Absolutely love this game. This game is very addicting, I can’t put it down!! It’s quick, easy, and fun, simple controls and well put together. It is NOT pay to win, you will get plenty of planes just from playing. The artwork and music are very nice, I would highly recommend this game. I usually do not write reviews but I enjoy this so much I felt it was necessary 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Dog-fighting dogs. Thunderdogs is described by Lucky Kat Studios as a “Luftrausers meets Starfox” multiplayer .io-styled game where you pit yourself against other players in quick online death matches where you try to out-fly other players while also shooting them down and collecting the golden bones of your fallen opponents. The twin-stick controls take a bit getting used to but they are simple enough, though you’ll probably find yourself aimless bouncing off objects and missing items until you get hang of the floatiness of the different unlockable planes, each with their own upgradable stats and unique pilots which drop short witty dialogue at each other in text boxes as you take down other planes. The music is fantastic and the pixel art style is cute and the art of the various dog pilots reminds me heavily of Starfox. The game seems to never force you to spend money to progress but it does have forced ads. I’ve rated the game 4/5 because of the IAP. While, the lowest IAP I see is 1.99 (which is alright) the game does offer a ‘VIP Membership’ for 6.99 a WEEK, for exclusive VIP planes, daily in-game currency, and other exclusive content. If this were altered to maybe a monthly payment it would be a little more realistic but 6.99 a week is a pretty steep payment for any game.

It’s great. I love it everything about it is great the music is great it’s good quality gameplay and sound effects however I just today have an issue where the sound is not working I’ve tried reopening the app and turning my phone off all the way and on but it still won’t work please fix this issue in the future

Great game, great music. The best decision I’ve made today. I’m a 35 y/o man living in Brooklyn, have an interesting job, loving family. Sometimes you feel down in the dumps even when everything is going well and you need a pick me up. This game is that, thank you for enlightening my day. It immediately makes you want to dance and smile and feel like a kid again. Bravo!

Greg needs a plane. The game is very fun and intense and I find myself playing it a lot but when I go to the store to buy gems I see a dog his name is Greg from what his name tag says and this is stupid but can Greg have a little plane and be a playable character maybe have his plane centered around a shopping cart this was a stupid question but just had the idea but your game is great all the same

I’m ready for more!. This is a fun game! It’s a playful, competitive twist on .io with lots of colorful characters and arenas. This game has potential and could benefit with more ways to play (squad battles, raiding parties, on and offline campaigns etc.). A “training” duel with a skilled cpu would also be entertaining and helpful. I appreciate that ads can be skipped after a few seconds and that a free vip trial is offered. I think the vip subscription would be successful with more content in the game and adjusted subscription prices. Great job!

One of the best mobile games ever. Originally I went into this not expecting too much, but this is probably the most fun I’ve ever had with a mobile game. I honestly think if they built just a bit more on what they have here it would even be a great fit on console. The controls are super polished and feel great, the combat is fast-paced and chaotic, and the artstyle has a ton of charm- I especially love the portraits of each dog and how they pop up on the screen whenever you get a kill. All the weapons apart from the missile feel great (the missile is just a bit useless since it’s so easy to avoid) and the shotgun, minigun,and laser are especially satisfying. It’s got some microtransactions and gacha elements but they’re not a big deal at all, mostly just cosmetic stuff, plus it’s a free game so I get why they’re there. The one thing I really wish they would add is a stats screen where you can see your total kills and deaths- other than that this game is incredible. I’ve downloaded and deleted so many mobile games because I just get bored of them so fast but this has stayed on my phone for about 3 years now and I always end up coming back to it.

Such a good game!!!. THIS GAME ROCKS!!!!! You should play it’s AMAZING and so fun.I love how you get free coins to buy aircrafts! I first found out about it on the computer and I wondered if I could get it on iPads YOU CAN and it’s so awesome I love the dog Zephyr and his aircraft Golden wings it’s so fun playing with my friends when I FaceTime them and sometimes I see them!!! One thing I think they should add is being able to have friends and invite them to a world! But I still love the game so much!!!!

Great Game. My only issues with it is the VIP membership which forces you to pay $6.99 A WEEK!!! I could understand on a month to month basis but a week is too much a price for weekly perks. The game could use a map where there’s no bumping into things although I do use them to fake out rockets and other planes. Lastly a system where a squads are introduced and you can play in a match with friends. That’d be awesome.

To be or not to be ???. It’s says real time battles online but it just has a play button so no online or offline play modes and I was playing a match and took off online and it still was playing so I don’t get it am I online playing real players or offline playing aI bots and the thrust should be a button or in the fire side not a swipe cuz theirs many times I tried to thrust and I just stood thier or I’m getting chased and I’m losing control cuz I’m trying to swipe to thrust other than that pretty good game

Superb gameplay. Defiantly a great game so far. I’ve spend 2hrs on it since it has downloaded. Only issue and I hope it will improve, it drained my battery so fast. 2hrs later 66% gone....wow. That’s worse then Fortnite. Twice as fast. I have a 1 month old iPad Pro and it does play and look amazing. So for now, I’ll stay plugged in, but otherwise. Amazing devs, could you please fix the drainage issue...

