.jmw.. Loads to about 88% and dies.

Doesn’t work. The iOS version doesn’t work. Keeps loading over an over. Sometimes asks for a wi-fi connection, and mine is connected, but no difference. The loading process starts over and over.

It crashes every time.. The app will open, but when I try to scan the room, it freezes and then crashes. I have a rather new device too.

So cool!. I just downloaded the app prior to going on an Edge sailing and you can see the ship in your own living room! So fun. I saw a lot of reviews that it doesn’t work but I am on Wi-Fi and allowed access to camera, location and Bluetooth and it worked great for me.

Celebrity Edge App. Can’t access it from home. Keeps telling me to scan the floor

Won’t load. Can't be used from home. Tried a few times and deleted

Zero. This app will not execute. Get as high as 90% load then it just quits.

Crashing and missing functionality.. Keeps crashing! Can’t explore inside of the ship, was considering a NYE cruise but this doesn’t exactly help.

Nothing to see here. I would give zero stars if possible. I scanned all the floors in my house and got nothing. 20 minutes of waisted time!!!!

Worthless. You can only see the intro unless you are on the ship. If you are on the ship who wants to keep looking at their phone instead of the actual ship? Garbage app-delete!

Hope the ship works better than the app!. Very long download time, only the intro is playable. Perhaps you have to be on board to make the rest of the app workable.

Horrible. The tour takes forever to load and then you can’t see anything unless you’re on board. What a complete waste!

Dumbest idea ever!. Celebrity’s website, while graphically appealing, is information lite. Their ship information is nothing more than a deck plan (helpful) and marketing (waste of time). I can’t get any of my questions answered! I hoped this app would fill the gap. Inexplicably you not only have to be on the ship for it to work, you are instructed to point your camera to the floor for it to work. Presumably to determine location. Obviously useless to plan a trip - my purpose. Even useful from my stateroom?

Terrible. I have been trying to use this app and it is not working. The only things I can see are the “magic carpet” and the “bubbles”. We are booked on this cruise for November, 2019 and really wanted to get the tour beforehand!

Not Usable on iPhone 8. My wife and I are considering a cruise on the Edge’s new sister ship Apex and we were hoping to see the video “tour” of the Edge as a preview. However, the app won’t play as it demands that location services be turned on. I have the most recent iOS on my iPhone 8, but Celebrity's app still only has audio -but video doesn’t show.

Scanning floor. Just keeps saying scan the floor. When you hit “x”, app crashes. Needs work!!

Battery. This app is eating up my battery on my iPad and iPhone. Particularly background refresh and no way to turn that off. I would not recommend it.

Not a very useful planning tool. You’ve got to be on the boat for most of the content to even work. Very little useful info for planning a trip or most importantly what you might see/ experience on a trip. Not worth the time.

Nope. ISO will not load this. Failure repeatedly. Fixed by hitting delete. Was worth a try but no luck.

Limited access. Would be nice to have full access prior to sailing to get to know the ship better

Unable to open. I have tried to load this app more than 15 times and it cuts out at 89.7% all the time. My iPhone is up to date with operating system and I have plenty of storage, not sure what else to do

Too Edgy for us. Vacationed on the Edge December 16/18...suite class...very disappointed...embarkation thru disembark...service not up to par...specialty restaurants NOT special...entertainment lacking...and the “magic carpet “was mostly closed or reserved for private functions...we will not choose this class of ship for future cruise(s)...we typically cruise 3 or 4 times annually...sorry Lisa...you missed the boat with this one!

Doesn’t work at all. Just asks me to scan the floor then scan a bright area then shuts down. What’s with this app? Don’t download until it’s fixed

Not working. Restart downloading when I press to open the app.

Waste of time. Do not bother with this app, download it twice and it’s still won’t start on either iPhone or iPad. It keeps telling me to delete if not running and re download which makes no difference.

VR. A bunch of videos of people standing in my living room and audio recordings. Not exactly Edgy!

Big Waste of time - JUNK. Downloaded this app with great anticipation. Whoever sold the company on making this app is the only one who has benefited. I will never get back the time I have wasted trying to get it to work.

Interior shots missing. I can’t access the interior shots. There is no “Interior button” on my ship - only the “magic carpet” and “micro bubbles” buttons.
