Fun! Hard too!. I love this game. The animation, the story is fun, the cooking is pretty cool too - ok & its hella hard. I don’t mind the challenge at all, it’s definitely a break from the same old Delicious formula & that is fresh & fun & yet I am going to agree with other reviews when people are asking for more variety. I’m stuck on the chocolate store levels right at the end & they are so hard to complete but I’m also making $ so when I get to the next episode I’ll be able to buy the outlandishly expensive upgrades - because yes, the upgrade items are too much. I agree as well with others that although I have all the upgrades for the chocolate levels, many times a level ends & regardless if I have served everyone full orders & got all 3 hearts or coins, I will have to buy +30 seconds to finish. That is not cool. I know you’re working out the kinks & hope to see some improvements that can help such as extra tips for full orders & points for cleaning tables in a row or having clean tables @ the end of levels. One last thing...where is Carl?? 😂

Too Repetitive. I love this game. I’m on season 3, episode 1, level 8. I haven’t spent any money and I completed all other seasons 100% but the more I play, the more annoying it gets. I find it absurd that the money I collected from the previous seasons don’t transfer over to the next season after all the work I put in. You have to play each level 3 times to completely pass an episode, which is around 120 times you have to play over and over again, plus you still need to play the bonus levels to gather more coins because you won’t have enough for the upgrades. I understand some type of “system” has to be put in place to make the game playable but the work and time of the player is not being recognized so in the long run you’ll be forced to spend money even though you’ve worked so hard to save money to make upgrades. Nobody has the time to be playing 24/7 to gather coins while the coins gathered from the previous seasons just sit there.

This was a great daily play until the broken new random ad system was introduced. The story and animation of this game is really cute and compelling. It kept me coming back each day despite how repetitive and grind-y the actual gameplay is. I also liked that there was a clear separation of gameplay and ads. If you wanted to double your coins earned, you watched an ad. This summer, a new system of random ads was introduced and it still hasn’t been sorted out. When it’s “working” you just get one random ad after beating a level, and the next levels you beat have that double coins/watch ad option. However, the ad system is so glitchy that it randomly pops on, even on menu screens, it cancels out the option to watch an ad to double coins (I’m constantly rebooting the app). Today I got random ads during the actual level/gameplay, so that’s enough. I’m sure I’ll get an insultingly generic developer response saying I just have to make an in-game purchase to make the ads go away temporarily (no chance), but I hope they understand that not only is this ad system broken, it’s driving daily players like myself away because of how frustrating it is.

i used to love it. this app used to be one of my favorite and i got further than i normally do in apps BUT randomly the app forgot all my save gameplay ok no problem I saved it on my facebook....except the app doesnt let me manually log into facebook and it keeps connecting to someone else random facebook that isnt even saved on my phone!! the app wont let me switch accounts i tried everything i delete this app and facebook and re downloaded them both and NOTHING im so frustrated and disappointed why on earth is it doing this???? also a 5 part tutorial u cant stop or get out of delivering super basic info in excruciatingly slow detail...horrid but everything else i love!! game is cute and addictive but im not starting ALL THE WAY OVER because you cant keep my log in info and will automatically connect without allowing me to switch facebook accounts (again i only have 1 saved on my phone i have no idea who or why youre connecting automatically to a rando) im very sad and disappointed

Love and frustration. Thank you for helping me. I think the screen was frozen or something. I appreciate the assistance! Update: Thank you for your response, however I can’t contact you from within the game because it won’t let me play unless I’m willing to give up 100 gems to do so. Do you have a way around that aspect? I love the game! However, too much emphasis on needing gems in order to progress. Additionally, I’m very upset that they were asking for 50 gems to unlock the Christmas episodes (which I didn’t claim) and then the cost went to 100 gems for the New Year’s episodes, which I also did not claim but now I can’t play the game and the progress I made seems to be locked since I can’t get back to the game without ‘paying’ with 100 gems. I purchased the gems for the game; I should not have to sacrifice them to get the episodes using the costly gems, especially since it’s hard enough to unlock episodes as you progress through the levels, which is challenging and you need the gems for the levels. Love it but very disappointing with holding the gems and the game progress hostage.

Not happy. I play these Emily delicious games all the time on my computer and when this came up for me to download and get to play I was excited I miss playing cause I don’t have a computer anymore but what upsets me is you don’t give all the coins were supposed to have even when I use the double boost it doesn’t give me the coin. supposed to have the bonus levels gives you half of what you’re supposed to make the Levels you continue to do when you use a double you don’t get all of them so your developers need to wake up and fix this and every time I try to post a review my my review does not show up so this is a good way for y’all not to get people playing your game especially people who are familiar with Emily’s games so don’t disrespect us but disrespecting the game we love to play give us what we are supposed to have!!!

Love This Game. I’m going to be honest, the marketing for this game was awful. I didn’t enjoy the cheating gimmick and it was getting obnoxious but I got a little tired of a game I was playing so I literally thought ‘why not’. It’s hands down one of my favorite games today. The story is extremely cute and I’m not forced to pay ( unlike a few that doesn’t make you think you have to pay but it’s extremely difficult to move on from ). It’s nice to just zone out and spam the game and get coins that way. The only complaint I have, is the crashing makes me lose my progress, not by far. But it gets tedious when I’ve spent time grinding only for it to be gone. But honestly? The fact that I’m not paying money for the diamond and coins, doesn’t make me hate it. I just have to actually take a break when it does so I’m not frustrated lol

Frustrating To pass levels when game doesn’t work. I like the game and it starts off great. You earn coins and diamonds easy but that is just to set you up. Once you get hooked they cost of everything goes way up, similar to the inflated prices we have to deal with in real life but worse. It is extremely disappointing that money earned in previous episodes doesn’t carry over, instead you start off broke with exorbitant prices to upgrade everything! The calibration is off and there is a glitch where I’m not able to cook all the food that I select. It will give a green check but not cook so. End up having to throw it away, which with most rounds, means you need to quit and start over. I wish the game allows you to carry your earnings to each episode and if not to not have such high prices to upgrade items. I also missed out on double coins and bonus diamonds because the option to double would not work, this is a constant issue and I hope the developers are working to resolve it. In the meantime they should give players bonus rewards | gifts for the inconvenience.

Edited Review!. This is NOT the Delicious Emily that I know and love! The characters and animations have been completely Disney-fied, the voiceovers are majorly cheesy, and it’s obvious that this is a copy of the popular Cooking Craze game, from the kitchen set-up to the menus to the cooking boosts. GameHouse, don’t do this to us! You had something good going, don’t ruin it! And I refuse to believe that Frank is Francois! Edited: I was wrong okay, I admit I was wrong! I hated this game at first but kept playing since I love the Delicious series and I am hopelessly addicted! While I will always love and play the traditional-style Gamehouse games, I do have an appreciation for this faster-paced, more challenging style of gameplay that still maintains and interesting storyline. Although it’s super repetitive and hard to get the upgrades (and I’m still not buying the whole Frank guy!) I have come to love this game! Sorry for doubting you guys at first!🤣

Super fun but. I have been playing this game for a long time, I stopped playing for a little while but have recently gotten back into it. I think there must have been some sort of update because I don’t remember the game being nearly as hard as it is now. I even recommended it to my sister to play recently because we both love games like these but she is struggling to make much progress because whatever update they made messed up the gameplay really badly. The cost of the kitchen upgrades is so absurdly high compared to how much you earn and now when you play the bonus levels you get a tiny fraction of the total points. It would take hours or even days to get enough coins to get even 1 upgrade and by the time you’ve gotten that one you’ll have 2 more upgrades to make it past the level after that. It’s completely taken the excitement out of the game and I’ve considered spending money to maybe help myself progress but it adds up too quickly to possibly be reasonable to spend on a game on my phone. I truly love this game but this update has messed with how special this game was before.

Money isn’t everything. This use to be my stress relief but now I no longer enjoy the game. It’s has become a money pit. The changes make it far harder to complete episodes without spending a fortune to do so. I’m okay with Equipment and Decorations increasing but it has to be obtainable and reasonable. Currently it is not! The daily tasks DOES NOT help much as Game House has used that as an explanation. This is a disgusting practice especially in this economy where people (such as myself) use these games as therapy. I can only imagine the money this company makes off these games. Why the price gouge? I’m so disappointed in this company that I’ve supported from their first Sally game. I’m also annoyed that you can’t reset the game. Why? The only feedback I get is that the game wasn’t designed that way but are you listening to your customers? You’ve made tons of changes most that did not benefit the customer. Why not give customers the one thing everyone is asking for? Do better! I once believed in you.

Bogus Bonus Level Payout. I don’t normally write reviews to be honest but I decided after some time I needed to voice my frustration as this is probably one of my favorite games on my phone right now and I don’t even want to think about the money I’ve spent on it trying to get past levels lately. But the new bonus level payouts are total crap. I’ve been playing this game for awhile - and I mainly continue playing just because of the storyline! I enjoy Emily’s adventures and enjoyed this game even in the old versions. But now with the restructured bonus levels it’s really hard to move on without spending ALL DANG DAY playing bonus levels to scrap some coins together to upgrade appliances in order to beat current levels. It’s severely halted gameplay and does not move the story forward. I just completed a bonus level that would normally have resulted in $1k coins but only received $300 for completely it. Meanwhile I need $24k+ just to upgrade a tray. This new system has completely hindered game play. And while I appreciate the added bonus on completing the daily missions - it’s taking forever to do those and then the coins are gone very quickly so you’re essentially waiting around for the daily tasks to refresh so you can move forward. I love this game but I’ve honestly stopped playing it as often just simply due to aggravation.

Hit a sour note …. This was one of my favorite games - and the best cooking/ time management games I had ever found, but like many of the recent reviews state the new update is a huge step back. Taking away the in level money earned for replaying the bonus levels was the worst change I’ve seen. It’s difficult enough when a new season starts to not have all your coins carry over - but then to replay bonus levels that often require power ups to pass gets annoying fast when you don’t have enough in game cash. It’s purposely pushing for ppl to spend a lot of real money for power ups, diamonds, and coins now which is a real shame. Even watching ads to double your win isn’t worth the effort. I really hope the developers consider reverting this update or find a better way to balance the freemium experience without losing the fun it once was.

Love the game but Coins are a hassle. Delicious is a fun game with many different levels and dishes to create as u advance. The game is set up into chapters with multiple episodes you need to complete in order to get further into the story. With so many levels, earning money becomes more and more important because it is what allows you to upgrade your equipment, improve how ur restaurant looks, and how much ur dishes will be worth. However, things continually become more and more expensive as u progress and ur money doesn’t transfer over when u complete a chapter. Which means you might have to replay levels multiple times in order to gain enough coin for just one upgrade. Sometimes, u absolutely need that one upgrade to complete a level and it makes it tedious having to replay so many different levels in order to gain the coin. Other than this, I really do enjoy this fame and the details that have gone into it!

Awesome game!!!!. I play a lot of cooking games (which is ironic since I can’t cook in real life lol) but this is the best. The graphics are great and smooth and the challenges are sometimes tough but so worth it to get through because the story-line is amazing! If this were a show on Netflix I’d binge watch it! Great characters, Emily, Patrick, Frank (my favorite; he’s hilarious!), Sarah, Emily’s mom… a world of different characters all linked together in one big story. I’m waiting for season 10 to start already because I’ve been through all the levels so far in this game. I only take 1 star off because sometimes you can double your coins that you earn in a level by watching an ad and sometimes there are days when you can only double your coins two times or so instead of a bit more like 6. Then I just decide not to move forward until I can get more coins. They’re needed for upgrades and another reason I take 1 star off is that when a new season starts, you don’t get to keep the money that you won from all the other levels. You start at the bottom with $0 and have a hard time upgrading anything without $. But I still have to say I’m so addicted to the game that it’s one of the very few I will pay money to get boosts and upgrade kitchen stuff and food items. I wish I could get all my friends to play this game! Totally worth it!!! :)

I have thoughts. Over all the game is fun. It's not as family friendly. It has some swearing and depending on your feelings of tattoos it has that as well. It's hard because my 7 yr old loves this game and can read but I wouldn't let her play it. Also I keep seeing a commercial that I could be interpreting wrong but it seems like the lady is satisfying herself on a washing machine. Obviously also not family friendly. Ultimately you can get through the game without paying, at least to where I'm at which is just the end of the first season. However to do that you have to play old bonus games over and over again. Very boring. There is no goal to it except to make money. And. Yes "and" not or, and you have to watch a millions commercials. I get the feeling there is going to be a point where I'm just done and would like the old Emily games much better with a one time payment and no need to play bonus games or watch a million commercials.

