Nicole. Nicole is amazing she went above and beyond to help me download the app and talk to my bank to approve my card I gave it five stars and I’ll always come back to see Nicole she’s amazing

App is horrible. On a couple of occasions I have pulled into gas station and app has failed me . App states I have to create a new account , I have done this twice already. Once I got it straightened out app said I tried to many times and I must wait 24 hrs to use app.

Great App, great prices. In the beginning, I thought this might be a scam, then after using the app several times, everything seems to be as promised. No tricks, no strings attached, just pure savings.

Nicole at the Yonkers station. Nicole at the Yonkers stop is wonderful and really helped me out and saved me money! Can’t wait to tell all my friends about her and the gas station

Love the discount. The discount is worth it but the app is a mess. It has a hard time authorizing my pump and it’s frustrating.

Overcharged. They overcharged me at the Plus rate instead of Regular and no one on the app or their email responds. It’s not easy to add or change cards either. I do not recommend!

A rip off. I got the app to get a discount on gas, the app was a little hard to navigate but no too hard. We paid and got gas, but weren’t charged the price promised. I went up to the counter to ask if there was anything they could do about it and the lady said that next time we could get a discount, I decided that I’d rather spend the money on a drink instead of a future visit, so I chose a drink and went to the counter and asked if I could have a drink instead, but the lady said that she couldn’t because she wasn’t in control of the system. So in the end not only did I not get the discount advertised, spend half an hour at 9:00 when I should be getting home to my kids, but I wasn’t even able to get my drink.

Karen Lombardo. On July 7, I went to the gas station on Bronx River Road and they would not accept my card. I went inside and they could not take my card inside either and I had to end up paying the higher price. Two weeks previously I went to fill up again and again, my card was not honored. I don’t know why this is happening, I do have a different car but it has the same plate number. I have called your office four times and they promise to call back but I never received a call back. If you want to keep using your card, I would suggest that you get back to me and fix this issue.

Works in store. Nicole did a good job! She helped us even tho she didn’t have to :)

App is wonky now. This app used to work perfect. Never used to log me out and moved quickly and now all of a sudden every time I go there it takes forever to load I have to login again and I’m already home and when I looked, it says I’m still pumping.

Use to be 40 cents less than Citgo down the street in yonkers. What happen?

None. Was a good deal, now other stations have lower prices. Also takes to long for prices to come down, almost no reason to go there.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PROVIDED BY NICOLE. honestly i have to say that this has to be the best gas station i’ve ever been to, so very helpful i was able to buy jumper cables because my car shut off after gassing up and nicole made it her business to find jumper cables so i can make it back home! 10 out of 10 i wish i could give them 10 stars !!!!!!!! and they got the best gas and prices i’ve ever seen !

Customer. Your app is horrible. I signed into my account. It will NOT let me put in my credit card information. I called your customer helpline and no one could help me. I was told someone would call me back to help me but no one ever called me back. I called your help line twice. Very, very poor customer service and a very poor app. Why doesn’t FuelCo help people?

Cost saving gas buying app.. That says it all.

Got some gas for the low & some froyo. Stopped here to get gas tonight and the service was great. Nicole went out her way to make sure I saved money with the app and got some froyo with free toppings, not to mention they don’t weight so you can have literally have how ever much your little heart desires. Ariana was nice also. Thanks girls

The new app is awful. They changed the app and it no longer works. If you are a new customer and are just signing in, it is probably fine, but as a long time customer, being forced to reinstall the app and then having it not work - and wasting the time to jump through their hoops - this is nuts. I’ll pay the $0.16 difference up on North Broadway. Congrats FuelCo, you’ve lost a customer

Problem. Problems with the app every time I’m in the gas station

Love the idea. I love the idea but in practice I have problems with the app 50% of the time which definitely could be improved on either I have to sign out and sign back in or it will let you get a little gas and then shut off we have to restart it shuts off restart it shuts off so definitely can be approved improved on but great idea and love the cheap gas

STOPS WORKING. When I first got the app it was great but it stopped working. The app never works for me and the employees there don’t know how to fix it. They promote a price that you don’t end up paying. You pay more because the app doesn’t work.

Price going up. You go couple blocks down he’s cheaper

Cheap gas discount? -$1 charge. So they are giving you 10/20 cent discount per gallon but they’re charging $1 per use of card

Price increase. Today the price of regular gas went from $3.39 to $3.55, well before the OPEC cutback is to take effect. I went down the block where BP has regular gas at $3.35, credit card price.

Where do i start?. This app worked fine before the update that changed the GUI and overall functionality. When it works its fine….but now this is the second time that the app has locked me out and I CAN NOT GET GAS FOR 24 hours due to be locked out of app. Nothing has changed on my end….I have 4 CCs on file and choose accordingly based on rewards…choose pump number when at station under “pay at pump”, and then i get error messages that it can not be processed…it says try again later…later being NOW, cause I meed gas…then after a certain amount of attempts it blocks you out….WHY?! My face id is attached to all transactions. Why would it block any transactions thereafter? Its my phone!! Please fix this trash app…also, customer service is useless.

Vacuum. I love everything about this place, I drive out of my way to give my business to them, Please make your vacuum cleaner more powerful, make it the most powerful in the world! lol thank you

The app that doesn’t app. Firstly let’s start by recounting the automatic logouts and lack of password storage on the iPhone. Next let’s review the inability to use a debit card and get more than $1 worth of fuel. Lastly, credit cards linked to resolve said debit card issue are now removed from my account and… you guessed it… back to the default, non-functional debit card which magically stays connected to the app. Let’s hope the latest update works because the discounted fuel side works.

