Slow. Sloooooooow. Transflow light-years in speed.

It down again.. It acting up again. It telling me that my company I’m trying log into is not the right one or is betraying my company. Can scan get info or log out or in as keep just popping the message up as soon as I open the app.

Missing Settlements Link. What happened to the “Settlements” tab? That was the best part to me...getting to see my check stub a few days early.

Turtle with one leg missing. Does not load fast must be reloaded in the middle of turning in loads my suggestion avoid the app it will cost you time and patience.

This app is horrible. If you have an iPhone…. Good luck

Hard to use. The most stupid app ever used. Every time to use it have to delete and download again.

Permission DENIED. Did I read that correctly? This new update is to use something even though permission is DENIED??

Not consistent. The App is so bad it doesn’t deserve even one star or a review!!!!!!

Notification don't work. Notifications do not work with either iPhone 10 or 12. I've u installed and reinstalled. Changed notification settings several times. Nothing works. Also the "it seems like you're driving"button comes up all the time, even when I've been parked for several hours.

Can’t log in. Can’t log in! Tried uninstalling & reinstalling rebooting etc. NOTHING WORKS!!!! Please fix!

hot garbage. pulled up to shipper yesterday pulled up the app to get my P/U number and the app wouldn’t load... 24 hours later, the app still isn’t loading, you’re dropping the ball here guys

Multiple documents under one email. This app does not work well.. When sending all documents for the same load, you have to send multiple pics to send, you cannot send under the same document. That should be a simple fix instead dispatch ask us to send each document separately and that’s multiple emails and confirmation numbers. I should be able to send all documents from the same load under one load assignment

If you don’t need this app then don’t download it. This app is absolutely garbage. It has been such a pain in the butt if my company didn’t use it I’d find something else. It freezes constantly. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it to fix it. I have had nothing but issues

Driver.. It has a serious flaw I cannot even login so I can find my next load I have uninstalled and reinstalled put in the correct number or the correct a CAC code and as far as it’ll let me go end it keeps telling me that unable to load TimeOut error 1001

Bad Quailty. This app is a liability for my phone. GPS stays on without app being open (iPhone). Update to fix bugs or write better code!

It’s garbage app. Poor design and performance

Garbage. Stop selling this app and software to carriers. It’s barely usable and done at work 99% of the time. The 1% it does work it’s not correct.

Anywhere app. Lord this app exist for what reason?? When it’s working it’s 50% at best. When it’s not, lord you have to go through so much to get it to work again. 75% completely useless

Love to hate this app. It’s better then my Qualcomm but that’s not saying much because the app dies at least once a month and with out it I can’t run my loads!! Not it’s not woking again with the new ios13 🙄🙄😳

Bring back the greyscale filter. I absolutely love this app but hate that you got rid of the greyscale filter because the documents would always come out clear and as an owner operator it felt good knowing that my paperwork was clear and easily readable since my pay depends completely on these documents

App almost never works. App never works right. I Always have problems with it. I would have nothing to do with it if it wasn’t for my company making us use it.

Fair needs work. Overall works fine for what it dose. Things that need improvement on. 1. Trying to type on a phone or tablet brings up a full keyboard. If I am trying to type in a Load number I don’t need letters ( the option to get them yes) small buttons....come on truckers a big people we need big buttons to smash 2. WHY dose it have to load my message macros every single time. How much space could a Dozen or so macros really take up that I am forced to sit through them reloading ever time I have to send one. 3. Move the message filter button away from the load macros button. Small buttons big fingers, They are too small and tooo close together. Company says I have to use it, right now I spend most of my day calling it dirty names because its a pain in the butt. Added update.... Changed the way the camera takes pictures of documents. Some kind of crazy auto-imagine crap. Takes off pictures of half the document. When in full daylight kept saying “poor light”. Overall a serious down grade of the app.

Garbage. The app keeps crashing on a weekly basis. Omnitracs is must better. Will be glad when my company switches here shortly

This app belongs in the garbage.. It’s the year 2023 and this app runs like it’s in the year 2009. This app is mediocre and the only reason I use it is because of my carrier.

Make updates. The app is really buggy. Crashes and doesn’t let you upload pictures for the bill of loading and be ready to refresh because it doesn’t update…🤮🤮🤮😤

Alerts & messages. Downloaded many times and can’t get any type of notification on my screen for messages.

Customer service issues. Don't complain to mcleod that your notifications never go away after their latest update, or you'll never get notifications again.

App function. This APP is junk 1 star is too much it appears they don’t care to fix it. Last review was a year ago and it was junk then it is now.

Pending settlements. Love the app but recently I’ve been unable to view pending settlements. Very frustrating. Please address this issue.

Trash. This app crashes all the time to the point you have to delete it and hopefully it will start working again

Locked out. On numerous occasions, the app has kicked me out and will not allow me to log back in. Also, the cropping tool is way off most of the time. Not very impressed with the app at all.

App never works and it cost me a paycheck. Every time I open the app it says there’s no connection to server. When it does “work” and I can send in my paperwork, it’s lying. I’ve had multiple paychecks held up because the app didn’t send the bills. I hate that my company went to this service but I guess it’s better than Qualcomm and trans flow

Sarge. I like the app but one thing that bugs me is that after I click on loads to view my loads it seems to take forever to load. I don’t know if this is due to something on my end or yours? It would be nice if it were load quicker. Thanks to all the people behind the scenes working on this app. Please be take care and keep your self healthy. Sarge

Trash. I don't normally write reviews but I just couldn't go on without writing one, this app is almost complete garbage, I don't know they do updates for but it's definitely not to get this app working properly. I have to reload this app 700 times just to get it to pull up and when that doesn't work I have to delete the app altogether and pray to God that it will let me log back in. I'm so happy that I don't really have to use any other features this app may have because I'm quite sure that would be another headache. At this point yall should either higher someone that knows how to develop an app correctly or just scrap it

Absolute garbage. This app does not work well at all. If this is the App your company is using I’d suggest switching companies.

Spy app.. Do not use this app. My company asked me to get it but I am deleting and refusing to use it. It’s never stops tracking your location. It drains your battery fast. If your company asks to use this app make a formal protest. This app won’t even work if you turn off location services. It’s a tracker that monitors where you are 24/7. Huge invasion of personal life. Do not download. Refuse to use. It’s a SPY app.

Never works. App never loads. I have to try all day to get one screen to load, and yes I have tried everything from reinstalling to calling everyone under the sun. Never works and I’m forced to use it with my company.

Invalid Credentials. The app just stopped working. Says invalid credentials. I used the same username and pw as always. Ridiculous.

Hard trying to login. My phone broke so I tried multiple times to login on an new device I purchased and I caught crap trying to get back in

Can’t get app to load. Worked great for a little bit but now I can’t even login

Almost useless. For the most part the app works fine but it always says you’re driving even when you are standing outside of your truck. Not a fan at all I have to walk 50+ feet away from my truck just to review load info. If this app works with the ELD then you’d think they would be able to see when you’re off duty and not driving.

A masterpiece of convenience and utility. 5 Star all around. Great customer support. Great for the company and especially for the driver. Saves me time and helps me have access to things I need from my cellular device. A person concerned of location services and battery draining just need to learn to configure your phone settings. Keep up the good work and please continue to support and use this application.

Correct Spelling. Hire…..not higher. No wonder you couldn’t figure out how to use this app.

Brutal. HEYL Truck Lines uses this app to track when you use your phone while driving.. I got a verbal warning and ended up deleting this app... i felt it violated my privacy!