Love this game to bits. This game is just all around fun and well done. The control on the game feels very polished and tight. Never have I have once felt that controlling my dogfighter was too difficult. Along with that the controls aren’t complicated as well as there are only three control options you can do, shoot, move, and dash. The play style is also very simple, you just shoot people, collect there “remains” and win by being the best, nothing complicated! The game does require skill as the gameplay is never based off of luck and rng but by strategy and maneuvering. There are many characters to choose from, each having there own benefits, for example, fast speed. I can’t express how much I love the art style and sound in the game. The dogs that you can play are just adorable, and the sound design is very well done, what with entering the game to somebody saying “Thunderdogs!” then followed up by a very catchy, cute, and almost retro soundtrack! I love this game, it’s good fun, especially when you have time to kill as you can fit in a lot of games. Good work developers, keep it up!

Used to be a great game but.... Game was amazing when it first came out. You had bots trying to pass off as actual players but it was a free for all even if not actually multiplayer and so it was fun! But with this update, geez.. if a bot is in first place it’s still a kind of free for all- all 8ish “players” collecting bones and trying to destroy one another but if YOU get first place that all changes, every single one of the bots chase you and only you. Every one of them. They don’t even fire on each other unless by accident! When you’re circling the map and they all have 0 bones but still chasing you all the while passing up power ups and pop-up bones? Not even subtle about them being bots anymore. Turns into a cat and mouse with 7 cats chasing the one mouse. I used to love this game but come on guys,.. gotta fix that. Makes you not even want to play bc you know you’ll just end up fighting / running from 7 bots the whole time. ———-And what’s with all these fake 4 star reviews??? 🤣

Good start. Solid game. Scratches that itch for multiplayer pvp that I’ve had for a while. My only complaints with the game is 1. It’s clearly a “free to pay” game granting obvious and noticeable advantages to players who shell out some cash. (And the VIP subscription is priced WAY too high at $6.99) 2. Ads are far too frequent, if they removed the forced ads the game would have the perfect amount of ads; I like the ability to watch ads to earn coins still. 3. There is littler variety in game play. Pretty much once you get a handle of the base mechanics and special weapons there is pretty much nothing left to learn. 4. Lack of a private match or friend system. All that being said, there are some things that this game does very well. 1. The art style is fantastic, perfect amount of silly fun and functional design. 2. The game is pretty fun. The base mechanics are interesting to learn and difficult to master. The variety between each dog allows you to favor a certain playstyle as well. 3. The controls and HUD designs are great. Not once have I gotten frustrated at either for being obtrusive or unusable. 7/10 would recommend.

7 dollars a WEEK for premium?. That’s absurd for a mobile game! That amounts to some 28 dollars a month! Anyone who is paying this much money for a very basic mobile app is dumb as rocks and is being robbed blind. Most in-app purchases are not even 2 dollars, and they’re one-time (removal of ads, premium, or the like). Also, the plane is ridiculously difficult to control. Very limited control options, and lengthy starts and stops. This game is exactly like any other freemium garbage you can find on the App Store.

New game idea?. This game is absolutely mesmerizing and lovable to bits, this has seriously sparked an idea for possibly a game I’m the future. Mine was possibly based around the theme of tanks perhaps to explore somewhere else? Or even battleships as the graphics and character designs sell it for me. Even so if you branch off to tanks or ships you have a wide array of animals to choose from, then draw into this cartooned style like this game! I absolutely adore it and want to throw that out for you guys.

I love this game, just a small fix needed. I absolutely adore this game, but I have this one small issue. Certain ads freeze the game and you have to restart the app in order to escape them. It’s specifically a magic:the gathering arena ad that’s been doing it to me. If you could fix it, that’d be great thx.

In Love. By far my favorite go-to game. It’s awesome being able to pop into a match or 2 or stay for as long as I want and just keep playing. It’d be nice to have a team or “squadron” to join and have daily challenges for teams on top of individual and then do a weekly raid against some mega boss, or have a mega boss mode where each player gets a try every charge of a special energy and have to beat it within 7 days. Something along those lines with a cool reward system would be awesome. I don’t think I would ever do the vip thing....I already spent $10 on this so I think I gave enough. But add more content and ways for us to win stuff and maybe go more ad optional for extra rewards. Incent us to keep playing and grow the community ;)

Amazing game!. THUNDERDOGS is a super fun game! The multiplayer is so fun! People are saying that it is fake, but you were probably not on good WiFi. It happens to the best of us. The only thing that the game is missing is playing with friends across the world. It would be good if you could play with your friends online, and then I think that a lot of other people will play THUNDERDOGS. Still, the gameplay is amazing, and it is super fun. 5 stars!

