What was isn’t anymore!. Celebrity always had a great reputation, fun but quiet, great food & great service. We just returned from a cruise on which there were over 400 kids with nothing to do. We couldn’t get seats at the pool; there wasn’t any room in the pools; the hot tubs were full of 3 yr. olds. The kids ran around everywhere. It was terrible. Staff told us Celebrity filled up the ship with special deals for kids. Food was still great but service wasn’t. We ate in Blu with no reserved table each night. The Captain in Blu bounced us around to different tables each meal so that servers never got to know us. The elevators stopped on most floors because of kids pressing buttons. It seemed more like Carnival or Royal Car.

App is not organized. App is very slow. Very difficult to find what you need. Reservation process, especially for restaurants, does not flow well. And each restaurant has different circumstances. For example, reservations for The Edge can be made, but then you can’t pick a day or time, leaving you hanging and concerned what you will ultimately get. And this is after you have already paid for it. For other restaurants and services, rather than the app telling you what times are still available, you have to keep trying different days until you might find one, possibly to discover that there aren’t any left. Why are all the restaurants listed, even the ones you don’t need reservations for? Understanding beverage prices, not just alcohol, is very complicated and really needs to be simplified. Prices kept increasing for the spa treatments. Is wellness check assigned time the same as boarding time? It’s not clear. For a “top rated” cruise line, I would have expected much better.

Celebrity Cruises at your fingertip!. It’s awesome to have the ability to check out the daily agenda for 3 of Celebrity’s ships (Equinox, Reflection, and Constellation) on your smartphone. Look ahead to see the entire cruise events days of in advance, and plan accordingly. Thanks Celebrity for providing this app for passengers. There’s more than just upcoming scheduled events on this app. Why not give it a try? Check it out before your cruise, or try it to see if cruise life might be for you (no booking necessary, but you might be tempted to book a cruise once you see what’s offered onboard a Celebrity ship. 😍

Celebrity in the eyes of this patron. After 13 wonderful cruises with Celebrity (1 with Royal Caribbean, 1 with Cunard, 1 with Norwegian and, I hate to say it, 1 with Carnival) I bought a 14th cruise with Celebrity this year. I was PACKED for departure on the Equinox to the Eastern Caribbean leaving Fort Lauderdale on March 14, 2020. If you are 79 years of age in this COVID-19 environment, irrespective of your distance from the nearest perceived threat, you think twice about the timing of your 14th cruise. With trembling fingers on my keypad, I opted for the “Cruise with Confidence” choice that Celebrity offered. My reason for contributing to this review collection is to let the sailing world know that Celebrity is as accommodating, gracious, professional and comforting an organization as one could imagine in these turbulent times as they are aboard the ship. I still look forward to my 14th with Celebrity and hope that it comes soon.

Hurricane Ian. I had to not go on this cruise because our house was in the path of hurricane Ian. I lost all my money and you all keep sending me these happy cheerful notes about a cruise that I couldn’t go on. You should have some sense of understanding that we could not leave. I know you can’t give my cruise back but you certainly could have refunded all of the incidentals that we bought that were part of the cruise. You can’t resell the room but we did not ingest any of the items that we purchase nor did we use the Wi-Fi. No one seems to really talk to me about it so I hope everybody is having a wonderful time on the cruise that we had to miss because of a storm

5K later, I’m wrinkled & disappointed!. Despite upgrading my room to an Edge room with an infinite veranda, I am only able to dine at 4 restaurants on board, without an additional fee. I purchased a drink package which covers drinks up to $10, yet most drinks coincidentally start at $11. As I write this review 5 hrs after departure, I’ve had to go back to guest svcs 4 times to resolve a variety of issues, including not having any paper reference to anything going on aboard the Beyond and an app that’s misleading/because some listed items “apply only to other celebrity ship guests” so I was told. Then when trying to get dressed for dinner (for which I must change because shorts are not permitted in the main dining areas) I discovered that after spending 5K I don’t even have access to an iron! I was told that I have to pay an additional fee for laundry services. Thus far this is absolute worst!

What a mess!. The ship was scheduled to leave at 8 pm until recently we receive a notice by email that it is changed to 4:30. Our original check in time was 4 pm which we find it weird that no one from Celebrity reminded us to find an earlier check in time. Anyway we did it on our own anyway n changed to 2 pm. Anyway, things are so confusing when we get on board. We have booked a room w 2 single beds n the room is a double bed when we walked in. We were supposed to check in Muster station n when we get to the 5/F there is no signage at all to point us to the direction n when we get there the station was closed. I was not able to book my dining time online which make me stand in line for hour to know when n where I am going to dine at. Everything is so messy n show the mgmt system n administration is really bad.

Sarah. The meals have been very very good and the services and severs all have been very nice. I will come on another cruise on this boat and other cruise ships too. I have been have a wonderful time on this fun cruise ship. I love all the views from every angle and windows of this beautiful Alaskan trip this is my first cruise to Alaska with my parents for my birthday cruise with my parents. I wish that it was longer trip so I can do all of the wonderful excursions that were being offered. To bad we did not go into Sitka I would have loved to have seen that town too.

Doesn’t even work!. I got this app about two months ago and when I first logged on and it worked it was a beautiful app. It has a lot of great features. But, I was only able to login the one time and it hasn’t worked since. When I called Celebrity they say it’s only really good for the Celebrity Edge ship, the other three on there which one of them is the Summit ship that we are going on, it doesn’t currently work for. They told me I have to keep trying and that one day it might work and that if I was on the Celebrity Edge it would work perfectly. Well unfortunately we are not going on the Celebrity Edge, so that helps me none. If the app doesn’t work why offer it to people? Please fix it and then offer it.

Problematic - a lot of wrong and missing info. I love that there is an app, but if it exists it needs to be accurate because Celebrity encourages people to use that for info, and there was a lot that was missing or wrong. Times and locations for certain events were completely wrong - we showed up to an event and the people at the location had no idea what we were talking about. It also only randomly let us make dinner reservations, on probably about half the days I got an error that someone in my party was ineligible, but then the next day it would work. Also a lot of things were not possible to reserve on the app but it provided no details on how exactly we should reserve . My biggest issue was the info missing from the excursions. The website had details that were truly vital - like that you had to provide your own towel for an excursion that wasn’t obvious a towel was needed. But the app made absolutely no mention of that. So if you didn’t pay the exorbitant wifi cost or hadn’t printed off all details in advance and just trusted the app you would miss key pieces of information for the excursions.

J Mark Gray. Have been accompanying my family on celebrity Cruise lines for over twenty Years. Never disappointed. Best food and best people in the industry. I've been a time or two as guest on other lines, no comparison. I do understand that it is more expensive but I understand why. Planning my next Celebrity cruise as I write this review, in Norway on the APEX now..We are making memories that will be passed to next generation. Thank you for a great time.

