Trial worked well.. Trial worked well with an easy to use interface. Was nice because I could see the name of my stops as they appeared in maps and not just an address. This was changed, and as soon as my trial expired my saved routes would delete themselves almost weekly. I couldn’t login via phone email or google account as the login services are constantly down. I also couldn’t get the app to recognize my subscription on multiple devices. Team replied quickly to my issue once and then took weeks to get back to the original question. App probably works great if you work 1 day out of the month as a delivery guy, but lacks consistency a full time job requires.

Not Worth the Money. I used this app for almost two years for my delivery driving 5 days per week. I would have upwards of 250 deliveries per month. This app has seen many updates and changes, most for the better, and that’s why I’m giving it any credit, really. As for the app itself, I’m sad to say I no longer can pay $6 per month to make my deliveries. They are now charging $11 for the same service that a different app will get you with a cap of 200 stops. Very disappointed and upset because I liked how quick the interface works, even though with many options it simply doesn’t. For example, gas savings calculations, finding fastest routes, end stop Arrival time (I always beat it anywhere between an hour or 30 minutes before it said I would finish), and once in a while incorrect addresses (when I tap on a Southeast location, it’ll put down southwest and refuses to put the southeast no matter what I try). Overall it was great while it lasted but I’m not going to pay an EXTRA $5 per month for an already overpriced system without unlimited stops...

Great for dog walking, would love other features. I am a pro dog walker and this app is great for the days when I have to be a lot of places. It saves me a lot of time! Even the free version is super helpful. It would be awesome to be able to add the same stop more than once (for both pickup & drop off), and have more than 2 levels of priority, or to be able to group certain addresses together into blocks (for dedicated groups for pack walks). I know that this app is more geared for deliveries but it’s been more helpful to me than “dog walking” apps that are actually mostly just trackers etc. Adding features above that would accommodate my planning would be worth a $5/mo subscription to me, easy.

Contractor and RE broker endorsed!. It saves me a ton of time when I’m running errands or going to open houses. No more self-collating and calculating what I perceive to be the best route that usually ends up being wrong! Perhaps I am not using it to its full potential, but prioritizing the “delivery window” over the distance driven/time saved would be an excellent option to have. Currently, I am doing this manually by either changing the start or skipping specific stops, and it adds unnecessary complication as it sees my parameters as inefficient and tries to fight them, despite being inflexible hurdles that need to be incorporated. Despite that one suggestion, it's still light-years beyond me trying to figure out multi-stop routes! I highly recommend this app!

Baller Routing App. This app has saved me so much time on my mowing routes I was able to get a proper second job to help pay for the child support I owe that piece of work Sadie. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s straight BOOTY that you have to pay such a large amount every month just to have more stops on your route. You can’t export the route list to send to others (unless they have the app). It should just be a one time purchase, not a monthly thing. If you got two jobs kind of money though it’s a must have for people who are in need of this type of application.

One tweak away from 5 stars…. So first off this app saves me about 30-1hr daily compared to my company’s bonehead system. I’m learning a new route and if I followed my company’s I would be working 10-12 hrs daily. I love how you can see the map and all the points as numbers. Only adjustment I would recommend is allowing us to move stops manually that we think is best for a certain scenario. Sometimes I would be down the street from a stop and the app has me doing it later in the day. Or working on both sides of a busy st, it would be cool to just adjust those stops and the rest of the day can allow crossing the road or snaking as they call it. Other than that I love how simple everything is and can’t beat the time saving aspect. Keep it up!

Love it, Saves time so I can get home on time. Circuit is super easy to use and is very user friendly. I’ve saved countless miles and hours at my job thanks to it. It takes all the thinking work out it and makes my routes simpler. If I had one suggestion for the app I’d like to see a feature that you can set a time range where you cannot be at a stop, we service a customer that does not want to have their orders there between a set time, and it would be handy if it could route around that.

Love it but feel one added feature would make it so much better!!. I use this app 2-3 times a week and I just love it. I can run my errands una very efficient way; I really hate to waste time. I so think that one feature would improve the app exponentially (as far as I know that capability is not yet in): often my errands need to include a stop at a specific time of the day and I wish Circuit would have a “be there by X time” for that particular stop, and then include the rest of the stops around that particular one. Delivery/courier driver. Was skeptical at first, but now use it regularly. Now with gas prices soaring higher, efficient routes are key for saving fuel and time. Being compatible with both Apple and Google maps it is a very useful app to help you spend your route planning time to minimum and more time getting your deliveries done. Recommend to at least give it a test run in your day to see how it can help you.

So good they want to sabotage. This route application circuit has totally improved my drive time and my car is handling. I would recommend this to anyone trying to up their game when it comes to delivery. The only thing I find it that has allowed me to dock one star is that they have gained a fan base and with every fan base there’s also a Haterade squad and I have found this to be with whoever could be controlling the lights. Which is really actually so super nice and I wish I could give them that extra star is that even my own Maps has improved the quality of the application!

Why am I paying $20 a month for a routing app that doesn’t work?. If you’re going to force people to pay $20 to use an effective google maps routing add-on, you shouldn’t use google maps and it’s incredibly incorrect plot points and directions. Please stop having me turn left on roads that I’m not allowed or able to turn left on. Please stop having me go 4-10 minutes out of my way to TURN AROUND when I could just TURN AROUND ON THE STREET I’M ON. Please stop bringing me to destinations that don’t even exist. If you’re going to continue having these massive flaws in the extremely simplistic function of ROUTING then you should not be charging the insane price of $20 a month. Why would I pay a monthly fee for something that does not work?

Excellent Software. It’s one of the better apps in route planning however, the biggest disappointment is that the company / developer used “all or nothing approach” in selling the app. It’s either free with limited capabilities or full version with extremely expensive subscription. Company needs to consider that there are State, county, and other small agencies that would benefit from other options of this app. Maybe $5 for 30 stops, $10 for 50 stops etc, etc. The all or nothing strategy is very limiting and I believe the company is loosing a lot of potential. I use the limited version but it’s a bit too small - $20 a month is way too much for the limited number of routes I use.

