Needs major work from their teams. I first starting using this site because the commute to Nationals Park was shorter. Haven’t had any problems with it so far. BUT….. I don’t like how the “market team” the live chat individuals always refer to are (and I quote) “Not willing to add new markets for ANY sport”. I’m confused…isn’t the point of making people want to sign up with you to appeal to your customers? I pitched some ideas to them about add a new markets that could definitely help the site be more user-friendly as well as help users have more control over the props they pick. They don’t want to add player performances, they don’t want you to alternate lines for players, and they want to put every player in props that are staring in that respective sport. It’s embarrassing for you guys to not want to compete with your competitors like DraftKings, Fanduel, etc. They all allow freedom in terms of you setting the line you want for a player. Get it together, it’s not always about trying to make money off you customers, give them some content cause once these states have sports betting legalized y’all are going to regret not trying to up the competition. Thank you

Absolute garbage the last 3 months. I wish I could post my stats on here just to show how truly bad it is. The more you use them exclusively the more you lose. I used to love BetMGM. They were my go to. I’ve noticed the more I deposit the more I win absolutely nothing. Multiple times I’ve won money from them from their bonuses and promos. But my goodness if I put my money onto the site they make sure to take it all with no chance of winning. I’ve never gone back and changed a review from 5 stars to 1 because of how terrible the app has become. Use to win every now and then on here and it was fun. Now it’s just straight money grabbing. I have hit maybe 2 bonuses on slots in the last 10 weeks with around 30 deposits of $100+… Do better MGM… Edit: Another $100 in and $1 spins. No bonuses or free spins… Edit 2: my experience continues to be even worse then when I originally posted. I HAVENT WON IN OVER $2k played… Edit 3: Wow. Just wow. I have never just continued to lose like this on their site. Must’ve had to pay a huge bet or something because it’s just a straight donation at this point. I’m glad I have disposable income. This site makes me not want to gamble anymore🤷‍♂️

Data collection on steroids. They collect and receive literally everything about you and share it as they please. Including all the normal things but also property records medical information insurance policy # passport # education employment history biometric information education information that is defined as not publicly available products or services purchased obtained or even considered audio electronic visual thermal olfactory and similar information. Even legally protected characteristics such as race orientation religion gender identity. Profile is built using your preferences psychological trends predispositions behaviors intelligence and attitudes. Sound like the recipe to prey on problem gamblers. Read the privacy policy for yourself and see this app knows more about you than you own family does. Never will they delete this unless you live in California or Virginia. Probably why they offer free bets and never give them to users at that point they got what they wanted all your information to “share”.This is no betting app it’s a data collection goldmine. Request they delete your information they simply say NO. Even if you never placed any bets.

Avoid the headache. Use Fanduel. I never leave reviews but hopefully someone from MGM sees this. First off BetMGM was lte to the NY market (not sure who’s fault but late none the less). Saw a promo to bet 10 to win 200 if a TD was scored in the wild card game you bet on. So I bet on a team ML for $10 like the promo had said. A TD was scored. I waited 24 like the T&C said and saw nothing. I contacted support. The chat function was horrible. Connected and disconnected me to different people (Ezekiel and John). From there I explained and John said because I did the bet for 15 they gave me the bet match instead. I told him the T&C says “at least $10”. After realizing he was incorrect he said I had already used the bet match for a wager and couldn’t get it back. After asking if there was anything else, I began typing and less than a minute later he disconnected the chat without me finishing my request. Clunky app, bad UI and terrible customer service. Fanduel is better. Also much better customer service and took care of a promo issue I had right away. Caesars is better even though it took 9 days to receive my withdrawal. Please be better MGM

THIEVES!. I downloaded this app to make some Super Bowl bets. After downloading everything seemed fine, I setup which bets I wanted, and how much. The app prompted me to deposit money to make these bets. I deposited my money, but when I went to actually place the bets, after already depositing money, then they tell me I can’t place any bets because I am not in the state of New Jersey. I am not allowed to make any bets but they did not make me aware of this until they allowed my deposit to go through. Then I try to withdrawal my money and they won’t send a check by mail because the amount is under $500. They said to deposit more money through PayPal to open that money transfer option and then I could withdrawal all my money. I try to make a $10 deposit (the minimum allowed) to open this line of transfer to remove all my money. They then decline my PayPal deposit multiple times and won’t let me deposit money through my PayPal thus not allowing me to make my withdrawal. NOW MY MONEY IS STUCK IN THIER ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO WITHDRAWAL IT ANYWAY, WITHOUT HAVING TO KEEP DEPOSITING MORE MONEY! IF YOU ARE NOT ALLOWING ANY FORM OF WITHDRAWAL WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I KEEP DEPOSITING MORE MONEY, I DONT TRUST YOU NOW! Scamming and thieving!!!!!

Trash. Bet mgm is garbage. I’m up over 2k on them but they screwed me outta 600 recently with their pathetic excuse for a casino. bet mgm also has the worst customer service of an company on earth. They’re extremely shiesty and are always trying to screw their customers. They definitely do some unsavory stuff with your personal info too because they don’t even wanna talk to you about that stuff. The customer support people start getting an attitude and sending you links that go nowhere and telling you they’ve already given you the info you need. They just wanna keep directing you to stuff that doesn’t work and start arguing with you. Legit the worst casino and Sportsbook out there. Their casino is hilarious. If you place 100 $1 bets on blackjack hands and you’ll probably win 80% of them. Then up the bet to $100 and you’ll probably lose 95% of them. They have to be paying people to write these reviews because they’re horrendous. If you actually look at their most recent reviews it shows too, because they are getting nothing but terrible reviews about being a complete scam.

TERRIBLE & SHOULDNT BE USED. I rated this 5 stars so it can be seen but this app is terrible, I NEVER get any Promos such as Boosts & Bonus Bets like EVERY other sportsbook get 3+ of BOTH daily, they have terrible props & what I mean by that is for rebounds & assists it goes from 3,5,7,10,13,etc, you cannot go above a players baseline to do under on them, we should have 0.5-10 for ALL players who usually play on a NBA roster, the app always has technical difficulties such as the app not working for hours. Live bets ARE TERRIBLE, you cannot bet on 2 players from the same game which is so confusing, combo stats such as Points + Rebounds + Assists, Points+Assists, Assists+Rebounds if you choose one of them in your parlay you cannot bet on another prop from the whole entire game including the moneyline. Also you cannot live bet on players during the 4th quarter which is wild, They recently removed players steals but kept blocks which is crazy. Also takes over 15 minutes just to receive a payout from a win. You can almost never cashout a bet if its live no matter how close it is to cashing unless all of your picks cashed on the parlay n u need that 1 left to cash it. Terrible app DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY if you want to bet go to fanduel which you can do everything I just said you cannot do on this app

Not Too Shabby. Ready set go!! Okay, so I’ll admit I am a full blown gambling addict! So, I think my review might be a little worth while…. I will rate this casino app a 4/5 stars. It was many different selections of sports bets and like the parley builder and the casino games which is a nice thing to have. I just wish that there weren’t so many losing spins on the casino. It’s like as soon as you hit, what they call a “big win” it’s like that’s it you’ve got your winnings. I barely ever win again like that.. so I don’t know if it’s some kind of rigged algorithm or something. But I sure as heck don’t like it. But as far as the sports betting goes I wish there was more and better promotions. And maybe like some sort of program to where you get a certain amount of your money back after losing so many times. I think that would also bring in a more more new players! Very incentivized if I may say! Which brings me to my last suggestion. All these type of casino apps have the worst and I mean worst referral programs! You make it so for people like me and the people close to me who would love to play and get a nice bonus for getting referred but in order to receive those referral bonuses’ you have to deposit way too much amount of money on top of having to play way too much money for both parties to receive the bonus. Please try to fix this and lower as much as you can please. Like I said for people like me who don’t have very much extra money to gamble with but really enjoy playing. Irritated Furious Customer. The agent who I spoke to told me to check the promotions page periodically to get betr bucks but I told him I check every single day for different promotions to get a bonus bet with. It’s the same promotion everyday “refer a friend” WE DONT WANT THAT PROMOTION and us customers don’t care about that. With a big Sportsbook like BETmgm who makes tons of money off customers I shouldn’t be asking agents every time I log in to add a small betr bucks bonus bet. The agent lied to me and told me to participate in the promotions in the tab but there’s never any promotions to participate in besides refer a friend! All I want is a small bonus bet for the holidays and before the year ends! That’s all I ask for but it’s always a hassle to get it which is crazy. All the other sportsbooks hook me up without even asking! I really want to make BETmgm Sportsbook my main Sportsbook moving forward But it’s really frustrating to the point where I don’t even want to be associated with this Sportsbook. To make this better all I want is a small amount of a bonus bet being added to my account and I’ll be a happy customer if not, I will be taking my talents to Hard Rock Sportsbook for good. Thanks

MISLEADING APP!. If you want to enjoy sports betting do yourself a favor and don’t pick this app. The app will make you change your password plenty of times for absolutely no reason. It’s very slow at times. The bonuses/promos aren’t the best compared to their competitors. Now the withdrawal process is SAD they will find a way to hold you money, at first I was able to withdraw normally and then they forced me by not giving me an option to sign up for another withdrawal method that takes 2-5 business days.. Getting in contact with customer service? They are useless they will always give you a response that they will pass it on to the “relevant team” that take days to reach back.. and still they won’t solve anything. I contacted them because they the app were doing transactions on my account without my consent and they didn’t want to give me my money back until I contacted my bank, they returned me my money back by taking money out of my account AGAIN! Meaning they took money out and paid me by taking money again so I lost double and they charged me a “chargeback” on top of that. This was never ending and two months later they have sent an email threatening me to share my information. DO NOT USE THIS APP, SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME, ENERGY, & PEACE!!!!

Vegas local. I’m from Vegas and moved to AZ where there originally was no sports betting. I was never a big player in the casino but I always loved betting on football cuz it made the games more interesting, especially when my team, the Raiders, weren’t playing. I tried Draft Kings 1st but the app wouldn’t allow sports betting based on my location for some reason. Not to mention it had an impossible time verifying my ID even though I uploaded very clear pictures of my ID. So BetMGM made it very easy for me to start betting on the games I love the most and with some of the bonuses that they gave me I had the opportunity to bet on MLB without risk which was great cuz I always wanted to start trying betting on MLB games but never did it before so was weary. Also with the MGM card you can earn points towards stays in their resorts and more which is great for when I want to go back home to visit family. So I definitely recommend BetMGM to anyone who loves sports betting in the sports book but doesn’t live in an area that has any.

