I’d rather have paper tickets. The app asks for license plate and credit card information EVERY time. You can enter it into a “profile” but the profile doesn’t actually connect to the front end where you register to park each time so you’re back to square one having to enter your information. Adding this app to my parking garage I use daily added significant time to the parking process and is a horrible experience overall
Poor app navigation. App always crashes, kicks me out mid purchase, and or doesn’t allow me to login, and when I reset my password it says it’s invalid or time expired even after I did it the second it sent the email.
App is scatterbrained. There is absolutely no logic to the fake and use of this app in the locations that brag it up. When one uses the QR CODES they are directed to us, one would THINK those codes would pull up the current session and location! Today, this app crashed every time I tried to scan the codes in my checkout. This company needs to close down and let another parking company manage parking in their various locations. Do I recommend it??? You decide.
So close, but to hard.. Neither the app or the website work. They seem to have great functionality, but they are hollow. In the app when I am applying for monthly parking, I cannot “add Parker” and therefore cannot submit! I added my vehicle and everything. In the website clicking on the results from search does nothing. So I can’t even get to the application for ANY site. 2 hours trying to figure it out is too much. I quit. I’m going to call the physical place itself. I should have quit 1 minutes into using the site when I realized it’s not complete. Unfortunately they own the area I am looking to park in. I even tried to chat on the app. It kept kicking me out and the only way I could return to it was to go through the same “add Parker” error. Also, They sent me links. When I clicked on it or copy/pasted to chrome it automatically redirected me to and opened the app. Terribly frustrating.
This app is poorly designed, written and implemented. I am forced to use this app to park for free at Kaiser. In order to do this I have to enter all of my information including a credit card. Which is just crazy. This is why we have so many data breaches. People have all sorts of data that they don’t need. The usability is terrible. Two different screens require credit card info in different formats. It will not use my stored credit cards so I have to pull it out and type it. It looks like the design of a 30 year old website. Do not use it. I’m going back to parking on the street.
Processing poorly this. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to process over roughly 40 minutes to process this morning, also telling me there was not an account under my email address. Perhaps it was just a bad day in the system. (My WiFi/Internet connection was strong and not experiencing any issues with any other apps.)
Fix your app!!!!. I have never had difficulty with parking apps before. This one has allowed me to create an account, store my credit card, and store my license plate information. Each time I go to check out, my credit card information which is visible in the my account tab, doesn’t populate. If I try to re-enter the data manually, as soon as I put it in the screen goes blank again. I am so annoyed that our city has switched to your app.
Easy, Fast, Accurate. When I tried to use the parking lot kiosks, it wasn’t giving me the “early bird” rate of $6 but $32 for 12 hours. When I scanned this app it did give me the option of $6 since I drove in over an hour earlier than need be for the rate, plus saved my info for future parking which I will need to do every day this week. Great app. East, fast, accurate. Thanks!
Garbage App. Tried to pay for parking for 30 minutes but couldn’t sign in after signing up and wouldn’t let me reset my password when the original wasn’t stored. Had to move my car and missed a special moment with my family. Absolutely infuriating. Looking at other reviews, these same problems have existed for some time. I never run into any problems with ParkMobile. Unfortunately that wasn’t an option.
Helping Hands. My husband recently underwent cardiac surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital. The location of the garage and the employees there were also helpful. They helped me negotiate paying for and getting my ticket and advising me the best level to park on; I was very lucky there were many spaces available.I parked on the top level in the daylight and the elevator was clean and quick. Being a woman traveling in the city alone, I feel very safe there. I would recommend the lot on E. 99th St. to anyone who needs to park in that neighborhood.
Almost useless. App lags when using tried to update an expired cc on file but could not delete or update. So I tried to add the card as a new payment method. Won’t let me do that because it says I have the same card number on file. Customer Support says there’s no way remedy other than just deleting my account and start over - and that didn’t work either. Totally frustrating.
Won’t use saved info. The new payment system for the Ballston parking garage uses this app. It’s useless and frustrating. I added my vehicles and credit card to the app but each time I park, the app can’t remember or retrieve this info. I’m forced to retype license number and ALL the credit card info EACH AND EVERY TIME. Why? This makes no sense. I wish our county had gone with ParkMobile instead. This is a waste of time. Please update your app. It is literally one of the worst designs I have experienced in a long time.
