EV Connect Comments & Reviews 2026

Great EV App. Of the 7 or 8 EV apps to at I’ve had to download (yeah, just the sheer number you need to have in your phone if you own an EV is overwhelming), this is one of the better ones. It’s be great if it could show you your charge status without constantly having to step out of your car and hit the button on the screen but can’t complain too much.

Better than any other EV Charging app or service. I recently purchased my very first fully electric vehicle and went with a BMW i4 M50. The dealership I purchased from is 3.5 hours away from our house. The drive home for the first time was scary to say the least. My BMW navigation automatically recommends charging stations along my route, which is great, except it is not accurate when it comes to telling you whether or not the charging station is functioning. The myBMW app also charges $60 a charge whether I get a charge or not. Once you accept and it begins communicating with the car… $60 charge, not charging, tells you to disconnect and start again, boom another $60. My wife goes onto EV forums and sees recommendations for EV Connect app. Way, way, way better. And, guess what, only $25 per. The same charging station through myBMW is $60. And yes, I mean the EXACT same charging station. I highly recommend EV connect to everyone considering an EV!

Confused but very happy. The first time I used EV I was very confused but after the initial charge it was very very easy and incredibly fast compared to other ev charge stations I’ve used. So thanks for making it relatively easy! Definitely will tell other EV users about you.

App didn’t work. Downloaded yet another app. Never able to initiate. Persistent “unresolved error”. Called tech support. Their suggestion was to delete and reinstall app. I was able to register as a guest but the first charger didn’t work. Finally able to initiate a charge on the second station, as a guest. Wasted 30 minutes at midnight. This system is not ready for prime time. Avoid it if you can.

EVThing. The charger stopped charging after only 10 minutes. I didn’t know it until I got back 30 minutes later. Called customer service. They fixed it. Had to wait another 45 minutes. I didn’t receive notification that it stopped. I have to stay with car the whole time to make sure it’s working.

Makes charging your car easy. This is a great app! It doesn’t only show you whether there are chargers available at your favorite ChargePoint stations, it tells you EVERYTHING you need to know between the app (which lets you know the length, amount, and cost of your charge) and it’s communications (via text) that confirm your charge has started, and when it has finished. 5 stars from me!

Convenient.. but VERY expensive. I live in a smaller town in Kentucky, the amount of public chargers in my area are few and far between. I was SO excited when I found out my town had a DC fast charger. I didn’t even mind that it was only a 50kw charger, I was just happy and thankful to have a faster charger in my area. Unfortunately, after a few charging sessions, I have come to find out the rate on this thing is way too much, especially considering I’m in a smaller town in Kentucky. The rate is an automatic $3 just for plugging in, then an additional $.25 per kWh This is insane to me considering I can drive to an Electrify America charger that’s in a large city an hour from me.. plug into a 90kw charger and pay $.19 per minute. I cant help but feel like this charger is taking advantage of a smaller town with fewer public charging options.. sadly I live in an apartment and rely on public charging frequently. Maybe it’ll change one day.

Convenient Charging for Tesla. Although you need an adapter as you would at any non-Tesla charger, this is a great place to charge. No problems with machine, app, payment or any issue at all. This is a great find, first spot I found in Bartlesville without problems with machine or accepting payment methods. Highly recommend.

Less than an hour. I love this charging station. I normally charge up when I have 35-40% left and I am usually up to 80% in an hour or less. Its at Nielsen Chevrolet and the people here are very nice. If you want to charge here, have the evconnect app on your phone and either your credit card or paypal info in it. Its easy peasy!

Charger with no info. I just stopped at a random charger. The is nothing on the charger. That would leave me to believe it was an EV Connect charger. There is a logo but that is all. I assume it is a EV Connect logo. I am not sure. It wasn’t till I tried to pay with card, then tried plug share app, and then that app told me it was an EV Connect charged. From there I opened my EV Connect app and everything worked. I took it upon myself to write on the charger. “EV Connect App”

Great simple product. I’ve been using it for the past few weeks, and so far everything seems to be working really well with the system runs really smooth aside from not having a key fob this thing is actually really accessible and relatively quick to. I love the notifications about the charging the only thing I wish I could do was display the charging status of the battery, but then again, you could do that through your cars app and the wires are good quality so hardware is really good to and it’s really safe

