Inaccurate and useless. Tried this multiple times and it didn’t work because it was overwhelmed, so finally I let it log into my account which I didn’t want to have to do, and it’s not even accurate. The posts it showed aren’t even my most liked photos. Useless waste of time I shouldn’t have even had to download a whole app for this

Beware: Unlock Everything seems to be device specific?. Kudos to the developers for not making this a subscription service. You can purchase individual needs for 99¢ or all features for $4.99 — however the purchase seems to be device specific. So of you purchase it once and need it on another device, Restore Purchase doesnt work as intended.

4th time trying. This app has not worked for me at all and this is my 4th time trying to install it. Only will it let me log in right after I download the app...I put in my log in info and then it just loads forever and never makes a Top Nine...if I exit out of the app and try to go back in it’ll never show the log in option, it’s not just a blank screen. Maybe the 4th time downloading it I’ll finally get my top nine 🤷🏼‍♀️

Why did I waste my time?. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It picked 9 posts from the last 2 weeks, none of which were anywhere near the highest likes or posts which had high engagement. In fact one of the top 9 had the lowest statistics out of the entire year! Guess I’ll have to filter through every post and create my actual top 9 myself

Would give zero if I could. My Instagram account is a business account so I can see the statistics at any time, but I wanted something like this to also give me the total number of likes and posts for the year. I tried this one three times and each time it only analyzed a couple months worth of posts and both my post with the highest number of likes and the one with the highest reach (both from this month) did not show up on any of their grids. I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s not at all accurate.

Sent my passcode to another email. Definitely a big bug. I went to log in to my Instagram from the app and it came up with an email that was not mine that it sent a passcode to to sign in. It showed part of the email and the other letters with asterisks and it definitely was not my Email. This leaves it that someone else can access and change my passcode for Facebook or social media. I quickly went and changed my Passcodes and set up double authentication. HUGE flaw in your app.

Absolutely Wrong. I tried to use this to find my top 9 for 2020 and the posts that came were definitely not in my top liked posts. I know for a fact which posts had the best engagement and number of likes and just wanted the collage. I don’t know what parameters this app uses because those weren’t told and nor could they be filtered to determine which top posts the customer wanted, either based on likes, engagement, impressions, or reach. I have no idea where they came up with the results for my account but it’s incorrect on any category.

Latest update does not actually select the best nine. Very disappointing to check the picture selected for the grid against the like count in Instagram and find out it's not picking your top photos. I'm also not happy that the only way I seem to be able to capture a copy of the grid is through Facebook which I do not use. I'll be deleting the app. The version I used for 2019 didn't have these problems.

Really? Tea. So, I downloaded this thinking there’d be nothing wrong with it seeing as how everyone had given it such good ratings. And it worked alright. Aside from every time I tried logging into Instagram after downloading this, I kept being told my account was temporarily locked. I changed my password twice thinking someone was hacking it (which had never happened and shouldn’t have been possible). I uninstalled this app and now my Insta works just fine. I suggest not using this unless you really like changing your password.

Does not work. When I open the app, a list of years comes up. I select the year and then there is a “Get Started” button below that. I click on get started and it goes to a blank screen with nothing but a “close” button. I waited for a long time and no login for instagram popped up. I tried other years as well and nothing happened. I saw another reviewer had the same problem and the developer response was useless.

Phished immediately. I’ve had my IG for over 7 years, since only iPhones were permitted to use it. Thought it would be fun to use this app, so I did last night. Less than 15 mins later I was logged out of my account and forced to reset my password. This went on ALL night and this morning. IG sent me a message stating someone was phishing my account and when I looked at the attempts in my settings, this went on at least two dozen times. I’m irritated.

In App Purchase Won’t Open / Unable to Contact Support. The app generated a best nine grid without issue. Fine. I decided to purchase the “frame colors” option, but despite restarting the app numerous times after my purchase, I am not able to access the feature. When I click on the frame colors in one spot (while actually viewing my best nine) it tells me to pay again. If I click in another spot (under “More”), it says that I’ve already unlocked the feature. I attempted to click on the Support tab on the website and here in the App Store, but get an error message. All this to say, it appears I am out $2 that I paid for a feature I am unable to utilize and there seems to be no way to contact Help/Support. Annoying.