Can’t switch credit cards without adding another valid card. My card expired and the app wouldn’t allow me to edit the card details. I also couldn’t delete the card and re-add it. The only work around is to add a different valid credit card. Delete the expired card. Then re-add my card. Then delete the other card. I only have one credit card so I had to use someone else’s card temporarily to re-add mine back. I was not even able to add a fake card number to temporarily add mine back. Had to be valid. Pretty frustrating.
Too much friction. The onboarding experience for a new user/vehicle is awful. User profile (doesn’t prompt to autofill first/last/email (which I assume means the fields aren’t tagged correctly). Add payment (no apple pay? can’t copy and paste a credit card number since it attempts to validate the card type after typing the first few numbers; paste a complete valid number and it fails to validate)
Confusing UI, Non-existent customer support. User interface is a janky mess. Among other things, if offers suggested bookings for nearby events that may or may not coincide with when you actually want to book a space, and if you click one it will automatically adjust the date and time you have input without notifying you that it has done so. In some cases, these “events” may be the only offered option to book a space, so if you don’t double check everything very carefully and are new to the app, it’s very easy to wind up with a useless booking—what looks like a helpful suggestion of “things you can do in the area the day you’re booking for” might actually be “the thing you must be doing, TONIGHT.” First time using the app I tried to book a spot for the next day, and it changed the date and time I had input to a session that was already in progress (the session actually started two hours BEFORE I made the booking, so even if I wanted the space for that night, it would have been a waste of money). By the time I noticed the change, I had already hit confirm. This left me with a useless, uncancellable booking. Customer support never responded. Waste of time, waste of money.
Be careful when you use this app. I have two cars registered on this app. I accidentally chose the wrong one when purchasing parking. Tried to change the car, it didn’t let me and instead appended time afterwards with the right car. My car was then towed and held for ransom for 200 dollars. Tried to find the receipt for the parking, I have an email from them but nothing in my app history. Used the support button to call for assistance, was on hold for a long time before they disconnected me. All this while standing on a street corner. Horrible experience, avoid if possible.
"Get Directions" to where you already are.. The app was made by someone with a rudimentary understanding of programming. "Get directions" seems to always mistake your current location for the parking facility, it won't tell you that you can't reserve at a facility until you go through the entire process, and the app as a whole is extremely slow.
Useless with Parking Zones in New Orleans. Latitude error pops up. This app is useless and resulted in me getting a $30 ticket in New Orleans. Parking cannot be paid from the App (some latitude error) and even after logging into account through web browser, parking history is not saved and once you move away from browser page, the session is lost. Credit card number pasted into the app results in an error - it has to be manually entered !! I wouldn’t trust this app or the mobile browser. The two stars are for allowing me to make a payment.
Terrible. Do not use!!!! Unable to remove different cars licenses plates and unable to remove card information. So I was continually chargers because customer service is no help! On hold for almost a total of 5 hours. Do not try to receive a callback because it’s a fake call and your phone will not fully ring, it’s automated! Super frustrating, save your self from the hassle and pay at window rather than inputting your information like card number and licenses plate in the app.
Getting Worse and worse. I kinda liked to use this app in the beginning because it’s cheaper than paying later. However, last time when I ordered a pass scheduled from noon to late night, the pass showed a different time range after I paid. When I tried to cancel my order, no one picked up their phone and no one responded the email. What a trash platform and customer service.
Horrible Customer Service. I’ve been attempting to update my payment method on file. The app won’t allow me to nor does the website. Emailed them three times within 2 weeks with no response. After 2 weeks, i called the first time with no answer. A few days later called the second time, explained to the lady what my issue is was and she said she “can’t do nuthin’” because I’m not a monthly member. Then she said I have to do it on the app. I explained to her that neither are allowing me to where she then hung up on me. The next women I spoke with was quite nice, but still could not help me with my issue. Can’t update payment method on file and can’t delete my profile. 1 star do not recommend.
Fraud. I made a reservation at 111 w 31th st continental garage NY and when I arrived where the valet parking told me that the reservation did not exist, then he tells me you have a new one here and then he calls to get the money back for this reservation, me I charge at the normal price and at the time of calling they do not answer I called them about twenty times and the representative finally left me waiting on the line and they did not answer me anymore ... in total I spent 15 of the reservation and 35 of the new one. They manually made a trade and stole in the face ... do not trust this app or website ...
