Lacking Instruction. Several of the mini-games were difficult ONLY because of lack of instructions. Some I figured out after trying different options but, for at least two games, I had to Skip. Please, a little more detail to instructions.

Can’t play. It started out great then when I went to purchase the game it kept saying purchase failed. So I thought how strange so I tried a different game and the same thing happened.I tried on 4 different games and all the same. Not sure what’s going on but I am giving up.

Good game. I enjoyed this game, and even with only five chapters it seemed a nice length. I like the on-screen evidence of collectibles. Some of the HOPs were kind of messy, and there is no alternative puzzles. The story line is unimaginative, but the execution had some unique elements.

iPhone SE 3rd generation 2022. This game was great I appreciate it because I am starting to love these kind of games.

Great game but ... no sound?. I am thoroughly enjoying this game, so I don’t want to take away from my review, however, there doesn’t seem to be any sound. I’ve downloaded a few of these BigFish games recently and none of them have had any sound. I don’t think it’s a problem with my device as all of my other apps work just fine. I’ve tried restarting my device, I’ve tried reinstalling the apps, I even scoured my settings to try to find a resolution. Nothing worked. It’s not a huge deal or anything, the game still plays just fine, it’s just kinda disappointing whenever I open the game and I see the screen that says “for the best experience, play with sound.” I wish I could play with sound, I don’t know why it won’t. 🙁

Figured this was going to happen. Been keeping up with status of BF to see if they would fire that CEO and his terrible decision to not release new games via iOS mobile devices. And sure enough the later part of this year he announced they would be revisiting the casual game market again. So here we go. Hopefully they release a new one everyday. 😏 This is a great game from an awesome developer; not talking about you big fish but 4friendsgames, although I couldn’t purchase.

Wont let me purchase. I live Living Legends games, but this one keeps saying purchasing payment failed every time I try to unlock the full game. I tried everything including deleting the app and reinstalling it entirely. I’d very much like to continue playing the game, but I can’t if it won’t let me purchase it.

Very original. I do lot of these. But get lost from the story. But this game the story was all consuming. As I played the game I looked forward to where the story led and not just puzzles loosely connected. This is quite an original game. It is an interactive novel. Want more games like this.

My favorite!. This is my favorite Living Legends game! I’ve played it so many times on my PC & now that I’m getting ready for surgery, I put it on my tablet so I could play it while I recover from having my knee worked on. This is one of the best games ever & totally worth every penny! The music’s gorgeous too!

One of the better games. Too many of the new games all look like each other, the games are simplistic and uneven, or instructions not good. The main story is the same but the characters are different, the creativity lacking even though the art is good. This older game has beautiful art that stands apart from these other generic games that seem to just be called in without enough effort to lift it higher. Bringing back some of these older games would be a better direction to go than continuing to mass produce these newer ones. I’ve played this one several times and it’s always enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful. Thanks to 4FRIENDS GAMES for releasing this gem. Everything about it is top notch. I love the variety in puzzles and finding collectibles with a pull out indicator showing when they are available. Please keep releasing these high quality games. They will be supported by those of us who love HOAGs on the iOS platform.

Help. Need the 3 numbers for that table when their is 4 numbers on that stupid paper. And it wont let me skip it.

Great story - puzzles very weird. Really loved the story- was able to figure most without hint button. Also loved the owls and morphing object in every scene. However, many of the puzzles had little or very confusing directions, and I found myself skipping quite a few just bc I couldn’t figure out what I was supposed to do. That’s the reason for 4 vs 5 stars.

Finished and Loved It. I paid the small fee to access the whole game and played it through. No technical issues and I enjoyed the story and graphics. Make more like this please.

Wonderful and Amazing. Wow, you blew me away. First I was pleasantly surprised at how long the game was, and how it challenged you. I don’t remember ever playing a hidden game this long with so many nooks and crannies to investigate. I loved the storyline, it flowed really well and it was consistent, not all over the board. I don’t give 5 stars easily I am stingy with those, but you did get 5 stars from me. Bravo on an excellent game it’s everything you want in a hidden game. If only there were more like you, I use to find it difficult to find a great hidden game, but not anymore! You guys nailed it, now I can just go to your games and know I will have an lot fun solving it. Thank you for finally making an amazing game. I highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing hidden game to try yours.

Can’t progress. The game won’t allow me to use the dream catcher against Clara no matter how many times I try. I’ve found everything up until they point and nothing works. Even the guide tells me I’ve done everything correctly. What a rip off.