Buyer Beware of the Terms & Conditions. I am new to online betting and I chose to place a bet with BETMGM to hedge my bet with their first bet promotion of up to $1,500 back if you lose your first bet. I know that the loss is paid in bonus bets. So for the Tyson vs Paul fight, I made a wager and it was several hours before the fight and then I decided to add more money to the wager since it was covered by the promotion. To do this, I cancelled the original slip and immediately added more money to the same exact wager I had previously placed. I lost the wager and then I didn’t receive the bonus bets. When I contacted customer support they told me that because I changed the bet, that it cancelled the promotion. I didn’t understand that changing the amount of the wager before the fight was even close to starting would result in a termination of the offer. Good customer service would have made this right. They have the record of the wager being changed but because it required me to change bet slips that the bet was no longer valid as my FIRST bet, even though I played the the exact same bet only for more money! GREED. I understand that there are terms and conditions and this helps protect both sides. However, I would not recommend alienating a brand new client by not choosing to at least speak with me and make it right! If I were at the casino they would comp it in a heartbeat. Shame on BETMGM for their poor customer service and their inability to provide outstanding customer support by having a system in place to identify and resolve unique issues such as this!

Too many bugs and wouldn’t let me withdraw my money. A promoter at MGM casino came up to me and offered a promotion they were doing where MGM would match my deposit up to $1500 + an extra 50 on top of the match. The promoter was getting very frustrated and snobby when i started asking how much i needed to bet to be able to withdraw my money. She told me i only needed to play the original $200 that i deposited, so i decided to sign up because it was essentially playing with free money. BUT.... firstly when i deposited the money it only showed the $200 i deposited and not the MGM match nor the extra $50. So the girl went to the Sportsbook area and got it “fixed”. I come to find out that they put the entire $450 as bonus money forcing me to play through the whole $450 to be able to withdraw. Also, i come to find out that some of the casino games don’t count towards playing through the bonus money. Once i finally played through the $450, i tried to withdraw the money and it told me i need to make a deposit with my card first. Which i don’t understand because how could i have deposited the original $200?! So i deposited an extra $10 of my money with my debit card. The stupid app still didn’t recognize that i deposited money and told me to deposit more. Customer service is little to no help all the while, this app has very terrible bugs. Once I’m able to get my money back, I’ll never use this terrible app again. FanDuel is a thousand times better.

Rigged. I’ve been on MGM experimenting for quite a while now. I’ve noticed the bonuses you receive on the casino side are rather suspicious. If you play $50 the day before and lose, you’re more likely to win on the bonuses the next day. I played strictly the bonuses for a month straight and wasn’t able to meet the 10x requirement to cash out. I decided to put $100 in and eventually lost. The day after, I received the same casino bonus that is offered to everybody every day. I ended up winning with the casino bonus and was able to cash out. All in all, MGM claims their slots are all RNG when I’ve tested this theory and proved it wrong. My wife plays the same casino bonus every single day, and has never cashed out real money from bonus money. She hasn’t ever made a deposit on her account either. So if you’re like me and you’re downloading casino apps for the rewards and bonuses, you’ll never win on MGM without depositing real money. I don’t like depositing real money into these apps because I’ve always been suspicious. I find it hard to believe I lost with every casino bonus, but got lucky on the one that was THE DAY AFTER I put real money in. Definitely will not be playing on MGM anymore.

I never get any good deposit match promotions plus the app is terrible. The app keeps crashing… the app is so buggy you click on one game you want to play and there terrible layout clicks a ghost game you never wanted to play because their layout is all overlayed and scrambled. They never make up for the buggy experience by at least giving you good promotions or deposit matches for sportsbook. Other websites like fanduel have free daily games and free spins. Betmgm will do some promotions but there is so many steps to even get the promotion and again the app is so buggy it glitches you out of everything so trying to click redeem promotion will literally take 30 minutes. You click I want this activate this promotion then it takes you into a loophole another page where you click it again and it teleports you back to the front page. You have to click the promotion again and you finally click the game the promotion is eligible on…. It’s one of the worst ran apps I’ve ever seen. Give us deposit match Bonus for sportsbook if you are going to have a buggy experience at least give us sportsbook deposit boost matches and please no casino cause this app isn’t ready for anything casino related until they make the app faster. When I play on this app it feels like I’m playing on an iphone6.

Don't bet with MGM!!!. Took advantage of a match a deposit up to $100 by depositing $100. It showed I had $200 in my account. I then placed a future $100 bet on the Super Bowl that takes place I then started gambling the remaining $100 and would sometimes win sometimes lose and was down to $67 left in my acct. I tried to place a bet but and even though it showed I had money left it would not let me bet. I contacted customer service who told me all my money including my original $100 open bet is all forfeited to the system because I didn't meet requirements of the promotion hidden in the fine print. How can they keep money I deposited when the bet is open? Why let me bet a future bet when it's after the small print promo date and win or lose they take the money? Was online chat for hours with them on the phone. I requested a supervisor who I was told was unavailable. I was told a supervisor would call me back but they never did. If this shady practice wasn't enough, I don't think you can even bet teasers on this site. Terrible app, terrible business. Stick with Fan Duel or Draft Kings.

All around bad experience. Not sure where to begin with this headache of an app. Firstly, the verification process was painstaking and bizarre. From the constant requests for documentation uploads (which would often only succeed after several attempts), to requests for my birth city. And once it seemed that I finally got my account verified after over a week of back and forth with customer support, I wasn’t able to make any deposits. Which brings me to my second complaint. After finally making a deposit, the app only allowed me to place certain bets using bonus money - which is different from the real money I thought I had successfully deposited. But nope, my real money was nowhere to be found and instead I was restricted on my wagers because for some reason I only had this bonus money available. Tried looking through FAQs to better understand why I couldn’t use the money I deposited but couldn’t find any answer. Now I have all this bonus money sitting in my account that I can only do so much with. Who’s to say if I will even be able to cash out without any issues at this point. Thought I could trust the MGM brand to make a quality sports book app, but sadly that’s not the case. I just downloaded a different sports book that literally took just a few minutes to complete the sign up process. Can’t believe I wasted all this time with MGM in the first place.

Not able to place bet or withdrawal money. So I had to go through verification processs all of a sudden after I had won about 7-8K this week on this app. Everything was good they gave me my money then all of a sudden everything has been horrible. They deactivated my account after 24 hours and said I should be able to bet and I am not. When I try to bet it says my account is “closed” and when I try to withdrawal it says “fraud user error” I have $700 in the withdrawal process that has not been verified since & I also have $425 on the account that will not withdrawal it keeps timing out. I feel as if they seen me winning and started basically doing everything they can to not give me the rest of my money. I’ve tried re downloading the app I’ve tried it on browser & nothing. Customer service keeps telling me it’s something I’m doing but the app won’t work on multiple devices. I cannot believe I am dealing with this, it’s so unprofessional and it feels they are literally stealing $1100 from me.

Scam. Stay away. This sportsbook will scam you. It is okay to deposit but when you are winning they will pretend to put your withdrawal under review up to 5 business days. Knowing you will change your mind and reverse your withdrawal and gamble and loss. Once it’s getting near the 5th business day and you still haven’t changed your mind and winning they will then block you from withdrawing your money and will start asking you for your ID and a picture of you holding he card that you use and other documents etc. My dad kept depositing with no problem he kept losing and when he won big he decided to withdraw 1/3 of his winnings. So they pretend to say okay it’s under review up to 5 business days. On the 3rd business day they blocked his account stating that i he was using my card even if we have proof that he was using his own card. So if that’s what they think it is why would they let him deposit in the first place. It’s okay with them if you keep losing but when it’s time to take out your money they will hold it and block your account. We can easily show them what they want with our ID and Card but were not doing it because they didn’t have a problem accepting our deposit why would we go through their demands. I have screenshooted all my winnings i will report this to Illinois Gambling Commision and will look for a Lawyer. Look at most of the bad reviews that’s what they do when you are winning they will lock your account.

Hope you don’t like to travel away from home. Bonuses and promotions are good with clear rules and obvious expiration dates, and are easy to apply on a wager. Synchronization with the broader MGM rewards program is seamless and easy to track. I have only one complaint but it’s a big one. The app allows you to wager if you live in [an ever increasing set of states] but it turns out that it allows wagering only when you are currently located in your home state. Traveling for work? No betting, even when you’re in one of the states that allows BetMGM. Vacationing? No betting if you’ve left your home state, even if you’re in a state where the app is approved for use. This is crazy. If someone from Tennessee is momentarily in Virginia or someone from Virginia is in West Virginia or someone from Pennsylvania is in New Jersey, the app should allow wagering. DraftKings and Fanduel sportsbook apps both work that way; you can wager as long as you live in an allowed state AND are currently located in another allowed state. Note that those other apps do keep separate histories of your wagers per individual state, in order to report things properly to each state’s regulators. Come on, MGM, you can figure out how to do the same thing and still comply with each state’s rules. If FanDuel can make it such a smooth experience when traveling, I know you can get it right also.

The app and their service is a joke. First things first, their app is remedial and needs a lot of work. It feels very archaic to use. Secondly, their promotions and offers are worded just the right way to mislead you. I was invited by my friend to join the app under the guise of $100 for both parties. In the terms and conditions it clearly stated that all that had to be done was to join using the referral link, download the app and verify my account. When the $100 sign on bonus was not received I contacted Support and was made to feel like I didn’t read their terms and conditions fully and that I was an idiot. They have two separate referral bonuses on the home screen, one required a $100 deposit to receive the $100 referral bonus and one did not. Obviously, I followed the referral bonus that did not require a deposit, and was told that there was only one referral promotion for my state. I promptly went to delete my account after hearing this, and was not able to delete my account as it stated “only real-money users have access to this feature”. I have never in my life not been able to delete an account that I made with my information. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be deleting this app and reinstalling FanDuel, much better service, and much cleaner and user friendly app.

Not honorable. I was reached out to by MGM and I was informed that I had an account but it had not received any activity yet. I told them yes I am currently using other sites so they offered me a deposit match up to a certain point all I had to do was make my deposit and bet . So this is what I did I received nothing for a week or so. I called them and explain to them what was happening and I have received no match they told me I should have called within 24 hours of not noticing it and I would not be receiving a match. I asked if it was really my responsibility to stay on top of MGM when they had called me and I made my deposit immediately. The lady was very nice but told me it’s up to the players to get a hold of MGM when something is not correct. I told her I thought it might just take a little time for them to verify qualifications have been met. She said no but we can offer you a $25 free bet. It was completely unacceptable as I had made a $500 deposit and all $500. It’s more of the principal than anything I am up currently so I think I’ll just close my account and take my winnings. this is unfortunate as I kind of liked the format of the MGM app the odds weren’t so great but I enjoyed the UI.