Selling spots they can’t honor. I reserved a spot through the app and sent the link to my friends to reserve as well. When I arrived to park, they told me the lot was full and would not honor the reservation. They also told me there were a lot of other people that had the same issue. They then honored my friend’s reservation and let them park, even though they arrived after us. If they can’t guarantee a reservation, you shouldn’t be selling them. Period.
Charged my card 150 TIMES. thank goodness for my bank catching all of these false charges…I woke up this morning to 150 emails from my bank, each individual email showing the exact same declined transaction. I paid $16 for 8 hours…I’m already having to pay that ridiculous amount to PARK AT WORK, there is absolutely no need to charge my card more than once. Don’t use this app, they’re going to try and charge you dozens of times for 1 parking session.
Disappointing. First, the good news: it is great at finding inexpensive parking spaces anywhere. Now the bad news: even with the app firmly installed on your iPhone, it will NOT remember any of your details. You must re-input your name, address and credit card details every time you book a parking space. Fix this guys! After using it 4 times, I had enough and am trying another app.
Doesn’t remember license or credit card. Have used the Parking app daily for one week. Each day I’ve had to re-enter my auto license AND my credit card info. Today I got a ticket on my windshield for non-payment, despite email receipt of payment that included my license plate. ParkMobile works flawlessly but this app is nothing but flawed. No way to tell how much you’ll pay for any given time period; text messages say only “your session is nearing the end” but no exact expiration time is provided - so naturally you pay more (re enter license and credit card info!). Just total amateur hour
Worst app ever. I had to complete on a browser because it kept giving me an error without any explanation and then wouldn’t even edit the card assuming that was the issue. The response from cs was to start with a new account and it didn’t fix it. The gui of the app isn’t completely antiquated and unusable. No mobile payments even though it says it takes them. I did it as a guest which is clear as mud.
Horrible hourly garage parking app. The parking garage at our mall has bad internet. It takes forever to connect. I downloaded the app ahead of going and set up an account with my license my plate and payment information SAVED. When I arrived at the garage, and used the app, I had to re-enter my license plate and credit card information. It’s enough to make me avoid shopping or eating at that mall, unless street parking is available. Super frustrating, doesn’t work like it says it does. Really bad replacement for a parking lot with gates and payment machines.
Terrible app. I thought this app would be useful to me to find parking for work in the morning but it has given me nothing but errors. I tried to reserve a spot as a guest and both of my cards were declined for no reason. I then created an account thinking that that would help but when I try to reserve through my account it told me that I needed to login because an account with my email address already exists but I was already logged in!! So I logged out and tried to book as a guest again and now it is telling me that there is no parking available during my specified time. 20 minutes wasted. What is the point of this app if it doesn’t even allow you to do what it is intended to do??
Decent, first time user experience. Setup took 5 minutes. It works well if you are parking at one of their SP parking lots. Apple pay support makes it almost seamless. The UI looks a bit dated, but who cares (as long as it works). Use your own due diligence when considering this app based on other reviews.
Perfect, if you want to pay twice.. Bought out parking online only to get there and there was no one and no way to scan (scanner either broken or turned off). Hit the help button and no one answered or showed up. Garage is all automated (Government Center Boston MA) so no help available. People pulled in behind us and blocked us so we had to take a ticket and pay... $35. Including what we paid online we’re now at $49.... Sent an email Friday night and have heard nothing (Sunday night). If you want to pay twice go for it, otherwise highly NOT reccomended. We’ll be filing complaints/disputes Monday with our bank, BBB, and the attorney general for Boston. Ridiculous.
Good location - Car Broken into. This lot is in a good spot in relation to the Club Wyndham Resort & Olympic Park. After 3 night car was broken into. Took advice of lot attendances and parked outside of parking deck under light. Didn’t help car broken into and would have been better if left the door unlocked it wouldn’t have cost so much. I wouldn’t EVER park there over night you would have been better off parking inside the deck in the dark.
The app works. The app operation is fine, the problem is there are so many unnecessary complicated steps every time you use it, even though I have an account and use it 3-5 times a week.
