Rip off. Game play can be fun, but very soon they’re asking you to pay for things even after you buy the game, or at least after you pay to get rid of ads. Really a rip off.

The game is so fun. The game is really fun it's not glitchy or anything but they misplace things like on level 57 or 56 they put fire when you first get in there is a row of fire they think you can get through then there is a vent of fire and a zombie 🧟‍♂️that they expect you to get through and fire vents going down you can’t survive that or that level in general they put to much fire it’s like for one second there isn’t fire and you can’t get through the level without dying and I ended up losing all my power-ups on this one level

🙂/😑. It’s a great game. Very colorful and fun and drowned in activities but for some reason whenever I get to level 8 none of the buttons to even get into the level work. But other than that I have no issues. PS I always re download it and then all of the levels work but whenever I have re downloaded it, I can’t get to level 8 in a time frame that I have so it just freezes again. If you could fix this issue I would really appreciate it because I love this game and I would hate to quit playing it or give it a bad rating.

Love it. I really love this game. Yes it can get really hard as you get to higher levels but just keep pushing and trying and you’ll get the hang of it. I kept pushing through and now I’m done with level 4 and it’s over. I’m redoing some that I got only 3 stars. One complaint is that for some stages one of the stars mean you need to finish in 1 minute and I think that’s just setting you up for failure. Maybe gives us more time to get that star?

Good but not starting. Live the game however for the last few days it has been opening and loading and then it kicks me out, I’ve restarted my phone and refreshed the app but don’t wanna have to delete and all and lose my space :( if it continues I’ll have to delete it because it’s pointless.

Me and why you should download the app and why it’s a good game!. I’m eight years of age and in third grade high level third grade and love this game yeah can’t believe it ether! Fun. Addictive. Hard.. Lots of fun. Very addictive but frustrating when you get to the third or fourth level because the levels are very difficult. I had to delete the game because I was spending too much time trying to solve one room. I eventually redownloaded the game and I have finished it but I wish there were more levels. Also, a recent update was supposed to have made renovating the hotel more fun, but it took away almost all the furniture options.

I love Hotel Transivania run (Please read). This game is very fun! I love how there are tons of levels to play. I am already on level 47 and it is still very addicting. I suggest something though. Maybe you can play some more characters like Dracula or the wolf kids. I love this game so much! Thank you for making it!😄

Ads. The relaxing jump tap to down whenever they have this one ad that pops up that doesn’t have the option to click out of and continue playing the game. No not this one and every time I get stuck going back and forth from the App Store. Fix or I delete. My children always end up downloading this game and even I can’t get around it from Hotel Transylvania game. I hate the game I know it’s a scam app that is a knock off from that helix game that downloads cookies and viruses on my phone did a number on my friends phone but if it’s on your game than that means your involved in the same false advertising game collecting and stealing information for profit. An leaving a virus on the phone. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau as an affiliate of there’s and possibly a co conspirator. I hate that game stop advertising or I will be writing a lot of handwritten complaints about this game.

Its a good game but.. HEAR ME OUT!. I love this game so much although it did glitch but i kept playing but now heres where it gets frustrating.. it made me play level 36 over and over even though i passed the game it won’t let me play level 37! so i deleted it for a while hoping this will be fixed! Also if your going to make a game based off the movie or show make sure it’s correct the mummys name is Murray it says pedro and the frankensteins name is Frank it says hank please don’t be confusing people who haven’t watched the movie Update-It still glitches

Monster Mash. This game is smashing! Truly I am obsessed with playing all day. Only negative is I believe that I’ve come across some issues bug wise, when my character dies instead of losing one heart “life” it will go from the 3 to 0 immediately. I didn’t come across this problem until yesterday and have been playing for about a week.

