On and ads. A couple things, 1 ads, they don’t bother me to much but I don’t Wanna pay money for no ads, the reason being I don’t wanna use this all the time because... of problem 2 2 turning on the tv, u can’t do it!!! The reason y I got this app is bc on my smart tv there is NO ON BUTTON so I needed to turn on the tv and so I looked for an app to do it, I got this and the not being able to turn ON THE TV made me mad. Other than that and ads this app is alright. But my question is, y get a remote app when you need the remote or button on the side of the tv, to turn on the tv???? You already have the remote or buttons so y watch a million ads or pay for no ads when you have to do other things to turn in the tv?!?!?!?!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!. I downloaded this app bc I couldn’t find my remote at the moment. As I was typing in my log in credentials to watch Netflix, I could barely get in two letters without the ads popping up literally EVERY 2 SECONDSSS. I spent about 10-15 minutes trying to log in bc the ads kept popping up. I couldn’t take it anymore so I desperately looked for my remote control till I found it and deleted this app ASAP! Do yourselves a favor and don’t bother downloading this app unless you’re patient enough to sit through the ads every 2 seconds

Does as it says!. I downloaded this app recently and I’m loving it so far. I paid to get rid of the ads, it was $8, which is a little expensive, but I think if you use this often I think it’s worth the money. Just a little add, I think it would be nice to have the remote layout centered. Otherwise no complaints so far.

If you’re using the free version, get ready to be manipulated and terrorized into buying it.. There are so many ads. You get about five clicks on the controller before an ad pops up sometimes less, so just the simple act of looking down at your phone and looking up at the TV and then looking down at your phone and then looking up at the TV hundreds of times just to get one show started will make you want to buy the full version, this kind of advertising drives me crazy and makes me not want to buy it, I won’t be buying it just because of this dirty advertising technique. Another bit of skulduggery is that to close an ad you have to press the little X in a circle which is located right where the off button for your TV on the controller is also so if you get too frustrated you’ll probably just turn your whole TV off and then have to start from scratch which will also make you want to purchase the full version. All of this is planned no doubt. It is a good product but this type of slimy, sneaky, manipulative advertising structure turns me off from the company completely. How about just adding more interesting content and various functions for a full version price instead of making the free version the most annoying thing that has ever existed on this planet or any other planet in the history of the universe

I couldnt scan. Just as the title says i couldnt scan so my grandma has been with me all day and we lost the remote so i said just download a universal remote on your phone then she said no im not going to cause i dont wants to so i decided to download it and i got in the app when it was done and my tv is a smart tv , tis been connectef for a long time ,my phone and tv are both on the same network, and when i press scan it just gave me a 30 second ad and that happened three times so i gave up

It’s an okay app. I downloaded this app and I honestly did like it at first but then all these adds started popping up when I pressed a button more than once and it was getting really annoying so I deleted it but if you have patience then yeah I would recommend it but it’s just not for me because I don’t have much patience in total it’s a good app because I have tried a few and out of all of them this is the best so yeah I do recommend it for people with patience

Useless after “allow permission” required to use.. I bought this because my kids are always losing the remote and it was awesome while it worked. Unfortunately after the update that requires you to actually use your tv remote to grant control for the app to work on your phone (every single time you try to use it), the whole point of using it is rendered moot. I paid $10 for this app and that would’ve been better spent buying an actual extra remote.

Is it free or has a hidden charges. I just downloaded I’ll say by accident my finger barely touched the Touch ID Amy finger was sideways now I have this remote tv and is asking for Premium restore purchase and removed adds what is it mean? Do I have to pay and how much ?? I didn’t even see the price it doesn’t even show price ?? I’m freaking out now can someone help me out and I was reading some info from the App Store and it doesn’t say anything about price or customer service help plz thank you

Love it. Downloaded the Samsung one and could not get it to work. This had less downloads but figure I’d give this developer and app a chance. This app is horrible.. This app is a completely terrible app. First off this app gives you so many apps. Not to mention when you get hit with a ad it won’t let you exit out of the ad no matter how many times you click the x button. Also if you keep clicking the button it will kick you out of the app. And second off when you search for you tv connected to your WiFi it will say it’s scanning then say no TVs for that network or something similar. 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾

Pretty solid outside of the pop ups. The title says it all. The pop ups are annoying. The remote control is quite efficient. Honestly, it has more range than the regular remote. The pop up ads, however, are annoying and intrusive.

