Can edit text but that’s all.... All I can do is edit text. I can’t add music like the app suggests I can nor does the music that comes with the app work either. Basically the sound doesn’t work at all. Not sure how old the app actually is but I feel like it’s probably pretty old and updates are assumed to be neglected. Oh well.

My students and parents love it. Pro: Really cool. Honestly in this new online world for teaching I needed something to show off my love of Star Wars and this is perfect to add to my Google Slides. Con: This is the only reason it’s 4/5 and you need to fix the add music feature. Or as a developer please add more Star Wars songs, opening songs from all the different movies including Rogue One. The closing song, imperial March, etc.

I have a good feeling about this. This app fit my needs perfectly. You have to pay for the app if you want to change the main title, but you can do the rest for free. The title is a small thing compared to rest of what you can customize, so it’s not really a big deal that you can’t change that one thing. My brothers and I are using it for our Star Wars D&D, because apparently, we are huge nerds. It’s a fun app, thank you for making it.

Review I: A Good App. Guest 666 flavored Blox Watch here! It looks like I’ve found the best storyline maker in the galaxy. Being a kid, I am obsessed with Star Wars, so this helps me a lot. I make my storylines with this amd also write lil stories. This is an amazing app, i suggest getting it. To anyone reading have a good day and may the force be with you.

Don’t get this app. This app is really trashy. It would not let me download my video to my files.. it is slow and unreliable. I recommend you find something better and easier to work with. Also this app makes you pay to work with it, which is pretty lame knowing it’s quality.

Love the premise, but it needs work. The foundation is all there as far as editing and .99 cents isn’t a lot to ask for...however I really want to be able to record or download the video after I make it and my iPhone won’t do it. Also, the music functionality only works about 10% of the time and when I go to fix mistakes in my typing the app deletes everything I did before. Super buggy that way. Please fix this in an update. I really want to use this regularly for a Star Wars game I’m running.

Can’t add music. This app would be so much better if I could actually add music to it. It has the button to add music and says choose from library however it doesn’t actually let you see anything in your library or choose any music which is very disappointing. Woulda been five stars if not

I suggest it.. Hey, I’ll admit, this app is pretty good. There’s an option to use the Star Wars Main Title by John Williams, the text is great, and it looks pretty real! I’d say that the only real PROBLEM with it is that you have to pay to change it from saying “Star Wordz”. You can’t make it say “Star Wars” or anything else unless you pay to get premium. If you try, it says something like, “To change the title, use the Force you must!” and you have to pay. But hey, for me, it’s not that big of a bother. I took a star off for the title thing, but otherwise, it’s great! That’s it from this reviewer! Later, y’all!

Really fun!. I've really enjoyed playing around with it! Sure, you have to pay to remove the watermark, but that's a small thing and even so it's only $2. Enjoy, and may the Force be with you-always!!!

Nice but!!. I really like the app but the song choice or I wish there were more song choices to use very creative like something to do with birthdays and anniversaries and different background

Seems to work good but uh.... I put the Bee Movie Script as the crawl and obviously it crashed the app, but because it keeps trying to pull up the last viewed crawl I had to delete and redownload the app. Oof

No pay.. Why do I have to pay to change the title. What are you Ea?! Cant it be free to change the title because just randomly watching your opening crawl and then making me pay .99 cents. Don’t get me wrong 99 cents isn’t a bad price. But make it free because we don’t need to pay to change a title. Respond to me and don’t avoid like you did with other people who give bad reviews. The only person you responded to was a guy who gave a bad review and didn’t say anything about the price. You just said “shame on me” and stuff like that. You don’t respond to good reviews either. Anyway just respond to me, make it free, and we won’t have a problem.

Good idea. Hello I like the idea of the app. How ever the text crawl is not running when I open the app. I'm using an iPhone 5 running 10.3.3 so that may be the problem. Please do check on it. I'd like to see this app at it's finest.

I’m enjoying this, but it could be better.. I’m not entirely sure if this is possible? Cause I am in no stretch a developer and knowing what rights need to be had to do this or what not, but I’d like to see the Clone Wars 2008 intro be available to be played. I tried doing it with the “Add your own music” button, but it would not let me upload any music into the Music section. Otherwise, it’s very enjoyable, and I have a Star Wars Roleplaying game by Fantasy Flight Games that I will be hosting and I’ll send my opening crawl to all my players.