You will not get what you pay for!. I used Circuit as an experiment. The route never optimized the same way twice. The directions are in another app, so you have to stop and wait before being able to move on. Now the money. I forgot to cancel the trial (totally on me). I emailed the company hoping to get back at least a portion of my $120 (two extra drivers - the multiple drivers feature is junk). The representative said the first step was to cancel my subscription and he’d forward my refund request. When you cancel, you give up your leftover time. Now I’m out $120 and can’t access for this month. I literally canceled it within 5 minutes. Either refund or let the time finish. Doing both is shady and unfair.

Optimizing is garbage. I deliver for FedEx and I tried this today because the terminal I work out of doesn’t upload to GroundCloud or road warrior. It was great for typing in addresses because it brought up the correct addresses with minimal input. But when I was doing the route it had me jumping back and forth. I was stopped at a stop and I had a stop next door but it kept sending me to another development first. When I hit re optimize it sent me to another stop and placed the stop next door further down the list to come back there when I was next door already. So this defeated the whole purpose of using the app. I might as well used the FedEx scanner’s gps which all FedEx drivers know is useless. Back to testing other route planning apps.

10/10 worth it. I used to manually optimize my routes, and that took forever, literally three hours or more. I created an excel sheet to handle most of it (got them in the general area), but it was lost when my pc decided to bluescreen and had to be reset (win 10 software issue; had it saved to the wrong ssd too) I didnt want to make another, so i tried this app and it works excellent. I’ve had it for almost a year now(?). I use it weekly, saves me a ton of time trying to sort all this out. The team is very responsive to inquiries and suggestions. Haven't had many issues with the app thus far.

Good app for free. It’s a good free app and saves a lot of time by optimizing the route. My only complaint is the app takes the fastest route but I want the stops to be on the left side and it will make me flip a u turn when simply going around the block would have put the stop in the left side. Maybe have an option that having stop on the correct side without having to make a u turn is more important than the fastest route.

FedEx Ground. For rookies or experienced delivery people working a new route Circuit is well worth the cost. If you load the parcels in reverse route order without being able to walk and reach all parcels then re-optimizing a 2nd time will cause difficulty getting to parcels. I keep a shoe width aisle down the middle for parcel access. When you compare # of stops per day, ability to re-optimize more (when meeting a colleague to take some of their parcels), custom description notes per parcel for easy finding, and what you get for the money, Circiut is the best for me and for the majority in our group. Consider trying it if you havent. You can cancel if you prefer another. I know it saves me time daily.

Yeah it works....somewhat.. I am a Fed Ex driver and at first this app was extremely helpful, it helped me learn my route and saved time so I wasn’t getting home at 8PM everyday.....or so I thought. I was wondering why it was taking me so long to get home everyday when my coworkers got out before me, and then I realized; circuit had been making me go past over 13 out of 75 stops that were literally connected to the same street I would be on and in return I’d have to backtrack to the same place I already had gone past. Seriously for $20 a month this app is not worth it. Use it to learn a route during the free trial and give it up.

My new best friend. I’m actually a dog walker and Circuit has been such an amazing app for me. It’s reduced my anxiety by 90% - now I know I’m going to save time and gas and that the route I’ve chosen is the best. I can also give me people an accurate arrival time and I’ve gotten back hours and hours this week that I would have lost had I followed my own schedule. I highly recommend this app if you have several stops to your day. You’ll save what the app costs in a matter of days and your sanity.

SO helpful for our Teacher Parade!. Circuit, thank you very much for this app. Today we had a teacher parade for our 3, 4, and 5-year old students. We drove past about 50 houses in three towns and many of our families were out, holding up signs, and giving us so much love in return. We couldn’t have done it so easily and efficiently without you. Entering the addresses was a breeze, and navigating from house to house was very clear and easy too. You helped us make a difference for our teachers and families who haven’t seen each other for weeks. The little ones don’t really understand why they can’t come to school and see us, so this helped them feel connected. Thank you so much!!!

Worth it!. This app totally does it for me! It saves time maps, and everything completely, and shows me the best route at the most appropriate time. I’ve tried to challenge it only to discover that the app has been right every time. If you’re making multiple stops for whatever capacity you’re doing it with end, it is the best thing for your journey. It will help to map out the best route and save you the most amount of time. What I have found is it helps when I’m seeing patients to make sure I’m making the most of my driving time and energy. 💯

There are several bugs in this app that need to be addressed. The ability to scan text is great but when it scans the wrong road in the wrong town and you don’t notice it that kind of screws your route up. Yes, you can adjust it and then re-optimize but I shouldn’t have to do that. I’ve also had it when I’ve changed the address that it scanned incorrectly that it still tried to take me to the original address. I also don’t like the fact that you have to close out the map in order to go back to your list, I wish there was a button on the map that would take you back-and-forth instead of closing out the map and then have to open the app back up. That’s a headache. I’m probably gonna cancel my subscription just because of those two issues.

Great app. It was my first day on my own with my new route none of my co workers or supervisors felt I would be able to complete my route for the day due to the vast distance between each customer and it being un familiar Circuit was not only user friendly it mapped my route and made it possible for me complete my route successfully. So much so that I purchased the premium package so I could do more than 10 addresses

Game Changer. Circuit has been a tremendous help in planning our delivery routes. Not only does it plan the most efficient route, but I can easily add additional stops without starting from scratch. What is also terrific is that you can set a time parameters for specific deliveries and the app will plan accordingly. It even keeps a log of when I made each stop, and integrates seamlessly with Google Maps.

Optimization is absolute trash. I don’t want to sound too angry here.. this app absolutely made me not make my deadlines. On part of my route, there is one main highway with multiple business-lots on either side. I honestly can’t event explain it correctly here, but I swear it was TRYING to make it more difficult for me to make my deliveries. The whole time, it was having me finish 3-4 drop offs on one side of the highway, cross the highway, finish 3-4 more drop offs on the other side, cross the highway again, do 3-4 more drop offs, cross again, etc… it was infuriating and thats not even the half of it. I wanted to trust the app and do what it told me to do since it was my first time using a route optimization app but NEVER AGAIN!