I want this to be good, but it has led me to lose $. The interface resets the exit time, and that cost me 50 bucks to park (the location charge me extra because the reservation expired) I picked the exact time, then the location and It changed the exitt time when I went to talk to the office at the parking facility before my time expired. They told me no problem you will be able to exit just for an additional fee. I did not know the additional fee for the time was $50. Additional to that the interface is very clumsy among many other things but unfortunately, some of my favorite parking spots are under this substandard solution
Using credit cards problem - no copy & paste. I tried over and over to enter my new commuter benefits card in Settings, kept getting an “invalid card type” error even though I knew it worked for my train app. Ends up you *can not* copy & paste a credit card number from a password manager in. Only after I manually typed it, number by number, did the app recognize it. What? It’s almost 2024 and this app doesn’t support a common task like this? Terrible QA, lazy developers, or short-sighted project management.
Charge me twice. No Stars I went to visit ny yesterday and I payed my parking one day before and I printed my receipt and when I went there the guy that works over there told me I had to pay 15 dollars extra because there is a hiding fee and even on the ticket it said I payed the total amount but if I didn’t pay it they wouldn’t give me a parking spot. I think this is very bad for the people visiting ny because you already have a budget to spend. So I would say don’t pay online because you would end up paying more anyway.
Payment Error. The app helped me find parking lots but would not process payment, so I wasn’t able to save any money and had to pay the drive up price at the payment machine. I tried multiple times over multiple days, and every time I had to pay at the parking lot because the app kept giving me an error. I could have found the parking lot myself seeing as it was across the street from my hotel. Thanks for getting my hopes up to save $11 a day for parking.
Worst app ever. There is no way they have a rating of 4.5 as sorry as this app is. I have the same issue as most of the people in the recent reviews. The app is trash and does not work. You have to create an account every time you use it even after you create an account. You have to put card information in ten times before it actually takes it. Unfortunately they are the only option for this area which is horrible because the app and website is so terribly ridiculously useless!!!!
Buggy software, poor interface with Google login. The interface with Google doesn’t work, it takes you to the website where 1) the payment entry is impossible because no card number entry fields are open to enter data and 2) you can’t get back to the app “logged in” because the app will just tell you that you don’t have internet. So you remain logged out. Skip this app and rely on Spothero until reviews say otherwise.
Bad UI and Customer Support. It took too long to be able to reserve a parking spot and it didn’t have access to my saved credit cards. Undue stress just to pay for a session. Add to that, you cannot get partial refunds. I paid for my session at 7:30 for all day, and my appointment got cancelled. Contacted support at 7:50 and now I’m out the entire reservation fee. And the support member was very rude. Cutting me off because he didn’t understand or didn’t want to hear what I said. I will find other parking solutions going forward.
Pre print??!!. All over their machines they have a discount if you use the app. So I downloaded the app and paid for it. Then it told me after I had paid, I have to print the ticket off before I arrive at the spot?! I was already parked at the spot, how do they expect you to print it off? Terrible advertisement. So then I had to pay at the machine and customer service did not refund my payment through the app. Won’t be using this terrible service anymore.
Reservation does not guarantee a spot.. More than once, I’ve driven up to a parking garage in NYC and was told they were full. The exasperated garage managers tell me there’s no communication between the office and the garages. The app makes the reservation but doesn’t communicate that to the garage you’ve reserved at. You’re no better off making a reservation than just driving up. Very disappointing.
Cannot login on app if you made account with Google. The website gives you the option to create an account by logging in to your Google account. So, I did just that. But the app has no option to login with Google Account. There is also no way to change password or unlink google account. So i cannot use the app at all. I have to reenter all info every time I want to park. Terrible design flaw.
Multiple issues - hoping they fix them.. I’ve left my car in the parking garage for days because I’ve had several issues with the app. I purchased a monthly parking pass and have been trying for two weeks to link it up with my account so that I can come and go from the parking garage with my vehicle as I please. However, due to the app not allowing me to log in and link my monthly parking, I can’t do anything with my vehicle without paying additional money ON TOP of what I pay monthly ($130). The app is not user friendly and has too many glitches. I’m sick of it. Already looking for a different company and looking for different parking.