What’s the point?. I misplaced my tv remote, which is nobody’s fault but my own, however, how does it make sense to download this app to use in substitution for your physical remote when trying to connect requires you to “allow access” on your tv, how am I supposed to click yes on my tv without a remote which is what I’m using this app to solve? I literally laughed because it defeats the whole purpose. don’t waste your time, there will ads after ads on top of that.

Microphone Button For An Update For Roku Users. No hate with this app! Don’t get me wrong this is a wonderful alternative for a universal remote built into your phone! But I use Roku and the only thing that this is missing is the microphone button to control the tv with your voice! I just think if they would update this app that would make this app more useful to me because I always use the microphone button on my physical Roku remote! So please if the creator of this app would update this for my inconvenience that would make me happy and give you a five star then the three star that would be wonderful! Thank You For Listening!

Meh/ It’s okay. It’s cool for temporary use. I downloaded because I lost my remote and couldn’t adjust the volume . So this app worked well for like the first few days of use. Then the ads got worse the longer you use it . Then all of a sudden it started to get glitchy . Like it would say “ you have to be connected to the same Wi-Fi as the tv “. The weird thing is I was connected to the say Wi-Fi the whole time. Basically if you wanna temp. use , for a few days . Try this app but if not there are many apps to flip flop from. I just deleted this one and went to the next.

App won’t work anymore. This universal remote worked the first day. But hasn’t worked ever since. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app. It still does not work. It appears to be “talking” with the tv because every time I press the OK button, the light on the bottom of the tv lights up. But it doesn’t change the screen. We are trying to get back into Netflix. It just won’t work. 😩

This app is pretty good. At first I was skeptical on this app I lost my tv remote so I went to find a new one and found this app it is one of the best apps I have it works only bad thing is that there’s a few adds that pop up sometimes but it’s not a lot so if your kinda patient then you’ll be ok

Universal Remote. Have you ever lost or put your remote down and then can’t find it? This app works on iPhone and iPad. Looks similar to a remote and is easy to set up. Also with the app you can see it clearly and no additional batteries are needed. If you don’t like the ads on the free version you can remove them, by paying a small amount of $. You won’t be disappointed! Love this app!

App crashes constantly and if you don’t pay for it you have to watch an ad every 2-3 clicks.. Imagine a world where it takes 1/4 of the time to get up and turn the tv up and down from the tv itself as compared to doing it from this app. That’s what it’s like using this app. It’s like living in a world where everything is opposite. Short story, find a different app

More ad generator than remote. If you enjoy having to watch a video ad every single time you need to push a button, which you need to do to push a button to skip an ad on your tv, this is the best remote out there to do that job but it does not turn on the tv and sometimes the buttons don’t register but rest assured that ad will play regardless. I get it’s the free version but it’s unusable not just slightly annoying as motivation to buy.

Great remote but CANT get answers for HELP, EVER!. I PAID for AD FREE version but when the remote quit functioning properly I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but with ads! I have emailed them numerous times and they say they will get back to me but they NEVER do! I don’t want to pay for ad free twice! The remote is sooooooo annoying with ads popping up every time I press a button on the remote. Without ads I would love this remote‼️5 ⭐️’s love but without ad free it’s too frustrating to use so 1 ⭐️ for that. Free version seems bad from the reviews, but the paid version is great.. From reading the other reviews and not having the free version for years, it seems like its alot worse than I remember, with the ads. But the paid version is very convinent (if you have a roku) Its so much easier to control the roku than other roku remote apps than i know, because the buttons are big. If you have a roku, it also connects to the same tv everytime you open the app, which is usually what I do, you can always disconnect from the tv and connect to another one though if you dont want to connect to the tv. Should use less ads if you want the ratings to go up.