Trying to hack my Instagram. In all of the years of having this account, since 2011, I've never been booted out of my account for someone trying to log into my acc. I had recommended this app to one other person and AHE HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO HER !! MALICIOUS ACTIVITY AFTER USING THEIR APP TO SIGN INTO YOUR INSTAGRAM !!! This app requires you to sign into your account using an unsafe page that is NOT instagram affiliated. I should have stopped and deleted !!!! Why should users even have to sign into their account on a 3rd party app anyway ? Likes are PUBLIC !!! Ugh ! Users beware.. I've since used the app ONE time on Dec 30th 2018, and i have been booted off/logged out/ and received two notifications from Instagram saying there has been malicious activity on my account on TWO consecutive days now.. In the 7 years I've had this acc, it just really makes too much sense that after two days of having this app that connected to my insta ONE time, this message pops up. I'm convinced whoever made this app is stealing log in information from users to maliciously hack and sabotage their page. DO NOT DOWNLOAD !! I've had to change my email and password twice !!!!

Looks great, yet difficult for multiple accounts. I’m giving this app two stars because it looks great, is straight forward, and easy to use. But I have multiple accounts I’d like to make a top nine for and there is no logout button to change IG accounts. It’s a bit of a hassle but I managed to finally figure it out. You have to uninstall the app and reinstall it just to sign in to a new account. If it wasn’t for that hassle I would have given it a 5⭐️

Did its job, but hacked. I love that this app did what it I wanted it to do, but after using it my account has been hacked. My Instagram has been temporarily locked numerous times for suspicious activity going on 3 days after using the app. I talked to other people on Twitter and apparently this is a fairly common thing to happen. It’s just frustrating to have to change my password 4-6 times everyday since.

Does the job BUT.... ... they will use your login/password (your have to give it to them in order so they can access your IG account) to other unintended/undisclosed purposes. IG actually blocked access to my account because of this and I was constrained to change my password.

It worked fine but... It worked exactly how it was supposed to, but now every time I log in to my Instagram it’s telling my that my information has been compromised and that I need to reset my password. I’ve probably reset it 4 times now. This app is the only possible thing that it could of been, so I deleted it. Really frustrated.

Account hacked. I believe this app send your info to 3rd parties. This is the only app I have used in conjunction with IG, and my account has now been compromised the day after downloading the app. I have had to Reset my password 5 times and I’m still getting this message: Your Account Has Been Temporarily Locked We've detected suspicious activity on your Instagram account and have temporarily locked it as a security precaution. It simply doesn’t work. It takes really long to load, and even when I log into my account it’s saying I don’t have enough photos on my account when I have over 50 photos. I don’t have a private account and it doesn’t give me anything else besides “you don’t have enough photos”. I don’t recommend this app for anyone. The fact that the rating is so high is pretty surprising, again, don’t get this app, it’s a waste of time.

Great customer service. The app was down for a bit because of high volume of use. I received a quick response from customer service and a follow up when it was restored. I like that you don’t have to give your email address and there are no watermarks.

I like but.... It works great but it won’t count the photos that have multiples posted with it even though those are the ones that have the most likes. I would like it if it counted those in the best nine and just used the first picture that’s posted

Glitchy...with a chance of phishy?. I do think it’s weird you have to sign in to your account. And IG gets all bent out of shape every time I do it. I was able to get the app to work a few times. But after that it gets locked up and won’t do anything, and I haven’t been able to get it to aggregate posts since. I deleted and reinstalled the app a few times, with no improvement to the outcome. Decided it was maybe for the best and downloaded a different app instead. I’m not sure how this app has such a good rating 🤔

NOPE. Update2: the developer gave a copy-pasted response but did not explain why users had their passwords so many times that it was ridiculous. “Change your password” LOL after 15 times already? Naw. As a reminder, please check the newest reviews of apps so you do not fall into possible traps and lose your account. Update: it’s been almost a week since I downloaded this app and I’ve had to change my password a whopping 11 times. I stopped getting password requests late yesterday. I figured I’d update on how my end is going and how this app still continues to give me a fishing headache. BIG NO P E. Instagram absolutely hates third parties and this app is a death trap. I accidentally used this app and since then I’ve been having IG demand password resets every single TIME I go to check it. I’ve uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, but no, 8 password resets later and IG still hates me. Do NOT use this app ever if you want a headache from IG. Be mindful that IG hates bots and third parties. It’s not worth going through a login nightmare.

Scam. This app at first looks like a good option, but it’s truly a data stealing trap in disguise. When you try to find the top nine for your Instagram account, it demands that you log in and give them your entire account information. After reading how many people experienced Instagram malfunctions and breaches of security, I’m absolutely not going to log in. Waste of time!

