Help. How can I cancel the purchase ? I don’t want to use it anymore

Do Not Buy. So not worth buying. Asks for subscribing as soon as you start filling in your details.

Not a fan. I wake up to have breakfast and the whole day already has been filled out as eaten. I’ll go onto the app to see what my next meal is and it opens up to random days, sometimes 4 days earlier sometimes a week later. Not too happy with the meal options either, way too much protein and I said I’m allergic to seafood and there’s always seafood meals

Weight parameter too high. I’m 39-41kg but the parameter is at 45kg. Why is it so high???

Just don’t!. Won’t allow you to put in a true birthdate, keeps reverting to 1963, claims a healthy weight for a 182 cms tall male is 75 kgs....positively UNDER WEIGHT! And they charge for use of this app! Forgot to mention it during advert and download. All of this info is available free on the internet. Keto is popular..a simple google search will get you all you need.

Shifty Subscription. Free month, then automatically turns over to a weekly subscription. Lost a lot of money not even having the app installed. BEWARE

In the App Store when you read the information about the “Keto app” and it details down the bottom of it all the information that after the free trial period of you continue using the app you will be charged the following prices.. $8.99 / week $53.99 / 3mth $89.99 / 6mth $149.99 / year Yet when I enter my details it tells me it’s.. $15.49 / week or I can get a special offer for $184.99 / year

Like it. Interesting approach with a lot of good ideas. Definitely a good start to build a successful weight-loss and health building keto diet.

5 star. This app has been absolutely fantastic for tracking when starting to do keto. I continue using these recipes for my meals as well. Keto app!!! Love it!!!

Cancelled subscription right away. Barely any recipes! It asked to click on what I didn’t like which I thought was great, until I saw the couple recipes they did have had cottage cheese (wasn’t an option to click off) and can’t adjust it now

Pretty good. This app seems pretty sweet from just downloading it. Wish I could add my own meals and their macros to it though

Terrible.. Downloaded the app to see if it was for me, as that is the only way to see it’s worth the purchase. Uninstalled it right away, but they charged me. Tried to reach out for a refund, but still haven’t hear back from them.

Not happy with this App. How I’m I to use your app if it will not accept my Vegan choices. Not everyone likes or will eat meat. You really should open your app to those that are vegetarian or Vegan and would like to do Keto.

They charged me for nothing. They charged me in my credit card and I didn’t use this apps.. i want to cancel it but you can’t find how. This is scammers!!!! I hate so much!!!!

Auto subscribe / cancel issues. Minimal food choices I would never eat the recipes as is Tried to cancel Auto subscribed me but since I deleted the app right after starting the trial, now I can’t restore the subscription to even try to use it as a guide I want a refund!

Signed up for a trial, got dinged $180 RIP OFF. I didn’t even get the trial phase, clicked sign up without any indication of cost and credit card showed $180CAD. If I had known it was $180 I would not have even bothered. PLUS There is no area to delete/disengage account. Total rip off. Cash grab. Will be contacting Apple as well to see if they will offer a refund. Don’t waste your money. In this age of COVID with people watching every dollar this is disgusting that Apple allows this to continue. I had to give a star but if I could give minus stars - I would have.

DO NOT BUY. I truly believe this app is a scam. Function of app: There is no option to add any food that is not provided on the app. There are very little recipes(about 3-6 recipes) to choose from, and those are the only recipes that you can log on the app. So if you eat something else, which would be very likely as there are not a lot of options, you can not lot it to check the nutrition, cals, etc. Biggest Issue(Money Scam!): Secondly, I did not want to do the year subscription, I wanted to try to free trial and I accidentally hit the year subscription. So I went to cancel/get a refund and was not able to, despite the fact that is was minutes after. Then a message popped up on my phone saying that I will get a refund for the remainder of the subscription as I cancelled it and would not be using. So I thought the problem was cleared up and I was going to get the refund, but when I pressed okay, it charged me for another year subscription at $189.00!!!!! So not only did it double charge me, but the second transaction was at a higher price! Do not use this app, there are MUCH better apps with more functions as well as will not scam you into multiple subscriptions.

$180 - not worth it.. It would be great to be refunded for an app that I cancelled the subscription AND have since deleted it, within the specified time frame. But if you want to waste $180 and have $180 to spare, go ahead. 😊

Trf. All inclusive for my each keto meal... easily tracking calories and carbs. It is my favourite.

Scam payment. I opted for 1 week free trial, however it charged me for that and auto-subscribed for payment every week. Haven’t used this app, deleted it right after downloading. I want full refund!

Something wrong?. They asked for foods “I DONT LIKE”. I like all the foods on the list so I didn’t select anything. Entered my credentials.... And it says it can’t help me based off my food preference. Sis..... I like everything! Why is that so difficult to pull recipes for?!

Don’t do it. They’ll take your money right away and auto renew it even if you delete the app. Ridiculous. I don’t ever review apps but this one made me mad enough to do. Just wasted 30 minutes of my day trying to figure out why I just got charged $40 from an app I don’t have.

This app is terrible. Don’t get this app! I thought I was signing up for a 7 free day trial and now I have no idea how to reach customer service to cancel. So now they are trying to charge me $50. You can’t log your own calories or meals, so it’s pointless.

Not Good!. There is no account settings tab! Hey make it really hard for you to discontinue the usage after starting a subscription. It makes you feel like you are being scammed

Limited Meals. Pros: syncs with apple watch/fibit to track exercises and calories... Cons: There are only about 20 meals that I can switch around (there is a free keto app that has about 100 recipes for me to follow). If you click on restore purchases, It won’t work. Overall experience: Not worth it the price

not free. i had this app for about 10 minutes and clicked the free 7- day trail button and it said it would automatically charge my card.. I deleted the app automatically thinking it wouldnt happen if it was deleted.. It charged my card 41 dollars!

