Fun but Friend System Needs Tweaked. Update: I wasn’t a fan of the new time-locked season rewards, but a developer response did inform me that if you earn all the “tokens” (cassette tapes for the current season) to reach the max level 20 rewards, at the end of the season you will receive those rewards even if you didn’t “unlock” the levels all the way. I am rescinding my complaint, but definitely recommend making this more clear in-game. Original review: Love the game, it’s fun and there’s no pressure or necessity to spend money (a plague with some mobile games). I do wish the Friend feature was better. I showed the game to my two boys who do not have Facebook accounts, and even though they accepted my invite before installing, they are not listed as friends. There’s no other way to add friends, and there should be. Game Center support or something that would allow playing against others locally would also be nice.

Expensive and unfair gameplay and rewards. Game was pretty cool the first 2 months but I started noticing game play became unfair. I spent a bunch of money and progressed far into game. I started noticing when I purchased a case and were awarded cards to increase ball strength the numbers showing strength would not increase when the cards came up the number did not move. I noticed when the numbers did increase the next time that ball was rewarded cards from a case the numbers previously reached did not match with what came up as the cards were being rewarded. So for example if cards for a ball reached 200 the next time I was rewarded cards for that ball the number would start adding at less than 200. It should be adding cards to the 200 not starting at 150 to add new cards. Also as you learn where to hit pins with certain balls the consistency of strikes and ultimately wins are not even close to being on the level you earn and they take away your trophy progress when you loose making it incredibly difficult to advance despite paying subscription fees on top of coins and gold. It’s a vicious circle! The game is a scam! I have requested refunds and am getting stonewalled! Save your money it’s a scam!

Why did you delete my review?. I had reviewed previously but I guess these thin-skinned developers can’t handle the truth because they deleted it. Since I don’t feel like rewriting that entire review, I’ll give you the sparknotes version here. Do not play this game. If you do decide to play it, do not, by any means, spend your money on this crap. This is one of the most rigged/RNG pieces of junk I’ve ever had the displeasure of playing. People who can’t pick up a spare in the first two frames magically all of a sudden bowl nothing but strikes so that unless you have a perfect game, you’re going to lose. Don’t even get me started on the “boosters” they try to scam you with. There’s one that increases the amount of coins you win from a match by like 20% or so. Immediately after activating said booster, you’ll be lucky to win 2-3 games out of 10. As someone who wins over 70% of my matches I find it hard to believe that I suddenly lose ten matches in a row only minutes after activating the booster. Seems pretty shady to me. Just another desperate money grab from yet another group of sad, uninspiring, thin-skinned developers who lack critical thinking skills and censor your reviews if they are even remotely negative. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time on this shameless money grab

Bowling crew. I really enjoy this game 😂 Though I’ve won several games today and the count for the next level is stuck on 118 hasn’t changed after winning several games. What’s up ? And I enjoy the daily challenge and would enjoy more challenges. Ty. 😁 ............ So it changed from 118 to 193 to changed to another level. Now what’s up. Appreciate your help in this matter ............ So it’s changed back to 118 to change levels and I’ve won a couple more games and it’s still 118 so what’s up??? ............. Can I get a feedback on why my next level isn’t going below 118 after winning games and when I lose a game it jumps up...... ............. Again I’m asking what’s up with going to the next level it’s stuck on 118 and occasionally when I lose it jumps higher can I get a reply..... .............. I read your reply and here’s another thing I’ve reached the 800 trophies 🏆 and won 2 more games since reaching the 800 🏆 and the points to the next level don’t get below 118 and I’ve reached the 800 🏆and won several times over that so what’s up to go to the next level.... Inconsistent game play. I’ve been playing a lot for a while now and progressed quickly. Once you climb up the ranks and get to a certain point, it seems the game chooses you to lose. If you make it to the advanced leagues you find that consistent game play does not equal consistent results. I made it to advanced 2 league and since that day I have not beaten anyone in stage 5 in 6 days and my highest stage available is 8. The pin action is over-the-top ridiculously fake which (I get it) probably just to get people to giggle, but when you lose everything when all the pins except 1 is flying all over the screen at crazy speeds, you’ll see what I mean. Ties happen and there are no tie-breakers which is real but in the case where you only play 3 frames there should be something. It really seems like they will not let you progress beyond a certain point without making purchases, which I know many game apps do. You cannot communicate with your opponents. Other than that it’s an ok game but consistent play should yield consistent results.

I have stayed up for hours and hours and have never gotten tired of playing this game! The free version is awesome but there are things you can purchase in this game that will only add to the spectacular gaming experience. The graphics are amazing for a free bowling game and the developers are constantly updating the game to provide a better experience for all players. Also, the technical department is right there if you have any issues with the game they not only listen to your complaints but they also respond in such a timely manner and are very friendly and down to earth! This game is a must for anyone who loves bowling and has a competitive nature, so , download bowling crew today, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Pretty fun game. Its a fun game. Quick & easy to pick up, but it also has a learning curve, which makes for good replay value. Pros: Despite the micro transactions, you can progress just fine without spending money. As long as you have chips, you can keep playing. You don’t have to buy lives or anything crazy like that. If you want to spend money, some of the “deals” they offer are actually good value. Easy to play, but there are some things you’ll need to learn on your own; the game doesn’t spoonfeed you everything. You are rewarded for being good. Cons: There are too many balls and/or not enough variety between the classes of balls. Also, since you don’t know the future potential of the balls, you’ll end up upgrading most of them, which is totally not needed. You are at the mercy of the game on upgrading the balls. You can’t just collect chips or gold & do it. This is probably for gameplay balance, but then there isn’t a major difference in the rare balls to reward your patience. Not a pro or a con, but there are very clear patterns to bowling strikes on most pin setups. Once you figure them out, you’ll bowl much higher scores more consistently.

Very annoyed right now. I’ve had this game for quite some time, and I have absolutely loved it! I’m giving it 3 stars as of now due to some issues that have popped up since the update. I had my game connected to my Facebook, and have had it that way ever since I first downloaded the game. Well, after the most recent update, it disconnected me from my Facebook and keeps asking me to sign back in. I went to do that, and IT WONT LET ME. It completely reset everything on the game. So I have lost all my chips (I had almost 900,000,000), trails, skins, alleys, balls. You name it, it’s gone now! When I try to connect to Facebook again, it tells me that this app is still in development mode and I don’t have access to it. I’m furious now. I have to completely restart the game after having it for years. Very disappointed now. Honestly, if there’s no way to have this fixed, I’ll have no other choice but to just delete it. I don’t want to have to start my progress completely over for it to take another 2 years for me to get back where I was.

Because They Always Find New Way To Rip You Off!!. When I first started playing this game, 2 years ago, I fell in love. This was a great game with great competitors. Clearly the overwhelming obsession for making more money and gauging us for every single item just to bowl a game, became their top priority. If you want to play, you have to pay! And it’s going to cost a very expensive penny. Of course we all have choices to willingly buy all of the fancy stuff or not. But if you don’t…. Well then good luck, because you’ll definitely need it. There ain’t no use trying to play this game. You lose. All the way around. And this game is developed that way, for us to lose unless we pay. “Updating” the app with NEW FEATURES, what feels like every month, keep adding more items to perfect your game. No point in continuing playing this game. These guys clearly have shown me what they care about most. Their bank account. I’m just the sucker who helped them get rich. One Unhappy And Disappointed Customer 😡

WOW. Now you are liars. Now you are claiming there are no “Bot players”. Maybe the wording has something to do with you believing that you can get away with this outrageous lie. Actually most of your response’s to questions and comments aren’t true. Do the lies you publish invalidate the agreements? Someone should fire up a class action suit to find out. Apple said that they “ask” when you first come on the App Store to not lie to people. Apparently it’s not a requirement. Anyone that believes there are no BOTS is stupid. You can’t smoothly run an online PVP game without bots…. Not possible. It’s very rare to play someone live if ever these days on this simulation. So if you are spending money to impress some live person save it. The only one that sees you is you. If this was a PVP game you would have chat. Real PVP games all have chat, leaderboards etc. All you have is a simulation that lets everyone win around 60% of the matches. I laugh when I see gold players. They spend a lot of money to win their 60% of matches. Suckers. And the high dollar tournaments are a joke. No leaderboards no stats and you are pack of deceptive liars

Three Major Issues. Look first off - it’s a fun game - I sincerely like it a lot. Lots and lots of great stuff to this game - but there are a few MAJOR ISSUES - First - and I know the Developer will argue that this doesn’t really matter - but TRUST ME - it matters!!! I play the game AND IT MATTERS A LOT!!!! But the issue is when you get matched against players who have balls significantly higher than what you are playing with. If I’m playing on a Level 9 Lane, with Level 9 balls - I don’t care what you say - if your opponent has Level 15 Balls - and yours are a 9 - it’s NOT a fair match! Second MAJOR ISSUE - Once you hit about Level 9-10 - you cannot keep making progress! You just can’t get your balls to level up - I guess the idea there is for you to spend LITERALLY $100s to buy your way higher up!!! And seriously - they want you to spend HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!! The last MAJOR ISSUE - is there are just WAY TOO MANY ADS!!!! You will spend as much time watching ads - as you do playing!!! And all of these things really take away from what is a good game. If the developers would just back off on the greed pedal a bit - and change the unfairness of the ball levels - this would be a fantastic game!!!than that MAJOR ISSUE - I sincerely enjoy the game!!!

Great game unstable connection. This game is super fun. 5 star fun. But when you least expect it connection errors prevent you from playing your turn which causes you to lose point bonus for making a strike or spare and this makes it very hard to play. When you contact support they direct you to an article that outlines tips for clearing space on your phone and troubleshooting your connection. This is the only game that I play that I have a problem with. I am not the only one who experiences this problem. It has happened during 1:1 challenges with my friend. We play from different connections. I have spent $10 each season for the season pass but I’m done. I am frustrated with this game. On the fence about cutting my losses and moving on. Please do not respond with a link to an article that I have read several times. The suggestions do not mitigate the problem. What you could do is offer incentives to players who have experienced this -points, gold, or entrance fees returned. Or acknowledge that it is a problem on your end. That would be a great starting point.