One use is very persuasive!. Those who are not in business are used to doing things around their elbow, and we little consider how much fuel we waste browsing through the day shopping. As for me, I have traveled thousands of miles taking photographs, and yet I never thought of “optimizing” my road trips. It is charming to wander down out-of-the-way roads and lanes and cowpaths when one has no schedule or deadline, but as gasoline prices rise and one becomes ever more aware of waste and climate change, organization becomes more and more important. This application is designed for commercial use, and even contemplating the benefits to the environment the universal use of it would have is inspiring. The GOOD NEWS is, IT WORKS! While I cannot personally afford the continued expense of full daily use myself, any business would probably find a subscription would pay for itself in no time. It is easy to use, VERY flexible, accurate, and amazingly intuitive. I think that it can be used for up to ten-destination routes daily for free—I hope that is correct—and if so it is one of the best pieces of “freeware” ever written. Large-route businesses with a lot of deliveries will find the subscription fees are very reasonable, and the more-efficient routes will be good for everyone! Thanks from me to the Developer—when I am made happy, you have done a GREAT JOB! I use it with Google Maps, and I find the interaction really seamless.

Straight to the quirks. 1) I am noticing the app is eliminating addresses. >i had 100 pkgs typed in. At the end of my route I had 20 pkgs left but the route was "complete". I had to manually type them back in. This leads to 2) Inefficiency. >once loaded back in I had to re-drive areas that I had already been in which caused me to incur higher gas and mileage costs. As well as end my day HOURS late. 3) Even with the addresses that are calculated, they are not optimized in the highest efficiency. > I literally passed by streets that were on my route because circuit's destination was placed else where. I tested circuit to see if its algorithm was smarter or more efficient than my common sense. It wasn't. It made no sense to be driving in circles, skipping, then coming back to, then skipping more.... it was zig zag landing which again leads back to point #2. I was recently charged after the free trial. I am out of state, working with a transportation company. When I make business investments into ANYTHING I want to hold it accountable if it's gonna take my money. And you should too. Between the cost of the app and the loss of money incurred by this app's inefficiency, I've already unsubscribed. But if your work is not important this app is decent. I like the layout, how quickly you can upload data, and when its working right how quickly and seemlessly you can follow its mapping protocols.

Could be even better if…. Love the app, has several cool features like using your camera to pull up addresses, plotting points clearly, shows different route options, able to plot any number of points however for the subscription price it would be nice if it didn’t make you switch to google maps or other such apps. Other than that I have recommended this app to other carriers to help them in their jobs as well as personal lives.

Lifesaver!!. I have a bread delivery route that’ does 2 days out of town.I was skeptical as to how much time the app would actually end up saving me when I first downloaded it. However, from the first time I used it, I definitely saw a difference it made by reordering my delivery stops for me. I saved finished 2 hours earlier the first out of town delivery day using it and a little over an hour on the 2nd out of town delivery route day (they are completely different delivery stupa on each of the two days. My favorite feature is that you can 1) save the route for future use 2) put in the start time of deliveries and put in an estimation of Joe long you are usually at each stop to give an idea of time of day you will likely be done with all deliveries 3) it allows you to input time restrictions for any or all stops and it takes that into consideration when putting stops in order to achieve best time. It’s an amazing app and I highly recommend it!!

Great but... Still needs some work. Sometimes as you type the address nothing pops up or it lags and you accidentally add the wrong address. Super frustrating especially if you’re in a hurry. You’re in an area with signal and it just acts up sometimes. Otherwise the app is super helpful and I rely on it as I am a flex driver so I am always running different routes that I am unfamiliar with. Much easier than typing an address one by one into your gps as you go. Plus you can customize which vehicle side you want the stop to be on and things like that.

Great app, takes the thinking away from morning dispatch.. Let’s face it.. in the mornings not everyone is gung-ho to make their morning route especially when your manager decides to shaft you with 3 AM calls, a 9:30 specific call, a 4:30 call and 2 PM calls. This app literally takes any sort of pre-coffee f* this and throws it out the window. If you don’t try this app then kudos, I wish I had better time management than a computer too.

Great but needs a few improvements. Didn’t like the switch back and forth between navigation app and route app to hit the next stop. It should be automatically. Also don’t need route calculation most of the time so 15/20 bucks is quit intense for rare use. Should have the option to “buy a route”. Like one day you need a route planned. Only for that one day. Buy this single day. Not a whole subscription. Other then that great planning of the route. Saves a lot of time

Saves me so much time. I have a job in enforcement and have multiple cases throughout my county that I have to go to every day. I have been using this app for over two years now to schedule my day. It saves my previous route, so I can see what I did the day before and also does a fantastic job of setting up my route. Honestly, don’t know what I would do without it.

Pretty good optimiser. I’m a driver for Fed Ex and overall my experience with using circuit has been good. I feel it truly helped me get to know my two routes that I do and makes a route that actually makes sense and allows me to be more efficient. My only two issues I have are the following: 1. Has days where it takes forever to enter stops - I feel this isn’t entirely on the app and might be a network issue, but I have days where it takes a few seconds to load a stop and days where I had trouble getting 1 stop entered (3-5 min to load). I would have to move around my truck until the signal was able to help load the stop I was looking for. I’ve used other apps with the same type of network and had 0 issues loading stops. 2. Reoptimising the route sometimes messes up the flow - I can remember there were a few times where I had to repotimise my route and it had me leave a neighbourhood where I was delivering to go and do two stops and then had me come back. In that situation you just have to outsmart the app when it does that. Overall I say the app is worth using if you’re a delivery driver because it will cut down time on your route along with a good pace you put into it.

