Surprising good. The game actually has a really good story plot. I can see that A TEAM used many ideas from Valkery and Unison League (meaning the way you augment, spawns, home, questing, etc.) Aside from how slow it takes for stuff to load, it has potential.

Awesome Game. The first moment the game appeared on my device I jump straight into the game with no hesitation and I got addicted to it at the very first moment, I love the character art the voice acting and the game style.

This game is so Freeeeee. So I've read a lot of these reviews and a bunch of people saying it's garbage because it's P2W or something like that. I don't know how it's pay to win when it literally gives you the option of infinite rerolls until you basically get 3 four stars at the beginning of the game. I started a month ago and I've completely the story mode, am level 53, and is at gold 1 on PVP. And I'm not a very good strategic or RPG player in general, so to say this much, this game is sooo freee. Klab finally made a game that is freeeeeee!!!

GEMS. I don’t have much to complain about but the only problem I have is the difficulty in getting gems and when it comes to needing 3,000 gems for a 10x gacha it is practically impossible to get any new stage girls. With every event that has passed I have rarely been able to acquire enough gems to try and get the event girl. Other than that I have no real issue. (Just gonna ignore the other issue when it comes to online because every other review complained about that already).

Amazing game!. I’ve always wanted to play this game ever since I saw it release on JP. I told myself that if it ever got an EN release I would definitely play- and I’m so glad it did! The storyline and characters are great and the animations make it all even better. Because of this game, I’ll eventually start watching the anime!

Great Game! Still a few bugs.... I have loved this game since the release for JP. However, the global version still has a few bugs here and there. The bug that got me to write this review is when i pulled a gacha and got nothing from it. They showed my goodies received, but never added it to my collection. I’m really frustrated at this, but i will continue playing the game nonetheless. Great game though! i love the gameplay and art! Thank you for the wonderful game Ateam and Bushiroad!!

Beautifully done!. Another great game from this awesome company! I’ve played their Valkyrie game for years and I can definitely see myself playing this game for a long time too. Lots of fun, great story, love the characters, nicely done graphics, and very lovely music.

Decent enough. It’s a game that’s “just okay” but a massive grind and headache. Vs Revue is a joke, as it’s extremely unbalanced, and you either get an easy win, or an easy loss to someone who has better stats than you. Very rarely do you get an actual good and balanced matchup that involves skill. I don’t recommend this game to anyone who doesn’t have time to sit down for more than just a few minutes, as this game really takes up a lot of your time.

Power creep and pvp. the gacha and pvp system is wack. Ever since the Arcana cards came out, the pvp became hella unbalanced. Every new card is better than the last and it’s just tiring. The other modes aren’t that bad. The writing is on par with the OG anime. The pvp just ruins it bro

Great few bugs and expensive. It’s fun game and I enjoy but sometimes the price too have to get upgrades or Star girls. Also lately the game has been flash in or having me delete and reload the app. But it is worth it and it’s not impossible if you don’t want spend any money. So go ahead and play.

Too much friction. Though I enjoy the core gameplay I feel like it requires a lot more polish. The constant connecting to servers feel like a drag and there are many times battles will lag and then suddenly catch up and I will not know what actions have taken place.

Had lost my account. I love the game. I had lost my account due to getting a new phone and I had accidentally overwritten my progress with a new account. Smh the customer service took a week and a few days to retrieve my account but I wasn’t about to start over. I miss a whole event and Maya’s birthday login but it’s fine. I got mafia Nana’s character just in time. I’m just glad to be back.

Great so far. Good story line, beautiful art, regular rates aren’t that generous but there are good special gachas that guarantee a four star, and controls are easy :) Stars aren’t hard to acquire, either. I look forward to seeing this game grow (^^)b

Couldn’t play. Could not actually play. Kept saying connection error. Every Bach’s draw would take my gems, give a connection error and not give me anything. Every formation setup would give a connection error and not save the setup. Every battle would give a connection error and fail the battle. Not worth the time.

ATeamID not working. Had 6 tabs open trying to get my ATeamID to connect to the game, i had a pretty decent account as well. But since the app reset every time i exited, the data transfer was canceled and it was a continuous loop. But the gacha is awful so i take this as a sign. Thanks ATeam for losing my data on yet another game

Love the game ,but there’s some flaws. I love this game, the characters are lovely and the songs ,graphics and art are also amazing. But, the pvp is unfair. One player is usually better than the other, which is makes it no fun to play as well. It’s also frustrating when you think you got a 4 * card but turns out it was a memoir, so it would be nice if you guys made a separate gacha for them.

