speaker can sound muffled at times and that eq that’s on the speaker and the app is only for karaoke and not for anything else so please enable those equalizer for regular music listening too it would help out a lot.

Jbl partybox. I think I this app got a better upgrade then the last one. As well for the jbl it’s the best sound system I ever own . I own the flip 5 but then bought the boombox jbl partybox 310 and I also partybox 1000.. the bass on these systems are amazing to own.. Thank you jbl for your quality of sound

On/off so feature bug. Good app just two problems one sometimes the speaker have to be turned on by hand to use the app 2. The speaker sometime goes into this mode Idk what it is and I have to turn it on by hand to use the app I think it takes away from the on/off feature from the app besides that when it says standby mode it’ll work smoothly

I wish the lights didn’t move. The party settings are fine but why not provide a setting where you could just have the lights be lights without all the flashes and moving around? I realize I can turn the strobe flashes off but even the bass lights are all wacky. Please halp.

Versatility. To me this piece of technology goes further than just hearing music . It’s an all in all 4 me. I use for tv, as an bass guitar amp, I use to speak in the open (till Freedom of Speech is gone), great Karaoke with JBL wireless mics and the light work is relaxing. It’s my Gospel amplification! Calling all to repentance! Back to Christ box!!

It’s a great app !!!. So far I haven’t had any bugs no issues whatsoever just wish there where a few more preset audio options (equalizer options) and an option for a slow color change threw all colors but other than that it’s a great app.

Good speaker, not so great options.. Very frustrating that there is no way to select the colors for the light effects or really control the effects at all. Every effect preset seems to mix other effects in besides one or two, and those ones don’t really perform with the music as well. Also when you pick a custom color, it ends up just picking another color you didn’t choose to go along with the one you picked and you have no choice what it will be. Plus it ends up just mixing whatever other colors it wants in as well depending on the effect. Just wish with such a nice light fixture you had more options.

Love the product. This is the most AMAZING Speaker/Light show! After bringing it home, I was so impressed I went back a few days later and bought another one!!! Very impressed with the overall quality and portability! THE signature JBL SOUND IS AMAZING … THE BASS IS BUMPING AND HIGHS ARE DELICIOUS !!! & IT’S EVEN BETTER IN STEREO!!! (There is only one minor problem- I’m having trouble getting the microphone to work with the JBL PartyBox app:/// I did try calling JBL Support, and a nice person told me very politely that they’re still working on that issue)? With such an amazing product that answer doesn’t seem to make sense:/ Finally, I should probably mention that the microphone does actually work and sounds pretty good and includes a spacey reverb seemingly built-in to the mike - You just can’t change any settings because the JBL App. (BTW it came with the speaker in the box) isn’t able to detect the microphone:(((

710’s turns on for no reason. With this last update my speakers turn on randomly for no reason with the latest update in April I have to unplug them when I’m not using them it’s very annoying. Hopefully a new update will correct this? No other complaints. They rock the house

MORE SOUND DESIGNATION. Its simple, not too much subterfuge. Connectivity is good, i just want more control over the lows and mids. Aesthetically pleasing and connects between devices well. I would like at least an hour of pause time before devices power down, that, being the only down side, 5 stars.

Needs EQ. This app works as intended pretty well, I’ve only had a couple minor hiccups where it lost connection to my partybox mid song. However, it is imperative that JBL update this app to include an EQ. Most of the competitors have it, and I like to use the partybox as a budget portable PA speaker for small events. A good EQ would make all the difference in the world to bring these devices into a bigger audience. Another feature that would be huge would to have the option to adjust microphone volume from the app, but that may require some hardware modification on the speakers.

The day JBL took over the sound. I just purchased 2 in party box120s play them in tandem and I must say the sound is incredibly satisfying i don’t think I’ve heard a more crisp sound and the bass is thumping and clear and hits so hard it makes my house raddle I wish I had gotten the 540s but that day is coming I couldn’t be more satisfied thank you to JBL ..