Saturday paper route. Last Saturday was the first time I delivered the papers by myself. I was expecting to get done between 5:30-6:00 am, however, my old navigation system had me going in circles and backtracking, in areas I was unfamiliar with. I never got done until 8:30 am. This Saturday with with circuits was much better, although I will say, it still had me backtracking in two areas. The first would’ve been much worse (from Harrisburg to York and then back to Harrisburg) had I not realized the app “mis-organized” what was supposed to be the 2nd stop of the route with the 16th stop. All in all, I’d say, “Not too bad”. The app predicted I’d be done between 4:00-4:30 am. I made my last drop at 6:33 am, which was my deadline, and I saved 2 hrs from last Saturday.

Why disregard the re-optimize feature?!. I’ve used this app for the past 5 months and I’ve loved it, but since this new update I’ve received over night I can no longer re -optimize my route freely (like before the update using the three little dots in the top right hand corner) after I enter my route in and it does its initial optimization I don’t understand the logic behind this because in now I have to literally edit my route - delete one of my stops - and add the same stop back just to get the re-optimize function to pop up and for this headache I’m considering canceling my membership and give this app the 3 star treatment I really don’t understand why the feature has been removed unless it’s just hidden either or it has made my job more frustrating due to this since I run 200 stops a day pls fix this or I’ll just find another app to use my money on

Love it, but please undo the last update!. Love this app, it’s change my field life! However, please undo the latest update of a separate window opening. It’s much easier just hitting “delivered” or “failed” and it was quick and effective. The separate window is too much to think about it when going fast. Please change it back, it’s an extra, unnecessary step.

Makes my routes easier. I deliver newspapers. Depending on my route I can have anywhere between 148 to 168 deliveries. So far out of the 3 apps I have used this has been the better of them. The only two things I wish I can change is the ability to edit the route manually before starting the route. Because depending on the street. A odd number house may come first before the even number and it would be easier if I could change (only my preference) which house I stop at first. But so far it’s much user friendly then the others I have used.

New version loop. Updated my review - I was able to eventually find the restore purchase button and was back up and running. Took a while and wasted time. Gave it a four star as i do like the app but I think it’s too expensive. Also is it possible to go back and get total miles for previous routes? That would be helpful for record keeping. Thank you. The new version asks me to start my trial when we are already subscribed and we can’t get past the prompts. As of today the app does not function for us.

Efficient & saves you time. I work for a business where we deliver to customers all around the state. Before I knew about this app, we would try and figure out the best route by looking at the map and deciding which places were close to each other and it just wasnt efficient. With this app it makes delivering so much easier and saves so much time! The “notes” feature is a great addition too so I can write the names of the customers so I know exactly who I’m delivering to and have the package ready before I leave to their destination. Circuit is a great app and saves you the hassle of trying to figure it out on your own. Would recommend!

Been using this for 2 years+ — LIFESAVER! Needs iPhone 14 / iOS 16 optimizations. I’ve been using this for 2 years + and it’s been a lifesaver. The UI is very nice and easy to use and has only gotten better over time. The addition of camera to text for addresses has been time saving. The delivered and failed options are nice to keep track of failed stops. It’s nice that it keeps a closer view between stops as you’re going. It’s very easy to run a route inside the app alone but can also use Apple or Google Maps if necessary. I do wish when in list view it would “snap” as you’re doing the route so it would constantly keep the next address in clear view. However after getting the new iPhone 14 Pro Max and now that I’m on iOS 16 I’ve noticed that when inputting addresses and using the camera to capture the address, unless you keep “still” until you select the address it’ll disappear. If you move even a little, it’ll go blank.

Best app Before its last update. This app used to work very well but since they removed the "INSERT" everything became a disaster, now it is automatic and if you want to put a note to your stop and you move it a little to the right or left, it takes any other direction the camera can reach and you have to waste time backtracking to find the stop you were at and be able to put the note you wanted before scanning another stop, long story short you waste a lot of time trying to delete all the directions you capture by mistake, it's a shame because I loved this app.

Re-optimizing. Love the app! It definitely saves time and helps you from having to look up all the stops and trying to put them in Oder by memory. If you a don’t like the sequence of stops then it will not allow to change them without choosing a different start point. I like to start furthest out and work my way back and the app doesn’t allow that. Also being a truck driver I would like to try and make only right turns into my stops and there isn’t an option for that. I like you can use it for about 10 stops but I’m not interested in spending the money to get unlimited. Great app though!

Does it’s job. Period.. I’m doing a lot of driving to multiple clustered locations as a residential inspector. The locations are just far enough away from each other that going to them in the wrong order would waste a lot of drive time, which really would add up over the day. I wasn’t “delivering” but the app perfectly laid out the order of stops that made the most sense. It’s great! Done at one location click “delivered” and on to the next. The only challenge was that some of the locations I had to go to were so new that they weren’t in the 3 major GPS platforms so it occasionally didn’t find the location I needed. Not really the apps fault - I just found a more established street in the area and put that in. Works better than I had hoped and there really are not any alternatives that work better, I’ve tried them.

Excellent for organizing multiple stops. Various option to prioritize your stops or set a time constraint. The only thing that bothers is the coordination issue, fe when you click start via Waze it will bring you to the exact address however the access to the building you looking for could be on the next street. That’s why you should remember the street name where you going and then no issues at all!

Best app ever used if your in the service call industry. I service copiers and get sent to big cities with multiple calls and this lets me punch in all the address from Furthest to closest to my home. It then auto routes them for me so I can go to calls that are near each other and not waste time riding from a back to b when c may have been just up the road. It syncs through google maps as well and directs you to each call. If you have CarPlay the directions show on your car screen and when you arrive just tap the delivered button and it will green check it and move to the next location. When all the calls for the day are done it sends you on the shortest trip back to your home or starting address. Copying and pasting all the addresses from the calls are the only tedious thing but normally I would be manually searching google maps to see how far each location was from where I was all day long. Now I do about ten minutes or less work first thing in morning, press go and my day is OPTIMIZED… saves gas and time. Great app don’t screw it up.

