ESS 42 - Reflexis One App Reviews

Piece of junk. Has been the most frustrating thing I have had to deal with. I think my employer goes with the cheapest rather than the best. Have tried to enter a name to send this I don’t think they want bad reviews.

Can’t update availability... Every time I try it says “delete function “ please fix. Can’t keep having problems leaving work too late at night! Also can’t see my coworkers shifts because the text cuts off the time when they are supposed to arrive. If we are going to be forced to use this at least make it functional.

ESS Reflexis. Worst piece of garbage ever. There is Reflexis, 4.1 and 4.2. None of them work well and we are given all three by the company and told to upload them. We are not given the correct QR code’s. I received a message saying you would like to resolve issues. Respond with an email or phone number I can use to contact you. Your company doesn’t even make it easy to reach customer service.

Perhaps the worst app in existence. Why on earth any company would choose this app to use for their workplace is beyond me. Constant crashing, issues with logging in and extremely long loading times. This is the worst app I have ever used. Ever.

Why?. Does. Not. Work. Would be great if I could get past login.

Why do employers use this?. most of the time I get given an error message before I can even log in and the only way to get around it is to trick the app into thinking I have no wifi/4G so that it displays a different code error. THATS the level. I can’t believe employers use this, it is unsuitable from both an employees perspective, an overall users perspective (based on GUI and basically just how the app works (or doesn’t)) and I assume an employers perspective.

Annoying. Takes forever to fetch data. Unreliable. When you need to check your schedule it can take 15 minutes then there’s no guarantee it will come up. Tried different options. Frustrating to put it mildly (Using iPhone 10).

Bad. I would rate this no stars if I could.

Is the really an app???. The app is a total failure. No matter how good the connection is it takes for ever to log in. Does not show any updates. Even if the login credentials are correct it does not take me to the home page. Seriously need a rework on the entire app.

Awful app. Can’t get in past the log in screen, deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times and tried everything else under the sun...

Deserves 0 stars. Cannot log on ever. Have to delete and re download the app to use it each time. I don’t understand how an app can be this faulty, it’s 2021.

Get rid of it. Don’t understand how employers choose to use this, absolutely useless, crashes more than it’s ever worked and the web version isn’t any better.

Rubbish. This app is garbage. If you forget your password it’s an absolute nightmare to get it reset. Why is there no option to be able to do it yourself..?

Downloaded more 10 times and still not working. It’s frustrating to download.

Absolutely useless app.. It cannot open unless you delete it from your phone every time you want to use it, and reinstall, and even then you have to wait for at least 5 mins to load if it will load at all. Terribly frustrating and makes me angry every time I try to use it.

Needs work. App is incredibly slow and is very frustrating as it logs you out every time you exit the app and won’t remember your login details this app needs fixing

Buggy login. I enter my details to log in and have to minimise the app and reopen for it to actually log me in, it took a while to figure this out but really, shouldn’t it be easier?

Worst app ever. We are supposed to login when we get to work and logout when we finish work but 99.99% of the time I can’t even login. Totally useless. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

Worst clock in system I’ve used.. If I could give this app no stars at all I would, it shouldn’t take 3-10 attempts to login when trying to clock in for work. That’s if you make it to the login screen at all.

Zero Star. I wouldn't even give a single star if possible. This app is useless and never works right especially when logging in.

Incredibly faulty. 9 times out of 10 I can’t get past the log in screen. I put my details in and it either keeps taking me back to the log in screen or I get stuck on the loading page for over 10 minutes. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app countless times and also never receive notifications when new shifts come through (which I opted in notifications for). I’ve used other rostering apps and this is by far the most faulty unfortunately.

Poor. Terrible, need to sign in multiple times to actually get into the app. Very slow..

How can someone give this app 5 stars. Worst excuse for an app

MOST TERRIBLE APP. The most useless app I’ve ever worked with! Works after ten times trying to login! Wish I didn’t have to use it for work!

Extremely slow. Easy clear layout of app which is good, but it takes a really long time to log you in, and once it does it logs you back out again. Always says “user authentication failed” or password wrong when it is not. Crashes 9 out of 10. I’m sure with an update it’d be much better.

One star because 0 stars cannot be given. Terrible app. Shouldn’t even be allowed on the App Store, it really is that bad. Won’t remember log in details. Correctly enter them and you have a 50% chance of just being anonymously returned to the log in screen, a 50% chance of the app just sitting there for 10 minutes or more doing absolutely nothing, and hence pretty much 0% chance of the app actually working. I don’t have to continuously reboot my phone for any other app, so why should it be regarded as okay to have to do it for this one? It is lucky employers pay you money for this system, because NO ONE that uses this ‘app’ would pay you for it!

such a bad app. this needs to be majorly improved. you can’t get past the logon screen without closing the app while logging on

Worst app ever!. This would have to be the worst app ever developed. I think it has worked 4 times since downloading it. All that seems to happen is please wait while the system is retrieving data, then....... NOTHING HAPPENS!! I seriously don’t know why companies pay for this.

Worst app. Doesn’t open 90% of the time. Need to constantly delete and install app to login. Hard to believe this issue as not been fixed

Terrible app. I downloaded for work and since I activated this product it never operated smoothly for once, either getting stuck in the logging page or returned back to the main menu. Unbelievable.....

app. Have downloaded this app 39-times!! Works once then the app must be deleted and downloaded again if more information is required. Have sent numerous requests for assistance. Never acknowledged, never answered. This app wins the booby prize for the most inefficient and ineffectual ever!!

Very poor app. It’s terrible and I’m just surprised with the businesses that using it for their employees, nothing is working properly with this app! Can’t log in , can’t add availability!!!! It’s a pain! They really need to work on it . I don’t recommend it at all.

Ms. I have to uninstall Ever Time and Re install to access the app! Ever single time!!!!

Bad. Don’t work at all

Hardly ever logs in. If very lucky, it takes a whole day to login. Most of ghe time it gets stuck on “please wait while system is fetching data”.

Temperamental. Very temperamental. Can’t log on most of the time. When I could, everything is all over the place or the coding is incorrect.

The worst, most god-awful app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Why does it take 10 tries to log into my account? Fix your broken app or do us all a favour and delete it for good

Garbage. This is free and I still want my money back. Do they run their servers out of the Siberian tundra??

Very bad. This app is ridiculous, i can’t never log in. It’s very slow. I don’t even how I can check my roster and log in for work everyday. I gave up on using instead I just log in to the app from browser.

Too slow and kicks me out from the app on its own. It took me more than a month just to set up my account. Now the account is set up but still takes more than 15 minutes just to open the app and another 15-20 to open the account. Even if somehow the account starts loading, it kicks me out from the screen on it own. I can’t understand how this app is working for other people, for me it’s worse.

Worst app ever. Always have to deleted and restore to be able to login..

Slow and can’t update availability. Very slow and we should be able to have auto saved information to help with access speed. Availability once requested, cannot be edited or added again and we have to speak to management directly if we need to change it, which can be confusing if everyone is doing it at the same time. Things come up in life and it would be nice if this work app could fix these two issues at the minimum.