The time you spend to charge your car is unacceptable. The management must do something about it asap, at least 30 minutes to charge it should be enough instead of two hours to charge it to 100% it’s a time wasting and loss of money as well

Poor product with poor service. Today, I went to three different stations. All didn’t work or had an issue. Customer service was pretty bad. Charging is over priced for low KW. Would be faster to charge it in a wall at home. Will make the drive to a proper Tesla charger moving forward and removing the app. We own 12 gas stations in the tri-state area. We considered reaching out to these guys to put them in our stations but trying them out today it was ridiculous. You guys, just go direct to Tesla. Just a waste.

In the world of Chargers, EV Connect is the Pinnacle. I've owned two electric vehicles for almost a year now. I've used hundreds of Chargers. EV Connect is the cream of the crop! Very helpful easy to understand staff on the assistance line . I can't believe how much better this easy to use CCS or Chadmo ( a/c or d/c ) fast charger is than anything EVgo, Electrify America or even Chargepoint has going on. If I never used a Electrify America charger I would be incredibly happy. Unfortunately EV Connect isn't everywhere yet~ They may even rival the service I've gotten from the Tesla Assistance Team.

"An Unforgettable Experience: A Review of EV connect. I am extremely impressed with EV Connect's customer service. Whenever I have encountered an issue, regardless of the time, I have always been connected with a live customer representative who has been incredibly helpful. They have successfully resolved every problem I have brought to them. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on their support whenever I need it. The only downside I have experienced with EV Connect is the availability of charging stations. I hope that in the near future, more charging stations will be installed in the Winston-Salem, High Point, and Kernersville area in North Carolina. This would greatly enhance the convenience and accessibility for EV owners in the community. I want to express my gratitude to the customer representatives at EV Connect who are doing an amazing service for our community of EV owners. Your dedication and assistance are greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

Satisfied customer!. This weekend has been my first of public charging. EV connect has been the easiest interface that I’ve come across. Thank you for making this easy for all of us who care about electric vehicles and the environment.

No saved login. Been using this for 2 months now and the only downside is when you open the app, you have to login every time. I charge my car every 2 weeks so I don’t use the app often. But when it comes time to open it, I’m spending at least 10 minutes trying to connect by logging in; it doesn’t keep you logged in which I wish it would do. Luckily my phone saves passwords and such so it’s not a complete struggle. But again, even using the little key card they provide upon request (which is supposed to make connecting quicker) doesn’t quite connect as expected. Other than that, happy with service

Charge stations. I currently am driving a rental . It’s a 2023 Chevy Bolt. I have been able to use a charger close to home and another close to work. They are all by dealerships so far . I can connect with ease through the app and prices seem more reasonable than charge point who also charge $50 hold if you don’t have account with them. I just feel more comfortable with charge point knowing all they want is our service w/o the coercion of a monthly membership . Good experience with the DC chargers too.

Great charging app. I use the charging station at Belmont Lake State Park. Within less than a minute, the car is charging with this app. While the car is charging, I walk around the park. It’s a great way to pass the time and get some exercise at the same time.

EV connect!. E. EV Connect is the easiest charging station to use that I have found. Periodically when my phone connection with EV Connect fails, I call the number on the charging station and they immediately set up the connection with my car so that it works. They are very reliable and easy to work with.

Thomas Mahan. This bass been the easiest and most dependable charge station in North Texas, for me. Right off the exit at Medical Center Blvd, down the Northbound service road, right at the entrance to Friendly Chevrolet. All fast charging, and a clean well lit place. Kudos to EVHQ FRIENDLY CHEVROLET, for running a class act. And the people who man the station are the other half of why I keep coming. Nay is almost like family always a friendly greeting and a great smile!!

Broken phone help. I couldn’t get one of the chargers to work. (1202). I tried calling the number for help 3 times, and each time the call disconnected during the recorded greeting period. Fortunately. The person at the other charger left and I was able to hook up my car. It’s going well, but the company needs to fix their help line and one of the chargers.