I’m completely fed up!. I have been playing several of your games now and usually, I’m happy when I solve them. However, I have been stuck at the same point for days and I’m very frustrated! The flying gargoyles, the floating butler who’s bell is all he says and yes, I would give it to him if he’d help me unfreeze the broken dish, again blocked by gargoyles. I can go no further in the game, and I’ve retraced every scene over and over. And I buy the deluxe edition that comes with no guide!

Save your money. I absolutely used to love Big Fish games and the details they put into there hidden games. I would get lost in the music and story. The new games seem more a quick game with the same scenes repeated and the hidden games are basically Big Fishes hunt for the money. The last few I’ve purchased from them are lame. This one is mediocre play at best. I love the games with water experiences and the older hidden games made you feel like you were dipping your toes in the sea. Sadly those days are gone with Big Fish flopping on the shore.

LIVING LEGENDS. It wasn’t easy let me tell you,it had me going in circles at times but I didn’t give up. It was fun!

Awesome. This is one of the best hidden object/mystery games for phone. It’s worth the price. It’s long enough to solve over a few days and not like an hour like most. It’s just as good as on desktop. I’ll be trying more! Big fish is the best for these types of games.

Can’t finish bonus chapter!. I’m near the end and accidentally backed out and now it tells me there’s nothing to do in every area I’ve been to.

Great game. I had fun with this game before I discovered that you have to pay for it after a few levels and it gets you hooked. I’m not so hooked that I’ll pay for it. I deleted it and found another game I don’t have to buy. Nice try.

Not the best. The reviews I read were so positive I went ahead and purchased the game. Should have played the trial first, my mistake, I found it to be another average game. Nothing to rave about. Sorry.....

I am a huge fan of 4friends games and have been eagerly waiting for a new release from them and I was not disappointed! I rarely give 5 star reviews. 5BN and 4Friends seem to be the only two developers that regularly earn a 5 star review from me and once again they have earned another one. I can only hope that we continue to see more releases from this amazing developer.

Much to like :). This seemed like a reasonably long game. While it wasn't difficult, it had many good, interesting hidden object searches and mini games. A big plus is that the text is large enough to be readable. Music was typical-generic; nothing special. But I enjoyed it very much. Glad I found it on sale. I won't pay full price for one of these, as fun as they are. I just keep playing my favorite games over and over until they are no longer supported.

Stuck. I am in Beatrice sisters house and stuck on the one table with an 856=4. Tried using hint and it just takes me back to the three numbers. Need help to continue game. Because it won’t let me leave this room

Glitch on last task. Blue heart is registering as cell key. I have rebooted several times, but am unable to complete the game because, although I have the blue heart, it says cell key when I click on it and try to give it to Beatrix. Please fix or refund, as I am not able to finish the game and access bonus features.

It has been a long time coming. I had almost given up hope of finding a new game on this site. I am glad to be proven right to check this site every once in a while. Most gaming companies that use to distribute though Big Fish either charge a fee to access games or just offer games at a $6.99 price. I am so happy to see Big Fish distribute a game at an economical price. Hope to see more in the future.

Super stoked!. Update: I’ve now completed the game and my 5 stars stands! I’d rate it higher if I could. Couldn’t put this game down it was so impressive. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that. So Good. I moved this game as well as the story line. You won’t be able to to it down. I started the game and just finishing up at 3:3a.m. Great game that still keep you interested. I think you love it as much as I do. That only that would make it better to put more hidden object in the scenes. Like ego or 25, I wold be a very happy camper. Jeep up the good work guys. Worth the cost. This is the longest game I have ever purchased. Nice to have a longer game. It is also challenging in some sections.

Not bad, just disappointing.. This game isn’t bad. The puzzles are ok. I came into it with an open mind and really wanted to enjoy it, because I was curious what the studio was up to. I was immensely disappointed that this is the game we’re getting instead of the continuation of Lifeline two. Again, I could see someone being entertained by these puzzles, but for me, they’re just boring. It’s nothing compared to the engaging stories of the lifeline series of games. These developers can do better.

