Meh, helpful if you have 5 minutes to wait for the stations to load. Some sort of error going on as of late where it takes forever for the stations to load.

More charging stations please. Trying to go to Vegas but I need more charging station headed out that way come on what’s the hold up

Charge somewhere else!. These chargers are through a dirt lot behind the western film museum. They were hard to find . The area was sketch. Only four of eight chargers were functioning. There are no bathrooms, there is no food, there is nothing but an asphalt lot. It made me feel like I was going to die driving a Tesla.

Slow…. Plenty of open chargers, but only going at 60 miles/hour…

S L O W. Monday 3pm. Only 4 of the 10 spots being used. We are charging at 64kW!!🤬 We were at 49kW, but changed meters when someone said their charge was 75kW. We will be here until Doomaday! Luckily there are lots of places to eat.

Honest review. I downloaded this app due to all the positive reviews, I try to add all the apps that might help me on the road with my Tesla (standard range so you might have to plan a bit more). After downloading this app I can’t see it being of any use, without paying a fee. Fees or paying for an app are fine but you’d like to see the value before you buy however, you just get a map of your location and that’s it.

Great App!. I like this app a lot for planning my Tesla travels. One option I would like to request is if you could display the charging cost for each location. Some supercharger locations have non-peak and peak charges. It would be nice to see those in these apps. Thanks for including the max KWh that’s also helpful. Well developed app.

More Station Please. My family and I, sometimes find it extremely hard to navigate across our beautiful country utilizing our Tesla. In some situations charging stations are extremely close and others they are too far away to get there on a single charge. This causes us to take more scenic routes and makes the travel extremely long. While we do enjoy time with each other, sometimes we need to get our destination as quick as possible to enjoy our limited stay.

Only indicate US?. There is only showed supercharger on US. We need to update supercharger on other country as well. Thank you.

Great app but no support (might be my phone). Great app but for some reason when i am currrntly traveling the ap shows zero chargers around me at all when i am currently sitting at a super charger. This is very frustrating since i paid for the full version of the app

Sign up! Rent it monthly! Nagging you a lot!. This app in previous versions did exactly what was needed, just providing a database of where the superchargers were. If you wanted advanced features like sending it directly to the car, then you could pay. Now with the current version, every other time you open the app or change screens, it pops up with a full screen nag and forces you to try to figure out how to get rid of it so that you can you just go back to the map. It is a trash developer who thinks annoying people is the best way to get new users and sales.

Good app but needs better mapping. Would appreciate if you could hook this to google maps to get turn by turn directions, or at least be able to copy and paste the addresses.

Reliable. This is a lot more reliable than googling places that have stations we can use. I like that this remains up to date.

Worthless. I paid $10 and this is no better than free apps. I then deleted it, and went to use it again for planning a trip, and it requires me to pay again (was on my other device, not completely deleted) to use the destination charger locations feature. Buyer beware!

Location. I live in uptown Manhattan and there are no charging stations. The one that is nearby plus other ones all require high parking fees.

Charger access. So nice to plan ahead when in a new location!

Ripoff for destination chargers. I paid the one time fee to see the destination chargers and now they are charging a 10 dollar monthly fee to see them. Ripoff Just use google maps

Colorado Springs Downtown Parking Garage. Fast charger. Must pay to park. Parking cost was$1.00 for 30 minutes. Talked to one employee via phone who said there was no charging fee only a parking fee. Found another employee in person who stated that parking payment was required. Charging fee was charged to our account and paid the parking fee. Very confusing that the Parking company had 3 different stories and none were correct.

Features. Hello. App is really good. But can you make an update where we can map out our route? Just like when you put an address in Tesla car its gonna show all the Superchargers that is on the way and also its gonna show the time of arrival etc. Thank you! Keep doing the good job. Edit: Can you make a From and To in the Map? Just like in the ABRP app. So we know where to stop to charge along the way. Etc. Thankyou.