Gas.. I enjoy very much paying less. The staff in the store next to the FuelCo r helpful, professional, and courteous. Thank u so much.

No option to pay cash. After you sign up for their app, you are only able to get their discounted prices when using a card. There is no option for cash. For that reason I deleted the app.

Nicest station in the area. Great location and store

Annoying to use. The app advertises that you get a discount however it doesn’t allow you to get more than $1 worth of gas! Claims that my bank is the reason why and they locked my account BUT I just woke with my bank and my account was fine! It’s the app not my bank!! Such a hassle Don’t waste your time! Go to another gas station!

Cool app with benefits. Makes life easy. Every penny saved is important. The FuelCo app helps me save more than a penny weak after week for our family’s vehicle needs. Everyone should fuel up at FuelCo I think 😊

App does not work even with wifi fix it please. It worked when I first downloaded it but now it doesn’t load up anything accurately, its not my phone trust me because every other app works fine including maps

Mr.. Although your gas is less expensive, you have blocked me out from making a purchase at your station. Now, I have to wait 24 hours to try to use your app again. This has happened before at your station. Why does it happen to me. I am using the correct pump # and the correct pin to access your pump and I get a message’Not authorized’ and because I keep trying, you lock me out. Please help me. This is happening too often. 😡

Nice start. It’s nice to get a break and know where I can get one. I feel happy and smart for choosing to stop at FuelCo.

Very difficult. The new app is a pain in the rear… Onerous Time- consuming I understand multi-factor authentication, but there are lots and lots of screens

App Is A Pain. I love everything about the place except the app has me jumping through hoops if I wasn’t there in two weeks. I skip it if I have to reset my password again. 🙄

Horrible customer service. Never had a problem with this app before & always saves money on gas. lately it has not been working at the pump or at the register and customer service has been horrible. do better! What a waste of time and energy and money!!!

Great Savings, great management.. So happy this new gas station opened up in my area! Amazing and nice staff! The app is great and so easy to use. Allows me to pay for gas from my phone and save. I even got $5 of gas free just for signing up. Would recommend to anyone

App annoying. Savings great!. Why are they forcing me to provide my cell phone number to use their latest app now? Even my banks or credit cards don’t force me to do this. Are they going to spam me? Are they from China? The gas savings is great when you use the app, but the app itself is a pain to use. Every year I must delete the app and reload it for some strange reason. This time it was two allow me to change or add my new credit card. when I deleted my old credit card, there was no way to add one, so I had no credit card at all. When I enter my wrong ID or password, it gives no details of what the issue is. The settings for this app is hard to find on iPhone, since it has a strange and different name: V4… A great deal of trouble shooting to save a couple of cents in gas. The latest problem was with my Apple GPS off by half a mile, and I could not put my gas since I wasn’t “not at the station”. GPS location when driving with my map applications had no issues.

It use to work. The app worked beautifully and now nothing I tried deleting and reinstalling the app nothing I sent an email to find out what was going wrong, nothing. I called and left a message with a representative, no response. I have no words. I hope no one else experiences what I’m going through. It’s great when it works

Doesn’t work half the time. I am somebody who has to get gas every single day who also happens to be a creature of habit. I started using this app because at the time the discounted gas was well cheaper than the competitors. But as those competitor prices drop the discounted gas Did not. Still being a creature of habit and liking the fact that I can just pay through the app and not have to pull all my stuff out at the pump I continue to come to the store. The employees are great and there’s a good selection of drinks inside and I feel like it’s a safe place. But suddenly, the app is no longer functioning properly. A few days ago, it was rejecting me over and over again. But I was able to pay inside and still get the discount. Yesterday the app totally logged me out, forced me to redo my pin number and my password and everything but then worked so I was perfectly fine with that just thinking it was an App reset. However, tonight it’s back to the same old thing where it’s not working and I can’t pay inside because it’s declining me inside as well. There is money in my account and there’s no reason whatsoever for me to be declined. The app doesn’t even decline me it just acts like nothing is going through. I am giving this app one more shot. Tonight was the second night I had to pay full price for gas Which is way more than any of the gas stations around it. My loyalty extends to the basic things like the app that this gas station advertises heavily for all of us to use to work properly. If the company can’t even get their app going, then it’s just not worth my time to come out here to this gas station anymore.

Fuelco is the worst. They took my money called it a hold and didn’t let me get gas after they took the $50.29 hold they made me pay $20 more in cash and I’m still waiting for my $50.29 back

App is a Scam. App never works and is a waste of time to try to get you the discount.

Good prices, app is questionable. The concept is great. You pull up to the pump, punch in a code and get great prices. However, it’s not that easy. When the app signs you out from time to time for whatever reason and you have to sign back in, it takes several minutes. Now you’re spending extra time and holding up everyone else behind you. Not cool. This has been my personal experience. I wish we could just scan a loyalty card barcode at the pump and enter a PIN (which you are required to do now anyway) to get the same results.

Good intentions. They ran out of gas and i got locked out of my account!!

Not working for me anymore!. It was great in the beginning. I used it a few times and I saved me a few dollars.The last three times I’ve been trying to use it it has not worked for me. I changed my card on file and it said “cannot authorize payment.” I switched it to another card to see if that would work however I received the same message. Then I used my card to get gas (without use of app) and paid the regular price and it worked just fine. Not sure what is going on with the app but it’s really not helping me save money anymore. I’m at the point where I’m just going to delete it.