Only fast CCS chargers between Tallahassee and Tampa. I've used these about 6 times now and all but once they've worked seamlessly. Last time 2 school buses were charging-thank goodness there were 2 chargers left. Bathrooms & convenience store on premises. 11 miles from 19 so 22 miles out of your way but nothing else you can do. At least they're fast!!

Great charger at Herndon Chevrolet Lexington, SC. I work in Lexington and occasionally will forget to charge my vehicle, a Rivian R1 S, and will come by to get a quick charge at Herndon Chevrolet. There’s commonly at least one vehicle there, but I’ve never come here when both chargers were in use. It’s a fast charge and makes my day great!

Usually great but poor maintenance. Our station here has been great to have. However it’s been really frustrating to know of many many people calling in the second (defective) port and nothing ever happens to get it fixed. These two ports are the only ones in a large area of increasing numbers of EVs (and annoying Tesla drivers who prefer to hog this one to the 15 (!) dedicated Tesla only stations a few miles up the road). When can we see results here? It’s been MONTHS!

Nice design, easy to use. I like the new design, basic functions are easy to use. I’m an active user, I noticed a few hiccups when it first launched, but they were able to address all concerns quickly and things seem stable now. Nice work, guys, thanks for listening to your users.

More than a 2step. Love the fast charger, but it takes a few attempts to get started. At the bottom of your app if you have it. Theres a continue button that only shows half a button. This causes you miss the start procedure leading you to think your not connecting properly. It’s not me, it’s you type of thing. Great if you don’t have this problem.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Charge time is very quick. The app is super helpful. It always me to know where charging stations are as well as how many at each location. The added benefit of quick link to my Apple Maps to get driving directions while in my local area as well as when traveling is great.

Inyokern Airport by way of Ridgecrest. Charge station is great and convenient for non-Tesla brand ev. Just make sure u turn off you start stop notifications in the app or you’ll receive about 100 text and emails…this site starts and stops charging frequently…so lot of notifications 😕

Great!. Works like a charm! I had problems earlier this year and I read others did as well. But this visit everything works great and it’s FREE! Thanks Westin. Also please be courteous when occupying the space. There’s another charging station on the property that has a non-charging vehicle in one space. Not plugged in. For days. Not good.

WOW!!. Customer service was off the hook! Apparently, the app on my iPhone still showed I was still using the charger from the last time. I was not able to use the charger because of this. He reset my app on my iPhone! Boom! I was able to go ahead and charge my Tesla! Thank you!!🤓

Use Electrify America if you can. These chargers are the worst. I just did 600-miles and charged at EA the entire trip. Pull up, plug in, and charge. This is my local charger and is nothing but a headache. It took three times to get it to work and the screen on the one beside it still doesn’t work. I used Blink, ChargePoint, and Electrify America on my trip. All were flawless and easy. If you don’t have to use these chargers, don’t.

Subpar app , compliant junk charger. The app is ok but it seems sloppy and thrown together, the button to pick the payment is so far down on the bottom I can only see about the top 2% of the button and there is no way to scroll down to show it at least on my iPhone 12 so you are stuck trying to press a 0.5mm line of a button I can barley activate it by holding my finger on the bottom edge of the screen of my phone. The tritium charger it’s self was broke for over 9 months and now that it has been “fixed” it half works. Sadly you can only charge through the app , You can not use the payment hub or buttons on the charger it’s self it throughs error codes if you try, and like I mentioned the app it’s self is sloppy and not user friendly Over all not a very good product or service I would avoid if possible I prefer ChargePoint

Great! (If it’s accessible!). The ev connect stations that are located on public property work great. The app is easy to use and keeps you informed about the status of your charge. My complaint is that the map feature in the app shows you all ev connect stations. Many of which are located in private parking lots or parking garages. Some you can quietly slip in and use for an hour or two. But many are behind a gate or garage door which you can’t access without credentials. I’ve spent a lot of time driving from one ev station to another trying to find one that I can actually use.

Great interface, clear on how to use, easy process. One of the best charging apps on the market. Excellent interface and easy to use map. Overall, this is a must-have, even if only a few chargers in your area work with it.

