WOW🤩🤩. This is an amazing app I have an abb workout app from this company and it WORKS I tried the splits which I used to have in 4th grade I am now in 6th and I can’t do it anymore and I was on vacation with my cousin and we found this is app we were already getting there the first day ( keep in know we were pretty close already) but... the 2 day I was all the way done my uncle was shocked I was so happy my cousin got all the way down too I am so glad this app worked 🤗😊😊( I was on intermediate cause it felt right)

Great App!. I read some of the most recent reviews (the most recent three are five stars) and I decided to try the app. I need my splits for dance, and I started close to the ground. I feel that I made some progress and today is only the first day! One thing though: before and after photos would be cool! I would love to see what a difference this app made! Thank you.

You should try it. I love this app it’s amazing I’m only 2 days in and I feel amazing now because the closet door fell on me and I though I never could be flexible anymore but now I feel good. My mom always ask me what I’m doing I tell I’m trying to do spilts. I recommend using this app if you want to feel flexible

Disappointed. I had previously had this app on my old phone and used it for flexibility training at the gym and was great when the animation was added. I loved using it and I was having consistent results. Unfortunately my phone broke and I stopped using it. Fast forward two years later and the app I originally paid for is now on subscription model. Previous version had no ads just exercises. Deleted off my phone because it not worth the trouble for the obvious money grab.

Needs back flexibility exercises. I like to do this app with my little ones because it’s the only way they’ll let me stretch without jumping on me. They like copying the little animated people and counting down. And I like that I can create custom sessions from the exercises available. But there is no back or shoulder flexibility. In addition to some basic shoulder stretches, cat/cow, cobra etc I would like to see them include proper gymnastics style back bridges and scorpions for more advanced users. I have tried the creators other flexibility apps and they are all lacking these important exercises. Please include these. 🙏🏻

Good app, could be better. This is a great app because instead of having to pay for practically everything and only be able to do something really small, they actually give you exercises for the spilts but little things cost money such as upper back stretching or shoulder relief. The only thing I didn’t really like was that it you had to pay for everything else, I just wish that the app would give more stretches for different body parts that are free. And I know the main purpose of the app was for the splits anyways but still. And also they don’t really have that many middle splits training sessions, focusing on the middle splits.

Generally really good. But the animated woman’s performance sometimes seems quite unattainable, especially in the beginning stages. Worst off though: I cannot believe that to reset the daily plan I have to delete all data every 30 days. Surely since one can buy a subscription they don’t expect us to stop after having worked through the 90 days? So I repeat the advanced tier again and again. I wish I could have done that and kept the overview of all the workouts I’ve done since I started them. Other than that it genuinely is quite good, for me as an absolute novice.

So happy!!. This is my first review ever!!! So, it’s been a little over a month and I can do a full side split!! Both sides.. I can legit sit in them. I’ve never been able to do that. And I really didn’t think it would be that fast! I started on advance because I like to over do it. Lol. But I really pushed my stretch each time! It hurt sometimes. Idk if that’s good or not but I did because I wanted results. After the 15th day for some reason it was over for me. I had no more days left??? So I just started over ( I figured that’s what I was suppose to do??) but then out of nowhere maybe 2 weeks later the rest of the month showed up. That was weird. But super cool because it was a whole new set of stretches. I recommend!!!!!!!

Amazing 🙌🏽. I was always looking for an app that could help me do the splits but either they make you pay or didn’t keep me interested and coming back everyday. This one tells you how many days in a row you’ve worked out and that keeps me coming back every single day because I don’t want to mess up my streak. & also It’s not just telling you what to do, it shows you in different angles. And has the character doing it with you. It has 3 different modes, easy, intermediate, and advanced. Before I started this app I couldn’t even touch my toes. The furthest I could reach in a forward fold was the tops of my shins 🤣. Now I can put my wrists on the floor. I finished the easy 30 day splits training and now I’m on day 16 of intermediate. And I’m alllmosst in a full split on my left side. I’m sure by the time I finish intermediate I’ll be in a full split. I love this app and I’ll still be using even after I can do the splits just so I can keep up my stretching. 🤗

Great for consistent use. It has a 30-day beginner, intermediate, and advanced level for a total 90-day program. But I’ve used it for years to maintain my flexibility and I love it. You can just keep repeating the advanced level once you’ve reached that flexibility. A lot of customization available too if you have an injury and don’t like or can’t do certain exercises. I recommend having a yoga strap (supine hamstring stretch) and blocks (runners lunge) in the beginning.