I enjoy the game but….. I love playing this game overall it’s the best bowling app but here lately I feel like they’ve gotten greedy with the in-app purchases some of the games that you could just use chips for rewards have turned into cash for that reward tier and also it kills me that when a ball is maxed out you and you purchase an upgrade case you’d still get upgrade cards for the balls that are maxed but they give you chips and to me that’s an ripoff seeing that they give like 30,000 to me that’s nothing because I have over 500,000,000,000 chips so the balls that I really need cards for I’m not getting them as much as I should/like so it’s like I’m spending money just for a few hundred thousand chips so if you don’t have a crap load of balls already try to keep them low as possible so that your current collection can get maxed out properly I also feel like the skill shot and season pass price is too much especially if I’m being robbed on my upgrades I have balls I started playing with in the beginning that haven’t maxed out but I’d get a new one and max that one out in a months time please do something about getting cards for maxed out balls or at least give me chips of my highest lane to compensate that

Big fan.....but. I’ll start off by saying that this is the second time that I’ve started this game from the beginning. The first time I spent some money to advance in the game and got a lot of the different balls that can be won. This time, I wanted to see how far I could get by spending as little as possible. I have gotten further in the game this time by a huge margin but have only been able to collect a fraction of the different balls and upgrades seem to come slower now. I’m not saying that it’s totally because I spent less money this time around, but it’s a weird occurrence considering I have finished more levels. Also, if my online connection is disrupted, my timer continues to run until my turn is over. On every occasion that I can recall, when an opponent is in the same situation, I have waited much longer than the 20 second timer for them to reconnect. Then, when they finally do, they still get the full 20 seconds to take their shot. Doesn’t seem fair, but, maybe it doesn’t work like this for everyone. I will continue to play this game because it is easily the best bowling game that I have played, but I’d love to see more consistency throughout the game.

Avoid this game. At the beginning it is a fun little game, very little skill or strategy involved but still fun. You find your spots, release the ball at the right time, you get a strike. At lane 5 or 6 the algorithm changes and your shots become inconsistent. This happens while you are still playing low level balls against players or bots that are 4 to 5 levels higher than you are. Any attempt to contact support for questions, recommendations or issues is met with what seems like passive aggressive comments. Things like-we need to inform you that our game is this, or our game is that, maybe it’s a language barrier but they seem to get easily offended. After contacting them you can expect to go on a losing streak. From reading FB comments, if you pay, you lose, if you don’t pay, you lose faster. I still have chips but overall this game is very boring and is rigged in a very obvious way. I stake my gaming reputation against this game. It’s not built to sustain long term and it’s hard to compete as a new player, not very well thought out and a poor business model.

Disappointed. Great game and have been loyal player for the past few years. Haven’t minded spending money to enhance my game. However, very disappointing that certain aspects of the game have changed for the worst. The new Missions are quite intolerable at the end of season unless you spend 800 gold coins in order to collect what you have already earned. Also, enough of the sprays already. Have more sprays than I can count and nothing to spend them on. I understand the need to make $$$ but the present changes have made me want to spend less instead of more. That’s my opinion take it for what it’s worth. Thanks for the prompt response back. However, due to the current update to game I’m cutting back on the amount I spend monthly to 1/5 of what I’ve been spending. Enjoy the game but for the amount I’m spending each month I will find other avenues for my entertainment. Just one loyal patrons opinion take it for what is worth.

Bowling???. I wanted a good bowling game and thought this would be it. It was kinda fun but I think it would be way better if you actually got to bowl a regulation game not just the last 5 frames. I see people claiming the game is rigged. Well I feel like the game IS RIGGED. I play one person and get a perfect game, I play the next person, throwing the balls in the exact same place for that pin setup and can’t get a strike for nothing. This happens a lot and now has driven me to not play as much and I’m at the point where I may just delete all together and move on. I get useless ball upgrades for balls I don’t use. Getting upgrade points for balls I do use is at about once every 4-5 chests opened. Changes I would like to see….. 1. Get upgrades from chests based on the current balls in use. 2. Play all 10 frames, or make an option where you can choose 5 or 10 frames. 3. Ability to chat with opponents during a match. Probably won’t get a response to this but, this is just my opinion on the game. Just losing interest in it and wish this game was just a little bit batter because I wanna keep playing, just find it sliding into the boring pile more and more.

Wasting chips?. Update: thank you for the advice on turning off auto use of chips. But now… I’m not trying to be “that person”, but are there any plans to change up the prizes for things any time soon? Especially for the Lucky Bowl. I have 87 “Save Your Trophies” tokens. 🤔 That’s a bit excessive. Don’t get me wrong they are very useful…but… 87?????? I do not plan on losing 87 times 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have been playing this game for a few years now. I love everything about it. I especially love the daily challenges. I would love for them to happen more often than just on the weekends. My only issue I want to address would be the skill shot. I realize it sometimes costs chips to use the shirts as they are special items. However, I don’t appreciate not being given the option to activate the shirts for skill shots until I do not have enough chips. I think I should be afforded the opportunity use them if I wish. Otherwise it’s a great game.

Fun until….the competition is never fair. The other reviews have it right. There is something deeply wrong with the game’s algorithm for setting up matches. What the developers either don’t understand or choose to ignore is that 95% of a win is based on the bowling balls you use. Going against an opponent who has higher level balls means you are very likely to lose. The balls do most of the work. Opponents with higher level balls don’t even need to aim carefully. Just throw in the generally right direction and let the ball’s weight and resulting pin action do all of the work. It should have nothing to do with your record or number of trophies. Just match people with like bowling balls and it will be a fair competition. I kept statistics for 90 minutes of gameplay, and only 4.8% of the matches I played were with someone at my level—and 0% were with someone at a lower level. How is this possible unless the game is programmed to do this? It is so disheartening finally to rank up to, say, level 30 and then immediately be paired against someone at level 68 with bowling balls and shirts so much higher than yours it isn’t a fair contest by any means. It happens all of the time. A pity. In terms of playing action, it’s the best bowling game out there. In terms of matchup algorithms, the absolute worst.

Developers who actually listen!. I recently ran into a frustrating problem within the game and after contacting customer support and venting my frustration they responded with and 24 hours. Not only did they reimburse my purchase they also acknowledged that they were aware of the issue that I was struggling with and reassured me that they were working towards a solution. I was actually so relieved because this is one of my favorite games and one of the few I ever spend money on because it’s so fun challenging and worth the rewards in my mind! There are times that I am playing against somebody that is better equipped (higher level) than I am but I still feel that if I am doing my best I have a chance of winning. I have never played against a bot! The only improvement I would suggest is a lower entry fee for the tournaments. Thanks for an excellent game with great variety!

Pay to play. This game, like many others, caters to those who pay. If you play for free, you’ll be rewarded with huge success early, until they figure out you aren’t paying. Then, mysteriously, strikes will start becoming spares or splits, you’ll be paired against opponents who are much higher ranked than you, who have bowling balls that have been upgraded much higher than yours. The bowling balls you have will rarely get much of an upgrade. I had 350 million chips at one point, and just now was completely busted. You don’t get that many chips and then suddenly forget how to play. To get to that point, you were using inferior equipment, balls that had not been upgraded much, and you were playing against higher ranked players. How is it that you succeed under those circumstances, but when you get to the point of a higher ranking with better equipment you suddenly can’t win anymore? I honestly don’t remember the last time I was paired against an opponent with a lower rating than me. It’s a kind of fun game until you realize that if you can’t pay, you can’t be competitive. I once threw a ball at 3 remaining pins, all in a tight triangle where a direct hit on the middle pin would definitely take out all 3. The ball hit dead center on the front pin, then went between the back 2 and didn’t even brush either one. This is physically impossible. The game definitely has bugs. Too bad. It was fun up to the point where the losing constantly started. Do better. Deleted.

Love the game but it has downfalls. Four of us in this family play frequently. My mom plays the most and has opened far more levels than me. But over Halloween I was no longer envious of her being so far ahead. A special for a certain ball, a few suitcases, and I believe an avatar cost me around 3-4$ and if she wanted it, she needed these special pink coins I’ve never even seen, yet. And in order for her to get the set amount of these coins, she’d have to purchase 28K gold ( yes, 28 THOUSAND) which would’ve costed over 100$.. and what’s even worse is she no longer plays in tournaments bc they cost 25$ to enter are much more difficult. -She has the balls upgrade to levels 14-16 and the shirts to enhance them and still has a tough time. But 25$ a tournament? Absolutely not! Those prices are absurd… 9.99$ to enter a tournament is even pretty steep considering your chances to win aren’t very high bc the difficulty level is insane.. even with upgraded balls and the new tshirts… so sadly I think I’ll stop collecting trophies bc the tournaments are my absolute favorite… and paying 25$ to play in one every week and a half is impossible unless you’re loaded/rich… and these days those people are few and far between… the game is great.. but it does have its flaws and obviously some owners/makers who get pretty greedy the better you get….

Fun game but....... Update: the developer sent me a reply stating I could no longer gain trophies once I’ve reached the top number for that alley. I have reached all of those top numbers and couldn’t gain any more point to open a new alley. After writing this review one magically opened and I have no clue how or why. Where can a person go to get a better understanding of this game? That is a million dollars question. The new lane is so hard you can barely get 40 points at a time and like with the classic pins I could usually get a lot of strikes and now end up with splits (7/10). I do like the game and will probably continue to play but honestly if you’re going to go anywhere you have to spend money to make that happen. I really like playing this game but after an update I can no longer advance. I’m stuck at 2881. If I lose a game it will subtract but not add any past that number. I have now been demoted a league and I’m tired of this and have no clue how to fix any of it. Frustrating that I can’t advance and about ready to throw in the towel.

Is the Game Somewhat Predetermined?. Let me start by saying that I have really enjoyed this game for the past six or so months. And I have read comments about the game “changing” (and not in a good way) for those who seem to be winning quite often. At one point, I was doing pretty well, but “fell on hard times” going from almost 500k coins to less than 10,000 in a matter of about 6-7 games. And it wasn’t that I changed my strategy, used different balls, added/subtracted spin, etc. Somehow, the pocket got tighter for me compared to my “opponent”. Regardless, today as I played, I was experiencing the “tight pocket syndrome” again while my opponent was not. Immediately after my 3rd frame (I went first) I forfeited the game and the associated prize coins/trophies. However, I actually read the screen and it had a final score for both me AND my opponent. If I JUST forfeited the game before my opponent finished throwing his final balls, how is it possible that the app “knew” what his final score would be? First time that I noticed this and it’s causing me to question the authenticity of the game.