Great but too hard. I’ve been obsessed with this game for six days now. I honestly love this game, but the upgrades are just too expensive as the game progresses the prices are higher than ever, if only the prices are at a minimum range, then it would be perfect. The money you get when finishing a certain level is not even half the price of the upgrades. Also, when I try to play at a certain level, I end up stuck for how many minutes because I have to go back to an episode with the bonus stars to get more coins for the upgrade. Then when I buy the upgrade, it’s not always ending well or I get stuck and frustrated because the boosters will pop up to tell you that you’re almost there, but not enough to go onto the other level. It’s quite unfair. I hope you fix these problems. On the other hand, what I love about this game is the story and the cooking itself. I’m really excited to see how the story will go, if only I can pass through the levels. This is actually what I look forward to at my day, but when I get frustrated I just want to stop playing the game, and I don’t want to stop, so please fix these problems because this is a great app, it is different from the other cooking games I have played before and it is so addicting. Thank you!!!

Favorite is now frustrating. Huge fan of the Delicious series and Emily and all her wacky adventures and friends. Love the spin offs too. Found this app and omg I was hooked! The story is unpredictable and spicy even though I'm just starting Season 2, I'm excited to see what comes next. That's why it gets 3 stars. The recent update that has made bonus levels now almost worthless is what drags it down. In order to upgrade anything in a timely manner, bonus levels are necessary for extra chunks of coins but now they reward fractions of what they did. In exchange, the daily rewards have increased quite a bit which is a good way to get a big bonus but if it's tied to a daily timer, and only good for maybe 1 or 2 upgrades, it's just as frustrating as the bonus level issue. I loved playing bonus levels repeatedly and watching the coins pile up, now it's only worth playing the daily quests. Please consider undoing this bit. I won't leave the app entirely but I won't be on it as much as I'd love to.

why did I pay for no ads. I love this game. But I would like an explanation as to why I paid for no ads but continue to get them. With the new update an ad after every level is exhausting and annoying. So I coughed up a few bucks to be able to play without a stupid ad popping up every minute. I played one level without an add and then on the next level, an ad immediately after. This is making me not want to play and I’m very frustrated that I paid money for something that now I’m not even getting. Please consider changing your ad model so that I don’t have to watch one every two minutes. And please refund me for my most recent purchase or actually follow through with your “no ads” promise. This is ridiculous. It’s exhausting and I’m sick of the developers updating the rules whenever they feel like it. Daily tasks used to reward you coins, which was pretty much the only way to earn enough coins to upgrade your kitchen. Now, with this most recent update, that’s not even possible. I used to love this game and play every day. Today, I’m deleting it. I hope in the future the developers reevaluate their choices.

Best Game Period. This is my first time writing a review for a game and I felt compelled to because of how fun and addicting it is! It brings me back to the old Diner Dash cooking game, before phone games required you to make in-app purchases to move forward. Yes, this game has options to purchase boosters but I have yet to feel the need to purchase any and I’m on Season 2. I definitely recommend replaying previous levels and stock piling some coins before moving onto the next chapter as the upgrades get more expensive. That might be annoying to some but because of how entertaining this game is, I haven’t minded doing this at all! Thank you, seriously, for releasing not only what I consider the best cooking game, but the best game I’ve downloaded since owning my tablet years ago! I’ll be checking out other games from this company in hopes to find more awesome games!

Phenomenal. This is the first time i’ve ever felt compelled to write a review for an app. But i had to because this game is so amazing. I’ve been a fan of the Delicious series for awhile, but i’ve only ever played on my computer! I love this app because it is fun, challenging, chock full of different levels and venues, and best of all you can play without pay. Yes, it’s a little bit tough! You do sometimes have to go back to previous episodes and replay levels to gain enough coins to buy upgrades you need for your current level. But unlike a lot of other apps from the brand i’ve run into, you never have to pay to proceed. There’s no unlocking levels with real life money. If you’re willing to put in the effort, the game can be completed without spending a cent. I’m someone who has never spent any money on app games. I can’t bring myself to do it. It feels absolutely ridiculous. I’ve made it to episode 5 of season 1 without spending anything, and without getting frustrated with the game. It really is a phenomenal option in the Delicious series, probably my new favorite!

Best Cooking Game. I got rid of all my other cooking game apps once I found this one. Graphics are wonderful, no forced ads, and the story line is phenomenal. Some levels are very challenging, like frustratingly so, but with patience you can still get through them. Although, I will say some levels are impossible to pass without some type of help, which normally costs real money. I don’t want to spend real money, so I’m just super patient and play bonus levels until I have enough coins to either upgrade the food/kitchen decor. Boosters are paid in stars?diamonds? Anyway, it’s not coins and you only get those when you get a star on a level and so one time, it came to the point where I had already upgraded everything and had no diamonds to buy boosters and so I almost deleted the game because I felt like it was rigged, but after taking a break from playing a day or so later, I was able to pass that level without any help. So I guess I had just been playing too much lol. Overall a wonderful game!

Good story, okay gameplay. The story and Emily’s character has a lot more depth, especially in comparison to the lighter, zanier later games. So if you’re looking for something similar to the Heart’s Medicine story depth that doesn’t get as dark, then this is a good game. Unlike Road Trip though which I’m playing at the same time, gameplay is really redundant. There is definitely more challenge with the different tasks/goals in Road Trip, while World’s goals feel exactly the same, even though there are supposed level differences. You HAVE to replay levels to get enough coins for upgrades, but it gets extremely tedious as the levels are almost exactly the same. There’s no “make x amount of food” goals or multi task goals, which is disappointing and frankly makes the game boring without. Hoping there is more variety in future levels but have been enjoying Road Trip a lot more despite its zany tone. A mix between the gameplay of Road Trip and the plot/character of World would make this game perfect.

Incredibly well-polished game. Everything from timing and upgrades to character movement and storytelling: this game is put together very well. Games like this have always been enjoyable to me, but this game really does top them all. - Art/Graphics: 9/10 animation is pretty fluid and believable enough, but the artwork is breathtaking - Story: 9/10 makes me care about the characters and threads together a meaningful narrative that instills value in each location of the game. Characters are full of personality and are genuinely fun to get to learn about. - Progression: 9/10 games like this can struggle with meaningful progression, but this game nails it! Coins earned from each day at work are pocketed and allow you to upgrade kitchens you work on. If you can manage to be a top chef without purchasing every upgrade (or are willing to grind some), you can take earnings from one kitchen to fund upgrades for the next! The result is that you never feel like replaying or performing well goes unrewarded - Content: 10/10 so much content, it’s hard to believe. For a mediocre game, I would be impressed, but this game really is AMAZING - and there’s ALSO SO MUCH OF IT?! It could easily get away with a quarter of the content it has and I’d still heartily recommend it! In this genre, there will be few games you can find that top Delicious World

I absolutely was enjoying this guntil…. By far one of the better cooking games that I have tried. I love that it is not overpacked with graphics like some others are while you play. I found the instructions to be clear, the story line is cute, gaining points and diamonds is fun, and the prices are very affordable. I spent hours playing before putting it down the first time. Kudos to you! However, my personal issue began in the middle of the third level. The game was maintaining my interest and I was enjoying the rise in difficulty. Then BAM. The time given to play compared to the speed of the challenges became so super fast that no matter how hard I tried I could not make it through the first star without failing. I finally thought this is not fun for me anymore. Don’t get me wrong about this app! My review is intended to compliment. It’s good and I recommend it to those who like that sort of shift. To the app developers, you have a good game. Thanks for putting it out there. I wish you luck!

Great game!. Seems like every new revision comes with a new bug. This is a great game! It’s not easy by any means. I’m far enough in that I can’t progress very far without waiting to complete bonus tasks that are available once a day. I will also watch ads to double coins on 5 levels to buy more upgrades. It’s a fair system, not too invasive like other games I’ve tried. After this last update, the watch ad to double coins button only works once, then I have to relaunch to get the button to work again. Please fix! It’s super annoying! Update: thanks developers for the quick fix! The bonus coin button is working again. 7/22 and the new release makes you watch an ad after EVERY LEVEL!?! Then another ad for bonus coins. Come on devs… that’s crap. Literally killed my desire to continue playing this game.

Grind-y. This game already felt a little grind-y, but I’ve loved the Emily games for years so I haven’t minded too much. The latest update has pushed that grind over the edge for me. When it takes 20k coins (and often more) to purchase a single kitchen upgrade (which are needed to complete later levels), and you get around 1500 for each level, it takes a lot of levels to earn that. Now, however, you don’t get to keep what you’ve “earned” in bonus levels, instead getting a flat fee for each level that’s somewhere between 20% and 30% of what you should get. Why push yourself to surpass goals when you don’t get to keep the profits? Why bother beating hundreds of bonus levels for a single upgrade just to start over again for the next one? I could *maybe* understand if it were an attempt to have more people pay for micro transactions, but so far as I can see, you can’t buy the coins. This is a ridiculous change and I won’t play anymore.

What a waste of time…. Used to love this game, but as many I’ve begun to find it extremely frustrating. With a recent update the way you earn coins has made it impossible to progress forward in the game. Which I would assume is kind of the point. The bonus levels now only award you with 1/4-1/3 of the previous value of coins making it impossible to upgrade the kitchen. The justification of this is that daily rewards give you enough coins to upgrade. But this only allows you to upgrade one or two items and with each progressing level you need to upgrade another item and they add up. So your left playing the same levels 50 plus times in order to get further in the game. This takes all the joy out of playing and just turns it into a chore. I doubt that anyone will even read this or care because I’ve seen many loyal players complaining about this on many forums and the game’s Facebook page to no avail. You keep this up and you’re going to lose your fan base.

Love and Hate. I’ve played this game for a very long time and have a love/hate relationship with it. I love the game and the story so I continue to come back, but over the years the developers have continued to tweak aspects of the game that make it harder to earn the coins needed to make upgrades. First they changed up the bonus levels to limit coins. It’s no longer worthwhile playing the bonus levels. Then recently they changed the daily tasks to take away coin rewards and replace them with one single diamonds. Now the daily tasks are no longer worth the time. If I complete a task naturally through game play - fine, but I no longer work to complete the tasks. I used to play bonus levels to complete tasks, but that has become a complete waste of time. So, in a perfect world this would be my favorite game and five stars but the tweaking has diminished it to three.

BEST Time management game. I usually don’t write reviews (too lazy) but I wanted to share how much I love this game! I play it when I get off off to decompress and transition into my evening. It’s the best time management game out there and the story line is super cute and interesting. It’s better than the Cooking/Diner/Garden Dash Series games from years ago. Plus the graphics are amazing on this game. I like that the levels get harder in each episode and I feel like you really don’t need to buy anything to play this game. Just watch the 30 sec ads to get your double coins and keep playing! This game has the BEST graphics out of all the other games this company releases (the other games look extremely cheap and poor quality)... developers, please make the quality of the graphics better on the other games you release that match Delicious Emily! And developers, as episodes increase, make the levels a bit harder vs super easy then harder for each episode. Starting a new episode is kinda boring because the levels are easy.