This 710 Thumps!. From ordering it to displaying at our annual Crawfish Party was a breeze. I went a step further and also purchased wireless microphones & a cover. My experience was fantastic & I’m proud I chose this setup. Does exactly what I want it to. Friends & Family are impressed so I may be personally responsible for additional sales! 😎 If you’re on the fence, let me tell you, Just pull the trigger and make the purchase. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice to have adjustments, but connection is sketchy. I purchased 2 310 speakers to have the ability to link together. However, linking the two makes the app confused at times, not allowing me to enter the dashboard, even if both speakers are connected via link and both connected to my phone via Bluetooth. Aside from that, the dashboard is great in allowing so many adjustments.

Works great. Once I learned the app and how the speakers connected to the app, it is great. Through the app, the speakers get connected once both speakers are turned on… the device with the app will search for them - must choose each speaker to be turned on to connect both through app. I think it also will turn on the speakers via the app remotely but it’s not consistent seems to only want to turn one on. I turn on each speaker manually on top of the speaker then search for both speakers.

The App is completely broken on iPad mini. The latest update completely broke the app, I have 2 party boxes and after the update the app goes through the blue ring of detecting the party boxes and once they show up lined up to be selected it does not allow me to select the speaker; I can scroll through the speakers but I am not able to select either one to adjust the volume, TWS or lighting features. Hope this gets fixed soon, as the app is a big part of the value proposition.

This app won’t connect to party lights stick on iPhone 17 Pro Max. I don’t know what the issue is with the iPhone 17 Pro Max, but it will not connect to a partylight stick. I’ve tried everything rebooting the phone deleting the app reinstalling the app. Nothing works! Luckily, I have an old iPhone 13 Pro and I was able to connect to my sticks with that, but this is truly disappointing that I can’t connect to my partylight sticks with an iPhone 17 Pro Max. If I didn’t have a spare iPhone 13 Pro, I don’t know what I would’ve done. You’ve been warned.

I’m amazed with it!!!. This thing is awesome!!! Rich sound with earth shaking bass! I told my wife that I have been looking for something like this all my life, lol. I’m 61. I thought about getting two for myself but one is more than enough for my needs. I did however buy a second one and donated it to the youth group at my church. I also have two JBL sound bars that rattle the house but I really have been enjoying listening to my Party Box. Unbelievable sound outside as well. Thanks JBL for making premium products at an affordable price!

App is great!!!. I have the JBL 110 and let me control light features, and let me unlock a whole new level of bass boost. They allowed me to change the color which you cannot do on the actual speaker. Also, it also can turn it off and change the color of the lights.

Great sound. No regrets, it was a perfect buy. Great sound and I enjoyed singing along with the microphone, easy to connect to iPhone. All you need to do is install JBL app. Carry wherever you go. USB C for microphone not included but it’s not a big deal, you can buy it online or in store.

Confused. I always play in stereo mode but since the app was changed I cannot go to party mode if I hit ungroup it only plays one speaker and I thought that meant it just took it off stereo and put it in party box mode but it does not it just plays one speaker ? Sometimes there are certain things I prefer in mono or ( AKA ) PartyBox mode. And under this new change I’m only limited to stereo or only use one speaker?

JBL PartyBox. JBL PartyBox is my favorite app to use. This app thinks of every feature to make the speaker easier and more fun. Have you ever been lying down in your bed or in another room and your just too lazy to get up and turn on your speaker. If you are like me and have those moments this app is perfect for you. The app offers a feature where you can turn on the speaker from your phone . This app also offers many fun dj sounds that all children love. You can also change the bass, mid, and treble. This app is percect for me and will be for you too. Wow, I love this app.

It needs to remember the last volume setting. The app is slow but that is not as big of a deal as having to adjust the volume each time. Using AUX in.

Suggestion:. You know, it would be nice if the JBL Partybox 1000 would have app support, EQ, Etc. Especially at this price point, I think it would be nice if it had app support some point in the future. By the way, the partybox 710 will sometimes not connect to bluetooth when I turn it on from the app and I have to manually go in my bluetooth to connect it. Please fix, urgently and thanks. Another issue: When I’m using TWS between my JBL encore essential and my Partybox 710, if I turn up my essential, it will randomly make my Partybox 710 volume jump up, it’s very annoying, please fix soon and I want to be able to control the volume individually, without it effecting the other speaker. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible, please and thanks. Also, the JBL encore essential does the same thing as the JBL Partybox 710, where it would not connect to bluetooth automatically when turning jt on from app.

