Help!. This app sounds great but when I try to open it, it doesn’t get passed configuring and then pops up with an error. I deleted and downloaded it again but it didn’t help. Any ideas?

Problem. I’ve deleted and re downloaded this app a few times. Only because it tells me “consolation mode can not be activated” I do have a regular iPhone 7 and i don’t know if because of that the app will not function. Can’t wait till the problem is fixed ! :)

Some enhancements. I love the app. However I wish I had information what is the best or worst score and what the score means. Also what is texture? I know it might be a stretch but can products be recommended for skincare by different problem area: texture, spots, wrinkles, etc.

App error. Hello, this app was working perfectly until the most recent update. I can use all functions until I try personalizing the skin care. It won’t load, stating I should check my network connection and try again. However my connection is fine via data and WiFi. Can anyone help with this? Please and thank you!

Not accurate. It's an interesting concept, but the skin analyzer changes depending on the lighting so it's hard to see whether your skin is healthy or not. I ranged between 27-36 in 2 different lights with 3 different angles of light hitting my face in each lighting. Wouldn't recommend for accurate analyzing of your skin health.

👎🏻Ugh no. This is not even an app. YouCam Makeup is BOSS!. This is what, not even beta material! Whaddya guys even doing over there at PerfectCorp?!? You know better than to release this premature zygote when you already have a KILLER app in the same category. Is this some lame way to hawk more beauty products, by using your talented team to do THIS!? Come on dude!!!

Not working. Network issues. Even connected to WiFi it’s doesn’t go past the first step. When suggestion of products it will not connect. Just connecting errors.

Excellent makeover app, Artistry Beauty!. Automatically detects my facial features and applies a variety of makeup, haircolor, and much more. Gives product info, as well. Love it!

Needs to be more user friendly with ease. When I first opened the app I didn’t know where to go to scan my face so my skin could be assessed. This app could use a makeover. The background is confusing at best, the fact you can scroll through and try every background tile link would make sense if it was a separate function and option under cosmetics. I had to open every link to find what was suppose to be the link where I am suppose to take a photo and have it scan my face. There are two fixed buttons on the screen as you scroll down. The left one is to apply make up, the other is for skin assessment. The assessment would be effective if it gave the same percentages within a margin of 3- 5% given good lighting and distance from a close up selfie. Letting the app configure the average of five photos to give the person an accurate reading would be helpful. 1) Fix the infrastructure of app, creating modules 2) Specify within each module an Artistry make up line 3) In the skincare module, make the assessment. 4) After assessment create a link to each Artistry skincare line. You’re welcome tech team. From one UX designer to another. 🙂

Unable to use app. I keep getting an error message. Can’t use this app no matter how many times I install and uninstall it

This is Amazing!!!!. Hi, I am Samantha. I live in Connecticut USA and we are pretty lucky living so close to New York City. I have seen apps like this before and have been like “no” , “no”, “no”. Then I used this app. Artistry Virtual Beauty. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I can tell thatIS THE FUTURE OF MAKEUP, AND SKINCARE!!!!!! No joke- and the fact that they give u an opportunity o use it for free first to see for myself that it is the real deal. I would love to parter up with this company and do a live feed of the products and the recommendations and how they work!

It's Amway. I tried it on a wretched selfie and most definitely hit a wall with how far it could improve my exhausted visage. It was nominally entertaining though I'll never buy Amway- I have a bad taste from their deceptive first contact with me in the 80's so I've never trusted them. I thought it was easy to use but limited regarding the choices of cosmetics, some more than others but the wigs made up for those limits.

Amazing. I love this new app. I always have problems finding my shades of foundation and this app goes straight to the shade that matches my skin tone. Also love that at the end it shows you the products you used to make your look!

Fun!. Super fun app to play around with and to use for customers! My skin health and age is always really similar every time I use the app. All of the recommended products are the ones I am already using as recommended through the Artistry website. Very much in line with other Artistry information and literature!

App won’t load. Downloaded the app, and it never loads. I got a pop up that told me to check for spelling errors or check my my consultant. Never made it to a login page, so I’m confused. Then it force closes.

Artistry App. Great App. I can actually nail the color of my foundation to my skin color. In the past it has been a nightmare for me to nail the color foundation I have to purchase because different companies have different color names. 😫 However, this app is easy to use and it tells you exactly the color foundation you need and it is incredibly accurate!!🤩 its a 5 star rating for me. It also tells me exactly what kind of skin treatment I need and my skin looks young, fresh and clear of blemishes and dark spots!! Awesome. Highly recommend this!!

App doesn’t work. The app downloads and the starts to configure but then give an error message telling me to check of spelling errors and that the consultant mode can not be activated. Anyone know how to address this? The only way to contact the programmers is though the app which will not load pass the error. 😒

Saves you the guesswork!. I love this app. I can try on lipstick, eye shadow colors etc before I buy them. And the app is dead accurate and matches my lip color in real life!