AMAZED!. Okay, so here’s the truth. After reading “Bubbles’” review, I honestly thought there could be no way someone could enjoy a game so much that they’d leave this kind of feedback. I even went as far as thinking that perhaps the creators of the game themselves had written the review in order to attract more customers. So I thought I’d download the app and prove it for myself. Well, I must admit that I was completely WRONG! I concur with every single detail of Bubbles’ review! This game is awesome! It is so much fun and super addictive! And, AND, I haven’t spent one cent on anything! Yes, you do need to earn coins to get upgrades, but you do that by replaying levels and it’s a blast! The fact that there is no money required to play this game or to continue to different levels still astounds me! I LOVE this game and recommend it to anyone who likes this sort of time management style game. Hats off to the creators! This is a great game!!

In my opinion, just subscribe!. I have been a fan of GameHouse, and the delicious series especially, for awhile now. They have SO many games that are great and fun to play. From the characters and storylines to the graphics and scenery all their stories are wonderfully told and beautiful. That being said, if you are playing the games on a regular basis and plan on playing any future games I recommend just getting the subscription! I purchased the subscription and it has more then paid for itself. I can play ANY of their games I want (old or new), as long as I want without having to pay per game. I don’t have to deal with some of the other stuff people have been complaining about because the subscription is all inclusive. It’s a monthly subscription so you can cancel anytime you want, and if you play more than 1 game per month you have basically saved money with the subscription. I am NOT getting paid by GameHouse or anyone else. I just wanted to give my real and honest opinion, which I hope helps at least one person.

Too hard now - literally impossible. So I made it to season 10, episode 4 and in the level 20+. I was conservative in how I played previous episodes — saved my coins and diamonds, bought extras during sales. I have enough saved that I had ALL of the upgrades by 20+ levels. As much as I try, I can’t win levels without help. I can play a perfect game but because there isn’t an extra customer or Emily walks slow I will NEVER be successful. It’s so disappointing and now the game has been stressful instead of fun. It’s becoming a money grab when I was willing to spend money on the really difficult levels. But now I realize they are ALL difficult with the intention of getting money from me at every level. The daily rewards went from 1000+ coins to ONE diamond. You can’t purchase anything for less than 38 diamonds (hearts). So to purchase just the three hearts I will have to play the daily challenges for about two weeks . Why were these changes made? I would’ve given this a 1 star for these reasons alone but because I have liked the game for so long (5 stars until season 10) I rated it 2 stars. Really disappointed.

Aaw. Repetitive, grueling, a LOT of levels per restaurant (over 40!). Perpetually requires money, more than the $10 flat rate. Graphics and set up seem sooo similar to the games that are basically a setup to make money. I can’t believe nobody on this team feels guilty for pushing people to spend as much [and/or MORE] as we would spend on Bioshock? Fallout? Grand Theft Auto? You think a phone app is giving us the same level of experience as a PlayStation or XBox game? You put the same level of energy and sacrifice as they do making those games? Jeez I thought Delicious was better than this. One day this sort of thing is going to be illegal. Animation and music are great for a phone game, and if you only play when you can double coins by watching an ad(which I mute and put the phone down during); which only happens like 5 times a day— you should be good. Mark my words though I am not giving this company another dime of my money on this game. If it becomes impossible Im deleting it.

the best story game ever. i know that the game is technically based on the original Delicious series but man do I love the story! it’s basically a movie and it gets me so hooked! You can really tell that the developers of the game put in a lot of effort, the dialogue is great, the animations, the different places and cuisines we get to make, and ofc the characters are really interesting and you feel a part of the game. My only criticism is that it does get harder and harder as you progress each season which is good but it’s getting exponentially harder? You can only survive if you upgrade constantly and the upgrades get more expensive so you have to do a ton a bonus levels to rack up coins or buy them with real money. Since I’m a broke college student and everything I haven’t been playing as much because it’s so hard and time consuming now which is sad considering I love the story so much. I understand that the developers to need to make money somehow and that they don’t want you to burn through the whole game. It’s a great game regardless and I recommend it to everyone!!

I don’t like the changes…. As a long time fan of the Emily series (since 2009) I think I’ve played every Emily game and all of the newer games made available. I thoroughly enjoyed THIS game until the newest update. I was even okay with making higher episodes of the game 50 levels instead of 40 but why would you change the bonus levels to a set amount of coins rather than what the level is SUPPOSED to give?! That just seems greedy to me considering all the money I’ve invested into this game. Come on, don’t do your fans dirty like this. Change that BACK and you’ll get 5 stars from me. EDIT: I used to love this game but the developers are taking away my joy by making the levels TOO stinking hard! Apart from my above review (which still stands btw) the levels are becoming increasingly difficult and it seems the only way to beat them is to purchase diamonds to get the boosters. I get the purpose of micro transactions (and I’ve done my part you will get no more support from me) but this is getting ridiculous! It’s becoming clear to me that it’s time I walk away from this game and delete it off of my iPad. Because the developers are becoming greedy, and treating long time fans of this game like this is just dirty.

Incredibly wholesome and brilliant. After I returned from an impromptu break from obsessively playing this wonderful game I was delighted to notice a new cute updates including more personalized customers and I even believe it’s been better optimized for the iPad which I enjoy playing it on...what can I say? I love every aspect of this game and considering I’m not an avid game player it’s a feat to get me absorbed in something like this. I’m really happy I discovered this game and tbh y’all gonna enjoy all the cash I’m throwing atcha because I can’t seem to stop. My only grip is the insane upgrading prices that gets crazier as the seasons go by but it’s one downside to an otherwise expertly done app. Everyone involved in creating it are geniuses I love you guys and I appreciate all the effort and love put into it <3 you have new lifetime fan :)

Nostalgia Lane 🥰. OK, so I know there are lotta reviews on here complaining about gems and coins. Allow me to bring in a more positive review. If you are a fan of the old Delicious Emily games, I’m speaking in regards to Delicious 1 and Delicious 2 - Then I feel that this game is for you. I’ve been playing the delicious series from the very beginning. The game certainly dials it back in terms of the vibrant and zany world of older Emily in the height of #momlife and brings it back to the simpler times, without compromising storyline or the ability to travel and meet a variety of characters. I was becoming overwhelmed with the Emily story line of the past and I really think they’ve done a good job of taking all the important parts of the old universe while keeping it fresh. I also adore the new art style, it’s probably the best part about this game. Also, anyone that has play the old games should know, that it is best to fully complete levels and all their tiers in order to progress affectively. This is the best way to play the game without having to spend money. I also like that they add the option to buy gems for those who want a quicker play through. Definitely give this game a chance! It’s supposed to continually add levels so it’ll deathly be worth the money. I spent hours playing this game, and I’m totally addicted to it, and I have not had to spend a single dime.

Not really a fair game. It’s been a long time since I’ve actually been invested in a story for a game, and I enjoy Delicious World’s story very much. However, there are some levels that are absolutely impossible to complete without using power ups that cost diamonds to purchase. Even if you have all of your equipment, ingredients and decor maxed out, you won’t be able to complete certain levels without using boosters that not everyone has the money to buy. I understand the game should be challenging, I don’t have a problem with that, but it does feel like the game is cheating when it doesn’t give me enough customers to come close to the goal on a timed level. The bonus levels are anything but a bonus also. Even if you have a coin collection goal on a bonus level, the only reward you will get is a predetermined and often measly number of coins for a reward, even if you play a much higher level bonus level. Overall, I’ll probably stop playing this game, even after dropping a significant amount of money on it because it’s no longer enjoyable for me to play knowing that the only advantage I have is giving them more money.

Disappointed Daily Player. I am getting very disenchanted with this game. I have played Emily games since the beginning. I own all of the PC games and play them over and over again. I love Emily and all her family and friends. This game is now disappointing. The latest season (8) is such a disappointment because you’ve made it so challenging that it’s not fun to play. I play a lot of games so I don’t expect it to be easy, but I got stuck on level 5 of epi 8 and had to use multiple boosters to pass it. Usually level 5 you’re still pretty much learning the new restaurant and should be easy to get past, not so in this new release. I guess the programmers have made the entire world harder because I see a lot of complaints about seasons/episodes that while challenging, weren’t impossible for me to get past. This is disappointing. I have loved playing this Delicious World game (I’m a daily player), but will not continue to do so if it becomes less fun and more of a money grab.

Was great for a while. This is one of those chaptered story games and I’ve played it into season 3. It definitely is annoying how at the end of each chapter the currency system changes (this making all the money you earned in the previous chapter invalid), but I still liked it. But I’ve encountered two levels now where side dishes don’t always match what you want (multiple people in line, side dish doesn’t get added to oldest customer first, as it should. Or even worse, the side dish goes to the wrong order entirely and you have to trash the plate and cook the side again. You can end up confused and frustrated with a long line fast that way.) And as of chapter 3, episode 2, it just feels unfairly rigged. Levels are getting harder to win, too many steps, too many orders than can be cooked in a short span of time even with burners maxed out, the side dish malarkey. I used to love this game but it’s not fun to play now. I don’t mind giving the devs money- I’m happy to. But not like this.

A nice twist.... I’ve been a fan of the Delicious series since back in the computer days of playing, before cell phones & iPads were a thing. I was hesitant with this game at first but quickly became addicted. I anxiously await - every month - for a new episode to be released. I have completed every episode & will say this - you do NOT have to make a single purchase to progress in this game. I’m totally hooked & play everyday. It’s fun going back to previous episodes to change it up a bit. Developers - It would be nice to change up the challenges. It’s a bit boring with “play 6 levels” or “beat 4 bonus levels.” Also, PLEASE fix the SKIP BUTTON!! All 4 episodes in Season 3, it’s like the skip button is nonexistent. Some of us aren’t interested in reading the story & would rather just play.

Best cooking game ever (developers plz read!). I don’t usually write reviews for games, but for this game I have to put down my appreciation! This is the BEST cooking game ever made. There are hundreds of exciting levels, delicious recipes from different countries all around the world, and the storyline is fabulous!!! I never ever watched a game story but this story is just addictive, and I can’t stop reading it. The graphics are also my favorite kind. I’m in season 5 now, not to spoil anything, I do wish I can see Patrick again sometime in the next season! I miss him!! Also just a suggestion, the difficult level for S5E4 level 29 is a bit too much.... 122 combos in a single level with only a set number of customers? I had to spend 150+ gems and use all the helper tools together to get past this (I tried several times even with all the tools), and not to brag, but I’m very good at this kind of games, so it IS really difficult. I wonder if it should be 12 combos instead of 122....since the second star of the same level only requires 14 combos. I hope you guys can investigate into this level. Other than that, excellent game!! Thank you developers!!!

Now you have to pay to win. This used to be my all time favorite game. I have been playing this for over a year. However, now the update has changed everything. When you replay the bonus levels to earn coins, you only get 10-15% of the coins that you used to. In order to earn enough coins to buy the kitchen upgrades, you have to play a bonus level over 20 times per upgrade. This is no longer worth my time. Even when you play the bonus levels, they set the goal so high that you can only win the bonus level by using a booster. This also is not worth it. The boosters are very hard to earn now, so you would have to pay real money to earn enough boosters and coins to keep playing. It is either that or spend 100s of hours replaying bonus levels for a pittance. This game has become a pay to win game, which is such a disappointment. I specifically enjoyed this game previously because you could advance by playing hard and watching ads. Now I will have to quit the game until they come to their senses and change the bonus levels back to how they used to be. I would not recommend this game unless you either don’t mind spending real money to advance or you don’t mind replaying levels 100s of times to earn upgrades.

Too much money. I love these kind of games - they are my favorite of all games. I have tried and tried to keep playing this game and I just can’t. I have made it to level 5 and it has cost me over $50 already. The upgrades are so expensive, there is no way to get them unless you spend a lot of money. In order to pass many of the harder levels, you must have them, there is no way around it. I sure wish there was a way to actually play this game because it is so fun. Unfortunately, it is so difficult and so expensive, I have no choice but to give up. I cannot realistically justify spending such enormous amounts of money, And when I spend 30 bucks to buy more jewels, but the time I make it 2 levels further, I have to spend twice that much to continue on. I would much rather have paid 50 bucks and been able to play the entire game. I guess this is what happens when companies put making money before all else. Very sad.