Great sound speaker. I’ve been wanted to by the product for quite a while, I decided to take the hit an bought one, I don’t regret it, the unit is outstanding, great base and highs are just well calibrated, they work in unison. Buy the product if you can, you won’t regret it

Stopped pairing with speakers in app after iOS 16 update…. This app was working flawlessly before iOS 16 came out, now my iPhone 14 (with iOS 16) can’t find the speakers on the app, even though they are paired with Bluetooth on the phone. I have called JBL several times, but they are not helpful at all. Their fix is to replace the speakers, which I don’t believe is the problem…this issue is also happening on my JBL Flip 6 speakers. The app needs to be fixed to work with iOS 16!

🤬Why’d U Remove EQ?. This app used to be great because it had an equalizer with at least three bands to change the levels of the sound. Whichever geniuses in marketing decided to remove that feature should be fired. Because now all you can do is the same thing you can do without the app, and that’s turn the device on and off, change the volume, and change the lights and the patterns. You can do that without the app. Having that equalizer in the app was an added bonus. It made having the app useful. Now there’s no point of having this app because I already have all these features.

Light display. Back in 71 I created the pulsating lights to music. I really wanted it to be a mix of frequencies determined by the music coming from one bulb that blended the frequencies accordingly. I thought that was what the JBL 100 would do but am not disappointed with the sound would prefer if it blended colors instead of a light display.

Omg this is amazing. I guess I’m a big music guy, I drive for a living and music is always playing. I come home and I play music everywhere, in the yard, in the garage and pretty much everywhere I go. This is nice because it doesn’t mess around, nobody is going to run off with it and it makes a statement. The price is just right and I can’t wait to enjoy this on the tennis court and on the beach. Get one today!

JBL PartyBox 710. The PartyBox 710 is a beast. I wish I could lower the bass even more on the app. Even at the lowest settings, the bass is too much before my neighbors start complaining. Please get rid of the start up and shut sound. That's annoying. Also, stop the 1 second pause in sound when going all the way to full volume. Besides that, this thing is great.

Great buy. I bought this speaker 7 moths ago for a wedding event. This was more than enough for a 3000 sq foot venue we had used. And you can daisy chain them together if you have more than one. Lot of bass without losing your clarity on vocals. Since that event I use in the house and rocks the walls. Definitely a good buy.

Eye Opening. This party box is like a member of the family. It goes to all family functions and never quits. Lots of features, excellent performance even in the rain! Thinking about buying a second for more dynamic sound. Send me a coupon JBL!

Not Keeping the connection. I have a JBL Party Encore and whenever i try to go into the app it keeps telling my to find my speaker every single time I use this app. I would say to update this app where it saves your speaker. Plus I was able to increase the bass to max which sounds really nice.

Good but not great. This app is good I do like it andI think it could be better. If you take the equalizer control from the JBL Headphone app and apply it to the music controls for this speaker and then also add a second equalizer control for the microphone inputs this could sound as good if not better than most professional karaoke set ups. That control on the headphone app has made the JBL earbuds the best as far as sound quality and volume level I returned my Bose earbuds after using that app and finding the abilities which are available because of that equalizer control. Please do add that exact equalizer sound control to this app. I believe that if you do I will be-able to replace my Sonos 5 (Play5) with these JBL speakers.

Purchaser. I originally bought one 710 which was really good. Then bought. another 710. These things are awesome. They’ll vibrate your foot windows in your house and have volume plenty to spare. Clear as a bell great bass. Then bought a 310 as well and it’s great and plenty enough for what I want it for but the 710 are great for any room size etc. Highly recommend

It is Good.. I like it, and I love how I can adjust everything from the Lights to the Sounds that play out of the Buttons at the Top, I just wish that it would not disconnect while I am Playing from it, but it will still play my Music, but that is just a Small thing, which is does not really affect anything, or it could be sumthyn I am doing, but imma still use this App, cause I will be buyin another one soon.