Takes longer to connect than it does to charge. The process for connection takes so long. There needs to be some software updates or bug fixes. I’ve spent 20-30 minutes trying to connect multiple times. It’s ridiculous. Once it’s connected, it will stop due to “internal errors” and I have to reconnect. This makes having an EV not convenient at all. On the plus side, the charging speed is very much appreciated.

Accurate and responsive. The available charging stations are accurate. When reported an issues with a charger, it was very responsive and fixed it in a timely fashion. It is very helpful using this app in daily driving of EV.

Great location. Very good location with a gas station across the parking lot where you can grab a coffee or snack while you charge. Wish they had more than one station since I have had to wait in line before.

Instructions could be clearer. Even when it’s not my first time using EV Connect, I still get asked unexpected questions in the freezing weather (like which connector are you using, without clear signs which is which). I believe more signage is needed so one could prepare the app before getting off the car and having to read the fine print.

Cadillac Hospitality. While it’s a few miles off of I-59, the hospitality made it worth the extra few miles. The charger on the rear of the building is the more powerful of the two in site which the service reps made extra effort to point out to me.

Free Chargers User HEHE. Hehe honestly only have this app for their free charging network. Extremely seamless and easy to use. Very fast on my T-Mobile network when point to scan and start the charge. The chargers I’ve used so far in the Southern California / inland empire area have been slow 6kwh are reliable. Locations are typically within colleges / universities or Malls. Not meant for full tank of charge but its free. Saves me $50 / month using the free charging network. Money goes back to the location bc im fat and buy a lot of junk.

Plug In and Cross Your Fingers. I use the chargers at a County-run parking lot at a train station. Plugging in and starting the charging is rarely a problem. However, not all the chargers work all of the time. And it’s not always the same ones that have the issues. The problem is that the chargers start but after only five or ten minutes they shut off, by which time you’re on the train or the train is about to come in and there’s nothing to do about it. Trying to restart charging remotely doesn’t work and, if customer service gets back to you, it’s weeks later.

Problematic to say the least. I tried to use this app at a local Ev Connect plug—each time the machine reported ‘an error has occurred’ but without any detail about the error. I fiddled with the app for a while: I reentered my credit card info (even though the plug was free) and that all other login info etc. etc. was correct. Reentered. Confirmed. ‘An error has occurred.’ I remembered that I had a tiny EV Connect key fob for which I had paid $7.50. I scanned it at the plug: ‘an error has occurred.’ I opened the app again, found the setting where fobs are linked, deleted it, then relinked to through the app. Just for kicks, tried the app again: ‘…error…’ Tried the re-linked fob: actually worked. In short: the app doesn’t work; but relinking my fob did actually work. Frustrating, useless error messages.

Home2Suites EV charging. Other than people parking in front of this EV charger, it was great for all day or over night charging when we weren’t using the car. It is slower than my home charger, so not good for a quick stop and charge like Tesla Superchargers. Only good for guests staying the night or like us staying for a week and parked here for long hours.

Customer service is poor. The chargers are quick and seem adequate I’ve had to call customer service twice when the chargers at a particular location are not working and the representatives are difficult to understand and they get quite impatient when you try to ask questions.

At last!. The old EV Connect app was on par with Greenlots and ChargePoint (which is to say passable, but not great). The new release of the EV Connect app is a huge leap forward updating the UI and the charge station interactions. It looks like someone has finally built a real mobile app for the EV driver that behaves like the best iOS apps out there. Great job EV Connect! PS: Now can you give us facial recognition?

Thank you!. Wonderful location. However there’s one fault I happen to be staying at the and I had to go all the way down 32 and get back on 85 north just to get to this Malden Gas station. I couldn’t go directly to the Malden Rest Area through what appears to be a gate next to the New York Thruway construction equipment which was closed. I wish that the gate would be open because it allows us to go to the local area.

EV Connect in Eureka, MO. I’m a visitor to Eureka and have charged our car 3 different times. The charger has worked each time as listed and app/connection has been seamless. This has been a much better experience than at other public charging stations, especially Electrify America stations.

Great charging location. Thank you Orr for being top notch. I wish the Mississippi location was better. I stopped a few holidays ago and was very afraid. They asked me if I wanted to be locked in because they where leaving. I couldn’t charge had to spend the night on the side of the road with my 10 year old son.