Not accurate. First off, you have to log in to your Instagram just to get this to work and let it access all your pictures, which seems mega sketchy since in previous years before the app you didn’t have to do that. On top of that, it is not accurate. The collage did not choose my top liked photos from 2021, just a couple random ones taken within the last month or so. Essentially this app is useless and gives them your Instagram info. I deleted it immediately after realizing my bad feeling about it was for a reason. Pointless. Avoid.

Random Nine. This used to work well enough, but it no longer samples the entire chosen year, nor does it choose the posts with the most likes or interactions. And stylistically, there’s now a small border around every photo that takes some hit or miss tweaking to get rid of. I used to like this app, enough to unlock everything, but these bugs essentially make the app useless.

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t work for me at all. Sometimes it starts to work and says it has analyzed 20 or 30 posts but then it freezes up and does nothing more; other times it says too many people are using it and to try again later… but I’ve tried it at every time of day and night, from early morning to late night, and that makes no difference.

Beware. I’ve used apps/websites like this in the past but this was the first one to make me feel like my information was at risk. I almost had to immediately take security measures for my insta after using this app. I’ve been reading the reviews and I honestly should have listened before hand. Instead of giving the same copy and paste response to people complaining about security issues, maybe do the work to actually fix said issues. The people who run this app have given the same exact response for YEARS and claimed that they’re working to fix it. But I’d the problem solved after all of these years? Obviously not. If I were you, I just wouldn’t use the app. It feels like a phishing scam lying in wait for someone who doesn’t take enough security precautions.

Does do what it says. Downloaded the app, but it tells me that I don’t have enough photos. It’s not until you allow it access to your profile and data, does it “find” your images. After that, it says it has saved your best nine to photos, but they aren’t there. Tried it several times and no where in my photos, is the best nine it created. It also says you can revoke it if you don’t want it, but again, nowhere is that to be found. It doesn’t allow you to do the steps without ads constantly popping up. Feels like a phishing app to me. This should be called “Best None”

Incredible customer service!!. These guys are awesome! The app is super easy to use but the best part is how quick, professional, and kind they are with answering questions and helping trouble shoot issues. They are updating the app as any issues surface! These guys rock and I’m looking forward to seeing what apps they come out with in the future!

Latest update broke the app. I’ve been using this app for months to keep up with my insta but now since the new update it isn’t working correctly anymore. Now it’s just showing a selection of 9 pictures in the opposite order of when I Posted them. It doesn’t display my total amount of likes I’ve gotten this year or the average amount of likes either. I Hope this is fixed soon because I Don’t like leaving a negative review like this.

Not a square. And huge logo in bottom corner.. Why would you want 9 pics that are not squares. The point is to have all pics lined up together. This app saves the picture with a border of the app screen where you see the preview. Just give me my nine pics all squared up. I don’t care if there’s a border but I can’t even line it up so that there’s no border and all the pics show. What the heck. Also. Ads. And you have to pay 3 bucks to have your last picture show. Because their logo takes up the whole last square.

Like It. Worked great for me when another one that’s highly rated wouldn’t. Because that one wouldn’t work, I downloaded this one and it was done in a couple of minutes. Quick and nice!

Worse app ever. It is indeed the worse app ever, huge battery drain. Unopened it would use half of my battery each day draining my sweet iPhone 12 Pro dead in about 8 hours. You don’t want this on your phone. If I could give negative stars I would. With rectangular pictures on IG the whole best top nine thing is dead anyway because they don’t fit in the square spaces. If you do download this make sure you turn on a second verification for your phone number on Instagram so that when Nine gets your password they won’t hack your account and spam your friends with hacker links or plain steal your account

Don’t risk your account!. Downloaded this app and used it once! Ever since Instagram keeps locking me out of my account and having me change my password saying someone is trying to log in to my account. It happened about 10 min after using the app and happened 2 more times within an hour! I deleted the app and it continues to happen! Never happened until I used this app! Very disappointed!!

Didn’t actually pick my best 9??. So, the 9 photos that came back were not my most liked photos!? There were images selected that had half as many likes as several other images that didn’t make the collage. So basically the only good things I can say about this app are: it’s free and it picked the wrong photos very quickly.

I paid the $, can’t save best nine or share to instagram. It keeps coming up with error when I try to save “oops, something went wrong”. When I try and share, it wants to share a weird file (and won’t share to instagram.) when I hit done, nothing is saved and goes back to the start screen. I contacted best nine a couple of hours ago and have yet to hear back....I’ve also restarted the app and my phone. Frustrating.

Inaccuracy at its best. I should’ve known. The post that it generated were some of the least liked photos that I have. My most popular photo with over 800+ likes wasn’t even on the top nine list. This was a total waste of time with random photo picking, this literally all it did. 2 stars just for generating quickly.