Just came out but amazing👍. The reason I gave it 5 stars is because it just came out, obviously they can’t add to much by then. I feel like the steering is very hard at first but it seems like it would become easier, but I feel like for the new “rookies” there should be a setting to turn down the sensitivity. Plus I think should be something like a 10vs10, so other people are on your team, there should also be things like doggy clans, where dogs can buddy and take down enemies. My last thing I have to say is, lots of future maps would be great. Otherwise this game is perfect how it is now but there is lots they could do.👍

Incredible game. It’s characters are well designed and it’s music is even better, the controls are easy to use, and the diversity in the characters makes sure that you will constantly have to change strategy to master them all. My only problem is the game is riddled with ads, however this is removed by any in app purchases. So, overall I think this is a incredible game that you should definitely play

Amazing Game, Offensive Advertisements. I can’t quite seem to gush enough about this game. It features a diverse set of doggy characters, and a fresh, creative atmosphere. The advertisements aren’t bad in terms of frequency, seeing as how more times than not you can get rewarded for them. Even so, these advertisements as of late had recently crushed my spirits. ‘Don’t Play This At School’. It seemed innocent enough, until I realized the content of the advertisement. Inside the advertisement, it portrayed simplistic, 3D characters shooting each other, whilst peeking out from behind trees. There was no gore, no bloodshed, but the fact that an advertisement would blatantly poke fun at school shootings shocked me. Recently, children have been bringing knives to school in my district. An advertisement so nonchalant about the mass-shootings disturbs me, personally. I’ll give you the star back when you check your advertisements more thoroughly. I doubt you will even get to this review, anyway. At least without an automated message. An excellent game, nonetheless. Just off-putting.

Great Concept... but. So this game would of got a 5 star if 1: the ads were consistent, sometimes if I try to watch an add for 20 coins it will not load and turn off all the sound on the game making me have to restart the game entirely. 2: The stupid VIP thing for $7 A WEEK. That is just too much for what you get and just a cash grab. At least make it $7 a month. But honestly the game was just released so I will cut it some slack.

An AMAZING game. I’ve been pretty bored the past few months trying to find a good game that doesn’t take to long in rounds to play. THUNDERDOGS is a perfect game if you like online multiplayer games with fast action. I love the art styles as well. As a highschool student it is a little irritating that their are some dogs that only VIP members can have. But it doesn’t actually effect the gameplay often. I usually play using a common fighter, and have beaten VIP exclusive fighters easily. It doesn’t matter what plane it is it matters who’s flying it. I love how well balanced the fighting is in this game. I have experienced a few lag issues, but it could be because of problems on my end since my internet seems to be having some problems. I love this game so much, and I really hope they add more maps and dogs soon!

Really guys. Why would you call it a online fighter when your obviously fighting bots you could have at least made it so they used the boost thing by not a single other aircraft will nor will they use the emotes it’s like everything is there for online fighting so why is it a bot fight not to mention the weekly vip deal this is just the same format as voodoo games if it wasn’t for the fact that you totally lied about what the game was it would be a great game honestly I had a lot of fun flying around I love these kinda games but it just isn't really fun if your just fighting bots and if it was real I would totally pay a couple dollars for it

Wonderful!. This game is somehow both easily approachable but also has a skill ceiling, wether you spend 30 seconds or a few minutes in a match you still have a lot of fun. The graphics and art style are also very pleasing, I’ve been waiting for something like this for a long time!

You’ll watch more ads than playing the game. Thunderdogs is a really fun game, but there are waaaaay too many forced ads that interrupt flow of gameplay. The ads often take longer to watch then the match itself. On the home screen, you can choose to watch 5 ads a day for extra coins. After every match you can choose to watch an ad for extra coins, but if you choose not to, they will most likely force you to watch one anyway for nothing. Sometimes one of the daily missions is to watch 5 more ads for gems. And to get rid of the forced ads you have to subscribe monthly. So you can never permanently remove the ads like in other apps and truly enjoy the game. I would be willing to spend money on this game if the developer was less greedy.

Excellent game, quick matches and loads of fun. This game is deeper than it seems. The various planes and reward system make it easy to sink in a good amount of free time into the rapid fire fun of this game. You don’t have to pay anything if you don’t want to and still have a lot of fun, but I hate forced video ads so I bought a cheap gem pack - any purchase disables the video ads. I would recommend this game to anyone. You can play on the toilet, on a commute, and put it down whenever you need to without penalty. Get this game.

