Love it. I love this app but it crashes everytime you take photos please fix that plus I love this app hơw the people can look anywhere bye love you!

Be prepared for lots of tears. It crashes and we cannot access the saved designs... it’s TERRIBLE!! If we were able to save to multiple devices, through signing in or Facebook or Game Center or email or ANYTHING it would help! You guys have GOT to fix the crashes and allow us to save our progress and restore the game

Keeps crashing. App crashes during use every time. My son loves it but gets so upset it doesn’t work it’s almost not worth it.

Still crashes after months. Developer failure. Great app if it worked. Same issue as other reviews after months its still not fixed. All the developer responses request customers to email them with the issue. The issue is it freezes when trying to load a build. Only solution is to delete and reinstall. Unsatisfactory response to this issue from the developers. This bug should be fixed by now. Waste of money.

So much love. Firstly, I’d like to say that we’ve experienced the same issue others have of this app crashing since we updated our iPad. We also have faith in the creatives behind it finding a solution understanding such a thing takes time. Having said that, I still would not hesitate to purchase this app and recommend it to others for it being phenomenal. The amount of love and thought that has gone into creating it shows in every aspect. They took what they’d already done in their other apps to a whole new level of interactivity that opens a world of imagination. Our son adores Pango and visits with him and his friends every day. This world has become a huge part of our life and has opened up so many possibilities to him that he didn’t have before. It’s given him tools to understanding and enjoying interacting with others in a safe environment encouraging him to use it outside our home. He constantly creates new stories and is excited to share them with us extending it while playing with his toys as well. The joy it brings him is utterly priceless to us. The issue with this temporary glitch has helped him build patience for us explaining to him it’s out of our control and when he does get it to work he declares he’ll enjoy it while it does and is a superhero. So much love to the hardworking team that created this and please keep creating more!

Crashes. App crashes developer do something about it

App Crashed. I purchased this app for my 5 year old and proceeded to download, as soon as I opened the app it kept crashing. Bear in mind the iPad software is updated. Very disappointed would like a refund out of courtesy.

Crashes. Instant crash when trying to load saved or new parks. Hope it gets fixed soon as it’s a favorite for my kid.

Daughter loves the game but it keeps crashing!!!!. Downloaded it for my daughter and after an hour of playing, it no longer loads up so she can play. Very disappointed that I wasted my money.

Crashes immediately. I’d give zero stars. Purchased this app after days of 5 year old asking. I made her earn the privilege of another app. As a earned reward I purchased this yesterday. As soon as she picks the board to build the game crashes. I’ve trouble shot the usual. Her IPad is updated, there’s plenty of storage, deleted and reinstalled app, rebooted the iPad. Now I see these reviews of same said complaints. I want a REFUND so she can pick out a real functional app. I feel horrible she’s confused and frustrated. My 5 year old has a lifetime to learn things but being ripped off isn’t something I thought she would learn this early.

Great game, but..... So this is an awesome game. You build parks and it’s so much fun... until it totally crashes. Thought it was from a HUGE power outage in Houston, until I read some other reviews. Had to delete it and all my hard work is gone.😭 There’s another thing too... it limits you to only build 6 parks.😠 But this, by far, is one great game.

Having trouble getting in the game. The game keeps being frozen and kicks us out whenever we start the game. Great until it crashes. My 6 year old loves this game - while it works. After playing for a little while (building a few parks) it will start to crash and the only way to get it working is to delete the app and reinstall - rebooting the iPad doesn’t help ... and reinstalling deletes the parks you’ve made of course - so that results in many tears for the little one whose work has to be erased. When reinstalled, the same thing happens again. A few parks made, starts crashing, tears on reinstall. Two stars because the game is good. Just be prepared for your child to cry when it crashes and the only thing you can do is reinstall and erase their work.

Great app. Awesome! Like that it has a camera to monitor the characters as if you were them, similar to Pango Build Park. But why are there 3 trailers?

Please add new update. Add some new animals, including buffalo monkeys, wildebeest, birds, like ostriches vultures. Rhinos and also add some babies and new world.

Crashes a lot. Crashes all the time after you've invested a lot of time in world building then you have to delete and reinstall cos that's the only workaround. Except all your work is erased. What a shame. I got so frustrated with the crashing I cursed in front of my 3 year old son by accident, who loves the game btw. He said," don't worry daddy." I'll never forget that. Big fail. Update: april 08, 2020 Trying to play this during covid 19 lockdown and the App still crashes and you'll have to uninstall and reinstall and lose all your saved games. Terrible

Parents beware. App crashes and stops working properly. I got this game for my toddler son. He loved it but after about a couple hours of game play it crashes with the only way to work is to delete app. However after reinstall it no longer saves the maps made. This has caused lots of tears (my son) and pain (me). I only just noticed this has been an ongoing issue. If this issue is fixed I’d recommend but until then 1 star and I’d like to get my money back.