Not a great app. Seems out of date -it’s July of 2024 but the spinner would not allow 2024 as the year of my car. Also needs to be way more tolerant of connection issues. Had good Wi-Fi about 50 ft from charge station but it kept failing because the app times out too quickly. Also often gives blank screens when connection is lost. A good app would tell the user it’s trying to connect and keep trying unless the user cancels.

Do not use this app in Canada!. The app will work, but you’ll be charged in $US, so you pay a 38% premium. Use the EV Connect Canada app or a credit card if you prefer not to be ripped off.

Easy use. Easy setup, use and easy payment. Way better than any Flo station or Chargepoint. Thank you for making it so easy. Love the QR code for ease.

EV connect charging. The experience I had was electrifying. I was amped to know that I could charge at the hotel I was staying at. It was convenient and easy to use at the current location.

Canada. No listing in Canada

Rip off.. I will never use EVConnect unless I cannot find even a 120v plug. The app takes forever to load. And I got 12kWh in 2 hours - and was charged over $7!! I thought I read $1.50/hr…. So there must be additional charges in the fineprint. Fool me once shame, shame on you, twice, I think not.

Very powerful but few stations. William ssesanga

Fontionne tres bien. Fonctionne comme il le devrait

Unreliable. App screen turns white once charge initiated. No way to retrieve receipt with a guest session. Charger was expensive and underpowered, will not use this service again

You have to get up at 6 AM on holiday or you get a $25 USD FEE PER HOUR. Absolute scum company. You have to get up at 6 AM on holiday or you get a $25 USD FEE PER HOUR

Bad. Decent AC chargers but their DC chargers will not work with Tesla CCS. Unbelievably frustrating and useless.

Scotia Bank (in the back). Great spot

Does the job. It works, quick and easy

Great reliable charging sessions.. Worked great each time I tried it (4 occasions)

Works well. Sometimes charge in the US. This works for me

Saved the day!. I was almost out of juice and this charger saved the day.

Worse service I ever seen.. Most charging stations don’t work

To expensive for nothing. I was in the harbor side Suite. The application(evocharge) is not in the App Store. The app is only available in the third party in the internet. They charge 20$ to a total of 15 Minutes of charging my KIA Soul 2019. The owner charge extra 3$/h to charge my card. Wasting time and money.

Reliable.. It’s good to have options that just take a credit card. It’s good to know most stations are US pricing even if they don’t list otherwise in Canada

It’s like the only one that works easily and consistently.. That’s all!

Much improved. Much better experience than last year, both the App and the chargers themselves. App functions are responsive overall, the payment section is seamless.

Works every time!. This is the third time I have used this charging station. It is easy to use and has worked every time. Clean and safe location.

Thank You. This charging station was always available and the price is even better I’m staying within minutes away First timer renting an electric car not bad at all

Very Accurate, Reliable & Fast. I must say this app does a better job than even my in vehicle system. I highly recommend it. I wish there were many many more like it around the city.

Great place to charge!. Haven’t had any issues & the location is very convenient! If you don’t have a home charger this is a good place to go. If you have a Tesla this is a great alternative because you don’t want to supercharge so often!

Better than the others. These are quickly becoming my favorite chargers for their speed, reliability, and ease of use.

Easy and reliable but lacking a few features. Easy to use app and charging stations that seem very reliable. But lacks key text notifications, like when an occupied station becomes available. But overall, easy to use and reliable.

Mixed Results. First time use this morning return trip this afternoon and had to try 3 times to get it to start. But after went inside host store and returned to the car the charging was stopped without charging. Restarted the app and it worked as expected. Max speed for this particular charger was 170 kW. Columbia NC

Excellent service. Confusing that the station id has two connectors while there is 2 stations in the app for this location need to differentiate btw stations and connectors to make it more clear

Thank you!. These chargers are conveniently located on my campus and I appreciate it! Two were broken recently but spear to have been repaired. I get to take advantage of a Quick charge while I knock out a swim class. Thanks EVconnect

Kia EV6. I love this freewire location station it’s the only one in my hometown that is cheaper then any other charging stations I been to so kudos to Chic-fila-a in Vineland NJ for allowing them to put this machine here that’s affordable for us electric car owners!!