Likes and critiques. I like the program other then all the pop ups and then having to go through all of that over aging every time I wanta look at something…

Annoying if you got the app because you lost or broke your remote. The fact that the tv asks for permission to allow the app to control it is redundant if you don’t have a remote to begin with, but otherwise this app is very useful

Too many pop up ads. I loved when in the day that smartphone’s has the IR blaster. This app has too many pop up advertising. I thought finally found an app the finally allows me to control my tv without a catch. I would pay a fee just to get the ads removed but there’s no option for that. I honestly would find other way

It’s good it just the ads. The remote control works well and yes and Is good to use but my main problem is the ads they constantly appear on the phone which is very annoying, if you want to remove the ads you got to pay $8.99 to remove the ads and is stupid expensive I seen cheaper like they cost like. 1.99 that would at least be a fair deal but no they to make it expensive I still like this app but it’s flawed by very annoying ads.

Only works maybe 10% of the time. When you open the app you have to enter a pin to connect to the TV, which shouldn’t be a problem, but 90% of the time the window to enter the pin pops up for a second and then disappears. Click on anything, it does the same thing. Restart the app with no other apps open, it does the same thing. So it makes it so you are unable to enter the pin thus not able to use the app. Also I paid for the app and there is still constant advertisements and pop ups.

No Support. I was enjoying using this remote until it froze up and quit working. While I was using it, I paid 5.99 to remove ads. Worked like a charm until it died. So I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again from the App Store. Well, there were those pesky adds back. I attempted to notify the developer, but to no avail. Then I had a pop up come on the screen. It said that I had already purchased the add free portion of the app and did I want to reinstall it. I said YEAH!! But I STILL HAVE ADS!!! And the developer is nowhere to be found... Shame on you!!!

Connection is lost too many times and ads ads ads…. App loosing connection to the tv too frequently and it doesn’t connect again even restart also. Too many advertisements. Almost every 4-5 touches 1 advertisement. I understand it is free app and advertisements are expected. But this is too much. Even after all those advertisement app doesn’t work as expected

takes a while for buttons to work sometimes and so many ads. The smart button takes forever to work and the remote disconnects from the tv a lot (multiple times a day when I stay home all day). There are also so many ads that you have to wait for them to go away; like no skip button or whatever. It works fine, the ads are just annoying and get in the way a lot.

Decent. This app Is amazing but the amount of ads are crazy. Every time I try to make about 5 clicks I get an ad but at least their not video ads but there are so many ads I bet the creator of this app has a mansion with 5 fully paid off super cars. every time I try to make it to where I want to be I get a series of ads matter of fact I should make an app like this. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE. My remote broke, and I thought—wouldn’t it be great if my phone could be my TV remote, they should invent that & so I check the Apple store for my million dollar idea and here it is! But in all seriousness it works so well, was a breeeeze to set up (connects to TV through WiFi) ! I ended up paying the 5$ for no ads, since I am using it as my primary remote, but that is still much cheaper then a replacement ! To think every time you’re wondering where the remote is you can now just use your phone !

Don't waste your money. It worked enough to connect to my TV on the phone and have the right name of my TV other than that it doesn't do a thing just enough to get your money so you don't see the ads that keep interrupting everything and the reason they do that is so that you can't see that it doesn't actually work until you take the edge off and then you find out it doesn't work

Best One Out There!!. This remote picked up all my smart devices I have in my home so quickly ! And thats because I have slow wifi !! And it worked with my Samsung Tv without problems , Universal Remote also worked with my Roku Tv ! I honestly dont buy right away but for the quality and one time buy its definatly worth the one time purchase to remove ads ! I’m so happy I found this Universal Remote !!!

Works without any credit card commitment.. That’s the only app which started working basically right away. It’s just the beginning so I have no idea what will happen next. So far so good though - connected with LG.

How is this an app. I download it and am immediately met with an ad. After I close it, the app tells me to do a “smart scan” to connect to my tv. I click on it, immediately another ad. I hit close on the ad, but it doesn’t register until after several tries. After the ad is closed, no smart scan has been initiated and I have to hit the button again only for the same ad to come up. I’ve tried hitting different keys, but it’s the same pop up asking for a scan that doesn’t work or start. Both my phone and Tv are connected to the same network, but this app can’t even scan.