Location verification issues & weird moving bets. Its a great app overall. Just 2 issues. 1st is this Sportsbook constantly has to verify my location……on Wifi in the middle of a Sportsbook Legal state. I do not have that issue with FanDuel or DraftKings Sportsbooks so why is this an issue with MGM?? It wouldnt be such a big deal except I have lost out on way more live bets than I should have because I cant make those bets until my “location is verified.” 2nd issue is the Live bets for MGM moving around the page whenever their betting line changes. Yes, you read that correctly. The live bets will not only constantly change their line but ALSO actually move around the page in the process. On FanDuel and DraftKings, while you expect Live bets to constantly change their lines, the bets themselves stay in the same spot until they close. So its VERY important on MGM to pay attention to what youre betting on during Live Betting. Because the bet youre looking at in the middle of the page may not be the same bet in 20 seconds.

Would give 0 stars if possible. My account was recently hacked and BETMGM has given me absolutely zero information and seems very unconcerned that someone was able to hack into accounts on their sportsbook. Someone in a state that I have never even been to accessed my account, withdrew my account balance and deposited it into their checking account, then proceeded to deposit $100 into the betting account straight from my Venmo. When I reported this activity, BETMGM locked my account, refused to just refund the Venmo transaction, and has been useless in finding an alternative method to withdraw my money that was wrongfully deposited. Some of my money that should never have been in the account in the first place has been locked in the account for about 2 weeks now, and this never would have happened if whoever designed the security actually had 2 brain cells to rub together. The BETMGM team has been entirely unhelpful every step of the way and will not tell me when my account will be reopened, how someone was able to get into it, or if the hacker was able to access any of my secure information. I would strongly recommend avoiding this app and moving to FanDuel, DraftKings, or some other sportsbook that is more secure and has at least a little bit of concern for their customers.

Horrible. Their customer service and chat online are horrendous. Initially signed up, looking forward to play table games and poker. A friend referred me, but their website still said deposit bonus was available. Their “chat with an agent” seems to be an AI bot they’re trying to pass off as human, and kept saying similar things, essentially no deposit match possible if you are referred by a friend. I called and spoke to an agent who said that was not the case, and did the deposit match. Then I logged on, my the money I deposited now showed as a bonus and zero $ were in my account. I called again to speak to an agent, woman had a thick accent and would not directly answer the question of if I didn’t hit bonus requirement, would my deposit that got linked to bonus be taken. Rather than answer that simple question I kept asking 4-5 times, she told me she had already answered, then explained the deposit match, how much I had to play to release it, and the time period. Finally, after I explained I needed only an answer to that question, not the explanation of the entire process, she appeared to say yes, it would be taken. There was zero customer satisfaction concern and she began talking down to me as though she had perfectly explained it, despite me saying she had not. After 30 minutes of this back and forth, she did kindly cancel bonus after i requested her to do so, so that I could just remove funds and never use their bogus app again. I enjoy MGM casinos in person and have been a long time patron, but I would never recommend their app/website to my worst enemy. 10/10 avoid, there are much better places to gamble out there, that will actually appreciate the business, make clear their requirements, and not steal your deposit if you don’t meet their higher than average play requirements.

It’s fun. I would rate better but the odds are horrible, there are lots of glitches too. I mean the games are fun for sure. However i wish that when i put money in it would last longer for play time. It’s not even about hitting big, it’s about the fun while passing time. Yet when depositing 90% of the time it’s just drained super fast. Ive also had a lot of glitching on this app , then when it kicks you out all of a sudden you no longer win , if you were before hand. So I’m a little sketched about that. Other wise it’s set up well, the looks are amazing, it’s fun and i like how even when i can’t deposit there are still free games most the time. They aren’t the best ( the free games or rewards) but they still give you a little time to play, which is always fun. So that’s still a win in my book. Like i said i would rate higher if the money wasn’t just auto drained and i got more play time. I put enough in and am begging enough that one would think that i would at least get some time to play with what i do.

No customer service. I’ve been playing on this app for almost a year, for a while it was a decent app to use, as long as everything goes smoothly. However if you have an issue and need help forget about it. I hit a jackpot on Borgata 6 weeks ago and instantly my account locked, When I reached out to support they told me my BetMGM account had a balance due, they wouldn’t provide any details or where the balance came from, no transaction details, just gave a random number they demanded I pay to be able to access my winnings on the other app! And this wasn’t a low number, literally hundreds of dollars. I paid it to get my Borgata account unlocked so I could get my jackpot, thinking I would get everything worked out with customer service and I would get the money back. No, not a chance I’ve been being told “we’ll escalate this to our team and someone will reach out within 3 days” for 6 weeks!! I’ve filed a formal complaint, same thing “please allow 3 days” that was November 9th. If you call them, you better have time as it will probably take 5-10 times calling before actually getting an agent, but they can’t actually help anyways so it’s really pointless, and they will not let you speak with management. Even with my “Ticket” being “escalated” 7+ times they still won’t get management involved. So again if things are going well it’s not a bad app, but if you hit big or need help you’ll be run around with nothing but frustration for weeks on end. Caesar’s is much better with better promos! If I ever get my money back from BetMGM that’s where I’ll be taking it!!! I’ll be filling a complaint with the state gaming board since they can’t seem to provide simple transaction details, should be no issues if what they claimed was true but it wasn’t so I guess they will just ignore me forever.

Terrible Withdraw System. This app is terrible and tries to keep your winnings!! They allow Apple Pay deposits but don’t allow Apple Pay withdrawals due to a “closed-loop policy”, which basically means that if you deposit using Apple Pay, your money is stuck in the app because they say you can only withdraw it using the same payment method you used to deposit, but Apple Pay won’t accept the withdraw. If you want to fix this issue, they force you to go through excessive verification just to access your own funds. Other sportsbooks resolve this instantly, so I know it’s not a universal rule and rather a BetMGM policy choice. They say it’s for security purposes, but all of these “policies” make it seem like their hope is just that you give up and don’t want to jump through hoops to get your winnings so that they can keep your money. In order to fix this issue that they intentionally create, I had to send pictures of my credit card (that I deposited money with via Apple Pay) and my driver’s license to their support email. After all of this I finally got my money back. I HIGHLY recommend you bet on a different app!! This is the only app I’ve ever had this issue on and I will never use it again.

MGM Sports book App Review. I have had my disagreements with MGM and their business model towards customers, but the MGM app is one of the better Pennsylvania sports betting applications out there. But don't get too excited because many of the others flat out stink. It used to have more features that MGM did away with. For example, when you clicked on a game or an event, it used to show you all of the bets you previously made on the game so you knew where you stood. They took that out and the way MGM presents sorts and shows your pending Bets is a disgrace on MGM ad it's impossible to find anything. They don't think of the customer when they take away features like that, so that's why it's a four out of five. MGM could do better, but they don't.. they spend all their money on celebrity commercials instead of strengthening, their business models, and focusing on the customers they have is my general observation of MGM, but the app is fine if you keep track of your own bets, don't rely on MGM to help you. Another thing they did was an update around Fourth of July weekend. During this update, any previous bets you had before July 2023 disappeared from the app and they never fixed it. They just don't care about the customer and there's a prime example. That's really poor customer service. MGM gets one star, the app gets three.

Robbed of free bet credits. This is the worst app I have ever used from the App Store. My original claim was worst gambling app but seeing how terribly the staff handles customer service and how glitchy the app is they managed to take the cake crap cake.I took the $200 free bet promo for the Super Bowl which is the sole reason that I downloaded this app of course one of my $50 bets went through twice when I did not do that. They were claiming that the vet was placed on different occasions which did not happen the bets don’t even show at first when I enter them and it looks like nothing is even active then all of a sudden I see I put two wagers on the same game for $50. Using your brain you should be able to tell that was a mistake because nobody would really place to $50 bets on the same exact game so because of their screwup I lost that. Then they try to make it up with giving me credit for $25 in the casino great that sounds like a nice offer until I learned that I need to wager $125 in casino games in order to claim this. I literally went back-and-forth with customer service or whatever you can call it because I’m not even going to call it customer service for weeks and they still would not admit their own screwup. Do not download this app do not trust these people with promos and take your money elsewhere there are many other betting apps.

Don’t use the deposit bonus feature, it’s a total scam!. I saw a promotion on their app advertising a 50% deposit match up to $50. I deposited $175 and received the full $50. It wasn’t until after I made the deposit, I discovered that you had to bet 6x the bonus amount before you could withdraw any money. Every other app I’ve used has made you play through the bonus amount once or twice before it became “real money” but I’ve never seen a product that required a 6x play through. Not only was the play through amount ridiculously high, they only give you 14 days to complete it. Otherwise they remove the entire bonus plus any money you won during those 14 days. On top of all that, every bet you make during those 14 days has to be settled, even if it was a parlay where the first leg lost and so the entire bet would already be considered a loss as well. So in order for me to be able to withdraw any of my winnings after I made my $175 deposit, I’d have to bet $300 and make sure none of my bets went past the 14 day mark (which coincidentally was the day before the Super Bowl so none of those bets would count either). I ended up winning $75 with the money I deposited and never even touched the $50 bonus and now they’re telling me that all of those winnings are being taken away. I also tried to remove the bonus from my account so it wouldn’t affect my winnings but they won’t allow it because I made bets that included the Super Bowl (even though they already lost because they were parlays but that doesn’t matter to them). I contacted customer service about this issue multiple times and they were absolutely no help whatsoever. I would never use this app again. FanDuel, DraftKings and Caesars Sportsbook are all superior to this product and I’d recommend any of them over BetMGM.

UI so buggy its unbearable, stop changing things if they’re not getting fixed.. They do so much to try to make the app and UI look good but this goes horribly wrong and they end up making the app non functional. Why can’t I get to SGP menu for football anymore? You click it and its just not fricking there half the time. Lots of clicks that lead to dead ends or the wrong page. For example if you click on a baseball promotion then click bet now it takes you to football or tennis betting pages or something random, im sorry what? How hard is it to redirect traffic to the right page? Fire you’re whole software dev team right now or stop putting unreasonable expectations on them about how the app should look. No one cares what the UI looks like if its non fricking functional. Fix the bugs and dead end pages/clicks before trying to make it look good no one fricking cares what color outline the button has if you click the button and it doesn’t work. Also so terribly slow. I don’t care what the app looks like if you can’t give me a quick and concise experience. Focus on the basics first for the love of god please.