Does not work anymore. I’m not sure when the most recent update for this app was, but it definitely ruined it. This app made using this 400 dollar jbl party box way better but since the app stopped working I feel like I lost main control of the speaker. This app used to be so reliable for me being able to control how much base the speaker puts out and much more. A few months ago I see that the app will no longer connect to the speaker even though my phone is already connected through Bluetooth. This app used to be a must when using the speaker, so the fact that I can’t connect anymore is a massive disappointment and an unexpected let down from the usually reliable company JBL. Until this app is fixed, I’ll have to use the three sounds levels button on the top on the speaker, which is nice to have but the app was better. Please fit this app and make it functional again, JBL puts too much quality into their products for these apps to be broken so pleeeaaasee fix it!!!

overall extremely pleased with the speaker I’ve had the 110 and now I have the 310.. I really wish there was a way just to pick solid colors and have a little bit more variety too. The white party lights are neat but very quickly give you a headache if there was a way just to have a solid low light to them that would also be very neat

Doesn’t stay connected, annoying. Most reviews seem to be for the speaker, not this app. Every time you open the app, it takes a full minute to connect to the speaker, even IF you’re already listening to music on the speaker. It’s really inconvenient when you just want to change a setting or something and the app acts like it’s the first time it’s ever pairing. Most music apps stay connected and allow you to start playing immediately, so why can’t this dedicated speaker app?

Like the app, but!!!. I am a huge JBL fan. I have just about every Bluetooth speaker imaginable with JBL. The issue that I’m having with the app is that, it’s not picking up my JBL party box 310s. It picks up all the other ones, my JBL 710s and my JBL party box essentials. the only way that it picks up my 310s, is it I had to get up and literally turn them both on, and wait for them to connect. Other issues that I’m having, is that I am visually impaired. So the app does not allow me to see all the other speakers on the screen. I wish that they could come up with something, to where I can feel down the screen and choose the speaker that I want to use. It also does not allow me to be able to turn off the speakers either. It doesn’t even show up at the top of the screen, where it usually says turn off speaker.

App needs improvement. The app is a good feature to use but sometimes is can be a little glitchy. Using multiple speakers can be problematic at times. They don’t always connect to the app in order to power on/off or when trying to connect multiple speakers at once.

Party box 110. I was under the impression I could buy a few of these and a few charge speakers and connect them together. I was led to believe that this was something I could do. So I invested $1,500 in all of these speakers. I can only get 2 of the party box 110 to connect but I bought 4. The charge speakers won’t connect to the Partybox speakers. I’m thinking I may return everything and go with Sonos. We’re very disappointed

JBL PartyBox App. Up until about a month ago the JbL PartyBox app worked well on my iPhone and iPad Pro. Then, it stopped working on my iPad. What happened? Will the JBL app work on iPads? Before I would have both the JBL App and Apple Music open on screen on my iPad but can no longer do that.

JBL speakers. My name is ROBERTO. I have two JBL speaker the 1000 and the 100. They are both amazing speakers very well built. The sound. Of the music that comes to the speakers is incredible. There’s nothing like it. I’m trying to figure out a way to get one more possibly another 100 but when I throw a party outside, everybody’s amaze by the sound keep making these babies just the way they are do not change anything. Thank you for a product well built.

Glitch in the update. I absolutely love the app but after the recent update, the remote power button inside the app has stopped working. You can manually turn it on and turn it off with the app, but if I open my app from across the room, or even right next to it, it says it can’t connect and won’t turn it on. I have to get up and manually push the power button.

Decent. Please update this app with more customisability over the light features. This is the one downfall of this product!!!

A little disappointed. I purchased two PartyBox 1000 and would’ve loved this to be part of this app. But other than that the speakers are the best! Update, I got excited when I saw the new added speaker update but again, no PartyBox 1000 😩 please add this to the app

Love it. I think the features on the app are really, really good. I would like to add one recommendation though, in terms of when the lights move I feel like it would be amazing if you could add bias as to when the lights move around and pause. For instance make it so that on the lower notes or bassy parts ut focuses on the bass more than anything else and say the lights spin around then instead of the other times

This thing is insane. Bought this a week ago, had a bose soundlink max but this party box 120 trumps it easy, sounds louder , bass is awesome, i sit it in the front footwell of my car turn it up no bass boost and the cars in the rearview ar bouncing, its almost as good as having a sub in ur car. I love it and highly recommend it .