Great end of the year app. What a wonderful way to capture the best memories of the year all in one place!! The app is super easy to use and it’s constantly being updated to make sure it’s bug-free. Great app to share the best photos of the year with your friends!

Inaccurate, doesn’t analyze all posts. I tried to curate my best nine for 2021. The app doesn’t analyze ALL the posts I’ve made this year, meaning my collage consists of random photos that were not my most liked. I tried creating a best nine for previous years as well, to test if 2021 was just being glitchy, but got the same result. It’ll only look at a dozen or so posts each year. Useless.

Locked out of instagram account. Like many others have said, after using this app, instagram keeps locking me out due to suspicious activity. Initially, I thought it wasn’t a big problem, as logging in to authorize did not seem like it would be a big deal and I understood why Instagram would see issues with it. Since, however all the time I am asked on Instagram to reset my password. Don’t know what’s up, but this app can be the only thing to blame.

Excludes videos! Yay!. Only one of three of these apps I tried that excludes videos (the still frames are lame). Nice feature with past years option. Least interesting output formats of the three. Fine, just basic.

Nice..but just picking random photos?. The app is simple enough and nice features. I was still not comfortable logging in through it, so I briefly made my IG account public so it could scan, then changed it back to private. But, I was expecting this to collect my top “liked” photos (i.e. “best”), instead it’s just a random selection including some of my least liked pics of the year 🤔 therefore...not really anything “Best” about it in that aspect....

Does not work at all. Not only does the app not work, it just picks random photos, not the most liked, even some of my lease liked photos. The website best nine also does not work. It says it will take 10 minutes when 3 days later still waiting. I should have listened to the other reviews, but the app developer kept responding to bad reviews saying they fixed the problem. They did not fix the problem. All my apps are up to date. I give up. 😔

Not iPhone X Compatible. The app is easy to use, but those of us with an iPhone X will immediately encounter a problem when attempting to post onto Instagram. “CANCEL” and “NEXT” will overlap with the information on the ‘left ear’ and ‘right ear’ of the iPhone X’s screen and the new photo arrangement cannot be posted. It’s still a great application. It just won’t work as intended for iPhone X users.

Not worth the money money. I have used this app for several years and each year it gets worse. There are so many ads and have to wait 30 seconds before I can do something. I have executed the top 9 three times tonight and each time I get different results I would think I would get the same top night every time.

Worked fine until.... I bought all access last year and I keep trying to see My Best Ever and it keeps telling me that I don’t have enough photos, then ads start popping up which I paid to avoid. Feeling frustrated that I have to keep deleting the app and restoring purchases to get nothing from it. It does the same thing for the other years and custom setting that I paid for already. I’m going to keep fiddling with it, but I’m upset because I shouldn’t have to.

Didn’t Deliver. The promised feature didn’t work: finding the best performing posts on my Instagram. I purchased this for a brand I work for and was disappointed to get error messages for every best nine range option. errors messages included “looks like you don’t have enough posts” (the page has been posting regularly for 6 years) and “looks like millions of people are using best 9 right now. Try again later”.

Doesn’t work. Isn’t this supposed to show your 9 pics with the most likes from all of the year? I’ve tried to redo it a dozen times and not once has it shown the photo i know for a fact has the most likes, shows different ones each time, and lists a different number of images pulled from—why is it not pulling from all photos from the year??? So inconsistent and inaccurate

Best “Nine” app out there!. This app is amazing! It’s totally free to see your best 9! You can even see your best 9 from 2011!! They have some other perks but they cost more money. Plenty of amazing things to see and look at that are completely free! It also shows how many likes and comments you got!! So cool!

App doesn’t work :(. I was really looking forward to this app but it doesn’t work. I click on 2017 and it says access denied and nothing else. Is there something I need to change? Or is it a bug?

Failure. Every time it asks me to log into IG, I do so then get an “invalid parameters” message. I can’t get any further. Ever.

HACKERS. DONT USE this app as every time I tries to log on my instagram account it locked me out as a result someone try to log in to my account.

Should exclude previous year’s best 9 photo. Should exclude previous year’s best 9 photo and make it easier to swap photos out.

Waste of money. The free best 9 only selected from recent photos. So I paid for the all time option as my account is only 1 year old. But despite finding 9 photos (albeit only recent ones) in the free version, in the pad option I don’t have enough photos to create a top 9 - but I have over 300 posts.