Horrible UX, bad design, private data grbber. Every feature of this app is done as an anti-user. Dark pattern is their main principle. They can pull it off only because there is no other way to pay for parking in some locations. So to pay even for 15 minutes you’d need to provide name, email, phone, all CC info with address. There is no way to use Apple pay or any saved info, you have to enter it all manually. Some buttons are beyond the scroll, along with checked boxes you allowing them to abuse all that collected data. All the YI elements are not standard, and unusual colors are used, some text is too small and does not follow accessibility guidelines. And they have charged me 35% on top of what I was paying for parking.
Big Timber Metra. I think this should be integrated with the Ventra app. I was prepared my trip but the parking fee caught me off guard. There was just one tiny sign in the parking lot that can be easily missed. I thought I got there early enough; however, I struggled with getting my transactions processed thru the webpage . In the end after countless tries the transaction went thru as it was complaining about my CVC. ITurns out I fat figured the date but I corrected that. I kept on checking everything and everything was correct. Eventually, I got it working in the train, but it was a very frustrating experience as I did not want to miss the train. I have no idea why they have not integrated Apple pay into the app. It hopefully would have made the transaction more effortless.
Single worst customer service experience in recent memory. Their automated system failed to register my vehicle leaving and support refused to assist with closing the active session. I had to threaten to dispute the charges to finally talk to someone who had the authority to help and it only took 5 phones calls over 4 hours to get resolved. Oh and their phone system will hang up on you if you are on hold for longer than 5 mins all while playing the same garbled 30s audio clip on a constant loop.
Not user friendly. For someone who pays for parking daily this is one of the most difficult apps to use because it does not permit the user to create an account or store ANY info such as name, address, cc, etc. so all of these have to be entered each time.
Worst parking experience ever. I spent over thirty minutes trying to scan, text, e-mail to pay $6.99 for parking. NOTHING would go through. I’m trying to get my autistic son into a urologist because of a kidney stone! I spent the entire time in the waiting room and examining room trying to send message, texts, and e-mails. No response. Nothing went through. It kept telling me my e-mail was invalid. ? It wasn’t. I tripled check all the numbers and info on my credit card. It was all correct. I’m still trying when I get back to my car and find a $30 parking violation. What a scam!!!!
Mobile app no funcionality. Cannot sign in using Facebook or google account, no add existing reservation option or import from email option. I try not to use this service if I do not have to use this service

SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app takes your money and gives nothing in return. I wish there was an option to give 0 starts as it isn’t deserving of 1. To spend money then not receive a parking pass is ridiculous. I’ve sent countless emails and got 0 replies. This is a scam and you will lose your money if using this app.

Good but payment doesn’t work. Does not allow for payment method to be entered which defeats the entire purpose of the app. Had to go into the website, save a credit card, and log back into the app.
Barely functional. Happily finds the parking spot but doesn’t give you any way to actually book it. Web site works, though.
Overcharged!. This app doesn’t refresh the screen between screens and I got overcharged twice since it didn’t keep the right time selection between screens and it didn’t remember my office discount code. The price displayed on the previous screen and the price charged were completely different! Please fix this so I don’t have to call your customer service. It’s such a waste of time.
Very difficult for paying for parking. Very difficult to figure out. If you scan parking lot it should put you to proper country that parking lot it’s in and province. Do at home before I get to site as it is so unfriendly. I’m just going to doctor. You are already stressed don’t need to stress about parking. Should be a tap with credit card and then put in your license plate. Also, some people can’t afford data or don’t have data.
Pretty bad but I guess it works ?. UX is pretty miserable but with a little elbow grease you can avoid a ticket
Forgets session after adding time. Forgot my session. I closed the app and the session vanished.

Crap App. This is possibly the worst parking “App” I have ever used! Your UI is filled with confusing and ridiculous options that don’t work. Offering more than a single day option is on the app but you don’t accept that . I had to call the live help desk that said the app doesn’t really work (and I agree)they told me to use Safari… I made it one day parking and it finally worked. Over 40 minutes to set this up and you expect people to use it? Especially elderly people like those in my mother-in-laws building ? I would like a credit for the waste of my time. Do some competitive analysis and find out how a real step by step user experience is better than this crap … please! When you need a help desk for a parking app that says everything.

App Experience. Very easy to us add that is very intuitive to use. Given that I am using this in Canada recommend adding options for Canadian license plates.