Great. This app is such a good way to change all the features on your Jbl PartyBox because the light modes base modes and the buttons on your speaker

App stopped working on iPad. All worked perfectly for months. Now all of a sudden I can’t connect speakers through the app to link my speakers to play at the same time. Works fine on my iPhone. I’ve tried resetting everything numerous amounts of time with no success, very disappointing.

Speaker Awesome App average. Unlike the UE speakers connectivity is an issue at times. Can’t turn the speaker on remotely unless plugged in (unlike the UE speaker models) perhaps look at the features of the UE speakers and upgrade the App capabilities and this will be awesome. The speaker itself is amazing with awesome sound. Just let down by the App.

Used to be great. Since the latest update it has been so difficult to reset speakers and reconnect them- not as simple to navigate the app either. Take it back to how it was guys

Very good so far…. Overall, the app works really well. I am using it on several devices (iPod Touch, iPhone 16 Pro Max & iPad Mini 6). But what I think is very important is the fact you can turn the 120 on an off via the app (while plugged in). I haven’t bothered to test it on battery. And I tested the 120 connected to my Sony TV via Bluetooth and there was no latency issues and I was able to control the volume with the TV’s remote. I’m impressed! 👍

JBL PartyBox 110. Awesome speaker! Would love to see a light show where the light flash to the beat only!

JBL 1000. I bought the jbl 1000 hoping that for the price j would get better features the the 710, the bracelet that you get only allows you to play sounds, can’t skip the song or pause. after spending 1500 dollars and getting the best speaker jbl has it doesn’t even let you connect you to the party app!! not worth it

App update. Should update the app and include more facilities like turn speaker on and off from the app, faster connection to speaker rather then waiting so long for it to connect, eq adjustment, more like the UE MEGA BOOM app as this speaker range is so expensive especially since JBL is a better brand then Logitech the app quality and facilities should be better as well… pick up your game JBL expected better. I’ve been a customer for years and wanted to try out your party box range. Not to say I’ve purchased 2 party box 1000s and were impressed with the sound but again app support is not even existent for those…

Perfect. Simple, reliable and easy to control all the things you need to. EQ, bass, lights and TWS. Excellent!

Update time is too long. The update time in the app takes too long, 30 mins for PartyBox 120 on its latest update and the app glitches out during update.

JBL710. Pictures online do not do it justice, thing is HUGEEEE!!! absolutely love it though, made of great quality materials, sound is clear, bass is boosting. I use it at work in the warehouse and it feels like we’re having a disco. 10/10 do recommend!!

More options. Need more options and that I’ll explain more later

Good App. It’s a good app, the hardware used to interface works well. Would like more eq options, especially once you run two party boxes in stereo.

PartyBox 310. Great sound and battery life. Looks great and strong build. The app needs to be updated allowing users to see tracks being played from USB and continuous dj mix when playing from USB.

JBL Fan. Since few years I have been using the PartyBox 310 but other speakers like Xtreme, Xtreme 4 , Go4 and clip 5 two pieces for the stereo sound. What amazing is that you have incorporated the new Bluetooth technology like Auracast. You were the best for Bass sound but lately when you started Auracast you looked really futuristic by revolutionizing Auracast to enhance the sound quality. I am a big JBL fan now.🙏

Where’s the power button gone?. I don’t understand! My hubby’s been using the on/off button on his iPhone to operate his 710 PartyBox since always! Since up dating this app he can no longer turn the speaker back on after turning it off using his phone. There’s now no power on button on the app only an off button! What’s happened and how does he fix it? An answer would be appreciated. I am definitely not updating my app

App does not work. Have a party box 710. App will not get past the “go to settings” page to connect / pair the speaker. It is already connected! So frustrating. Absolutely useless and can’t use any features. So disappointing. Running IOS 16.3.1

Duplicate Bluetooth. Wish they would fix the duplicate Bluetooth connection that’s caused in this app. It’s so frustrating and made my speaker drop out why it Changes connection. Also very basic app for a premium Speaker, basic equaliser and lacks functions

JBL Party Box Speaker. I’m so happy with this speaker as I recline in My leather chair that I’m going out today to buy another one and pair them up Can’t wait 👍

Best purchase ever. Insane level of software support with complete control over lighting, EQ, base boost and connectivityfeatures. Glad to finally see a hardware company follow through with good software support with ongoing updates.