Account restrictions for what ???. So I am writing his review because it is now 8 days since I have been able to access my account yusufakbar1993 because when I login it says something about a duplicate account / accont restriction when I have been using the same account for three years … not to mention that I had to reach out to them first about this issue rather than them reaching out to me trying to solve it so I reach out and finally get a response two days later with them asking for verification of me which they ask for ID and I kinda knew how the verification would go so not only did I upload my i.d as They asked I also uploaded my ,Social Security card ,me holding my ID with my face in it , and a utility bill from Just two weeks ago because I knew I’d have to wait another 2-3 days to be told they need another form of verification… it’s kinda sad you guys have such poor communication/ customer service especially considering the fact you got people who spend their hard working money with you guys for us to have to be treated with no live people everything is a automated system…like that’s pathetic but I’m sure FanDuel appreciates the fact I spent $1,100 with them over the past 8 days because you guys can’t solve a simple issue that shouldn’t even be a issue …so I highly recommend that maybe you guys should show some more appreciation to your customers because now you guys picked the wrong one to make a issue with because I’ll make sure it’s known the quality of service I’m getting …

Worst betting site so far. In the last 24 hrs. Last night had multiple bets tried cashing out mid game (in green) after hitting cash out for around a minute straight nothing happened. Waited a few more minutes once again tried to cash and nothing. Lost all three bets. When I live chatted with customers service I get “sorry cash outs are not always honored. So why was it in green? Never had a issue on any other site. Okay whatever, one bad clinch I’ll live with it. Now today, deposit couple thousand into my account, like the way the site looks willing to give it another shot. Go to place my evening slate of bets I’m now being told my account has been suspend for “routine check” been playing on the site for about 3 weeks never happened before. Being told I’m not allowed to access any of my funds until this check is done which takes 1-3 days. So you took my 4 thousand dollars and than froze it and now I can’t play with it? Once again, reach out to live chat. Same back and fourth sorry can’t help can’t do anything. Scam scam scam. Please stay away from this app. Somebody has left a review of very similar of exactly what I went through. They will NOT allow you to cash out your winnings. You are not able to withdraw your money because they want a picture of you holding your drivers license. But I sent them a picture of me holding my drivers license and me also holding my social security card and also went as far as me sending them pictures of my own personal debit card and bank debit card and they sent me an email back stating that they were not able to accept the pics because they were not clear and blurry and the pics were crisp because I went to settings on my iPhone 13 and clicked on 4K before I snapped the pics and I also turned the phone around and did not use the front face camera I used the back 4K lens. These people are 100% scam artists. If you don’t want to take my advice and think that I’m lying go ahead and download the app and give it a try yourself and see for yourself who’s lying. These people are 100% scam artist. Please be aware and do not download there app because it’s all a scam. If you want a better Sportsbook my advice to you is download draftkings or fanduel because they allow you to withdraw your funds to your debit card or bank card and you receive your money within minutes. Yea of course you have to verify your draftkings acvout or fanduel account and they may also want proof of your identity but I promise it’s far more by miles better than betMGM please be aware and do not download. Great app until…. I have enjoyed using the BetMGM app since sports and casino online betting became legal in Michigan last year. Great bonuses/rewards. But unfortunately that all changed today. I used a $2 freeplay from the Pick a Haunted house promotion on a $1 spin on Loot’en Khamun. I won bonus spins and ultimately I won over $500! I was ecstatic! Tough times for all of us and the extra money would have been awesome! As I was using the money I had won it all of the sudden disappeared. I reached out to “customer support” and was told that my funds were from an expired promotion! How is that possible when the funds I used had just been received less than an hour ago?! A multi billion dollar company took $500 from me that I had won from a promotion that I received for being a loyal customer! How convoluted and back handed is that?! Unless I am reimbursed I will no longer be using BetMGM and happily taking my business to DraftKings.

Becareful betting here they use a bonus to get all your money. They wanna offer bonus to deposit , tell you is only 25$ but they take your money most of it , put it on the bonus .. example I deposit 500$ for a 25$ bonus I didn’t care of .. I won 981$ the want to take 581 as a bonus when I already wagered the 25$ bonus 10 times . So I had to risk my 581$ again just to try n release my own winning funds , remember I instantly deposited 500 and won 981 they still kept most of my money talking about I needed to meet requirements which I should of had when I first betted the 500$ cheaters .. don’t bet here I corded them out and told them delete this account this type of scam doesn’t happen any other platform … becareful is like a deposit bonus looks like this ( SCHT - SURT) with numbers and letters avoid betting here at all cost , bet on other apps and avoid this type of scam

SHADY SHADY SHADY. I haven’t had any issues getting my winnings deposited on ANY OTHER APP but for the last 8-12 months I have been getting the run around about depositing my winnings BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!! I have been using the same account to put money onto my MGM account for a year & yet every time I actually win & want to take the money from my app & put it BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, I can’t! I have screenshots from the last 5 customer support agents telling me that they need to escalate this issue & one said 5-7 days, the last one said 24-48 hours & it NEVER GETS CORRECTED! For some ridiculous reason, definitely not for security reasons, this app says it’s going to split my winnings & deposit them into 2-3 accounts but the accounts that are connected to the card I actually use on this app, the amount is says it’s “splitting” and “depositing” is ZERO! It says it’s going to put $100 onto a card I don’t even have connected to this app & is an old card from a year ago. If I don’t get my money in the next day or 2 like I keep being told, I am going to do everything to make sure EVERYONE knows how shady this is. I’ll gladly update my review if they ever actually fix my issue. In my opinion, good companies may make mistakes but they fix them & get better so let’s hope that’s how this goes!

This isn’t the worst, but it’s alright. I have a few apps like FanDuel and DraftKings. Out of these two I would say this app doesn’t even compare to them. One reason why, is they give you bonus bets when you win on promotions of theirs instead of cash. This is for the casino and the bets. They give you a chance to have the money, if you play a ridiculous amount which then defeats the purpose of winning the money. Also, you don’t have it for very long. Like I used a bonus bet and won on Wednesday by Friday, bonus was gone and unusable. It does have lots of promos, but you have to deal with all of that. FanDuel and DraftKings isn’t like that. They give you bonuses and if you win, you get to keep the cash. No playing till this or that amount and then you can get it. There’s a fair amount of promos they give out which is nice as well. The sign up bonuses I think are better cause you get to keep the cash that you win. This app can be good by letting you be able to play the casino games. There’s some bonuses that you can use on casino and it’s just keeps you busy playing the games. You’re not actually winning anything because it’s bonus money, unless you hit it big and get to keep some of the money.

Horrible Customer Service!!. Had my account hacked and have tried for a month to recover it. I’m unable to login or reset my password cause they changed the phone number on the account. I’ve sent in my drivers license with me holding it and keep getting told I have to go to my account settings to upload the documents. I’ve explained I can’t login in cause I’ve been hacked. After several emails and live chats that got me nowhere. I was able to get a phone number to call and was told the same thing on two different occasions. I asked the young lady to email me the things I needed to do to close the account. After 15 minutes of not receiving the email and her telling me to refresh my email, I explained to her that I’ve been receiving other emails. I even emailed myself from another account, which came through. Once I told her this, she hung up! I could here people in the background telling her what to say once I said I wanted to close the account. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Can’t believe MGM would allow this to happen.

Excellent app terrible customer service. The app from a gambling standpoint point is by far the best. East to navigate. They keep the live betting going longer then any of the other apps. The only issue is the cashout feature will change the amount after you hit confirm if the odds change. So you may tap confirm at $100 and if it drops to $70 while it’s processing it will pay you $70. At least that is the experience I had with it. And In fairness it does the same if it goes up as I was paid a few more dollars then if had confirmed for as well. My issue is when I brought a significant drop in price to customer service they just kept feeding me boiler plate response with one or 2 lines of talking points. By far the best app for sport betting it pained me to pull my money out but I did because I felt I needed to trust them completely to gamble my money there. So disappointing. It really has no equal from an usage and gambling standpoint

Trouble from the start. First off I will give my only positive note, which is the app is very nice looking and seems to have a easy interface, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.Aside from that I have had nothing but trouble trying to use the app. Draft kings and fan duel were both immediately able to confirm my identity and accept my deposits and let me place bets very quickly with no trouble. BetMGMSaid they were having trouble verifying my Social Security number, address, and birthdate and requested that I upload a copy of my drivers license which I didn’t mind doing and said it would have it reviewed and 24 hours. 24 hours later I started to chat with someone who advised me they also needed a copy of a utility bill to verify my address which I uploaded and had to wait another 24 hours for review. Once I was finally able to get logged in I went to make a deposit and it said I was in a state that sports betting was not legal. Note, I live in Tennessee so sports betting was literally just legalized a week ago. The app even seem to note that I was in Tennessee, but yet when I went to make a deposit like I said, it said I was in a state where sports betting was not legal. I have literally had nothing but problems with this app. One final note is that almost all the sports books are running specials for Tennessee residents since sports betting just became legal and BetMGM has the worst specials by far compared to the other popular sports books. I wanted to like BetMGM, but I personally have had a lot of problems.

Use any other app other than this. BetMGM is hands down the most poorly ran and crooked Sportsbook/casino site offered. On th surface it seems like that have great promos and I honestly did enjoy the interface, BUT the app is unbelievably unethical in its practices. They constantly offer “promos” for bonus funds etc. as a ploy to restrict your deposited money and make it nearly impossible for you to cash out. They go as far as to auto populate your deposits with the promo codes so that these “bonus funds” and your deposited amounts are locked until you reach a 20x wagering limit. The customer service is terrible and after they wrongfully restricted my funds I attempted to get the issue resolved via 10+ mail exchanges and more than 4 customer service calls. Their customer service is a joke and they make it nearly impossible to even find contact information to reach out. Then their phones were “temporarily down” and finally upon reaching a rep, they were useless in stating “they would follow up with an email”. LITERALLY USE ANY OTHER APP. Promos are a scam, customer service is atrocious and I left with the genuine feeling of being taken advantage of. Not because I lost money but based on their poor business practice and errors made with my account.

Great odds and promos, horrible company/support.. I referred my friend to BEtMGM and he was interested in the risk free $1000 bet. He raised a ticket and asked support to confirm if he was eligible for it and they said he was. After making and losing a $1000 wager he was told by support that he wasn’t eligible. Just this week I bet a $2 bonus on a game that was cancelled. A few days later $47 was removed from my account claiming that they were bonus winnings reclaimed because I didn’t meet the eligibility requirement. In both of these cases support is a stubborn brick wall that does not listen to a word you say and just tells you why you are wrong. I have spent at least 3 hours asking support for help and my calls with them are disconnected after an hour (each time) of trying to work with them. My friend eventually got his free bet, I’m still trying to recover my money. As someone who shops around on all of the NJ sportsbooks, the odds and promos make this horrible site impossible to avoid, but definitely don’t make it your home. Go to Caesar’s, FanDuel and DraftKings (in that order). On top of shady practices the app is garbage and slow compared to the three sites I mentioned. The support model is designed to run out the clock on you and waste so much of your time that you just give up for anything that they owe you but don’t feel like paying out.