Ads ads ads but app works great!. Who enjoys ads popping up right in the middle of hurrying to turn the tv down to not wake the baby? App works great, so kudos on that. Connects really quickly (after the ad of course) to your tv. Works flawlessly after you connect your tv. This is just me at home so I can not speak for any other internet or tv as I have not tried anywhere else.

Unusable. It would be faster to dig around the house and find the remote or go to the store and buy a new one than to use this app. As some others have pointed out there are a lot of ads. I thought they were just whining, but it’s true. This is the first time I’ve ever had ads interfere to the point that I couldn’t even get a good read on the basic functionality of an app to figure out if I wanted to buy it. Tried to navigate to the first Netflix thing I saw (about a 15 second task) and had 4 ads pop up—2 of them videos. Look elsewhere.

Day Two. Total Garbage. Do not buy.. App decided to ask for the TV pin again. Box will not display long enough to enter pin. Will attempt reinstalling the app. Will not be coming back to say if this fixed the problem. Assume 16 dollars down the drain. App support claims website not around anymore to contact dev. Assume devs still get 16 dollars while they speed through costs rica on a speedboat laughing at idiots who get brow beat into giving money to avoid CONSTANT barrage of ads that won’t even let you adjust the backlight without four pop ups. The disappearing box (after purchase is the last straw). I could have bought the actual remote for 16 dollars. Garbage codes as garbage does. Buyer beware. And here’s the reinstall info: has no idea I spent the 16 dollars for as free experience. This app is a scam. Do not pass go. Do no collect working remote. If the coders can be found in their villainous layer somewhere on the run, don’t take water if they offer it, don’t stay the night. Revert to childish pranks and burn feces on their front door. You will never get 16 dollars back. Will not be adjusting TV settings with ad version of app when it shouldn’t be required. Want to cuss so badly. Want to describe buckles of brown explosions all over faces. Want to cast four letter words used to describe the act of fornication so badly. Features review of app claims no problems. Will seek reporting these clowns some how. Even possible? Want to break things. Punch knuckles. Grrr.

Waayyy too many ads and it constantly disconnects from the tv by the time it connects back to the tv, plays an ad, you press 1 button and literally another ad at this rate you’ll change the channel once every 10mins! Suddenly stopped working. Been using this thing for a while now, all of a sudden today it doesnt work, i have both my phone and tv set to the same wifi but when i scan it says it cant find anything, i double checked and disconnected and reconnected wifi and still nothing so it just wont let me connect to the tv even though they are both on the same wifi and in the same room in the same vicinity as the router, i havent changed a single thing on my end so its obviously the app, what a horrible app, dont download this, find another one

Could we get more ads please?. Literally an (insert ad here) ad pops up just about every (insert ad here) 3 seconds or two clicks (insert ad here) on this remote. So be (insert ad here) cautious if lowering the (insert ad here) volume. If you turn the tv off (insert ad here), you have to rescan for the tv (insert ad here). Now at least two different tv (insert ad here) versions pop up for the same tv (insert ad here) upon scanning. Without all the (insert ad here) ads, this (insert ad here) remote works ok however, (insert ad here) it wouldn’t work to (insert ad here) power on (insert ad here) the tv. For the amount (insert ad here) of ads being run (insert ad here) constantly that I’m sure they’re paying (insert ad here) for the space to be run, (insert ad here) there is no reason this (insert ad here) company should be asking (insert ad here) people to pay (insert ad here) to remove the ads. Nothing (insert ad here) but a money (insert ad here) grab app as usual (insert ad here) these days.

IT WORKS. (1:26 am)My mom always leaves her tv so loud and most times it makes it hard to fall asleep, I finally took matters into my own hands, this app VERY EASLY found my moms tv which is in a completely different room(but also next to my room) and I was able to turn it off. I plan to mess with her too so I’ll keep you updated

The worst.. I don’t ever ever review apps, but this one is just so bad that I have to review. Yes, the ads are annoying unless you pay to remove them. If you don’t remove them you get maybe 3 clicks before a 5 second ad pops up. That’s not even the worst part. The worst part is that it just DOESN’T WORK. It literally picks and chooses when it does and doesn’t work. Yes, it’s synced to my tv, same wifi connection, etc… Deleting this app because honestly it’s just getting more frustrating. At first it worked almost always. Now it’s just the worst.