Not the best app. The volume control is crazy. Half the times does not respond to touch and you need to get it exactly right and it vibrates just to change volume. Not great

Weak app - Neighbours hate me lol. Every time I go into the app it says speaker can’t be connected even though the Bluetooth connection is made to the device. Oh and apparently the app doesn’t have enough control over the bass cause I can’t turn it down enough to not pi$$ off the neighbours 🤣😂

Need one button. Can you guys please add switch off button to the app because we don't want to go to the partybox to switch it off . Thanks in advance cheers .

App features. Surely this app should be able to turn on and off the speaker remotely. This is the main reason/use/feature of having an app in your mobile phone, Along with other features. Maybe learn/adopt from UE app. I’ll change my rating when the app is worth it

Can have improvement but it is OK. Ok yall so this app it the worlds best app except I can be better if it had a GRAPHIC EQ and if you and use ur phone as a MICROPHONE That’s all I have to say

Update to 3.5.23 is a step backwards. The most recent update has caused issues with my two 110 partyboxes not being able to be turned on remotely from my phone and unable to recognise each other and turn on when using wireless link. Changing between party mode to stereo is also a drama and unintuitive that I haven’t been able to work out yet. The previous version was working perfectly - I wish I had never ‘updated’.

Partybox app for 310. All is so good and very happy with but why isn’t there a feature on the app were you can turn on and off the speaker instead of having to physically press the button on the speaker ?

JBL party powa!! ✊. Love it!! She jams on the deck from tooner boat to kids hockey games… we are very happy with the speaker.

110 party box. I borrowed a party 110 box off a friend for three weeks while I was out camping and it gave great sound that I said I had to buy one and then I did my research and realized that you could join two together blue tooth and the inputs and outputs on it just the perfect speaker for everything that you ever wanna do to make things louder. Amazing Sound great base great treble great mids the upgrades that they’ve done to the app took control the equalizer the light show. so I ended up buying two and now I have it in stereo or separate areas. when I go to the cottage I could have one in the cottage and then I can have one out by the fire and everyone gets to enjoy the music or if I have my projection screen that Bluetooth to the projection screen outside, you have your own concert or movie theater!! I also use them in my gym for working out. Getting everyone pumped. The full range of sound replaced the old system. Less is more. No amps required no wires required. Plug it in the wall or run them off the rechargable batteries. I would recommend these speakers to anybody, they’re still portable, compared to the bigger ones.

About the speaker. It’s super loud in hockey we connect too of the speakers two of them together and you can hear them from the end of the hallway in the hockey right now

Last update is bugged. Usually the app is okay but idk what you guys did with this last update but I can no longer connect my 710’s together, the app keeps prompting “stereo mode” idk why you took away the simple TWS option. And is no longer as user friendly as it was

Great speaker. I really love this speaker. 100% better than my Bose SoundLink Revolve+ (Series II) speaker.

Just a few more tweaks to make it 10 Stars!. It would be great if the PartyBox speakers maintained the app settings including volume and light effects after shutdown. I have 2 x 110s and 2x essentials I use in fixed positions plugged into AC power around my backyard pool. On start up I have to reset each speaker manually to my custom settings.

Ease of use. I love that there’s equalizer and it’s actually better than the pre setup ones :) you get better bass and treble. Cleaner sound

App WAS good. Like why over complicate things? TWS practically impossible to connect now. I own two partybox 310 and with old app I pushed one button and they both connected. Worked beautifully! Now. Junk! Let’s go! Need an update here!!!