Awesome! Just one suggestion. I’ve been playing this game for a little while, and it’s really fun! I really like its controls and the design! It’s just the VIP membership, and there’s two things I don’t like about it. 1: it’s really expensive to have it for a while, and two, why can’t we just buy the VIP planes and keep them forever. It’s a really great game, but that VIP thing dulls it down

Addictive. Now in my opinion, there isn’t many good multiplayer mobile games. Some times the games are lucky and are actually great. And this is one of them. I really like this game and I think the gameplay is very fun and also the 16-bit graphic style and music are great! Now for some suggestions, two actually. So, first suggestion is that maybe you could add bios for the dogs and or aircrafts to give them more depth. Second suggestion is that the dialogue for the characters should be different. Now not all the characters could have different dialogue but some. Well that’s definitely 5 stars!

I love it!. This game is like no other for mobile! Literally go and find a plane fighting game with dogs piloting I’ll wait. But seriously this game is so unique and so much fun! I do think there could be a few improvements though. First I think that gems should be a little more easy to obtain or just a few more challenges to earn them. Second, for whatever reason the fossil themed map I seem to get all the time I know it’s new but I like the other maps too. Now this next part of the review is about the planes specifically the VIP planes. In my opinion it feels like some VIP planes are more powerful than most normal planes (pls nerf). I also think that you should be able to buy a individual VIP plane for maybe five dollars but you’re only allowed to buy one if you want the rest you should get the VIP membership. Oh and p.s I love the idea of if you make a purchase of anything it removes ads I wish more games did that!

Faith in mobile gaming RESTORED. In the past few years, I’ve found it very hard to “get into” any mobile games, as usually they’re just effortless and lackluster (complimenting their development process I might add). However, THUNDERDOGS has reawaken my love for that little “games” folder on my home screen that’s usually empty but I never remember to delete. Fast paced, skillful action meets adorable breeds of man’s best friend! Matches start slow and intimidating, but soon evolve into fast, flying fun. If you’re good at aiming, you will LOVE this game. Great pixel art, and the music always gets me pumped. Heavily considering purchasing some gems, not only to get rid of the ads, but to support the developers! Highly recommend picking this one up. Great studio at work here.

Fake online. I like this game. A lot of effort was clearly put into it, and it gives me minor starfox vibes, not sure if that’s intentional. The reason why I didn’t give this five stars is because it seems to follow the recent and disappointing trend of not actually being an online game despite it saying so. Unless this game does a really good job of masking it and can transition seamlessly into AI mode as soon as you exit the app or start a match offline, I don’t think this game is actually online. This would be fine too, if it was upfront about it at least. This is probably better because I can play it offline, but don’t try to hide it.

Great Concept/Bad Controls. I absolutely love games like this but only when there done right. Even though it’s early and game was just released I’m not seeing where these 4 & 5 star reviews are coming from? Controls are very clunky! The plane ✈️ you fly is very hard to maneuver and I find I am shooting more air than enemies! This is coming from someone that flies airplanes recreationally! The developers didn’t give to many options for controls only turn Dynamic Joystick On and Off. The controls for the plane are on the left side of the screen and I am right handed! They should at least give the player the option to mirror the controls or even configure the controls. Me personally I would of set it up so the plane auto fires at a target and put plane movement on the right side with boosts and power ups on the left side. As of right now I can only give 2 stars as I feel this is all the game deserves. You start a battle and you get a few shots off then all of a sudden out of no where a plane comes that is very overpowered and wipes the field! No way can a beginner player make any headway in a game like this!!

Potential. They game plays and feels great, a wide variety of characters to obtain through gatcha like means, the game is fitted for you to find your favorite play style and upgrade your favorite planes. Battles are fast paced and fun, with a few more updates, such as more maps, planes, game modes and balancing, this game can become something great. Until then, I’ll give it 4 stars for being solid at release.

The Most Fun I’ve Had in A Multiplayer Mobile Game in a While. Simple, yet complex controls. Easy to use and understand UI. Fun and engaging gameplay where your skill will entirely determine how the game goes. The music feels like it’s coming straight out of Starfox. Fighting is intense, but calculating every move will make or break you. Usually, all the dogfighting games I’ve played are determined by who can hit who first. In this game, it’s who can outmaneuver the other, and surprise them when least expected. I love this gameplay and I wish for much more content in the future! So-So Game.. I find this game very fun, and I like it. But there are some things I don’t like. For example, the controls. I’d kill someone with about 21 bones, but I only get 3, because the controls aren’t good. And once I killed the person in 1st, who had about 39 bones. I only got TWO BONES. Once I finally get someone, every single person in the server just flies over, and then they all just snag MY BONES. But I can’t really complain, because I do that too. I just realized i’m a hypocrite. Dang it. And the firing side. I’d be flying, and i’d fly to the right. But i’d fly so far to the right, and start firing. But other than that, this game is great!

