Health. Like the information available at judt a few steps

5 Stars. The app is useful for sending messages and for checking appointments. Great resource to have when days are busy and overwhelming.

Please add Health app integration. The app works great, but would be much more useful with integration to the Apple “Health” app. Ohio Health added that integration years ago. Please add integration to your dev roadmap.

So convenient!. Having access to OSUmychart makes keeping up with my health so convenient. I also enjoy the convenience of having access to a medical team of professionals that are ready to answer important health questions that I might have.

Connectivity issues. I signed up but couldn’t get back in

Outstanding. This app is nothing short fabulous. I had a procedure at the Ross Heart Hospital. Anytime I need a report or message to my physician it is just a touch away. Cannot express the way I was treated at OSU it is worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. The most advanced Scientific hospital in the country.

MyChart should communicate across all platforms. I find that when I update things in the app, they don’t populate everywhere they should. Updating seems like a waste of time because of that. Why does the app offer the “I’m here” functionality when it does nothing? If I’ve paid my co-pay and nothing has changed about my address since the last time I visited and I know where to go for my appointment, why can’t I proceed to my appointment location? I have to also check in there. Seems to me like a lot of checking in! Last week I had an appointment in one location and a follow-up the next day in another location and had to do the check-in all over again and asked if my address is still the same. I feel like saying, “I didn’t move overnight.” Seems very inefficient.

Very Helpful! Please connect to Apple Health App!!. An excellent user-friendly app to keep track of appointments, test results, pay bills, and message my doctor directly. I would love to see my test results and vitals linked to Apple Health App!!

Proxy access makes the app no longer work.. I recently added my daughter to OSU MyHealth. Since doing this I can no longer use the app. It keeps telling me I have to review proxy document and accept before logging in. I do this and there is just a constant loop. I have to always use the web.

No option, but a bad option. Was forced to use this app to Reschedule an appointment canceled by doctor. Can’t get logged in, the app keeps randomly closing during the sign up process. App would be more useful if it was just a page showing the technical help phone line right off the bat.

Works well. Seems to work well, little to no bugs/hiccups, easy to use.

Connections. A great way to stay connected to OSU and your health.

The new update. I hate the new update!!! What a pain. I want to know if I can get the other one back. It was A LOT easier than looking for and trying to figure how this one works.

So-so. It failed me a number of times after the update. Still can’t find the ER wait times even though they were prominently displayed before the update. Some of the print is double printed over itself.

My Health. I think the regular My Chart is much more user friendly.

PSA to OSU students: Don’t waste your time. Can’t check in for covid testing, myChart will also drop testing appointments without warning. Double check your appointments before you bother walking across campus.

My Chart. Amazing and the instructions are so easy for me to understand. Love this!

Two factor Authenticator. A couple months ago they pushed this TFA that prevented you from logging in. I left a bad review and they fixed it by taking away TFA. Now it’s back and I can’t log in again. Stop playing with my healthcare!

My Source. I find the site very easy to navigate and informative, Thank You!

MyHealth App. Thankful to have the MyHealth App. It keeps me updated. Seems luke it’s always improving.

Server Errors. The app is extremely slow when trying to navigate to different sections and you also get a ton of server errors.

Why I LOVE MyChart. LOVE MyChart! I can message any of my doctors at any time, with non-urgent questions, updates, etc. Also keeps me current on my upcoming appointments in case I forget to put them in my iPhone calendar. And it is SO nice to be able to complete any needed appointment paperwork electronically at home before I go to my appointment.

MyChart. The app is convenient easily assessable. It’s so nice to be able to communicate with my Doctor and his team with a quick response

The updated messed it up a bit. Since the update it keeps refreshing to letting me know that it’s been updated and things have changed. Also means I keep having to put in my password or redo faceid

Dr Sheryl Pfeil. Dr Pfeil is my gastroenterologist dr. She is absolutely one of the best drs and thorough. I have been a patient for years and she is the best dr! Thank you Dr Pfeil for caring about your patients. Patty Roark Frazier

Password. Having to put my password in every time, on my phone, is annoying. And starts a bad experience with OSU. My desktop stores and has occular verification. No worries, I am not leaving you. Having consolidated medical records beats this annoyance.