One thing. I have a 110 and the app is pretty nice, right now the only thing I can think of is it would be nice if you could turn on the speaker from the app

Turn off BT please. Our PartyBox is shared and in a home gym. It’s hardwired to TV for watching fit videos but also Bt for music. It is so annoying that you cannot disable BT when it’s on video. Wife somewhere in the house starts an audio book and it overtakes my video. It’s preventing me from buying another PB.

Needs better connectivity. This would be a easy 5 stars only if you could connect more then 2 party boxes at a time wirelessly. I bought this because the sales person told me they were all able to connect no problem when you’re ready to expand. Big disappointment

Found some bugs that need to be fixed. [Bugs] 1. One of the volume sliders in the app to control the volume of each individually does not work when two party box 310’s are in TWS 2. Sometimes when two party box 310’s are in TWS they only function in mono not stereo. This bug is permanent until each party box is factory reset [Feature request] Please add a working UV meter to the light show selection Hope all these issues get resolved in the next update Thank you for reading

Jbl110. Bluetooth always cuts out after a minute. Can only connect to one phone to listen to a couple songs. Then cuts. Any other phone won’t pair. Bluetooth light kicks off and unpairs

Blue tooth. Blue tooth connection is very weak and slow even 3-4 feet useless not happy

The app is awesome but…. The JBL partybox app is awesome, but I think it needs laptop compatibility instead of just phone or tablet. This would be a complete game changer because it would bring a lot more flexibility to its users!

Works when it wants to. i’ve been using this for months and it seems to work 1 out of 10 times remotely. Even when I’m playing music and it’s connected, the app say it’s not.

PartyBox 720. 17 Pro Max iPhone will not connect this app to the 720 no matter what I tried. In the app itself it says it's compatible, but I cannot get it to work.

Great app with one missing feature. The only thing bringing the score down is the inability to turn off the JBL chime when turning on/off the speaker and connecting to Bluetooth. With a large speaker like the 310, it makes it nearly impossible to turn it on late at night for low-volume listening. It’s possible with the Boombox 3, so why not the Partybox? 🤔

Ordinaire... L’application est bien avec tout les réglages mais la seul manière de ce connecter est en ouvrant le party box. Sinon impossible de ce connecter. Et si je me suis connecté avec l’application à ouverture du party box, sa fonctionne bien mais si je ferme l’écran de mon téléphone, je perd la connexion de l’application…. Seul moyen de ravoir l’application fonctionnelle est de ferme le party box et de le réouvrir en même temps que l’application…

JBL PartyBox 310. Soooo happy with this purchase. I love music! This unit is just simply amazing! Awesome sound! Not a big fan of the lighting, but i usually turn it off. No big deal. Would have been better is lighting actually pulsated with the beat of the music. Great bass response and overal sound.

JBL. Man, this is the greatest toy I have ever purchased except for my Harley. I have so much fun and can pass hours at a time playing with this machine. Thank you JBL for the fun.

recurrong firmware update failure. The Party Box speaker itself is good. This application - required to make firmware updates is complete junk - have tried multiple times and it fails persistently. DID I MENTION THAT FIRMWARE UPDATES FAIL REPEATEDLY?

Works. It does what it says. It’s like a mobile app remote but it pairs pretty slowly and for some reason creates two Bluetooth connection points in my settings so idk what that’s about. It works but can probably be faster

Lack of options. Why can’t I simply turn the strobe flashers or the general light show off from the app? Why isn’t there a “chill” light show? Maybe just have the light go as it does when music isn’t playing. When playing music other than Rap or EDM you’d want something to just be subtle. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Absolutely amazing. The sounds quality is absolutely amazing WOW. Super clear, crisp, and high quality definition when playing any type of music. Recently used it for my living room entertainment and I have to say I felt like we was in a IMAX theater. Recently purchased the JBL Wireless Microphones for party nights at my house. Best Mics ever. JBL speaker on its way. Would recommend to anyone.