2 issues. 4/5 Let me start of by saying I love this game! It is made really well and the mechanics are original and similar to real bowling! The variety of balls make every player seem different and unique, like you are playing someone knew every time! I also love the pin mechanics, how even if you mess up you can get lucky with the pin falls, like real bowling. And the vibration in the phone makes it feel like there really is power and a collision happening! I love how you can not pay a penny but still be just as good as everyone else! It's made really well. Now onto my one issue. Developers PLEASE add a way to turn of boosters! I find it very aggravating when I have a lot of chip increase boosters, and I'm forced to waste it on lower level alleys when I could use it on a better one! And my second issue, it is very very hard to get balls from previous lanes, the easiest way is to go back to the old lanes to try to win the cases from there, but then that wastes the boosters like I said earlier. Both these issues could be solved by just allowing us the disable boosters for an alley. Thanks for reading, bye! Update: the devs responded WITHIN A DAY discussing my issues! Phantom AI playing myself against my friend. I was playing bowlingCrew across from my friend who was playing BowlingCrew as well. I was playing someone by the name of SYED. I won that game. My friend was also playing a game and his game finished. And then he said look I am playing against you! And I was not playing a game at that moment at all. I was away from my phone. I watched him play against myself, then realized it was the exact same moves that I made it when I played SYED. I even predicted that I will win the game and predicted every move I would make. My question is am I playing AI and then bowling crew just randomly uses my recorded game against other real people? How was my friend playing against me when I wasn’t even there but I recognized the game that I played against a different person and it wasn’t him.

Update issues and server disconnection issues. I enjoy playing this game and I'd say that I LOVED it IF the significant increase of server disconnections over the last week or so. As others have mentioned you don't get enough time to try to reconnect. In my experience with the issue I've noticed that your opponent gets time to reconnect. It's not fun losing chips and trophies. Today I can't even play due to the update. I updated the app but when I try to open it I get the same message telling me to update. It's ridiculous, I spent more money these last 4-5 days than I had been spending and now I can't even play. The app won't even open. Just that HUGE "X". I play on my iPad 90% of the time, I rarely experienced this on my iPhone until just recently. I know it's not my Internet connection because when I play on my phone I don't use WiFi like I do on my iPad. Soooo I spent that money for nothing really because I can't even get into the app! I would not recommend this game to anyone because of this and some other that have already been mentioned by others. Refund?

Wonderful, but one flaw…. I LOVE this game and have been playing it daily for a long time now (I’m at level 41). The problem is that, recently, after I pay for a game with my coins/tokens, the game will freeze up right after it has selected an opponent. I always have to exit the screen, and when I come back, it has declared the other person the winner and I have lost my coins. This is significant, as I am playing levels that cost 5 million and 7.5 million coins each, which is a big loss. This can happen a few times during a playing session, at which point I just have to give up for the night, rather than lose more coins. I have to point out that this NEVER happens during the daily challenge or the Skill Shot, only in play where one has to pay coins to play. The cynical part of me wants to think this is a “planned” accident in order for the developers to gain back the coins, but I don’t really want to believe that is what is happening. The same issue does not happen with any other of the many games I play, except for Golf Battle which is a similar coin-based play, and likely from the same developers. The reason given is “lost connection,” but I am always connected when I close the game, and never lose connection with any other game, email, or the like. I truly hope the devs have a response to this, and possibly some suggestions as well, as like I said, I really love this game and want to continue playing like I always have!

Not Fun After Level 10. This game was super fun up until level 10. I got through all of lane 10 and the upgrades stopped. I get 1 card here, 1 card there. Balls need 800 cards to upgrade and at this rate I won’t ever have a level 11 ball. The negative reviews on this app are spot on. Those that spend real dollars for coins get the upgrades. I watch all the ads so I am generating revenue for this company. I am probably going to delete this app because it isn’t fun stuck on lane 10. Most of the players I bowl against have level 11 balls so I am losing more. I know you don’t care about the free loaders, but at least give us enough to not get bored. I should have had at least a level 11 ball by the time I got through level 10. Seems like all the fun games die this way. I will give this a little more time. But not much because I would like to move to lane 11, but I can’t because I can’t ever get enough cards to upgrade.

Bowling crew. I don’t apologize for no accusations I may have made in the past. For I believe them to be true. My personal opinion is the game is rigged. I’ve seen the pins fall and stand back up all on their own. Maybe a small amount of talent equals to the shot. The rest is rigged. Now that I got as high as I can get coincidently the ninth and 10th frames I get a notification for an upgrade to my version so I hit Upgrade and they tell me there’s a problem with a previous purchase. Number one I never purchased anything. Period now I cannot upgrade the game so months of hard work trying to get my ball level to where it is. Suddenly I cannot play. Period wow this is fair. I feel that this is been done deliberately because I will not purchase your extras. Thanks for nothing. As to what I said before you don’t have to pay to play, but you will pay to win or you will not.

More PVC than PvP. Entertaining game, and fairly enjoyable but highly frustrating at times. You spend more time playing against the computer imitating a “player” which is obvious after you play long enough. The algorithm built into the game is designed to make the player spend money (which is common in most app games) I’ve gotten to the point that I can accurately call the game and what the computer “player” is going to score next, before it happens, and determine who will win the game after the first ball is thrown. So…. Don’t except really head to head PvP and Do expect to spend an average amount of money if you want to keep playing. It’s a 3 star game at best (personal opinion) *update …. Since original review, I’ve deleted to app. Just not worth the required monthly expense to play beyond the “free game” ability. Save your money! And time.

A great game that unfortunately is seriously flawed. At first, I fell in love with this game, easy to play, short to play, and fun as you can upgrade your balls, earn trophies, and progress through different levels earning more chips. However, what they don’t tell you is that if you want to upgrade your balls faster, you can do buy upgrades through the app that means nothing. So when I pay $200+ to upgrade a bunch of my balls through more bowling cards to be more competitive, I still have to pay for my upgrades by using chips. Now if the upgrades via chips were cheap (upgrade chips at levels 10 or 11 are like 7,500,000 chips per upgrade) or free altogether with spending $200+ I’d be happy. But because buying bowling cards feels like I’m being charged twice (because I have to pay in chips), I’m no longer playing this game. It is deceitful that they don’t mention this anywhere in the game. If the developers decide to make the purchased ball cards actual free upgrades (because that is fair) instead of making me pay in chips, then Ill change my review. But beware. If you go buy anything in this game, it unfortunately doesn’t benefit you.

You only win if you spend TONS of ridiculous money. I’ve had this game for 2+ years. When I first started I would buy (aka spend a lot of money) on the suggested coins and stuff to advance my balls capability and to advance. It made me feel good that I could beat competition but then I realized it was ONLY because I spent money. NOT because I played the game better. Trust. This company has built this game to extract your money. If you are great with balls in the 14th level it’s because you spent more money than you should and I’m sure as you reflect you wish you hadn’t. If you are struggling in this game it’s likely because you thought you could advance on merit but didn’t spend money so you haven’t advanced. More balanced game between advancing because of skill versus ONly advancing because of how much $$$$$$ you spend. Expose the game!

Too many micro transaction pop ups+weird pin physics. This game has wonderful graphics for a phone game and it runs really smooth. There’s one thing in particular I didn’t like and as you can tell by the title the pin physics. I have encountered numerous times within the first couple hours after install some pins would miraculously fall over, there’d be times when they split and then even though the ball or another pin didn’t even touch them they would just fall over. Another thing is that the people you play against are obviously bots even though some of the “people” you run into are connected through Facebook they still somehow miss a one pin spare opportunity in the middle of the grouping. With the microtransaction aspect there’s way too many pop ups of the same thing sometimes and it’s everytime you unlock something new they want you to spend $9.99 for a shirt and ball that aren’t even rare.

Word of advice. This game is fun I would give it more stars but there an issue I am being too noticed the game is definitely base around money which. I refuse too pay here the main reason why I read the reviews there are a lot f people who are seeing the same thing as I am there are cheaters or people using modification and it very noticeable for instance I was doing a daily challenge where if you win you advanced too the next statage 1 though 3 well I was on the 3rd stage now this challenge had an arrow that if your ball hits it it would mess up your shots well the player I was up against there ball was going right though the arrow and wasn’t affected by the arrow please explain how that is possible I try what they wear doing as soon as my ball hit the arrow I got a gutter ball all so there are players who have horrible shots then they start too get spares out of no where I know the devs are going too say that no one is cheating but this isn’t a Coincidence that yet I am the + person who has noticed it and is calling it out we are not blind it Very obvious I still continue too play the game But Refuse too spend money I just hope the devs start too notice that if more then one person is saying the same thing then there is a major issue at hand and need to be dealt with

Started off fun. Now it just seems rigged. Game started off really fun. I was winning a fair amount of matches. Slowly upgraded my balls and unlocked higher level lanes. I did spend a few bucks to get ahead, which I do not recommend. Once I reached lane 13, the game took a turn for the worst. I lose 9 out of 10 games. All my coins are gone. I NEVER get cards for the balls I need to upgrade, and even if I did, I wouldn’t be able to upgrade them because I cannot win a match!! It feels like I’m playing rigged games against bots. I’ll throw a ball and get a strike. Next frame, I’ll throw the same leveled ball, the exact same way, and get a split, causing me to lose the match. I rarely ever play a match against someone who is a similar level. I’m constantly playing against bots who are significantly higher levels, with balls far more advanced than mine. This makes it impossible to progress any further in the game, unless I’m willing to spend more money. It’s absolutely infuriating. Waste of time and money!