F2P Friendly!. The game is incredibly free to play friendly. It gives lots of free star gems and the rates aren’t the worst I’ve seen. All of the story content can be cleared through not 4 star units. You can force your way into high PvP tiers through determination and maxing your own units. It is NOT locked by rarity of characters. The story is very enjoyable, and the three new schools offer a type of character for everyone. Overall, very fun and honestly great for F2P players like me!

Best Game EVER!. OMG! I love this game. why? #1 The Memoirs are from the REAL ANIME! Some. But the ones from the anime I LOVE. #2 I deafeated the boss in 1-9. I love this game! I hope you could add more cool features in the future! If you do, I’ll check them out!

Really must be a joke. Why why are you guys let us choose unis if they are ban from that specific event I can't even go back and remove them or change them from another one that is not ban from that event. Should said ban before selecting or let us go back and change them i am going in to battle with 2 unis vs 5 unis great got rapped so bad making me waste time watching a battle I can't win like that. So please fix that thanks

Exceedingly Average. Pro’s: Starlight has a pretty solid character roster and has been consistently adding content since launching a month ago. The art is good, the music is solid, and there’s a decent enough variety of activities to get you to log on at least once a day. Con’s: The PVP system is horrible. It separates players into different tiers that you must work your way into rather than matchmaking with players of the same power levels- which causes games in earlier tiers to be steamrolled one way or the other. There’s no purpose in even finishing PVP fights as you can determine the winner after the first attack in nearly every game. Load rates are long and UI refresh rates are just as sluggish. The gacha rates are equally as horrible as PVP. I rolled the equivalent of over $100 USD worth of Stars on the double rate-up gacha and only received one four-star and one three-star servant. Unless you’ve been exposed to the story from the anime, you are going to have an incredibly hard time following the near incomprehensible story of this game.

Do not download this game. A-Team is one of the greediest companies I have ever experienced. They treat their players badly, by needing the most current girls to get anywhere in the game, the gacha rates are absolutely horrendous and will make you develop a small addiction. It’s a cash grab that forces you to buy more just to waste it on a girl you know you can’t get. They barely update the storyline which doesn’t allow older players to get gems easier. PVP is only good when you have newer girls and it’s almost impossible to get them. Overall, do not download this game if you want to keep any sense of dignity and joy.

Love this!. I loved this the moment I laid my eyes on this! I’m not the best at strategic games, but I’m unexpectedly great at this! I didn’t understand the it at first, but the more I played it, the more I improved! I’m now level 57, and I’m almost gold at pvp! So please give this a try people. Something I wish they can fix is the co-op thing. They should put harder enemies instead of the easy ones. Overall, this is amazing!

Bad Rates, not f2p friendly. It’s sad the game treats f2p players poorly. They keep adding new mechanics and new units every one or two weeks making it imposible to save gems… and if you don’t have it, it’s imposible to win on PvP or the Troupe Revue. They do give you gems and tickets to get characters but they have the worst rate ups that you can’t get anything new or useful. There’s no use on buying the packs because there’s literally no guarantee you’ll get something new, nor in the pack or the guarantee 4 star ticket.

This is a good game until Vs Revue is ruining it!😓. Dont get me wrong I love this game its addictive and its amazing as I wanted to be! but I feel like the PvP (Vs Revue) is being abused by crazy strong players and some are in fact cheating its which I think is Unfair! and makes (Vs revue) unenjoyable and Unbalanced to play this causes frustration to others and me! Causing me to lose lots of points! 👎 I didn’t know if this happened to me or others! so thats why I give it a 3 ⭐️ But hopefully this problem will be solved hopefully!

