Worst tracking device ever!. My husband lost my car keys and this thing is not helping at all. What a waste! Sometimes it’ll show that the keys are in the house then next it’s at my next door neighbors house then outside in the front house. All this while we look outside if there’s anyone outside. No one. What in the world?!

It’s garbage so I threw it away. The device keeps beeping incessantly. Wont stop beeping unless I turn the device off. If I turn the device off, what good is it if I lose my keys? This thing should be silent unless I press the button for it to make noise. Since it’s worthless and I want the beeping and error messages to my iPhone to stop, I threw it away. Garbage.

Works well. Very useful and worth the money, it’s cheap and works great with my iPhone XS Max. And it pairs in the app, not in the Bluetooth settings for those who are having issues with pairing.

Does not connect. This is my first EVER review that I’m leaving bc this “Tag-It” is awful!! It has only connected once and that was when I first bought and paired it!! I lose my keys a lot bc I have kids and I have yet been able to get this thing to connect!! It always says “connecting” and yet never does!! Device NEVER connects! Even when my keys/tag are right beside me! Do NOT recommend! Save your $! Cost me less than $10 but that’s money I could have used elsewhere!

😡🤬. If I could have given this 0 stars I would have! Waste of money! Sound isn’t very loud bot adjustable in volume. And notifications come up in Chinese or such for an item sold in USA 🇺🇸 how? 🤦🏽‍♀️ SMH. I was excited about this and the concept would’ve been very great if it worked as suggested and anticipated.

Not updated???. Got it at Walmart,, was cheap enough to take a chance on it… Glad it was cheap the most flimsy piece of plaster EVER… not to mention the app is horrible as well… In both settings menus I cannot see anything it’s all greyed out, so I can’t even choose what setting I’m changing. This is on my iPhone 13 Pro Max….

Worked for me.. Like many of you, I bought the keychain at Walmart for $5. I was able to pair the keychain with my phone and it has had a pretty decent range so far. I live in a 2 BR apartment and it hasn’t disconnected even once.

No tag location. Please don’t buy this product if you want it to actually work. I had no instructions in my box and I couldn’t track the tag at all. Thank goodness I tested it before!

0 stars. The app is totally blank. In settings, you can see where there are placeholders for various settings but there’s no text at all so you have no idea what you are even clicking on. It looks like the app was developed, but then everything was left as a blank template. Never seen an app this poorly done.

What even.... Okay so boom... the app does not work. The silent period does not work. I can be 10 inches away from the tracker tag and it still randomly disconnects from the bluetooth on my phone as if I’m out of range. I hear obnoxious beeping from my pocket all day at random times since the tag is on my keychain. Even though I turned that off in the app, it still beeps if I disconnect from Bluetooth! And the WiFi function? A joke! The only working function in the application is setting off the alarm with the button in the application, or vice versa, tapping the button on the Tag 3 times to find your phone. Software version still says 1.0 in the app but 1.02 in the app store which is a pretty ridiculous discrepancy. The instructions are written in decent english out-of-the-box but the app sends notifications in odd asian symbols and its instructions in the app store are disappointingly low.

The Device is Defective. Device does not respond when I need it too, does not show accurate location, disconnects and makes beeping noises, also app does not provide accurate description, false advertising

Hands down the easiest review I've ever given.. ••😂••IT DOESN’T WORK••😂•• I'm the bright one that saw the product at Walmart for $5.00 and bought it without looking at the reviews. This product not only didn’t work for me, but also hasn't worked for anyone in well over a year. I can't imagine how many businesses whose products do perform as indicated would die at a chance of being amongst Walmarts inventory. Pretty pitiful of Walmart to keep it on their shelves.

