Super useful for students. A+ app

Great app. Used to crash every time I tried to use it, but I just tried the new update and it runs smoother and faster than ever before! I like all the new features too, this is more helpful than ever!

Great Job!. The app is extremely helpful navigating OSU.

Not working Anymore. Like a few other reviewers stated, since the summer my app doesn't work anymore. It goes to a white screen and logs out! I really loved this app during the year! Hope it gets fixed soon.

App still doesn’t remember favorite bus stops. No matter how many times I mark a bus stop as favorite the app keeps deleting my favorites list randomly. Before it used to work at least for few days. Now it takes only minutes to reset the list. Please fix this issue. I am using an iPhone se with the latest ios and the latest app update as of February 19th.

Blind huntress. This app is absolutely beautiful and very accessible. However in your more section with the organizations you cannot tap on organization, gates information, and then go back to list, at least I can’t on my phone. Could you possibly fix this? Incoming students would like to know what their options are as transferring incoming student I definitely want to know what organizations are out there. This gift at the beautiful job keep it up

New update doesn't work (update). I've got a 5th gen iPod touch and this new update makes the app crash every single time I open it. I can't use the app anymore. Edit: I guess they fixed it because now it's working fine. Not sure what the problem was.

Good App. It can still improve!

Works well, just needs one more feature. I use this app every day for classes but I would appreciate a way to add events to the calendar. I am constantly checking three different calendars for my events but having them all in one place would help instead of failing to merge them with the calendar app.

Fix the bus schedule please. The app is great for everything EXCEPT the bus schedule is very off and kind of tedious to read.

Stop complaining.. How many universities invest the time to develop apps for free just to benefit their students? The least that could be done is add a Carmen shortcut. Other than that, this app does far more than I was expecting. Freshman would find it the most useful, however. The Browse Buildings feature of Maps is wonderful if you hear the name of a hall and have no clue where it is. Download!

Small bug problem. User friendly app. Only complaint is that when my widget doesn’t show my class schedule and prompts me to log in even though I am already logged in.

Get this app!. If you are a student at osu you need this app! Keeps track of your grades and schedule. Has accurate maps and bus details. Also lets you search for places near your location. It's a great addition to any phone

Having to have iOS 13. I don’t understand why they switched to this requirement. I have a iPhone 6 and iOS 13 isn’t even available for me. I need this app, it makes things very easy to find on campus. Please change this requirement!

Parking garage widget not working. Great app overall. The widget for favorite parking garage says “Unable to load” since the latest update. On iOS 13.1. Appreciate a quick fix, thanks!

Good but buggy. It’s nice to see my classes and resources around campus, but after the most recent update the widget with classes no longer works and it often tells me I need to log in when I already am logged in, was a 5 Star before this issue

They got rid of the weekly calendar?. What happened to the weekly calendar on this app...now I can’t see my weekly schedule

Excellent useful app. Very helpful

Not half bad.. The app works for what I use it for: an occasional map of the bus routes, checking my BuckID balance, and looking at my class schedule. Like other people have mentioned, it'd be nice to see Carmen worked into it somehow. Also, I'd love to see how many swipes are left on my BuckID as well as the money balance. But, for a free app that works, I guess I can't complain. Go Bucks!

(Another) Bad Update. App now crashes every time I try to use it, can’t open at all.

Not working. I can’t even scroll in the app anymore. Sometimes the app will not load at all! Very buggy.

Carmen + GPS. I think adding Carmen would be a great idea. The map is great!! Makes learning campus so much easier, however I feel like if you could hook the map part up with the built in GPS on most phones it would help so much more. To know exactly where you are, how to get there, and how long it will take approximately. Just suggestions.

The CLS non-stop driver. 8:30 am in March 13th. The CSL bus drove in buckeye parking lot station, and I am 5 meters away. When I walked towards the bus, it drove away!!! That is crazy, with only 2 seconds wait. I am not sure what that driver is hurry for. Please investigate this issue, as it happens a lot!

Okay, could be better. Just did the latest update that fixes a problem with crashing but the latest update removed the ability to see your class schedule on the buses map - which was a nice feature and really helpful. Also sometimes if you refresh the app it will show you bus routes that aren't in effect yet (changing next week) or it will show you an incomplete route. Other than those things it's good, mainly bring back the ability to see my class buildings on the bus stop map and it'll be great!

Great app, constantly improving. The app is incredibly useful for OSU students and is consistently being updated with significant improvements. My only suggestions would be to integrate events (OSU as well as Columbus area) into this app instead of having them in a separate app. Also, the bus symbols should have a direction arrow, and it would be great if you could enter a destination and be given directions considering the bus routes and walking and making a suggestion for fastest route.

Absolute Necessity. This app is extremely versatile and useful not only for students of all statuses, but also for anyone that visits the campus frequently. You will never get lost. It also saves students the time of having to check for grades because if they connect their Ohio State email to the app and turn on notifications, they will receive notifications when a particular grade was updated. All Buckeye students, football fans in Columbus, and family members and friends of current buckeyes could benefit from downloading this app.