A great game, currently missing and redownloading :). This game was very nice, and the stage girls had great cards and designs. I have got so many exclusive and limited cards, but unfortunately a update wouldn’t let me download it, making me delete the app. I am currently downloading it to have more fun :) - ♡

PvP and other general fixes. This is a very fun game! There’s a lot of variety and activities are fun, the story is engaging, but I have a few complaints. PvP desperately needs to be fixed, and all the S tiers being clumped into one makes it harder and it’s too unbalanced. The game has turned into a pay to win type thing. You definitely might have to reroll your account at some point because the gacha will just stay terrible and rip you off sometimes. Data isn’t saved well, I saw this with other people but data easily gets lost with new accounts and the staff will not do much about it. Earning gems is a whole task because you barely get any for doing assignments. There are also a couple bugs that have been here for awhile. Overall 3/5,

Can't login to my account. I emailed support, but they only told me I have an account and what all it was linked to. That's all well and good, but it's useless if The game won't let me use it. I guess like others have said, I should take it as a sign that this game isn't worth my time or money.

Game. Very fun game and I think there should be an option to have the voice be English, but it’s still a fun game and interesting story

Wish I could actually play. The little bit I’ve gotten to play the game, I’ve really enjoyed. Unfortunately, in the rare instances that I can actually connect to the server and play the game, I’m plagued by frequent disconnects and then can’t reconnect no matter what I try. I really would like to play the game more and give it more positive review but instead I’ll just sit here frustrated and unable to connect.

Lovable. The characters are all very endearing and they definitely are by far one of the best mobile gacha game casts of them all. Not only that, but it’s a mobile RPG with fairly complicated strategy based decisions, and the Meta teams switch around constantly. Very enjoyable.

Good game but some flaws. It’s a generous gotcha game and sometimes the pacing feels a little off but I like it and overall it’s a well made game. The biggest issue is that the game over saturates the prize pull for character gotchas with hordes of almost useless equipment instead of characters. Given that gotcha is the core mechanic of the game and that flaw that’s why I’m just giving it 3 stars.

F2P is Ok but not in PvP. PvP matchmaking system is so trash. Even at the Silver 1 tier which is the lowest tier after new players’ bronze tier. Heavily Pay To Win system where F2P players cannot go far in PVP mode. The more you can buy AP,the more strong your team will be. Your team cannot survive in PvP without buying AP at all. Heavily pay to win.

Always limit... If you finish story.... you can just do upgrading heroes, get money, exp, music cards, events (use key), PvP done... And very short stories.... but game characters are cute!! However non balances because every weeks, new heroes come out but you can’t get all, if you wanna spend much money you can get all or lucky person!! Im lucky person anyway story mode done.. no more cash diamond just waiting for everyday... almost 1 month for open 10 packs!? But game is cool that’s why im still playing :) Lovely game and cute

Amazing game!. Lots of content, not heavily reliant on gacha like other games, and a very in depth fighting and leveling system, I highly recommend if you’re a lover of the anime series or anime overall, or jrpg style games, check this game out!

COME on b r o s. Fix the PvP, that’s all. Everything else just takes time. The PvP needs to be balanced,, it’s either too much for me or too much for them and it’s unfair for both sides. I’m in silver and my team isn’t that bad. Oh yeah and the gacha system WACK. Between the three “Bushimo” games, (Love Live, Bandori, and Starlight) Love Live has the best gacha system. Cos even though it’s 1%,, If you get that one percent it’s gonna be the card you want. Which in Bandori it’s 3% but the rate ups are tra- bad. And in Starlight... Well... if they had a separate place to pull for memoirs so that they don’t end up giving you false hope for the cards you want... it’d be a little better than Bandori. But... it’s whatever.

OBSESSED. I LOVE this game despite ever seeing the anime. The PVP function is so fun and I’ve spent hours at a Time playing it. All of the characters are great too and the graphics are high quality. It’s also a bit easier to understand than other gacha games.

Gacha. I love this game. It’s fun and entertaining. All the girls are great and so cute. But... I’m getting tired of wasting my gems on pulls and always getting memoirs. I’ve done so many pulls and no stage girls I never want to spend money on it because it’s not worth it. I get the idea behind it but it’s certainly frustrating and I won’t be spending anymore money on this game. It might not be the same for others maybe they have more luck but sadly not for me

Fix the tutorial. I can’t even get past the tutorial. It bugs out when choosing the Revue song for whatever reason. I’d like to play actually this game at least.