Discouraged. This game was pure perfection before the 2-year anniversary update. The storyline is still a big ol’ chef’s kiss, but I fear the game has greatly suffered from recent changes. Please end the rewards cap on bonus levels; I get the grind is part of the game, but this particular change truly discourages further play. The storyline is great, but making coins so sparse on level replay kind of cancels out any incentive to grind because it doesn’t really get you anywhere anymore. And now with the bonus level coin cap, the fact that there’s not any kind of coin converter between episodes makes it feel even more fruitless to continue playing. There’s only so much grinding you can do before the repetition kills the joy. I get that y’all need to make money, so on top of fixing the above, maybe give us more opportunities to choose to watch ads to earn extra coins, rather than compromising the integrity of progression mechanics and overall gameplay. Please make it playable again. Thank you.

Cute, Fun, and Lovely—Not Pay to Play!. I don’t often write reviews, but I feel the need to do so here. So many of these games are impossible to play without paying out the nose for power ups, continues, etcetera. Delicious World has buying options, but they are in no way necessary to be successful. My favorite thing about this whole game is that I can play as many levels as I would like, and that I can even go back and play prior levels to earn coins if I want to upgrade things on my current level. I don’t have to wait for hours for my lives to recharge. I think that mechanic may be active, but I have yet to see it impact me as I play. The game is just as pleasing aesthetically. The art is gorgeous, the game is easy to navigate and learn, and the levels seem to build nicely on each other. There’s definitely a rise in difficulty as the game goes on, but it’s balanced well so that it’s challenging without being frustrating. I love Delicious World and hope the developers have similar apps coming out to try!

Great so far, but one personal issue.. I love the gameplay and story. I’m on level 36 of Episode 3. The upgrades are very expensive as some people have said, but I don’t think they’re that bad. I enjoy returning to do some bonus levels and practicing for some extra gold, and I complete all 3 stars on each level. However, on some of the later levels, specifically ones where you have to make a certain amount of gold with a limited number of customers, even with all the upgrades and completing all the orders perfectly, I’ll fall just short of the requirement, and am forced to use the “+3 customers” boost. I’ve had to do it twice now, and if this trend keeps up, I won’t be able to continue playing. Setting a high bar is fine, it promotes challenge, but setting it out of reach isn’t. Unless I’m missing something, please fix this issue. I love this game, and would hate for it to be ruined by something so trivial. Thanks.

Great Game… Sad Update!. I still give this game 5 stars because I love playing it and it’s one of the best out there. But recently there was a change to the bonus levels that make it way too difficult to progress in the game. Rather than get the full value of coins in the level, you get 1/10 of it and to get the upgrades to progress you have to play an enormous amount of repeat bonus levels to make up enough coins. It’s really taken a lot of fun out of the game. I have purchased coins and diamonds before because I liked the game and it didn’t feel forced on you to get ahead in the game. But now it does and am loosing interest quickly. Hope they change things back to how they were. The way it is now my rating would surely drop.

Pride or pandering?. Gamehouse, please listen to what I’m about to say. This is in reference to the really bizarre and out of character animation you released for pride month where Emily kisses Sarah for some inexplicable reason. I’m only on season 1 but I’ve been playing the delicious games for years. The people who support and subscribe to your games are not looking for this type of content. Overly sexual girl on girl stuff is not my jam. Especially, when it’s from characters that are normally straight. If you wanted to give Francois a scene I would have been all for that. Because it makes sense and wouldn’t feel like pandering. But Emily and Sarah? Why? Just because girl on girl stuff sells better for the typical gamer? Your subscribers enjoy the wholesome tone of your content and this bizarre animation felt like cheap fan fiction. Know your audience and what we are willing to pay for. This isn’t it. I look forward to every release you make but I’m now questioning whether I even want to continue my subscription. Do better, gamehouse. Here is a suggestion, if you really want to celebrate pride month then develop a game where the main character is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. That would be true representation and pride. This was half hearted and inappropriate.

Perfectly Remastered Delicious!. Animation is perfectly remastered! And character designed is amazingly improved, I love everything about this game. A little hard to collect money to upgrade stuffs but thats the challange. Its perfect in every aspect! Thats why i give this game 5star. Even the story is amazing. I especially love patrick, emily, francois character improvement. They look so perfect and still keeping their originality ♡

Downloading issues?. downloading is taking forever 🙁 I’ve updated but still it’s taking awhile..

Greedy!!!!!. Greedy how you’ve completely reduced the amount earned on bonus levels!! Not just a bit reduced but TOTALLY reduced!! I reached out to the team to explain the frustration over this major change against the players and they didn’t seem to care! Very disappointed!

Love it 😍. I think this is an amazing game 10 out of 10 recommend

Better than I expected!. This game hands down the best FREE game i could’ve asked for. The quality is good, the furniture, the story and the levels! Love it! Keep it up!!!

Great game but too much work!. I love the difficulty level but hate starting the next restaurant with easy levels and not being able to pass them because I don’t have game money. You used to be able to go back and play bonus levels and get money that way but now they’ve capped how much you can earn on a bonus level. This has made almost every time a slog. A lot of boring gameplay repeating what you have already done to win one or two new levels. Not enough challenge too much time spent trying to upgrade instead of playing. I wish I could buy the game outright and not be pushed to make in app purchases.

Wifi connection. I absolutely love this game but ever since I updated the game it says unstable connection. I haven’t had problems before with the connection and deleted the game and it still appears connection error. My internet connection is fine. I will give it a couple more days to see if it works.

Really like this game. Constantly frustrated with drop outs which waste the purchased boosters, like that the levels get harder but cross that so many purchases lost

Stop taking Away bonuses!. Grrrr why have you taken away the coin rewards for daily tasks?! And why only one double the coins ad a day now?! You keep making it harder and harder to earn coins to complete the game. First you took away the ability to earn good coins on the bonus levels. Now you take it away from the daily tasks as well as the double the coins ads?! You keep getting greedier and greedier and your loyal fans are getting more frustrated and it’s taking away from the enjoyment of the game. There’s no need to keep changing things! I’ve played all 9 chapters now and I’m ready to give up. Most of us have jobs and don’t play the game 24/7. Just keep it achievable, not ridiculous!

Awesome!. I loved this game the story is amazing and the gameplay is SECOND TO NONE! I honestly love this game it’s challenging but not to challenging and it has some really interesting features that set it apart from other apps like this!

Great but too difficult. As you move further through the game, it gets incredibly difficult and almost impossible to beat especially if you want to beat it without using any diamonds.

Agree 100% with KrissH14. Pandemic, boosters & diamonds expense ... . We players do not pay your wages - that’s your boss/cpy owner’s job. Extra comments: Emily has been a cranky, selfish tart throughout this now OVER lengthy ‘game’ that takes quite a bit of space on our devices. U need 2 take the levels back to 40 - the extras r causing 2 much angst during the PANDEMIC AND NO WORK FOR MANY PEOPLE. They don’t need it. For the insultingly poor English translations & grammar throughout this game & your Angela games I find it insulting that we have 2 pay anything at all! Spkg of Angela, Cathy, et al, why start a new game when u have unfinished game series? U r not sptg yr long time developers so why start a new game & expect us 2 keep sptg a long-winded badly translated game about a char who behaves as though she is practicing for work in a brothel? Instead of trying 2 churn out chaps put some effort into it - quality over speed please. As u can c I am increasingly frustrated @ the lack of recognition of yr players over yr needs to make money. I think u may need 2 check yr priorities - players & quality vs quantity & money.

What is this?!. This game is nothing like any of the previous Delicious games. Is it even made by the same people? It felt like a cheap, generic version of the original and nothing that made the others games fun and charming was present here. I deleted after playing only 5 levels

My Review. I think this is a great game for someone who loves challenge and I would be honest- I really like it. It’s great game to play. So download and play for free!!

Please fix the internet connection issue. Recently no matter I am on 4g or wifi, always showing I lost my internet connection during the game and I have to switch between wifi and 4g and click Mullins time close to get back to the me game... please fix this!!

Takes forever to get any payoff…. I far preferred to get a little snippet of story every level I played… and the goals are much more limited. Just seems repetitive!

Unstable connection. Tried with Wifi & with mobile data & the same issue occurs & I lose all progress of level even if completed. Don’t have any connection issues with anything else. Disappointed 😔

Not happy. After the update, you only get to watch the ad and double the coins ONCE!! They first cut down the coins you can get by playing the bonus levels, now they cut down the ads you can watch to double the coins, and with the ridiculous amount of the coins you need to upgrade the kitchen, they just trying to get you to spend real money.

I love this but.... Milano trattoria level 28 is being troublesome. I’ve upgraded everything to the max but I still need 3 more customers each time which costs 100 gems. I have 50 gems so far but I was wondering if you all could make this game just a tiny bit easier so we don’t have to buy boosts at least not so often? Thank you.

Problems. I have a lot of problems lately All the game is such a mess I purchased a lot but every time I click on a boost another one activate instead!!! It’s a shame coz I love the game but plz fix the bugs!!

Nothing. It is a great game put some more furniture in th game for me to buy and i think the time that you get is great if you have enough coins

Excellent game. I just downloaded this game a few hours ago, I must admit, I’m loving the game.

Love It!. Its super fun, but does get a little boring after a while. the episodes are very long. Keep working hard!

Very very disappointed. Seriously this is now getting ridiculous.... First you tell me that the daily challenges make up for the loss of coins you earn on bonus levels. Now you have also dropped the amount earned on daily challenges. And we still don’t get to earn the actual amount on the bonus levels. Just some pitiful amount that the game developers seem to think is fair. I have stated previously that I much preferred it the old way where you earn the actual amount for the bonus levels not these terrible offerings that you think is fine. I also said I’m pretty sure other players feel the same way and I know this to be true as I’ve seen the reviews from other players who are clearly not happy. Very very very disappointed.... I have spent good real money on this game previously, I wouldn’t even dream about paying for anything now. Might even delete the game...unless things go back to how they were.

Has become a cash grab.. The mechanics of the game has changed now. You are now awarded a tiny set amount of coins after beating a bonus level instead of the actual amount earned as part of level. This makes it extremely difficult to buy upgrades which are essential for progressing through the game. Instead you have to buy gems using real money as the amount of gems awarded is also very little. The cost of the upgrades are also very high so you can not progress through the game without spending a lot of time and money. It's a shame as it used to be a very good game.

Problems. I do like this game, I enjoy playing it but there are major problems. Season 5 is impossible to pass even if you have every upgrade and do everything perfectly, you cannot complete about 6 end levels without boosters. Obviously boosters cost gems, which are very difficult to earn for free so you have to purchase them. You cannot make an app that is actually impossible to pass without purchases, especially since you run ads on it as well. Clearly a scheme just for money, but in reality, people are more likely to uninstall it rather then paying. You might want to think about that, and make some changes.

Game changed for the worse. They updated this game recently so that’s it’s now much harder to earn coins. You don’t get as many coins playing bonus levels and daily challenges. Some levels require boosts (even with everything upgraded), which requires you to use all your diamonds. I used to love playing this game, but now I’ve given up as finishing each episode/season seems unachievable due to the lack of coins earned.

Better than many other cooking games. Very well balanced game with an engaging storyline and graphics. Plenty of opportunities to earn gold and diamonds for upgrades, unlike DinerDash games! :-)

Could have been a perfect cooking game!. However even with the highest scores and stars it is impossible to pass even halfway episode 2 without enforcing you to spend lots of money to buy diamonds and boosters, there is other alternative as like in one stage it will prompt ‘there is no more customers’ and in order to pass this stage you are force to buy diamonds since you wouldn’t be able to accumulate enough for free.

Excited. It’s the only time management game that you can play without having to pay to play the rest of the game this is how all the games should be.