Use literally anyone else!. They didn’t even send me the pass to enter the garage but had no problem charging me and not responding to my messages asking for help, and money back. Shockingly terrible. -10 Stars

This app makes parking meters look good. Absolute embarrassment of a parking app, can’t even extend your parking session without an error . You’ll have an easier time navigating through the Sahara with a broken compass .

Parking underground requires cell service underground. This app is really poorly thought out. I pulled into a garage and discovered that they had recently converted to this app. The problem is that underground garages rarely have cell service, so I couldn’t download the app, couldn’t pay through the website, and couldn’t text to pay. Oh, and the contact feature of their website doesn’t work either.
Ripoff. The app might offer some advantage over booking on the website, but don’t see it. It has the same functionality problems (sale not going through, with no indication given as to why), and you still can’t contact anyone to help. But it’s ripoff because, incredibly, they charge an extra fee for using the app, rather than the website. Why pay more?
Update default exit time to PM. Currently the app defaults to a 9:30 am exit time. Update that to PM or allow one to customize the favorite to include preferred exit time.
Worst app ever. I had to complete on a browser because it kept giving me an error without any explanation and then wouldn’t even edit the card assuming that was the issue. The response from cs was to start with a new account and it didn’t fix it. The gui of the app isn’t completely antiquated and unusable. No mobile payments even though it says it takes them. I did it as a guest which is clear as mud.
Awfully Bad. This is the first review I’ve written for any app. But it needed it be said that this app is terrible. It took 10 minutes to finally pay $2 because of how many times this app glitched or crashed. I hope the payment went through, because the app didn’t send a confirmation screen and immediately crashed after I was finally able to click the pay button
Terrible UX, made me pay double. Horrible site. I paid for parking a month in advance online. There was no way to redeem it at the location. I had to PAY AGAIN. Then when i told them about it, they didn’t confirm my identity or payment, they refunded the wrong payment and made me get A PARKING VIOLATION. After I HAD PAID TWICE. Idiocy. Terrible app. Terrible UX. Careless customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s not that hard to make a viable app.
Horrible horrible App. The worst. I entered all info for parking zone, credit card, etc. I received error message that I’m in the wrong latitude ( you read that right, the wrong LATITUDE) and then the app double charged my credit card but still would not show I paid for parking which means I’ll get a parking ticket. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Prone to glitches. App and website are prone to glitches such as not allowing you to book parking (even in places when I know parking is available) or enter your payment details. Add parking pass to Apple Wallet has not been working for some time. I reset the app to no avail.
Incredibly buggy. I have been trying to book a parking session today in the building where I always book. First it rejected every valid payment method. Then I closed and reopened and it doubled the price from five minutes earlier and then crashed every time I had to make the booking. I restarted my phone but it does the same thing. The app is irretrievably broken.
Worthless. The app doesn't work half the time and the website doesn't work half the time there's no service in the garage where you're parking or when you do park and pay they give you a fine anyway for $30 don't want your Tom and this subpar parking company. Plenty of other parking garages in DC avoid this one at all cost.
Terrible for monthly parkers. The app does not integrate with my existing account. I wanted to be able to request my car by text. (Yes, they could also provide a text number, but they don’t.) As parking is almost $1,000 a month now, you’d think these guys would have a decent app. Disappointing! Try icon parking instead.
Almost as bad as the company. This app is almost as bad as management at S&P Parking. Glitchy, crashes, not intuitive at all, makes you do everything twice, doesn’t work with Apple Pay or wallet, and the QR codes are too small for the reader at the exit. You have to screen shot them and blow them up on your phone.
Bug Found. I found a bug when attempting to select a time. When I try to select 15, 30, or 45 minutes, I see the following error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'increment'). Only when I’ve selected at least an hour, I am then able to proceed to the next screen to complete payment.
Maybe my least fav app ever. I hate this app so much. Despite having installed it and reinstalled it and had it on multiple different phones, it never works appropriately. It doesn’t automatically sign and when I login, then it kicks me out of the the parking session. I have to repeatedly add my credit card info. The only parking app I’ve ever had difficulty with.👎
Awful functionality for frequent user. Our local garage switched to this service recently and it’s made it such a hassle. Despite having our vehicle info and payment method stored in my account, it requires me to re-input it EVERY SINGLE TIME I park (multiple times per week). It’s as if none of the parts of the app communicate with each other at all.