Symphogear collab is awesome. This my favorite collab event since I’m a Symphogear fan, I love the story and the characters and I enjoyed the game overall. Sadly Symphogear XD Unlimited Global servers has been shut down and I missed playing that game on my phone

Revue Starlight is Top-Tier. I absolutely LOVE the anime (patiently waiting for the movie!) and I knew there was a game. However, I did not know it was global. I saw an ad for a collab with Love Live! and I was sold. Revue Starlight and Love Live? I almost passed out seeing it but I am already enjoying the game. The moment you open the game, the content is downloading but there are awesome bios of all the girls to read. The game itself has a very clean layout for games in this category and all the colors are very appealing. Can’t wait to play it even more

Nice mix of idol games and RPG. As expected of this series there is a lot of influence of games like Love Live as well as Fate/Go. What I enjoy most though are the voice acted scenes; particularly the main nine girls have great chemistry together and can be entertaining without being too tropey.

Blatantly P2W. To have any chance in pvp you need a good meta roster with some if the best chars being limited time exclusives. Not only you need to pay to beat the stingy gacha system you then need to pay for all the shards and resources you need to max the char. There are more and more OP chars being added as well that wipe the floor with your regular units. Latest gacha even unashamedly advertises this fact “Great for VS Revue”. PVE is P2W as well, there is absolutely no chance to clear the event gachas for those desperately needed level up resources (such as various orbs you need to max even the basic chars) unless you spend money and max out the event premium char and spend gems on stamina refreshes as well to get enough keys etc. As a f2p or low spender you can expect to never rise beyond bottom of plat tier (if you manage to get even outa gold) and just about clear enough of the event to limit break the welfare free unit.

Good Gameplay but with limitations. I’ve played many idol games in both their english version and japanese version. However, I had yet to add Revue Starlight to my list until the english version released. The gameplay is fun and immersive, very clean graphics and card art. HOWEVER, the Stage girl cards and Memoirs being in the same box has become ridiculous for me. I’ve gotten about 6 memoirs from the rainbow 4* card but zero stage girls (unless you count the guaranteed pull on release day). Fun, but they really need to separate the memoir and stage girl box at some point. PvP is fun and immersive up to silver rank.

Amazing Game 😁👍. This game was really well done, at first I wasn’t expecting much but was blown away with the detail put into some of the gameplay mechanics. Although it is a game that requires stamina to play the levels I haven’t run out of stamina due to all the different ways of getting it without having to spend money. 😁👍

Crashes after latest update. I love this game so much, however, i’ve been having issues ever since the most recent stability update to the game. Since installing it’s been crashing every time i try to load in. I’ve updated my IOS and still this issue occurs. I’ve been playing the game for a while and i’ve enjoyed it but this is frustrating. I’ve tried submitting a support ticket but i cant even retrieve my player ID because the game crashes before I am able to. Please fix asap!

Worst gacha game i have ever played. Gacha rate is very low, all you can get is 2 stars and annoying memories take up your chances. Animation is good but you can’t skip in game one. Theater option is annoying too since you keep accidentally clicking your items. Low quality enemies as well. Just play other games, its waste of time

Okay game, but gacha is unforgiving. Low rates for 4* characters and the summoning pool is filled with Memoirs that brings in disappointment. If you’ve played FGO, Bandori Party, and Priconne then this game has some similarities from each game. Gameplay and visuals aren’t too bad. One of the things I like about the game is the Live2D animation, the VN storyline, and the characters. The game is pretty casual and can easily do dailies without spending too much time. I haven’t played too much PvP, but you definitely need the best characters in your team from what I’ve seen. Overall, it’s an okay game. I’d recommend giving it a try then decide for yourself if you want to keep playing it.

My thoughts.. This app is beyond exquisite, the graphics are immaculate and the need for strategy/character selection based off of type & abilities is quite exciting. The story line is also entertaining, I recommend this app!