Student. Easy and convenient!

Suspicious activity. Deleting the app because at least once a month it appears in my screen time as running 24/7 for several days, yet I’ve never opened it on my iPad and it doesn’t have background permissions. It also doesn’t show up at ALL on the battery use page. Very strange, so I’ll be deleting the app from my devices

White Screen. It used to work just fine, ever since this summer began it only brings up a white screen. I have tried deleting and re-downloading it multiple times and it fixes nothing.

Amazing. Thank god we have gender inclusive restrooms now. OSU really focusing on the important stuff.

Great. This app is a must have as a student, it helps locate buildings, keep track of classes and grades. It really helps day to day with schedules and new features are being added constantly. For the future it would be nice to be able to compare schedules with other students, maybe overlay schedules to see when students are free to schedule meetings for clubs and functions, etc.

Great app!. Very organized app! It integrates with Siri as well which is a great benefit.

Navigation. The app is still confusing to use a little bit

Great App, needs an update.. This is a must-have for any OSU student, but especially new students and campus bus riders. The Map section allows you to search by building and gives your proximity. One click for maps and walking directions. This is how I learned the enormous campus. Immensely helpful, I still use it. Real time bus routes are the killer feature, especially in the winter. Being able to see exactly where your bus is allows you to stay warm inside the nearest building as long as possible. Unfortunately, in the latest build the "bus" section crashes the app on launch and is unusable (may just be me). I've sent a feedback form to the devs, so I'm not worried it will be overlooked. Prospective students could have some fun checking out the buildings, amenities and such on campus, and even starving college kids can afford free, so get this app.

Can't open after last update. When I try to open the app it gets stuck on the loading screen. If I exit and launch the app again it opens to the main screen but then crashes.

Best tool for OSU students. Helps me keep track of my assignments, meetings, payments, and navigating campus. It also alerts me when I get enrolled in a waitlist class and let’s me know when a final grade has been posted with a very distinctive tune. This app is a must for Ohio State University students.

Great Resource. Functional, easy to use, and full of useful information. Had a pleasant interaction with one of the developers over email about some issues I was having, which were promptly resolved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Does not work anymore. Since the end of the school year it has been glitching non stop and has gotten to the point where I try to open the app and it’s just a white screen until it shuts itself off. It doesn’t load to any of the pages and it simply does not work anymore. I love this app for my class schedule and to be able to see my buck is usage, but it literally does not work anymore and hopefully it’ll be fixed by the school year or else it’s worthless. Please update this ASAP!

needs updates. from a second year student. I was having trouble viewing the cash on my ID and the number of blocks for the dining halls, so I thought I would log out and log back in to see if that worked. biggest mistake I've made... I'm 100% sure I have the correct log in information but I can't even log back in. please fix! (my roommate has the same problem)

Horrendously bad. I hate this app. I don’t think it’s possible to make an app less functional

Better, still very buggy. This app is much better than it used to be, but it still has a concerning number of bugs. It frequently signs me out, doesn’t always refresh, the widget doesn’t expand half the time, and the Apple Watch app is awful. The complication on the watch rarely shows the correct class. It usually shows one class in particular, which is incorrect, or “No More Classes.”

LOVE IT!. BUT…that’s just because I…LOVE…THE…Ohio State University…AND…so does my BoyFriend…why else wuld we have chosen EachOther?

Useful, BUT. Lots of great things to say about this app, however, the student orgs menu only showed the full list on one occasion, and every time I visited thereafter, quite a few were missing that were there before.

App REQUIRES iOs 13.0 or later?. I only have an iPhone 6 so my phone doesn’t have an update past 12.4 available, yet I have to have the same update as newer iPhones to download the app to access my class schedules? This is annoying.

Great for OSU students. I love being able to see my class schedule and the history is fun when waiting for class to start. Also, the BuckID feature is perfect for checking my cash amount! All we need now is Carmen!

Unresponsive/ quitting. The app keeps freezing and quitting once you try to find a nearby stop. This has to be fix ASAP as the weather is getting colder

New Calendar. I hate this new calendar that cannot check previous week calendar.

Freshman undergrad. Not fully working. The My osu part and buses part does not work on mobile data but works perfectly on wifi. Not able to access schedule and bus arrival times outside. Used to work perfectly before.

Needs Carmen. Everything about this app is great, with the exception that Carmen needs to be added..

The bus portion still doesn't work. Doesn't show times of bus arrivals still. Has been like this the past two updates. Also force closes randomly. I will just text cabs for now instead of using this app.

Two thumbs down. Ever since the iOS update the buckid part doesn't work and says error 302... I would really like to see my meal plan info so this app is terrible and useless at this point until it gets fixed.

Crashes. Crashes occasionally and the bus route/time doesn't always show. Great app!!

So helpful!. Love love love this. As a newbie on campus, it makes finding classes and getting in the right buses a breeze. Having carmen on here would be really cool!