Gotta fix the music!. My favorite part about this app is that you are able to use the Star War Main Title theme I use it a lot I also use this app for skits and without the music I can’t do that

Charging to change the title is not worth it... but.... First off I must say you did a great job designing the app. Props to you. However, charging $1.99 to change the title isn’t worth it. That’s just gonna upset people and make them delete the app. HOWEVER, there are other things you could charge for that would make more sense and wouldn’t make people rage. 1) Custom background instead of just having stars (import images from photo album) 2) Custom music (John Williams Star Wars theme can be the default. Purchasing the premium version allows extra music as well as importing music from their purchased Music 3) Custom text (change the font, and color. Maybe even add effects to the text itself) I want to see this app improve and charging $1.99 just to change the title is frustrating and makes you look greedy. If you simply can’t bring yourself to change this feature, perhaps offer the option to watch an ad and unlock the ability to change the that one time. Don’t make yourself look like EA, releasing attractive apps to bring users in just to find themselves in the middle of a cash grab. You’re better than this Thank you and may the Force be with you

Almost there….. The only problem I have with this app is that it allows you to record a video of what is on the screen and the first time that you run that it ask you whether you want the screen only or the screen in the microphone. If you choose the screen and the microphone it then records the video, the sound from the video and whatever else is happening in the room. There is no way to reset this so it now continuously records everything around me while the video is playing. It will be nice to be able to reset this option or select a different option

Download I need. I am not sure if I should pay to change the title if I cannot save the video to my camera roll. Please add a feature like this.

A Completed Title Sequences but the Music issue. I have been using this ever since, The Great Theme, The Perfect Text Match, and the Perfect background. You could pay this for a dollar for the Star words Force. And can use to make a opening sequences of the Star Wars movie. But there is a problem, When I try to record a sequences title; It just cut the music and even through when I try to putting the app back on. It just wouldn’t not get the music back. Please fix that part. But overall rating, the perfect opening Star Wars sequences you can use. It just the music need to get fixed.

Sad and disappointing. Shame on you. Do you really need to show off your greed over a little thing like changing the title? Are you that desperate for money? Sometimes in life, honesty is the best policy, but I guess not in your case. I think more people would like your app and maybe even purchase the full version if you just allowed us to edit everything, then offer the full version for $.99 or $1.99 by having more special added features like alternative backgrounds, more colors, etc. Maybe then not will people like you and your app, but maybe you’ll start to like yourself too. Shame.

Just have it as $1 in the App Store.... I understand you want all the downloads but this is a scummy way of getting it. You can’t edit the crawl, unless you pay a dollar. This app is $1 worthy, but only if you can edit the crawl. All in all, make the app $1 with all the editing features included!

Works great, but inaccurate. Going through all this trouble, creating this great app, but why can’t the STAR WARS title have the longer edges for the Ss and Rs? The original didn’t have that, I know, but we should have that option, as that is the known Star Wars symbol now.

Cool app but it doesn’t let me add new music. I’ve enjoyed this app a lot since downloading it - it’s been a great deal of fun. The text crawl looks pretty near perfect. My only issue with this is I can’t add new music. I’ll click the plus button in the music tab, the app will load iTunes for a millisecond, and then it closes back into the app again with the blue bar continuously moving along the top as of its buffering, then never does anything more. I’d sure appreciate some help from the developer to fix that bug. The app would be a 5/5 in my book if that music functionality would work.

Pretty good. Bought this app and had some initial problems with it (was unable to get the video clip to iMovie) but the developer responded to my emails and helped me fix it. Overall it’s pretty good and I like it and would recommend it.

No reason to use this app if you can’t change the title. It’s a good app, but there’s no reason to use this app if we have to pay money to change the title. I refuse to pay

Ok app. While very cool in premise the app is buggy as hell. I often find that when trying to go back and edit my text the app will cut paragraphs in half and I cant scroll through the entirety of my text. I have also tried using the record feature but every time I touch the screen to end the recording I am brought back to the menu with no option to save. I like what you can do with the app and don’t mind the .99 to get the title but it’s useless if I can’t save the work and share it.

Great Concept. This is super close to everything I’m looking for out of an app like this. The app seems to have bugs that repeatedly error while entering or correcting the text within the crawl. This has been a problem for months now. The sound error encountered by some is related to having your device in Silent mode. If that switch is thrown, music is restored.

Feature request. Please add a feature where user can add a background image of their choice from their photos or from files app.