Needless Elder Abuse 🙂. Nothing wrong except nothing better about it vs just the MyChart application. I use multiple hospitals on MyChart. I prefer just going to MyChart and then picking hospital. Maybe this will work that way but it is abusive to have to fuss with an OSU special application just because they want to be “special”. That’s abusive, I’m an elder so: Elder Abuse

Easy to Use. I like how easy it is to see my test results and my appointments. The parking app is handy also and when trying to find a place to park at OSU. I have sent messages through this app and have received replies very quickly. Overall a good app!

Good base program. Everything works, security is sufficient. A few annoying push messages that were errors, but all in all an awesome effort by developers. Thanks

Terrible. 11/5 It’s been 2 months and my opinion has not changed. This app is crap. Buggy and unnecessary. HATE IT. This app is a joke. I loved MyChart & never had any issues with it. Now I have to deal with unnecessary features and a ridiculous amount of bugs and errors. Terrible.

Wellness. Thank the Doctors and Nurses who focus on our wellbeing. It is a takes trust and team work to stay fit. Thank God first for the incredible way He perfectly designed our bodies to work in harmony. Now we need to have a deep desire to cary out the plan. Wellness, body, soul, mind, stay fit, Keep moving forward. Physically, exercise, eating right, and stay knowledgeable of any changes, be proactive. Listen and learn, obedience, that’s my plan. Easy and effective. This app makes it easy for me to navigate through all of my appointments also, I am blind, and it is very accessible.

Very helpful app. Very user friendly app. Easy to see lab results and easy to keep track of all appointments. The only negative thing is that there isn’t a button to see your password you type in. I understand the security issues, but when I am in my house there is nobody to see what I am typing.

Accessible, convenient A must have!!!. I love OSU in general and since must of my appointments are scheduled with OSU having the MyChart makes it easy for me to keep track of my appointments, schedule appointments and much more. Even if you don’t go to OSU as frequently as I do you can still use the OSU MyChart for any other hospitals you have your appointments at!!!

Dr Sutter. Dr Sutter is the best…I’ll never go to another dr….my job to get back on my original track which I will do…and I’ve already started!…September check up wil be on point.

Unbelievable. Best app I have ever downloaded

Easy to use. This app is quite easy to use. It has all of my care team members listed. If I need to message one of them, their names are right there. This app is every bit as good as the medical staff o f OSU.

My health records. I was impressed that I could go back over ten years and review my records.

No Apple Health Access…. Doesn’t seem to be a way to sync with Apple Health app, and is just a gateway to MyChart, which also won’t sync with Apple Health. Is this an OSU Wexner issue, or an app development issue? I download app every few months, to see if anything has changed in that regard, but nothing does, so I delete for a few month, and repeat. It’s just easier to login to MyChart, even without the Apple Health sync.

Very easy to use!. This app is probably one of the best medical facilities apps I’ve got. I can check and keep track of all my upcoming appointments, all my Doctors, and sign up for both email notifications of appointment reminders and test results or answers to short messages I’ve sent to my Provider. if new messages or billing statements. I like having the ability to send a short message to my Doctors offices. I get a reply usually within 2-3 hrs. not the next day, as is the case when I call other Doctors after about 2:00 PM. After I have a test ran, I usually get the results in a matter of hours, and am notified by email that I have a new test result. During this Pandemic, I have video visits with the Doctor. They are very interested in how I am, and ask more questions about my health than they ask at a real visit, where they can see things for themselves. I never feel rushed, and I am always told to be sure and call their office if I need anything. This app is very easy to navigate, and I’ve had no issues with it at all, since downloading it in 2018. It has updates just like all my other apps. Great app! John T.

Discharged while still sick. My husband was discharged to a rehab center after the doctors at ohio state East hospital determined that he was well. The day after we called an emergency squad to take him to an emergency room. They ended taking him to Mount Carmel East where he was diagnosed with cancer tumor on his hip that restricted his movement. In the mean time OSU East thought he simply needed a rehab
