:(. it will keep the tracking on even after you’ve hit route completed. it won’t clear the route you just did and it never stops popping up. if i try to start a new one i have to delete the app and restart because it will never let me actually complete my route.

Top Notch Customer Service!. Great app that has been vital to my success. The ability to import from a spreadsheet saves SO MUCH time, and the export feature is an excellent analysis tool!

Stolen Month. After failing to cancel the trial, I was charge a whooping $120. 5 minutes later, I’d contacted the company. The employee told me to cancel my membership and he’d see about getting a refund. Great. Except now I’m out $120 (no refund) AND, at their direction, I’m also out the month for which I paid. Now they won’t stop emailing me for feedback. How much of my time am I suppose to give a company that *I* paid while getting nothing in return? Just use another program. These people are awful.

Really good app with great features. Have tried many routing apps. None compare to the features and ease of use that comes with this app. I give four stars because I believe it is a little overpriced and has a few minor glitches that can get annoying sometimes.

Route 110 1/12/2023. The map is helpful, the documentation always helps. To improve the program, I would enhance the text notation feature; it is a small, sometimes frustrating, text notation format capacity.

Tried other apps. And this one is epic. Takes the cake completely. It can be a simple or as technical as you want it to be.

Can’t recommend does not account for traffic. Don’t say you account for traffic when you don’t. I’m in traffic yet my estimated time to get somewhere does not account for traffic at all. Unacceptable that according to the app I’ll be there at 3:15 due to traffic I’ll be there at 3:23 I clock update route yet my eta does not change unacceptable to claim we account for traffic when you do not.

Ease of use. Especially for someone who may be new to an area this app makes delivery super easy. Saves time and mileage. My only flaw is that it stays active after you mark routes as complete. Takes some time to close app completely

Great app for optimizing routes!. Been using this for new routes for work and it saves a bunch of time when it comes to planning ahead and being on the road.

Could be a lot better. Sometimes it brings me in a full 1 mile circle to get 0.1 miles away. If I was in Semitruck then that would make sense. Also the will schedule stops “as the crow flies”, so say you are on a large hill with one stop on Side A and stop B is 0.2 miles on the other side of the hill but the streets don’t connect, it’s gonna bring you all the way around in a 3 mile swing to stop B, then all the way back around to stop C which is next door to Stop A. Also the load screens could be better set up to touch less buttons when loading. It makes a difference when loading 70+ stops before you even drive an inch. There needs to be Excel spreadsheet support or some kind of scanner support to pick up addresses or stops. Manual entry of addresses and waybill numbers are time consuming.

Awesome app. Great work on the app. Certainly some features to improve upon but it’s great and can only get better

Excellent application. This app save a bunch time, love the you can rearrange the order as you go, one flaw it’s that you can save the orders for next time

No CarPlay. Decent app with accurate ETAs. However, the lack of CarPlay or the ability to open with Google Maps on CarPlay makes it almost useless for me.

CARPLAY SUPPORT. You would think this would be a given, but it appears sadly it is not. I like the user interface of the app however, there doesn’t seem to be any CarPlay functionality with this app, which is really annoying because I would much rather use this app for navigation from CarPlay in my car rather than Having to use Apple Maps externally.

Garbage app.. If I could rate it 0/5 I would. Will only allow you to use the app if you set it to always share location. Which causes it to randomly open on it own and you have to keep closing it. Also when completing a drop and tapping done about 50% of the time it will glitch and stay on the same pin.

Cool App. I enjoy Circuit, it would be nice to have a function that automatically starts the next destination after the previous delivery is completed.

Woeful. This app says it optimizes routes but having used it today and been sent on strange 25 minute circuits back to <1k. To where I had been I would not recommend it to anyone or any business

Smoke alarm technicians. Assists whole company, office and technicians, to efficiently create runs of up to 30 stops per day. Office can see progress and technicians have runs created for them reducing paperwork and lost time at home.

Work route app. Good app, very easy to use, really appreciate the ability to use either regular maps or third party maps.

No technical support. This is a great app if you only need to rout plan. But the notification system does not work properly, the export feature of the website is very poor and clumps info together, it take a lot of cleanup to use the data and some of the data is incorrect. There is no support for a time zone out side of the developers time zone, the list goes on. They also do not respond to the chat on their website, and are not efficient in responding to email enquires.

Fantastic. Absolutely love this app, makes delivery driving so much easier however I wish their was an edit feature so you can add and take away points from you’re entire run

Good not great. I use this for deliveries at work I found it’s good to a point. Since the last update you now need to leave your location on always to use the app where before you could leave it on while using the app. This causes the app to reopen constantly with your mapping app even when not in use so need to turn your location setting to Never in app after use. It has you driving pass drops which are a quick u-turn and 100m drive which if you don’t notice will have you driving back to this location 4 hours later which loses you more time. Can’t save and leave delivery notes against regular drops on permanent basis so you need to add this every time. Should be able to drag and drop if you want change a delivery in the route The app developer needs to take feedback or even better do a 25 drop run around a city and sort the problems with app

Good. Good, although every time I finish a route it asks to leave a review. Hopefully this fixes it!

So easy!. Absolutely a breeze to get used to and great communication from the Circuit staff whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Navigation issues. It is best if the app has its own navigation. No need to use other navigation

Circuit app. The Tottaly wicked App for me was Circuit For Teams because when you it this app your time of the deliveries is less compared to the normal time when you arrange your route for your deliveries…

Accuracy. Circuit is a great app first and foremost & very convenient ! Although something I’ve found with using the app is that it’s accuracy with placing the sequence for delivering on any kind of maps is all over the place. ( numbers wise ) I’m assuming the algorithm hasn’t been updated in sometime. I look forward to seeing an updated version of circuit.

Very helpful. For the basic model, it has worked well for me. There are a few challenges that need to be addressed; such as certain areas need to be done first but blocks can’t be changed unless you tell it a specific time to be there. Don’t like that and sometimes there are double backs or addresses on the wrong side of the preferred street side.

Not working. Is not working, i try to reinstall but still not working. Just loading with white screen
