Best App. Best app in its category

Stress free. Even with the fact that there’s a section to calculate park lot fee before getting to airport make it a wonderful app.

So happy. I’m so grateful for this app! My parents don’t speak or read English, and it makes me so happy that I can easily help them find and navigate to the right gate using this tool. It’s truly a lifesaver for families like ours. Thank you for making travel less stressful!

Slow and non functional. Internet is so slow that the app only downloads about halfway in the allotted 15 minutes. Then, you have to reconnect and start over in an endless loop of wasted time and effort. Crazy than an international airport such as this makes you jump through hoops for basic WiFi service. Ridiculous.

Wow. It caters to all my transportation needs and I am very happy so far in using this app. Everything is easy

Wifi. Only 1 hour wifi, is this a joke. Look at the other airports around the world, such a shame... Pass

Spurious notifications. I am getting spurious notifications such as ‘test’ or ‘kk’. I am not even sure if they are genuine or if they are hacked. Probably a junior developer pushing debug notifications to all end users without oversight. So much for ‘liyakat’

Basarili. Otopark icin kullaniyorum, mobil odeme ve fatura secenekleri cok guzel ve isimi kolaylastiriyor. Ek olarak arabanizin yerini de size hatirlatabiliyor plaka okuma ile.

İGA. The best airport app in the world for the biggest and most amazing airport in the world.

Battery drainer in the background. After departing from the airport. I saw the device battery was draining with little or no use. When inspecting on which apps were the highest consumers of power. It was this app. Of 10+ apps IGA app consumed 99% of the available power. What is this thing doing in the background that uses this much power, why does it need to do anything in the background ?????

Doesn't work.. Simply doesn't work on iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4. I get only a picture of the airport (front page) and nothing else. No buttons, no menu. ☹️🤷‍♂️

Sign up fail. Tried to sign up, after checking all boxes abd agreeing on the terms of reference the app failed to move to the next step although tried to click numerous times.

Worst app ever. Zero customer experience, don’t waste your time to look on something. Just crap, a 5 year old child could develop a better app.

Don't waste your money!. No service in Istanbul airport what so ever with IGA. Extremely difficult to locate the buggy service since there is no clear signs or stops, all you see is ushers that can barely speak English and very ill informed. This applies to both arrival and departure. No electric gate service, even for Turkish passport holders who enlisted their names in the system! Above all there is no contact info to call or write an email! Also App is full of bugs and slow.

Layover made easy. This makes layover so much more manageable.

Ishmail Lamin Kamara. Good app it shows all the map for Istanbul. It a real time location GPS and it provides details information.
