Not a fan of this app…. 1) How am I getting points taken off because I “tend to drive during rush hour times, and it’s recommended I find other times to drive making my drives safer”? I can’t help when I have to drive! 2) It says I need to work on being less “distracted” with my phone. I don’t use my phone when I drive but my daughter does, especially to find music and use my Maps app and play games or text somebody for me since I can’t. Very frustrating.

No option for who is controlling the phone.. The app does not allow for the option of someone else using the phone while a passenger. I let my granddaughter use my phone when she’s in the car but it shows that I was distracted. It also sets and event if your using voice commands ans hands free. There needs ro be better options.

Not my choice to use……. Insurance. I switch insurance company’s so I’m give this a try to see how it helps with rates. The distracted driver is bound to screw you over just about very time. I had an alarm set I forgot about. My phone was in the cradle and all I did was touch stop and I got dinged, that’s stupid. I have had a passenger answer a text, got dinged. Let your kid play on your phone, get dinged. Really I get putting phone down and driving and when it’s just me in the car I do. There needs to be a fix for this. And I have gotten dinged for speeding on a freeway when the speed is 60 and the app says some stupid speed like 45 and no it wasn’t a construction zone.

They Don’t Have Proper Speed Limits. My way to work has a posted speed limit of 50mph the entire way, which I follow or go slightly under. The app warns me that I’m excessively speeding because they themselves list it as being 35mph. Not that it matters, they’ve never sent any information to my insurance company so I never got any discounts for having this terrible app anyway.

If I could give it one star, I would.. App is very inaccurate. The speed limits they have for my area are wrong. There’s a road I drive that is 55 mph but on the app it says it’s 45 mph but that’s just wrong. If you speed just 5 mph over the limit for only 5 seconds, they consider that a speeding penalty. If you are driving and your phone gets a notification, they count that as a distracted driving penalty. I didn’t even use my phone while driving. I used this app for just one trip, for one day and woke up this morning to my policy being raised by 20 dollars. Coincidence? I think not. Don’t download this app unless you’re an older person that drives below the speed limit all the time. They made me think I’d get a discount on my insurance but I got the opposite.

WHAT THE HECK?! FIX THIS THING. This app needs to fix the speed registration. I know I have a lead foot do I tend to speed sometimes but I’ve gotten better at monitoring my own speed and keeping moving at a decent pace (about five over the speed limit). I’ve also gotten accustomed to putting on cruise control so I don’t speed up accidentally. So I know there’s no way I was going 90 in a 65!!!

This app needs fixing. I am constantly being pinged for distracted driving when I have my daughter or car operating my phone as it connects to my car. Sudden breaking isn't due to me following too close or catching a red light but mainly during traffic times when cars stop and go at different speeds. Also, the speeding is a huge issue as it results in higher insurance rates because I have to accelerate to get onto the freeway that splits into 4 lanes in which you have to speed up because there is no yield sign for oncoming traffic. This app is highly inaccurate.

It’s a no from me!. I don’t like how you have to have this running all the time. I feel as though it’s an invasion of privacy. I get where it tracks driving habits to understand how safely you are driving, but I just don’t feel like an insurance company should need to know your every move at all times. We pay our insurance premiums and do our best to stay safe. I don’t feel we should have to prove that to get decent premium cost if we have a decent driving record to begin with. Yes, I’m aware this is optional, but I, along with many I’m sure, have felt obligated to use the app to save money. I’ve had the app a day and it’s not for me. How do I delete it?

App is not accurate - future class action. The app is not accurate. It picks up speed limit of nearby exit ramps and entrance ramps, and states that you are speeding 15 miles over the speed limit, just for driving past on the interstate. It has consistently done this on my routine commute home from work 50 miles. as an attorney, and considering the insurance industry vulnerability, I predict that the app will cause people to lose their discount, and there will be a class action.

One major issue. The speed limits on many of the roads I travel have the wrong speed limit. The road I live on is 55mph but the app has it as 25mph. If it was not for the speed issue my score would be much more than 6.7.