Useless. Couldn’t access it on the website due to high volume traffic so it prompted me to download the app but it still couldn’t generate anything 🙄

Hacker app - do not install!. Do not use! I have had to delete all my browsing and app data to revoke access and get rid of the issues this app has caused. Instagram will keep locking you out of your account due to suspicious activity.

Easy to use but inaccurate. Downloaded Best Nine and Top Nine and compared results and Top Nine was more accurate. Both super easy to use and fun for a laugh!!

Wrong account. This app keeps giving me the response for my second and not my primary account

Ruined my account. Ever since I got this app and logged in via the app my instagram account believes there is suspicious activity and makes me reset my password every single time I try to use it. Do not use this app it has essentially locked me out of my instagram account.

Phishing. This account gets you to log in and it phishes your account. I’ve been locked out of my account by instagram for using this app.

Paid for Custom Date Range; Doesn’t Work. I just paid the $1.99 fee to create a Best Nine based on a custom date range and, simply put, it doesn’t work. I get an error message and no output. I suspect it doesn’t work for 2024 dates, but the calendar offered them. Very disappointed.

Hate that you have to pay to remove the watermark. Was really happy with how quickly the grid was generated, but the. To be asked to pay AU$3.50 to have the watermark removed? No thanks - delete!

Messed my account up. I keep getting kicked out of my Instagram account after downloading this app due to phishing attacks. This was the only new app I used in the last month. Very, very annoying!

Doesn’t work as advertised. I agree with other recent reviews. This app screens your last 40 posts and randomly selects 9 photos from those. Different each time. This app is broken!

Worthless. While this app did its job, it has an invasive script that flagged my accounts and Instagram asked me a gazillion times to change my password as it locked my account. Keep away from this app.

Best 9.... lazy app. Best 9... this app literally put together 9 photos,that were sequential,from a couple of months ago. They were definitely not my most liked. So disappointed!

Locks your Instagram. Do not use this app! It keeps phishing your Instagram even after you delete the app & therefore Instagram locks you out & you need to keep resetting your password. Very annoying!!

This app locks your instagram!. Since I downloaded this app my instagram is locked! Everyday I receive messages about phishing attempts and I need to change my password. It’s very annoying. I’m really upset with this app and I don’t recommend it!!!

Doesn’t work. The “best nine” produced is not actually the best nine. It’s like they have chosen 9 images at random.

Fishing temporarily lock bug fixed????. Since I logged into this app everyday this message appears “temporarily locked out”, locks me out of my account and asks me to change my password. I hope you guys can fix this bug. Please please please fix this.... :( EDIT: I left my Instagram keep on giving me these msg about the fishing thing. Was annoying. But after a couple of days it seems to have been fixed up?! I haven’t got a msg since. I hope this has been fixed and I haven’t just jinxed myself! 😂🙌🏽

Rubbish. If you can even access the app through them constantly saying to “come back later” due to their high volumes, they’ll generate a collage with images outside of the year you selected and a false number of likes. Waste of time and space on my phone 🙃

Don’t Purchase the Video Option. The video option allows you to export the video of your Best Nine Instagram photos, along with a choice of music as the soundtrack. You MUST select music to export the video - you can’t proceed without selecting one of the music options. However Instagram will not allow you to post the video due to copyright concerns about the music. If there was the option to create and export the video without music, I would have rated this 5 stars.

Scam. Tries to get your details from Instagram and will make you get locked out from your account multiple times.

Do not download. Like others have reviewed recently, after using this app, Instagram temporarily locks your account due to suspicious activity. I have had to change my password 5 times in the last couple of days to use my account again. Do not use!

Random, Not the top 9. Seems to generate a random 9, not the top liked. Changes when you regenerate it. Also doesn’t show the first photo from a series. No watermark, but what’s the point if it’s not generating the best 9?

Forever looping. It’s forever looping and won’t generate my best nine 2020. It didn’t require me to login with pass word, but just no show.

Do not recommend. Paid for the app, also paid to unlock it. Directs me to a login screen, then goes blank. Would not recommend.

Won’t let me login. I downloaded the app, even paid to unlock, but when I click on the year and then get started, it brings me to the login screen but no prompts to actually login. Just a blank screen.

kinda works but not really. It will generate a top 9 BUT it excludes posts that have multiple photos (when it could easily just pick the first image from multi-image posts) even if those posts have way more likes that single image posts that show up in the top 9. So I guess it’s fine then for people who only ever have one photo per post but for everyone else it’s basically useless.

Not my top nine at all. Every time I reload my top 9 for 2020 I get different images - usually photos from the most recent few months. Not even close to selecting my photos with the most views/or likes (top photos if you will). This app sucks now.