Deleted- becomes impossible. Another game that becomes impossible as the game progresses- even when you repeat earlier levels hundreds of times. Please just charge a price for the game outright or by chapter instead of gouging players. Gamehouse used to sell quality games like the Emily series now you just seem like shysters trying to con addicted customers with impossible content

Update. Love the game but not the fact that I have to wait a month for updates to be able to continue with the game this is the second time I’ve had to wait. And when I went to review it they would not except any form of nickname or name.

Insanely fun and great interactive game play. What more can I say? Oh! No ad spams!! A must have game for those who enjoy crafting/cooking gameplays with a time limit.

Latest update keeps crashing. Update 2 days ago now resumes in continual messages of “unstable connection with our server” & shuts the game. Can’t log this through the game and your contact us button on the app support page doesn’t work either. I can’t be the only one who has had this issue for 48 hours.

Selling boosters & diamonds is the name of the game. They have changed the game so you can’t make enough coins on a level to buy upgrades, if you don’t upgrade you don’t win levels. The amount of diamonds you win as you are playing are minuscule compared to how many you need to upgrade your restaurant. What used to be an enjoyable game is nothing but a cash grab now.

Very repetitive, pay to win.. I liked the overall style of the game visually. But by chapter three you’re either paying to be able to progress, or repeating the levels all over again. To beat chapter three, you need to play the chapter 120 times, which is not enjoyable. Without paying, you’ll have to go back to earn diamonds because the levels become impossible to beat. This game is literally just a pay to win. Nothing more or less. No one wants to play the same levels hundreds of times over, who even thought that was a good idea?

A redefined Delicious game. This game offers the charm of time managing food serving gameplay of the usual Delicious game, but also put up some fair and welcomed innovations to the franchise. Pros: -Unique art style compared to the other Delicious games -Great soundtracks in the game -Simple yet intriguing and challenging game mechanic -Top notch storyline with the usual Delicious franchise’s twist -NO PAYWALL 👏👏 Cons: -Clunky during cutscenes

Amazing game. I love it i just wish you could sell power ups or trade them for others

A bit difficult. Hi, great game, the first two episodes are great, but by the time you get to the last stages of the third episode it’s virtually impossible for me to pass the stages without using diamonds. I don’t mind spending real money on games up to a point and the diamonds are reasonably priced, but when you have to use 100 diamonds at a time to try and finish a level it’s just a bit too much. I think a good idea would be to add difficulty levels in the settings so that people who like it to be a little easier to play have that choice and the people that like it harder have that choice as well otherwise like me I’m finding that I’m choosing not to play the game very often because I can’t pass the levels without spending money. Everything else about the game is great though.

Very good game. Amazing definitely get has a slow problem at the start but gets wayyyyy better

Changes to earning coins an obvious push for in app purchases. The recent changes to bonus level coin earnings is disappointing. It’s an obvious ploy to slow players down and force them to purchase gems to pass levels. Poor form.

Deliciously fabulous. This is one of the best games I have ever played. True, there are some levels that are difficult but these are rare and usually beatable eventually. The story line is also enjoyable and the graphics are intuitive. Overall I have nothing negative to say - have not had to purchase anything in this game in order to make in enjoyable which is also refreshing. Thank you for a clever, challenging and enjoyable game.

A big fan, but not so much of the new Emily.. I miss innocent Emily - she wasn’t like all the characters we see on TV and movies today - she was honest and family oriented and we could all see a piece of ourselves in her - that’s why we loved her. Please don’t mess anymore with a really good product - couldn’t play this version anymore - sorry, had to delete.

My favourite ADDICTIVE game. So good news, I LOVE this game, I thought I would get board of it after a few days of playing it like other cooking games, but no, it’s SO addictive because you constantly wanna play to unlock the next part of the story as well as finish the daily tasks and the other tasks too! Honestly my favourite game so far! I really like it because it keeps my mind off things! INCLUDING MY UNI WORK! Still can’t decide if that’s a good thing or a bad thing hahaha 😂😂

It’s great. I highly enjoy the game but I just wish that the prompt of upgrades are evenly spread out throughout the levels so that the player has enough money or has something looking forward to rather than making them upgrade a lot earlier in a new location or making them upgrade really late. This makes the middle of the levels harder to upgrade or it feels boring because the player has to go back in order to save up for upgrade prompts. Without eventually upgrading, it’s very difficult to reach goals without using boosts or diamonds. I wouldn’t say this because you guys have been doing a great job but not up until “Craperie” Dupont, or even before that, ever since Emily got into “Le Jardin de la Fontaine” I’ve been noticing that the upgrades aren’t visually making much of a difference. Sure the ingredient is visually upgraded but when it is APPLIED unto the dish, it looks exactly same before it was upgraded. It’s a disappointment because a player worked hard and spent time to upgrade, it would be nice to see a visual difference like what you guys have been doing in the start :) Anyways keep up the good work, i have always been a true fan and I think this is by far the best mobile cooking game with great graphics there yet. I hope you guys keep improving on the game :)

Seems fun until.... The game ticks along nicely until episode three; levels are challenging but achievable, and upgrades are able to be made just by earning coins as you go. Once you hit episode three that changes; levels are impossible to complete without upgrades, and the upgrades are not affordable without either spending money or replaying a select few levels endlessly. I would much rather have paid upfront for the game than have been sucked into this unwinnable scenario.

Connection to server issues. Love the game but recently it’s been having connection to server issues.

A delicious delight. I thoroughly enjoy the game so far as it automatically picks out which dish on your tray needs what items, which is a welcome change to some other food rush games. I also delight in the storyline too and I’m excited to see where it takes me. I’ve not encountered any real push for micro-transactions, and you can earn cash and diamonds from mastering previous levels. All in all? A deliciously fun experience!

Awesome game 👌😊. I love to play this game everyday it’s a very nice game if you are bored you should install this! This game is not like the other cooking games, it also has a story. Install this game 👍😊

Amazing lovestory and plot. Amazing game and story. I've always loved these Emily games and was hoping for endless goals and so this one came and Ive never been hooked. And the plot and story is a bonus.

Did anybody do proper test. Did anybody do anytest on level 1 season 2 on a normal size phone. It’s almost impossible to differenciate the different type of quiche.

Some levels impossible to win w/o boosters. Used to love this game, but the changes made meant it’s impossible to win without boosters - not enough customers come in for you to make the dishes required, for example. Ads are VERY intrusive now too, and new eps don’t come every month any more.

Flaw in your upgrades. I’m on season 7 episode 3 and I have purchased the pressure cooker. It only cooks one spoon of cream at time. Shouldn’t it give you two spoons when the upgrade is purchased?

Riddled with ads. After they launched Season 10, there’s been ads after every level when there were none before. You could choose to watch ads to earn coins and stuff before, but now you HAVE to watch after every level. Insanity.

I can’t passed the level without the real money. The game is not too bad, but the higher level it’s just impossible to pass. I have to spend tons of diamonds to buy the boots up. Why I couldn’t pass the level? The reason is simple, they just want the money money and money. I was measuring the game pace and the speed of the cooking, it’s just couldn’t match up with the time limit. So something must be very wrong here! I have to play perfectly every time to passing the level. Even I tried to be perfect, but I just couldn’t make it every time without the booster. I felt frustration and anger when I play your game. I don’t feel any joy. I don’t understand why you guys are all designed games like this. You company is trying to earn money from us. I will never play again anymore because it’s so disappointed.

It’s sad. I’ve truly enjoyed this game in spite of how challenging it can be and how costly it is to purchase jewels and other helpers. I understand that the developer needs to make this game profitable. However, when rewards are given to players for watching ads, it seems that the developer doesn’t care whether the ads are consistent with the innocent spirit of the Delicious series. Especially when I play this game for fun and to temporarily escape from all the strife in this world, I’ve found it very disturbing to see that most of the app ads involve violence and at least one promotion for a song has words like “life is a b—ch”. I hope that the original developers/programmers from Zylom are not involved with this game or even know about it. It’s sad and it’s a shame that Emily and the Delicious series have devolved to this state.

Update with forced ads is horrible. I loved this game when I could choose whether I wanted an ad to double coins or no ad. Now after every level I am forced to watch a full length ad. Makes the game unplayable.

One of the best cooking/time-management games out there!. I haven’t experienced any tech issues myself, and I’ve been playing for about 3 months now. The story line is cute and engaging, and the levels get progressively more challenging at a good pace. Even the more challenging levels are fun to do because even if I fail a level, I know that if I try again the level CAN be completed successfully with a little practice, and that’s what makes it enjoyable. Also, I LOVE the boosters and the relative ease to get them, especially if you play often and complete the daily challenges. Great game! Right now it’s my favourite!

No fun anymore. These games didn’t used to cost extra beyond the subscriptions!

Game changes. They’ve sucked the fun out of the game. Bonus games give you a pittance, nothing for playing well. If you want to continue play you have 60 SECOND ads with no reward. Time to delete!

Episodes. It takes forever for new episodes otherwise it’s a great game

Those ads are unrelenting!. Your ads hold me hostage for so long that I have to quit playing for awhile. Rewards are so insignificant that it all appears pointless. I love the concept of this game, but if you want me to invest…make it fun like other cooking games. Don’t be afraid to reward good game play, that’s when I would spend real money to progress. Thanks for letting me vent.

What happened?!. Updated game now it won’t load ugh

I love this game. I love this game I wsh there was more different kinds of this game

Crashing. Having a hard time opening game, even with the update.

Ads… Why?. The game is fun and a great to play when you only have a minute here and there. What I really liked was the ability to play without the ads after each level…. But then they updated and now I get ads after every other level. Honestly, ads are ruining these games now.

Not impressed. This game charged me twice for The Christmas bundle and it never downloaded. Waste of my app card!!

Randomly no sounds. Annoying

Every update makes the game worse. This used to be a fun game but every time they update it they make it harder to play with more ads.

Lost progress. The game is good and story line interesting. Why I gave 3 stars is because I had merged my progress in the past with Facebook. I just logged in and it did not recover it. So now I have to start from the beginning which is annoying.

Change in rewards. AGAIN!. I didn’t like the original change to the rewards, but I lived with it. So, now, we don’t get decent coin rewards for repeating bonus level AND we don’t get any coins for playing the dailies. 6 gems max. Most games ease up on their restrictions as time goes on. Not this one. It just keeps taking away and making the game less enjoyable with every change. If you won’t give us back what we had, at least stop taking things away. Was a 5 rating at one time. Now down to 3.

Daily Tasks Reward Insufficient. I've noticed the daily tasks now only reward you with one gem instead of coins. In order to continue on you need to upgrade but you can't without coins so this change seems designed to make you pay for and use boosters. One booster costs at least 50 gems but the max reward you get now is 3 gems. I've really enjoyed playing this game but can't pay to pass every single level so this is very disappointing.

Loved it, too hard now. I played this game so much, but since the bonus level coin change it’s impossible. The daily task coins aren’t even enough to get one upgrade, and I have 4 “recommended” upgrades. Brutal.

Too difficult to pass. I absolutely loved this game but there came a point where it was just so difficult to pass a level. When a game becomes so frustrating that you just give up on it then it’s not a game anymore. I will not spend big money to pass a level even if it was my favourite game at one time.

Bring back the bonus level $$$. It’s impossible to earn enough $ for upgrades. The bonus levels pay a tiny amount, and the daily rewards are now gems! When an upgrade is $50,000 and a bonus level pays $400… well, that makes very a boring few days to earn enough money. Give us more $$!

Love Love Love the story. At first I didn’t think much of the story line and focussed more on the levels but if you actually take the time to read and know these characters, they’ll make you laugh and the plot twists and the new love interests are so exciting. I never got bored of the story, truly a fantastic game.

Bonus rewards are disappointing. I agree with others on this topic, I’m very disappointed in the changes to reward for bonus levels. Upgrades are costing more and more the further you get, and now our bonuses are getting smaller. It used to be that in normal gameplay, you could afford all upgrades by the final level of the chapter. It’s really too bad.