Terrible customer service. This review has nothing to do with the quality of the app but of the people running it. I noticed they had a good introductory promotion with your first deposit so I thought I’d give it a try. Everything was going well and I made my one qualifying bet and was given the promotional bets which expire in seven days. Just as I was attempting to make my first promo bet, I was notified that a hold was placed on my account due to their need for further verification. I sent everything to them within an hour and I was told that it would take 24-48 hours. That didn’t happen. I couldn’t get ahold of any person via phone or chat, only email and they continually sent me a generic form letter in response. I asked that they please extend the promo for as many days as they had my account on hold but still nothing. Finally, I woke up this morning five days later) to an email saying they have cleared me to bet. As I pulled up the app, they had, however, I now only had 1 hour until my promo bets expired. Needless to say, I had to rush my bets and did not do enough research as I normally do before betting and I only hit one of my four promo bets. I’m still steaming from this terrible customer service experience.

“Risk Free” is false advertising. As I signed up in Kansas on September first, I was looking for a sports book and I had my choice at the one I wanted to use. I chose MGM because of their “risk free” promotion and bet accordingly. I lost that bet and received my “free bets” to make it “risk free”. However, my wife did the same and they tried to tell her that her $1,000 bet wouldn’t get reimbursed because we did a different promotion… even though she confirmed before AND AFTER she placed the bet. Luckily, a nice lady at customer service checked the call logs and found that to be the case and gave us the “free bets”. What is implied in “risk free” on the surface is that if you lose, you essentially get a re-do. Which is NOT the case. When you place these “free bets”, you can only win the winnings of that bet and not the initial capital. Which, if you’re a gambling person you know is lower than initial capital because of the vig. So AT BEST you are fighting for your money back. That doesn’t seem “risk free” to me. I’m sure they’ll point to the fine print and that’s fine, but “risk free” is misleading to a consumer and should be spelled out in much better terms. But, in a competitive world of sports books where I have options? There is 0.0% chance I will EVER use them again. On top of that, I will never stay at an MGM resort for as long as I live and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this so that they stay elsewhere as well. Your misleading promotion (that you tried to take away from my wife even) has lost you a customer, and hopefully more, for life. Utter disgrace

Glitch and error - felt robbed. I placed 4 bets and when I submitted my wagers it glitched and error out. So I logged out, got back in and again another error. Waited a few seconds finally was able to submit my bets. A few hrs later I login to check my bets and to my surprise I see 12 bets pending and live. It was the exact same bets I place earlier but 3x. Why would I submit the same duplicate bets multiple times vs just once. I messaged customer service through my app and they tell me they could not help me. They said it’s past 15 min and it’s now a few hrs later. They said something about cashing out, but how do you cash out if you live in KS that is legal and you head to a party in MO that’s illegal to sports gamble on line. There’s no cash out option. I asked for a credit and they said no. Even though some of my bets lost and my wagers may not feel in BetMGM a big amount, to me I feel like I just got ROBBED!! When it was your app that glitched and error out on me. So I’m cashing out what I have in my account. Unless you feel like you need BetMGM for their points to add onto MGM rewards, I would suggest you take your play to DraftKings. Anytime I had an issue with them they would at least give me a free play for the inconvenience. The DK app is not glitchy and the user interface is so much easier to find and navigate around to place a bet.

Parlay voided unethical. No matter if you get 8 out of nine legs correct on your parlay and on that ONE LEG THAT PLAYER DOESNT PLAY ONE SNAP OR PLAY IN THAT GAME AT ALL THEN THEY VOID YOUR WHOLE PARLAY!! This is the only Sportsbook app that does this and it’s a rule they hide from everyone so u can spend your money with them! Common sense would say ok that player didn’t play due to illness then there’s no hope of him gaining that td or those yards so how’s that gambling? Am I gambling on a player starting a game or not or am I betting on if this player plays then he will do this or do that! That’s basic and common ethics of making a bet! The parlay should be won and that one legs odds deducted from your winnings etc. I won 7/8 legs except for one leg which didn’t play due to illness and instead of voiding that leg and paying what I won on which would have been around $2000 they cancelled the entire parlay so they didn’t have to pay me! Fanatics and FanDuel and Draft Kings don’t do this cause they know it’s wrong but BETMGM DOES and that’s why they got the fewest amount of clients I’m sure!! I’m spreading this news about this rule cause I don’t want them to profit anymore off of hiding this rule and maybe one day the ceo will realize this is driving away future business and $$$$$$$$$$

Lies, Lies, and more lies. Welcome to BetMGM.. I can’t go on a social media site without constantly being bombarded with online casino ads nowadays, and the one I see most frequently as of late is BetMGM. Their big promotion Right now is, ‘ 100% deposit MATCH, then another $25 on us’ so I decided to give it a try. I deposited $25, expecting to have $50 show up as cash, then $25 in credits to be used on the app. But that wasn’t what I got at all. Matter of fact, I was credited $25 before I even deposited ANY funds, and then THAT $25 and the $25 I deposited is all I ever saw. I tried to reach out to customer service and they told me to ‘look at the rules of the promotion for any further questions....’ so I took that as my $25 must not be good enough to earn their deposit match(gambling away money in a pandemic mind you) Then I woke up one day and it said congratulations you’ve earned $5 free play on some slots game.. but this time I looked at the ‘rules of the promotion’ and it says I have to PLAY $125 of my money in their online casino to even be able to cash out ANY winnings from the game. This app is a total scam... set up for them to take your money and that’s it. Period. End of story. I will be going to DraftKings or some other online betting with my hard earned money. After decades of cashing in on the American people MGM is more scandalous than ever....

Great Features and Great Bonuses. I have used every app from barstool to draftkings to fanduel and BetMGM is now my preferred way to bet. I love that BetMGM lets you turn on alerts for any games so you can get score notifications during it. I also love the “edit my bet” feature which allows you to change your bet instead of having to cash out an replace it. Bonuses have been generous. They are confusing at first but its actually simple: I deposited $100 and got $200 in bonuses. I had to wager all $300 of that money and whatever i had left over after that was mine to keep. You just have to wager 100% of your bonus and then you keep whatever you have after that. You can track how much of your bonus you have wagered in the promotions tab and it all makes sense once you understand how it works. The different promotions, including the $10 free bet every monday if you bet over $50 the previous week, have been great. Customer service has also been really helpful. I’m a big fan of this app and will use it as my primary book from now on!

App is a scam!!. I just recently used this app as a new player. The only reason I placed a bet on here was because they had a promotion for deposit $50 and place a beg and get $50 in bonus bets INSTANTLY. I opted into the promotion then proceeded to deposit my $50 and place a bet. Never received my bonus bet the status of the promotion still says opted in and just waiting for deposit. I have contacted customer support just to be told it was a technical issue. I was then told to email them which I did and sent pictures of the deposit, the promotion and the bet I placed and the response I got was “We are not responsible for any bonus bets but this is a known issue right now” I have since emailed and it has been 2 days and haven’t gotten a response from anyone in the customer service department. This app is extremely clunky compared to others as well. Don’t use this sports book.

Do not use!!. This app has been absolutely terrible!!! I am a Nevada resident, constant issues. When I try to cash out a bet for good money, they say they cannot find my location. Yet, I have been on their Wi-Fi, my wifi, done every location services change possible to correct and have had this issue for months. On top of multiple other issues. Ever since they have switched to this third party provider it has been the worst experience ever. Will never use BetMGM again. Will make sure anyone I know never uses it either. Total scam! Constant problems and customer service is terrible. Does not care or help at all and hangs up on customers constantly when they say they will transfer you to a department to help you. If you want a well working gambling app use anyone else besides betMGM. I was a customer for 3 years but I will never be one again!

DO NOT USE!! USE FANDUEL OR DK!!. Horrible app, and even worse customer service. Make sure to take screenshots of every promotion and wager you place. I opted in to 2 different promos, met the wager requirements, but never received any bonus bets. Contacted customer service, said wait 72 hours per their policy for promos. Then after 72 hours, said they want a screenshot of promo, even though the promo isn’t on the homepage anymore for they have current ones since 72 hours have already passed. So be weary of just “opting in” it may not be good enough, and BETMGM WILL SCAM you of your money. Fanduel/DK can see if the customer opted in, BETMGM said they didn’t have resources. I don’t know if it’s their software or the app, but there’s something clearly wrong. Never wrote a review before, but this company literally scammed me out of money, and customer service could care less to help. Take ss, of every wager, promo so they won’t do they same to you. I’ll use FANDUEL AND DK from now on

Horrible customer service.. Trust me, they promote a lot, have stars representing them, but you would be wise to choose ANY other sports betting app. I.E..FanDuel, Draftkings, Caesar’s, barstool..etc..I’ve used them all and never had an issue with any of them, except for betMGM. Essentially, the all glitched, and wouldn’t let me cash out on a routine cash out situation where I was up on every single bet, except for a game that began. I know this was a glitch, because when I selected the game in my bet slip/thread, it wouldn’t allow me to view anything about the game, and stated the game was unavailable. I contacted support, which literally only explained how they aren’t liable for all glitches. So if you’re ok with giving them your money, simply for them to have app glitches and tell you better luck next time, by all means, bet away. But with so much completion, I advise you to place your money elsewhere. They showed zero accountability, didn’t offer an apology, and I haven’t used them since . Never will again.

Stay away. Before writing a review it took me a year playing in this app . Positive You can cash out on most of your bets before the game is over . Constantly giving you small bonus so you can keep playing Negative The apps load so slow between pages on their own apps . When selecting between team and sport , it keeps glitching and go back to betting slip vs where you want to go Recently I made 1 bet and it becomes 2 of the same bet . After explaining to the team ,they just apologized and said since the bet settled they could not do anything about it . They said if I was to communicate with them before it was settled they could have prevented it . The bet was made at 3 am . Why would you even say that if you don’t operate at that hours ? So losing thousands on their app and never once I contacted them but once their own system glitched and made two of the same bet they said there’s nothing they can do . That is the type of answer you will get if their app crash . Be wary and find you onces that actually see their own mistake . Two of the same bet at the exact same time and 1 confirmation screen .its funny how they can find the exact one cent that’s they re missing but when it’s the players money they simply say sorry . Poorly coded application. This is easily the worst app I have downloaded to my iPhone since 2011. If you are seeing this please do not download the app no matter what they offer you. After they bombard you with advertisements saying they’ll give you x amount of dollars in free bets (for me it was $200) they’ll put you through the difficult process of placing your bets through a browser application that feels like it was designed by a middle school C++ student. After you receive your winnings they will make the withdrawal process as difficult as possible. None of the links work and the only way to get your money out is if you have set up a bank account in the last 180 days but you will have to do that from a desktop computer as they purposefully designed the app and the mobile browser to crash in the process of a withdrawal. Do not trust these sleazeballs with your money!!!!!!