Easy Acces. It is my first time using this app & it will be my first time parking here. So far, it has been a great experience downloading the app & finding a suitable parking garage for our future activities!!!
Add a way to save payment details. The app is great, but it needs to have a way to save my card. It’s so annoying that I have to type in my credit card info every time I park. Please pleasee add this feature.
Terrible customer service. Glitches happen, but own up to your app’s mistake. Booked my reservation but it didn’t appear in the reservation section when I got there, so I tried again. Found out it charged me twice, so I called to get one charge cancelled. Guy on the phone told me that he couldn’t because I could have used it already. Had to call my credit card company instead. Stay away from this hassle.
Good location - Car Broken into. This lot is in a good spot in relation to the Club Wyndham Resort & Olympic Park. After 3 night car was broken into. Took advice of lot attendances and parked outside of parking deck under light. Didn’t help car broken into and would have been better if left the door unlocked it wouldn’t have cost so much. I wouldn’t EVER park there over night you would have been better off parking inside the deck in the dark.
Irregular app behavior results in purchases for wrong events.. Design of the filtering is abysmal. Worse, even when filtering correctly, the app will still only show event pricing, even if the event is on another day. Absolutely dreadful experience trying to purchase parking, only to have the order reset to the wrong day. Confirmed date, got reset by a question on vehicle occupants and it reverted the date again. Ended up with a non refundable purchase for an event I’m not attending. Avoid this app.
Processing poorly this. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to process over roughly 40 minutes to process this morning, also telling me there was not an account under my email address. Perhaps it was just a bad day in the system. (My WiFi/Internet connection was strong and not experiencing any issues with any other apps.)
Terrible access to paying through App. Unless you scan the posted sign, it’s like jumping through hoops to access the way to pay for a daily spot thought the app. What happens when there are no signs to scan, because of high winds or vandals, they don’t get paid. They need to fix this and fast. Especially for the Elmont/ UBS Arena station on the LIRR!!

It’s a ok app. It’s ok app just like as I’m typing right now I can’t see the txt because of how slow this app is but work s like a app from 2010 I’m having to use it because I’m in the hospital and can not leave at the moment will not let me see how much time I have left on my space so I’m sure I have over paid.
Not even basic. My city recently switched to this method for paying to park. The app does not allow you so save payment information. Cannot scan your credit card (like it says it can). You go to the website in hopes it’s better, but it’s laggy. It does allow you to save payment. Worthless.
Will take your money, but not give you confirmation. I have been unable to get my parking confirmation for the past week, and when I’ve tried contacting the company, online and via phone, I have not been able to reach the company. I get error message whenever trying to do something on the app. I need the receipts to be reimbursed from my company. Help?
Parking by Rosemont line. This was very easy to fill your information in and access parking close to your destination. Good pricing as well.
Payment not flexible. There is no apple pay and auto save of payment details for next day purchase. Every day i need to enter the details manually. This application is not user friendly. 👎
No customer service. As with others, I was unable to use my pre-paid parking, so I had to take a ticket and pay twice. I’ve called and email customer service serval times, not one response has been received. They are in the business of just taking your money, twice. Extremely frustrating, would not recommend.
Problem with payment method. Whenever I try to use the app to pay, it says that I am logged out, and it makes me input my payment method. It then deletes the payment method. It has been really hard to pay for parking through the app, and the process to do it on the webpage is very long and doesn’t let me log in to do it.
App changes times during checkout. This is the worst parking app I’ve ever used. On 5 separate occasions the time and dates I’ve entered have been changed completely screwing me out of parking. This app is shady and the customer service only gets you so far since you’re waiting for an agent so long you might as well just install and request a chargeback.
Almost useless. App lags when using tried to update an expired cc on file but could not delete or update. So I tried to add the card as a new payment method. Won’t let me do that because it says I have the same card number on file. Customer Support says there’s no way remedy other than just deleting my account and start over - and that didn’t work either. Totally frustrating.
SCAM. Please do not use this application. This is a scam. When I purchased the ticket the app crashed and my purchase never showed up on my reservations. I got charged even though a reservation was never made. This happened twice. I tried and tried and tried to get through to customer service but they kept on circling me over and over again to a different email after. They have no customer service. They are no help.