Not really multiplayer. Still fun sorta. If this game was online it would totally be a four star! The music is great and the gameplay is fun! It seems that some work went into it so I respect that. However the developers lied about it being online and I can’t condone this trend of scummy developers lying about the content of their games to get players. So for the lies it gets a one star. But if it ever actually becomes multiplayer, then I’ll change my rating to four stars (assuming I haven’t deleted the game by then) Edit: forgot to mention! There’s a bug after ads play sometimes, the games buttons won’t work, pls pls pls fix that thx so much

Amazing. This is the mobile game of mobile games. The controls are great and easy to use, it’s fair and balanced, and it’s actually fun. Instead of raging when you lose like in some games, you can’t help but smile when you see the silly face of the animal that blew you up. The only thing I would change is the amount of coins you get from playing actual rounds. I once played an 8 kill round with 43 bones collected and I only got 26 coins. This isn’t a big problem, however because rounds are quick and you can just grind, or you can watch quick ads to get 20 coins after playing every round.

Too much advertisement. This game is similar to those cars fighting games. Collect coins, fighting other airplanes (cars), and open boxes for more airplanes when collect enough coins. The ads in this game are everywhere!! For example, after your session ends, you have a choice to continue a game without watching the ads and watching the ads and earn extra coins before ending the game. I chose to end the game without watching the ads to earn extra coins, because I’m so sick of the ads. Well, it still shows me the ads even though I chose to just move on.....what BS. I didn’t even watch the ads and immediately close the app. Then came here to let you know how BS the game is. And will be deleting this space wasting tho g off my phone.

Good, but one thing. First of all, this game is awesome. You pilot a plane to go into dogfights. And, your pilot is a dog. There are different power ups scattered across the map, each with a different weapon. You collect bones and kills to gain money, and buy new aircrafts. One minor detail I loved is that, whenever you fire a weapon, your phone shakes slightly, giving you the impression that you are actually firing the plane. Depending on the power up, the rumble changes slightly. The one and only thing I am not happy, is that, even though it says real time multiplayer, it is not so real time. Why? I was once playing, and had to turn my phone off. After I returned to the game, I was not disconnected, as I would in an online match. Instead, the match continued as if I had never ever turned off my phone. If any developers are reading this, please add a quick help button explaining about plane stats. Even though all planes are unique, design and stat wise, there are stats I have no idea what they do. Speed and handling are obvious. Eventually, I discovered that power was your firing rate. The dash, however, does not specify if it increases the speed of it, speed to execute it, or the distance it runs. I have absolutely no idea what the Thrust stat helps with. The 4 stars are for those reasons stated above. Even though they are small, I feel they make a difference.

The graphics are fantastic, the dogs are SOOO CUTE :3 and gameplay is very entertaining. This game is so adorable with the cute dog phrases, and whoever is reading this, plz get it? For me? Amazing game and adorable art!. (This review will be all over the place) I’m in love with this game so much! It’s super fun and I feel like it I won’t get bored of this game like I do others and I feel like that’s due to the art and collecting different dogs and planes! Now the art! The art is just so great I don’t know there’s something about it that makes me love it so much and of course it could be also since I love dogs! I know this game is pretty new but man would I love if someone would makes plushies of some oh those dogs! Also like the little “social media” part it’s really great way to talk to other people about the game and I especially love the fan art section that’s a really cool feature! This is my first review for a game but this game so deserves it I hope it grows into a great game!

It’s great, however..... The game is extremely fun and addictive however there is nothing to be worked for. Yes you have to play to get coins that you can cash in to get a mystery box that will give you a plane; however, it’s completely random. It’s difficult to upgrade your preferred plane because you are never winning the same ones. So it would be great if you were able to upgrade planes with coins AND be able to buy planes with coins. That would give everyone an objective to strive for. Also more maps!!! THANK YOU! (:

Fantastic game!!. This game does everything right! Addictive gameplay and with the challenges the game doesn’t get repetitive. So far I’ve only come across one bug and it’s whenever you die the screen after that (the options from replay, home, and prize) there’s a bug where if you tap an option it won’t work forcing me to completely close the app and open it back up. Not experience ruining but annoying after a while.

Misleading - Not true multiplayer. If this game was truly multiplayer I’d give it five stars or maybe four (docking one for the absurd VIP pay to win thing they do). But it literally CANNOT be. Don’t believe me? In the middle of a match, exit the game with the home button, wait a few seconds, then bring it back up. You don’t get immediately swarmed, you don’t get kicked, you actually don’t miss any of the action. So, if it wasn’t labeled multiplayer I might have missed it. ...edit: in FACT if you really want to test it, simply turn on Airplane mode in the middle of a match. Literally nothing happens. You can still play, you can respawn... What I don’t like about this AT ALL is that lying about the multiplayer basically means you’re selling people an advertisement machine. I know it’s true for most mobile games but if there’s no server upkeep necessary WHY are you selling people $7 a WEEK ‘access’ to VIP status for what’s a SINGLE PLAYER game? If you’re going to pump people for cash then have the courtesy to work for it. Make it an actual multiplayer game. I don’t like lying devs. It’s a shame too because the graphics and controls are tight as all get out.