I love and hate this game at the same time…. I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and the game has progressed in a negative way. We used to be offered good deals, but with every update, the developers give less and less. As far as the Lucky Wheel, yes it is very rigged, but they will tell you different and that it isn’t. I have landed on every slot except for the big win. Not once! I mean what are the odds of playing this game every single day (several times a day) and not win the big one at least one time? I have put money in this game at times, but their GREED has become off the charts, so now I rarely put money into it, nor will I watch their excessive ads. Although you’re not forced to watch them like other games. The great thing about this game is it is pretty much like actually bowling! The balls, the pins, the 3D action is off the charts!!! The developers have created the most realistic bowling game out there!!! That’s why I continue to play. I just wish they would stop raising prices and giving less. I mean what’s honestly the big deal about allowing us players to win every blue moon on the Lucky Wheel so we can upgrade our balls? You will lose over time. The people on here that are talking about losing over time are NOT LYING! Once you get yo a higher level, the game starts beating you and you lose basically everything. The only way to keep going it to make purchases and then grind it out starting all over again. There’s also a Reddit group where people are talking about this. Also, leveling up balls takes FOREVER! You can open cases all day every day and you only get cards for balls you will never use. Why level those up when you just waste coins?!? Oh and all the talk about bots is totally true also. You are for sure not always playing another human. The game will also “lose connection” in the middle of important games causing you to lose as well. The game keeps going when this happens and you will lost your turn. Its fun in the beginning but then it gets old REALLY quick with the ridiculous losses. Example of this, you will use same position and angle having an 8/9 power balls and someone (or bot) can come in with level 4/5 power balls and get the strike and you will have pins standing which defeats the whole purpose of the game (leveling up). Its very frustrating

Fun for awhile. I played only from the free side of the game so my review must be viewed with that in consideration. I enjoyed the game a lot. That is, up until recently when I reached higher levels. Now it wasn’t necessarily a problem that I faced more players with a higher ranking as I could evaluate my positioning against them based on points and trophies, etc. No, my frustration developed when I played an opponent ranked lower than me who rolled and scored very poorly in the first two frames, I would do well with strikes and spares, but then suddenly would hit 2-3 strikes in a row as if a totally different person was playing. Now I recognize that I wasn’t playing an actual person in real time because of the fast transition time between knocking down pins and jumping to that player immediately choosing their next ball. However the algorithm works I realized I was playing against a player made up either from a history of shots that particular “real person” had made before, or a calculation that created a player and its response to my playing. Not a big deal because it is a digital game. But I simply got frustrated that I could only get so far, perhaps because I wouldn’t spend money on the game. Regardless, it was fun for awhile but I don’t want to waste my time of being kept at an achievement threshold and becoming frustrated. So I figured it was time to move on and deleted the game. Again, it was fun and I really enjoyed it. Up to a point.

Needs something. I have been looking for a cool player vs player bowling game. This one for sure has charm but it’s missing something. One of the things that annoys me so badly is the fact that after every game you go back to the lobby... ONE we should be able to rematch the person we were playing if we want, SECONDLY, it’s annoying going back to the lobby and having to hit play each time, if we chose to go to a different alley then we can go back to lobby. THIRDLY it’s kind of stupid that the only way we can play our friends is by using tickets, I play another bowling game and we can rematch all we want and we can challenge our friends without having to use a ticket. That’s a negative for me. Games are supposed to be fun and we should be able to play with our friends and you can only play as long as you have tickets. Stupid. Last but not least, I wish we could look at other players profiles. In my other game that is really cool and I like to see other players stats. I don’t care too much about a chat feature, don’t rally chat with anyone anyways. But I’ve been playing this game since launch and yes it has come a long way and I do enjoy it the graphics are gorgeous. But my other bowling game kind of one ups this one because of the better perks.

You can say everyone has the same chances as much as you want, but it’s just not true. I’ve played free for a couple weeks, but sadly I’ll be deleting this game. It’s not a coincidence that so many people says the game isn’t fair. Be proactive and make changes. After all, that’s what reviews are about. It’s a pretty decent game. The game itself is, in my opinion, the best bowling game on the appstore. Almost like they perfected mobile bowling games. Best way I can describe the gameplay is if 8ball pool and clash royale made sweet love and birthed a bowling child. Now, it’s not perfect. It’s a bit buggy, some of the graphics in the lobby (basically all the other graphics outside of the gameplay itself such as the lobby, shop, etc) could be a little more polished, and the gameplay, like leveling up, is a bit grindy. A little more than I prefer, but if you like games where getting ahead and leveling up is a little slower than usual, this game is great! It definitely makes you feel like you’ve earned everything you are reward. Also matches feel very fair; however, like all other mobile games, there are in-game transactions that allow you to progress in the game quicker. You could say its pay to win, but I haven’t experienced any feeling of unfairness while playing. Timers on chests (for those who haven’t played this game, the rewarding system is very similar like clash royale) are a bit long, especially in for beginners. Other than that, its a pretty decent game.

Love this game!!!. This is one of the, if not THE BEST bowling games out there! The graphics, the games, the music, are all fantastic!! I do have a question for the developers though. I had a bowling ball called “Captain” in a previous game. I miss it and would like to know if you can make it available for me to add to my arsenal. Why can’t we pick and choose the balls we want? I have at least 8 to 10 balls that I never use and would like to get rid of them so that I don’t waste so much time trying to get the balls I DO use up to higher levels. I can’t seem to get my balls into and past level 10. Please consider my requests and help me get the “Captain” into to my arsenal of bowling balls I use!!!! Thank you for your time! Update: I’ve never heard from the developers regarding my requests and complaints. Frustrating!! I really used to love this game but only play once or twice a day. Mostly for the daily challenges. It takes forever to level up the bowling balls I do use and it only gives me less than 10 or so points towards them when I do get points for them. When you get only 10 or less points towards a level of 5,000 points needed to level up it takes forever! And the amount of money I’ve spent trying to improve my levels, I think I’ve made a couple of house payments for the developers. It’s not fun anymore and it’s getting too expensive to play. Listen to other reviews. Fun until 9th or 10th frame.. ***Update*** I want to apologize to the developers. I just needed to have patience in the higher levels. I felt like I was getting cheated but realized that I just needed to build up my balls’ attributes which just takes much more time once you get to the 8th and 9th level. That is how a game should be developed to keep it fresh and challenging. I have been playing this daily for several months and continue to enjoy it. To the developers, thank you for the amazing game and I apologize for my previous whiny rant. 5 stars. Like everyone else has said, the game shows how badly it’s rigged by the 9th and 10th frames. There is no way this is all just a coincidence for hundreds of different people. I’ll admit this game really is a blast, but once you get to those frames, you stop getting new balls, you start getting useless upgrades and are consistently matched with players much higher than yourself. I just got to the 10th lane and have played 8 people so far. 6 out of the 8 had the 10th frame mascot as their profile picture; meaning they had already surpassed that frame. I should not be playing people at that level as I am just entering the 10th frame. The developers don’t have to respond to this. I already know what you are going to say based off other reviews. The takeaway is, super fun until the 9th and 10th frame. After that, either be willing to pay or find another game.

Was a great game!. My wife and I play this app all the time and I must say even after almost 2 years we still enjoy playing it. However, not anymore…. They used to have daily challenges every day. Hence the name “Daily Challenge” Now they only have it available Friday to Sunday. We would literally get on the app everyday to make sure we did our daily challenge. Now we open the app to find disappointment. Although there are other games you can play the daily challenge was a fun change with different challenges that made it interesting. Why would you get rid of this? I can understand adding new stuff but why take away something that many people like and that added a fun challenge to the the game. Prior to doing this I would have gave this app 5 stars. Now however, it only deserves 3 stars.

One of the best bowling games out. Update: Like most people are saying, you get on a winning streak and the games puts you on a losing streak. The developers are are responding with a generic canned response about all the variables. I don’t want to hear it. The same lanes, same pin config, same oil conditions, same ball, same roll, same force, different result. PERIOD! It’s fun, and I have to admit, I’m slightly addicted to it. HOWEVER, there are bugs, that hopefully devs are working on. Also, seriously doubt that you’re ever playing anyone live and in real time. It’s highly likely, you are playing a pooled replay of other players’ games. Which is fine by me, but because of that, it would be great if we had the ability to skip having to sit through their bowls. Why do I think this? Because, the opponent never changes pattern, even if your method is better. I know I make adjustments if something I’m doing isn’t working, but theirs is. Also, if you leave the game during their bowls, and come back, it starts back up right where you left off. In a real time scenario, I’d imagine, you’d actually end up forfeiting if you did that. Also, if you forfeit the game, the opponent’s score is finalized. Again, I don’t mind, but it seems that people actually think it’s all live.....requesting chat functions, etc. lol!!

Was once a great game. I’ve been playing for at least 9 months. This was a game I played every day until recently. With the last update the gameplay became increasingly harder. I have level 12 and 13 balls. I use to compete pretty even on levels 12 and 13 but now I can’t win a game past level 10. I’m a level 42 and any time I play a level past 10 it’s been matching me up with players 10 to 30 levels above me. It’s impossible to get a win against them. I’ve seen the developer reply and say it matches you with people of your skill level but that’s not true. It’s the equivalent of me a level 42 player up against level 10 and 20 players who don’t stand a chance against me. I really hope in a future update this issue is addressed because it’s absolutely taken all of the fun out of the game. I lose all my coins and the only option is to buy more to continue playing the same levels I use to never have to buy coins to play and I now refuse to spend any more money on this game.

Decent game.. I like the game it’s fun enough. However it’s like all the other games out there pay real money to actually win, and what I mean by that is simply this. Yeah you get ball cards to upgrade but the cards awarded are so minimal that it would take years to actually upgrade a ball. Not to mention when the ball cards are awarded it’s random. So you can’t actually choose where you want these ball cards for upgrade to go. So in short if you don’t mind spending real money to upgrade your bowling balls before you turn 90 then this is the game for you. It would not be so bad, if players like myself who can’t afford to literally spend hundreds of dollars like so many other players do, if one actually got to choose where they want the minimal ball upgrade cards to go. But of course this will never happen, because the reason they do this is, is they want the consumer to get frustrated at the slow ball progression and spend real money.

Super fun but slow. I enjoy the game and the upgrade system. I dislike having to watch the opponent play. I would prefer to play solo and see who won or skip out if there is no chance of your opponent winning. Having to watch when your opponent is losing is a waste. I would play more if the gameplay was faster.

Cheaters.... This game is FULL of cheaters and it’s disgusting to see how this game focuses on revenue making and not the enjoyment for the people playing.

Kinda cool, too much waiting around though. So if you want to play a game, where half the time your waiting and watching an AI bowl, this is the game for you! You can’t skip the AIs bowls nor watch them at 4x speed. Makes it kinda boring. Had potential, but threw it away with that alone.

Ripped off. Love the game, but when you start out with 422,000 and win 2 x games on Monument Alley & when you go back to main screen it only shows 371,476, would like to know where the 110,000 has gone. This seems to happen regularly. You have unfortunately lost me.