My review one this app. Well I could say one thing I wish the controls would download one time and make it so u don’t have to keep downloading it every time u wanna look at different stuff in the app I wish I could just open it up and it be there every time because I know my mom witch is of the older generation would keep asking me how do I get back to the remote if she hit another button I like the app but the controls need to b there every time u open the app like have the main screen be ur remote other than that I like how u can buy a new one on this app and I like how it controls ur tv within seconds I just wish the main screen was your remote without having to download it and I hate how I gotta buy an add free remote for 5.99 my original remote doesn’t make me buy add free that’s just stupid how adds are in a remote just because it’s on my cellphone good thing I just wanted to try this app and actually have my remote otherwise I would have to turn off my volume when it’s late at night trying to control my volume. Works but too many ads. Every few seconds and annoying ad pops up. The first time, they give you a notification to pay $5 for no ads but then if you decline, that option goes away. The app worked but I will be deleting it. There is a free remote that works well without ads for Sony smart tv called video & tv side remote. It works great.

Universal remote. It’s nice, but ultimately if you have a smart TV you have to have the remote to “approve” the app using your tv. Once it’s approved, if you try to use another phone/app it kicks all accounts off and you yet again have to have the actual remote to “approve” the app. Once you finally get on, every 5-10 clicks is a 5-10 second ad. I genuinely watch the ads more than I use the app. It’s so frustrating

Best Smart TV Remote Available. I have downloaded what feels like a million different remotes for my Samsung SmartTV, and none of them work well. I have, at times, felt like throwing my phone out the window I’m so frustrated. This is the only remote I’ve found that’s consistent and fully featured. So if you’re thinking about trying it you should try it. You won’t be wasting your time, and you won’t want to throw your phone out the window.

Error messages and no help from developers. I downloaded this a few days ago. My smart tv and phone were synced to the same WiFi and the app wouldn’t work. I tried everything and the remote just telling me it didn’t sense my tv to sync it to the WiFi which it was. I reached out to the developer via email and messenger. No response. I included pics that’s the phone and tv where on the same WiFi hoping that would help. Nothing. Complete silence. It’s been days without a peep from them. Super frustrating and I will be uninstalling.

TLC OWNER. The remote was super easy to connect to my television . I couldn’t find my remote and this app saved the day . I paid for the full version because there was far to many ads , I think it’s worth it no need to keep up with my remote anymore and I always have me phone .

Terrific. I got this app so I could hook it up to the projector at class and it worked great and the teacher didn’t even know why it kept turning off and on

Crazy - alters volume of a few Google home devices. This app is quite insane. False to find any of my televisions, but finds 2 of 4 google Home products? And so so so many ads, it takes 5 mins just to conclude it doesn’t work at all. Premium upgrade - so I’ll get less ads while the app is useless?

Useless TV app. This was a complete waste of money - won’t connect at all to the TV even when it allows you to select it - save your money

Way too many ads. A video ad pops up every third time you press a button. You can’t even turn the volume up without the ads. Don’t bother.

Lots of ads and stops working. Super easy to download and setup. Straight forward to operate but lots of ads many of which are scams ☹️ tried to upgrade to the paid version no ads but wouldn’t let me. wouldn’t work at all. i downloaded 2 different remote apps from these guys both of them couldn’t even find my smart tv to connect to it, i tried aver 10 times and even reset my wifi router and reconnected on both devices, nothing i did made the app be able to find my tv

Samsung crash. Like..... it works. But also if I press the volume button fast at all, or any other button for that matter, the app just crashes. This on a Samsung tv btw.

Don’t get this app. This app stinks. If you want to be ridiculed with adds every 5 seconds, this is the app for you. Don’t waste your time with this rubbish, get literally any other remote app. I can’t stress enough, this app is the worst thing since cancer.

I really liked it until.... I brought the paid version and it was awesome, then my daughter accidentally deleted from my Home Screen. I re downloaded it and it has not worked since. It detects my TVs but will not connect to them and I cannot see how to get help.