Best game ever!!!!!!!😃. I had this game the day it came out and it’s the best game and I love lucky Kat studios though 7$ a week is just a little pricey 💵 for VIP. I would definitely like for you to add a lot more legendary, rare, and common stuff. Make much bigger maps with much more then 8 people. It would make it much more fun if there where at least 20 people in a sever (map). Have a top 10 leaderboard with 20 or more people in a server. Make people have a little bit more health when you join a server. Thank You! 😎

Performance issues.. The game is very addicting and fun, but I am having many performance issues in the starting screen and some in game. I don’t know if this is my phone or the game? I hope for a update that can solve this issue. This is a very fun game and I love playing this game. For people who don’t know what to do, I recommend this game.

NOT MULTIPLAYER. This game is a good concept, but the “online multiplayer” simply doesn’t exist. The “player” names are pulled from a name generating website and all the other planes are AI. If you don’t believe me, start a match and then go press the home button on your phone, turn on airplane mode, and then click on the game and you will still be in the same match. This ruined the game for me. If you can’t actually develop the online multiplayer, then don’t advertise it. (And please don’t try and say comparing a score on a leaderboard is “online multiplayer” because we both know that is bull)

This is a really great game!. It’s really good I just really need more maps and I also would like to have individual dialogue for every dog instead of them repeating the same lines over and over again other than that thank you for bringing me this game it’s great and I love it. Great game. This game is very good. Love the gameplay and how the menu and screen looks. I am also a big fan of all the different amount of planes. I would like if this game added 1v1, 2v2 and 4v4 battles. Also I think that they should add clans into the game.

Fake online multiplayer. There is no online multiplayer. It’s all bots. There is so much to like about this game 🐶✈️, but the fact that the developers are lying is extremely disappointing. You can tell if you’re in a ‘multiplayer’ session and you turn off the internet, everything keeps running. And after a day of playing, I noticed all the players seem to behave the same, every game felt the same, unlike in real multiplayer. Such a shame, that they went to such effort to create a really cool game only to do this. Maybe with all the money you’ve fished from players, you can actually start some servers and deliver on your false claims.

Fantastic game but holy smokes the VIP Subscription....!!!. Having lots of fun with this game - looks good, feels great, easy to pickup and despite the online nature of it the game intelligently does away with the randomness of interaction so it becomes tool-free for the most part (that I have detected) However the VIP subscription, at $10.45 PER WEEK is eye-wateringly exorbitant - if this is in US dollars then it’ll be even more for the rest of us. I originally rated as 4 star but brought it down to 3 due to this, I simply cannot get over that.

Great Game!!. I really enjoy spending lots of time on this game as it is a great time killer. Although a a great addition to the game would be things such as more vehicles with more dogs, weapons, modes and more med kit spawns! You guys should add weapons like flamethrowers, “taser beams”, ect. Modes such as 20 vs 20, squad battles, objectives to do such as capture the zone or flag would be cool!!!

.... This game is great. The graphics and look make it a very exciting game flying around shooting anyone in your sights to be the best with the most bones. Games like this have always been good when you can just pull out your phone and start playing over and over with no objective but to shoot down other players. With no ending to the game you can just keep playing until you want to do something else. The many planes and dogs make you want to play more to get them all and take down other players with the awesome power ups to give you that extra advantage against your opponents. Overall this game is a must for when your bored and want to pass the time. This is sure to be one of my favourite games

I liked it.. Yeah, I have throughly enjoyed this game, the art style is quite adorable, and visually appealing. The OST is nice to hear, and it complements the gameplay as well.

Simple and fun ruined. Simple concept, throwback graphics and OST made this game perfect. Then they tinkered with it, overthought it, and now it’s laggy and new “king of the hill” change has made it one vs all. Keep it simple. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Definitely don’t break it.

Loss of potential. No single player game mode & no other types of modes will make this multiplayer frenzy repetitive & stale after awhile. Could use a team deathmatch mode or co op modes. Maybe have squadrons/clans with squadron wars. That would be awesome because the gameplay itself is fun If you pay money to be vip you get better aircraft than everyone else. Diamonds are used to upgrade aircraft but those don’t come around quickly, urging the player to spend real cash to purchase more. Pay to win is encouraged

Daily missions problem. Completed daily missions and they haven’t updated since. Downloaded it on the day it was available. That’s how long they been completed.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is an exception..... Amazing game. Fast paced, frantic, and just a blast to sit back and play. The visuals are great, the vibration feedback is very satisfying, and it’s easy to find games. I have played many mobile games, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Get it, you won’t regret it!

It’s a good game but.... THUNDERDOGS funny I mean dogs in planes fighting over dog treats? Ha! I like the planes and I like the characters BUT planes that are supposed to be really good are just like the beginner ones exempt maybe it has 10% better power or speed. My point is that there is no motivation to get better planes or characters.

