🌟A Must-Have for Tennesseans!🌟. As a lifelong Tennessean, I can’t recommend the MyTN app enough! It’s like having state government services at your fingertips. My only request is that it continues to grow to have access to even more services in the future. A Virtual Agent chat would be great as well.

Government 24x7. Love not having to wait in line or be put on hold forever to talk to someone!! I wish there were more services available - digital drivers license or unemployment insurance claims?

Love the app!. This app is so great as someone who is new to TN! As a server it’s super helpful to save my server permit!

Great State Govt App Ever. Provide many Tennessee state related services to citizens and visitors, updating app and adding new services periodically. Awesome new design and great services offered are Driver Services, Abc Server Permit, Felony Offender Information, Jobs4TN, Driver Services Wait time, also few services related to business, health, children, public safety.

Needs a little work, but great if you are just moving to Tennessee. Great app to have if you are moving to Tennessee -Reece O’Bryan

Great app! Good for servers!. Accessing and saving my server permit to my wallet has been super easy. This is an amazing feature! I hope they add more possibilities for other permits in the future.

when going to drivers license services. Being able to pull up wait times at the drivers license renewal locations has been very helpful. I would suggest using it whenever using those services so you can plan your visit most efficiently.

Poor app design. Tried to log in using my existing credentials from when I got my alcohol permit. The app doesn’t recognize my existing login. I tried to create a new account, but that doesn’t complete work either and is poorly designed (for example, when entering email, the keyboard just recognizes it as a plain text field and you have to go to multiple keyboard screens to get to numbers and the @ sign. Most places flag the field as an actual email field so the phone keyboard knows to put things like the @ sign on the keyboard for easy access.) However, Once the new account is created, it wants to send a verification code before you can log in. Problem is the verification codes are never sent. Tried text and email methods multiple times. I give up. Maybe they’ll fix it in the future, but knowing that it’s a government thing, it’ll be 10 years too late and be way over budget leading to retiring it before it’s ever useful.

Easy to use. This app helped me with finding driver service wait times and was excellent

Good idea but zero content. I was hopeful this app would help in the new identity needs and other worthwhile needs. Nope! DL renewal without photo is about it. Other sources line offender info or anything else crime related is missing. TN PR gimmick at best.

Okay but needs work. This is an okay app for doing business with the State of TN. However, it’s missing some basic functionality. It really needs a setting for notifications so the user can turn them off. When mobile phones automatically get Amber Alerts, I don’t want or need one through the app. Deleting app for now, not enough benefit to keep it and waste space in my phone.

Can’t get Account. Decided to try the app. I wanted to use the full app, so I tried to setup account. Every time I attempted, after typing the password, not coping and pasting, I would submit it would tell me “password does not meet criteria.” I ensured as I typed the password the requirements dots turn green, they all did. I even changed the password I was attempting to use, to a new password. If I knew what was wrong with my password, I would fix it. All of the requirements were met. So much for using the app.

ID verification. I can’t get the app to “verify my ID” so I can access my server permit and save it to my wallet. That is the only reason I downloaded the app to start with.

Few glitches. Overall it’s was pretty good!! I would still recommend !!!

Will not load.. It won’t load past the log in page.

It’s a start. It holds for a while , there’s a few errors when signing up but it eventually starts back running . Glitches a bit while in the app a tad bit. Looking forward to seeing a greater update