Poor service on board. This app seemed great but a day or two before sailing, I had problems accessing it. Every time I opened the app it would say let’s find/link your cruise, Id enter my info and I’d get “sorry we’ve hit a snag” message. On board they told me to delete the app and reinstall. But then the app would not download on the ships WiFi. I was able to finish install at ship’s next port. However I was continuously asked to link my cruise/log in (sometimes this went smoothly, other times it did not) through out the trip so I just stopped using it. We were a party of 10 and all of us had various problems such as these. We basically did not use the app. Also my husband and I were able to get the messaging feature working but there is no notification of communication while not in the app, so it is pointless. I wonder if this is a ploy to get you to purchase a WiFi package (which we did, but we still did not use the app). Disappointed.

Celebrity edge. I like the room with balcony and the bathroom is bigger than princess cruise. The room services staff was very nice. The dining room is set up nice and roomy and perfect view. The 14 floors buffer food is ok and not much change. Wish could have more variety food to select. Not much Asian food and few staffs seems tired and not much welcome or happy to serve food to guests. The main restaurant food is good, not much activities to celebrate in the dinning during holidays. I don’t feel the festive or holidays decorations in the dinning room. Not much going on for gift shops for the sale like princesses cruise for the fun of the shopping spirit. The lobbies areas are highlighted for the holidays, lots of music and entertaining and bars. Area for seating is plenty and the shows are great. The photo shop is much self service, the staff need little bits of cheering and enthusiastic of happy. I like the 15 floors for the exercise followed by the trails to walk or running. The gym room has good size and not humidity. I wish they could highlight some the activities program on the daily news paper and on TV or announce on over head speaker. I did not see much games or Chinese mah jong activities supplies in the social room or other areas for the guests to relax playing with there family. Over all I do enjoyed my trip and certainly with my families members gathering. But once comes with individual or solo, i was boring little bit.

Great step forward. Used the app on The Edge and Reflection. Great to have calendar, daily schedule, reservations right at your fingertips. Three tweaks need to be made. 1. Don’t kick us off ships free WiFi every few minutes, very cumbersome to continually sign onto WiFi 2. Filters shroud default to All, not Recommended. Once I switch to show all, it should stay there but instead, it reverts to Recommended after every refresh or reconnection on WiFi 3. Chat feature needs to send notifications to phone. You have no idea if someone is texting you unless you are actively in the app. It needs to have a noise and banner notification just like a regular text

Just off cruise!. Excellent service from start to finish - at Retreat with Connie & Conner, at Luminae, with Telma and her awesome crew: Moniek, Emi, Michael, and Anna. Fabulous meals at Sushi on 5 and Blu. The shows were all fabulous - we never missed one! Jen M was a such an amazing singer & a great entertainer as well. Maureen L was a wonderful comedian and entertainer as well - we saw her early & late night show! Thanks to Manuel & Kelli - Bingo was fun wish I Won! Thanks to the amazing crew from suites - Angel was so attentive & accommodating. I Wayan was so wonderful & attentive to keeping up with our schedule too. On another note -everyone was always smiling, asking if we needed direction or if they could help - even stopping their chutes to give u a smile !

I wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT CRUISE WITH CELEBRITY! We have emails confirming we would receive a full refund for our cruise. We were told to wait a specific amount of days for it to go through. After waiting well past the allotted time, we contacted them again. They are now saying they will not issue a refund despite their confirmation. We have contacted lawyers and will be taking action. Our honeymoon was cancelled over a year ago. Celebrity lies. We get passed around to different representatives and none of them are backing their original confirmation. I encourage everyone battling them to reach out to an attorney. This is so wrong, they are manipulative and deceitful. I will NEVER cruise with Celebrity again and I will tell everyone I know! But don’t worry, their app works fine.

A good start. We are so happy that Celebrity has an app now being tested! We have used the app every day to find things like our itinerary, menus, special events, and activities. Here are a few things I think might make it even better. - Correct and up-to-date information. Several times the menus have been incorrect and we noticed that when we changed time zones, the ship’s time on the app did not change until very late in the day. - It would be great if you could put a star or mark/highlight by certain activities or events that you were interested in attending. It would be a great way to keep track of your schedule and not forget/miss our on activities of interest. - I think you would have greater participation in usage of the app if you were able to message other people on board using the app. -It would be nice to add a notifications in the setup of the app so that we could select to be notified of things that we might be interested in (ie wine tasting, mixology class, dance lesson, etc.) Overall, it is a good start and we’re happy to see Celebrity working on this.

Florida Girl. I only travel on Celebrity and have had many good cruises. However, now it’s very difficult to get to talk to anyone. The app is very difficult to manipulate getting a confirmation when you purchase a drink package and excursion package of Wi-Fi package is impossible. You have to call and hang on at least a half an hour and try to get someone to send you something, I’m very disappointed with the service I’m getting before my cruise. I’ve been on the web several times trying to check in for the cruise. I can’t even get past bicker Cruise it’s very difficult. Celebrity needs to update their services to cruisers and potential Cruises or I might go back to Viking

Immigration Officer. Had a death in the family and had to disembark on Monday. IO MJ. seemed to careless about our situation and only about the penalty fees. He did nothing but talked about the process. He never got personally involved to make sure we were helped. This included a promised ride to the airport that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes and finally had to flagged down a cab, which we had to pay for. I hope no one else has to experience this callous type of treatment. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely disappointed.

Dealing with Back-to-Back Cruises. I love that Celebrity has incorporated the health and safety parts of embarkation into the app to smooth the process. But when you have booked two or more cruises close to each other, there does not appear to be any way to roll forward to an upcoming cruise to add health and vaccine information ahead of time. It appears you have to complete one cruise before you can prepare for the next, kind of negating one of benefits of the tight integration and streamlining of the process.

the Celebrity App. I think this is one of the best ways to get all your information imputed, book shore excursions, book dining reservations and and purchase anything extra, and especially the how easy it's made the lifeboat drill!! I have been sailing with celebrity for 35 years and have sailed on 33 cruises exclusively with Celebrity and I remember since the Meridian and earlier ships how I dreaded the check in process and remember how time consuming it was which long lines with luggage in hand just to get to the area of the cruise port terminal to check in. I think the app is very easy to use and helpful and it has brought the cruising experience to the next level! I look forward to my 1st cruise day because I know we will me processed and on the ship within a half hour of getting to the cruise pier!! Waiting two hours. Not sure why we made reservations months ago for our excursions for Florence and Pisa and days before our cruise we received an email stating a near by port change, all excursions cancelled, and now we have to attempt to schedule two days in Tuscany all over. And with this attempt, “One of our agents will be right with you.” Yet we are waiting over two hours and no one “agent” has answered. “Voted best” premium cruise line, is not whatsoever living up to your superlative descriptions. I’ve been on dozens of cruises around the world. We enjoyed Apex last year in Greece, now Beyond in a few days. If this is how Celebrity want to disprove all its bragging rights of “raising the bar” with us, then it may be the last.