Good but slightly flawed game. I love this game, but there is one big problem with it. Sometimes I am like 20 coins off a new ship and I try to watch an ad to get it now, but it says no ad available so I just get back into a game, AND THEN IT PLAYS AN AD! what happened to no ads being available?

Great way to kill time. The music and visuals are both awesome! I’m a sucker for pixel graphics and this game does them perfectly. Amazing game. Over all this is an amazing game. From the art style to the gameplay it is an all round great game! And I can only imagine Nintendo asking you to add Fox from Star Fox and having his arwing with it. And also. A company called lucky CAT making a game called thunderDOGS. I just find that funny for some reason.

Great, but Greedy. The devs clearly know what they’re doing, for better and worse. The characters are good, the music is great, and the gameplay is fantastic. It’s like a mix between a Star Fox and .io game. However, the ads are excessive, the premium is ungodly expensive, and it feels like you’re truly being used for profit. (The only upside is regular free unlocks.) I would give this game a 5 if it wasn’t for that.

A fair free game so far. I am glad this is not a pay to win game. I can take on almost any foes cross my way during the match. But..... I would like to know if I can get rid of that annoying forced ads every time I try to respawn....

DOGGONE FUN. This game is very simple but so much fun! The mechanics of the game are very smooth and the characters are really cool! I also like that this game doesn’t bombard you with ads like most apps these days. The only thing I could really ask for is more terrains and characters as the game continues to grow!

Needs more modes. I like the game in general and was a smart idea. I just hope in the future they either add more modes like possibly team deathmatch ? Other than that i realy enjoy this game and I reccomend you play this awesome game :)

I can’t even start the tutorial.. I just downloaded the game and the first thing it does is bring you through a tutorial. The very first instruction is to tap on the right side of the screen to fire and when I do nothing happens, it just appears to soft lock. I’ve even turned my phone on and off and still the same thing, soft lock. I pretty sure I would rate this game well if I could play it!

Bots.. Recently, games have started doing this. You join the game, 5 minutes later you’re on top. If you look close enough, player names repeat even when you load up a brand new game. Remove the bots and give me sentient players to shoot at! Other than that, gameplay feels smooth and the wonky handling is super fun.

“Real-time multiplayer”? Hmmm.. Good game... but I’m not convinced that the gameplay is actually me playing against other players in “real-time.” I leave the app in the middle of the game and when I resume back everything is still there as if it was paused sooo idk kinda fishy. Not 100% convinced since that happened. Feels more like I’m battling NPCs instead after that.

Fun Game but isn’t really online.. This game is really fun. The gameplay is creative and engaging. But I realized you can still play even if you have no internet/data. All of the “players” have the most generic nicknames ever. Am I really playing an online game?

Love it already!. Lucky Kat is one of my favorite studios and they always put out the best games! Always a good time waster! Edit: I’m not giving it 5 stars because the subscription is far too expensive. The gameplay is very fun, but it gets stale rather quickly. It needs new game modes or possibly a progression system. Great game. This is sooo good I saw this game and thought it was going to be boring but it threw me away dog pilots crazy idea and very fun Al’s I love all the planes and how you can get plane’s easier not like other games that it takes days to get a character in the game real good game recommend it.

Big Surprise. When I first saw the game I thought it was gonna be like this stupid, ad filled game, but it turned out to be a game that was fun, addictive, and awesome! When I’m at low health I feel in danger, and if I get a kill I feel like I earned it! This game should be the number one free game!

“Micro”transactions. I really love the game, but the ads are extremely annoying. The only way to get rid of these ads is to pay for a membership, no not a one-time purchase, that costs $7 a week. I do want to support this app, but that is completely outrageous. However, I do like that while the membership has perks, the best pilot will ultimately beat any person who tries to pay their way into winning.

Love It. I really like this game the movement and dogfights.I would like different modes though like one with waves of enemies and a capture the flag mode or a freeze tag and a one on one mode being able to play with out WiFi to. Also a way for you to know if your playing in multiplayer because if u turn off WiFi it looks like the same thing with WiFi.

Amazing Game. I love this game. I like how there are short endless matches that challenge you. The only thing I would like to see is a campaign mode. Lucky Kat Studios has always been one of my favorite game designers out there, and they haven’t let me down this time.

It’s really good! But.... It’s really fun to play! It would be really awesome if you could play with friends... like... on real time and not just only online. I have a lot of friends who’d really like that and some aren’t really interested that much cause you can’t play with friends.

Fun, but.... The VIP subscription is WAY too pricy. 7 dollars a week? That is insane! If I did the math correctly, that is over $700 dollars a year! It should be seven a month, not 7 a week. 2 terabytes on apple is cheaper than that! Please make it less overpriced. I would recommend the payment to be $5-10 dollars a month.