Deleted. I used to enjoy playing this game. Got to a very good level. Then started to lose consistently to inferior players who did not have the level of bowls or skills as me. Still they were able to have a computer generated result to help them win their game and frustrate me. How can a player with level 4 bowls win and I,m left with pins standing with level 8 bowls. Lose by 1 or 2 most times. You can stick this game we’re the sun doesn’t shine. I have deleted the game and would not recommend to my worst enemy. So predictable. LD 04

Kittiespaw. Very good game. I have been playing consistently now for o EMR a year and the one game out of two I stick to. There needs to be some thought as to how to advance without spending a fortune and so far it’s working. The only criticism I have is that I can’t see how I’m going to advance to the top level tournament as I refuse to pay the $39.95 entry fee. Otherwise you require a huge amount of chips.

Great game with few issues. It needs to be more realistic, the game is set up in a way that once you collect a bit of money it will make sure you suddenly lose games consecutively so that you’re forced to want to buy coins to play but don’t do it! There I’ll be games where pins randomly start twirling longer after the ball has been thrown and the the rest of the pins have fallen, then one single pin and fall and miraculously fall on three other pins and suddenly the opponent has a strike which makes no sense but you end up losing money.

Hold onto your wallet. It’s actually fundamentally a great game which is all the more tragic because it has been ruined by a money-grabby freemium/ pay-to-play model. I will gladly pay good money for an app I enjoy but I won’t support apps that try to coerce you into spending money repeatedly just to be able to play. The amount of chips needed to enter any other game than the first 2 is ridiculous so you will find yourself stuck playing the same 2 levels unless you fork over some cash, and then keep forking over that cash.

Awesome game buuuuut............. I absolutely love this game and it’s a really fun game to play when you’re bored, but something that’s really annoying is after you win a level you get a case and you can have up to 4 cases and you can only unlock one at a time. I have enjoyed this game for over a year, but after the latest update I don’t have the resources in the game to keep playing it. I get a case reward with 700-1600 chips but it’s 25 million to enter a competition? How does this make sense. Thanks for ruining an enjoyable game.

Upgrade creep far too steep. How do you go from needing 100,000 chips to get to level 8, but then needing 1,000,000 chips to get to level 9? That’s literally 10x the effort for one level. If that doesn’t reveal “pay us to get ahead, or grind forever because it’s free to play” then I don’t know what else to say. A reasonable upgrade would be 250,000 to go from level 8 to 9. Not a million. That just smells of “pay to win” This will be the reason why I delete this game. Otherwise it’s generally pretty fun.

Ridiculous tutorial. There is no way to get out of that endless tutorial. Very annoying.

Crashed. The game crashes more time than I like and usually at the most in opportune time. The game also stalls too much for my liking and needs to be stabilized it also requires an update every so often

When you send a notification to the Administrators, who are really unqualified to response properly to solve the issues All what they tells you is illogical recommendations & never recognize their mistakes . Not worth it. It’s all good and fine until you start to level up and you’re matched against unbeatable bots so you’re forced to buy upgrades. Fun if you just want to pass some time and don’t care to advance in the game.

Lawful awful. If you enjoy bad physics, this game offers you some of the worst bowling physics the App Store can offer. Thanks WARGAMING for a silly gimmicky game that only tries to get you with in-app purchases. Because the physics are fake, you know in the background the game is sometimes playing with the RNG to make you win or lose games to push you to buy the in-app stuff. This isn’t the game of skills that you’re looking for.

Ball cards!!!!. Great game I’d say 5 or 4 star EXCEPT for a few glaring things and one issue and request wrecking it that though the game upgrades regularly has sadly been ignored everytime someone says it or it’s upgraded…. I have been told before by your staff that the cards you get are supposed to be totally random. But it’s not truly random. It’s not it can’t be. Because Ive kept track & as soon as I unlock a ball all of a sudden There is always a card for that new ball in every case or prize I win. Yet getting any cards for the balls I’ve been paying to upgrade from the start is getting nearly impossible. That isn’t random at all. And you keep getting only newer cards almost exclusively. If it were true it was random that would be a pain enough to progress but at least fair But Many ppl wish you could either delete balls you don’t want or be able to choose say 10 or even 15 balls that you receive cards for not all as some balls you unlock you would never want to upgrade. For example a precise ball that only has a guide level of 7 or a power ball with a speed of 40 that won’t ever increase makes no sense Yet we get cards for them all the time constantly getting cards for newer crappier balls and almost none of the cards we need for decent ones. So if you won’t let us choose balls to delete or give us the option of what balls to and not to get cards for so we can keep progressing PLEASE PLEASE At least change your algorithms so it’s actually random. That’s not gonna cost you a tonne as It’s getting to the point for me and others I know that play I’ve talked to that the way it is now we not just don’t want to pay for any extras or passes anymore but playing the game I’ve loved for awhile is starting to get old & frustrating. Smash some balls!!.,. As far as bowling games go, sick graphics, sick game play, best I’ve found. Wish a few things were different like in game communication, and more options of game play, ie a story mode, or more prize challenges, that sort of thing. Otherwise, hands down get it, play it, love it! I actually spend money on games I frequent and don’t get bored of, and this one u don’t NEED to spend to advance, but it does help 100%. But, great game and super fun so worth a few bucks here and there for fun. F’ing COVID. Might as well bowl!

Don’t Get Items From the Shop. Several times I’ve saved gold to get rewards and have not gotten anything other than error no item found. Very disappointing when the gold is still taken from your account. This needs fixed.

The game is ok. You should be able to use cash to buy gold, and to up date the balls shouldn’t be so expensive. Let the game be fun and enjoying, it shouldn’t be all about getting money from people bank account

Fun but problems. I love the game due to the fact that you can actually crank out some wins against real people, but for those who don’t have the game the point is to upgrade your balls and just be genuinely better, it’s a cool aspect but totally worthless, on that point- I have 2 lvl 6 balls and the rest lvl 5 and it’s obviously not master lvls but I shouldn’t be losing to people who have beginner balls on arena 4-5 it just doesn’t make sense, tell me how I do a shot with a level 6 power ball and it happens to leave 1 pin up (please note that on this alley it’s normally a strike when I do this shot with this ball) then someone comes in with all beginner balls and hits all strikes in the same spot I’m shooting? And all the game developers are gonna say is you have to change how u play and get better skill wise, I have a 85% win rate with over 300 strikes and 20 perfect games, so there’s no reason I should be losing to someone who doesn’t upgrade or use balls that you’re supposed to use on this alley.

Amazing Game ❤️. I’ve been playing this game for the better part of three years now, and have never had any issues what so ever. I play it everyday without any of the so called problems, others have negatively complained about. It is not a “money grab”, but if you wish to advance quicker, you can buy gold bars to get you there. OR, you can simply work your way up to different alleys and optional balls. Keep up the great work Bowling Crew Team!!!!!

Pin and ball physics change. It’s a fun game but it’s obvious that difficulty increases and balls don’t cause the same action with the pins that they had when I first started playing. I also noticed that even when I forfeit prior to my opponent finishing the final frame, they still have full points and the win. 🤔 I played for about two weeks and my losses started piling up. It was clear that unless I paid, I wasn’t going to be allowed a win. I deleted the app.

Bowling Crew. I’m really enjoying it. I’ve tried other apps and nothing else comes close. I wish I got the ball being used for the lucky shot. I did knock down all 75 pins on Wednesday and all I got was a victory pin.

One of my only beefs would be that it’s easy to gain coins but hard to earn gold the higher you advance as to stay competitive you need to unlock cases quicker (my experience on how I play) but you can’t convert coins to gold just the other way around. Wished you could use coins as well as gold to unlock cases.

Don’t believe the bullsh&t. Game is great until you get to the higher levels. I’m in the 300,000 dollar range for playing a game against another opponent. That means I have to pony up 300,000 dollars a game to play. Only thing is, the higher you go, the more your bowling balls stop making the shots you did when you started. Same shot, same ball, same mark on the rotating shot gage for straightness and......you miss the shot. Frustrating as hell. While other bowlers get bounces that are absolutely ridicules and end up with strikes. Oh and one last thing, if you get to my stage and run out of money you can’t even go back to lower levels to play, you simply can’t lay till you get money. Effing stupid developers as I refuse to spend money JUST TO PLAY. Fcuk u DELETE. Now instead of getting money you just get deleted.

Love them game. Everything’s fun but their should be the ability to play with your friends, and an automatic way to unlock a case with a two hour cool down between automatically unlocking another case that only can do two cases between each log in

Ok game!!. The game is fun but you never actually play against someone it’s just a stolen Facebook photo and Username to disguise a computer. You can’t tell me otherwise. It’s very predictable. No matter how much you throw the ball the exact same you always get a different result. The game decides if you win or lose not your skill. Some skill is required but you can’t master this game. Playing with friends would be fun. Make this possible. It’s not no matter how hard you try.

Limited Playability With Friends. Fun game with lots of potential, but unfortunately the enjoyment is diluted with only being able to play with friends if you have a ticket. Tickets can be purchased or rewarded by watching an ad which locks for 24 hours after watching. Please fix this. It should be a basic function and available to all non-paying players.

Scam algorithms!. For the most part it’s a great bowling game! On the other hand it has a rigged algorithm. I don’t care what the developers say. As a gaming developer myself I can see all the flaws in the game and how it’s designed. It’s designed to let you win two out of three games. If you receive a bonus chip to keep your points if you lose, it's set up to make sure you lose until that chip is gone. You can see the glitches in the ball when it hits the pins. Some pins will blast away and others won’t move at all. If you watch carefully and put the ball in the same place every time, you will win one game. Then, do it again with the exact same ball in the same place and you will lose that one. Same level ball, same strategy, same B.S. The developers need to cut the B.S. and have a fair game. It’s all about money, money, money! To the developers, if everyone else can see between the lines then fix it.

Almost Perfect (READ BEFORE YOU PLAY). This is one of the better bowling games in the App Store without question. There’s one improvement that should be made though that would make this my favorite bowling game, And that would be to separate the classic bowling pin set up from all the wacky ones. I easily have the most fun when the game selects the standard pin set up, And the wacky ones are fine too BUT they should be separated as it creates an entirely different bowling experience that can be off-putting to many if not most players who enjoy bowling games. If this change is ever implemented I will gladly give this game 5 stars but until then, 4 stars is a fair score as there’s other bowling games that provide a better bowling simulation.