I love this game but it just keeps getting impossible. I am on Season 3 Episode 1 and I hate when the currency changes. It’s so much harder to pass levels without using boosters even for the easier levels. I updated the app recently and now I can rarely earn double the rewards from watching ads. It has been more frustrating to play and it seems like I just have to spend more and more. I can only play certain amount of levels everyday since I am not earning enough coins to upgrade the equipment and therefore can’t pass levels. I wish the currency stayed consistent!!

Gamehouse format. Love every single one of your games HATE THAT THEY ALL COST FN MONEY TO PLAY BEYOND THE FIRST 10 LEVEL! Will NEVER EVER BUY ONE OF YOUR GAMES BECAUSE OF IT. JUST AS I NEVER BUY ANY BIGFISH GAMES? Like you they fn tease you then say hee hee oops you have to give me money now well F U BOTH!

👍. Totally recommend!

It’s ok. The game itself is very fun and the story is cute but the coin reward amounts are too low considering how expensive upgrades. I also don’t understand why I can’t delete my app data and start the game over if I want to. It’s very difficult to jump back into the game at a high level when you stop playing it for a bit.

Used to be good. Love the game but it requires you to play each episode endlessly only to move onto the next and not have enough money to upgrade and succeed on new levels thereby making you once again play the levels in the previous episode.... which isnt all bad but can get too repetitive as playing the same episode over and over again is annoying. Make the upgrade prices lower for new episodes... otherwise the game just gets too boring

Avis. Le jeux est bon mais le temps est court pour faire le niveau et le concepteur s’arrange pour nous faire ,faire des achats . Je trouve qu’à la limite c’est malhonnête

Bad gameplay. Touch haptics/accuracy is really off in this game. I'll be tapping on items or customers and nothing will happen at times. Also when you lose a level there's an option to purchase more tries etc. This needs a confirm to purchase screen as it's so easy to accidently click on it...also very frustrating.

Excellent game except for bonus level rewards. Very addictive and fun, the only downside is that the rewards for the bonus levels are fixed so it takes a long time to upgrade. This made a fun and addictive game boring and repetitive.

Episodes Finish By Themselves?. I’ve loved playing this game for a while now, but the game glitched and Season 2 Episode 5 finished by itself…….. And since the bonus levels give practically no coins, This ruined the only way to actually earn any coins and upgrade any materials. I was really invested in the game but wow that sucked.

Daily Task Rewards Not Worth Completing. Overall this is a great game. The one gem reward for completing daily tasks is terrible and makes it not worthwhile at all. It was nice when coins were the reward.

Why change it?. I used to play this game daily but they changed the storyline and changed so much and now upgrading takes forever because you don’t even make as much money. Like just go back to how the game used to be because that was very fun.

Game. Changing the money you can earn from the bonus levels to a lower amount was low blow, used to love the game…

Ah well. I’ve loved this game for years, and would watch optional long ads all the time. Today, I see mandatory ads after each game, this is a deal breaker for me even if they are short ads.

SCAMMERS !. This game is nothing but a scam and it plays with your mind no matter how hard you try to win a level even sometimes using a booster and I’m pretty good at this game and have lost some levels even while using a booster which was a shame and made me mad but Omg it cost so much money come to think of all the other Delicious Emily games they’re free to play yes but with ads to play all the other levels but the actual full game is $15 anyways back to this game it’s a rip off I’ve spent at least $200 on this game and even though for boosters and diamonds like no matter what the deal is it all adds up in the end and that money could of honestly been used on bills , grocery shopping or mortgage payment. When you honestly think about it and what you’re spending your money on I’d like a refund for all the games of Delicious Emily that I paid full price for including this because I’ve deleted all of them and another thing it is fun and addictive but that’s not good because it puts the person into an urge to spend money to see the next story #1 and #2 This game is bad for children and shows a bad example making it seem like it’s okay to do what the characters in the game are doing no offense and all but people do have their own opinion in life on what they wanna do and to know that Frank Emily’s best friend is gay in the game and that shows in some story parts isn’t a good example for children because this game and the other Emily games do seem like children games which would make a child have the urge to download it and try it out and could know how to read and understand what’s going on in the story . To all parents out there don’t get this game for your children. I don’t recommend this game at all and if I were to give you guys a 0 star review I would I was nice and gave you guys a chance and you blew it and didn’t fix the problems I asked for and some of the reviews on here explain that shame on you guys scammers is all I can say you all are !

Costs a lot to win levels. Used to be an entertaining game and story but it is very annoying now

Subscription. I did the free subscription through the main app as well as through another game but I’m not seeing my reward anywhere in delicious world? I was hoping it could help me pass the last level of the season I’ve been stuck on

all cooking games are the same.. yup... you'll have to pay otherwise you'll be farming all the time and lose interest eventually. Such a sad way to life. oh what a shame. when I think of the world, it feels me with sorrow. Children gonna suffer tomorrow. oh what a shame. Such a sad way to live.

Lost balance. When I first started playing I was hooked because this was a game that had a great balance between challenging and rewarding. For example, you could spend hours replaying bonus levels for $$ to upgrade and make the next level easier, or you could pay real money for upgrades and use them in a strategic way on 3-5 harder levels per episode. I’ve recently started season 3 and I noticed the game isn’t fun anymore. I bought the bonuses when on sale and find I’m burning through them and no longer can play the game the way I used to, where attention and speed led to goal achievement. Now it’s just stressful no matter what level I play or how long I spend gaining upgrades through bonus levels or paid packages. This leaves the player feeling defeated (e.g, many levels where all customers arrive at same time and even with boosters or can’t be beat).

they ruined the bonus levels!. What even is the point of the bonus levels now that youve changed the rules and the rewards are now a fixed measly amount. Instead of changing things that aren’t broken, maybe spend your time developing more events and episodes 👎👎👎👎👎 I wont be buying any more in app purchases unless the bonus levels are fixed

Great. The animation is stunning.

Not worth it. I played this game loyally and faithfully since the start. I’m now deleting it. Every update they do takes away from the player, forcing them to spend money to get to the next level. I was ok spending money occasionally as the game was worth it. Now however, unless you have a disposable income, it’s just not worth it. It’s really too bad. Was one of the best time management games out there. Deleted.

Bonus levels. This was my absolute favourite game to play! I could pass the levels by doing the bonus levels to ensure I could buy everything on a level and now the pay is nothing and I can’t do anything. I’ve invested a lot of time and effort in the game, feels like it’s all such a waste now. I hope it goes back to the way it used to be and soon. If I could get a refund on all the packages I have bought that would be cool. I doubt it would happen but I hope so. Sad and disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend to get this game.

Love this game but.... Hate the change they made to the rewards in the bonus level. No matter how well you play the level, you get the same TINY cash reward. You get NOTHING for fast service (tips). You get NOTHING for making full order combos. It took long enough before the change to make enough money to purchase upgrades required to move on. Now, with the TINY, fixed reward, it takes 3 or 4 times longer. It becomes mind-numbingly boring pretty fast. I used to play this game for hours a day. Now, I just finish the daily challenges, and I’m out until the next day’s challenge. Please reconsider this change and reverse it. I would love to love this game again.

Season 8. I used to really love this game, and I spent a good chunk of change each month purchasing diamonds to get the boosters to play. I didn’t mind spending the money because I felt like I was getting something in return. But now? Well, the value is no longer there. The rewards are a pittance. They make no difference in game play. Earning one diamond for a daily task doesn’t do much good when it takes 50 diamonds to purchase a booster. In the past, we would have eight opportunities to double our winnings each day by watching an ad, now we get two opportunities. I’ve been playing this game for a few years, but it’s no longer worth it. It makes me sad. The Delicious games were my favorite. Unfortunately, Delicious World has turned into a rip off.

I love this game, but.... I’ve always really enjoyed the delicious Emily’s games and loooove the storyline involved! The user interference is smooth and not glitchy. I love everything about this game, except that it’s nearly impossible to beat some of the levels. Some of the targets I have to hit are that I need to hit a certain amount of money, or golden hearts... and though I’m doing completely fine at no angry customers, it’s impossible to meet the those targets, and they aim a little too high. Hopefully that can be fixed, and that’s my only reason in giving four stars instead of five. It’s just a little too difficult with some of the levels. Otherwise, love this game. Keep up the good work!

Was good, now they are getting cheap. The game was good, and I like being able to play the bonus levels to earn upgrades to proceed to the harder levels. Now they have implemented that you only get a set amount from playing the bonus levels other than just earning the money on that level. So on a level you could win 500 but they give you a flat rate of 200. I have never had such a hard time upgrading that it’s making the game unenjoyable. I think it’s because they put in the new daily challenges that when completed, you get a some extra money. But you are trying to upgrade and play the bonus levels, playing the levels completely trumps the daily challenges. Another game down the toilet because they don’t want to give too much to the players and make you buy their packs for rewards. It’s sad.

Not fun anymore…. I really loved this game, it was my favorite one to play. But then they decided to make it so you could only win a preset amount of coins on bonus levels. And the amounts are VERY small compared to what you need in order to buy any upgrades just to be able to pass the regular levels. It makes it almost impossible to continue playing new levels without spending real money on coins. I would much rather pay $14 outright for the game or have to watch a bunch of ads than play the game the way it is now. It’s just not fun anymore because you basically have to play the same levels 30+ times just to have enough coins for ONE upgrade. I’m extremely disappointed in this update and will no longer be playing the game unless something changes.

I love this game, but..... So I deleted my Facebook account and so now I can’t get back into the game. It keeps on saying that I’m signed in with apple & that there is a unstable connection with our servers. Please try to reconnect, so I push on the reconnect button which takes me back to the main page where I push on play again & then it just does the same thing again!! I’ve tried to contact app support, but I can’t get that to work either!! It’s so frustrating 😡😡😡. I’m going to be very disappointed if I can’t play the game again since I have spent quite a bit of money & time on it!!!

ALWAYS LOVE ALL THERE GAMES !!!! :). OMG!!! I can’t get enough of all the game house games :) I never have any complaints it’s just hours of gaming!!! I’m so glad I got my subscription:) I just had to come back and write how it so outrageous that we have to pay so many coins to get these expensive upgrades I mean we don’t make enough coins finishing a level I’m not sure why you game makers have made it this way yes I do love the game but making it so we always have to have power up and buy diamonds to get enough mittens is outrageous especially those of us who have a subscription I mean I thought that was the reason I got the subscription so I wouldn’t have to keep paying money

Challenging enough for expert players. Finally a game that is challenging enough and with good ease of controls for us expert time management players! I can’t tell you how many games are just way too easy or have such inconvenient controls that it kills the game. In this game, the controls are intuitive and easy to use for keeping up with challenging gameplay. I just started it last night and am already to episode 1-3. I agree it gets a little annoying to go back and play earlier levels to earn cash for expensive upgrades in the next level but there’s no other way to do it unless you want to plop down cash. One thing that kinda bugs me is the lack of explanation on some items such as unlocking the many hats option. What does that actually do for your game?

I liked it until I didn’t.. I was really enjoying this game. Until about the end of episode 3. It becomes impossible to beat most levels without using all of your boosters and gems. As well once you get to episode 3 the cost of upgrades is almost triple but the levels earn you the same amount of coins as the other episodes where the upgrades were affordable. You cannot pass levels without upgrades, boosters, and gems. I feel like they intentionally make the goal for the levels unreachable without boosters. It’s simply just impossible and not enjoyable. It’s a game, it is supposed to be fun. It’s no longer fun. It’s a nightmare. If the developers are just out to price gauge just put a price on the game so we can at least enjoy it! I will gladly watch an ad for access to boosters and such but make the game PLAYABLE!