Works but needs improvement. I’ve been to a variety of charging stations and this is one of the most difficult machines to “get to the final step” as in charging the car. I would recommend removing the START button on the machine. ChargeHub I can plug in my car and using the app, start charging my vehicle. I’ll still use your charging stations. Thank you

Great charging but unclear instructions.. The chargers are great for my Chevy Bolt. The app works fine and once connected the charging information in the app is helpful. This only issue is setup/starting a charge. There is really no clear instructions. Should I use the display on the charging station and plug in to my car OR, should I “begin charging” in the app and then plug in. If the perfect sequence isn’t executed, there will be an error message and you will have to start over. Please address these issues for an even higher level of service. Thanks!

Duke Chargers never work. The high speed chargers related to the Duke Energy install are more often than not off line. Waste of time and milage to get there. The location of the chargers in SC are great. The one in Taylors is in a location worth visiting, but unfortunately, if they are off line, as they often are, it makes the location and EV connect look derelict. I wish RV connect and Duke would fet their act together. As it is, (Tesla) chargers are the only one that I can rely upon.

Wish it was faster.. This is the only one available at Mayo, if you have a lot of appointments it’s perfect because you hook your car up and charge but if you need a quick charge this one is not for you.

Good app, life saver. It’s a good app, it works with a different networks. Thought the app, I can use my Apple Pay for payments. I used different brand name stations, and I payed with the same app. It’s great searching other charging stations around..

Happy with ease of connecting. This is the second time we’ve used EV Connect, and we figured it out after a bit of fumbling the first time. Second time all was smooth. It’s delivering 73 kW now.

Handy nearby charger. This was the first compatible charger I found when I bought my Chevy EV. I like that it’s easy to use and that once I put my payment info into the app one time I’ve not had to have my card handy again. I also like having an alternative to Tesla chargers!

Slow to start. Took 3 tries to get connected, had to use a different card than on the previous charge for some reason. This charging network has the same problems as all the others. Difficult to connect with! ☹️

Terrible app. These companies need to go out of business. They have prime real estate and don’t know how to create a good user experience 1. Mobile app doesn’t have any social logins 2. Why does it need both phone and password to register? 3. I set a password that immediately didn’t work. Password reset didn’t work. No reset email ever came…of course 4. App logs you out within 2 minutes. Is this a banking app? You are paying THEM money not the other way around. 5. The charger had a charger 1 and charger 2 on the app, but no indicator on which one was 1 or 2. So I literally guessed and got it wrong of course 6. Face ID is not enabled by the app. It has to be manually enabled somehow The developer of this app needs to be fired

Good service. Been charging my car with them for about two weeks. Had an issue with my car and their charger, but called the hello number and got it resolved. Would recommend

The best yet!. This station is so convenient for me it’s next to the condos I live in which we can not have charging ports at so this station really saves my life and it charges my car quick!

Mostly great. Charged my Toyota bz4x with little trouble. Charged 3-4 times at this station and I’ve had to authenticate twice before but went thru and charged just fine

50 kw pretty fast, free easy to use!. So grateful to the dealership for offering this charger free. There is another at Kia but half the speed. This has been a lifesaver, it’s on the right hand side of the building next to parts and service department. Thank you!!!

Dekalb Junction. Even with forgotten password and no email access to reset it the guest use permitted essential charging while waiting for the bus to bring my neighbors. Thank you! I will try to find the password I have not used in 2weeks or more. k

Works good once you are registered. I have been using the EVHQ node at Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas Texas for the last 2 1/2 months and don’t currently have any complaints. The system was not fully online at first but it is now and works well.

Not for rental car. Rented a KIA EV and found this charger late at night. EV Charger worked well enough, but best would be a home charger with the EV and remote chargers as needed when traveling. Not a great solution for a rental car, but it worked when I was down to just 10% and getting range anxiety.

Awesome charger, super fast for a level 2. They require you purchase a wash to charge, first 30 min are free. They station is easy to use, doesn’t really go offline often & the staff is very friendly.

Convenient. Easy to set up and use. Real time feedback so you know what's available. No credit card so make sure to bring some form of mobile pay.