This Series "Lives On" In A Mostly Good Way!. I wasn't planning on playing this game until I saw the Black Friday sale price of $3.99, courtesy of BF. Boy, do I miss those cheaper prices. Having said that, this game is mostly good. The fantasy-based storyline is clichéd; however, it has some creative elements along with interesting character interaction and dialogue. The graphics are first-rate, with sharp, clear details to showcase the beautifully illustrated visuals. Unfortunately, for me, the gameplay is too easy-peasy, in all facets. The adventure portion of gameplay is very straightforward, devoid of any twists or surprises. The HOSs are lacking in the innovation department, and they comprise mostly traditional word lists with light interaction, although they become more varied towards the end of the game. The puzzles are entertaining but very simple to solve. Gameplay is lengthy, with enough tasks to effect within each location. Transition is seamless. No glitches! This game would have been rated five stars had the gameplay been a little more creative and challenging. However, it is still enjoyable enough to be rated four stars.

Good to have you guys back. Been waiting a very long time for new games from you folks. There one was very good and I enjoyed it. No bugs were found. Hope to see more new games soon.

A bit easy. It was slightly less challenging than I thought it would be. Still a great 4 or 6 hrs of good puzzles, and of course a fairy tale...well, just play the game and you’ll find out if it a fairy tale ending. Must say I enjoyed it!

I want my money back. I loved through the beginning and by the end of the first chapter on the easiest setting I was beginning to figure out how the game worked. When I get to the castle which was chapter 2 I got a couple things but unable to go any further, no matter how many hints nor reading the Big Fish guide. An ad popped up for the game so infigured I had been playing a free trial and decided it was a good time killer and spent $6.98. Went back to the game and still could not progress any further, nor find any of the objects as described in the Big Fish guide, I want my money back. I,m disputing this charge with Apple Pay and my bank, it’s not a lot of money but their is no satisfying way to get help otherwise. No more Big Fish for me.

A very satisfying game. A new twist on an old story and lots of fun. The puzzles are right at the sweet spot of difficulty where you have to think a bit but it’s still pretty relaxing working your way through them. And gorgeous artwork makes it hard to walk away from.

No sound. The game is great but it has no sound. Checked the settings and the volume on my phone, deleted and downloaded game again but still no sound, which is very disappointing because the audio is a major part of the experience.

Living Legends: Uninvited Guests by LynxMinx. UPDATE: December 2: Domini has just released Fatal Evidence: Cursed Island for iOS. If it’s a technical mess, please contact Domini immediately. It was held up on the App Store for technical reasons! You can purchase this game. It’s $4.99, and it WAS actually distributed by BigFish as a favor to the developer, 4Friends. The CEO (of 4Friends, not BigFish)told me so himself! As far as BigFish goes, some people are saying that they’re planning on revisiting the decision to publish on the mobile platforms but they did not say that they would be releasing HOAG per se. It was also not a definitive announcement. I asked the CEO of 4Friends what he thought, and he said that he does not believe BigFish will start distributing these games again on mobile platforms. He did also tell me that he plans on porting more games to iOS for us in 2020, sans BigFish. This game was incredible. The gameplay was exciting, the graphics were beautiful, and we saw plenty of magical occurrences upon which inventory application. This game was lengthy, and after the initial glitch, which was fixed within hours, had fabulous quality assurance. Collectibles included owls and morphing objects, and a side tab was included on the map to keep track of them. The gimmick in this game is a magical mirror which you must fill with soulstones in order to progress through the game. It was an amazing adventure. Do any of you realize that this was the only game distributed through BigFish this year? All of the other games were ported by the individual developers. Yes, they all had the BigFish logo, but remember that was because they were released previously for PC/Mac and were of course offered through BigFish. Maybe Jeff Karp wanted to see how many players are still gaming in this genre on iOS. It doesn’t matter. I promised to get our genre back and worked extremely hard to do it, and I succeeded, along with my dear friend Catalina. I am at the moment striving to get us a larger quantity of games in 2020. In addition, the developers need to improve their quality assurance in a major way! I won’t rate a technically faulty game 5 stars, and neither should you! Please wish me luck, or offer to help me. Awesome!!!!. I absolutely loved this game! Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite fairytales, so I was really excited about playing this. There was a little issue with the sound, like when you usually get an object, it would jingle, but it didn’t. Despite that, it was a great game! What made me even happier was seeing that it was Big Fish themselves that released it after almost year when they announced they would not be doing IOS games anymore. I understand from lynx minx that this was merely a favor, but I urge you, Big Fish, on behalf of all IOS gamers to reconsider doing IOS and Android (Didn’t forget about you guys 😉) games again.
