Caps out. This is a really fun and addicting game, but it stops at level 1,000. My family enjoyed playing, but now it’s game over. I’ve never had this happen on a downloaded game. I hope they add more levels.

Piggy. I just have one question, Why do I have to pay 2.99 for coins I earned playing?! That doesn’t seem fair. But I truly love this game. I would pay for coins I,myself wanted to purchase. But ones we earn playing?

Ads. This used to be an enjoyable pass time until the ads took over. I play one other game that is very popular and every so often you get an ad that lasts 7 seconds. Your ads are minutes long and it’s rare to be able to play 2 boards without an ad. You really need to rethink your ad strategy versus keeping players playing the game.

Money not required - but you gotta be ok with ads. I like games that I can play almost mindlessly when I’m stressing over something or trying to quiet my brain. This is a good distraction, and really doesn’t require any money to get to higher levels. This game throws you plenty of opportunities to redo levels and double the rewards by watching ads. The ads aren’t run during a match, and typically last between 15-30 seconds. If you do manage to randomly pull an infomercial ad, there’s a counter that lets you know how long you have to watch before you can get your reward. My only real complaint, and it’s more of a frustration, is that on a rare occasion the ads get stuck and you have to close the game and restart it. This likely results in loss of the reward, but as matches are short it’s not a big issue. I should also add that the game makers were very responsive to me when I reported an ad that was repeatedly locking up the game. Because of that, and the lack of pushes from them on in-game purchases, I highly recommend this game.

Game’s great, ads glitchy. I really enjoyed this game. A lot of fun. However I’m now going to uninstall because I am so frustrated with the glitches. Ads freeze and you cannot close them to return to the game. I have to completely close the app and wait a few minutes to open it back without the frozen ad. Really frustrating, especially since there are so many ads.

Love it!. Great match 3 game, all levels winnable and best of all no need to spend lots of money to win! You can bank coins by watching ads between levels; I made it to the end without spending a dime. Only downside is no celebration or toast after you win Level 1,000 and beat the game. Otherwise — awesome! 👍😁

To many adds. Like this the game but always to many pop ups about other games.

Too many ads!!. This used to be my favorite game, however now there is always one ad when the game opens, another ad if you want double a special tool. Then an ad after the first game and then an ad after every other game! Much more time is spent on ads instead of playing the game! Very frustrating! I would gladly pay something to just play the game instead of wasting time seeing ads.

Great game. However, I am on board 700 and something but it claimed that there was a fire block left and there was not any on the board. This happened twice in a row. It still freezes.

Awesome. Another great Superbox game! I love the fact that you get helpers after so many games. Some levels are a little more challenging than others, which is great. The only levels I definitely do not like are the ones with the colored bottles. They are next to impossible which is why I usually uninstall then reinstall the game and start over.

I’d give 5 stars but... UPDATED!. UPDATE: If you want to watch ads to increase your treasure chest items, the vids are almost NEVER available, however, you go to play and bam! There’s another vid. Why offer the x2 option if you watch a vid after opening a treasure chest if you’re not going to allow the option to work? Otherwise the game is enjoyable. Stop falsely advertising the double option if you’re not really going to give it.

Problem. I really have enjoyed playing your game. And I even kept playing but it was frustrating because it wasn’t working right. And I’ve made it to level 636 which I have not been able to get past because it is so screwed up there’s no way to win it. So I am now going to take delete it off of my iPad. Please fix it

Good game. This is a fun game that doesn’t require too much concentration. The ads are not too intrusive. Plenty of various scenarios so it’s not boring. My main complaint is that sometimes the matches I try to make are made into a completely different move I had not intended. Overall, one of my better free games although I must have missed some info on how to spend all the coins I have.

Fix the app please. Dozens of times lately the app has taken moves away. You swipe an arrow into place and it only takes away the 3 jewels instead of the entire row. Impossible to take screenshots with. Several times I have moved the totem sun looking thing onto a jewel and it disappears. Takes nothing away. Also can’t get pics. I do have a pic after several times it has done it with no moves available and with the sun thing locked behind a box and can’t do anything but close and reopen the app. Each time it has been while I was having a successful play. With no way to contact support without fb which I don’t have I’ll leave a bad review. Once the app is fixed I’ll go back to better rating. Ty

I agree with money. Plenty of opportunity to keep getting new boards. At least so far!

I Love This Game!. I really enjoy playing this game. It’s just ‘hard’ enough to keep me interested, but not too hard that it takes me days and days to solve one puzzle. There are plenty of re-do’s available and I never feel pressured to buy anything. I play this game as a stress reliever. I did get worried when I reached a certain level and the games started including boxes that would spread and multiply, as that is the reason I quit playing a few other games - it was no longer relaxing to me, it was actually stressful. Luckily, this game only has that particular item every few games so it wasn’t such a big deal. I’m at level 993 and am hoping it continues like this - with as few of those ‘spreading’ boxes as possible.