Could be great if …. Honestly this game is fun ! And it looks great the part that’s holding it back ? The horrible prices of chips and slow slow slow slow grind . Balls take forever to upgrade after lvl 7 and you can lose weeks of chips in a match at high levels . Lower the price of higher lanes or GREATLY increase the payout of things to balance it . You hit the end of the line real fast because paying 100k + chips to play one match is INSANE.. make the game more user friendly so we don’t fear Losing a weeks worth of playing in chips In a single round and the game could be absolutely fantastic. As of right now tho … the prices are off the deep end and far to unbalanced to give it any better review . Make the game fun and relaxing rather then fearing running out of chips if you have one bad game.

Hooked. I do enjoy a game of real bowling now and then. Never thought I’d LOVE a bowling game on my phone. I just tried this due to an add I saw for it. I get bored with games super fast. And I am always looking for one I won’t get bored with. Well I found it. The challenges of the different ways the pins are set. Make it different and interesting every time you play. The only downfall is, unless you pay real money it takes time to collect gold and money to level up your balls. The good part of that is you won’t stay on your phone for hours and hours playing. Play here and there and it never gets old!

The Payouts are Laughable. This game is set up to make you spend money. They will let you win for a few rounds and then when they figure out you are not spending real money on a fake bowling game the algorithm kicks in and the bowling ball will start doing weird things. It's really frustrating that companies are allowed to have algorithms to make you lose. This game is worse than slot machines. Don't waste your money or time. Their response is laughable. The games pay outs are not enough to advance. You can win I'm at a 72% win rate. This game is designed to make you fail at some point. I've got 13 balls that I've won that I can't upgrade because the cost of just bowling (shirt charging?) and the cost to play someone take up most of the winnings. The payouts are worse than casinos. Scam

Pay to Play. I have a lot of cash saved up from playing the game. But if you want a decent ball outside the ordinary plan on paying. I have been playing over 2 months, same cards and balls drop all the time. Even the cases end up with the same balls. They are good but when you have 8 balls from the first two alleys and your on the 8th alley and never receive a new card it is boring. I play about 10+ games a day hoping for something new. Would be a 5 star game if you could actually get a few new balls on occasion. Playing level 9 all the time have 1 bounce ball,1 precision, and about 9 power balls. Guess it’s just luck of the draw but makes playing some lanes a touch harder to play with limited balls. But at least it has allowed me to level them up to level 9 or 10 😉

Level equals how easy the pins fall. If you play a person who is a higher level or has higher level of trophies but you both have the same level of balls, the pins will fall down easier for them than the lower level player. They don’t even have to have a shirt attached to the balls to beat you. It isn’t consistent so it feels like you are playing a bot. The pins falling should be equal, I understand the higher the level lanes require that level of ball but if you have a level 14 ball with a shirt and the other player has a level 14 without a shirt and you bowl the same position but the pins go flying for them but you only knock down half the pins, like you are bowling with a low level ball, then the game is not set equally. I love this game but that part is unfair and frustrating.

So Rigged. I’ve been playin this game for over a year and it’s so rigged. You can shoot the exact same shot and one shot can give you a strike then the next you’ll miss 4-6 pins. It’s ridiculous. There’s no consistency at all. Yes, I understand the balls have different power levels and all but with the SAME BALL you will miss a shot you’ve thrown a thousand times. Then the developers comment and say “It’s not rigged, the game is fair blah blah or the game depends on all players skill level and blah blah” It’s ridiculous and a cheap response. The challenge mode is rigged too. You can win the first 2 levels then the third you somehow lose because, even though you’re shooting THE SAME SHOTS YOU DID THE FIRST 2 GAMES, your shots somehow don’t get the strike and you miss pins. I understand skill level. I understand others can be better but how is it that you automatically miss pins with consistent shots on your part? Also, played a game and forfeit, which I never do, and the other player magically has a strike or a higher downed pins at the last round, WHEN I QUIT THE GAME AT THE 2ND ROUND! Pins can be super shady too! Shoot a shot and you miss one, shakes and stops. Other player shoots a shot and they miss the same one and it magically spins and spins then falls. Completely UNFAIR Please keep your generic response because I’m not falling for the garbage you’re feeding other CHEATED players.

Something is fishy. I’ve been stuck in the same #9 Fury Lane for ever. Once I get over 20 million I start loosing. I can’t upgrade my Bowling Balls because most need over 800 or 900 to upgrade but if you can’t win you can’t get the cases to open and when you do you only get very little points to upgrade and when you do it’s to balls that you don’t use. You can’t transfer upgrades to other favorites either. When on standard pins, I can crush the sweet spot and still leave up to 3 pins which I can’t figure out how that happens. I can be winning big only to loos in the final frame. I wish there were more frames to bowl. I’ll never know if there is because I can not get past Fury Lane. I am done with this game. I can hit the sweet spot over and over again and not get a strike anymore.

Fun but.... This was a really fun game to begin with, made it through alleys 1-6 without much struggle. But like many others have said, it becomes apparent that the odds are stacked against you after a while. The daily challenges often go great the first two matches only to be met with dominance by the opponent in the third round. No matter how well you try to play the game, it seems they will pair you often with someone at either a higher level or an AI that will pick up shots like a pro “bounce off something and make an incredible shot”... The developers always respond saying something like everyone practices and you’re only as good as everyone else, it’s not rigged, etc. It’s a fun game, but don’t waste any money on it.

Fun But Needs Friends. Yeap there is a grind to farm for the balls you might like. And Yeap the micro transactions will get you to want to push. Just like every other app, really. The only real drawback I would like especially for this type of game is to challenge friends. My link to invite friends doesn’t work, only to invite from Facebook which no one ever sees. I have Facebook and GameCenter linked but apparently does nothing. Competition spurs a grind much more than a solo attempt. The devs are certainly missing out. Also, for whatever reason there is a daily constant game stall-lo and behold when an attempt is made to open a case (again, almost daily) it’s a guarantee that 1 will never open and the game will stall. This only started after iOS14 for me. Doesn’t matter which type of case-random stall.

Addicting game but NEEDS A CLUB SYSTEM. I agree with what most people want to be added/fixed in the game (including harder strikes, more value in each ball, etc) but what I feel like this game is missing is a tab for CLUBS! I mean it is called Bowling CREW if we could build clubs to face others in tournaments it’d add even more competition to the game. Campaign mode is fun but gets a little boring after a while...if we could make clubs for 250 gold and add weekly tournaments (as they do in real life) this game would get more users. Other than that and the problems of others in the review thread I love this game.

Bots. When you play this game you are not playing against real people and please don’t say we are. Also I play bots with level 9 and 10 balls and still I lose. Come on before you even play you are predestined to win or lose. You want people to lose all their coins hoping they will spend money for more coins tsk tsk another pay to play game. I really used to love playing this game and what about the pin wobbles they seem to go only one way at times. I know you need the app to make money but don’t be greedy. Just an update how am I playing people I mean recordings that have level 13 balls when level 13 isn’t out yet. I have level 11 balls and it taking forever to get to the next level. So what when you win a few games in a row you make sure you going to lose a lot more games. Again tsk tsk.

Great. I'm starting to have connection problems in the game menu and during matches. It's unfair that I have to forfeit the match cos the game keeps trying to reconnect. I haven't had any problems with that for months, until now. But if it is my modem that's the problem than that's ok. But my main concern is that I don't think the player should be forced to forfeit the match cos of a connection problem. Especially if the problem is on your end. If there is a way to change that so the game doesn't forfeit cos of a connection problem, that would be awesome. I like this game. It is fun and relaxing most of the time. And I love the bowling ball graphic designs. They're awesome. Other than the forfeit connection problem this game is great. (Quick thought) maybe add a bit more time for turns. 20 seconds just isn't enough sometimes. 30 seconds at the most, would be enough. But that isn't as big a concern as much as the forfeit connection problem. Thanks for the games!

Fun Game, a Few Bugs. I enjoy the game overall. It’s cool to see the different pin layouts the developers have included. I like the tournament format but can get frustrated from time to time. When it takes a while to find a match, I hit the back button, but it doesn’t exit me out for some reason so I sit there waiting for the matchmaking to work. After waiting a few minutes, I exit the app and reload only to find that I have somehow forfeited a match that I wasn’t in to begin with. This screwed me on the last tournament as I made it to the finals and was going into my last game with a chance to take first. It said I forfeited the game and got zero pins and ended up coming in 5th. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. Thanks.

Would be four, but playing against bots.. Don’t be fooled that you are always playing against another human. Two ways I know this; First, when I realize I will lose the game in the last frame I will resign, but when it gets to the recap screen the other player magically has all his points like he threw anyway it’s almost like it’s pre determined that you will lose lol. Secondly, when I accidentally lock my screen when I to grab my kid or something, you would think you would be kicked out or at least the other player would play the last frame. Nope, it magically is right where you left off, like the other guy knew you were in the middle of something and he was being a good sport. It’s kinda fun with the different ball positions and all, but this is not a head to head game against a human all the time or at all I don’t know so that takes away 2 stars.

Apologies to the developers. I wrote a review upset up the latest up grade not working. Because it wouldn’t load I had no way of contacting them. So I wrote a one star review to get some sort of contact. While I was looking at other reviews I saw there was an email to contact them. That got back to me asap. They got be back up running quickly. I’ve always had great support in the app’s support. But because I couldn’t get in without deleting the app, downloading a new one losing my account information. Starting over. I feel I should have done more research and found the email to contact them and I would have been fine. I also thought I could delete the review but I can’t. I’m going to write another review on how much I love the game and address some other reviews I thought we’re incorrect from my perspective. If you like bowling games, this is the one for you. Been playing for months now and I love it. Thanks again to the developers.

Good but could be better with a few minor adjustments. I like the game but I think they need to make some small changes. Add a pin count on screen during the actual bowling so I know how many I have vs the opponent. Ability to dismiss upgrade options notifications for bowling balls. There are some I don’t plan on using and I don’t want to waste chips on upgrading them just get rid of the notification icon. Add ability to sell a bowling ball for some chips. Add the ability to play completely a free bowling lane. You won’t win anything but you won’t lose chips either. Add the ability for 2 player pass and play. So I can play with a friend who’s with me. Add ability to play separate normal pin layout vs wacky pins. Add these things and definitely see myself re-reviewing the game with a better score.