Carmen. Really good app, but I wish there was a way to access Carmen. Signing into it from a mobile device is kind of a pain.

Eh, it's okay.. Since the update, my classes won't load. It keeps saying there is an error.

Why?. The adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" holds true for most things in life, including apps. They decided to change the format of the app from one which I was familiar with for no apparent reason. This bugs me a lot.

What happened to the buildings?. So before the update when on the bus maps, I could still zoom in and see the buildings names. My friends still does that but mine doesn't? I loved that I could see all the buildings while on the bus schedule map. Very helpful and now it's not working =/ I've tried re-downloading it and everything but still no buildings =/ please fix

Works great WHEN IT WORKS. Schedule sometimes does not load and the app has other minor things when a lot of people use it in a day. It either gets overwhelmed or something but it just won't load important data at times and it really screws me at times when I actually rely on it. Needs serious fixing

Need it. If you go to Ohio State, you need the app. Especially if you're a first year. Makes life easier.

Great version 1.0. Lots of information right at your fingertips. Handy to have it all in one place. Looking forward to future updates.

No privacy. How do you log out from your osu.# account? Otherwise, my friends would be able to see my grades, or what classes I am going or currently taking if they use my phone.

Could be better. Carmen should be incorporated. Carmen on mould device is terrible, I just use the 'desktop version' when it loads.

Carmen and email. Would make life much easier if Carmen and buckeyemail were accessible from the app! Not useful if the two main things we go too on a daily basis are not available. Please add!!!

Can we get access to our email from this?. So that it is easier to chck our buckeye mail. I think that would be really helpful.

Excellent. This app has most of what a student would want. It crashed on me once, but other than that it is very easy to use and navigate.

Finally! Exactly what we needed!. Great app for the busy student. So glad they integrated many things that we really needed to get around on campus.

Exactly what I want!. This app includes almost everything I'm looking for as an OSU student. It's easy to use and looks nice.

Good App. Its a nice app. Will be better when they finish the updates they say are coming. My only complaint is that it needs a version fot ipad. I'm sure it will come.

Bus times. Show how many minutes for a bus to get to a certain stop. It makes things A LOT easier

A Bit Misleading. The app says all buckeyes should have this, but they really mean only regular OSU students. For anyone else only about 1/3 of the apps are any use.

Super buggy. The app really hangs up when it tries to sync with the BuckID account and this causes the app to drain the battery on the iPhone and freeze the other operations of the OSU Mobile app. Please fix- great idea just too buggy to use!

Awesome app!. Finally an Ohio State app! Can't wait until more features are added!

Buggy and doesn't always work. I have the worst luck with checking buckid cash or blocks because it never works. Also when trying to view grades it always seems to time out when requesting data from the server. I expected better from OSU.

Wow!. I was wondering when OSU would release a mobile app... Extremely helpful and informative. Everything you could possibly need!

Bus locations inaccurate. Buses seem to just disappear or not even show upon the map. The rest of the app seems fine.

When it works it is a 4star. Well the app isn't the most comprehensive app but it works fairly well for hitting Carmen on the go or checking grades or account information. However it hasn't worked on my iPhone 6plus for weeks. It launches and crashes one second after. I'm not sure if this is because of an app update or a apple software update but what once worked now does nothing.

Where are the new bus routes?!. The CABS routes have changed including new bus routes but the app doesn't reflect the new routes

Needs work. This app has a lot of great features and I use it all the time but....it crashes and freezes ALL the time please fix this and it will be great

Every OSU student should download!. Great app, very handy and useful. If you love OSU history then the Buckeye Stroll section was made for you. Future updates should incorporate Carmen, but other than that this app is A+

Windows app. This is the best app as an Ohio State student, however I just switched to windows phone and there is no app for the windows phone! Please make a windows phone version I need this app!!!

Please Update. The app just crashes every time I try to open it. It could be that I have an iPhone 4 so I can't update my software to iOS 8. But please fix it.

Maps. This is a great app to use, but since the update, the maps have been awful. It was good before when you could see the building names but now it's confusing and the names do not show up.

This App Is Kicked. Every time I try to check my class schedule the app crashes and backs out. All I ask for out of this app is to see my schedule and you can't even do that. Way too many bugs to deal with. I loved the app at first but now it constantly crashes please fix immediately

One Happy Buckeye. I love the update to the OSU mobile app. I really like the slider menu which allows for better navigation. Keep up the great work!

Useless. I love everything about OSU even before attending but not this. I have class this week and it is not showing that. Class list is empty. Map is no difference from default map that comes with iPod touch/iPhone, and is useless. News is not loading. As matter or fact, landscape is not supported... There are just too many problems, I can't say it all. But I still keep this because I believe that OSU will update this app so it will work fine. But for now... I will make my schedule list.

Bus Route doesn't work or show. When you want to look at the location of a bus, it only shows the route and the bus stops. No buses are anywhere on the maps

Buses. Very helpful app. I like the red logo better but when I first updated it the app kept force closing. Also the buses don't show when the buses will arrive at the stops