Reaction to timing. At the age of 76 the timing to get tests and confirmation of negative test as a lab type response is not in our control. We took the test are fully vaccinated and in good health but the state of Florida is way behind in processing results so we are being subject to a high level of stress. A poor way to embark on what was to be a pleasure trip as we have already invested thousands of dollars to ensure the experience. By the way I am retired executive Vice President of Arvida/ Disney corporation who lead there hospitality division. I look forward to hearing from you and obtaining assistance in reversing this situation. Thank you

Your Hostess Florencia Henriquez. I would like to conmemorate our hostess at Opus restaurant, Florencia Henriquez. She knew how to make everyone welcome and knew the names of most of the passengers. She even remember our cabin number. She walked the salon and stopped at the different tables to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. She was a true hostess and by the end of the cruise we felt we were friends leaving her house. I cannot thank Celebrity enough for having employees like Florencia.

Comfortable cruising. Just before COVID my husband & I booked three back to back cruises from Honolulu to Sydney, Melbourne and the Great Barrier Reef. It was the trip of a lifetime for us. Wonderful activities every day, lectures each day about the ports we were approaching and history of the South Pacific and we loved hearing about Captain Cook. Plenty of interaction with the passengers from Australia who were returning home from Hawaii after doing their holiday shopping. We learned so much by joining them at meals and hearing their recommendations for where we should visit and what we shouldn’t miss. Crossing the international dateline was a huge experience and the officers of the ship made the passengers a big dance party on one of the upper decks and fun was had by all. Except for kissing a dead fish, which a few of us did! We made some lovely connections which we still hear from via email. We’re booked again in March on Beyond with friends. Can’t stay away too long. Celebrity is our go-to cruise line for a perfect vacation!

25 years of cruising celebrity. The level of service is SO poor the cruise has not started off well. All the tables had dirty dishes on them for breakfast. Nowhere to eat. Yesterday we could not order drinks, I had to get up each time and get my own while the waitress waited in the table directly next to us each time. When she did finally get the last drink for us she stopped at the table next to us and talked for more than five minutes while we looked at our drinks. I had to go over to her and take the drinks and sea pass cards from her tray. Last night at dinner NO ONE took a drink order, I drank iced tea. I guess you didn’t lose any revenue, however, because we have drink packages and we’ve already paid… just no drinks.

Lack of Communication. I understand weather delays and problems happen. However when there is no communication to guests when we did not book directly with Celebrity I have a big issue. Or ship is delayed a day for embarkation due to weather. Talking to other guests who booked directly with Celebrity they started getting multiple contacts 48 hours in advance that there were potential problems and then notification about 24 hours in advance that the ship would sail a day late. I received none of those notifications. Finally about 12 hours before boarding I got notice from my booking agent. Hotels are now full I understand that my booking agent has a responsibility but Celebrity has no excuse for not informing all booked guests about the issue. This will be my last cruise with this company

Solstice 9-1-23 through 9-8-23. Great trip. Excellent care in cabin with Ray Ann. Table service was attentive and overall outstanding with waiters Alimusa and Bizar. We saw them both at breakfast at the Ocean Buffet and they personally acknowledged us by name. Very well done!! Also our Sommelier Jona served us beautifully. Our drink server from India we delightful. Great attitude by all. Our captain sailed us safely to and from the magnificent glaciers. A perfect GIFT trip from my son and daughter and their spouses. Solarium. Celebrity really does need to get a fairer system for getting a bed in the solarium. Perhaps 3 different blocks of time to give more people a chance? Some guests put stuff down and keep beds for whole day just returning occasionally. Notes on beds asking guests not to go that are not a deterrent. “System” is so unfair. Chatted with people who came to solarium at 4:30 a.m. to get best bed position then went back to bed. They finally returned to their reserved spot in solarium at 12:00 for a short while then leaving again. “It’s just what we do in case we decide we need bed” we were told. You must know this happens and still do nothing to make things fairer to all guests.

Dawes. Special kudos to Kelly for the wonderful narration this am while viewing the glacier. I especially liked the inclusion of the historical, geological and scientific aspects of this awesome scenery. She made it come alive. Also enjoyed her overview and highlights of the itenerary in the theater yesterday. She has an easy to hear and clear voice. Her voice was also filled with awe and respect for this area! On another note, I think Fred Fulmer would do better with a script in front of him to avoid rambling and stay organized tho. Ha. Thx again Kelly!

Edge. We booked this cruise because it would enable us to visit family on Roatan. Without notification prior to disembarkation Celebrity placed a restriction on leaving the boat at the Roatan port, unless of course we had booked an excursion thru Celebrity. We would have postponed or cancelled this cruise had Celebrity management been above board prior to the cruise leaving the dock. Additionally, in a telephone conversation with Celebrity guest relations prior to this cruise we were informed that only staff would be required to wear a mask once on board. We were surprised to learn of an onboard mask mandate. None of the emails prior to sailing indicated a policy change, likely because it would have resulted in guests cancellations. We will likely cancel our next scheduled cruise with Celebrity because of we don’t feel that management can be trusted. Shame on Celebrity!

Celebrity is #1!!. I’ve been on most of the cruise lines, but Celebrity shines far above all others! The service is perfect, the food is delicious and beautiful, and the shows are jaw dropping! All the ships are so clean and beautiful! The everything is included makes it so much easier to relax and enjoy everything Celebrity has to offer! I always recommend this line to anyone that asks! I have 3 upcoming cruises this fall! 5 star!!!

Very poor online capabilities. My opinion is that Celebrity’s IT department hasn’t done a good job on many different things. For example, today, during online check-in on their phone/iPad app, the check-in keeps hitting a snag (their words on the app). I’ve tried repeatedly to pre-check-in with no luck. But also on their website, they also don’t even list contact phone numbers for shore and airport transfers to pre-book for arrivals and departures. I just think Celebrity is weak on their website and phone apps.

App Not Working Properly. I downloaded the app and entered my reservation number. I see my cruise date, cabin assignment and can navigate to dining, excursions, etc. However, the app does not allow me to make any type of reservations and doesn’t show my booked excursions on my calendar. When I click on my profile, it says “unable to display reservation or folio. Please contact Celebrity Cryises for assistance with your account.” I’ve called three times and no one has been able to help me. I am told over and over again to delete the app and reinstall it. I’ve done this numerous times and the problem continues. I’m concerned that I won’t be able to check in on the app when the time comes and am frustrated that I cannot make any reservations or see the events on my calendar. Very frustrated and disappointed!!!

Trouble. I actually have not been on the cruise yet. But so far it has been a nightmare. Myself and my 2 other friends have been billed twice multiple times. Make sure to check your credit cards. Once for an upgraded room and excursions. They billed me twice for a excursion then cancelled me. Now it’s sold out. And they can’t help with that. I have been on the phone multiple times to try to figure this out. If you’re going to call them make sure your phone is charged because it will take at least 30 to 45 minutes to just start the process. I have had several calls that were more then 2 hours. Most of the time on hold. Good luck

Disjointed Experience - Feels Scammy. I kept finding myself spending significant amounts of time trying to find basic information about what packages Ive purchased for the cruise I just went on. Additionally, even if I’ve purchased a package for the cruise, let’s say the upgraded Internet package, the app still gives me the option for the upgraded Internet package! I can only imagine how many people have accidentally purchased the same upgrade multiple times without realizing it. Fix this. It doesn’t take rocket science to track what people have purchased and make that visible for people. It’s also not difficult to remove the upgrade options if someone has already purchased them. Do better.