You all get 4 Out 5 stars. I’m and avid bowler and I love playing this game but at times I see your mechanics are off. First off everyone knows you tap that head pin head on that’s an automatic split but I rarely see that instead I see strikes or maybe 1 pin standing. Also I’ve notice on the same alley my marks changes from time to time. I can throw a perfect game, next game same board now I can’t hit 1 strike. Now that’s very fishy to me still trying to give the benefit of doubt but as I play this game knowing the fundamentals of bowling I see weird tactics that seem to work no skill just straight down the middle and X. Make understand I’ll change it to a 5.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. This app is completely inconsistent. My friends and I all downloaded this app to find a game to play together. We have all been playing for about 8 months.. there is no form of consistency, you can play the same course with the same ball and pin point it to the same target and pins will play with a mind of their own, that makes no sense. So we all chalked it up to maybe it’s just the software or maybe they are trying to re-enact a real bowling situation.. NOPE you can’t rely on your skills playing any part in this mess. You can be great one day, play the same course, same exact placement and balls and somehow you don’t even touch but 3 pins. Not to mention their system crashes and it will take your chips. It has to be the poorest software we’ve all played with, and not a single reliable way to report it and have ir fixed… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

No longer fun. When I first started playing this game it was fun. There were daily challenges that would help you build your skills and meet other goals in the app. A few months ago they took away the daily challenges and only offered them on the weekends. This made it harder to meet the goals it took away some of the fun but it was something to look forward to. With this last update the changed the goals to the point where they are impossible to meet. One goal was throwing the bounce ball 10 or 20 times to get the “prize”. Most games I’ve played the bounce ball is used 0 to 5 times depending on the person’s preference and skills. Now they have upped it to 80 times. Where’s the fun in trying to meet impossible goals? I’m done! If I’m going to waste time playing a game I want to enjoy it.

Fun but.... The daily challenges are a lot of fun, because you have to learn how to get around the obstacles. On the other hand, the regular bowling can get old quickly because you only have three frames to play for each game. This basically means that if you get a spare instead of a strike in one of your frames, you are very likely to lose the game. You don’t have the space to make up for a bad frame. Some other bowling games use more frames as you level up, which allows the players the opportunity to come back from a less than perfect frame. Also, the cost of game tokens to participate in higher level lanes goes up dramatically so it’s impractical to play a lane higher than the sixth level if you do not want to pump a lot of money into the game.

Believe what others are saying! Later, it stinks!. A very enjoyable game at the beginning. But, as soon as you get up to lanes 7 & 8, all of a sudden, you can't bowl a strike no matter what! I have bowled over 40 perfect games (5 strikes in a row) on this app but, when you get to the higher levels. No matter how perfect you hit the pocket, you will leave 2 or 3 pins while your opponent can almost gutter ball and somehow the pins will fly around a they’ll get a strike! They just want you to spend money! No matter how many cards you save, you will never have enough game money to upgrade your bowling balls. Level 8 balls require 100,000 coins, in addition to 200 plus cards to upgrade. I read a lot of reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt but, it’s clearly their objective regardless of their “standard” reply of how you are always playing a human opponent, and the physics are the same for everyone. Boloney! Deleting this app!

Great graphics and fun. I was hooked the first time I played! Definitely has a learning curve, which I am still learning, figuring out the balls and which ones are best and choosing my arsenal has been the hardest for me, not sure about the shirts and everything is designed to encourage you to buy chips, gold etc, which is the purpose of most games, make money. But you don't have to buy anything to play and enjoy the game. So far I haven't spent any personal money, just the awards given for winning. It definitely drains my phone though. i have an Iphone 10. Overall i love the game.

Bugs, bugs, bugs. First the game is fun but it appears that every so called update a new bug appears. On the latest version, if you look at an ad to get a free ball, roll, etc. the sound goes off which requires a reboot. Why is this important, you have a limited time to roll the ball and when it gets to the last few seconds it sounds a warning. Also, if you want to be competitive you need to spend big money or you will be crushed every time you play someone who bought their way to the higher levels. Sure, you can earn your way but getting the really great power balls to higher levels takes forever. I have complained to the developer and get the usual answers that the information will be passed on to the people in charge. My solution is, don’t watch the ads and save your selves the frustration.

RIGGED. This game is rigged. I’ve been a faithful player for about 3 years now. I truly enjoy the game but there are those hiccups every now and then that makes you wonder are you truly playing other people, or a computer.??? I’m starting to thinking I’m playing a computer most times. Most popular bowling balls takes too long to upgrade their levels, without you spending money, if you don’t have the chips to to upgrade. When you bowl and almost hit a strike and the last pin is just sitting there rocking back and forth waiting to drop the game will go to the next play for you to try and get the spare, yet I’ve seen other players pin rock back and forth until FINALLY it drops and they could win LITERALLY by one 1 stinking point. THE GAME IS RIGGED. At this point the only they’re good for is the graphics. Those are amazing.

Not actual bowling, real bowling isn’t rigged. The game is inconsistent at best. If you know how to bowl, don’t bowl like you normally would because the physics behind the pocket do not work. I’ve seen strikes hitting the head pin dead on which would not yield a strike in real bowling. The reason why is jackassery. There’s all these special balls that change pin action. Plus they change pin formations into dumb formations. I’ll admit it’s fun at first because it’s classic bowling. But as you level up, the same throws no longer work. At higher level,”s, the lack of consistency game to game doesn’t make it stay fun for long. I’ve also noticed as you start to earn a lot of cash and gold the inconsistency becomes worse. I’ve also noticed I’m not playing an actual player in some matches but some type of bot. You can notice this by mimicking your opponents shot and it does not work. Overall, it’s a sham to get you to spend $$$. Stay away.

Fun but very inaccurate. This game is definitely fun... BUT... It’s very frustrating when I’m playing like one should by utilizing the hooks to its full potential, as we should, but (literally) every single person I play hits straight on and not in the pocket. In real bowling, a split would happen well more than a strike. So, here I am, being creative and hooking my throws and constantly losing to players with no style, creativity, and skills. Put us in classes/leagues for those of us who want to play with skills and put the rest who only like play like a 5 year old taking a granny shot in a different league! OH... and what’s up with pins barely moving then all of a sudden fall over?! Do we disregard science and physics in this game?

Game. This game is really good, however I think it could use some changing. Once you get to Hells balls, it only cost 800 coins to play. Why is there a huge jump in price to play from hells balls to golden sands? It goes from 800, to 3k. That’s a big jump and kinda unfair risk to lose a lot or most of your coins? And the patterns for golden sands. The regular pin lineup and the sideways pen lineup is okay, but what’s the 3d pattern? I’ve practiced a lot on that map with the pattern that lines up from southeast, to North west and don’t understand how you can manage that strike? Another thing, when practicing on maps, I feel like we need more than 2 sets of pins to practice. That’s only 20 points if you strike, and I feel like I need more than that.

Way too much money. Downloaded the game and loved it but then started having issues with it crashing on higher priced games. Deleted it and redownloaded about a month later and it was fixed. Now they are adding all these passes you have to buy to get rewards. I’m extremely upset about the skill shot pass because it was the only thing that was free where you could get rewards worth a crap. Now if you don’t pay $20 for this pass and $20 for that pass you get 10 gold here or 10 ball cards. But yet you get charged 250 gold to buy a custom case… before the skill shot pass the skill shots was the only thing that gave rewards fast enough and now that’s gone too. I’m really tired of not being able to enjoy games without paying a ton of money….. that’s $40 a month! Come on guys!

Another money hungry app. It couldn’t be more obvious how rigged this game is. True shame because I haven’t seen better graphics or attention to detail this good on any other mobile game. Don’t be surprised if you throw the same ball (level, lane mark, etc) as your “opponent” and achieve a lesser result. This happens far more often than it should. “Opponents” receive unfair advantages every game with pins flying all over the lane knocking down other pins. Very few of my throws deliver the same results and I’ve become an expert at this game by reaching the haunted house lane. You’ll always be facing an “opponent” who is throwing balls 1-3 levels higher than yours, but somehow have the same amount of trophies? Disadvantaged from the start. It’s obvious that you’re playing bots and the results are predetermined. If they weren’t, I wouldn’t see opponents on the jack rabbit lane throwing level 3 balls with close to 6,000 trophies. A player with those balls wouldn’t come close to even 2,000. Revenue is first and player experience is second on the totem pole. A plethora of other dissatisfied players have expressed similar concerns, but yet nothing has changed to make the results fair. Your players are the ones making you money, so start treating them fairly and not like another dollar sign.

Why did you have to take away from the app??. I get adding things to the game to make them more enjoyable. Unfortunately as of late ya’ll decide to take away from the one throw and depending on the number of pins would relate to the prize. Now it’s near impossible to win anything worthy. Then there was a one on one and had to win 3xs to win the biggest prizes. Used to be a new one every day! Now there’s not. It’s was fun to learn the trick shots that got those strikes. And it’s like you took a lot of what made the game POP, away! If you can’t better it, then put it back the way it was! It’s just a let down. I’ve been playing this game for, dang, has to over a year and there’s just no excitement. Just bowl against someone on your level. Disappointing.

Frustrated. Clearly the developer wants your money!! You are pitted against other bowlers that are at the same level as you but if you do not want to spend big money building up your bowling balls then you will be at a tremendous disadvantage against someone with a level 14 ball when you are playing with level 11 balls. You need bowling cards to build up the balls you can buy them for 10 to 100 bucks, there are also stupid skins and trails as well as buying new Avatars. Only building up the balls is worth doing. In any case if you are done on that doesn’t spend money on phone games like me you may want to stay away - I’m stuck in last level playing the best players with get this level 15 balls - they make every shot. This is an unfair game designed to take your money.

Best bowling game. I absolutely LOVE this game. I’ve downloaded several other bowling games and nothing else comes close. I see complaints about the timer, unfairness if you don’t pay, etc. I think the timer is great. Yes I’ve timed out. But this way you don’t have to wait forever for opponents who aren’t paying attention. I think maybe you could add five more seconds on the challenge of the day. Daily challenge is fun too. Something different to do. I’ve been able to upgrade my equipment pretty easily to be able to compete. And I spend no money. I also love that there are no annoying ads. If you want a great bowling game, this is the best one.