Not A Scam. I’ve tried a bajillion fitness/stretching apps and most of them either cost money or don’t work at all. This is not one of those apps. I’ve never been able to get my splits despite doing ballet for 6 years but after using this app for a few weeks I noticed a noticeable difference in my flexibility and I think it’s perfectly reasonable to expect my splits in the next few weeks. The only problem for me is that I like to listen to other music on my phone while stretching and although I turned off the voice guidance the woman’s voice still plays. Besides this it’s a great app and I would highly recommend.

The best app I used!. I was never so impressed by the app. I was never flexible and it was always my dream to do split. This is exactly type of exercises that I like. It is good for mental health and I am always excited for next workout. It makes me never give up. I am on first week and I already see changes in flexibility. Amazing! Recommend it to everyone. Also I am using your another app for basic exercises and I am also impressed by that app. Amazing and you are amazing company! Hands down!

IMPRESSIVE. I for one don’t usually right reviews because I mean who cares but this app really is extremely helpful! Not only does it show me how to do a certain exercise but it like reads my mind because sometimes they might say “keep your back straight” and that’s when I realize that my back is not straight so it corrects me without even knowing!! I’ve only had this app for literally 4 days and I’m already almost completely down with my splits! Incredible! Because of this app I could actually pursue my dream of being a Ballerina besides my obvious ballet classes. Duh! But really, I truly recommend this app for committed people out there. Amazing!!. Most split training apps or videos I’ve tried I haven’t benefited from but this one genuinely keeps me coming back. I like how you can listen to music while stretching and how it gives you breaks in between. Overall, a great app if you want to be more flexible/in shape :)

Absolutely Amazing!!. I have had this app for five days and i am already closer to doing the splits!! The exercises are easy and if you are intermediate or advanced you have to pay extra for the exercises, but if you are just a beginner like me then it is free!!! While you are doing the exercises it has music that is just beats and it tells you what to do and shows you a picture of what it should look like. The last thing is that it counts in seconds for the workouts and it counts down for you and when it gets to 3 seconds it counts down, and you can pause it, and some days it gives you a resting day and it gives you breaks in between each workout for 20 seconds!! Thanks for an AMAZING app!! ❤️

OMG. I’m so glad they made this app,it had really helped me get my splits,I asked my dance teacher from school to help me and she never did,but with this app it a lifesaver🤩🤩. Experiance. So far I like this app. I’m in the 19th day of exercise. It’s extremely great app because it shows how much calories you burn and during the exercise you have break. Also the music is great too. I’m just so sorry that after 30 days I can’t use other levels such as intermediate and advance one cause I’m living the country where there is no possibility to have PayPal or any international bank account. I wish there was such thing that have opportunity to use such an amazing app.

40 yr old, I can now do the splits! Highly recommend. I'm 40 years old and was never able to do the splits until I started using this app. It took me 7 months, but I can now do the side splits. I'm still working on the middle splits, but have made a lot of progress. Note: during 3 of the 7 months I was recovering from a bone fracture and was unable to practice consistently. I made a lot of progress when I did the advanced version of the program, daily, for two months. Then, using the app's create your own workout feature, I created my own workout that focused on the stretches that most challenged me. I even created a short "cool down" program that I used after workouts for extra stretching. I love listening to my music while stretching and I look forward to it every day! I finally met one of my personal goals - being able to do the splits. I highly recommend this app!