App is unable to perform many basic tasks and the customer support is worse. If you enjoy learning and figuring out what works and what doesn’t this is the app for you. Support prefers not to investigate or ask questions they just like to blame shift and tell you to wait 3-5 business days because they wrent properly trained on how to use this faulty system. Making a deposit was a disaster consisting of them telling me they haven’t got the money from my bank when I’m reality it was in my play+ acct. same with my cash out it was in my play+ which I need to connect a bank account to which I’ve tried 4 times unsuccessfully and have to wait for my card to show up cuz they don’t have an option to let you use PayPal like DraftKings who has the same play+ system or a digital wallet. There are so many better options with better bonuses, less hassles and better service. I wish I had more hands so I could give this 4 THUMBS DOWN

Geolocation is trash. I live within the geolocation of Nats park. When I go to place a bet, 95% of the time it says I am out of range. When I go down to the street, same thing. I walk towards Nats park. It only works west of New Jersey Ave (the geolocation map shows it should work two full blocks east of New Jersey ave. I don’t know if this is a scam done purposefully to get people to the physical sports book…but what is the point of an app if it doesn’t provide convenience for your customers. Further, the odds are trash. +595 for a three-teamer. It’s been +600 forever. You have a 20+% house advantage on a three teamer, yet you nickel and dime customers for an extra couple percent. This is the equivalent to when MGM started paying 6/5 on blackjack rather than 3/2. I was willing to sacrifice for convenience, but it is clear MGM has become the opposite of customer oriented. It’s basically a big bank masquerading as a casino/Sportsbook. I’ll keep going across the river to play the 13 more competitive options.

I wired BetMGM $1,000. They will not release it to my account.. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My bank wasn’t one of the available options for using most of the other deposit methods, and the ACH transfer didn’t work for some reason. So, I decided to send the deposit via wire instead. However, the body of the wire did not include the “for further credit information” section that BetMGM needs to attribute the money to my account. Was their response to return the money? Naaah. They just kept it. I’ve contacted customer service twice by live chat, once by phone, and twice by email. None of them understand the difference between an ACH transfer and a wire transfer. So, they look at my account, tell me my $1,000 ACH transfer did not go through, and then end the service request. Every time, I have specified that I am referring to a WIRE transfer that is not currently attributed to my account. So, it is not visible from my account. They must use the bank records which I sent to them at their request to see the transfer. Yet, every time, they look at my account, see the ACH transfer, and tell me that it didn’t go through. THAT IS NOT THE DEPOSIT TO WHICH I AM REFERRING! It is clear that the only way I am going to get my $1,000 back is by hiring a lawyer. Stay far, FAR away from this app and this company. There are plenty of other sports betting options out there. DO NOT risk your money with this company.

MGM is the worst betting app on here!. Shady practices, deceptive “promotions”. Recently had a promotion that was “automatically added to my account because i was targeted” for it. This promotion meant that i could withdraw my winnings from my account until made a wager of at least $200. I did this 3x and they still did not release my money. Reached out to the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and told me that I was right and did complete the tasks of the promotion that i didn't sign up for, but they didn't know why i still could not withdraw my money. Agent tells me the issue is being “escalated”. I receive a series of emails, asking for a lot of personal information, banking info, ID, etc. I go back and forth several times before they just tell me everything is okay and they will release my funds. Go to Caesars or Fanduel, reputable betting apps with less issues.

Free bets. I’m not gonna lie I like this site but what they just did was criminal I had a 5 dollar bet and a 20 dollar bet I made with a deposit I used there free bets on other bets my bets where Arizona cardinals to go 4-0 at the beginning of the season for 5 dollars and to go 6-0 for 20 dollars with 3000+ odds so now they are trying to tell me after my bets have been active that I used a free bet on these bets and the free bets are now expired regardless if it was the money I put on here won off free bets or the free bets I was given I used the bet before it expired it was honored in my live bets section now it all disappeared and no one will talk to me on there help line I have just been robbed for almost 700 dollars and it seems to be okay with there staff. I would not refer this app to anyone they will cheat you somehow maybe not yet but it will happen and there’s is no one to talk to or resolve any issue this just does not seem legal to me.

Stole my money. I was putting a sports parlay together, in the parlay I hit deposit money and put in a deposit of $10. After 5 minutes of not seeing my deposit I started getting curious on how long it took to show. After researching it more I found out it took my $10 and automatically converted it into $15 bonus bet towards casino. Why would it do that when I was clearly depositing on a sports parlay? So I tried to use the bot chat and that was useless so I called instead. No one to pick up a phone and said to email. So I email and now have to wait up to 24 hours which means after the games conclude? That’s trash and I can’t even withdraw it because it converted it into bonus bets. Moving toward I will never use this app again and I am expecting my $10s back. It’s not much but I don’t like company’s thinking they are sneaky and just stealing money

Complete Scam.. Please never deposit any money or create and account here, no matter what promotions they are showing. They WILL scam you. I was offered a promotion that stated “deposit $50 and get $50 in site credits.” It seemed like a great promo, so I deposited $50. However, the deposit turned my money into credits, and I was unable to withdraw my own money. Although frustrated at first, I quickly got over it, not knowing things were about to get worse. After using the $100 in credits, I was ready to withdraw my winnings, only to find that it was restricted from withdrawal. How could that be? I used the bonus and won the bets! Well, turns out you need to spend $300 before you get access to withdraw the bonus. I was fuming, but got over it and continued to bet through the terrible app because I had to. Two days later, the credits EXPIRED without any warning. In the end, I burned $50. BetMGM is a disgusting sportsbook.

Untrustworthy and bad customer support.. I made a wager I thought was suppose to count towards a bonus, however the support person proved that it actually did not count towards the bonus and the bonus requirements. It was fine, no problem at all….. I accepted and appreciated the help. WAIT A MINUTE! Then why can’t I withdraw my money? Support guy: because the money is associated with the bonus. So the money doesn’t count towards the bonus, but if I wish to withdraw the money then the bonus applies? Support person: “Nope”. Haha…..It took multiple support personnel and hours for me to finally give up and accept the outcome. Support staff will make me wait while they check my account, then we would get disconnected for inactivity lol. I like MGM and this app, but I no longer feel comfortable waging on this platform. Luckily it wasn’t a lot of money, but if I’m having issues with a minuscule amount, I rather not risk higher wagers.

Be careful.. I wish I had read the reviews before downloading the app. The customer service is honestly the worst. My fiancé sent me a link to sign up, and I clicked on it. Whether it was human error or a technical issue, I completed the sign-up process following all the instructions and reading the terms and conditions. However, we didn't receive the bonus. We usually use DraftKings and FanDuel, I will continue sticking with them, which are trustworthy and they have great customer service. They made no effort to help us resolve the issue. I emailed their support team, but they only repeated what the chat agents had already said. It really feels like they're trying to scam you. Make sure to read all the reviews before downloading the app. please don’t put too much money. If you do decide to have this app it seems that they’re a bit stingy I would be careful.

The Best Sportsbook App! I love the MGM app! It’s ease of use and generous offers are the best!. After nearly a year or using several Sports Book apps, I’m glad to write this review to recommend The MGM Sports book app. It not only is the best app from the standpoint of functionality and design and ease of use, with nice clear screens and a great interface, but also has a very good customer service, and is also the most generous app by far! I get free bonuses and deposit matches that if used properly can help add funds to your account. This is my main app for any sports betting. Thank you MGM for the great job! I’m waiting to see if they will start offering any free night’s stays at any of their resorts so I can pay for a flight to Vegas! 😊

Terrible app. This app is just so bad with so many glitches. Half the time you can’t place the bet because it’s grayed out and only decides to work when the app feels like it. Want to cash out? Well you have about a 50% chance of cashing out the correct amount or at all before it changes odds while IN the process of cashing out, not even before. Sometimes it likes to say there is no location when I want to place a bet and I have to restart the app, which have changed the odds by then. Also the support is useless as they just outsource all of there customer service to non English speaking countries who don’t understand the rules of sports that create these conflicts. I could make a less buggy app in a week without outsourcing all of the coding for cheap international labor. Worst app I have ever seen and is designed to scam you (not including the scam that is this company).

Glitchy/ buggy/ laggy/ slow. I’ve had this app for a few years. I like it so much more than draft kings. They have great promos and frequent bonus bets. Winning gets get payed relatively quickly. Typically within 5 minutes. Transferring money from the app is also very easy. Unfortunately the app is just not that great. I have automatic updates on and it never improves or removes bugs. It’s slow and laggy. Frequently my bets won’t show up in the live bet tab even when I bet during the game. It’s slow to mark off parlay hits as well. Sometimes they won’t show I’ve hit until the entire parlay is done. If the app had a few bug fixes it would be by far the best sports betting app. I’ll continue to use it regularly during football season with hopes of improvements.

This has top notch customer service responds with gelp and to fix the problem not act like its ur fault and u made a error i hate conpanies when thats the first thing they assume its our fault never theirs especially your big Corporations. i used paypal well this will be nd evertine that i withdre with 24hrs money is deposited straiggt to paypal. Very bad app. Imagine putting 1,000$ In one machine and not receiving one bonus, deleted the app and permanently bann my self, I was playing blackjack I had 100$ on the hand, 25$ on each side bet, it the round starts, it tells me your bet has been rejected kicks me out, I quickly go back in the table to see the hand was trips, and my hand was perfect pair, ….. I contact support to solve the issue they told me we need more information date times all that I give them what they need then they ask me for a sequence id all this extra stuff, I screen shot eveeyrhing dates times everything they asked, they send me the same thing, then they ignore me… even if it was a error now you got me thinking you guys didn’t want to pay out, …. There are at least 10 other apps for eith same games if not more options and same withdraw deposit times but hey they got millions why would they care about this petty guy right?

Customer Service Nightmare. After a couple weeks of betting my account was suddenly placed on hold. I acknowledge that I may have made some sort of error or broke some kind of rule that caused this. The account being placed on hold is a small problem compared to dealing with “customer service” though. About a day after sending an email they wrote back in broken English and ignored everything I asked. They “apologized for the inconvenient” and told me they “see what’s on my viewpoint” and that if I sent them a picture of my personal documents and a selfie (no, I’m not kidding) they would allow me to withdraw my own money. Meanwhile, they will not tell me why my money is frozen. To keep this short - there are several options for sports betting and they all offer the same product. Avoid a headache like this and just use DraftKings, PointsBet or Fanduel. I’ve used them for months and never had a problem.