It has never connected to my iPhone 13. It’s useless I was given this thing because I lose my keys a lot since it’s still connecting (345 days) I will still be losing my keys . Gonna try sticky my keys to iPhone case

Tag it. Would be awesome if it were better constructed to stay on my keys the small chain comes off daily and I wish it had a letting on it or something better that doesn’t come detached constantly and it stinks you have to leave the app open for it too work

Needs to update. Nothing to show proper use of it. That I can find and a lot of blanks where bars are. Like it didn’t finish downloading. So if someone walks away with your keys or pet how does it track. It just says disconnected from where I was last with my phone not the locator. I mean i don’t need a reminder if I left my keys behind I need to find them when I can’t remember or someone moved my keys. When I need it. Not when I don’t have them near my phone

junk. so i brought this item in with one day of having it , it went missing off my key chain I tried to find it and it was not working to locate where the tag was what a waste of money

Christmas Gift. I have no complaints, got this for my various day to day items, works like a charm. Set up was easy, fun, and quick. I use mine for my small vape that I lose all the time, it just helped me find it. This app is a huge time saver for me, thanks Dev

Stopped working. Hate this app doesn’t work I have removed it a few times to see if that would make it work and it doesn’t wish I could get my money back if I could given no stars I would have

Not good for long distances. I bought this thinking it could help my locate my husky due to his frequent escapades when he gets out of the fence, but it disconnects once you are further than my driveway or yard. It only works for very short distances.

Does Not Work!!. Sooo, I bought this little device from Walmart, grant it, it was only $5 which is super cheap. But I just needed it to track my daughter when she’s on her way home from school.. However this app is horrible! The words are blank, the location screen is blank, the setting screen is white and it’s blank at the option to try and connect. I guess I got what I paid for huh?! Y’all need to fix this if y’all are going to be selling tracking devices that cheap, KNOWING people will be quick to buy it!

Does it’s job, few bugs. When I looked at the reviews I was worried, but I paired it to my IPhone XS Max really easily and didn’t have a problem figuring out the system. Clearer instructions on the physics product and the app would make it a lot easier to deal with. Only issue I ran into is that the notification when you close the app is in either Mandarin or Japanese and I couldn’t figure out what it said.

What’s it tracking. Seems you need to have an icon for you and one for the tracker on the map. You can’t tell where the tracker is in relationship to yourself. I put mine on a dog to find out where she had her puppies. The tracker point moves as I move. So I’m not sure if it’s tracking my phone or the dog.

No functionality. The app doesn’t do anything anymore. You can’t connect to device. I know Bluetooth can be picky, but the app won’t allow tap any settings. Please fix. When it worked it was amazing for my keys

Don’t waste your money. I bought this to help me with finding my keys whenever my toddler plays with them. The app won’t stop disconnecting and making the alarm go off on the tag. I’ve tried switching off the alarm to no avail.

Tag it Review. There are a few issues I have ran into using this, for one it peeps constantly even when I have it turned on silent mode. And the app crashes randomly and constantly as well. It is good in some degree but there are too many bugs that need to be fixed.

Can you fix this??. When I go into the device settings, it’s blank where there’s supposed to be text. It only allows me to rename it. But I have no idea what the other settings are. Can this get fixed please?? I’m looking forward to using my tag. I’d like the full experience. Thank you kindly!!

K.. Ok. So I bought the thing online. It hasn’t arrived yet but I thought I’d check out the app. The device is only $5 and yes the app is free! I read reviews and one said that the notifications were in Japanese. This is still true. I downloaded it today. I turned off the app and it sent me a note but in another language. I haven’t gotten my device yet I just turned off notifications. We will see if this bothers me.

Basic stuff works...other stuff doesn’t. Works ok if you’re in range of it, the device to the phone and vice versa, keep the app open in the background, and don’t turn off Bluetooth. If you leave your keys somewhere and try to locate it using the app and or your phone, no way... you’re out of range and it won’t locate. Finally, does anybody know how to use the camera and recording settings?

So so. I ran across this in WalMart. It was 5 bucks and the app was free which is a plus for me because I’m always trying to save a Buck. I also am a chronic loser of things so I have several of these little things on every thing that is important to me. The interface is a bit difficult to understand but these things do have potential if the developers would take the time to I improve this app. Remote recording is difficult to understand but, like I said… potential. The location log is not very accurate, that definitely needed work. The best feature is the alarm when separated. That’s how I make sure I have my keys and . To the developers, put out an undated to fix these issues B and you have a million dollar product here.