Limited functionality pre-cruise. This is a review of the app, not of the cruise. Very limited app. Hopefully it will be more useful on board. There isn’t even a way to see your confirmation number in the app. That is a big omission. So when you click on the manage your reservation button, it takes you to a page where you have to enter not only your reservation number but also the name of the ship and the sailing date. That means rummaging through your email to find your confirmation. Really??? Celebrity needs to do better. Maybe look at airline apps and see how it’s done.

5 Stars. Beautifully appointed Stateroom, the designers thought of everything. Plenty of storage for clothing and toiletries, there is a place for all your personal items. The service is beyond our expectations, if you appear not to know where to go a staff member asks if you need help. Food and beverages are fabulous with an extensive choice of cuisines. The ship itself is immaculate, not a spec of dust or a stain anywhere. Cabin staff are very attentive and serious about your comfort. Well planned activities and entertainment. We will sail woth Celebrity again!

TRUST ME🙏. We’ve recently purchased a cruise package on Celebrity’s website. A very limited email was sent to me within a day or maybe sooner. It provided some rudimentary info and suggested a complete contract would be available by downloading their app and logging in. I did that … it basically offered the same ‘ non official’ numbers but the details link said not available …. But not to worry , l can call a number where l can get a verbal description of my complementary additional upgrades as provided in my contract ( the first call said ‘all’ our contract info was still in process? and it could take an additional day or two to fill in? It’s been long enough to process our complete cruise info and still the same ‘TRUST ME’ statement on your iPhone app… not very happy

Really nice app but needs updates. Overall, the app is great. You can check your account, setup excursions, see where the ship is, all the amenities, and much more! It’s easy to use and has a ton of information on your cruise and general information as well. I deducted one star due to conflicting information. I have contacted Celebrity on this but it still hasn’t been fixed. The COVID information is incorrect and conflicts with their website. One will say no pretesting required and the other says a pretest is required Masks are apparently optional on the ship accordingly to the website but according to the app, the casino and theater require masks I understood the guidelines are constantly changing but I was informed by Celebrity customer service that masks haven’t been required for at least several months. It’s safe to assume most people will be planning and using the app before and during cruising. Of course, both should the app and website should be updated to reflect current info. Please ensure your app is current so folks can rely on it, especially due to potential health requirements. The last thing someone wants to do is read “no test required”, show up to port, and find out one is required. Otherwise, I’m very happy with this app.

Apps needs to be useful. We just returned from a 5 day cruise on the Summit. We enjoyed a much needed vacation. The app and the webs page are not close to being useful beyond checking your basic information. Ship time was helpful but the only things that show up on the app are the premium reservations for dinner. We had quite a few spa treatments between us - 6 to be exact and non were on the app, the times were not correct on the hours and it was confusing if you needed reservations in the main dining room - after making them which also did not show up on the app. The app doesn’t show your entire package booked nor does the web page which as a software and cloud specialist for my company it especially aggravating. Celebrity needs to meet the times with technology.. we haven’t cruised in a long time and will probably not use celebrity again but the app needs to have some $$$ put into it to make the use worthy of the time to use it.. think about the end user when developing….. and have some real like end users test it not your own people.. trust me this makes all the difference!

Shade of former self. What can you say about celebrity cruise lines? Well, first you can’t tell celebrity anything itself without waiting between 1-3 hours on the phone. Yes, once I waited 3 hours because they had screwed up a reservation. Getting onto the ship is fine if you get there around 11:30-12. Otherwise you are waiting in another long line. None of the outdoor bars are open till 11:30 am on sea days, except one bar. So if you need something to drink on a sea day in the morning, prepare to wait. The staff is friendly. But when the ship is full, good luck finding a chair outside. Don’t bother getting the insurance because even if the government says you can’t sail, the insurance will still not refund your money…just give you cruise credit. If you upgrade your cabins you typically don’t have to wait to eat unlike other cruise lines.

Spent hours with Celebrity person on phone.. Apparently, my Celebrity app was not linked to my information. Spent hours trying to get information linked. Then with Celebrity person on phone with me, attempted to book sure excursions p, but still difficult to navigate, and when it was actually presented online I was unable to book it. It just kept rotating through the same sequence over and over and over again. when it showed “reserve now” it just started over and over again. I would fill all the blanks with the phone celebrity guide. But to no avail . I’ve spent hours trying to navigate different celebrity sites. I have been on several celebrity cruises in the past and have never experienced such difficulty.

Frustrated. The app doesn’t seem to respond to ordering excursions unless I refresh at least 5 times. Your literature says make dinner reservations once you are on board . This is incorrect. I finally realized I could reserve dinner a few days ago. Unfortunately, All reservations were taken. Also, nowhere on this app does it tell you when the formal nights are. So I was able to make a reservation on Day 9 for the Tuscan Grill, then by looking at the menu at the main restaurant, I figured that was the day the formal would be because a regular menu was not shown. I need customer service. Very frustrated. Not a big cruiser. Getting a bad feeling.

Just my opinion. Celebrity edge is a gorgeous ship. The staff is fantastic. Unfortunately the activities and music are not for old people. My favorite trips had history of the area lessons, classical music, an incredible pianist, broadway’s music. My favorite band here was Yana at dinner time. Can’t do both. I’m in bed by 10:00! I’ve eaten every meal alone since I got here. A get together for single travelers on the First night would be a godsend. I was kind of expecting it. Oh well. I saw it was added to the second to last night. Too late to find a friend to talk to.

Close but no lumps. This is one of the better cruise apps I’ve seen. But... big but here, the information on it has been highly inaccurate. Shows my cruise and dates, but the ports of call are incorrect, the docking times are incorrect. Not just by minutes but by half a day in some cases. The website for the same trip has the correct information. There is really no reason for a connected application to have incorrect information. It is merely supposed to be a different and unique way to portray the information available on the website. App will be great if they can get their act together with the data that feeds it.

NO FOMO. FOMO was created with me in mind. I love that I can always plan ahead! But I’m not tied to anything unless I reserve it. The night before I like to go through the calendar and add everything I think I’d like. Then throughout the next day, I know more or less where I’m going. Or if you’re traveling with friends there’s a text feature! So without even paying for the wifi you can stay connected to those on board. Excited to be boarding my 3rd ship this year 😍😍😍

Not all ships!. I’m booked on the Celebrity Eclipse but this ship and several others aren’t supported by the app. So, it looks cool, and it probably works well, but I wouldn’t know for sure. Why would you roll out an app that doesn’t cover your whole fleet, or at least announce the timeline for doing so? Not sure what we’ll do if it isn’t working by the time we sail, since in COVID times, I’d prefer to be as touch-free as possible.