Easy to use-walks you through it. I love that this app is so user friendly, the adds are don’t ruin the experience and it walks you through each exercise, you don’t have to think about it, you can click in for a description of how to complete the movement, for some exercises there is an easy setting if you aren’t able to complete the standard movement. On top of that it tracks your progress through the month long program. I really love this app!

Beyond amazing!!!!!!😍. So many good stretches! It teaches you step-by-step! No one has any better than this app! And there's levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced! You should totally get it if you're looking at it! AMAZING!. I downloaded this app because I was not flexible AT ALL! I could barely touch my knees! My mom downloaded this app because she thought it looked promising. I got it too and we decided to do each of the days together because I have always wanted to be flexible. I can’t get flexible easily because I don’t drink a lot of water, so it’s hard. But the app also includes step counter, water tracker, lose weight tracker, work out tracker, and how many calories you have burned. AAAHH!!! I have lost weight, gotten flexible enough to touch my toes and now my goal is to do the splits! That’s a big accomplishment for me. I’ve been drinking more water and to be honest, I have been feeling way more healthy! I definitely recommend this app if your looking to lose weight, do the splits, get more flexible, workouts, etc. there is a few in app purchases, and my mom bought it and I am going to do it too soon in the future. So I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Surprisingly effective. I was kinda skeptical about stuff like this so I didn’t want to try it. But I know someone is hyper flexible (can’t remember the term) and she used it to regain her flexibility after she was in an accident and lost a lot of her flexibility. Decided to try it since she said it was working for her. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually helped! I didn’t do it everyday; I replaced it with my usual cardio I do 3x a week and after about 2 months of doing it I’m significantly lower than I’ve ever been!! My side splits still need some work but my front splits are so much better. Would definitely recommend! For reference, I started on the intermediate since I have some flexibility

Everything I wanted. This app is free, it’s legit, and it’s totally perfect even for beginners. I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I’ve noticed a huge difference. Not only in flexibility, but in pain! Whew girl you feel like a new woman after taking only 20mins to do small 30-60 sec stretches while the app times everything for you and you follow along with the animations. You get a break between EVERY stretch! Is it still going too fast? No problem- click the “add +20sec” option and rest a little more! Too slow? Select the “skip rest” option! There are built in rest days too so you give your muscles time to breathe. This is the app I never knew I needed and I’m a die hard throw weights around with the boys at the gym girl. I’m a huge fan of both this app and its creator!

I can do a split. I downloaded this in hopes of being able to do a split. I was looking forward to a months worth of stretching exercises to help me do the splits. 3 days of using this app and I’m already going further down than I was 3 days ago. I will continue to use this app because it not only helps me get in form of a split but it actually stretches my body in the right places.

App is Full of Glitches. The app is really buggy, especially in the custom workouts section. I paid for a Premium subscription to this. If you create a custom workout routine, it says you can go back and edit that custom routine to add a new exercise. However, jokes on you if you actually try to do that, because when you click save, it will not actually save the additions. I’ve tried closing out the app and multiple variations, it doesn’t work. Very frustrating. Additionally, when creating a new “My training/custom workout” the thumbnails of the poses do not match the description, it mixes up each pose with another. For example, when seeing “Supported Splits Left Pose” a thumbnail of someone doing the jumping jacks shows up in the preview, completely defeating the purpose of the preview. I am asking Leap Fitness Group, please fix these errors!

It works!. I started off with the free 30 day trial then bought the intermediate and advanced levels because I could not quit the training. I can do a full front split and middle split. This actually works!! Once I finish the advanced level I’m going to repeat each daily workout twice per day that way I will continue to see progress. I don’t see myself not using this app for my stretching routine.

True beginner. I see many reviewers say they either used to dance or haven’t stretched in a while etc I never stretch and have never been limber. Yesterday was my 30th day of utilizing the beginner version. I cannot do the splits in any direction. I’m probably 5 inches above the ground on my better side. The app doesn’t have any instruction regarding “what if I can’t do the split after 30days, what next?” I still want to do the splits so I’m considering going to the advanced one and starting over there? Not sure what to do. I’m definitely inching closer but far from the split but I don’t want to lose the flexibility I currently have but I need the instruction to continue. Good luck to all. I have enjoyed the app.