GPS Tracking. I think when it come to speed on the app it’s not understanding that highway traffic people just go with the flow and drive & truckers are ride behind you hard. A little speed doesn’t hurt but when you track someone’s speed and then report it to the Sherance company their rates go up. But most of your clients don’t really get into any accidents unless it was out of the ordinary

Normal braking keeps recording as event.. When leaving my home, I must travel on a 4 lane divided road with numerous stop lites. The speed limit is 45 MPH. When the lite turns yellow, I stop instead of running the lite. Invariably, your app shows an excessive braking event. Virtually all of my events occur on this same stretch of road and involves stopping for a lite that has turned yellow while I am stopping rather than running the lite. You need to re-evaluate your program calibration. You also need to add golf carts to your options as I ride mine almost daily, and have to select OTHER to accurately show my trips.

Won’t open!. I’m trying to get help or support and there’s no way to do it. I click the icon, it tries to open then goes right back to the Home Screen. I have this app through my insurance company, I cannot remove and reinstall.

Very Inaccurate!. This app is garbage. I’m constantly being flagged for speeding and when I check where the incident happened, this app has the speed limit wrong! What a rotten thing for insurance companies to use as a way to set your rates. An app that records inaccurate data and has inaccurate parameters. I have another tracking app on my phone to monitor my teenage driver’s habits. It’s speed report is much more accurate and never in line with this garbage. It’s also a bad thing for anyone that drives a company vehicle. The insurance companies are seeing these miles as if you are putting the miles on the vehicles you’re insuring. Not the case! Shame on Farm Bureau and any other company for using this app!

Garbage app. I wrote a VERY thorough review about how this app illegally records your driving patterns intentionally incorrect to reduce any applicable discounts. I know this because it has reported that I have driven distracted. That is a physical impossibility, that phone cannot be reached while the vehicle is in operation. My original review also showed the diagnostic where we took the app apart to show where it’s designed to act exactly as I had described but of course, the ad vanished. I will say this, after showing the proof to the insurance company that sold me the policy, I was able to get a full refund PLUS interest. This app is a scam. There is no way around it.

Speed limits are way off and using my phone when parked counts as an event. I pulled over and parked to check GPS and it counted that as an event. The car was not in motion. It also is claiming the speed limit on 97 was 15 when it was 50 so it thinks I was going way over the limit. Most of the speed limits it has for my area are very wrong so now I’m going to have my insurance increase for speeding when i stay within 5 of the posted limit. This app is nothing but a scam to drive up insurance rates.

It counts my biking as driving.. Of course I’ll use my phone while biking when I take a break. Districted driving??? Drive on mountain bike trail??? My wife also has this software installed. When she was driving and I played on the phone. It thought I was driving and playing on the phone the whole time. This software is kind of useless IMO.

It does what it’s supposed to with just a few bugs. I really like the app, it works well for me and its easy to use. Sometimes events happen even when they didn't but thats fine. Thats all I’d change, it’s overrall a really nice app!

Insurance company DONT USE!. This is by far the most inaccurate app I’ve seen. It keeps saying I have no events but it took my score down saying there was 5 events. It also says I was “distracted driving” when I wasn’t even driving. It doesn’t have accurate speed limits which causes you to “speed”. It says you are speeding because you don’t use your brakes on an interstate or freeway while exiting. (WHICH YOU AREN’T SUPPOSED TO DO). I have NEVER had an accident to where it was my fault. How about not raising someone insurance until AFTER they’ve done something wrong. That’s like the police putting you in jail on the off chance you will commit a crime. Utterly crap.

Not a fan. Not happy with the app at all, says you are speeding when you are not. Wife touched the phone when I was driving, still said we were distracted. Drove from work the other day down a country road and said I was speeding the entire time even though the speed limit is 55. Only switched insurance companies because my original insurance does not cover my house. Not a fan.

Highly inaccurate. I have two main issues with this app: 1) it’s highly inaccurate and 2) there’s no way to report inaccuracies. Let me explain: 1) the app claims that I was speeding in two areas that I was not. First area, I was exiting a 65mph highway and it caught me doing 50 as I slowed down and it said that the speed limit was 25mph. First off, the off-ramps where I live do not have speed limits and secondly, I was getting off the highway. The other time it was inaccurate was that where I live, it’s a 45mph road. The app says that I was doing 45+ in a 25mph section. The closest road to my road is a 30mph zone so at no point was I doing 45mph in a 25mph zone. So I get flagged every time I drive home. 2) you cannot report inaccuracies anywhere in the app. Therefore, if something happens and it affects your score or insurance rate, you’re screwed because of the data. Developers, you need to add a way to report inaccuracies for not only incorrect flags but also for incorrect speed limits and other changes to road conditions. Even Apple Maps is smart enough to know the speed limit on my road. 10/10 would NOT recommend if you are trying to save money on insurance.