Want to be punished for trying to enjoy a game?. Then this one is for you. Probably the least generous f2p game I’ve ever seen. The events are a gacha within a gacha and you’ll have to really push yourself (and pay, to refresh and reset) to get through more than 60% of the rewards. Rewards which you need dozens of by the way, for all your characters. Even the grind currency coins are stupidly limited, but you can always pay $15 for 200k..which might be okay except you need millions for each of the stage girls. Basically don’t waste your time

Like FGO but better.. The gameplay is similar but with many improvements. The gacha is fairly generous too. Worth playing

Improvement. I feel like the game should include the player as I feel kind of isolated from the game since the characters talk to each other and never to the player

Typical pay to play nonsense. Not much stamina, gacha rates are really low, etc. All the usual pay to play nonsense. And now it’s broken

It seems like it’s fun but, eventually it becomes very P2P.. This game is very fun at first if you can get the right units, however if you fail to keep up with the meta you can find yourself having not a fun time anymore. The rates in this game are near awful and rate up is 100% a lie. That being said getting gems when you first start isn’t too horrible but, eventually when you become a veteran player and have been playing for like a year, it gets very hard to grind gems because your after doing everything. Thus your forced to buy gems in this game in order to get more. Like I said though, the rate is horrible for the featured stage girl. So most of the time your gonna end up with money down the drain and nothing. Also banners and new stage girls come out like every week. Also don’t get me started on spotlight Gacha. If you intend on being f2p don’t touch that banner! I’ve seen people spend money on this game and have to go way beyond the steps to get the featured stage girl on rate up. Oh and don’t get me started on the VS Revue mode. Unless your a whale or are extremely lucky in keeping up with the meta, don’t bother. All and all though the only things I do like about this game are the story, and troupe revue. Troupe Revue is kinda hard to get in the top 100 but, it’s all fun anyways. If you don’t got good units though you might have a hard time. So would I recommend this game? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT! There are other ways to support Revue Starlight. The anime for example or their merchandise. Just not through this game.

It’s a trap. The gacha is only good for the first 3 summons, everything beyond that is terrible. Your 4 star rate is literally 1.2%(it tells u on gacha details). You can upgrade lower star characters to 4 star or 6 star but their actually combat effectiveness will always be way lower than an actually 4 star or 4 star turned 6 star. If you have a 2 star and turn it into a 6 star the best it can help u with is mid-game content.

The BEST F2P gacha. Hey! I’ve been playing since the game first came out, and to this day, this is still the best gacha/waifu collector game around, and the most FREE TO PLAY friendly game available. You don’t even need to have good luck! RNGesus is always on your side if you’re an active player! I’ve supported the game with a few purchases before, though purchases aren’t necessary (though it helps the developers a ton) they provide you with TONS of gems and login rewards :D even without being a whale, I’m still able to keep up! Amazing work developers! Please continue the amazing work and providing fun events and updates ❤️ Love y’all!!!

Honest Review (Revue). I spend a certain amount of money in Genshin Impact like $200 and i can get the guaranteed unit but in revue starlight you spend over that amount or double up to $500!! Is what i spent and still NOT get the featured unit. The game NEEDS a hard pity system BADLY. My opinion DONT EVER SPEND MONEY on this game its just disappointment and you being broke with NOTHING TO SHOW waiting for you. Game has great art, characters, and music.

Those pop ups are insufferable. Omg dude, each time I return to the main menu I get a ticket or pass pop up, it's ultra annoying and I can't play a game that uses pop ups to the extreme.

Achievement name. The achievement “cut your teeth” has no reason to be there and is quite disturbing.

Can you fix something?. I’ve had this game ever since it came out! But for some reason, when I try and watch an ad it won’t let me. It’s ALWAYS says ad unavailable and I’ve checked every day for a year and still nothing. Help??

Fix the tutorial. I can’t even get past the tutorial. It bugs out when choosing the Revue song for whatever reason. I’d like to play actually this game at least.

My 3rd review. Because it doesn’t save it.. so I’ll make it short.. -crap gacha rate/fake increase gacha pull rate -4* memoir mixed in pool so less chance on getting the limited girls just like FGO.. another gacha hell, wow just what we need.. -scummy global devs, changing/spreading limited event girls on back to back events.. -after getting all the gems in pve, you can only get gems in dailies, events and some in pvp boxes.. -low selection of girls so goodluck getting some meta girls to climb in pvp.. did I mention low gacha rates, so you whale you win, but it have a low gacha rate.. + ad gacha + free skip tickets

If I get one more 4* Memoir. The games fun however the ratings are absolute garbage. Yeah it’s common to get a 4* but only Efficking memoir and no one wants them when there 90% of your pulls. Balance out the rating or make a separate gatcha for the memoir and character because I’m ready to drop the game.