I like the game, however. I’m stuck on a couple levels here and there to be able to get 3 Stars! I mean come on, do they really expect the game to be beat on certain levels under 1:10???? Right from the beginning Level 15 for example. I like to think myself as a perfectionist and making it nearly impossible to get every 3 stars to EVERY level is not right BUT I really do like this game. Hmm maybe I should give this 2 stars and let them figure out how to get the 3rd one 🤔

How can we remove ads?. My son loves this game. He’s autistic and plays in his kindle but on his iPad it has so many ads and he’s not understanding of what ads are so he’ll click things, open up the web browser or App Store and just loses his cool. Is there a way to remove ads? That would be really helpful.

Good game just needs a few changes. I think there should be more characters and it should be easier to unlock them I also think that you should get more diamonds at the start of the game Lastly there should collectibles that you can use to buy the power ups or you can exchange them for coins or characters but otherwise this game is good 🙂

Stole my money!. I finally purchased the starter pack for $5 so I could access all the characters and finish the levels. Right after I did this, the game updated and now you can use any character you want if you watch an ad. So I basically paid five dollars for nothing because now I can use all the characters but I am still forced to watch commercials when the purchase was supposed to make the app ad free. Not happy!!

If that is what your okay with doing, and what your mom and dad is okay with. If it don’t help just try on the level your playing.

Great Game Too Many Ads. My kids love this game and got me into it. It’s a great mindless side scroller. But the ads are out of control. If there is a way to pay for no ads would definitely be 5 stars.

😫. So for a few of the rounds I choose different players, like Hank. But when I jump over the Venus fly traps, I literally die because his jump is so slow and low. Also, for the jelly girls name whom I forgot, it says before choosing, that she is good at jumping, but when I chose her, I literally died on level 7 on the bat thing because she was too slow and jumped the same height as Mavis.

Needs changes so bad like now. I like it but the wolf pups got so annoying. Good great ok.... So I don’t usually write reviews but this game just takes it to a whole new level!!! Like in a good way.I love this game and everything but... it just seems to make you think harder and plan to finally win but that’s what winning is right?But I only have one issue...You have to wait for the potions and like I try to play the next level when all the potions are filled...but it takes a long time and I get bored...😑😑😑So yeah that’s all I’m gonna say!😄

Ads galore. This game is fun when the ads aren't trying to drown and kill you. I have played games that are free before and they NEVER blasted me in the face with constant ads for every single click I made like on this one. It’s ridiculous and it makes me close the game and forget about it for a while. One day I am going to get fed up and I am going to lower the rating even more and delete the cursed app.

Hotel T Review. First of all I just want to compliment that this game is AMAZING. I just really think that you guys should make a adjustment to the time limit. How do you expect people to finish a level under 1 minute! Over all I would love if there was a second game with more characters like count Dracula or aunt Lydia, and harder obstacles. This game is soo fun!😂. I love this game and it totally reminds me of the hotel Transylvania show. Although I would love if you could be any character you wanted without watching and add. And the time minimum is WAY too short. They expect you to finish a level in 1 minute. Boo! And in addition to that, they give you that time, and then on the wolf pup levels, they lead you on a great big wild goose chase to find him, and in the end, you time is four minutes and thirty six seconds. 😩But other than that, encore! This game is awesome!😁

New update issues. I LOVE this game but something went wrong in this last update. The game keeps crashing and when I try to restart, it kicks me out again.

Last few levels. I love the game! The only thing is I’ve gotten to all the last levels and bonus levels twice if I try to continue playing the game it kicks me out. Every time I try to go back in I get kicked back out! The only way I can fix it is by deleting the app and than downloading it again and when I download again it starts me over from the beginning. Like I said I love the game it’s just those few things that get kinda frustrating and makes me not to wanna play

Crashes. Absolutely love this game! Just wish it didn’t crash constantly. Every time I play I get a level in it runs an ad and I get kicked, same if I die and it asks if I want to continue, I get kicked and the game shuts down! Ad after EVERY level. Cute fun game, BUT having to watch an ad after EVERY level is ridiculous. Then if you want to double your prize you have to watch another ad. Deleted after level six when the only way to clear the ad that came up after that run was to close the game and reopen. Not worth my time

Bugs. This game would be even more fun if when I reached level 8 it wouldn’t bug out which makes all the buttons to anything in the game not work. It right when they first show us what the hotel looks like and they want us to renovate it. Then before you can do anything the game freezes and never works again. I redownload it each time but whenever I reach level 8 again it bugs out each time. Please fix.