Works But Ads are Annoying. This app works great as it is expected to however I will say the ads are a bit annoying. I get that it is a free app and ads are expected but if you are tapping volume for example the ad will pop up and you will accidentally tap it. You can close the ads right away so not horrible. Would recommend anyways.

Splendid App. This app actually works! I’m so surprised it actually works. It’s a great app that works so well. Aside from the ads coming out there and then, this app does astounding. It’s quick connecting and easy to use.

Used to be good. This app used to work…. Now I can’t connect to a single tv. Literally was working good… for some reason started glitching out, I deleted it. Then reinstalled it and hasn’t worked since. Won’t connect to any devices in my house.

Developer can’t be this dumb….. Originally paid for lifetime and now get screwed over for a new monthly/yearly subscription. So you push so many ads that it’s not even worth keeping as a free version. If you had fewer ads people would still use it and you’d get recurring revenue but this is an instant delete. Enjoy your 5 mins of revenue per customer. Won’t ever buy or support another app created by Yohan Teixeira.

Many ads and not working. Detect my Sanyo Smart TV but never connect, always ask to connect the TV, but ads are very working fine! Each command button display a full screen ad!

5 Stars.. Free with ads, $12 without ads, and works exactly how you’d expect. Just connect your phone to your tv over the internet, and if you have a smart tv, it works the exact same as a remote would…only difference is most people drop their tv remotes to the deep depths of hell never to be seen again but, will always have their phone in their hand, if not nearby. 5 Stars.

Scam. They will say to you free but they asking you to sign up with your credit card to verify you but they tray take out money but thanks for my card provider they don’t let take out money. Scam

Insane amount of pop ups. You expect them when an app is “free with in-app purchases. But it’s literally every 5 seconds. Deleting and moving on.

Remote app does not work after app finds it on the network.. Cannot access my Sony Bravia after the app finds it. What can be done to fix this?

Too many ADS!!!. I get you need to keep your app operational, but the amount of ads is ridiculous. It doesn’t even connect to my TV (TCL model), so nah, seriously not worth it.

Ridiculous amount of ads. While this app does work (exclusively for tvs that can connect to your wifi system) there is a popup ad every couple times you press any button. Because of this, it takes me nearly a half hour just to scroll through netflix. I consider this to be one of the worst universal remotes there is

Not so universal remote. From time to time (a less than a 50% success rate) this universal remote app only works one out p of every three times I reach for it, it forgets what it’s supposed to do and refuses to ‘see’ the television then after about a week it remembers what its job is and begins working just fine… for about a day.

Ads are too many/ disconnects with no return. Rarely works, when it does there is a ton of ads that ruin the purpose of the remote app

Trash. Downloaded for my tv as the remote stopped working and getting up to change the volume is a chore (and yes I grew up when we didn’t even have remote controllers). It did nothing for the tv but I saw that the Roku was an option. It was compatible but now it’s gone mute and nothing will get it the volume back on. If I have to factory reset and reprogram all of my Roku apps, I’m going to find a way to give 0 stars

Awesome. Turned the tv on. My wife was watching another tv in the house. The remote listed both TVs and I selected the one I wanted to control and it worked. That’s it. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Quick, no fuss. Constantly loss our remote with multiple users at home. I’ve tried numerous app but this app is no fuss no worry and will work right away. I’m very happy!

App stopped working as soon as I paid for it. I downloaded the free version and it worked great. I decided I liked it enough to purchase the commercial free version. As soon as it was purchased I tried using it and it won’t work at all. It tries to connect to the TV but fail and every time. You would think if you pay for something it would be a better version. I regret my purchase.

Uhm??. 3 stars. It’s a good remote it works for my tvs but, ads. WAY TO MANY ADS. Every like 5-15 clicks on the buttons there’s an ad. And sometimes the remote fails. It works for like 2 minutes then the next minute it fails! I have to scan again which isn’t to bad. Anyways, it’s okay.