Stupidly Hard. I have been playing this game for years and while the levels became more difficult as you progressed in a world they were eventually beatable. My daughter, who is a whiz at this game saw the latest world and agreed it was ridiculous. She struggled to beat any levels (this has not happened before). I am not sure what the developer were thinking but someone should rethink this. Although I want to be challenged, I won’t play a game that cannot be won unless you spend money on gems. I will wait for the next level but if it is this difficult I will stop playing after many years.

Delicious World. Soooooo... let me get this straight... you charge your LOYAL customers a monthly fee to play your games, and now you have made the newest season so difficult to pass... that one must purchase items to even pass the entire episode?!?! Really??? It’s bad enough all these other games out there charge your account without authorization, and do the same underhanded thing... I expected more from you folks though!?!? I have played Emily since the very first game came out MANY years ago!!! Before any other one of these games came about. I can’t believe there is no decent game out there that doesn’t want your hard earned money... unbelievable... I guess there is truly no such thing as a free game anymore. First you absolutely ruined the Heart’s game by doing the same thing, and now this. I just want to relax, and play a game... that’s it!!! Also, why aren’t you making more real Emily games?!? Not this Emily World one!

Disappointed. I used to LOVE this game. Played it everyday and played every single Emily game since the beginning when there wasn’t even a name for the town Emily lived in and with WAY a different graphics. I took a couple months away from it and now see that the game has switched in terms of the bonus levels from what you could earn on the level to a bonus level reward. I’m stuck on a level and usually can progress at an okay rate by sometimes playing previous levels to up my cash and buy upgrades. That is no longer the case. I’m very disappointed in the changes and would like to see it switched back. It’s already hard enough to pass some of these levels and then this change happens. I’m just annoyed. Please switch it back!!!

Honestly Amazing!. I love almost everything about this game, from the amazing art style to the new areas. The new way to play is really good and refreshing and even though I don’t love it the fact that you don’t have to check customers out is really fun. The only part I don’t like is that I worry that the story isn’t going to line up with the other delicious games I’ve had the pleasure of playing. The new turn the story takes looks like a good idea but I just wish you could make it line up with the original story. Plus if you could add a few twists to the levels like challenges it would make it 100% better!!! Overall I think this is an amazing game with lots of promises and I just really like the idea that you can replay levels to get more money that’s a good idea. I have a question is this the retelling of true love or is it before that?

I love!. It’s my first time writing a review or even give a review on a game lol but I’ve always been a fan of this game and gamehouse. I love Emily’s story and how it started. I’m surprised that I didn’t have to pay 9.99 to pay to continue the game I mean as far as I am, there hasn’t been any of it and I’ve already unlocked I believe 3 storyline. So I’m loving this. The only downside is it gets harder to upgrade the more you unlock. It makes sense but every unlock stories, the first upgrade is hard to afford most of the time but it’s not really a big deal because it’s free and your choice to spend real money if you want more coins. But overall AMAZING!

Ridiculously Hard. I'm a long time gamer. This game, while a delightful story gets way too hard. There IS no way to beat it without using boosters. And the boosters are doled out so sparingly that it would quickly require you to spend real money on the game. The coat of the upgrades are also way too high. I could even overlook that, as it's doable but the extreme difficulty makes the game unplayable. I would be willing to watch ads in exchange for boosters but there's no option for that. The developers respond with shallow solutions which ignore the reality that it's set up this way to force you to spend money. I suppose that's the goal for any game developer but then don't pretend that it's free when you plan to make it so insanely hard that you HAVE to use boosters and you have to buy them unless you just quit the game. Which is exactly what I've done. I don't play games that cause me stress because they can't be won by my own efforts.

let me start off by saying i LOVE delicious games. but i’m 100% convinced you either have to be able to afford boosters with gems, or pay in real life money for enough gems to get boosters with for season 2, episode 2 (level 32). i have spent ALL my coins and have literally EVERYTHING upgraded for that store, yet i’m unable to hit the coin mark for the level. i’m always a few hundred short and i don’t really understand it because if everything is upgraded, why can i still not hit the coin mark? a bit frustrating and it doesn’t make sense to me honestly. i do love every delicious game though, just wish i didn’t have to pay in real life money to complete one level. other than that i have 0 complaints :)

👌🏻 ❤️ 🔥. I love this game, it’s great. I’ve been a fan of the Delicious series for probably four years now. I don’t mind having to play the bonus levels to afford the upgrades. Plus doubling up your coins is easy, so it doesn’t take long. I only have two gripes. First, it’s a bit buggy at times. Typically I have to open it twice, as it will glitch out & turn off *right* as it loads the game. Second, I wish the first few levels of new episodes were a bit more challenging. I get why they aren’t at first, but by the time you get to the second episode you should have a pretty firm grasp on the controls and the gameplay. Still, love it.

Love the game...mostly. Really like the game play...cute and funny story too. The only thing I don’t like is the coins needed for upgrades...and then each episode requires different currency so u have to start over. Nov update: After playing this a while, still love it. Great graphics with charming little story. Characters have emotions. Even Francois/Frank gets in a relationship! I can tell there is a lot game design into this makes it very pleasant to play. The only annoyance is that starting out a new episode is painfully slow as you have to accumulate coins for upgrades. Certain levels you absolutely need the upgrades to pass. I totally understand as this is part of design as developers need funding support to create these great games.

Continuous Crashes. This is one of my favorite games to play, but ever since I updated the game to include Season 5, Episode 5 “Bayou Shrimp Shack”, the app has been acting weird. Whenever I play and complete a level, the app suddenly closes down. Thankfully, the progress still gets saved and I can still continue to the next level, but with Liliana’s Chocolate Challenge still ongoing for another two days, I can’t submit my score after I completed a level. Frank’s Favors still saves my progress on serving 3-star customers, but even when I play levels that work with only Frank’s Favors, the app still closes on me after just one level. I already updated the Delicious World to its latest version and I already switched off and on my device. However, this problem still persists! Please help!

Season 10. Been playing this games religiously for a couple of years now. I even subscribe monthly for the unlimited lives. With that being said, Season 10, Episode 4 is way too difficult! I was pleasantly challenged but enjoyed the similar gameplay on the casino episode, however, this episode needs a review on the difficulty level. It’s also very frustrating that all the daily challenges are rewarding diamonds. I much prefer the coins, as they really help me move forward on needed upgrades and encourage me to play daily.

Same as the rest-Get your wallet out. Just like all the rest of these time management cooking type games, it’s great until you reach a certain point then you get stuck, and you’ll stay there unless you’re willing to buy the boost that you need to progress. People who have made similar complaints got a response that if you’re stuck contact them from the game so that they can help. But I had done that quite a while ago and the only responses I received were that every level can be played without boosts. Well that maybe true if you create games and this is your life, or maybe if you’re not beyond middle-age as I am and don’t see you as well and don’t have as fast reflexes as a 16-year-old. When you point out that their responses in the reviews were that they will help if you contact them through the game but they in fact did not do that, they will just ignore you from then on. Very disappointing for a game from the series.

My new favorite!. I’ve been playing another game similar to this for a few years. It has gotten almost impossible in matter of difficult levels, can’t finish basically any of them without power ups, daily tasks are a pain, coins on each map are different so you can’t carry them over, and hardly ever get free gems or power ups. I found this game and haven’t touched the other one since! This game gives gems for a lot of things, so I’ve got a stock pile. I’ve not had to replay any level due to difficulty. The coins are the same on each map so what you make on map one you can use to buy upgrades on map two, etc. I’m thrilled with this game, and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cooking type game.

Really sad. I’m really sad about the update made to the coins earned in bonus levels. This is my favorite game, and I was happy to watch constant ads and replay bonus levels dozens of times because doing these things earned me plenty of coins for upgrades. I was also happy to buy diamonds and boosters and probably did so at least once a month. With this new update, it’s no longer worth it to replay levels. Watching ads to double coins is only worth it now if you can actually pass a new level, which I’m lucky to do once a day now, so I’m only watching one ad when I used to watch as many as were offered. I’m also definitely not spending money on this game anymore. I guess I’ll just play until I get stuck again and that’ll be it 🤷‍♀️ What a shame.

I RECOMMEND THIS 100%!!!. This game is amazing! I don’t understand why you would not like it. You get along just fine without spending ANY money! I play this game all the time and never have spend even a penny! The graphics are fantastic and you can hear the music! Even when you don’t save your progress and download the game again, your progress is still there! It’s hard to find high-quality cooking games that are free, so when I saw this, I was so excited to try out the game! Anyone who gives this game less than 5 stars really is a moron! Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Love it. I play this every day... I have been a fan and subscriber to the GH games for years now , specifically the “delicious” series, the format of this one is quite different but I love the familiar and new characters. Reading other reviews I dont see how others are finding it expensive. With the options of playing bonus levels to earn diamonds and coins to purchase upgrades I haven’t spent much at all.... maybe once in the beginning but I’m all caught up on the seasons and levels and I haven’t spent anything since I first installed the game. Thank you developers for continuing to add to the story monthly (I only wish it was a little quicker since I get thru each one in about a week or 2... but I know these things take time so I can be patient 🙂)

Internet connection lost, losing money and upgrades. I have always loved Gamehouse time management games. I find this game really easy compared to the others but that’s not a big deal. What I don’t like is that this game tells me that I’m not connected to the internet in the middle of a level. Nothing is wrong with my connection. I’ll hit “retry” a million times and nothing, so I close the game out and open it back up to find I have less money and some of the upgrades I got aren’t there anymore. I even linked the game to my Facebook in order to help save the progress and still nothing. I may delete this game and replay the medical ones. Still love Gamehouse games but this one has too many errors for me to play consistently and keep my progress.

Great game but designed to force ‘pay to play’. I love this game. I have the subscription- but it’s terrible to be forced to pay to complete a level. I have ALL the upgrades and haven’t made any errors during gameplay but the level doesn’t provide enough coins to complete the 42-50 levels. It feels like cheating and decreases my desire and support of the game. Truly frustrating since I have always been a #1 fan and have purchased every Delicious game. Stop milking your fans! Great way to lose our interest. Other than that... good storyline and usually fun gameplay.

Not like the other Delicious Emily games.. The developers must’ve read that they should be making more money off of their games because this game makes you spend real money. It all started with the most recent upgrade, for me, when I was in the ramen restaurant (episode 5 I think). You can purchase all of the upgrades, but you still come up short of the money goal and can’t move on without gems. On half the levels, you don’t get enough customers to achieve the goal without spending gems for additional time. Used to be you could finish an order with 1 or 2 seconds left before time ran out, but not any more. I always appreciated the Emily games for being the right balance of difficulty and doable. Sad to say, those days are gone.

Fun at first. This game is fun to play but the further you get into it, you realize you need money to play. I was actually stuck in the game and couldn’t continue without adding time to each level that I was trying to pass. This is after I spent tons of time playing “bonus” levels (the amount of coins you earn doing this is a joke) to level up everything that I possibly could, only to find out I still can’t pass the regular levels without adding time to them. And after I spent tons of time earning coins I found out after passing a chapter that you don’t get to carry your coins over with you to the next chapter. I had to start all over doing bonus levels just to keep up. At a certain point, it’s just not worth the time and frustration.

Impossible to beat levels. This use to be my favorite game. But now the levels in the later chapters are impossible to beat without boosters. They have made it so if you want to progress then you need to spend money. I also have monthly subscription so paying even more money is a total joke. When you start a new chapter you are only getting $330 coins for the level but the upgrades continue to cost more as you go through each chapter. I need to upgrade a blender which is $16k but how can I do that when I’m only getting small amounts of coins. I saved up $50k In coins thinking I could upgrade several thing in the next chapter only to have to use $35k just to get am extra spot on my tray at the start of the new chapter! Talk about cost inflation for upgrades. Do yourself a favor and play a different Emily game that you actually have a chance to progress in.