Reservation does not guarantee a spot.. More than once, I’ve driven up to a parking garage in NYC and was told they were full. The exasperated garage managers tell me there’s no communication between the office and the garages. The app makes the reservation but doesn’t communicate that to the garage you’ve reserved at. You’re no better off making a reservation than just driving up. Very disappointing.
Fine but…. Where is my current session within the app? You’re emailed a receipt but you should be able to see your current session in the app. Otherwise why download it? Don’t like text message reminders that make me go look up an email. Do better.
Default parking time is 2 hours, makes no sense. It almost seems designed to trip up the user, buried on the bottom. It would take almost 2 hours just to complete a trip from the parking spot to downtown Chicago and back. Please change it to reflect commuter parking needs (ie minimum 8.5 hrs).
Terrible. It’d give it zero if it let me. Where to begin. It repeatedly tells you your email and password is wrong even when they aren’t. They clearly do zero vetting of the parking lots on the site. Twice I reserved in advance and the lots were so shady I didn’t feel comfortable parking there. Another time the lot was full even though I reserved in advance. Will be deleting the app.
$65 violation ticket, paid twice. We parked in New Orleans and paid on the app so we did not have something to put on the dash, but we thought that was okay. We came back to a $65 violation ticket that was addressed to a different lot than we were in, and we tried contacting their customer service the next 40 minutes with no answer. Paid a second time at the kiosk so that we wouldn’t get another violation.
Unreliable. Yes, it generally performs the service of showing parking spaces, but when looking at the map screen you never can tell what’s available or what pricing is. It’s been easier in several instances to just book on-site.
Pre print??!!. All over their machines they have a discount if you use the app. So I downloaded the app and paid for it. Then it told me after I had paid, I have to print the ticket off before I arrive at the spot?! I was already parked at the spot, how do they expect you to print it off? Terrible advertisement. So then I had to pay at the machine and customer service did not refund my payment through the app. Won’t be using this terrible service anymore.
Getting Worse and worse. I kinda liked to use this app in the beginning because it’s cheaper than paying later. However, last time when I ordered a pass scheduled from noon to late night, the pass showed a different time range after I paid. When I tried to cancel my order, no one picked up their phone and no one responded the email. What a trash platform and customer service.
Parking Violation. I received a $70 parking violation today because this app is not functioning properly. After entering all personal information, contact number, license plate info and credit card information, a pop-up message appeared indicating that I had successfully completed the process and a confirmation email was being sent. When I returned to my car after attending a meeting, I had a $70 parking violation on my windshield. This shouldn’t be happening.
Incomplete information. I booked 3 days of parking and needed to come in and go twice each day. No information was given that this lot does not allow multiple entries. They allow only one in and one out EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR ALL DAY. I had to cancel all 3 reservations and wait 5 days to get my refunds. Do not recommend this app.
Easy to park and pay with mobile app!. No need to dig in between car seats to find quarters and run late trying to figure how to pay at a pay box. This app is great.
Poorly designed workflow in not intuitive. Workflow for making payment is unclear. You enter your credit card once, and then the only button says “Add Payment”. You must select payment method again, and the button name changes to “Complete Purchase”. The “Add to Apple Wallet” button doesn’t work.
Buggy software, poor interface with Google login. The interface with Google doesn’t work, it takes you to the website where 1) the payment entry is impossible because no card number entry fields are open to enter data and 2) you can’t get back to the app “logged in” because the app will just tell you that you don’t have internet. So you remain logged out. Skip this app and rely on Spothero until reviews say otherwise.
Not easy to use. Not sure why my experience is different from others who seem to like the app. The app always requires me to sign in every time I use the app. It also requires me to enter my payment in every time even though I have a payment method on my account. Submitted multiple inquiries about it and have never heard back.
Almost great. This app gets the job done, except if you do monthly parking. From what I can tell, you can not manage that from within the app, but instead it kicks you to their website.
John K parking in Knoxville for Vols game.. Had to try three times. While the app allowed me to pick a parking lot and fill out info on my first two parking lot choices when i went to check out it said “failed” but third one did go through
Cannot login on app if you made account with Google. The website gives you the option to create an account by logging in to your Google account. So, I did just that. But the app has no option to login with Google Account. There is also no way to change password or unlink google account. So i cannot use the app at all. I have to reenter all info every time I want to park. Terrible design flaw.