If you think you’re being cheated, you probably are. I have multiple videos of my daughter playing from 2 different accounts, on two different phones (she likes to play side by side… show off) but playing the same “guest” or even facebook profile. I wish I could post the videos, but if you want to see for yourself, just play the game at the same time, side by side with another phone. If you think the game is cheating, I’d say this is clearly deceptive advertising. They make it seem like you will be playing other people online. What’s the point of needing Wi-Fi if we’re just playing bots? Stop getting frustrated if you think the game is cheating. You are right. It’s a LOT of Bot accounts

Sad. This is a game I really love, but every single time you watch the video to get extra chip, or a level up on your balls the video that you watch is messed up to the point that it won’t let you finish your game, or get the chips or the level up points. What you see is a blown up version of the video you’re supposed to watch. I was so frustrated with it and brought it to the attention to the techs. I was told that it was my modem, my phone, or some other glitch having to do with my WiFi. I informed them that it was the only game that I play that does this, and the next time it happened I was going to delete the game even though I’ve spent money on it. Don’t get me wrong I love the game, but I’d like to play it and with the way that it’s acting I can’t so sorry so sad. I hope you have better luck with it.

Beautifully Deceptive With Bots & Techniques. First, this, is the most graphically, beautiful bowling game, available. But, after a few weeks of playing, I finally realized, I am playing against bots. These players, do not bowl the normal, obvious way sometimes, just over and over, the same shot, that makes no sense and then lose. Then on round 2 of 3, you cannot hit the pins, in the exact same way as round 1. The game does not allow it, even though, same ball and exact same, attempted pattern. So, definitely bots and changing difficulty between the same alley and pins. You’re probably playing bots and being tempted to spend when your shots, just are not as effective on the same alley or game before. Beautiful but deceptively clever techniques to get you to make purchases, in-game.

Money hungry. This game is rigged no new alleys you guys are money hungry and play tricks on us. One min I’m doing well the next game will be the same only will have a booster and next thing I’m losing. Everything costs money. I understand you have to make money off of you’re game but give us a little break it’s a pandemic some of us can’t afford all this stuff. But I have been playing since March of this year. I do like the short timeframe but the money is what gets me. All my balls are 12 and 13. I worked hard at that. But had to pay for that too. So change some things get new alleys instead of seasons they’ve been “coming soon “for ever now Update, msg from developer saying not rigged ok. I’ve seen it and lots of customers have too. Instead of getting an email back work on making more levels and STOP BEING MONEY HUNGRY

Math. 1. In one game you’ll give 10 points for a strike then 20… last game, I got 6, SIX POINTS for ALL 10 PINS DOWN, how exactly does that make sense? Then the opponent jumps 20 points for getting a strike after an open. The addition in this game is terrible. 2. If there’s “sweet spots” on each lane than each player should have the same result when hitting that “sweet spot” instead of it being random on who’s gonna get it. If the player can aim, the player knows how to play. 3. You get balls… you wanna increase power(?) you need (money/coins), OH you need to be invincible to accomplish it too. You keep getting the build up for the same stuff, the ones you can’t afford anymore. Hey this ball, you have 500 and only need 100, BUT you also need $4.5 million coins! No biggie, right? IF, IF YOU’RE LUCKY you’ll actually get rewarded with a new ball from the lanes they claim they come from. I mean, Ive only played on these lanes for over a year and have “unlocked” 2️⃣. How many times do you have to play? Or is “unlocking” a new phrase for buying? Cause… no. If these things weren’t such an issue, this game is good. The mathematics, aiming accuracy between players and actually rewarding the balls from the lanes need adjustment.

I’m a fan But….. I’m a fan my husband was playing and I do fairly well. I do enjoy playing the frustrating thing is and maybe it’s just me although I win 2 then lose 2. So frustrating when I bowl the same way and still lose. I’m not getting anywhere close to advancing to the next level #13. I’m curious if this is how it is with everyone else too. Hubby actually stopped playing due to this. Sad because I loved whooping his play. Lol This too is making me not want to play as much and that’s disappointing because I enjoy playing this game. I hope this can be corrected or even if I’m given a few pointers that would be great. Thanks in advance Dollface

You’re playing bots, not real people. Like everyone else has said, these are “bots,” not real people. If you don’t believe me, start a match (make sure you go first) and bowl all 3 frames. As soon as you’re done, immediately close the game out. When you reopen the game, it will show you the final score. There’s no way someone can bowl 3 turns on the last frame in the matter of 5 seconds. I have tested this theory numerous times with the same results. I’m not going to say that this game cheats, but it’s a little coincidental that once you progress to the higher level lane, you consistently lose. It’s still a fun game to pass the time, but don’t expect to level up your balls to 13 without paying.

Fun and addicting. I enjoy playing this game. There is lots to do to work your way up to higher lanes. I like that you have trails and can change the skins. I'm not a person to play other people but this game~ enjoy looking at peoples names and how they dress their balls. There are only 3 frames so moves along quickly. I was having freezing issues, after reaching out to the techs, was told its probably a ram issue so every few games will shut down my ipad and haven't had the problem since. Make sure you spend the time and chips to upgrade your balls, it will make the experience more enjoyable.

Rage Quit. I went from having over 12 million chips to less than 50,000 in a span of three days. Some of that was the new system of paying to redo the daily challenges, but most of it was losing. I just kept losing no matter how many ads I watched so I could practice I kept losing. On one frame I’d get a strike, the next doing the exact same thing I would get a split, and the next frame I’d have over half the pins still standing. I understand making it challenging but when my opponent does the same thing I was doing and continues to get strikes, I have to give up. I used to love the game, but after losing that many chips that fast and not being able to win matches on the easier levels it’s just not enjoyable anymore. It’s not worth stressing over and getting upset. I was almost ready to spend money on the game to get some of the cooler skins, but alas it wasn’t meant to be.

Fun but often frustrating. This is a fun game that keeps you wanting to play more in the beginning, however I noticed that once I got to the 10th lane things got a lot more frustrating. I’m a level 26 with level 9 and 10 balls playing against a level 58 with level 13 balls, PLUS I was going first. I was destroyed. Also, once you max out trophies on a lane, you cannot get trophies in that lane to advance to the next lane. It took me 3 wins, frustrated that I wasn’t opening the next lane to realize this. You have to go to lower lanes to get more trophies. Another thing is that sometimes when you lose, it lets you watch an Ad to get some coins back. Often, I would lose connection after the ad ended. I would go back into the app and the coins were never added to my account. Overall I’ve put quite a lot of effort into this game and it’s frustrating to get this far into it and realize that the returns diminish the further you get into it. I also thought the tournaments were so much fun! Such a good touch but after a few, you have to pay real money and it’s WAY too expensive. Maybe if it was half the price I’d join every tournament. But at that price I don’t want to join any of them.

W🤣W. I’ve tried around 5 or 6 bowling game apps before I tried bowling crew & I have to tell you, it’s #1 in my book!!! I had trouble with signing in & a few other things & customer support is phenomenal! I really couldn’t believe it after being on other games and not being able to get in touch with anyone, or just bad service! It’s fun & after you get over the hump of when it starts costing more chips in the higher levels, (you don’t have to pay any real money to play) it continues to be a great game. You can make a strike with your eyes closed.. Don’t get me wrong this is one of the better bowling games in the App Store. It can get addicting and it is also a lot of fun. But it gets extremely tiring and frustrating. It requieres no effort to make a strike. all you need is maybe lvl 3 power ball if that and your essentially guaranteed. There is no point of hooking a ball or using bounce ball. Just power it out. It will hit, create a little shockwave and the pins will look like an earthquake hit them. You do have to move ball like an inch to the left or to the right so that it is pointing the the pocket but that about it. It pisses me off when I see a guy with no effort or flair just get perfect games just by throwing a ball down the middle nothing else. Please fix this! ITS KILLING THIS GAME.

Fun game mechanics, but too many in-app pop ups. Overall I enjoy this game in terms of pure gameplay and mechanics. The difficulty ramps up gradually and it’s enjoyable to play. But the real issue is getting to the gameplay itself consistently. The app pushes so many window pop ups that are just part of the app, not even ads. Between all of the different event popups today, between advertising the event and then advertising each individual event item for sale in addition to everything else on the menu, I was turned off from continuing on the app before I even got to a second match. It would be much better if it were one and done, or a quick skip option was available, but as it is currently, it’s a lot of time wasting for nothing.

Works like a Vegas slot machine. 1. You will likely play a “recording” of another player 98% of the time, IE…not playing a live player. Caveat: when your playing in a tournament, those players seem real enough. 2. When playing regular games, as you get higher in rank, it’s more about how much money you spend, otherwise it’s all luck…like when the slot machine decides to give you a chance at winning and doesn’t match you with someone 12 levels higher than you. 3. When playing a “live” player, like in real bowling, people screw up when the pressure is laid on. Never the case here. You will get bowled over every time. The mechanics are not on your side. You will see what should have been guaranteed strikes, no different then the NPCs throw…yet you will miss 2/3 of the pins. 4. Daily Bonus Matches: How do you know your playing an NPC? The NPC has has your player level with higher level balls and they bowl the 1st two matches like they were blindfolded. The 3rd match may go 50/50. I love the graphics and all that, but I really dislike not being able to play other live players. I really dislike being asked to pay $49 for a week long tournament (at my level). Total absurdity.

Bring back the daily challenge!!!. So I noticed after the game updated 2 days ago, we no longer get to play the 3 game daily challenge. Why?!?! That was my favorite feature of the game! The first game I open and play every morning (for the last year and a half) is Bowling Crew. I look forward to that one particular part of the game every day but now that it’s gone, I will be playing less. This is one of my favorite games but I will probably end up deleting it if we can no longer play the daily 3 game challenge anymore. Please consider this matter seriously and bring it back!!! PLEASE???!

Great game!. I have played other bowling games, this is the one I have actually stayed playing. I love it. Yes, it does get harder as you level up, I wouldn’t want it any other way. Timing is everything when you throw the ball. Rarely can you throw the same ball exactly as you had previously. That would be boring anyway! Don’t forget to pay attention to the hints given...like precise balls are only meant for knocking down a few pins, etc. Just waiting for the new lanes to open, can’t wait! Only suggestion would be to have CHAT available, so you could talk to the your opponent occasionally. Would. Love to say “great shot” to them sometime!