Easy and helpful. Bought the tag-it form my local Walmart and for the price thought it wasn’t going to work. But for the price why not give it a chance. Went to download the app an that’s all it took to get it armed an ready to help me find what ever I attached it to. Very audible easy to hear not to great on distance but works great for finding stuff around the house.

The app has issues. The app for me has no text. There’s a user interface with buttons and stuff but literally no text to show what the menu items do so it’s kind of a shot in the dark trying to figure it out.

This app is crap. I give it one star solely because it’s concept is great but other than that it’s a total pile of crap!! The app isn’t finished and hasn’t even been worked on in 4years shouldn’t even be able to be download it because of how much is left undone! Also it doesn’t track anything only shows my phone’s location which is not what I got it for or have the tag attached to!

It works?. So the device does work, however the app is really bad. You HAVE to have Bluetooth on and the moment u disconnect it all of ur devices will start going off, even if you have it set to off on the app also once you have a device on there you can’t get rid of it. I wish they would fix this then I could give this product a better review.

App is worthless. I cannot even see what the options are in settings everything is blank just a button to select it! Returning this after less than a day.

Tag-it Device review. You can’t turn off Bluetooth or close the app in your phone without the device beeping, which is super annoying and unnecessary. Plus it’s pretty hard to find using the location part, as it only shows you a broad rage of where it could be. You only really know it’s either at your house or someone else’s. You can find the item using the location part, just the annoying beep. This app needs to be updated really bad! It could be good if they fixed these bugs.

Basic app display is not working. Did a 6 year old develop this?. We should be able to be reimbursed for the product if the app doesn’t work. The product is rendered useless

What?. Where is the writing on pretty much every label in the app? Have to guess what you’re doing when you click something. Luckily the app is simple and free along with the device being only 5 dollars at Walmart.

SMH. Honestly don’t know what I was expecting out of a $6 tracker maybe the device it self is not as bad but the app is terrible, phone alert keeps going off every 3mn for no apparent reason when on the the app there’s no words everything is blank so you kinda have to figure out which settings are you fixing or which commands are you pressing, I see potential but as to today it is horrible

Don’t waste your money!. Bought two of these from a local Walmart and the batteries were nearly dead on both of them! After I got one to turn on, I couldn’t get the app or my Bluetooth to pair with it and the noise it makes is about as loud as a mouse chirp. I couldn’t imagine this device ever helping me locate anything! Live and learn I guess!

So I picked up this device at Walmart, and it was cheep enough the app is free which is a plus for iPhone users but, the app has Improved since its last update over a year but, it still needs some work, the app is not complete, it does not show ur location along with the tags location which is really important to me anyway that’s the whole point I would think. The recording log doesn’t work or I don’t know how to use it, the instructions were really vague on this, The range is good but u have to walk quite a ways away before it disconnects from ur phone. Last, it’s not all in English when u get a notification that it disconnects it’s in a different language like Japanese or something like that

Not tracking location of TagIt device. Left the device in my car, when I got some distance the alarm sounded, good! But once I got far away the map showed the location of my phone and not the TagIt device. Doesn't make sense, I know where my phone is and I would use it to find whatever is attached to the TagItb device. Unless I'm missing something not very good.

you have to go to settings for it to fully work!. this product works well, but i read some reviews regarding that it doesn’t work when you exit the app— you have to go TO the settings on your iphone and then to the actual Tag-It app. you have to switch the location from “allow only using app” to “always allow”. that’s a very important step.

Never stays connected for me. The whole point to this app is to be able to locate something because it’s “supposed to be connected during setup at the very beginning of setup but mine is never connected when I need to find my keys.. it’s frustrating.. I think that this was a great idea in all but would be a big seller if only the product worked..