Hmmm. The concept of this app although logical to some degree as it tracks an individuals driving habits has a major flaw. It penalizes your overall score for time of day driving. Which seems a tad bit stupid if ask me, if an individual is a overnight truck driver or works your general 9-5 and deals with rush hour traffic boom, your score is affected. Which is ironic because the insurance company can see all this information and your driver "score" and it's used to determine if your a "good" driver Iv used an app like this before I should state and had a 8/9 out of 10 score, it also NEVER penalized me for driving. Flawed and suspicious.

Distracted Driving needs work. The app generally works fine except for two issues. First when exiting a highway it is impossible to safely reach the 25MPH as immediately as this app expects. There really should be a gradual decline in speed allowance. Also the app doesn’t allow for Siri use which is the same as if I were in a newer vehicle with Bluetooth. I am using hands free driving and getting penalized for asking Siri to skip a song or tell me the temperature. Also my kids grab my phone all the time for one reason or another so 75% of my distracted driving assignments are not me. I’d love to know if there’s a work around for that feature.

Terrible for insurance company. I have this app for my insurance company discount and it’s absolutely pointless. I barely drive my own car and I’m in a work vehicle not insured by my company but it records my driving habits all day that I need to go change all the time. I have to change the trip if my wife grabs my phone to use it while driving, change the trips when I’m golfing, and heaven forbid I drive during the day cause the time of day is a no no. I’m embarrassed I have to use this app to get a discount.

Waste of time. Its kills your battery on your phone way faster then normal. I have had this app almost a week and my phone dies about 5 hrs fast then normal. My kids play with my phone when in the car so putting passenger is the only thing to fix that. I’m not going to lose my discount just because my kids are on my phone when we are on the road. I think this app needs some updating and the one who created it needs to think about the fact that people have kids and they play on our phones.

Speeding needs a huge overhaul!!!!. The speed and is definitely messed up I have a lot of roads near my house that is 45–55mphAnd then coming off off rampsI am no tech guru but seems like y’all need to update your Maps a little better with though speed zones all across the US or whoever y’all cover everywhere I’m sure

🤬😤😤😤. I feel as if it should ask if you were driving before it just gives you a lot of points making the score go lower. Also it’s 2023 people give their kids the phone to play in the car. It’s dumb I have to remember to go back to change that I was only the passenger not the driver then. 😡😡😡😡😡

Inaccurate speed limits. There is a stretch of road that I travel sometimes 4 times per day & the posted speed limit is 30 but the app has identified it as 25 mph. I get tagged for speeding several times a day because of this inaccuracy. I don’t want my insurance rates to increase because I’m considered a frequent speeder. How can I get this changed? **UPDATE somehow another stretch of road that I travel on everyday now has a 45mph zone identified in the app as 25mph now (used to be correct but the app changed it recently). The score reported to my insurance company has me excessively speeding & there’s no way to change it! This app is going to affect my insurance rates!

Needs work. Every single time I get in any car this app thinks I’m the driver, I thought it was supposed to be able to sense whether it not you are actually the driver on its own but I have to switch it myself literally every time because it always thinks I’m driving. Don’t know what the app considers speeding either because the few times I have driven I some how speed everytime going only 5 over. App needs lots of work

Terrible!!!!. I have to use this for my insurance and the app doesn’t have correct speed limit information so it is often documenting me as “speeding” when I am not speeding based on the posted speed limit. This is terrible. Are the routely app people in cahoots with the insurance people to score our driving erroneously poorly so they can charge us more? This sounds like a case for investigative news reporters. Please fix the problem!!!

Inaccurate monitoring. The app tracks location very well. However, it doesn’t have the speed limits on most of the roads in my area the the right limits in some areas and has “dinged” me for speeding when I’m not. It has also affected my score for my insurance. The speed limits haven’t changed in the past almost 20 years that I’ve been driving. With current technology it should be able to be more accurate.

1st time user. So far I feel like this app isn’t really accurate. It recorded me speeding and I wasn’t. I was driving the speed limit of 65 on one highway which is the limit the highway suppose to be. Then on the other highway, the limit was 55 which I was driving. I’m utilizing this app for my insurance discount and I hope that it doesn’t interfere with my discount.