Not reviewing all pictures. App isn’t reviewing all pictures posted to Instagram and chooses different pictures each time I try. That makes it kind of useless & inaccurate.

It shows that I have way less posts for 2020 than I actually do and I compared it to my top nine’s generated by free websites - not accurate at all!! Don’t waste your time. Not Accurate. Not accurate at all. One of my “top nine” pictures only had a dozen likes. But a photo I posted this year didn’t make my “top nine” and had 100 likes? & you can add & remove pictures? I could just make a collage on my own then.

Broken Algorithm?. Is the algorithm broken? What are the odds that my top nine photos were all posted in a row? Some of those photos got little to no likes and no comments and somehow made the top 9 .. But other photos have wayyy more engagement and weren’t in my top 9?

Horrible photo quality. When you save the photo the image is so low resolution you can barely see the details in the image

Won’t pick your top 9. Went through all the steps and the final product did not come close to choosing my top 9 posts. I know this because I’ve had a few photos reach over 300 likes (my normal number is about 40-50) but the collage didn’t include those photos. Seems random. Would not recommend at all. Deleted the app and tried finding a better one. 1/10 recommend.

Not actually finding my top 9. I tried a couple of different apps and this one isn’t pulling up my most liked posts.

Not best nine. I ran the app multiple times for 2020 and it hasn’t come back with the same results. And is definitely missing one of the top photos liked. I don’t know what’s wrong with it this year, it seemed to work every other year.

Total Junk!. Tried it 3 times in a row, got all different results - how is that possible if it’s actually ranking most liked pictures? One time, it put a picture with only 20 likes as my “top” picture of the year. Don’t even get me started on what a money grab any of the additional features are. Never Worked always freezes up. Tried numerous times to load my 9 for 2020, app says it may take up to 10 seconds....more like never works. Freezes every time. Waste of time.

Doesn’t analyse the whole year. No matter what I chose or tried to select, only about the last 30 posts were included as part of the best-so it’s really not the best of the year

Not Accurate. Before I did the top Nine I actually went through my posts to see which had great amount of views and likes and the ones shown on top nine are some that don't even have half as much the likes there was on other posts that weren’t featured in the nine posts.

Doesn’t pick top 9. I paid for it two different times, and both times it just generated a random assortment of 9 posts, even some that had the fewest likes. I know which post of mine had the top likes for the year, and neither time did it pull that one. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. Complete trash.

Randomizes posts. I tried getting the top nine for 2021 three times and each time it gave a different collection of posts and a different number of likes. I have an art account so a lot of my posts have the dates written on them, and several times i got posts from 2020 and 2019 in the mix. Also got Instagram warnings every time I logged in.

Hacked my instagram. I put my information into this app, it developed my top nine. I tried to get back on my Instagram a few minutes later, and it said my account had been compromised. Now I can’t log in and my email was somehow changed. This was an awful way to start my 2019. If you could explain that would be great.

Never again. I will never use this app again. I have had my Instagram account for years and never had an issue, since using this app my account has been “locked for suspicious activity” no less than 15 times. If you enjoy unlocking your account and resetting your password every time you try to get into Instagram then go for it but I wish I had never used it!!!

Don’t Download this App. So, downloaded this gem of an app and now I cannot use my Instagram account as it’s been “flagged for suspicious activity”. I’ve changed my password 10-15 times and I still keep getting flagged. I have reached out to Instagram about resolving this issue, and unfortunately have had no help. Think this app is just phishing info.

Fails at its main objective. This app grabs a different set of pictures every time I use it even for the same year. For example, for 2021, I’ve tried multiple times but I get a different set of top nine pics each time and some of them aren’t even from 2021...

I keep on getting locked out. After logging into my insta account in this app, I have been locked out of my insta account 5 times for someone hacking my account. I’ve even reset the password multiple times and it keeps on happening. I can’t even use my actual insta app without being locked out constantly.

Trying to hack my instagram. I downloaded this app to get the best of 9 and post it but ever since I’ve used it. They have been trying to log into my account and i had to change my passwords so many times I can’t even open the app bc it’s telling me someone is trying to log into my account!!! Log in screen. I’ve downloaded this app 3 times now hoping it would work. Each time I pick the year and submit and it takes me to a login page with a blank screen. I’ve stayed on that page for it to load and nothing happens. I now see they are responding to others with this problem that it is now working. But, it is not.

Not working. The first few times, it seemed like it would work. However, it started asking for a log in each time, definitely not what was touted when I purchased it. And it doesn’t return results. Unfortunately, I paid a small upgrade which has resulted useless.