Reliable charging. The app is better than most, but that’s not saying much. I wonder how the average person could. The point of charging their car using all these different apps. It’s one of the reasons EVs are not for everyone

Hidden but reliable. I’ve used this station several times going from Little Rock to Fayetteville. The charger is a bit hard to find. It is tucked under two crepe Myrtle trees to the right of the Chevy/gmc dealership.

Faster level 2 chargers for an underserved community.. This community is underserved considering it is the gateway to a national park. These chargers are 30amp and is in a clean parking lot with access to fast food across the street. I only deduct a star since 3 out of 5 chargers are out of service. It would be great if they repaired them with 50amp :-)

Convenient. I try not to use the quick charge too often, I heard it degrades the battery faster. But when I need more range and don’t have all day to charge, this is really helpful.

Almost always great!. This little charger is almost always great! There are a few times that it glitches out and I can’t get it to start charging the first time so I have to unplug and plug back in but for the most part it’s always working!

Awesome. New to using public chargers. Been driving electric for years but always charged at home. This made it very frictionless but wish the rates were slightly better…but that’s not the apps fault

So convenient. I love the EVGO app it is so easy to use and the app makes it easy to find a charger that is available. My Chevy dealer Maritime motors has 3 available all level 3 charging points so I can grab a quick charge before I head home

Some trouble but worked overall. Sometimes this station connects without issue with the app. Sometimes I have to start it at the actual machine. Overall good experiences the last three times I used it.

Poor Beginning. My 1st experience with this charging company was a hassle. Couldn’t use without downloading the App. Then, it stopped 3 times before charging to 80% with no identifiable reason. Didn’t help that this was during a raging thunderstorm.

Mostly accurate!!. There’s a couple spots on the map that aren’t there any longer. Wish they would have operating hours listed for sites that are blocked by gates or locked during certain hours.

Finds stations and lets you pay. I was able to find stations, see availability and make the payment. I can also get directions.

Works well for my charging needs. I’ve used the app a few times over the last few weeks with my 2024 Kona EV and there haven’t been any issues with connecting or changing.

Reliable and easy to use. I appreciate being able to just plug in my car and duck inside the car to initiate the rest from the app. Like when it's raining!

One of the easier charging apps. At my work I have several brands of charging stations to choose from and I always try to park by the ev connect chargers as the app is by far the least cumbersome to use.

Works consistently, but a bit pricey. Did a round-trip where we needed to charge at this church or at a Chevy/Cadillac dealer, and both times we had a quick connection and solid charging speeds. The only complaint is it was $.50 a kilowatt hour.

Ridiculous!. Tried 3 of the 4 stations during my time in this garage. The first 2 were useless and not working. The 3rd is intermittent at best. I can get around 5% and then the station shuts off & you have to reconnect , etc … frustrating to say the least. Also the app claims that all are available and that’s entirely inaccurate as when I pulled in they were all occupied. Charge elsewhere!

Easy to use and overall great experience!. I am really enjoying the new mobile app experience. I appreciate your team taking to consideration driver feedback. I look forward to seeing this company doing well in this space.

Convenient. This charging station is convenient bough to get my grocery shopping done at Trader Joe’s amd it’s right across from Westfield Fashion Square. It’s kind of hidden since the plug hangs off of the electric pole and lowers itself when you are ready to charge.

Super Fast & Easy.. I can’t say enough about probably the best decision I’ve ever made. No more stopping at gas stations and getting $50 or more of gas per week. My Prologue is now my ‘Go To’ vehicle and I have 3 other gas models that I need to consider selling.

Great. Would be perfect if can push notifications when stations become Available

Quickest on our road trip. Once the payment has been set up in the app, this is the quickest and easiest charging network to use on the road. Charger speed is pretty quick as well.

New Features Added connector name, connector type, and maximum charging speed to the location page so drivers can identify the right EVSE before starting a charge Updated the app to navigate directly to the connector page when tapping an EVSE with a single connector, skipping the intermediate station page Improved QR code scanning to support additional station QR code formats configured by platform administrators Bug Fixes Fixed the station page displaying incorrect pricing when multiple EVSEs share the same QR code but have different pricing policies Fixed an iOS issue where buttons required a double-tap to register when the keyboard was visible