Life (and time) saver!!!. I am a hospice nurse, so I am traveling all day. I recently started a new job in a town that I don’t know very well, and found myself wasting quite a bit of time by going back-and-forth, because I didn’t know the area. So I downloaded this app in hopes that it would prevent me from all that bouncing back-and-forth. Let me just tell you, I am saving probably 1 to 2 hours a day just by plugging my daily addresses into this beautiful little app. Did I mention it was free? Because yup, that’s how awesome it is.

Saves time. I hate writing these and always click away on the push notification when it requests me to rate, and I have no reason for changing that routine now. I don’t know boredom maybe? Anyway yeah it’s a solid app. Saves me a lot of time and headache for work. So if you’re looking for a route app that just does the thing and does it well and you can afford the $20/mo. well then here ya go. Knock yourself out. Or don’t I’m not your mom. ✌️

Great Route Planner, Drains Battery too much. I deliver for one of the major shipping companies, this app has made my job so much easier to do and I couldn’t do it without it. The problem I’ve been having is constant battery drainage I have when using it with google maps. I’ll have about 80% leaving the building and about 2 hours in, I’m already at 20% battery life. There’s also a glitch where when you click delivered, it will show completed for one second and then re appear on your list again which is annoying to deal with when I’m trying to deliver in a rush. The couple of seconds that it wastes throughout my day having to re click delivered adds up and it has been bugging me for months. Pls fix

Great and very intelligent route making for multiple stop deliveries saves time on road. Expensive as monthly subscription but still worths the amount of time u save with multiple stops like every day jobs.

Almost had it. I’m an inner city courier and besides not being able to drag and drop stops freely on your routes, it WAS perfect, the app was easy to navigate and straight forward, it had almost no regular bugs and was overall great, then maybe a little less then a month ago the app changed and not only is the new lay out not as good, there is multiple bugs that screw with my day to day driving, it doesn't reroute properly anymore, there is always drops labelled as “+” that even if i specify to make first on the run it just won’t do it. Being that this app costs $30 a month which is already $10 more than the last one i used, on top of the glitches and not being able to drag and drop, i’ll be moving to a new app come the end of this billing cycle.

Getting there. Need more improvements, atm it can make your life easier with auto analysing routes and all but you will still have to keep your eyes open where it takes you.

Oh the Possibilities. Really Great concept but very hit and miss results. Routes me past drop offs I need to do only to come back (with no obvious logic). If you add stops along the way it isn’t clear how many times you should re-optimise. Reoptimising has caused me big headaches, but I am new to couriering . Links with Google maps have stopped working so I use wayz. I have found it a bit if a help not the fix all I’d hoped for.

Good but needs improvement. Can definitely route calculate but to earn 5 stars would need to be compatible with Apple car play and also be able to adjust from one stop to the next instead of having to mark each one off then start another in the app.

Time Saver. Great App to save time. You can create the route your want, even prioritising what deliveries need to be out first, then share it with your drivers. A couple of things it doesn’t do that would be handy - update route on all phones so I can see where the driver is up to and if they will be arriving back on schedule - save locations/customers that are dropped at on a weekly basis so I don’t have to look up their address each week Sure has saved us a LOT of time and stress though. So good for couriers. If you have more than 20 to 30 to 40 to 50 stop this is worth it! That’s all you need.

Google maps already created routes with 10 stops. If no more than 10 stops, this app has no purpose, since google does this for free

Circuit app. I have been using this over half a year, there’s always one thing that amazed me is it’s incredible design, highly recommended, a great app for professionals

Application error and bad customer service. Application is been acting weird from past couple of days. Doesn’t take more than 10stops to optimise (I am already subscribing). If added more then doesn’t optimise !!!! Requested for help and got reply after 24hrs, replied to it within 2min May be I should wait for another 24hrs to get any reply?!!!!

Good but far from Perfect. Use this a couple of times a week but to truly optimise the route some manual work is required and that is not easy. Also does NOT allow for Live traffic updates so the times can blow out. Given it links to Google Maps I don’t see how it couldn’t be amended to allow for Live traffic when Route is started?

Love it. I’m a StarTrack delivery driver, on my first day at job I was bit confused on how to set up routes when they give me around 70-80 articles to be delivered, luckily I found this app and it has saved my job. This app is the best in market for value for any courier drivers specially for drops more than 50 a day. I would like to suggest some new features that would even speed the work for courier drivers : i would like to see a new feature to scan or take pic of the address label so there is no need of manually typing each address. Most of the shipping companies print connotes with QR code’s which has the address in them, so implementing that feature on the circuit app can speed the workflow and free from errors. Maybe have a different subscription plan for this and try to implement inside app navigation rather than third party as it only provides one to one destination currently and drivers have to switch app every-time they complete a stop. These were my few suggestions after 2 weeks of use, but if someone is reading this review to see if this is time saver then this is my green signal 👍🏻

Graeme star. This works well on my iPhone . A suggestion , if I have to check a previous address on another previous date to be easier to do as currently after I manage to do it , my run dates are out of sequence.. otherwise this app has saved me time and money particularly when it gets hectic. It also acts as a backup run list. I’m still learning my new area and I rely moderately on the app to help me. Good work I love it..

Excellent app. Terrific app for optimising multiple destinations, it’s highly customisable and the integration with Google Maps is seamless. Note that the free version only allows 10 stops per route. The only things needed to make it perfect are the option to print out the route and to share a route with non-circuit users.

Great app and simple to use. Jist started using this for my deliveries and it has saved me the hassle of planning the van load sequence and the route sequence as well.

Disappointing. On second use, estimated first delivery over an hour in the past, and deleting and redoing list made no difference Then after a drop could not be completed, and we were half way to the next stop which was 20 minutes away followed by a stop an hour away in that same direction, it wanted us to do the 20 minutes drop, go back to the ‘missed’ delivery and then double back to the 1hr away stop, then return back again to the main route. NOT what I call optimised

Good App But To Expensive. I think this app is brilliant its ideal for what I need it for. However the cost is way to expensive especially when there are other options. I think a reduction in the price to a more realistic amount would make this app more viable for smaller businesses. The price per month for this app puts it on the level of professional programs, shame.