The App is Crap. This is the worst app I’ve ever seen for the purpose of tracking your driving. It constantly says that the speed limit is one thing when it is another. And I’m talking like pegging me for doing 70 in a 45 ON THE INTERSTATE where the speed limit is 70. It also flags me for sudden braking where I am driving along on cruise control. No braking at all, let alone sudden braking.

Frustrating flaws. I have to start with saying that I think most insurance companies will be moving in this direction. My biggest frustration is that it does not do a good job telling if I am a passenger or not. I constantly have to go into the app and make changes. It would be great if you could log in as a driver before a drive. Make it so you have to log a certain number of drives a month. The other really big one for me is that speeding. Not that I do speed, but there are a couple places on my drive that says the speed limit is 45, when I am still on the freeway and the speed limit is 60. The other is on the drive to my kids school that is 55 most of the way. Some place in the middle of that it says the speed limit drops to 35 and it does not. I’ll own it if I really am speeding, but it bugs me to do much that I’m getting dinged for something that isn’t true. I wish they had a place on their app to report issues like this. You know click on your event and report an issue. I would change it to a 4 star if that could happen. Update! Down to one star. So the off ramp counts as a 35 mph zone!!! Are we supposed to slow down while still on the freeway? That seems more dangerous than following the rules of the road. Isn't the point of an off ramp to gradually slow down. This needs to be fixed.

Worst app ever. Kills battery because it runs constantly in the background. You cannot only have locations on while using. You have to constantly have it on 24/7. Constantly tracks you EVERYWHERE. Also it gave me 4 events for being “distracted”. 2 of the times I received a text and didn’t even look at it. The other 2 times I was at red lights and was changing my music! I would not recommend all state, encompass, or any other insurance company that requires you to use this app

Speed limits are incorrect and app crashes. One of the roads I frequently travel on goes through a school zone and the speed limit on that road outside of school hours is 35 and it’s still logging me for speeding because the limit during school hours is 25, so it’s saying 25 even at 12:45 in the morning. Also with the new update, on iOS 16.1 it’s crashing before it even loads

Suggestion for new functionality. App is decent for what it’s supposed to do. Certainly help me be more cognizant about my driving habits. I would recommend adding a “report” function to the speed limit. I live in a new development area and the app still consider the speed limit for this zone to be 25mph but it’s actually 45mph. The fact that it mark me as speeding 21+mph on this road drive me nuts. If you can’t find a way to get the correct speed limit in real time, then add a function so that the end user can report it to you. Feel free to do vetting then as necessary. Also add a function for when another person uses the driver’s phone. My wife likes to use my phone to find songs on road trips so it keeps marking me as distracted driver.

Inaccurate. The app shows speeding when I am not and the distracting driving feature is extremely inaccurate and should not be a part of scoring for insurance companies. I will get distracted driving notifications if I get a text or call while my phone is in my purse untouched. Plus my kids are almost always playing on my phone or watching movies during drives.

Issues with crashing. I like this app because it’s helping me to keep discounts on my car insurance; however, whenever I try to scroll down on the score page to see any events, it closes out the app/crashes. Please fix!

Random Logged Events. There’s something wrong with the app. For some reason, it keeps logging events that aren’t even happening while I drive. I don’t understand what’s going on. It was working fine when I started using it.

Please ADD Option. Please add option that it wasn’t you using phone. My kids sit in front seat and constantly use my phone for music and shows I’m using it. Add option in trips to designate someone else using phone.

Event. My current score is 10 out of 10. However there are days that I drive and nothing is recorded. Today I got two events that are absolutely ridiculous. Distracted driving by using my phone behind the wheel. I never used my phone. It is never behind the wheel. The other event was Speeding. I do not speed. In fact, because I have this app , I intentionally use cruise control at the posted speed limit. I took this app on the advice of my agent in order to reduce my premium. I drive by all the rules of the road but somehow this app is not recording correctly. I also never do excessive breaking and this has been noted for my driving on one occasion.I would appreciate an explanation of these errors.