As-Free Issues. This app would be great, except it doesn’t seem to be honoring our family purchase. It’s supposed to work for up to six (6) remotes. Also, the non ad-free version is awful. I almost unloaded it before giving it a chance. They could reduce the ads by half and there would still be enough to make people buy the full version while allowing people to actually test it.

Easy pairing. I was watch a movie and I couldn’t turn volume louder so I downloaded the tv . My tv was on Wi-Fi and it paired instantly

Doesn't work, plus way to many ads !. It shows my Philips TV but doesn't control anything on it, I also could only make a few clicks on the remote then an ad would pop up. If you want to connect a Tv you have to watch an ad. It's just way to much for something that doesn't work . There are somehow so many good reviews for this . 🙃

Not sure. It says smart tv remote which is what I have. I started to set it up and it didn’t hook to the one tv in the house. The only good part is it’s free! I always lose my remote and can’t seem to find it now, so I downloaded this app and was disappointed. Don’t recommend if you are going to use on a “smart tv”😕

It worked right after installation. It work right away (LG TV) and its great that you can cancel out the add fast so you can start using it right away its been great

Could be better. I was able to connect to my tv just fine and all controls work perfectly, but I keep getting ads every couple seconds! I can’t do much without having an ad come and screw me over. If you ever update, lower the amount of ads you shove in

True review. I mean it works, it’s a little annoying the adds it pops up after the first click, but it works that’s what I needed, it’s a good app but it would be nice not to have adds, but I mean I use it for a smart tv that said wouldn’t except universal remotes and this works for it, idk how but it does, so I shouldn’t really question it 😂😂😂

This remote is awesome!. This app is very useful for when you lose your remote and to prank other people it’s a handy app to have laying around preforms greatly and quickly.

No support. Purchased and deleted by accident. Tried everything to restore the purchase but am not able to do so. Tried every that Apple suggested but did not work I was told to contact the developer. Of course no support from the developer. I guess the goal is to get cash from Suckers like me. If your thinking about purchasing this crap remote. Don’t!! Just move on to something else.

Wait, why am I being charged again?. I’ve had this app for ages and purchased the ad-free version almost right away. I don’t use it often but it comes in really handy when my offspring misplaces the remote. Today I ran into that situation and when I loaded my app it once more wanted me to purchase an ad-free version. Why?

Does not work well. This app only works 70 percent of the time. It constantly disconnects from tv and had to be repaired. Additionally the arrow scroll button to select “right” stopped working. It only scrolls left. Even after being installed again. I tried to use the link in the App support but they are invalid.

Dark mode. I love this app but I’m going to give it 4 stars because only because it don’t have a dark mode option, it would me nice if the brightness goes away when I have dark mode on my phone on . I promise to give this app 5 stars if that update ever happens.

I love it !!. I’m not very tech savvy. So for my new smart tv once the remote broke I was lost and I literally downloaded quite a few remotes to try and none of them worked without paying This is the only free one I could find. It does have commercials but that is expected I absolutely love the app is there a one time fee I can pay to have full access?? If so I would absolutely love that!!!!! Thank you

Too many ads. I ended up deleting the app . . . There are too many ads right when you are using the remote and you end up on the ad page when you actually were changing the channels or using the volume button !!!! Very annoying

DON’T DOWNLOAD. This app suuccckks. If you even tap the screen you’ll be hit with ten unskippable ads and you need to connect it to your tv every single time you use it but before you can connect it you have to sit through two unskippable ads. Even after the ads are done it’s hard to exit out of them, then the ad takes you to safari then it takes you to the App Store

Not consistent working. I have a 43” TCL Flat Screen ROKU tv. It works less than it works. I have always made sure that my device (iPhone 13) and television are on the same network. Network always match. Distance from iPhone to TCL TV 12’ to 6’ . Just doesn’t make the connection. The app shows the name of the tv on my phone but just isn’t making a connection most of the time.

Meh. It works well enough but I can’t turn up the volume three clicks without getting an ad. It’s gotten to the point where I click super fast to try and avoid getting the annoying, full screen pop ups you have to wait to exit out of with the tiniest little x in the corner.