Awesome app with a few suggestions.. Began a delivery business and this app saved so much time and stress. Definitely saves times and distance though a few suggestions still: 1) Having the ability to save certain addresses as regular customers so that I don’t have to manually change time spent there and the earliest and latest times would be great. 2) It seems as though the algorithm focuses on distance travelled rather than time so being able to switch between either, and a mix of both may help. 3) Having the ability to enter customers on a website portal that PC’s can access may help. Overall the app is great and wouldn’t imagine not having it. Keep it up.

Feedback. Please add option to set the app to send Address to Navigation apps instead of GPS coordinates. Because Circuit send GPS coordinates to the Navigation app (e.g Google maps, Apple maps) so sometime the navigation app shows the wrong and/or much further direction, especially if the destination is a house in a big complex or a building in a corner next to a motorway.

A great way to keep multiple addresses at hand on an errand loop. Address input is super simple and fast. The route optimization works well. The language is tailored to deliveries, where in our case it’s often a pickup or stop or kid pickup or drop off. So I just click delivered after each stop.

Not user friendly. This “app” is basically google maps. Don’t recommend if your looking for a route planning tool. This is not it.

Overall great app. Easy to use, nice voice to text feature for adding addresses and notes is handy. I do wish it was better with letting you organize certain #’s of the route by editing the number itself ex: delivering to 10 stops but #9 actually works better if you deliver there before stop 8 because of the street layout let’s say, I can’t just click #9 and make it #8 if I need too; it’s frustrating because Maps isn’t updated I guess and it does get certain addresses incorrect and it does put their stop in the wrong position in the route, but I can’t directly edit the number that’s been auto assigned from the optimization. It would also be great it if you could take photos of addresses in other formatting too. I know as a courier none of my addresses say the city because it’s implied; so when adding addresses I can’t just take a photo and load them as a route without adding the city in individually for 200+ addresses. Overall smooth, easy, to make new routes and merge them. I’ve recommend it already to other couriers and they like it too. A little pricey tbh but if some improvements it will be well worth the current price.

Wish there was a “top” shelf selection area. Working out of a truck with 2 shelf’s so there’s a top, middle and floor area Not too bad though. Just using the “front” section as the “top” section but with it was an option Great route optimizer and I use it 5 days a week doing 120+ stops a day.

Can’t edit route. Once you start a route you can’t edit it, you have to clear the whole route and start from scratch, super frustrating. Sometimes throughout the day I’ll get another order in and I have to be able to add a new stop and manually move stops around, instead of just tapping optimize and using whatever route it gives you. Add the option to manually edit the order after you start a route and this app would be great.

App constantly changes. Stop changing the way the display looks it was fine the last few months, if you keep changing it you will have a higher chance that people won’t like it, me included. We also get used to it then you change it so please revert it back to what it was last week.

View of the adress. with the new update, I have to open the address to be able to start the journey! I prefer the old one where we could have an overview and continue our addresses by sliding from left to right or by clicking on the navigate icon at the bottom of the screen on the right while having an overview on the course

It’s a saver for sure. I like using it for UPS delivery! Ya a bit pricy in my opinion! But it could improve with live traffic and it’s own mapping gps system. Other wise all the delivery drivers out there . I say it’s a good one to use!

Please roll back. Your recent update of forcing drivers to use zoomed in maps is useless. I have many seasonal roads on my route and have to deviate from the circuit route. With the zoomed in maps, I now miss deliveries since I can no longer see the big picture without having to take additional steps of going back and forth to the main map. Additional, the stop number is not as easy to see and notes I’ve added just blend in with the other text. This update caused me to spend more time messing with the app than delivering.

Excellent but subscription too$$$. I love this APP it is great. However I often have 10+ stops but I only deliver one day a week, so it is too expensive at $25/month to upgrade.

Make your life easier!!. I drive for work; I paid for the additional benefits. Not only does it optimize my route perfectly, I’ve had no problem with getting lost or glitches. I am NOT a tech person, super easy! BONUS it keeps track of miles through saved routes AND you can easily create a duplicate for driving the same route again, even with needing to add or subtract for your “new” route. ENJOY!!

Very useful. I love this app. I don’t leave my route without using this. I have site visits once a week and I have to travel over an hour to and from. This app makes traveling so much easier. My drive time is cut in half and I don’t have to drive on the same area multiple times. Use this if your able you won’t regret

Issues plotting all locations with different zip codes. I had to stop using this application because it was causing me to back track and miss delivery locations when I had to stop in multiple zip codes. The app seems to work well with smaller list of stops, under 30. However trying to optimize 40 routes or more in multiple zip codes were difficult. I often had delays because of the inability to optimize in certain geographic area. I would not recommend this product for route delivery. Only for business stops under 25 locations.

Routes with ease. Love how I can change the order of the route easily and add or take off stops. Things constantly change and being able to have the flexibility to change up things quickly is extremely important for me.

For jobs that are route based this saves time.. Honestly, this app makes our team more efficient than other drivers on the road with the same company. Highly recommended- would be nice to see additional features for specific industry’s-

“Network Error” when needed most. I’ve used this app four times first time worked great, second time I got “Network Error” when I would try to rout my stops. I deleted the app for a few months. Just went to use it again after months of not using it. Worked fine the first day, “Network Error” on the second day when I went to rout my stops. It won’t even let me build a new rout, it cant find addresses. This time I was on my free trial. If it only works half the time why would I want to pay for it? Works again after I don’t need it, so frustrating.

Truly Time Saving App. Thanks so much for creating this app. Perfect for drivers like me who needs the help with directions, save time & gas on several routes and most importantly able to work with driving-direction app like Waze etc. Amazing & very reliable app! New Sales Job and using Circuit. I just started a new job as an outside sales rep. I started looking for an app that would help me plan my weekly visits. Circuit was it and it has been great! Easy to use, simple to put in and take out information and goes ROTJ to my mapping app. I couldn’t have asked for something this easy to use.