Awesome game. The game itself is awesome. But you made a huge mistake making a chat box. Now the chat box is filled with 5 year olds spamming emojis. Other than that I could find no other problem with the game it is absolutely awesome!

This is already great. I would say this has great potential but it’s already great especially. And for me this came out yesterday but it has had updates for more than 3 weeks.

$7.00 per week?!?. Unfortunately I actually really like this game. It's a lot of fun to play and I could just keep playing over and over if it weren't for the annoying interactive ads that take over your screen every other round. If you want to remove the ads you have to buy the VIP which is $7/week! Ridiculous. That's almost $30/month to play a game. I get you need to monetize but that is an absurd price.

Amazing and fun. But not too easy. This game is perfect for those who want a real multi player challenge you get blown to pieces if your on the bottom and your being chased if your on top an action filled game of excitement

A few fixes needed. The VIP membership is way too much,$6.99 for a week?! It should not be that much may be a better value like $9.99 for a month or make it maybe $2.99 a week. That would be amazing. And when my free 3 day trial is done the game won’t stop asking me to pay the VIP fee again basically every 5 seconds. Otherwise it’s a good game.

Good game!. Overall amazing soundtrack, well made art and overall enjoyable game! Wish it had more incentive with its prizes and maybe a ranked mode and an option to play with friends, but this is a great and amazing game that has a ton of potential if expanded on!! Well done!

What happened?. The new thing for when you have the most coins on the map is absurd. It slows you down to the point even if you have the fastest plan you become so slow every of plan can catch up with ease making there no point to have fast planes anymore 🤧.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GAME. This game has everything I love about mobile games: online pvp, pixelated graphics, fighter planes and puppers. What more can you ask for? I also like that it doesn’t take a long time to get back to the game after you die. 10/10

I can’t believe it’s finally here. I’ve never been so impatient for the release of a mobile game in my life. The gameplay is unimaginably entertaining, the cartoon graphics are so fun to watch, and the overall concept is just great. God tier stuff boys, props to the devs.

I recommend it to people who may like star fox (as it said- although star fox has not looked as good as this game until the newest generation, which I don’t think is even a main star fox game lol) great game!

Not only glitchy but pay to win as well. I have gone in to multiple matches not being able to even move the plane around, just getting destroyed by the first player to see the glitch happening and take advantage of it. Also if you pay 6.99 for the “V.I.P” status you get access to the best planes in the game faster and more deadly than all the others making it an uneven playing field for everyone. Also ads after every match.

great game. I love this game. I found it when I was searching through Apple a Stories on the App Store and decided to give it a try. The gameplay mechanics are absolutely stunning, and you can play it on smaller screens such as iPhones. Truly one to remember.

Fantastic!. This game is so much fun! I haven’t been able to stop playing this! The games are fun and I don’t have to deal with bugs or glitches, getting new planes is fairly easy, and doing well in games and getting downs feels very rewarding. I highly recommend this game!

Top Dog mode killed the game. I really was enjoying this game but just recently they released a new feature to the game that basically turns your plane into a huge target that looks like a tank if you’re doing well. You become easier to hit and stand out in the field. Why would I want to be more noticeable to my enemies? So annoying. Also, I chose to upgrade my plane with gems and not only did the upgrade lower my base plane’s stats but I now can’t remove it from my favorite plane. This has really ruined the game for me. Such a shame

YES IT IS AWESOME. I had this game pre ordered science I saw it, and it lives up to its expectations. Planes, Fighting, DOGS, it is cartoonish, so many dog fighters! I LOVE IT! Trust me, you will too. I only ask that the joystick doesn’t move as much, (way too hard to control), and that you can buy different weapons. Get this game, PLEASE!!!!😄😁😄😁😄😁🤩 Edit: uhh... One flaw. This game is great, the controls feel great, the graphics look awesome, but the one big flaw is a VIP membership. I really hate it when apps do this because it forces you to spend almost 30 bucks a month, which is over 300 dollars a year for a phone game! An antivirus subscription costs just as much as this phone game, which is stupid.

Amazing game!!!. To be completely honest, it’s the most fun I’ve ever had with an online app. I also love the cute faces of the dogs. But I have only one complaint- just how fast this drains your battery. I suggest only playing this if you’re charging or have a high battery life. I also suggest adding a clan system, it would make this game even more engaging!

Changes. I used to love this game to pieces, I loved everything about it but now since they changed it, everything feels slower, especially if you become number one it’s just kinda unfair to make you slower and you can’t use weapons and everybody is faster, that defeats the purpose of becoming number one in the round, it’s too easy to be taken down now

Fun but still buggy. Fun little game, however within the first 15 minutes of playing the game got stuck 3 or 4 times. After you die it seems to get stuck sometimes, neither the “home” or “replay” buttons seem to work when you click them. Have to close the app and start over... other than that good stuff