Finding a super charger location. Good way to find a Tesla charging location while your traveling far from home and your remaining mileage is getting low.

can I get refund?. After I pay for the best version, I did not find any different between the free version. I suppose that I can explore what store around the supperstation before I decide to go there.

You can’t try before you buy. In the free version it just shows the superchargers all across like any other usual map service, and that’s it, if you try routing or finding anything further buy pro version screen comes. It’s hard to tell if it’s worth it. There are better free options already.

Good app but?. I would like to request if you could display charging cost for each location.

Not accurate. When I searched for supercharger locations the closest shown was 55 miles away, yet there is one within 6 miles of my location.

Google Maps is better. Tried searching Tesla stations between cities and nothing comes up. Search google maps and I see lots of locations not appearing on this app. Search stations nearby just loads and never displays anything. Buggy.

Helpful. Wish it were easier to use.

Needs prices. So many stations try to rip you off. I would like to see actual prices at each location. Maybe filter just prices

Excellent application. The application is easy to use and the response is better than tesla website. One enhancement to the application is having a way to drop a pin on the super charger location to another person.

Reviews of Stations. You should allow us to review the charging station area. We stopped at the Fort Stockton Texas chargers, which said that there were restrooms available, and the hotel manager was a complete jerk. Would not let the restrooms be used. Just and FYI for travelers.

Mixed experience. I paid for it to get access to the destination charging info but it looks like it’s not updated with the latest SC info. I found out that it does not show Aberdeen, WA SC that has been around for months now. If I was relying on this app, I would have missed it. Not sure how many other SCs are missing. An app like this needs to be updated at least once a month to keep it useful.

Option to add pricing. Maybe give the option for users to add how much per kilo-watt hour at that station

Great place to charge. . Target and other places to shop. 4 or more places to eat. I got all the miles I needed in 20 minutes

Stop the grouping of the markers!. The grouping of the markers is so annoying. You have to zoom in very far to see where the chargers really are. Just look at the other app „Superchargers“, they do it much better and you get a sense of the density of the chargers in every zoom level.

Map. It’s the best out there, we took a road trip from Texas City, Tx. to Nashville Tn. and it helped us find charging stations along our trip.

OK, but Not Kept Current. Works fine for locations of long-standing SuperChargers. But, the Rancho Mirage SuperCharger was opened about 2 weeks ago, and it’s still not showing on the app’s map.

Totally dissatisfied. I made a mistake in purchasing this for the year and five minutes after purchase could not cancel. There’s no help on the menu and no contact us on the app either. It doesn’t se nearby Tesla chargers. Completely dissatisfied!

Supercharger map. The app fails to provide the distance between the chargers and the input location. It also fails to show the input destination on the map.

Suggestion. Need to have a place at each supercharger location description to leave a review

Charging station. It doesn’t always show we’re the charging stations are at and have to keep closing and reopening it till it shows

Not up to date. It seems the developer has no desire to update the app with new Supercharger locations. I even submitted feedback about new location a few months ago but nothing has changed. Disappointed in this App.

Distance between Superchargers. Your map is very helpful for finding the first supercharger on a trip. It gives the distance from the starting point. What would be really helpful would be the ability to locate the next likely supercharger and then read the distance from the previous one to determine if it’s within an acceptable range.

Busy L/T Airport Park. The chargers are INSIDE the long term parking area. You’ll need to pay for parking AND it’s a very busy site. It is walking distance to the airport terminal for bathrooms and/or food.

Disappointed. This app has failed us many times as we try to navigate chargers in rural VA, NC, and TN. Safari did a much better job. Even the Tesla software in our car did not show some on our route.

Lacks Stall Availability & Per kWh Pricing. What is the point of the app if it can’t provide charger availability and cost of charging? Not going to use for locating charging stations if the app cannot tell me if any of the charging stalls are up, working and available. Also, costs to charge vary widely from site to site and around the country.