This app is so bad that makes me feel bad.. App don’t work properly. Sometimes buttons just doesn’t work, and it seems there is a counter depending on how many times you press a button, the more ads you get. (i got 10 ads in less than a minute) As a developer, I would be ashamed of releasing something like this.

Great app. My remote got just a little spilled tea on it and never worked again so this is a huge help until it is replaced. I don’t like all the interference from ads though, very annoying.

Best remote app. It was easier to use than the other apps and is free instead of like 10$ a month and it was easy to find my tv

Not really free. While listed as a free app, the randomly appearing full screen advertisements make it pretty much useless unless you pay the $5.99 to disable ads. It would be useful if it were just the banner ads, but the full screen ads mean you can’t tap the buttons repeatedly without hitting an ad.

Not consistent. It is great when it is connecting. I often battle getting it to connect to my TV. Example: I use it on Tues, then on Wed I have to turn the TV on and off multiple times while simultaneously logging in and out of the app. EVENTUALLY It works. I thought this was the issue because I had the free version, so I paid for the upgrade and it didnt fix it.

Don’t work. They make you pay a subscription do use it which is really expensive to even try it I bought it to try to see if it worked and it doesn’t work it doesn’t work on any TVs that I have and every time I go to connect it it says that I need to connect it again and again and again it does not work it’s a scam do not buy

Scam/fraud. Nobody download this app. It steals money right from your account. There’s no subscription nor will you receive any receipts emails or notifications of such transaction made.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Thought, hey, this would be cool. Immediately opened an ad upon initial open. Then, told me I had to be connected to same WiFi as my TV. Ok, check. Works with Phillips, check. Scan, ok, it sees my TV...check, nice! Select tv from list, sends me back to remote interface. Push buttons, does nothing. After a few button presses, opens ad. Close, push more buttons, opens ad. Do not download, this is an advertisement app, not a tv remote.

Great!. This app always connects fast and works well. Never fails. Have tried other apps and this is the only one that works with my Sony TV’s.

Actually works. I have been trying to find a app that works. Not even one was close. But this one worked perfectly and it love it.

DON’T DOWNLOAD. Don’t download this it’s just a waste of time!!!! So when I downloaded it I decided to try it to see if it works. When I connected it at the Samsung 8 series it worked but an ad had to ruin it and it stopped connecting!!! I tried again but same thing happened!!!! So I deleted it and never downloaded it ever again!!! PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD IT!!!! ITS JUST A WASTE OF TIME!!!

After buying …. Some of the remote functions worked. I couldn’t make a proper selection because the remote would jump to the next selection. I had to keep paring with tv and it wouldn’t allow me to input the PIN number causing me to exit the app multiple times before it would reset.

Ad problem. Why do I keep getting ads after I bought the app??? And also the program guide button is missing. Can you bring this function into the interface?

Too many ads. I like the app, but to type things it should let me use the keyboard instead of selecting letter by letter. I spent 5 minutes to type my email in Netflix and watched around 10 times the ads from Facebook

Holy adpocalypse.. In about 5 mins of using this remote I had about 3 1/2 mins of ads. Every 5 button presses or so is a forced ad. Not worth it at all. If you guys want people to pay for your app, make it a purchasable app, don’t break it with ads. It’s shady and manipulative. They probably pay not farms for the rest of their ratings because I wanted to shoot my phone after just a few mins of using this app.

Way too many ads. The ads were too numerous to even get the remote functional with my tv. After several attempts, I could get the volume function to work but attempts to connect to Menu, Input, etc. seemed to reset the connection. I tend to buy the ad free option if an app does what I need it to do. Unfortunately, I never could tell with this one so I deleted it.

Sort of disappointed. When i first downloaded this app i was met with an add. Then as i explore it a little more i found out that i couldn't screen share to my Roku TV, which was one of the only reasons i downloaded it. I do recommend this app if you have no intentions of screen sharing in a Roku.

Better than any remote app. To start, this is more amazing. It has more controls on 1 page! This is totally a good. It was so good. I tried to connect into living room tv, but it was INSIDE MY ROOM! So I tried the other button, it was so good!

Over all very good app. Works very well with my magnavox Tv I love it lost my controller and this app helped me a lot very responsive and I have had no problems so far