Don’t use.. Pretty sure your app is causing my Instagram account to be locked every time I open it. Says my password has been entered on a site that looks like Instagram. This app is the only thing I can think of that I used to login to my Instagram to make these collages and since then I’ve been having this issue. 0 stars for this headacheI have to deal with now.

Not your top photos at all. I don’t know what algorithm they are using but it just selects a random 9 photos from your most recent (last 4-5 months) posts— definitely not the entire year, and nothing to do with number likes or comments or engagement.. just completely random. This is garbage. No one should download or use this app!

HACKED MY IG. Do not use this app! IG notified me that a third party was attempting to access my account “as a result of entering your password on a website designed to look like Instagram. This attack is known as phishing” I haven’t logged into IG via any place except the IG app and this app. So it absolutely without a doubt was the creators of this app. They will hack your account. There are other top 9 apps that are safe to use. This is not one of them.

It worked fine but... It worked exactly how it was supposed to, but now every time I log in to my Instagram it’s telling my that my information has been compromised and that I need to reset my password. I’ve probably reset it 4 times now. This app is the only possible thing that it could of been, so I deleted it. Really frustrated.

Image Scaling. It should give you the option to make your images all scale to the same size, but it’s not working properly I see no difference. Some of my images have borders and wanted them all to scale to the same size. Can you please look into this issue?

Posts from wrong year and keeps timing out. The first attempt worked, except the app took posts from 2020, when I selected best nine for 2021. I closed out the app multiple times to re-attempt, and even deleted and re-downloaded it, but all it does now is time out and tell me too many people are using the app. Guess I will permanently delete the app.

Best 9 App. I was having problems uploading my photos and I reached out to the App and they responded immediately and the problem was taken care of! Great customer service!

User Beware - Password Phishing Attempt?. After using this app Instagram locked my account twice for attempted unauthorized access. Maybe it's only coincidence, but my account has never had this issue before and it happened quickly after using the Best Nine app. 1 star because the app functioned as advertised. 4 stars deducted for possibly being a dirty app. I will not use again or recommend its use.

Fishing alert. I downloaded this app last week and used t once. After that, I am getting phishing alerts from my Instagram page and it gets locked everyday for at least 2-3 times. I have even changed my password 14-15 times but nothing is helping. Download this app at your own risk. I am repenting and trying to seek help from IG itself but no use till now. Will the developers of this app help me?

Nothing. The years come up, i tap “get started” the screen then switches to a blank screen with only “close” at the bottom.

Biggest waste of money of the year.. This app did not work at all. The top all time nine were barely discernible in the upper 1/5th of my screen and when I double checked, they did not remotely have the most likes and also did not even reach back beyond a couple of months. How do you get your money back for this garbage?

Logging Out. How do you log out of the app in order to log into another account? When emailing support, it says an error happened.

Hung up trying to log into Instagram. It asks me to log into Instagram. I log in via Facebook. After typing in password, it just sits and spins. I tried on iPhone and iPad, same result.. UPDATE: devs asked me to try it again. Still same issue. They said to contact them is there is still an issue. I filled out the support form and it errors out when I submit it.

Steals your money. I bought the feature last break that unlocked everything and made it add free perpetually. But when I return this year nothing works. When I click restore purchases just tries charging me again. Emailed them several times to be restored but been ignored repeatedly. Don’t wast your money. Unless you enjoy being robbed.

Didn’t work and seemed super sketchy. Seems like a scam to steel info. App didn’t work and after multiple attempts with it saying it was busy with high volumes (really? it’s October) and then pushing advertisements, I gave up. Deleted. Also, why does it require your Instagram log in info if your profile is public? I.e. they don’t need your access info but they want it to get all the info they want whenever they want. Super sketchy.

Getting Locked Out Of My Account Daily Now. The app worked as it said, but ever since I downloaded it, I have been getting locked out of my account as a “security precaution” daily because of apparent suspicious activity. I have to change my password every single time I get locked out and it’s getting really annoying.

Will not let me log in and help email bounces. I’ve wasted an hour trying to log into this, after paying the 99cents to upgrade as I wanted to check a top nine from previous year. It keeps asking me to log into Instagram but won’t recognize any of my accounts. Is this app hacked/scam now?? I emailed customer support and the email bounced as invalid.

Scam. I used this app for my Instagram account and now my account is getting constantly spammed and locked for suspicious activity due to login attempts. This never happened on my Instagram till I used their app. Complete BS. My information never got out till I used it in their app. It now causes nothing, but headaches with my Instagram account being locked everyday. BEWARE of Phishing from this app!!!!