It's cool but I feel lackluster. They should really update it with some cool new features but it does a superb job with the EQ so major props no complaints just feels outdated for some reason to me

Connecting issues. It’s a very easy to use app,everything is good except for one,connecting my speaker with to the app it doesn’t work..it connects and then disconnect,try to update software it doesn’t work at all..but so far it’s a great app

Unreliable. This app only connects to my Partybox 110 about 10% of the time, I’m usually within 5-10 feet of the speaker when attempting. Very hit or miss when connecting.

Update suggestion. I think it’s time for this app to have new features for the PartyBox speakers like new DJ sounds and new light features

Excellent sound as expected by JBL. Only one shocking thing is , that I could not connect my party box on the go to the party box encore not even by cable thru the AUX

No connection. I have tried everything they suggested and can not get my part box device connected with the app. The app keeps searching and never finds the device…I even reinstalled the app multiple times but nothing works.. not sure how to make this thing work anymore

App is completely unusable on iPad. On iPad the app runs in some small container that is shaped like a smaller phone screen. Problem is the bottom of the app is cut off so you can’t “Enter Dashboard” on any speakers. So the app is currently useless on iPad. It was not broken like this a month or two ago

SOMETHING CHANGED. Was there a software update?? If so, how do I get the old software back?? Installed 2 essentials in ceiling of our outdoor deck. Old software allowed us to turn on both from the app. Not anymore. Now I have to get on a ladder and turn each one on. WHY THE CHANGE? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO CHANGE THE SOFTWARE BACK SO WE CAN TURN THE SPEAKERS ON FROM OUR PHONES. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND THOUGHT IT A GOOD IDEA TO REMOVE THIS FEATURE!!!

Dashboard no longer available on iPad. The JBL PartyBox app use to work on my iPad Pro. However, it no longer shows the “Enter Dashboard” button. As a result, I cannot enter Dashboard. I even tried uninstalling app and reinstalling app. NOTE: JBL PartyBox app works fine on iPhone Pro.

Good but could be better. I really wish this app had more options for the tone settings. It would be better if there were different options for what type of music your listening to.

iPhone 13 Pro Max issues??. My iPhone thirteen promax never successfully loads the app. I never see the “Getting ready” screen. It only connects as an audio source. No control over lights or karaoke or DJ functions. All my other Apple devices and old phones have no problem running the app. What gives?? 🙁

Party box 310. Got the 310 for pool parties it’s more than enough to rock the party. This app makes it super fun with dj effects and light controls. If u have a box get this app.

Money wasted!!!. $700 for two Partybox On The Go. Only for this app to not control these expensive units. Don’t get me wrong, they sound amazing. But, Please get this app to control This “Partybox” Why? I got the most expensive of the family. Are they not worthy? Plus the mic quit working. Guess not. I was hopeful for more out of JBL

Perfect. Works how it should wish there were more controls for color or quality of sounds but connects easily on my PartyBox 310 so it works how it should

Jbl fire. The jbl sound is immaculate especially when it comes to their Bluetooth speakers they definitely deliver crisp sound and just right bass

Disappointed. It say it’s supposed to last for 6 hours which is not true mines only last for a hour and a half trying to get a refund and they say they don’t do refunds they can change it out my opinion is so not buy JBL speakers

Compatibility. I’m not normally one to make angry reviews but when I bought a pair of JBL Partybox 100s($300 dollar speaker). I expected to find a JBL app to pair both of them together with. I was shocked to find out that not only does this app not support the 100 not a single JBL official app support it. Frustrating to spend 600 dollars and a company is to lazy to make all the Partybox speakers compatible in the Partybox app.

Bluetooth sharing. Ability to connect multiple JBL speakers together using this app

Needs to be better. My biggest complaint is that when I try to change the color of the lights it flashes that color for a second then goes back to cycling through all the colors. LAME! And I bet they won’t ever update this app either.

Petty boomers. In order for the app to work you must have the JBL party box 310. Some people just don’t know how firmware works. App does exactly what you want it to do. Simple.

Awful App. I have 2 PB710s. Speakers are great. App support is beyond horrible. Due to app bugs, it is impossible for me to select the speaker (penalized for having 2) and cannot customize as a result. I’ve been communicating with customer support for over a week and have only received generic recommendations to fix.

Works ok. Slow to connect and no power control options in app my boom products all power on with app I miss that feature