The description is misleading. You cannot play as multiple characters unless you pay real money for “gems” and buy them. The only character you can play for free is Mavis. But the description says you can play as multiple characters. If I’m incorrect please explain to me how gems are “earned” in the game because I can only see how to purchase them not earn them.

Fun but ads don’t work to unlock levels.. Fun but their are levels that say watch an ad to unlock but there are never any ads available to unlock the level, yet ads pop up every time before you play a level and after. I only have 2 of the characters unlocked. It’s nearly impossible to get the gems to unlock more. I have all levels completed with 3 stars except 2.

Like the game... But.... I really like the game but I wish there was an option to purchase it so you can kill the thirty second ads. By the time the ad plays I end up just shutting it down..and when you die there's an automatic ad that pops up then after being forced to watch that for a bit you can either opt to watch another ad to continue or spend 3 diamonds. Kills the fun. I would gladly pay 50 diamonds to kill the ads.

Cute game but glitchy. I used to play this game a year or so ago and it was fun. I played it sometimes three times a day. There are many ads that interrupt your game, the levels are creative but it’s very glitchy. The update made it worse. It freezes up for no reason right in the middle of a level, there are ads all the time, and there’s no point. You lose all your progress because of the crashing. It’s repetitive and it’s just not fun anymore, especially when it crashes consistently. Hey developers, why don’t you fix this issue?????

This game is a great game. If you love the movie, then you will like the game. And if you haven’t seen the movie, or haven’t played the game, it’s a game where you have to run, jump, get the shrunken heads, basically a “run” game. But not only that, you have to kill the evil monster things *the zombies, witches, and the bugs* and you have to take care of the hotel, as in fixing up the rooms. So a good game. Would recommend

Great game. I love this game. It’s fun, challenging, quirky and the game play is smooth. My only request is the ability to have more than 5 energy at a time. It’s frustrating to loose an energy with each play, whether you complete the level or not, and so only be able to play 5 times in a row (or a couple of minutes at a time with how fast the game play is). If not for this issue I would have given 5/5. Congrats on a fab app.

Lost progress. The app was crashing I decided to uninstall and install game and all my progress and purchases were gone!!! Would love my money back please!

Game itself is fun but advertisements are very inappropriate for kids. I was playing this game with my niece and have had to stop playing because the advertisements. They are either too sexual (DOP: Delete one part is the name of ad game where it prompts using an eraser to find a duck where a naked cartoon male is behind a shower curtain) or frightening (a zombie virus game). Advertisements like these should not be permissible on games for children. The game itself is fun, but it’s the inappropriate ads that make this game unplayable.

Crashed lost all purchases. My young daughters app crashed abruptly at no fault of her own. The developer could not fix the issues and I would have to delete and reinstall the app. When I asked for them to credit her account so she could buy her purchases again I received no response from them. She used her birthday money to buy a couple upgrades. A lot of money for a young girl. Very disappointing they chose not to help her.

Great game. I just really wished you would add more Levels. I have finished all of these and really enjoyed the game. BUT without new levels I’m BORED. Plus the new update just kicks me out.

Could be better.... All in all, it’s a good game, but it’s drowning in a sea of adds. Every 10 seconds, there’s an add. Plus it costs gems to unlock all the characters. Why can’t it be coins or a certain number of stars?it feels like a “pay to win” kind of game.

Purchased to remove ads and ads keep coming. My kids love this game, which is the only reason it gets 2 stars instead if 1. Ads were popping up all the time, so I paid the money so my 6 and 4 year old didn’t have to deal with them, only to find the ads continue to pop up. Not acceptable when I’ve paid money for them to go away.

Lags and freezes. Game is lots of fun, but the constant lags and freezing renders it unplayable on more challenging levels when speed and accuracy are crucial. No problems with other platform games leads me to believe the issue is with this game in particular.