Barcelona, Canne, Portofino, Pisa, Rome, Ajaccio cruise. Excellent stay at Apolo by Amelia, excellent team there also rooms, and food were just fine. Location was good for access to Metri and for just walking. Shipboard dining and activities so far have been excellent. Tour of Portofino was cancelled due to heavy sea swells and we understand that it’s always safety first. Also understand that we will not be charged for this tour (which did not occur). You have a high performance team. Their courtesy, and professionalism at every level is something we constantly experience (so far). Looking for ward to the remainder of the cruise.

Celebrity Eclipse 6 April 2023. Although I am reasonably computer literate I found this app confusing, frustrating and difficult to navigate. It is obviously geared for the US and not totally compatible with Australian market. I have a number of friends who are also taking my cruise and they also had problems with this app. I have taken a number of Celebrity cruises but have never before lost sleep worrying about filling out documentation. I do love Celebrity cruises but had a problem with this one.

Comments:. The Apex is absolutely fantastic !!The staff are brilliant and so helpful and obliging. The distinct architectural design of each separate precinct/ area is more than overwhelming ! The state rooms are a master stroke; the enclosed balconies and vertical sliding windows are seriously a great, intelligent design innovation ! I cannot believe the experience so far - we loved the Millenium and the Solstice, however the Apex has just raised the bar to a completely higher level !! Pathetic & disorganised check in & communication. We arrived from Australia recently, came to check in, our bags were accepted but when we went to check in we were told that Celebrity hadn’t submitted our details to immigration & we aren’t on the list so cannot board the ship. Celebrity have issued our booking, luggage tag, taken our money & bags yet we can’t board. We have now been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and keep on getting told that someone from Celebrity will come down & speak to us. Nothing has happened. This is really extremely poor service. We have been on many cruises in lots of countries and this has never happened before. Celebrity you need to up your service significantly

OK Mostly but Needs Work. I’m on a Celebrity cruise right now and trying to use the app as much as possible. Checking onto the cruise I loaded our boarding passes into Apple Wallet as I knew we would not have internet access in the cruise terminal. However when I tried to show them they had disappeared. The scheduling of daily calendar items into my personal calendar works well until something changes. There is no notification of the change. I should be able add personal calendar items easily into the personal calendar. However I have found no way that I can. That would be really useful.

Not sure how it works. I log in and always get a Different destination. I can’t see anything about my trip, or what’s in the boat, the tours, the activities etc. there are so many things that’s this app could show me in the month proceeding the cruise, that could encourage others to sign up, that’s it’s a wasted opportunity for you and us!

Pretty Average. 5 if us with a variety of phones have varying success with this app. 2 of us have full capability, 1 has partial and 2 cannot get anything from it. The Princess one has messaging services and personal planners available on it. This one is very basic. The dining room menus on it are great though.

Where’s millennium?. Downloaded this app to use in upcoming cruise on celebrity millennium but can’t see it included?

App not working on ipad. Just downloaded and installed, but the text on the screen layout overlaps, and the pull-up menu doesn’t fill the screen properly. My ipad is up to date.

X press pass. It will not give us the XPress pass

Shows. Shows were very ordinary the first week then they got better

So far so bad. Have paid $30,000 for three suites for one week. Too many problems to list including that staff still can’t find my husband’s suitcase and one of the suite front doors does not lock. Add to that empty mini bars when we arrived, no room service for my granddaughter’s dinner, cot not in suite when we arrived, no internet, bedside lamps not working and the list goes on.

Not going well. Trying to check in using the app. The passport scanning feature doesn't pickup correct dates, despite rescanning. Had to enter passport information manually. Next it won't take my credit card details. No reason, just "try again later". Not good enough!

Wifi upgrade. Can’t upgrade from basic to premium for 1 guest without the other who doesn’t need the premium Be great if celebrity responded to such a simple enquiry without a 30 day response st which time the cruise is over Really ?

Hopeless app. find it difficult and useless

basic information required first... The site is heavily weighted towards selling tours. However I'm unwilling to book any without seeing the full schedule showing estimated available time in port. 4 hours, 6, 8?? Only then can I work out walking time, lunch, excursions free time and time to get back to the ship. Sales are essential for excursions but a genuinely helpful cruise line should supply essential port information to their customers. I choose to not book until I have the information to plan my day in port properly. Perhaps I missed something. Whatever, I will now have to spend a lot time looking on the internet instead of just booking blind. The best lesson I ever learned in my business career was to help my customers as opposed to just selling to them. Then the sales flow. That said, some of the excursions sound interesting.

Health Questionnaire Check In. It has been quite frustrating in using to complete the health questionnaire. We have tried several times but nothing is working. Thanks

Wow times have changed. My last cruise was only a few years ago but gee how quickly things change now I can know all there is to know about my cruise months in advance by download the Celebrity cruise app. It’s really quite amazing how Celebrity has designed this app so user friendly as well. I totally recommend it to anyone about to cruise. One bad point is that technology seems to have caught up with the cruise industry meaning people (including me) will never be off their phones even when “getting away from it all”.

Useless. The app is useless. Sack the idiot who created. No navigation or intuition. Based on trying to book restaurant. Wish I was not taking cruise from app. All looking to do is get more money. Not help.

No sounds from app too slow. The app has messaging but there is no sound. Staff said use what’s app but not available without paying for wi fi. The swipe button or slide is not responsive

iPad function very limited. The way the app works is extremely limited functionality in IPad. It is focussing on vey few things about current cruises and not showing the ability to view features. The focus is on the calendar not on what is available to do and itineraries and value added experience.

Bad smell at the wall near the bedhead in stateroom. Couldn’t sleep well during the night due to unpleasant smell near the bedhead.

Power points are not to an Australian standart. There was no info on the cruise webpage in terms of power point bring not australian standard. We are facing two weeks on the ship not being able to use the devices. Especially not being able to use the cruise app.

Dress. There needs to be an area on the app where the dress requirements for your cruise are outlined. Ie. are there formal nights? Are there Hawaiian nights? Etc

Lack of useful features and bland implementation. Too much of the app is about selling you something rather than helping you work out what you’re doing in the cruise. Calendars require you to page through each day rather than give you a list of things that are already confirmed. Reservations show you things you haven’t booked in a bid to make you book them, rather than differentiating what you’ve booked from what is available. Availability is only shown after you’ve clicked past the title so you’re continually navigating back and forth trying to remember what you’ve read, what you’ve booked and whether any of it is relevant. Designed by a salesperson not a user.

Boarding docs. Love the express boarding, but do I need to be reminded by emails when I have already done it?

Booking a new cruise. Trying to find out about cruises over Christmas. Its been very challenging to review or go back while looking at different room packages. Every time I want to recheck, it kicks me out and I have to restart at the filters. Extremely frustrating! Also, you wont let me post my comments regardless what nickname I choose…hmmm

Notification abuse - advertising. I dislike an app that sends advertisements via notifications. It’s a social contract that notifications are only for upcoming reservations

Wish you would put the dates…. It’s fun to see our calendar of activities, but besides the information « Day 1 » it would be nice to see the date. Hard to remember what « Day 3 » is, much better if i could see also written « saturday 16 december. » Just a thought…

Not user friendly. I have use other cruise apps on another cruise line and so far this one isn’t as straightforward nor as detailed compared to the other app.