Same ad continuously. I would have given this game a 5 star rating , but if you watch the ads to get your extras (coins or additional moves) you get the same ad every single time, the first few times it was okay, but the music is enough to drive one to distraction, and if you continue watching it, it will make you want to throw your phone at the nearest wall. Other than that, the game is a bit of a challenge, but a fun challenge. It’s interesting, because they add in different challenges for each level and you only get a limited number of moves to accomplish your goal. Great fun! Just turn the sound off and lay it face down for the ads!

Fun, but ...glitches. Fun game that gives the average thinker a chance, but it freezes up, spinners disappear, and it doesn't register correctly. In level 806, I cleared everything I was supposed to, but game showed I hadn't. Think I'm near enough to finishing that I'll just delete. Don't want to play a game that cheats me!

No stress, just keeping mind busy. I like that it an easy game at least so far. I can just keep playing and quiet my mind. Loving it so far.

Good game but. This is a good game and I like playing it but..... Some of the ads will not close, it is impossible to get out of them. Eventually you have to close the game. Maybe it’s just my frustration but I swear the new ads are longer then the older ads. Please try to fix the bugs on the ads.

Nice Game but.... I don’t know if it’s me, but there’s been a lot of times when you think you’re moving a piece one way, and it moves it the opposite way. A majority of times the wrong move won’t work because there’s nothing to match with it, so it just goes back. But the one time it didn’t and ended up costing me the round prompted me to write this. VERY frustrating, and just shouldn’t happen,

Help please. I play this game so much I just love it. I Do have a question or a statement. I paid for no ads but I seem to have to watch the hands anyway. I want to get what I paid for. (Ads) Please help me I don’t know what to do. Not so good with the customer service. Still have not been helped. I play Jewel Hunter by Superbox. Piggy bank. The coins that go into the piggy bank are coins you earn from the levels you pass..... then WHY do you have to buy the piggy bank to get your coins you have already earned ?

Jewel Hunter. I like the game but it’s so frustrating because sometimes after an ad the screen goes blank and I always have to get out and the come back in later. I deleted one of your other games for the same reason. It would be nice to be able to play several games w/o the screen going black!

Ads. It’s a really fun game and so far not to impossible. But I paid the 2.99 for no ads and I still have the same amount of ads. I can see where I might have to watch one to get the extra moves but the other ads haven’t gone away. So either take the ads out or give me a refund!

Addicting. This is a good game to kill a few minutes with. But just make sure to set a timer if you are on a break! 😂

I would have given a 5 star…. I like the game but the little bonus when you tap to watch ad it disappears or does nothing. Please fix it

Slow to load. Too many freezes when it comes to ads. Other than that this is a pretty cool game although I might not be playing it much longer. I shouldn’t be waiting more than 30 seconds to play.

I really like the game but after playing 1000 levels which is as high as you can go I got really tired of so many ads in the game and the length of said ads that I just deleted the game.... If you can deal with the ads it’s a 5 star game but the ad situation dropped to 3 stars for me and I moved on......

Great Game. I am a great grandmother and love match 3 games. This is one of the best, if not the best, I have found. It’s colorful and it has sounds that do not grate on my nerves. A big plus for me is that you don’t have to wait between rounds for ads to run. The ads are there and you can react to them or not. Keep up the great work!!!

GREAT GAME. Not once have I ever had to buy anything to keep playing as much as I wanted to!!!! It’s fun and helps me to pass the time during this COVID-19. Think I would be crazy 😜 if I didn’t have games that are not impossible to play when bored

Game. I enjoy games that don’t create more stress in my life. I like this game because it is just difficult enough to keep my interest.

Peacock tv ad. The peacock ad has a glitch in it. Every time it comes up it freezes my play and if I close it out I don’t receive my reward for trying to watch, or I need to completely close out and restart my game. It’s the only ad that does this.

Love to Hate. The Hate: It is because of games like this that I think one should NEVER play games on mobile devices. No one should have to put up with the “in your face” crap that is being done here. Ads and in game payments are one thing but having it in you face ALL the time is going too far in my opinion. Having no internet access although removing the payment money showing doesn’t remove the ads annoyances. What is worse they take people for fools asking them to actually PAY to empty their piggy bank. GET REAL! What purpose does that have besides giving up your hard earned money? The Love: Graphics and effects are wonderful. Even the little girl, although serving no purpose, is enjoyable bouncing and looking through the spy glass. Levels change up making them different and challenging.