Terrible. If I couldn’t give it any stars, I would’ve. It’s a waste of time and I deleted the app and tried to cancel and it won’t let me. Still being charged 10 dollars a week for nothing!! Don’t waste your tine or money!

the app thinks all people want to lose weight. It enforces that the target weight is lower than the current.

Don’t fall for it!!!. This app is a total scam!! It says you can cancel the subscription after the 7 day trial but I have yet to figure out how. Not user friendly and more of a headache than anything. Don’t fall for it!!!

Perfect. Great app. Easy to use. Lets you keep track very closely what and how much you eat for the day. Love it!

Wonderful. Nice app to understand how to perform an exercise. Position, movement etc. Has other handy tools as well.

NOT GOOD. This app is very repetitive with the same foods no variety, it also log me out of my account AFTER it charged me with a 6months trial. You can’t get a hold of the people at all no response messages from them and can only communicate with them via email. Don’t waste your time on the free trial it’s only a scam. There are MUCH BETTER APPS with more variety and free.

Frustrated. The app will not accept my year of birth and will not go lower than 1964. Also it chooses recipes FOR me. I want to choose my own or enter my own food I’ve eaten. I’m upset I got sucked in without this information.

They took money when I had cancelled the subscription??. I cancelled my free subscription to this app and I randomly saw a charge on my bank account a few days ago for 41 dollars. I want a refund. How do I go about this process??? Very very upset with this app.

Not worth the money. The app is good however I would also like if I am able to add additional things that I would like to consume and make it part of the calorie intake. I also think that the app should not only stick to three change meal plans.

Terrible. I was curious about Keto recipes. I was automatically charged. I contacted customer service. They said they’d get back to me but never did. I’ve emailed and emailed with no response since. Scam. Don’t do it. Overpriced. Save your money. You can get free recipes online if u want to Keto

Be Aware of the “FREE TRIAL”. I download the app cause it popped up on my FB page. Clicked on the 7 day free trial and it CHARGED me for 1 whole year! Trying desperately to cancel this subscription. I have emailed the app but based on other reviews they take long to rely back!!

Waste of money. I tried to cancel for days and even contacted their support people and never got a response. Unfortunately, my trial ended and payment was taken out. I will never fall for one of these “free trials” where there’s no way to cancel it within that time frame.

Garbage. The app wants to charge you when your trial is up for the 6 month portion for $42..... it says you can cancel this in the account settings menu but the app does not have an account settings menu anywhere to cancel the purchase so they scam you into buying

App didn’t install - I was charged 119 dollars. I was charged 119 dollar without even completing the initial setup. I don’t know who to contact there is no support number. I have sent email ... no one has got back to me.

TOTAL SCAM: FRAUD ALERT!!. I purchased a subscription and whenever I click restore purchase in the app it says there isn’t anything to restore. BUT I PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION!!!! I should get what I pay for!! This is total b.s. I hate how I spent money on something that totally doesn’t work!!! This is fraud!!!

Doesn’t get back to your emails.. I downloaded the app and made an account but when I found out I couldn’t cancel before the trial I emailed to see how I can delete my account and they never got back to me and now I was charged 45$ for an app on my phone that I never used because I wanted my account deleted. Terrible.

Not easy to cancel. The app is fine. It's just not going to be a meal plan I can stick with. The problem is how difficult they make it to cancel your subscription. Vague instructions to links. Account info is hard to find.

I realized I eat to many calories!. This was a big help to make daily meal plans and I'm on a fast track to losing weight!

No name. 5 days in down 5 pounds. Able to stick to the diet because of the support and great recipes.

Robbed. I downloaded the app to see if I wanted to use it. Agreed to free trial. Checked it out and decided after about 10 minutes that I didn’t want to use it. Cancelled my free trial. Still got charged $119 for a year. No way to contact the developer to recover my money. I am not using this app. I need a refund of money I did not agree to pay.

Cannot cancel. This is a scam. They do not have the option on the app to cancel. They do not have a phone number or email contact to do so either. It is impossible to get out of this subscription.

Great recipes. I love this app. I recommend it to anyone who would like to achieve a certain eating goal.

Waste of time and especially money. You guys already getting some money through downloads, and you want more so made it a paid app. After entering all the details asked for money to continue

Charges before trial ends. Decent app. Kind of frustrated that I was charged at 1130pm the night before my free trial was up. Had to look into the cancellation policy.. they can charge you up to 24 hours before the end of your trial. So make your decision BEFORE 6 days. Not 7. Won’t be renewing.

Can’t uninstall. I forgot to cancel before my trial was over - didn’t love the UI - and now that I’m trying to cancel it in my settings it’s not an option! Normally apps have a ‘cancel subscription’ button.

Absolutely nonsense!. Downloaded the app just to check it out, see if I wanted to use it to start losing weight. Go through the signup info and BAM! They want to charge you a fee before even letting you look at anything, or a free trial that will charge you in a week. App DELETED!

This app is NOT free. They will charge you 41/month. Which is stupid because you can’t even pick all the foods you don’t like for the grocery list, it’ll tell you error. Most ridiculous amount of money for a stupid app that barely works.

Too repetitive - don’t bother downloading. Recipes are repetitive- I wouldn’t even finish the 7 day trial because it got boring. Additionally, they’re written oddly. For example “tilapia and corn” with no corn whatsoever in the recipe. I would’ve continued on a monthly subscription if it offered a wider variety of meals.

Very disappointed!!. I downloaded the app used it for two day with the 7 week trial. I decided I did not like the app and deleted it after for 2 days! I was still charged the fee of the 6 month trial. Very upset! I do not know how to take myself out of the app so I will not get charged again!