Absolutely horrible. It keeps losing the connection which makes it keep beeping...the SECOND you close the app or even go to the home screen, it loses the connection. Another thing I noticed is the app will even close itself....it like glitches out or something...I think I paid $10 for this at Walmart and it’s a COMPLETE waste...

Doesn't work, app doesn't see the device. This app has all kinds of issues. The view for each setting are expanded past the screen, the settings have no text but still have on and off switches, it does not see the tag it device, and uses location while there's nothing connected. Why is this still in the app store, especially with such a low rating? Returning this tag as it is completely useless with a non functioning app.

Stupid device won’t stop beeping. It just randomly starts beeping and won’t stop until I open the app. Then when I close the app it starts again. I don’t even want the beeping. I just want to be able to use the location feature.

Tag it. My tag it app keeps shutting it self down as soon as I try to open the app itAutomatically shuts down and then when I click the button on the Tag-It itself then try to open the app it’ll let me open it but as soon as I touch something it shuts itself down

Useless. Package say to “ refer to introduction tab in app for set up”. There is NO introduction tab. Will not pair with phone.

Location. What’s the point of it when it just shows you where it is from a far view, yeah I know it’s in my house but I have no Idea where it is, Waste of money, I’m returning

It’s worth it’s money.... I just purchased 2 of these items. One for my keychain, one to place inside my wallet. 1.) The different “sound” options to ring my phone, from one of my items is cute. 2.) The batteries from both items were both very strong. 3.) Connecting my items to my IPhones Bluetooth was easy, without any problems. ** 4.) Thee only reason it gets 4stars out of 5stars is because, it is sold/given to consumers on a very flemsy/cheap lil chain... Marketing a item using a picture on the front cover, with a key loop going through it... IS LYING TO THE CONSUMER, when it fact, it is not equipped for a loop to be placed. Waste of money. It chirps if the phone is in the house and I send my son to the garage with the keys. I had a Tile and it was amazing, but you had to pay $20 plus a subscription for a year at $30. After this crap I will gladly renew my subscription.

Garbage app and device.. I’ll save you the trouble. Don’t waste your money on this device. There are so many issues with the app and small tag it device. It’s not even funny. It says the battery lasts for 6 months and doesn’t. App issues.You have to stay close to the device your tagging other wise you’ll get consistent aggravating alarms on your phone and you keep having to shut the alarms off every 5 seconds. The app doesn’t always recognize the tag either and even when your in pairing mode. All it does is turn off and never connects to the tag. Just pass this device up. It’s awful!! Not worth it at all.

STILL NO TEXT IN iOS app! After 2 years!. I’ve had many of these trackers for over 2 years. They work very well on android but on the iOS app, there’s no text! So you don’t know what the options are. After 2 years you’d think tzumi would fix such a simple problem but NOPE. The iOS app is unusable due to this. Cmon tzumi fix this very basic problem and I’ll switch this to 5 stars!!

Spend the money on a tile. I’d give it zero if I could. There is a terribly short range before the tag it will disconnect. The one time I lost my keys the tag it could not connect to them in my house! Safe your money and buy a tile

Not very useful. Used it for maybe an hour and was lost. Broke off my dogs collar somewhere while walking and never found it while walking back. Wasted money

Worthless. There is no way to connect with my phone, even though it states it’s compatible. When I scanned the QR code, it says it’s not available in the US. It’s available in China.

Beeps constantly if you close the app. No matter the setting this beeps constantly when you close the app. Would be 5 stars if they fixed this. Too bad, 5$ for gps, alarm, and photo shutter a good deal.

Developer appears not to be supporting the app. Versions are shown here that do not download to iPhone. They do to Android systems. However, neither platform gets the screen shots shown (except the map and settings) and the tag is unusable without the app fully functioning. On Android the app crashes; on iPhone it does little. Neither will pair. The tag itself us light, cute, and the battery easy to replace. But it is absolutely useless as a device w/o this app. And this app does not function.

Total waste. Item will not even turn on, returning to Walmart