Worst betting app ever. It’s been a week that I’ve been trying to withdraw my money from the account and it’s not letting me. Somehow because of security , it’s ok to deposit money from different accounts but you can’t choose where you withdraw the money to. They are the ones who split it in different cards. After more than 5 conversations on the chat, the problem still exists. So now my money is stuck there and u have to wait who knows how long, because they have a security system which says the card I’ve been using the last 2 months has never done any transactions. As soon as I get my money I’m closing my account. Fanduel is the way to go. At least they give you free money to bet once in a while, easier to navigate and they don’t have a “security system” in place which makes it impossible to cash out your winnings.

Deceptive Marketing Tactics. I’m extremely disappointed in the promotion of this app due to the deceptive marketing tactics of that $600 Bet redemption. I bet $600 & loss my 3 leg parlay but I received my credit back in 5 installments of $120 totaling $600. I didn’t have any issue with this part of the application because I read this clearly within the terms and conditions as it was stated that this would be the case if a wager was to end in a loss. However, after receiving my site credit for the promo being offered, it never clearly stated that you have to risk way more to get your $120 stake back in a single bet. This applied to all 5 bets. Ex: (rough estimates) Bet $120 Legs Gervontae Davis vs barrios +360 England soccer game +120 Overal odds -130 $60 (Including stake) I won the bet & only got $60 & not $180 Other apps I have used such as barstool & FanDuel do a way better job at marketing promotions and not using strategic deceptive practices to get users to utilize their app. Beware my friends, this is some very scam likely practices & I will not be using this app anymore moving forward. Bet MGM, I expected more smh. Big let down because I actually believed in it. FYI, I ended up winning $400 back so I just took a $200 loss. Also, I don’t really do reviews but I had to come out for this event. #ModernizedScam

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - shady promos. Very disappointed that an industry giant like mgm would offer terrible customer service/. They don’t care about the customer; they only want our money. They insisted that they sent 2 of my withdrawals to Apple Pay and even though I showed them my bank statements that I never got the money, all they would tell me was to contact Apple Pay. Apple Pay doesn’t even accept payments from gaming sites/. Reps were rude and only read off a script. Would never put me through to a supervisor. If they wanted my $90 that bad they can have it along with my business. They automatically add match bonuses to deposits even if you don’t want and it has a 25x play through. What are the odds of turning $20 into $500 . so even if you win, all you can withdraw is your initial deposit. It’s unfortunate how little they care about their customers because the site is as good as any of the others. They just care less about the customer and our experience

The Worst Sports Betting Option. I am shocked that MGM has its name on this shoddy of an app. The signup process was easy enough, but the UI is clunky and broken in some places. After getting around the UI issues (had to close and reopen the app after realizing crucial elements were missing) it would not let me place a bet because it said I had a VPN active. My VPN was off but after chatting with support and even deleting the VPN app I still couldnt bet because it was appearing as if it was proxied. I have made bets on 5 other large betting platforms and never had a single issue with my VPN (as long as it is off) so it seems like this app is just broken. The only reason I signed up was for a promo but I regret it now. They have all my personal info stored and are connected to my bank through a third party and I have no recourse. Absolutely pitiful. I am assuming this must be a recent app rewrite because I cant fathom how the app in the state I just experienced is rated anywhere above a 2

No up too date stats. With FanDuel when you pick your parlays, it shows you the progress of each player or score, example, how many yards the runner has how many goals have been shot how many scores were each player made and it shows you a play-by-play progress so you know where you’re at with each player and game. that MGM doesn’t do that they just show you your parlay. It doesn’t tell you how many yards the running back has already accomplished how many passing yards the quarterbacks already thrown how many receiving yards is the receiver shine? Is it up to you to do your own research, I think that MGM should be more like FanDuel and basically during live bets keep you updated on how your progress is going. That’s the reason for the three stars

Bad and Good. This app works about half the time. The other half I have to force stop and/or reload the app to my phone. It’s weird because the app occasionally asks for an internal review which I gave about a week ago and complained that it was slow and had some issues with it, it got worse, didn’t realize that it would be. I have had occasional interactions with their chat, and most they are good to go, I did however have an issue with a wager last October that I accidentally got into as a $50 wager and was supposed to be $5, I took a screenshot of it immediately and sent in in less than 15 minutes which is their “house rules,” I was told the next day after asking where the response was to my inquiry and they said that it was made outside the window, I showed them a screenshot of time stamps of inquiry and wager they still ignored it and didn’t refund my wager.

Buyer beware.. They might hook you with a nice introductory promo…or perhaps with an introductory promo that pales in comparison to one you’ll find shortly thereafter that’s for “new customers only”. That’s your chance. After that is one frustration after another. Table games with crummy rules. Special offers for games that won’t even load. Special offers that never load—ie. Make a 4-leg parlay at minimum +400 odds for 21% boost…did exactly that & not once did the boost kick in. How hard is it to tell me what I’m doing wrong. Daily rewards that are a slap in the face—ie. a $1 free play that you have to wager 25x over before you could claim it, or 125x over if it’s a live dealer table game because that only counts 20%. Inconsistent pregame betting options from game to game. App performance is generally poor, especially in anything that involves graphic animation. There’s a lot of competition with apps like this. MGM surely doesn’t act like it.

Would give a zero if I could!. Where to start… The location app you have to download is awful. Constantly crashes, impossible to even put in bet. When you finally put in a bet and win. Good luck getting your money out! Been trying for over a week to request my funds. Every time I request my funds it’s says processing then it’s magically canceled within 30 mins of the request. No emails, no explanation why. Tried calling customer support no-one ever answers the phone! After 5 mins on hold, the message says sorry call back later then disconnects you! Then I tried the live chat… still haven’t gotten anywhere! I tell them I can’t withdrawal my funds they ask for some person information then say please hold while I look up your account. They never come back!!! I waited for 20 mins for a response, then the app kicked me out and makes me resign-in, losing my place in the live chat!!! Will never use this app again! Just want my money back so I go use a real app and place a bet. The worst part I’m a gold member MGM card holder!! What a joke!

Mixed emotions. I had my account for awhile, something happened I’m not sure exactly what but my account was restricted “for my protection “, a week and many uploads, many missed promos and opportunities, later I get the notification that my documents were accepted as satisfactory and all restrictions were removed . I log in and attempt to play -still restricted, “ContactSupport”, that was 2 days ago…. So I’m not sure right now. I have been a huge fan of draftkings since the beginning but decided to try MGM and I did kinda like it but the way this is being handled makes me wonder . I know I’ve received numerous promotions that I can’t even attempt and I know Draftkings is very quick to fix any problems and they usually give their players casino credits when something goes wrong that was not the players fault…. I’ll update this after they finally resolve this issue…

Comfortable look and options. The betting app has a nice color look and feel of a professional book that knows that we the customers want to feel comfortable when placing money that we all earned and being able feel at easy when we place that bet that there’s options and not lop sided where it’s a good feeling we all enjoy that we got the edge of the bet and also being able to get your winnings quick not wait. Only reason it’s a four not a five is because I wish there had a multi game multi bet option on the same page for a tablet but the same screen. Tennis matches quick easy to get win or that fun fix to a bad day.

Terrible customer service & lots of bugs. This is my first time ever writing a review on anything in my life and it’s because of how terrible of an experience I’ve had with the app. First it was glitching and froze and so I swiped up to close to app. Guess I hit submit on a bet that I didn’t want to do and immediately emailed customer service. They replied the next day saying I could only fix it by going to the live chat in which there is no button for unless you go: My Account >> Support >> FAQ >> Select a topic >> "Do you need more help?" Select "Yes" >> Live chat Which is a 7 step process and is not easy to find when you have a live bet going. Next, I placed a bet but anytime I walk out of my house (I live in CO) the app says I’m out of state and so when I placed a bet walking my dog and went to check on it when I got home it didn’t get placed and I now have to delete & re-download the app anytime I open it and I’m not on my wifi because it thinks I’m in TX. Then finally I was live betting today and it crashed when I had a chance to profit on a cash out. Needless to say as someone who works in tech as a product designer. This app and it’s customer service (especially since it’s a ton of money people are betting with) are among the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Go to DraftKings or anywhere else

Throw your money away elsewhere. One of the most frustrating and stupid experiences I’ve had the displeasure of having. First the app refused to verify my address (which is required to actually use the app). After my address didn’t automatically verify, I tried using an old address in case that worked. It proceeded to lock my account, so I entered a support chat that was incredibly slow and unhelpful. I upload my DL as proof of my address but that wasn’t enough. I entered another support chat and after being asked to hold for 10 minutes, the chat was ended because I took too long typing out my response. They use LiveChat, which I know shows the agent exactly what you’re typing even before you hit send. Which tells me I was ignored, and they’re reading your messages before you send them, which is just a gross action to take. I haven’t been this infuriated in years and MGM has lost my money and more importantly my respect.

TERRIBLE! SCAM! DO NOT GET!. I downloaded mgm as a break from other mainstream betting apps. The app functions terribly. It is the most glitchy and unfunctional app out of all the other betting apps. I will no longer be using the app because after a period of severe freezing during March madness, my app “randomly” bet on something with terrible odds. I reached out to support several times to cancel this bet and they just happened to be “too busy to answer or reply”. Now that I am able to contact them OVER A WEEK LATER they are stating that they cannot refund my money as the bet has settled. Disregarding that I tried to contact them several times before the bet had closed. They effectively were able to take this money out of my account and we’re very unhelpful and unreasonable. I was also told that there were no supervisors available at the moment and then they said that there just were none to contact ever, lies!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Glitches in bonus rounds don’t pay out. My wife opened up a BETMGM online account and closed the account same day. On two different occasions playing two different online BETMGM casino games, she finally got a bonus after loosing a bunch of money. Right when she hit the bonus, the game glitched out and never went into the bonus round. The glitch kicked her out of the game and when she went back into the same game to hopefully pickup the bonus where she left off, the bonus round wasn’t there anymore. No payout has been given on the two glitched out bonus rounds from either game. The two bonus rounds immediately kicked her out of game right before the bonuses even started. Shame on BETMGM for allowing this. Karma will come back to bite you. Bunch of Thiefs. This is how they can afford to advertise all over from not paying out on these legitimately won bonus games.