Why not 5 stars?. Even with outside temp in the 70’s, long pants and sweaters required in numerous places especially the theatres. One outdoor movie we passed on because there were no chairs, no backs on the benches and we older people don’t sit on the ground. Always long lines at guest services and we had to go there a number of times ( lost access to celebrity app, enquiries about wifi, beverage pkg etc) The staff however were wonderful. There should be a designated elevator for walkers and scooters. I witnessed a man on a scooter run over a ladies foot. After enquiring at the spa and determining it was out of my price range, we received a $50 coupon. However, not planning to use it as it was still too expensive the spa left a message and the message light on the phone started flashing in the middle of the night. That same night our TV came on by itself at 5am. We are only half way through our vacation so hopefully things will only get better. I do wish to say however the the staff are wonderful, very friendly and efficient.

Only in English. Hard to go through all the functions when it’s not our language. Even the web site is only in English. French should be in option, as well as other main languages.

Birthdate entry cumbersome. In the lookup for your cruise, it asks for birthdate but requires you to tap through every month of every year to get back to your birthdate, rather than allowing you to enter the date. Tapping through over 60 years of months is really cumbersome.

Limited information. None of my pre booked excursions are showing in the app. I booked them 2 months ago. I have updated the app plus removed my cruise link, removed the app, dowlanded the app again and relinked my cruise. Still no excursions showing in my calendar. Disappointing.

Menus. The app needs to contain the menu’s for the restaurants. Even is subject to change.

Similar to. App is very similar if not the same as the excellent Royal Caribbean Cruise Line one :)

Hawaii. We booked a cruise to Hawaii based on the itinerary offered, and now the itinerary is being changed, and several of our excursions are being canceled…. and when trying to rebook different excursions on the new itinerary …..They’re all sold out. Not happy!!!!

Overall good app. Overall is a pretty good app! My main issue with app is that it is frustrating when you are looking at the calander days of sailing it only says “day 1, day 2… ect” it doesn’t actually give you the date (example: “November 22nd”) so when you are planning your trip you have to know what day each port it is and cross reference to the date. It is nice to be able to see various menus and events going on, and also nice you can use it as a room card!

Sloooow. Extremely slow to load and needs to reload if it closes for a second. It has a lot of functionality built in but is not practical to use for things like room controls when it takes 15-30 seconds to load. Found it very difficult to learn the layout. Once you do it makes sense but not very intuitive. Oddly you can search future cruises on land from it but once on board it redirects you to the future cruise desk. This forces you to use the website outside of the app.

Not really the information you want.. The app may be more interesting when you are actually on the ship. But beforehand it doesn’t show you anything about your account, including what purchases you’ve already made. I tried to check in on the app and that didn’t work either. What I really want to know is which of the excursions did I buy? What is is included in what I have already purchased? Instead the app is geared to sell sell sell.

No langage option(French). I was very surprise that there are no language option. I think it’s unacceptable for a company like yours.

Does Not Fully Support iPhone 14 Pro. On Celebrity Beyond with a group and the two people with iPhone 14 Pro can not control room functions via the app or use the digital key. Everyone else in our group can use this feature with older iPhones. These phones have been out for 6+ months and still no support? We have the latest iOS and celebrity app so it must be a lag with the developer.

Sorry. I have sailed on the Summit 2 or 3 times in the past. The crew is great, room steward Noreen is the best. Food is OK, not outstanding. There is no help in the ocean view buffet for those, like me, who have mobility issues. My main complaint is the scarcity of handicap bathrooms. We found one outside the theater that was fine. Others were part of larger bathrooms and the toilet was low, the grab bars were not placed in the best location, and maneuvering a scooter in them is difficult. Movies shown on deck 12 did have a lift, but no bathroom facility there. I have canceled future cruises that were booked.

The cruise company.. I feel Celebrity cruises are top notch in the industry. All aspects of your crew work together like professionals should. I’ve been on many of your ships big and small.(like the Zenith to the Apex). Actually 36 cruises between yours and Royal. Always enjoyed every one since the year 2000. App keeps wanting to update even after just updating.. I have been trying to use the app to go into my reservation for the last couple of weeks. The app prompts me to update even though I have the most current version and it will not let me access my sailings.

Ridiculous that Solstice is not supported!. Celebrity advises to use the app for check-in, I download it, login and the I am advised that my cruise on the Solstice is not available for checking in on this app...why didn’t you warn me that I cannot check in for “my” cruise on this app and it only works for cruises booked on the 4 ships that are supported...I understood that my ship wasn’t supported, I figured that all other functionality would of the app would be available, not the case! What a waste of time! Don’t bother to download if you are booked on other ships beyond the 4 listed, app doesn’t do anything for your cruise then!

Wretched App by Nice Expensive Cruise Line. This app is awful, and that is putting it nicely. Trying to see anything is like looking through a keyhole…. the window can be magnified on the screen, but the amount of information one can see at one time is almost nil. For example, the list of activities shows only one or two, it is necessary to scroll incessantly to view the entire list of activities for a day. I have a huge 12.9” IPad, which is of no help because all this app does is magnifies the infinitesimal amount of information to the size of the screen. Same for the calendar view. One hour time at a time. Google would have gone bankrupt years ago if it had attempted to foist such a lame product on its users. To add icing to this mess, Celebrity requires that you download and use this atrocity. I guess it is testing cruel and unusual punishment in the time of Covid. Shame on you Celebrity.

Best experience. Me and 4 of my girlfriends went on a celebrity cruise last April 2023 on the edge. It was so amazing fell in love with the martini bartenders :) the service was amazing. We enjoyed it so much. We came back and talked friends and family into going with us in April 2024. We are going onto back-to-back. The first one is on April 20 on Apex. And the second one is April 27 the beyond we cannot wait. We are so excited. ❤️

VERY NICE!!. I simply do not know what the negative reviews are all about. I just downloaded the app and added all of my information for my upcoming cruise, and everything worked amazingly perfectly. Glitchy- incomplete profile data. Love the idea of Celebrity Cruises using app for everything but they must step up to the plate and make the app fully functional. The fact that we have to constantly resented Captain’s Club number and phone numbers when they have every piece of personal information necessary is shoddy, missing dining reservations, missing shore excursions, missing Captain’s Club points. Come in Celebrity- if you want to keep raising cruise fares, claim to be ‘luxury’ class service, then step up to the plate and deliver.

Cruise. I am looking forward to come on board, I haven’t been on a cruise for awhile. Will be there with families and looking to have fun. We saw pictures of the inside boat and it’s beautiful. Looking forward to all that good food that they showed on the video. Not to long for us to sail to the country, thank u for having us.

Little Useful Info. Preparing for our first cruise on Celebrity and getting excited. Unfortunately I find the app much like their website. I guess it’s good if you want to book excursions or upgrades but very frustrating if you want to get useful info to prepare or know details of what is included in your ‘all inclusive’ package. In short, it is mostly just a marketing tool for Celebrity to hawk more things to sell you. I will give them credit for providing a pretty good pre check-in facility on the app. Perhaps we’ll find the app more useful once on the ship.