Why I think this app is amazing. It was amazing I could barely do the splits and now I have all my splits and I can even bend my legs in it and it’s only been a week I love how it’s like to make your own workout plan so you don’t have to do it they want you to do you can that’s why I’m giving it a five star💗💗💗💗💗

Great workout. I think this app is great!! I started out incredibly stiff and not flexible at all, but I think my ability to do the splits has improved dramatically. I just finished day 30 of the advanced and still can’t get closer than 5 inches from the floor on my best side, so I think it’s going to take me longer, but that’s ok. Overall, great app!!

I’m so surprised! 🤭😄. I downloaded this app because I needed my splits DESPERATELY. I had to get my splits before cheer tryouts because my coach wanted to move me up by 3 levels to level 4. But, in order to be on this team, I had to have pretty heel stretches and all of my splits to ensure that my body positions were pretty enough so I could fly. I’m on day 6 of advanced, and OMG there is a MAJOR difference in both of my splits! I got my left leg splits! (already) and so much further than before on my right! 10/10 I highly recommend!

Very cool. Super easy and intuitive to use. I like that it tells you only the info you need during the exercise: an animated gif, the time left, a voice cue for halfway there, and the upcoming stretch. You also have options to see a description or a video of the stretch. Really cool that there aren’t all these dumb paid options too. That’s rare now.

Really good. I don’t normally write reviews but since this app only has one review other than me so far I thought I should. This is an awesome app for learning to do the split. It doesn’t require any payment whatsoever (which is very rare for a workout app) and has many coaching tips and instructions on how to do each workout. It also has a BMI calculator and an option to link it to your health app added in. Overall a great app and I can really feel the improvements.

AMAZING!!! 🤩. The best app ever! It has no scams, perfect for anyone at anytime. Like beginners to professional split teaching! Im only on my 3rd day and I am still no where near the ground! But, Im a soccer player. And I do it 3 times a week and I need to do stretching. It’s REALLY hard to find joy in it when you have to do it with no sort of goal whatsoever. No fun at all… But when their is a target, Im all in! This is the beat app not for only doing the splits, but for just keeping you active and healthy! It also helps you track steps, weight, and the amount of water you drink every day! Best app ever and HIGHLY recommend!

God ty. I am in love with this app. I did one round and at the end I felt less pain. The only problem is that you have to pay for it and hey, a only 11 years old and my mom did not like that so please change it. Thank you and have a blessed day. This is an amazing app you should definitely get it. As a guy, I love this app. So I recently got it in my head that it would be very impressive for a tall guy like me to be able to do the splits during concerts. Don't ask my why this came into my head, it just did. Anyway, I got this app probably about two months ago and holy cow it is amazing! The beginner month is completely free (with ads) and even though I've taken a few extra rest days, I'm almost able to do my left splits (just a few inches left). It's also just a great stretching app and although I always procrastinate doing it, I always feel better afterward.

Excellent. I’ve gotten deeper in my splits at first I started out over the ground but I am still getting lower and lower everyday I am still reaching my goal though .no ads, also it gives you days in between to give ur muscle a break . And it helps make my scorpion better at first I couldn’t do one and now I can it really works

This lonely how to do the split. It was so easy to do the splits but I couldn’t do a split so hard and I need to do the splitsLike because I was going to go to dance class because my mom was thing about to go to dance class but I said one of all the other Costco better to me and I don’t know how to do a split I don’t know how to call you I don’t know how to do none of those I need to copy you on like a soft flow but they’re going to have hearts flaw I was like so heartless and then I found this app shut shut up and don’t say you only had to do a split and I was like wow it’s better than none then they teach me how to do the cart wheels on a hard floor I didn’t know how but I don’t know how to do a handstand but they teach me and this is the best app I ever had👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Practical. Simple and to the point. I working towards two weeks now and it works fine for me and my schedule. I lol he I can customize certain days and make them my own. like practical apps like this one without all the extra fluff. UPDATED: Best Ever Companion to Strava. I use it daily!!. Wahoo!! In plain sight I found a “Restore Purchases” link. I hit it and IT WORKED. Formerly titled: “ It will not let me purchase or use my subscription!!!” My favorite best ever workout app doesn’t let me purchase or use my subscription when I got a new phone. My previous phone was stolen if that’s a factor. I hit premium, get the messsge I have already subscribed, tried both “Manage” and “OK” responses, and get the error message: “Can’t restore subscription.” I have rebooted app. Deleted and restored app. Still the same thing. HELP! I LOVE THIS APP AND I NEED IT TO WORK!