Worst betting app experience. I’ve been using DraftKings and wanted to try a different betting app. I saw MGM Sports ad on TV advertising for deposit match and decided to give it a try. After making multiple deposits on this app I haven’t received any deposit match they’ve advertised. I received multiple promos on my inbox most of them aren’t available once I open them I get an error message. I was able to opt in for fee and followed the steps on how to play wasn’t able to track my progress in order to receive the promo this happened 3 times and after playing the games there was no sign that I wagered any money even though I did. Today I opted in for an other promo that requires to deposit your money and not to realize your deposit gets locked in as a bonus and you can only play that specific game that you opt in. When you try to contact their support they don’t even provide you with their wait time. Stay away from this app and save yourself your money.

Worst sports book take your money elsewhere!!!. The worst costumer support team the worst app in general they make billions on us and can’t even fix bugs in a simple sports book app I continuously get scammed by promos and glitches and no one in there team will help you I waited on hold for over a hour more then once and every single time they can’t do anything for me I opted in a promo place a 50$ bet on any Knicks game and get 1$ for every point randle makes (in free bet money) he ended up dropping 31 and I have not seen that money I even called and like always they gave me the run around I’ve played blackjack before and won with my own money and there app has taken my winnings before and added it towards a bonus I already dropped and was expired I’ve lost 1000$ of dollars like this from them I will be withdrawing my whole balance from the app and taking it to fandual don’t give these people your business!!!!!!!!!!

Bet MGM withdrawal/ deposit. The app is wonderful my only thing is that they let you deposit via Apple pay direct but won’t let you withdrawal through Apple Pay direct, and don’t have and option in the account settings to change or delete payment methods. Then it’s so hard to get ahold of an actual live agent on the phone for help. But the live chat support got me right through. I just wish they gave you an option to change or delete certain payment methods so it wouldn’t be so hard to actually collect your winnings, and not have to go through customer service and wait days to get a response that may not even resolve the issue. Besides that it really is a great Parlay Bet/ casino app.

Be careful with live betting. Be careful with live betting odd lines moving with betmgm. Every other competitor and sportsbooks give a clear option in the bet slip that says “accept higher odds” or “accept lower odds” every Sportsbook except Betmgm defaults to accept lower odds. Betmgm defaults to accept higher odds. Example: if you bet a live and odds are -140 and you press accept in the 5-10 seconds it takes to place the bets the odds shift to +140 it defaults to taking the higher odds. Betmgm does a terrible job at making this option clear in the bet slip. Every Sportsbook, if the odds change, make you accept the new odds. I closed my account because of this. I could careless that I lost but the fact they are making it difficult for people to find the option to change to only accept lower odds in settings rather than on the actual bet slips shows they are trying to pull quick ones on people. Just move over the Caesers, fanduel, or draftkings.

Worst sportsbook app I’ve used. I have been nothing but incredibly frustrated ever since I downloaded BetMGM. I originally signed up because of a promo to get $200 in free bets, and I completed the terms and it still took me about a week and two separate live chats with customer service to actually receive the free bets. I recently traveled to Illinois (I live in Iowa) and the app locked me out of my account when I tried to log in in a different state. Couldn’t get back in until I got back to Iowa. The app is also painfully slow and buggy, which is obviously not ideal for live betting. I was trying to deposit money to hedge one of my wagers during a game, and it took so long that the lines I was looking to bet closed before I could bet them. I will be using my free bets and then deleting BetMGM, provided they actually allow me to withdraw my balance, which seems uncertain given the rest of my experience. Stick with FanDuel or DraftKings, it’ll save you lots of headaches.

Disrespectful and odds changing after placing bet. I am extremely disappointed in this app and the “help” team you have to deal with when the app screws up. I tried reaching out after a lag that caused a +140 bet to be -110(which it never touched below +140 since). I spoke with Edgar and after waiting for 5 minutes to have him respond he said I’m sorry this happened and there is nothing we can do and ended the chat without letting me ask any questions. I then waited another 5 minutes to speak with someone else, the conversation went on for about 10 minutes and was told due to the bet being placed 15 minutes ago there was nothing they can do. They didn’t give it a chance and they have it set up to no matter if it is right or wrong they can get away with it.. usually don’t leave these type reviews but this is unacceptable with how loyal I am to the MGM brand.. they have lost that loyalty and I have high hopes that it detours others from using their services.

Can’t cash out/up date. ****After many emails, customer care phone calls, live chats, weeks later and losing half of my winnings some how all of a sudden they can do a “Manual Cash Out” mgm is garbage and should have some legal action taken against them!!! Going back to Bovada might be more complicated to use but I rather get my winnings every time no problems. The app worked fine and did its job till I tried to cash out. I have use Apple Pay to deposit and lost my card so I replaced it with a new card. I even have deposit money with a ACH account also. Know that I have won and trying to cash out I can not because of a close loop system they use. I have work with customers care for over a week trying to with draw and been told 48hour but then nothing. Don’t use your Apple Pay or lose your card linked to account because of the close loop system. Good luck

be aware of withdraw scammimg. beware of withdrawing your money from this app. I had won a bet over 300$. When I had withdrew my money the app glitched. When logging back in i realized the -200$ i had withdrawn from the app has disappeared with out any confirmation email from the app regarding to my withdraw being process. It has been over A week and a half that I've reported it & customer service has been giving me a hard time giving my money back after sending out all information they needed from me to get it. The whole time they've been so lazy and unprofessional of their job. be careful with this app once your money goes missing i promise you you wont get it back because these people make everything so difficult. They said i was suppose to receive my money within a week, its been a week and half and they still making me wait another week after giving them all evidence. its a simple thing and they cant even fix it due to how unprofessional they are.

BETMGM IS TRASH. This is a trash company that doesn’t honor their own promotions. They truly will reset the bar in the middle so that you have to keep depositing even once you hit the requirements. Then when you contact them in their chat they are completely useless and ask for screen shots that can’t be taken. There’s a tracking system that shows every spin but apparently that doesn’t matter either. Don’t waist your money here find a better app. As far as the betting app, they will take their own promotions and not pay on them. Horrible app that glitches and good luck on getting them to honor their own terms. Horrible experience all around -1 star is giving them too much credit!!

Glitchy app, suspect practices. The app worked great at first and everything went well for about the first year. Recently had several issues with errors saying I reached my bet limit (I had not set bet limits) and other issues placing bets. The last straw was a baseball parlay they cancelled (supposedly within a 15 minute window), when I had basically won the parlay by the 2nd inning. When I reached out to them, they said my bet shouldn’t have been cancelled and they would pay me. When I asked where the money in my account was after a day or so, they said they were working on it, ‘please allow 24-48 hours.’ 72 hours later I ask and they said I was not getting money and the bet was legitimately cancelled. On to the gaming commission for me and closing my account once this is all done. Good thing there are many other options to choose from!

Hacked/ Data Breech. MGM stole $70+ from my account due to their data breech in August 2023! MGM got hacked August 23, and the hacker stole all my information. They first tried to make a $300 charge to my MGM credit card in a state I’ve never been to. Then they got into my BetMGM account, changed my bank account, login, password, birthdate… so I couldn’t get in and then try to drain 95% of my account. Not only did MGM not offer me anything for my inconvenience of “THEIR” data breech and me having to change my credit cards & having to wait 3 months to reunlock my betMGM account with multiple rounds of me taking pictures of myself with my ID. They reset my account to before their data breech in August even though they took my bets In October and I won over $70 (increased account over 50%) I’ve tried to talk with their customer service line, but they say they are unable to return the funds due to the security risk of their servers. Even though I have sent them copies of my betting slips showing I won over $70 in October, they still refuse. This should not even be an issue for them, they should easily be able to credit my account the $70, especially after showing them proof of my winning bets. I will be contacting the Colorado division of gaming to make a complaint and hope the state can force them to return my money.

Good but needs improvement. I don’t know where else to submit any feedback for this. But, everything is good with the app but I have a few gripes. The phone app functionality is a bit clunky and laggy compared its competitors fanduel/DraftKings. Such as looking thru games, placing bets, looking at your bet slip etc. A smoother interface would be appreciated! Also the log in process is a tedious one having to log in with my password every time just to check on something in the phone app. If you can integrate the iPhone facial recognition to log in it would make the process much easier, much like what DraftKings does when you open their app. Scans your face, and logs you in. My next gripe is that I usually place bets in the morning around 10-12am est and a majority of MLB games aren’t listed in the app or not available to bet on in the morning. They usually get posted later in the day, when I’m busy at work etc etc and I miss out on betting on them. If you could post games earlier it would be appreciated. I do however like the integration into the action network interface to track my bets and get notifications on my bets. That I applaud and I’ve been enjoying using.

STAY AWAY. Worse casino app. So I was trying to cash out when I finally won some money & they spilt my payments on 2 different cards. One of the debit cards was a account so it was closed & I wasn’t able to access it. I explained all this so support & my account was never updated & I never was able to cash out. So now I found myself just gambling my winnings before I stopped using this scheming app & today they cancel 2 basketball games. If anybody who really uses this trash app knows, if you create a parlay slip & none of the games started you can cash out or basically cancel your own bet slip & get your money back. Clearly Mgm did not let me cash out my parlays or get my money back or equal value for what I placed. As I was explaining this to customer support, he(Anthony) ended the chat without even helping me in any kind of way. This is the worse casino app out of all. I suggest staying with DraftKings or FanDuel because they have a better support system, better odds, & more experience than these pandemic apps.

Fake promotions. It says I’m supposed to get a 5 dollar ski to bonus every time the red wings score 4 or more goals and win at home. Well they did and every time I click redeem a random error occurs. The promotion is a scam or my account is marked ineligible to redeem the promotion but it’s smack dab all over my app. This happens with every other promotion. Apparently either I’m very good at gambling which is impossible because nobody is or betmgm is just singling me and others who have short term withdraw to never allow us to redeem any promotion. The app also has alot of problems and there interface makes it so you accidentally click out of a slot machine or blackjack table. This happened to me when I placed a 20 dollar blackjack bet. My hand was 11 in blackjack but I got randomly booted out and couldn’t click hit. This caused the hand to lose but if I was there it would have won 40$ lost in total. I just wish the app would get better and the promotions not be false advertising scams.

Casino players beware. Yes you can win and cash out if you’re willing to spend a fortune. The deposit match bonuses are a joke. You will not win enough to cash out if you use a match offer. Technical glitches are pathetic especially when you’re in a bonus spin mode. Lastly, when you are lucky enough to have a good day, prepare for the games to give you nothing for days or weeks. You never except to win consistently on Casino games but you can usually get some play out of your money. Not here, just know going in you won’t recover your losses and technical support is pathetic. I’m deleting the app but good luck to you