Great Game. I waited until I got to level 150 to leave a review so that I could get a good feel for the game. This is a relaxing, no frills game with ads. The ads are not horrible like some games out there, but I did pay the small price (2.99usd) to have them removed, because I really like this game and I can get thru levels quickly. I can still watch ads for power ups, extra moves, etc. Great job developers.

Never gets boring. I was looking for something different. This relieves my stress and I play for hours. Thank you for this game. When you play so much there is a glitch. So I finish the game, I close it out and reopen the app and it’s fine. The ads are quick and doesn’t bother me.

Fun but very glitchy!. I really enjoy the game but it is super glitchy and it freezes constantly to the point where I have to abort the app then restart. Even then, often the app doesn’t restart, it freezes again during the restart with a perpetual black screen of doom and out of total frustration I have to exit out of the app again and either uninstall/reinstall the app or shut down the phone and restart. I’ve completely given up at this point and removed the game from both my iPad and iPhone.

Game jewel hunters lost temple. This game cheats I know I hit those books more than twice and they don’t move. They want you to watch 8 times to get 5 moves You will be doing this quite often. 8 ads for 5 moves. REALLY ! I am in the 600’s on this game and am about to just delete it. It’s not worth it or fun anymore and to top that off you can’t get support for this game. Also they will move the items on the board when you start getting somewhere in the game. They like to shuffle so you can’t get any moves. 👎👎👎

Just right!. This is the second game I’ve downloaded from them and I love them both. No lives to count and no timer. So far I’ve only been stuck a couple of times and was glad to be able to keep plugging away at the level without worry. I was a bit sad to reach the last level of the previous game but I can always go back and start over and try to better my scores.

This game is a rip off. Skill doesn’t matter with this game because many of the levels are designed to where you can’t pass it unless you buy a lot of their boosters. I’ve played several of the higher levels and no matter how many moves I have left, it’s still not enough to get all the stars. I don’t recommend this game and have now deleted it from my phone.

Review. I love the game except I have to reload constantly because it hangs up on ads an I have to reload to get it working again.

Jewel Huntress!!. Just call me a jewel huntress...very fun game. Very enjoyable and has a bit of challenge but not too frustrating trying to go from one level to another.

Yet again!. 1st.. this review is not by "poor poor poor app" no idea where that name came from. Now the review... Superbox why why why do all your games crash? All of them have crashed once I got by the 200 level. They get more difficult & just when it looks like I'm gonna finally get it... poof.. it crashes. Why???????? While I appreciate your response I don't have anymore info. Your game crashes routinely & the ads don't launch giving me more moves or boosters. That's the only way I can explain. What is the problem? Why is it crashing.... ???

Best. It has been the best of the match three that I have found and I have tried many of them. The 0nly problem has been glitches in the ads you must watch and takes leaving the ad and returning to the game.

Improvements. I have played the game several times around to improve my score. It is really a favorite. However I get very frustrated when I am forced to hit Continue without my wanting to do so. It’s a nasty trick on your part to make players lose a lot of painstakingly accumulated points. Add Confirm to Continue to prevent. That would make it perfect! Oh! Love game but, Not happy 😔. I’m not happy that you’ve changed the game so’s you can’t quit early to try and do that part again of the game again. I can understand the logic, I presume you’re trying to make the player get frustrated and buy an ad on pack but all it achieves it that it makes me stop using the game if I can’t progress to the next one. I will not be spending any money on the game other than paying for the app to reduce ads which I’ve done already. I don’t have the money. Simples 🤷‍♀️

Can’t get out of ads. Ads have no exit. Even if I wait 30 seconds. No X appears. No way I can play the game.

Jewel hunter. Jewel hunter is fun and exciting to play. It has many different challenges however the only thing I find is that as you progress to higher levels you require more coins. You start at 400 which is fair, however I need 900 coins at the level I am at. I refuse to pay for coins and when you reach 900 coins from watching the videos it fives you an extra 5 chances to complete your level at times you don’t even get your 5 chances and it stop your games and again you have to get 900 more coins. If the game allows you 5 tries we should be able to play 5 times not 3 and not 4.

Great game. I just got a new iPhone & installed Jewel Hunter on it. So now I have it on both the old one (now an iPod) & the new one! I like that!

Ad = Paul Bocco. This is the longest most inappropriate ad I’ve ever had to suffer through to play a silly game. It runs for 1 minute and 45 seconds!!! WTH?!!!! When this ad pops up I shut down the game. It gives me an unhappy customer experience and makes me angry. It’s tooooo long for a game ad!