Best training app. To start off let’s just say it is an amazing app. Plus it really helps you get your splits the first time I did it with my cousin and sister my sister got her splits before the 30 days was up and my cousin got hers the same time I did. The second time I am doing It is now and I am trying to get all three of my splits and I am already almost there again best app ever

Please read devs. I hate having to pay for the weight loss stuff can’t you guys just have one excersize or plan open for weight loss as well because I can’t really spend that much money a year right now I have other things and I understand that this is splits training but y’all already have a page on it and I really need to lose like 20 pounds in a few weeks and it’s embarrassing to have a weight loss app on my phone so maybe I can use it through here. And I’m not saying that y’all should open everything up but maybe just one weight loss program with excersizes and diet plans. That would draw in a lot of new people because they could use this to learns there splits, track everything, lose weight and more for free but they can pay to have even more options and that would encourage some more people to join or to pay because if not they could just go to some other website. For splits alone this is also very good but this is my one problem. Please do something about it.

Love it 🥰. It gets me sreched and feel good after it gives breaks so if u are tired u can just stop for 30 seconds it also helps me get flexible and it doesn’t push u so hard and y can say if it is to hard or to easy I love it so much and it puts the things you need help with and puts things to fix them over all it is a 10/10 and for all ages

LOVE this app.. but have a suggestion.. This app is wonderful, doesn’t make you pay, the exercises are short but plentiful and effective. If you would consider this suggestion, it would make the app even better.. I was thinking about a place for progression photos in the app? It would be really neat to have pictures showing your progress right in the app to keep it organized. PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT! I’m sure a lot of users would like to see their progress as they use your app!

Amazing please download!!!!!. Ok so I couldn’t even touch my toes but I’m on day one and I am more than half way to the ground to full split!! I absolutely love this app it is my most used app rn!!! When I’m at school I wish I was using this app and whenever I decide to use it seeing I get introble that’s how much I love it!! Please download!!!

Progressing. My main goal for using this app was to loosen up my hamstring. It was hampering me from running faster. When I ran, I could do about a 7-min mile before my hamstring told her it was too tight to run any faster. After 3-weeks of the app, I could run at a sub 6-min mile pace. My splits with both legs out to the sides has improved too. I think at the start of it, I was about 3ft away from the floor, now I’m about 2ft away from the floor. I am 3-days away from completing the 30-days. I’m thinking about doing it another 30-days to reap twice the benefits.

Just the right amount of challenging. I’ve only been following this plan for 5 days but already seeing improvements in my flexibility and less overall stiffness. Only gripe is that I tried to pay to remove ads but the screen always gets stuck and wouldn’t go through!

Amazing. This app is amazing I’m on day one but so far I’m already halfway through the splits I could put my hands all the way down my feet but it’s been so hard for me and like my thighs when I try doing the splits it hurts so much but when I don’t when I do the work out with you guys it doesn’t hurt anymore. And I love this app because I usually don’t drink a lot of water and they keep reminding me drink water and I’m like yeah I need to drink water and they tell me walk more walk more and it keeps track of my steps and that really really helped me I’m so glad you guys made this app it is amazing and I haven’t done the splits for like four years I did ballet when I was little and I could do the splits but now it’s so hard for me but now that I started I’m like completely almost there.