Doesn’t all superchargers. Doesn’t show a huge amount of them. For instance there are tons of superchargers on the west coast highway 101 . You can go from Washington to California but doesn’t show them only show one in northern Oregon. End up going a ridiculously long diversion. Waste of money

Unsatisfied with first road trip.. At first the display Said’s it would take 25 minutes to complete the charge. When it got down to 5 minutes on the display, the display went back to 25 minutes and started charging again. So the total time to recharge a batter that was at a 1-3 Level is 50 minutes. Way to long fir a busy person to recharge. I don’t have an hour to recharge after 3 hours of driving. This is very unsatisfactory

No prices. I can get supercharger locations anywhere so this app doesn’t add much, though it is easy to use. Charge prices are only available in my car. I was hoping this app would provide prices too.

Missing Supercharging locations. For an app that changes almost $20, I would hope the information is more up to date. It’s missing supercharger location information, making planning for trips difficult.

Crater Lake National Park South entrance. The Tesla charger is out of order. Only the J1772 charger works. We were there on a Monday and there was a line to use it. It’s level 2 and slow, bring your adapter.

Fake news. Sold as a free app, but you can’t do anything with it without upgrading to the premium addition. I don’t mind paying the $20 for the upgrade provided they told you that upfront.

doesn’t map out your trip. wish it showed superchargers from point a to point b but it doesn’t. you’d think it would but it doesn’t. i don’t recommend this app.

Routing is useless. The routing of this app is useless. You cannot calculate from a supercharger to your destination. Use Google maps instead.

Don't buy a subscription!. I paid for the subscription, but it does not show the charging station at all and the application does not build a route! Don't buy a subscription, it's a scam!

Flex parking in busy Lot. After waiting for a stall like a soccer mom at the mall at Christmas the first charger was out of order. The second “Flex Stall” was a wait for the Whole Foods shopper in his Honda. Then…. 42 kW.

Deceptive. Didn’t mean to purchase this app. Was just trying to exit out of Tesla charging app and hit the wrong button. Useless. Completely useless

Not a complete list of superchargers. There are at least 3 supercharger locations missing from the map, which makes the app useless. Even the supercharger at the Tesla dealership in Paramus NJ is missing. 😂😂

Kilometers?. Can’t change kilometers to miles on this app

Don’t have all locations. Missing Greenville South Carolina. On Google maps. Only does one simple thing and still don’t have it right. Ugh.

Stopped working. The app including its in-app purchase have become unusable as no data is displayed anymore. Wasted money, no support options. It seems superchargers outside the US are no longer supported.

Piece of…. Unless you are willing to pay $20 to SEE if it works, this is useless. It will not let you even plan a route withou paying, and there is no “7 day free!” Trial periods.

Only 4 of 6 ports work.. One port did not work at all and when I plugged into the other one it stopped my neighbors charging.

Good app for finding Superchargers. Which is exactly what I was looking for.

Ad nagging app.. This app nags you constantly with an ad. Put the ad at the top or bottom of the screen, don’t stop or prevent someone from finding a charging station.

Not a reliable source. Doesn’t show Superchargers on the map. Deleted and downloaded again from App Store. This app needs attention from Tesla. Having a reliable source for super charging impacts sales and customer success.

Missing super chargers. App is missing world golf village Fl Bucees super chargers. Its a neat app bit not complete with data

Crap app. .. This app does not show you anything more than one Tesla or any free online link that you can look up yourself. Pure waste of money

I want a refund….. Yeah - that’s right. I downloaded the free version. Then paid for the ‘good’ version. Not a single supercharger location AT ALL! Nada, zilch, Z-E-R-O! Unless the developer makes this work (DUH!!) stay away- far away! If he fixes it - I’ll post an updated review. I’m disgusted….

No cost and availability. No cost per kW, and no way to see how many chargers are available.

Pine trees. Place is surrounded by pine trees which makes the air nice and fresh. Close to Restaurants, Best Westin and other small businesses.

Kind of useless.. I mean my car already has this map on it, and would be one less app cluttering up my phone demanding my location.