Excellence on the water. Celebrity Constellation cruise on June 12-22 out of Ravenna was a nice cruise with great item array. Ship was clean with a great crew. I would like to point out one in particular. Her name is Angel and she was the casino host. She always had a smile on her face and made playing the games in the casino more fun. I would recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to get a good taste of the Greek islands and Athens.

From print to app. So excited about this app. I’m currently on my 5th celebrity cruise and my only tiny frustration was not knowing the activities in advance Until late the night before when they delivered the printed schedule to my room. This is amazing !!!! Not only can you see the activities in advance but you can select them and create your own activity calendar!!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant!!!!!! Love love love

Security Issue. This app does not correctly work with Apple’s built-in password management system for apps and web sites. Sloppy design or coding makes this app LESS SECURE for Celebrity customers. Selecting “Remain logged in” allows you to avoid the painful process of logging into the Celebrity Cruise app and web site by keeping you logged in. The app and web site should utilize iOS password management, security and privacy conventions to help keep their customers safe. Pleas =e resolve your login problems so that customers are not forced to Call celebrity and wait on ridiculously long hold times. I hope this is fixed soon as it is a true irritant and potential security risk that is not consistent with the Celebrity Cruises luxury brand.

Very useful on board. I loved being able to use this app while at sea to track the daily ship activities, double check our reservations, and learn about each port of call. We did not purchase an internet package, so it would be really nice if Celebrity added a texting feature to this app. Would make it so much easier to communicate with other people in your party.

The app. I use NCL app all the time. It’s user friendly. I can easily see my three booked cruises and excursions. I have no clue how to view my other booked cruises with Celebrity… and seeing as most excursions are expensive led out on my cruise… I am in deep trouble for my other three cruises because I can’t view them or book excursions

Service. The service has been outstanding for each time the wife and I’ve been on board for a cruise and how each crew member makes you feel like part of the family while you’re there . Thank You for all the hard work you do for us. Andrew Head Custodian Elementary School Overland Park, Ks.

Mixed Review. The app is good when it works. It may be hard to navigate at times until you get used to it. If you don’t use it everyday updates are sometimes missed and confusion sets in. Just a thought that maybe since a good percentage of your passengers are seniors it would help them to keep your app as user friendly as possible.

Little confusion. After going through several times, because I was confused, finally was able to complete my check-in and view my onboard pass. Sure do hope I did everything right when I get to the port.

Worst app ever. Relieved an e mail telling me to check in with the app and the app doesn’t have the cruise I’m trying to check into. The app won’t let me print luggage tags. I would never recommend celebrity for a cruise. Your apps and help services are the worst I have ever used. I called to ask a simple question and was told I had to use my travel agent. My agent was ill and didn't have the time to make the phone call. When we finally got answers from several different people they all had different answers. Very poor company Pick a different cruise line if you want hassle free service

Needs improvement. App is good to message others onboard or your stateroom mates. I also like how you can select events to your liking but when you “schedule” something it doesn’t remind you. Alerts should be a basic thing so for that we had to set our review back by 2 stars because it affects most of what we needed. We are on vacation so not going to check the app every hour. This needs to be updated! Other than that it’s great

Back to cruising. We have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, service and the ship. The entertainment has been good, too. Only suggestion is to shampoo some of soiled cushions and chairs. Our 11th floor stateroom is lovely but the sofa is in need of a good scrub. All in all, we’d go on the Edge again in future cruises. It’s pretty neat. Just say’n.

Another amazing vacation!. We just ended our 11 day Italy/Greece cruise and only have good things to say! The staff always provides such expectational service and really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy! Oh and we made so many new friends! Sad it’s over! Looking forward to the next!

Do not like it at all!. Okay... downloaded, did the update and I think still think this is a terrible app. Some of the icons overlap... many things not loaded... my personal items are not listed. Not intuitive to move around in..... for such a large company, I expect a decent app. I live on mobile devices and the Internet.... come on celebrity, get with it. I suspect you’ll ditch this developer soon!

First time Cruise. I was hesitant to take a cruise, but I will tell you as a first experience, it was beyond my expectations of being on the water. I Had to look out at the water to make sure I was not on land. Never got sick not once! Never saw the same people twice!! We had a Stateroom Veranda, that was wow! The ships massiveness is astounding!!! The entertainment was top notch!! The ships 1400 employees working 8 specialty restaurants, main dining areas 4, shops , spa activities till 2 in the morning , medical facilities were amazing!! The technology on the ship I want to take home with me!!!! Did I mention I never heard a sound. I thought I actually stepped into the 5 Star Ritz Carlton and did not remember I was on the Celebrity Ascents, newest Ship!!! I want another Cruise!!!

Our 30th Anniversary Cruise!!!. We are so excited to come aboard the Celebrity Summit in May, and celebrate our 30th Anniversary!!! Brooke Smith, our travel agent at Expedia Travel, has been amazing!!! The app for the Celebrity Summit Cruise has been fun and easy to navigate!!! Not helpful at this point. Hoping for improvement!. The app is attractive but there is very little useful info. They say they are adding more as we near sailing date, but that seems inadequate. If we have to pay full balance in mid December for a trip at the end of March, then they should most definitely have entertainment and excursion info at the ready. And the deck plans are not helpful if you can’t enlarge them. This is disappointing from Celebrity. They could look to Carnival’s passenger portal for a better way....

Prepaid Gratuities in all included!!. I love Celebrity!! I am very disappointed that they are taking away the prepaid gratuities after October 1st!! Knowing that everything is paid for before our vacation makes it that much more special!! I hope that you reconsider. I have been looking at other lines since I heard about the prepaid gratuities to see what lines offered them. I would rather stay with Celebrity!!❤️❤️

Sigh…. We love cruising on Celebrity. However, we HATE having to use their website/app. It crashes, it stalls and becomes unusable, it refuses to let me update our info, it loses updates. I don’t u defray and how the company can invest so much in making their cruises great, and yet invest so little in their website/app.

Just wow.. I’m only 13, and if you can control the blinds and lights with ur fricken phone, that’s the best app in the world. But for real, on the cruise, this app helped me out a lot, as it does have map. It also told me the schedule of some of the planned activities, which was pretty cool . The only reason it’s 4 stars, is because they made us stand in line for SIX hours just to get on the boat. That’s all have to say. Oh and by the way, Did I mention you can control the blinds and lights with it.

PR emails don’t mesh with me bile app. For over two weeks I have received emails telling to scan my passport into the mobile app to make embarkation easier. One major problem: That portion of the app doesn’t work. Also, it would be helpful if instructions were sent with the emails. Frankly, instead of rushing to release technology that isn’t perfected and look malfeasance, it would be better to wait a product that works. Let’s home the Edge is working better than this app. I am sailing on Edge in two weeks and am excited about this ship, but this app role out is disappointing.