Worst customer service EVER.. I’ll start by saying I’ve been playing this game for a while and I do enjoy it. The gameplay is fun and challenging and I like the ongoing story. That being said you do get to a point where you absolutely have to spend some kind of money if you want to continue. I have bought a few of the “package deals” they offer. Not a ton of money but more than I normally spend on these types of game. My most recent purchase however was a complete joke. I paid for two packages and received NOTHING of what I paid for…I tried repeatedly to contact their “support” and got nothing but a generic reply saying they “ would contact me soon” it’s been 3 days now and I have been sending endless messages….I’ve still gotten no replies. Thankfully Apple service refunded me my money. But I advise against spending any money on this game. I will not be making any further purchases and if that means I stop playing the game it is what it is.

Amazing game. Since it’s the first anniversary I thought it was quite appropriate to finally write a long overdue review. This game is amazing for its graphics, gameplay, storyline and its all around fun time. I have been playing these games since Emily’s honeymoon cruise and I have loved each part of her story. But this game is just so much fun with how she is going all over the world and learning new skills to grow into the Emily I met in that game. Last year when I first started, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this one since this isn’t the type of game you can outright buy and download. But that opinion changed quickly with the healthy mix of both easy, medium and challenging levels! If you are hesitating to try this game, don’t. I promise you it’s a great game!

New update is awful. Big fan of this game until the most recent update. The reason I enjoyed playing this game was because I was not forced to watch ads. Now with this update I am. And, I am no longer able to increase my winnings by watching ads voluntarily. I would refer others to play game this bragging that it was the only game without advertisements, I will no longer. I well be rethinking playing this game daily, very disappointing. Updated: I was told by the developer that an in-app purchase will prevent the unwanted ads, so yes I need to spend real money and that’s not going to happen. I’ve played Emily games (all of them!) and this is where it will end. Way too many other free games to play. Not cool GameHouse.

Fun but too hard to progress without spending $$$. This game is really fun and I like the level of challenge. However at around Season 3 or so (a few hours into the game) you reach a plateau of the amount of coins you can earn for upgrades, which are necessary to progress. This will lead you to have to use diamonds, which are extremely limited in number, and then think about spending actual money. If not for this extremely hard way to progress and blatant push for the consumer to spend money on a free game, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Honestly, I would’ve preferred to spend a couple of dollars to purchase a fair game with no micro-transactions than this.

I love the game...just hate the bugs and crashes. I recently downloaded this game about a week ago and I’m HOOKED! I really enjoy the storyline, the different cuisines & food we get to cook in each season, and the animation is amazing. The chances we’re given to save up coins for upgrades are fair to me. As long as you make the effort to reach 3 stars for each level, it’s possible to purchase all the upgrades before each season ends. I’ve made it to Season 3: “Confiserie Godot” BUT I’m stuck on Level 8. For some reason when I try to serve the customers fondue, it won’t let me & it stays stuck on my tray! I’ve tried refreshing the app & even powering off/on my phone again but no luck. I’m hoping you guys can fix this bug/crash.

Delicious Fun!. Love this new game play! The story line is great, and love the new art of this kind of gameplay! I like the fact they kept true to the earlier delicious games, and you still get to do different countries, and since I have a subscription I get unlimited gameplay which was fantastic because I can’t put it down😁. If gamehouse keeps this up I have no issues in keeping my subscription, and hope that they keep updating all their games like this, as I was a bit disappointed with the latest hearts medicine game, this game gives new hope to the other games they bring out!

Possibly best iPhone game of all-time.. I typically don’t write reviews on the App Store. But this game is so fun, addictive and meaningful that I felt compelled to! It’s been getting me through the pandemic. Not only is the gameplay challenging and addictive, the storyline is really interesting. You quickly come to care about the characters, their lives, their very human mistakes and triumphs — even the colorful supporting cast. On top of that, I recently got a new iPhone and, to my horror, didn’t realize all my progress was saved on my old phone before wiping it. Seasons and seasons (and more in-app purchases than I care to admit!). The customer service/help desk rep in the app was super responsive, incredibly helpful, and restored my progress quickly. Would give more stars if I could!

Not a FREE game anymore!. I used to love this game, but with the recent change to the daily tasks prices from coins to ONE DIAMOND, it’s becoming harder to play. I spend a good amount of money on diamonds every week, but I’m not willing to pay any more than what I am already spending. The coins from the daily tasks allow me to upgrade and give me the balance of being able to play with and without the boosters. It’s bad enough that coins don’t carry over to the next season, and now we also don’t get coin prices. The coins you win each level isn’t enough for upgrades. What does one diamond do when most boosters cost 50 diamonds?! I understand the need to profit, but your “upgrades” are slowly leading to making this game impossible to play for free. I’m only playing to finish the 2,200 diamonds I bought, and the uninstall button is next.

Spot On. This is a fantastic game! I’ve only had 2 problems, which were fixed right away! 1 was my chef hats were counting down and being that I’m a subscriber that wasn’t supposed to be happening. Then when I would try and double my points at the end of a level by watching an ad but it wasn’t giving my extra coins saying it could not proceed without WiFi connection. The thing about those issues is i didn’t even have to email GameHouse because a couple days later they had fixed it already! I’m such a huge fan! I can not wait for many, many, many more games to come.

Greed Ruined the Game. I have never written a review on the App Store but I feel I need to warn people about this game. I love Delicious and have been playing it for years and really enjoyed this game! However, recently this game has been nearly impossible to play without spending money. So you already have frequent ads and packages for power ups, why update the game to reduce the amount of coins earned in bonus levels? Is the revenue not enough? Now you have to play more levels to earn more to accomplish the same result as before, which is ridiculous. People will buy upgrades if they want to but most of us don’t care to for a mobile game and just wanted to play and enjoy the story. Devs, it’s obvious you know you had ulterior motives here because in the changelog you didn’t even mention the bonus level update but just the new episode. Come on now, at least be transparent about caring more about making more money over the user experience. I’m a Software Engineer myself and would never even consider doing something like this. I’ll give it a week but will probably be delete this game soon if the changes aren’t reversed. I’m sure my time could be better spent doing more constructive things anyway. ✌️

Recent update. I have enjoyed this game immensely! I love seeing what daily quests are in store for players, and appreciate that the developers have given us an option to double our coins via ads 5x a day. But, with the recent update they added a “bend over” animation to Emily as she serves customers at tables, and sometimes at the counters. As I’ve replayed some previous bonus levels, I’m barely finishing the levels and have come to realize this new animation is the culprit. It causes her to pause briefly while at the counter/table...it adds up over the course of the level making both bonus chains harder to complete, and completing the level. Please remove this new change.

They’ve ruined this game: Microtransactions. It was really fun, you operate cute and challenging kitchens with a great storyline. You have to upgrade your kitchen as you go, which is extremely difficult because the prices for upgrades are three times what you get for playing the game. This was fine because you could use bonus levels to get coins you needed for upgrades. But they recently updated the game to REMOVE the bonus level coins so now you basically only get 1/3 of the coins from a bonus level. They are trying so hard to make you purchases items to use for the kitchen upgrades instead of earning the coins as you go. I don’t usually play games on my phone but this one WAS really great. Totally ruined this experience for greed.

Fun but.... It gets very repetitive and tedious having to replay the bonus levels JUST to be able to afford the upgrades. The upgrades are super expensive and I spend almost as much time replaying levels to earn enough to get the upgrades as I do completing an episode. I feel that our money should carry through the seasons. It’s silly to me that they’re not valid after you compete one. Even if you wanted to drive home the point of her visiting different areas, she wouldn’t lose all of her money, there’d be a conversion rate. But starting from zip each time is frustrating, especially when some episodes start really slow and you barely earn anything. Otherwise, I love the game. I don’t understand why we went off on a storyline about Frank, but the story is otherwise enjoyable (although the typos are glaring at times). And I love the animation!

Love it but continue won’t show. Playing in the chocolate level where each time I complete a level, I don’t get the continue button to move on. I have to close the game and open it back up to be able to progress. I was also within 2-3 points of achieving the croquet something and when they continue button disappeared, the croquet part disappeared as well. I love this game but having to end and restart after every level has become irritating. I tried to report this issue and wasn’t able because I got the error message that I don’t have this game installed on my phone.

LOVE THIS GAME!!!!. This is my first ever review of an app. Ive never rated an app before, but I have to rate this one. I absolutely love this game!!!! This game is a sanity saver for me during this difficult time of pandemic and losing my job. I have been an Emily’s Delicious games for a while now, but this is way better. The story is satisfying and the game and graphic is amazing. I love everything about it!! I find myself having to restrain myself from playing all the time. The reason is because I don’t want to run out of chapters and stories before they’re updated. I’d hate to get to run out of stories and have to wait until the next update. Good job, you guys!!!!!

Good game. Overall, I enjoy this game a lot. The characters are endearing and the storyline is good enough to keep you wanting to play more. However, there are a few things that are pretty annoying. It will stop you in the middle of a game to tell you that you don’t have internet access. I guess it would be cool, if the game would then sync all of the levels you play after each level. But every time I close out the game and restart it, I have to play the last level or two over again. What’s the point of needing to be connected to the internet all the time? I’ve had some issue where the game crashes also and I’ve had to relaunch the game a few times before it starts to work again.

Five Stars for Graphics, Two for Gameplay. I am a big fan of the Delicious series and have been playing the mobile and computer games for years but this one let me down. The graphics are wonderful, but the repetitiveness of the gameplay is boring. Having to play the same level multiple times in order to get the mittens necessary to bypass the “roadblocks” is a fail in gameplay in my opinion. I was excited for this at first, but now I don’t know. I originally downloaded several months ago, got bored, and deleted. I’ve recently downloaded again to see if the developers made it any better but it’s still the same. I think this game ended up being a dud.

It’s fun.......BUT. Ok. So I have a subscription and the unlimited lives are a plus. While I completely understand having to re-play levels several times in order to get enough coins for upgrades, I can’t seem to understand why it keeps saying there is a server problem and it has to reconnect. While I have the subscription, I have also purchased the gems to get certain boosters. Not happy about that. BUT what makes me very unhappy is that after completing a level when using my boosters, the reconnect pops up and when I do, the level is shown as incomplete yet the boosters are gone as well. In other words, you’re making me replay the level I’ve passes already AND the boosters aren’t available anymore. I just can NOT with this. That’s really a rip-off!!! I have the subscription AND I payed money to buy gems only to have them taken by the game. That’s not good business!!

A Time Killer. I’ve been playing the game for a few months and initially I did think that the game wasn’t challenging enough - it wasn’t until I made it to the second season that I realized that it does get harder. I do like the fact that the diamonds are accessible, there’s a lot of games that make you work hard for your diamonds and give you little to nothing in return. The upgrades do get a little expensive as the season progresses, but I’ve learned using the boost and playing bonus levels assist in gaining coins fairly quickly. The one thing that’s a little irritating is the fact that on a weekly basis I feel like I’m downloading content. It ranges from starting at 1MB, and I’ve seen has much 32MB - maybe even more on rare occasion.

Bugs. Yeah this game is a lot of fun and super addicting... but it always drops it’s internet connection despite your modem actually being up and running. You guys need to fix this issue because I’m tired of starting of numerous levels just because you can’t get your connection straight. My internet is working just fine, and works on all of my electronics just fine, and none of my other apps ever said “connection dropped please retry” and when you press retry, it doesn’t EVEN TRY to reconnect. It just stays there until you restart the entire app. Please fix this because otherwise I’m gonna have to say this is another lost cause.

Greedy rigged game. This game has gone from bad to much much worse I wrote a review a while back and not much has changed in fact it has become worse, I liked to play this game it was lots of fun at one time now I don’t even want to play it at all because it only wants boosts to move ahead, I am in season 10 third restaurant and now many blue levels don’t give you enough customers to complete the levels you are forced to use a boost no matter what. This game isn’t fun anymore I have invested so much time and money all to get this from the developers of the game it seems they only want money and they don’t care about all the players who have made this game what is has become. So much for caring for their players. I won’t be playing this game until it is fixed yet I don’t think this will ever happen.