Absolutely incredible (I’ll explain 4 stars). We run a nonprofit that does street outreach. We drive upwards of 2,500 miles/month in the evenings. Prior to using Circuit, we were wasting SO MUCH time and gas trying to figure the routes out on the fly. Now, we just plug the stops in, get started, and we are saving easily an hour/night….lifesaver for sure. Here’s what I don’t like: there isn’t a PC version. We receive and transfer our orders from the PC to our phones and it’s cumbersome. It would be lovely to have a desktop or browser app that would let us plug the stops in and then transfer the completed route to our phone. All in all, if you’re needing to save money running deliveries, this is DEFINITELY a must have app for you.

City delivery driver for fedex express. The UI took a little getting used to. It’s a good route planner and here are the pros and cons Pros: great layout/look Easy to use “Optimize/ Re-Optimize” at the push of a button Cons: Over priced. Definitely not worth $19/month in its current state Back tracks a lot which can get really annoying Unable to route based on specific suite #’s which is also a pain for someone that does a lot of business delivery and pick ups. I’d expect it to be able to do this for $19/month Does not let you select/delete multiple routes at a time which is also annoying. Having to select each route from a previous day in order to delete it is a pain and time consuming.

I use this app to do my flower deliveries for my business and is a great app it routes out everything so all my deliveries get done in a timely manner I’ve been through many different apps, trying to find the right routing app and this one I have to say, has done job

Very great app for time managing a route, with a few kinks. Works great in the Queens area of NYC- used this app for a year. Very few times it’ll switch up an address and you’ll have to manually correct it in your desired GPS application, but this app works true. Great to designate multiple stops in the best route possible. Will miss using this app!

Time saver!. Definitely worth it if you have multiple stops per day especially if they range from all different parts of town and saves me so much time. at first I thought $20 was steep, but now I’m 100% sure it saves me a lot more than that every day.

Great app!. I work as a field agent for a legal copy service and have different routes and stops I need to make each day. This app is great for planning the most productive route for me to do my day’s work. The only thing I wish it could do is set a start time for when I’m leaving my house so that I can better judge when I’ going to make it to each stop and when I’ll be home, before I start my route.

Great for saving time!. Glad I stumbled across this app. It definitely is a time saver for me and I like the google maps feature. No major glitches except for when you add a last minute last stop, you have to re-optimize the entire route to check off that one stop. Not the end of the world, that’s for sure, but could definitely be annoying if you have triple digit stops. All in all i recommend!

Awesome app. Recent updates and new enhanced features have made Circuit a truly phenomenal delivery platform. It’s virtually hands free during the route. The mapping zoom feature is awesome and the recent addition of entering the total number of parcels for a stop is so nice to have. The overall look, functionality and simplicity makes Circuit my best asset for my delivery job.

Great router!!!. This router is THE BEST router I've used in 5 years of my logistics business. Not knowing what's where and position in the queue could be detrimental to fuel and time. This program does the hard part for you and all you do is input the addresses then hit optimize ; then you're ready to go!

Okay app. The app usually get the jobs done. However I have three main issues: 1. Extremely pricey at $20 + tax per month for a single user. I think the app is worth $5-$10, especially when you consider issues 2-4. 2. The app crashes a lot when switching between Circuit and GPS navigation. One time I usually waste between 10 - 15 minutes per use waiting for the app to work. This reduces whatever time I saved by using the app. 3. It lacks in-app GPS navigation. Circuit would be ALOT better if I didn’t have to constantly switch between two apps. 4. The app caps stops at 200 per route which isn’t always sufficient for my needs. For the price this should be unlimited. All things considered, I will most likely be looking at other route planning apps. I really want to continue using Circuit but the above issues make it difficult to do so.

Not just packages. I use this app for my small (in comparison to most) propane delivery route. The same “type” of planner is offered through the tablets in the trucks, however, I find the use on a cell phone is far superior. Especially in my application where the delivery driver is responsible for creating and maintaining his own route.

An amazing organizational product.. This product is exactly what he needs to do for me, it’s amazing product that works with my iOS devices; if you are a person that has to be a multiple locations and unfamiliar with the terrain or even familiar with the terrain but just want simplicity in your life, use this application to get around.

Nice app. Great at putting together a route that saves time. I can edit on the route and it will reoptimize the route with the changes. It allows a ton of stops. I can also save the route and use again if needed without having to reenter the stops. Would like to see it have the next stop ready to go on the CarPlay instead of having to select start on my phone after the previous stop is complete.

best app for routing. i work for usps and we don’t always have our own routing on our system ! and when i’m running different routes i don’t know this app saves me every time i highly recommend it to every one . the only thing is i wish you could scan the packages onto here instead of typing them in i’ve had the picture taking tool to do it but it has so many bugs it’s almost useless but taking the few extra minutes to type them all in saves me tons of time in the end on delivering . great app get it if you need routing for deliveries

USPS driver here!. I’m new to the United States Postal Service. They have a great system which means I don’t need to use this app whenever I’m on my own route, but occasionally they have me take packages for all of the routes in my office and this app comes in clutch when they do! They all think I’m killing it, and I am except I wouldn’t be able to do that without this app!

Viable | Use reflects upon willingness to use affordable subscription. With the app having more than the preplanning routes, etc. for delivery, road trips, any possible use is provided with this app. I hope more features and resources are added for the future opportunities and continued viability.

Very effective features.. Really appreciate the ASAP feature on stops as well as the stop review after the route is complete, reoptimizing the route midway through and after changing the route order and that it always seems to orient me to the next stop without needing to turn my ride around.

Pros and cons. Its a good app to have although while using it you notice a lot of little things that fustrate you. 1- gps goes only by cordinate points so its never accurate. You can be on the other street and it says youve arrived. 2- if you purchase the 14$ monthly it promises 200 stops per month but if you were to write the wrong adress and you accidently optimize rout then delete the incorrect adress it still counts as a stop even if you delete it. There is more, which ill edit this review on if i remember.