Unbelievable. I am trying to use a future cruise credit. Now they are saying I used it this July…. NOPE! I have been trying to use this for 2 years. The last cruise, they said they would put it towards my balance. I got a bill while on the ship stating I owed money. They wouldn’t use the credit because we had already set sail… even though I was told it was applied. Now booking for March. More issues. This just doesn’t end. The ONLY reason I am still booking on this cruise line is to use this credit which should have been a refund in the first place due to cancellation during COVID. Do better Celebrity!

Messaging needs work. Just got off the Summit. The information and daily planner available was great and very easy to access. The messaging function, flat out didn’t work the entire trip. Every time I tried to search a person or add them to message I consistently got errors. Now that I am home and trying to add my next reservation to the app I’m getting the same error message. (Oops, there was a snag type of message) Really frustrating and inconvenient when you have a group on 11 on board....

Terrible App. App is terrible - not at all user friendly for anyone over the age of 50. Spent over 3 hours yesterday trying to enter COVID vaccination and test data and Bermuda Entry Authorization document but so far only one of us has entry authorization so not sure if we both will be allowed to get off the dam ship in Bermuda although we are fully vaccinated and boosted and tested negative for COVID 24 hours ago. And we are now less than 24 hours from boarding but nobody seems to care. Will think more than twice about sailing on Celebrity or going to Bermuda ever again.

App is slow as can be. Lots of helpful functionality in the app, but boy is it slow and sluggish. Slow when on WiFi, slow when on cellular, slow when on the ship and slow while off the ship. Loading certain pages can take 2 seconds or more, and sometimes it takes so long to swipe between tabs or load pages, that I get impatient, force quit the app and reload. That seems faster than waiting for the app screen to load.

Excursions booked through app not reserved. App is not updated with current info so just found out with only two weeks to cruise that excursion we booked through app were not reserved for our upcoming 10 day cruise on February 5 from Fort Lauderdale. We had credit card on file and over $1000 in onboard credit so thought we were good. App indicated it was processed. Now we are getting no help except sorry check when you board ship. So basically we have nothing but the cruise. Very disappointed to say the least. Would really like some resolution from Celebrity.

Love everything about Celebrity! Staff is amazing!!. Kea at the spa, gives great facial and massages. Dr. Yorman is kind and very understanding. He doesn’t pressure you during the consultation yet gives you great information! Totally appreciate that. Restaurant manager at Luminae is also over the top!!! Mr. Singh (Head Butler, goes over and above duty! I am sure they’re will be more accolades to come this week!

Real Information. So far I have not found any real information associated with this app. Yes it tells me about the restaurants on board but it does not state if they are part of the package or extra. Leaving the app I can look up other information but that is associated with a type of ship. Going back to the app I can’t find what type of ship I’m on. This app appears to mainly relieve the cruise line of providing information and lack any real specific details. Its a do less for less attitude, and make higher profits.

Fantastic Cruise Line. Glitchy App.. Sailed on the Eclipse to Alaska and had a wonderful time. Great staff, wonderful entertainment, and good food. We will likely be sailing Celebrity from now on. The only drawback is this app. The UX design is great and user friendly (when it works). I was constantly being kicked off the app and when it would load, no activities were listed. The messaging was also very spotty and had an almost endless loading screen. Overall a fantastic vacation but the app could use some touch ups :)

Other than check in it is useless. No useful information. No docking or all aboard times. Most of the time “my calendar” doesn’t work. This would be great to keep track of excursions and specialty dining reservations. No menus No information on chic nights in order to plan accordingly. Not personalized so as to keep track as to loyalty events. This would be helpful as I am used to the Royal Caribbean side of things. This app could be so useful with just a few changes!! Also no information about the charges to the account. It says 20 minutes and after a couple of hours… no update

More interested in booking a Cruise then servicing one!. I booked a 12 night cruise in the Caribbean my fifth cruise on celebrity may be my last if I cannot work it out. I’ve have spent over two hours trying to get a supervisor to rectify miss information I was given when booked so far no one‘s called me back after numerous promises if it’s not resolved by the time I am on the cruise which is December 10 through the 22nd , the ultimate southern Caribbean cruise I will not be sailing anymore with Celebrity

Mediocre at best. As an Elite captains club I think I have the knowledge and experience to comment… The silhouette as well maintained, very clean, and looks great! In my room steward Elijah (8199) has been exceptional The rest of the crew has been lackluster and somewhat in attentive My biggest complaint, however, is with the food. It’s just downright awful. The quality of the beef is embarrassing , the worst onion soup I’ve ever had in my entire life, escargot bit instead of entire snails as appetizers. No sides on the menu i in the main dining room? Everything comes out of the kitchen lukewarm. Ocean café is repetitive and what dishes are there or not very good either After this sailing, I unfortunately will not sail celebrity again and cannot recommend it to any family or friends

This app DOES NOT work on an iPad - it only works on a mobile device (phone) and intended to be used ONLY onboard the ship When I asked (& showed him) this webpage, he repeated “ This does not work on an iPad “ Even when I asked about checking in / doing safety drill / uploading vaccine photos “This app is not intended to be used of the ship” He later told me that he sent an email to Corporate, to have this app removed from the App Store Update The developers respond/ this app does Not work on iPad or tablets………for an app that does not work IT HAS A GREAT 4.6 stars???

Celebrity Web Site confusing. This web site is very confusing and does not follow an easy routing between screens. Tried to make Specialty Dinning reservations and potential Drink upgrade as well as your excursions. Was not able to easily & successful execute any. The site does not provide exact easy to follow descriptions of current included options and tell me what specifically I have included and what I should upgrade

A simply wonderful cruise app!. The Celebrity Cruise App is wonderfully helpful! You can put in all your information prior to boarding to expedite check in! Review the daily calendar before you depart , make reservations for tours , dinner and so much more once you board ! Download the App it will make your life so much easier having all that information on your phone !

A basic calendar app that could be better.. Great app for daily activities. Easy to add an event to the calendar. This app has many features that can and should be enhanced. My calendar should allow write in activities. It should also allow for sharing with roommate or other passengers. Also, all purchased events through celebrity should automatically be uploaded.

Useless. App is pretty much absolutely useless besides the absolute bare minimum. You’re supposed to be able to message others on the cruise but they don’t get the notification unless there is service elsewhere; which makes it pointless. But this nickel and dime cruise know that, they just want you to buy the overpriced WiFi, which you wouldn’t need the app for that then. Crashes, crashes, crashes. Crashing all the time! Locations and times for a lot of the things are just plain wrong. Why have kr get an app if it’s not helpful. If you do add something you want to do, it only shows up on your calendar and not who you are cruising with. For all the money you make and money you try milking your guests you think you would invest some of into an app that isn’t completely useless.

Great App, but…. The Celebrity Cruise app is a wonderful tool to keep guest informed and up-to-date with activities going on around the ship. The only change I would recommend is in the texting feature. I would recommend it to have a choice rather to have a notification sound when you receive a text. Friends on the ship would text me, but because the notification does not have a sound, I would miss the text.