The App is broken. Every time I generate a Best 9 it is different. I made 45 posts this year, sometimes it generates 30, sometimes 35, other times 32. But never the real total and the order of my Best 9 changes each time. My picture sets that made the Best 9 are not even displaying the first picture in the set. Don’t waste your time on this one, there are other options.

Downloaded twice and never made it through the log-in process. This app is very buggy. I encountered multiple problems while trying to log in. The app kept freezing or displaying a blank screen even after closing out of the app and reopening. I deleted the app and tried to download it again and encountered the same issues.

Didn’t get the right pictures. I looked back through because I didn’t think it picked the right pictures and found many posts that had way more likes that the ones they chose. It looked like it just chose my last 9 posts instead of the “best nine”

Works good. Good app, but I could do top 36 pictures last year and prefer that over only 9. Is that no longer an option?

Don’t buy the video. Pro: Good alternative to Top Nine because no watermark. Con: Bought the video slide show of my best 9 for 99cents. Tried to post it on social media with their provided music but FB and IG removed it because of the copyrights of the song I chose through this app.

Best Nine is the best app ever. This app works the best because I even get to change pictures and create many features.

Did not give me best nine for 2020. This is supposed to give you the best nine posts for 2020. I ran it and it just gave the best nine from my posts from the past month. Ran it multiple times and the posts were always different. Paid the .99 to get a custom range to see if that might work. But that also didn’t work! Want a refund.

Random 9. Generated 'top 9' but by some random algorithm - it's not top views or anything. Also - once you buy a video pack, you still have to watch spam ads to actually access the video. Overall - feels spammy and just not good.

Purchased Video Upgrade. And alas it's not working. Whenever I click "Create" it just takes me back to the main menu and if I click continue from there it just shows me the best nine images again it's not doing the videos.

Inconsistent, inaccurate.. If you do this three times in a row, the “like count,” and posts chosen will fluctuate each time. And it didn’t even include the post of mine with the most likes from the year. So… but at least it wasn’t expensive.

Not Aacurate. Not picking up all posts from the year. Not choosing the actual top 9. Counts video views as likes making the top nine basically just all videos. Not using first picture for posts with multiple pictures. Should be able change which picture for a post is used.

Locked out. I am giving this so only 1 star because Instagram locked me out of the 2 accounts (I have 4) on which I used the app for “suspicious activity.” I had to go in and verify that I am the owner of both accounts and reset passwords. I find this so sketchy that this only happened to the 2 accounts on which I used this app. Deleted the app.

Latest Update Shoots Blanks. After this last update, all I get is a blank screen where the pictures should go. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, including restoring purchase, and it still happens no matter what year I tap on. I wonder if it’s just my phone or if others are having the same problem.

Got issues. Ever since I logged into this with my instagram account it started to give me issues. I had only downloaded this yesterday and my instgram has locked me out twice. It tells me because I have logged my account into a foreign app(this one), so it’s locking me out. This app seems to have a good rating, so I don’t know if it’s an issues only I’m having. But I’m still working on fixing it at the moment.

Cannot access 2013. I was able to get my best 9 from 2018 to 2014 but when I choose 2013 it says I do not have enough photos to create a nest mine which is not true. Disappointed that this happened but still a great quick app to get your best 9.

Chose pics I wasn’t in, cropped poorly. What is the point of choosing memes that my face isn’t in then not offering a back up shot (the app is supposed to know my top 9 most liked photos not me.) Half the other shots have my and my husbands face cropped out of them and the app offers no solution to reposition or recrop photos. Will be getting my $5 back.

Straight forward and easy. Super easy to use. The only thing I’d like to see is how many likes the tops actually got, but over all very user friendly and simple!

Not working. I clicked 2017, scrolled down and clicked get started, then another blank screen popped up and nothing happened - there was just an option to close it (which took me back to the select a year screen). I tried letting the screen stay open for a bit, deleting and reinstalling the app - nothing seemed to work. Sounds like other people aren’t struggling, so maybe it’s just my phone...

Best of Nine App. I find the app very easy to use. The feedback and app features are what keep me using the application. Thanks to the team for your hard work!

Uh what?. The login was super easy, and I liked the option to choose a year. But when I chose 2018, it said “You don’t have enough images to create a Best Nine for this year.” All of the other apps were able to come up with something and I posted over 200 images this year. So roughly 9/200 shouldn’t be difficult. Pretty disappointed as it started great.