Recommend but a few problems…. Helped me reach my goal but one problem is that when I’m making my routines it mixes up the images so I have no idea what the exercise is. Absolutely amazing! definitely recommend for people reading this!. This app is so good. It usually takes 8-9 months to learn the splits but this app trains you to do it in 30 days! It’s incredible. A work out and stretch training in one. Love this app, I’ve always wanted to be more flexible and be able to do the splits and in one week I already feel it getting easier. Bad (please read). The day I got this app it gave me memories of when I first got it but gave up in the 20's, so I got the app again and promised myself to not give up halfway through. It gave me a quiz to put me on a specific level (beginner intermediate and advanced) and put me on advanced due to my experience. However I have not tried this app in a long time so I have lost my flexibility. And what do you know as soon as I do the workout (keep in mind this was day one) and it expects me to have known how to do the splits already! The developers really need to fix this as I have lost confidence and thought to myself that my flexibility isn't good enough for this app.

No longer free. It used to be free, but now it makes you pay to do any of the beginner/intermediate programs. Which would be fine to skip to advanced except that half the stretches ARE the splits. Not a great stretch when you can’t do them.

Meh.. it’s okay. Pay for a better program.. Unrealistic to advertise that you can perform splits within 30 days for average person. Stretches are rather basic and repetitive. Only thing the app is good for is the routine of stretching.. that is if you’re self motivated to keep up with it.

Great app. This app really helped increase my flexibility and brought me a few inches closer to the splits but, unfortunately I was unable to achieve my goal. I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to try the splits and improve their flexibility.

Subscription not working. Bought a year’s subscription but ads were not removed and we had no access to intermediate. Requested a refund and tried to purchase again but same issue. Will be requesting a second refund at this point. You need to fix your app and subscription model because this is ridiculous.

So so so useful. This app has so many great features for free, only downloaded it yesterday but I made a custom training plan that I tried today, and it was so useful having the timer and all the exercise demonstrations. I’ve had a look at the set plans and they look like they would be really effective too. Confident that I can get my splits if I consistently use this app.

Seams fun at first but after a while it’s not great.. As a past ballerina in NYC, I wanted to try and get my splits back for fun. I stretched everyday with this app, and on the 16th day I realized how soar my muscles were. (If you are wondering, I did skip a stretch if it was painful.) The next day I decided to not stretch because my muscles were killing me. (not literally.) That night, I ended up in the hospital. The doctors told me I had a severe muscle tear. If I could rate this no stars I would. Moral of the story: don’t use the app.

Not free anymore. Used to be free but not you have to get premium for intermediate and advanced, what a cheap trick to get all good reviews and then switch, awful.

Does exactly what I need. Takes away any uncertainty of what to do, for how long, and how to mix up different stretches over time. After only nine days I’m more flexible than I have been in my entire life. With the mix of dynamic stretches, it’s a great light cardio to start the day as well.

Too repetitive. I really loved this at first and saw a lot of progress. But for some reason, about 12 days in, it got extremely repetitive. I do the same exercises every other day and that just doesn’t hold my interest. More variety throughout the entire 30 days would make a huge difference.

WOW. I’m only on my 4th day and I’m already seeing a difference!!! I had strained my hamstring before this because I got pushed down in my split. Lovely. I use this app for daily stretching as I am in cheerleading. The stretches ultimately help with flexibility and are extremely helpful. Not what I expected. This is definitely not what I expected. I looked up what were the best apps for learning splits and this is one of them that came up. I do not feel like it prepares you for a split however. It does get you stretching your body but NoT on how to get you do splits. I feel like it’s more of a app of how to maintain splits want to have them.

Closes out of App. I love everything about the app! Like it’s amazing and all the workouts are perfect but I hate when I exit out of the app to then go and record myself doing the splits, it loses all my progress and I have to start all over from that day. I then skip through all the workouts and just go where I left off but it’s really annoying.

Accountability. The hardest part about making progress on flexibilty for older people (I'm nearly 40) is consistency of exercise. This app keeps me accountable. Even forces me to take rest days and recover. Highly recommend.