Not good at all. When you see it first you automatically think, “Oh! A free SW opening crawl, awesome!” or at least that’s what I thought. I was dumb enough to fall for this trash, as yes, you can make an opening crawl, but you can’t change “Star Wordz” to a different title. Well, you can but you have to (as the app says) “use the Force” and upgrade for only $0.99. I’m pretty sure Jedi and Sith alike don’t use the Force for petty trash like this clickbait. Make it free, then it’s worth the download. But if anything, this app is just a complete waste of time, money, and storage. It’s a joke to see if you are stupid enough to pay for something you could easily do somewhere else. In conclusion, a one star rating isn’t appropriate. It should be Z E R O. But since I’m considerate enough to give this disgrace of an app a rating, I may as well just give it that. Thanks!

Not as bad as people are saying. This app is free and has not adds. It gives you almost complete freedom and for just $.99 you can do anything.

A long time ago in an App Store far away. . . STAR WORDS. OMG I love this and I am a SERIOUS STAR WARS fan. It looks and sounds like a real intro and the in app purchases are not that much. I sent one to my friend and and she thought it was great. You can make some really funny videos and share them with your loved ones (you can even do pranks with it if u want) Overall this app is amazing and I absolutely LOVE IT. . .

Old Font. The only thing I do not like about the new versions is the font for the title. If we could have the old font for the title and the movie accurate font for text in the crawl the app would be absolutely perfect.

Fun and awesome!. I really like this app! Fun for short fan movies and well as a really cool way to do announcements. The 99¢ to change title to customize it more is a no brainer not is it too much to ask. I will say though recently the music isn’t lining up correctly but could be a user issue. Still a really fun app!

Paid and no support or promised features??!!. I paid for this app to get the ability to change the title and the transaction went through but that feature does not appear on my app. I have restarted it reloaded it and nothing works…

John Williams Theme Broke. It works great, until one point in the last month or so, the John Williams title music link broke. You can download it and add it in, I think, but it’s an extra step. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

Absolutely amazing. I have never been impressed by a software ignore all the haters this is amazing for movies the only thing that is annoying is that you have to upgrade to change the title but that’s a little compared to the rest

Good but not great.. I like this app, but it is very buggy and beyond frustrating that I can’t simply save or export a video to my camera roll. That’s the most basic of functions that should be included.

Not too shabby.. It’s not very easy working with the text with all the bugs that need fixing. And I think people should be able to choose whether to use the logo that zooms out and the changeable font.

Awesome app. Hi developer love the app the only problem i have is the star Wordz logo won’t change size when I change text size I haven’t upgraded to iOS 12 so that may be the problem.

Why hasn’t anyone else done something about it?. I like the app and don’t mind using the free version. What I don’t like is how all the bad ratings but yet no one has come up with a better one. I also wonder how much it would cost if they did. It would be more than a dollar I assume. Could it be better? Of course! But then it probably wouldn’t be free. I do wish I could use my item back ground and video or even music and for a dollar I would pay for that. The people I send messages to like them and that’s all that matters to me.

He app is literally for making Star Wars title and you can’t even make the title OF THE TITLE without paying. . .I’m sorry but this is literally just a scam for money. Disappointed.

Dope App, Needs Improvement.. I LOVE this app! I bought it for making a crawl for my WIP fan film. My nitpick is the logo. Doesn’t look legit enough, but the crawl itself is amazing! Very authentic!! I also wanna as different music and backgrounds for after. Other than that, it’s awesome!

It’s good but the music that says “(Internet)” don’t work. This app is really funny, but the songs that say “(Internet)” don’t work, even when I’m connected to the internet, does anyone know how to fix this!

Pretty good. The app seemed pretty great, and it worked, until I got the genius idea to copy and paste the entire bee movie script into it. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. But it will probably work with anything else.

You have to pay to make your own. You seriously have to pay to be able to write your own text and it also plays the wrong music

Really good,. It’s a really good app for the opening crawl. I was looking for something like this for ages to do an editing project. Only thing that mildly annoyed me was that you couldn’t change the star wars title at the start. But of course they do need to make money and it was only a little thing. Other than that good.

99 cents to remove the dumbest title ever.. App gave me lead poisoning.

Does not work. I was able to fit my text, I even added the Star Wars main song, and when I tried to share it, it only let me see it one time. When you share it, it gives you a link, which it doesn’t work. It does not let you save it to your phone. Very dissatisfied.

Worked Once After Paying. I created a custom crawl and it worked great but only once. Tried to go back and share it again but it wouldn't load ever again. Please let me know how to fix this.

App crashes after buying title purchase. I paid to make a custom title but when I played the video my app crashes. Now every time I open the app it crashes and I cannot use it. Complete waste of time and money.

I paid for nothing!. I paid to download this app and create a video and I cannot get it to load text outside of the initial screen; it won’t show the logo that I paid $1.99 to edit and it definitely doesn’t show my text. I’m highly disappointed in this app.