Exactly what I needed. Title basically says it. So far I haven’t needed a feature that it doesn’t provide. Creates my route efficiently and allows me to prioritize stops as needed and fills in my route accordingly. Haven’t needed the premium service yet but if I do I’d definitely buy it in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend.

Love it. Definitely an amazing app it lets me reroute the route created to fit my liking also saves notes so I can go back to. You can only do ten stops with free version but you can name routes and break up day also has a scanning option and can scan addresses off of worksheets. Love it makes my job easier

Exceptional Time. This app has made our delivery route extremely quicker than other apps we have used. We like that we can optimize our stops where we feel it’s best and continue on from the last delivery. Definitely give two 👍👍.

Time saver. For using it for free it’s saved me a headache and wasted time trying to figure out which address should be in its most efficient order on my list. Definitely recommend for any job that has different routes every day and when it’s all on yourself to to make your day headache free I’d choose this. For ten or fewer stops it’s perfect for the price of free.

Truck drivers. This app is a god sent when your router is an idiot and just slaps addresses on your route sheet but none of them are either in order or close to one another. This has saved me so much time and headache. Thank you for this amazing app and I still haven’t even fully figured it out yet. I love it👍😁

Love this app but one thing... I love this app so much and it helps me for work every day, the only thing I would like to see in the app would be the mileage of the route for that day, once the route has already been completed. This would just help me track my miles easier and more efficiently but other than that this app is great.

Instant peace of mind. Confidence!. I was standing on the tuck with my hands on my head in frustration. Where do I start? Where is that street? Completely lost. Then I found circuit. I had used another routing app in the past on another job but I figure hey, give circuit a chance. And boy, am I glad! Instant peace of mind. Confidence! And I am finishing & learning the routes much faster!

Great app!. Most of the time this app saves my day and gets me back home quickly with no hassles!! I use this everyday happily and proudly thank you. All I would recommend is that when I press next on my next stop, have the gps point in the direction I’m already facing so I don’t have to keep making u turns!!

Constantly fails to load directions. The app constantly fails to import the address into Google Maps. Often getting no available connection or link is not working etc. This is not a Google Maps issue because when I manually put the address in to Google Maps it works just fine. This needs to be fixed or I need to start getting some refunds because this so far is just wasting my time as I try and wait for it to load or just do it manually one by one which kind of nullify is the point of having this app and service

Yeah it works....somewhat.. I am a Fed Ex driver and at first this app was extremely helpful, it helped me learn my route and saved time so I wasn’t getting home at 8PM everyday.....or so I thought. I was wondering why it was taking me so long to get home everyday when my coworkers got out before me, and then I realized; circuit had been making me go past over 13 out of 75 stops that were literally connected to the same street I would be on and in return I’d have to backtrack to the same place I already had gone past. Seriously for $20 a month this app is not worth it. Use it to learn a route during the free trial and give it up.

Great Program!. Route stops have never been easier thanks to this app! I was so worn out by running all over town in different directions. I tried out a few other apps before choosing Circuit. Not only does it map out closest streets, it goes neighborhood by neighborhood! And it links with any type of map you choose. Would definitely recommend :)

Best routing app there I’ve come across. This app has helped me out exponentially! So many options in where I can start and stop, take breaks, the amount of time it takes me at a specific stop. It is a bit expensive at $20 a month but Circuit will boost your speed and job performance by a lot so it’s worth it for sure.

Saves so much time!. I started working as a PVD for ups and this app has been a lifesaver! It allows you to put all your address stops and then automatically optimizes your delivery route so that you’re not just aimlessly driving everywhere. Very convenient! It opens up the navigation when you start your routes so it’s very useful.

Easy to Navigate. Definitely worth the purchase, the only few things I don’t like is that sometimes it leads you to alleys, so you really need to pay attention when en route. Obviously it optimizes an easier route to follow, but if you wanna change it up, you can move the order your stops are in and re optimize your route.

Ridiculous for the price!!!. The app used to work amazing when i had smaller routes, but now when i got a bigger route and uploaded 160 stops the app can’t seem to handle it. Uploaded spreadsheet and you can see all the addresses on the app, but when you look at the pin points they’re all not there. 30+ addresses are missing. When you click on the addresses that’s missing, the same pin point keeps popping up on the map. Brought it to customer services attention and still no resolve. This is truly ridiculous and unacceptable!

Pays for itself!. They’re constantly improving the app, listening to feedback and for that, thank you so much! It’s optimization feature is the quickest one out of all the apps out there. Very customizable when it comes to organizing your packages and has a pick up feature which is really great too!

Best app for deliveries. Great app for deliveries! I been using it for over a year now and I never had a problem! Always on time always easy to use and always helpful! Definitely need to download this app especially if you are a local delivery driver of any sort.

Amazing app little more work tho. This app so far has been working for me. I just wish he had a little bit more features. For example, navigation screen showing on the Apple CarPlay. Actual Circuit navigation one. Also only delete one route at a time when I wish can select multiple.

Absolute lifesaver!. This app has made my job as a PVD for ups during the holiday season the easiest it could ever be! Never make a wrong turn or ever have to backtrack this really sets me up perfectly for a smooth drive to each and every delivery! I highly recommend it and even pay for the monthly! It’s so worth it!

Going to Brazil?. I don’t know if the latest update is creating issues, but utilizing your app this week was certainly different. First there was an address in Brazil in my addresses, secondly, the potential locations for my new address wasn’t as reliable as it usually is. It seemed like my previous maps were erased from memory? Otherwise your mapping system has been very useful and reliable so far. Thank you

For app support. I’m not sure how to report this but here is some feed back. First of all I love the app it works well. Every now and then it will optimize a first stop then the second behind it will be on the other side of town taking me back to where the first was throughout the itinerary. I’m not sure why it does it but it’s a flaw and happens once in a while.