Speeding. So I’m a good driver. I don’t go over the posted speed limit and in fact I go 5 mph under the posted speed limit just so I have a safety gap. But most recent I went on the app and I have a Streak of 96. Great but then I click on my recent trip and then the app says I was speeding on the entire ride. Yet thankfully it didn’t clear out my streak bc this is a glitch in the app. Please fix this issue. Edit: so apparently the app has no clue of what the real posted speed limits are on my roads bc it’s telling me that the speed limits is 25 when the real posted speed limit is 45. I was traveling at a speed of 41. That was just one road speed issue and it’s got the speed limits wrong for other roads but I just wanted to point this out.

Flawed. Only got this for the discount. The app is flawed. Says you are speeding when you are not. One trip says the speed limit was 10 miles an hour and that I was going 25 miles an hour. The posted speed limit was 25. From what I’m reading in other reviews this has been an issue for awhile and they won’t fix it.

Terrible Application 0/10. Never download this application for you Insurance ! Always having to go and mark “Passenger” and even after doing so my score Is still Impacted. Tracks phone usage when someone calls my phone. Mainly work at night and grades for driving at times of the day ?? That Isn’t anyone’s control . Do not recommend this app to anyone. Inaccurate! I hate this app!. I only got this app for my insurance discount. But there is just so much wrong with this app and I hate it. First of all, there’s no way this uses updated maps within the last 5 years, or maybe even 10. It constantly tells me I’m speeding when I’m not. The highway I travel on every time I drive has a speed limit of 65 and has been that way for years. The app says the speed limit is 55. This is just one example because there are several other roads with inaccurate speed limits too so it shows you’re speeding when you’re not. The distracted driving feature is also crap. It doesn’t take into account that someone else may be using your phone, so you have to change your trip to passenger. I even get distracted driving when I get a text but don’t even touch my phone. Had my phone in my purse the other day and still got several distracted drivings just because texts, calls, emails or other notifications came through and I never touched my phone or even saw them. It tells me I’m distracted if I change my music at a red light, or when I use my phone to text when I’m in the drive thru waiting. And finally, battery power. The app claims it won’t hurt your battery, but that’s a lie. Since I’ve had this app, my phone dies about 5 hours faster than it did. All in all I’m not sure if it’s worth a discount, and it better not increase my rates with how horrible the app is.

Says I’m speeding when I’m not. I have noticed that the app says I should be doing 30 mph when the speed limit is actually 55 so then it says I’m going 25 miles over the speed limit. Yesterday I made sure to go the exact speed or less all the way home from work and it still says I was speeding. This needs to be updated.

Scam to make insurance more money. I've lived on same road for 20 years and speed limit has always been 55 mph, the app shows it as 35 mph. Anytime I'm in a 35 zone it shows me at 55 or above. It actually showed me doing 70 mph in the middle of a hair pin turn, if that were true I would've rolled my SUV. Living in a country area with open roads I use cruise control as much as possible to both save gas and keep an even speed. Just an app to bring in more money for the insurance companies linked to it is my honest opinion. I will no longer use it.

Please update your app. Overall, I think the app is easy and convenient to use. The only problem I have with it is that not only are speed limits incorrectly posted during most of my trips in this app so it thinks I’m always speeding, but also it adds like 10mph to my actual speed every time I get on the highway. I know for a fact I don’t speed during most of my trips because cruise control is my best friend and I always have it on. Especially when I’m on the highway. I would hate for this app flaw to raise my premiums in the future.

Do you really need it?. Does the app really need “background app refresh” turned on to work? I have it turned off for all my apps but for some reason I need it for this app? What could possibly be so important in this app to need refreshing in the background? I think I might just pay the extra $ and go with a different insurance company that isn’t so intrusive.

Not even opening. I’ve gotten this app for my Insurence purposes and it’s not even opening. I’m not understanding, but I am acknowledging these comments. Like wow well something has to budge and work… better yet needs to open and load.

Doesn’t work since latest update. This app worked fine until I installed the latest update. It hasn’t logged any trips since then. Frustrating because I’ll likely lose my good driver insurance discount now.

Fix it please?. This app has been down for weeks. Every time I open it it doesn’t even try to load. It just crashes. And I’ve switched phones and everything.

Decent.. The only issue is getting a bad review for driving at night. Some jobs require a person to travel at various times of the day.

App is only as good as the data. There are several roads by us that the app thinks the speed limit is lower than it is.

Inaccurate calculations. In the week that I've been using this application, it regularly clocks speed 20-30 mph over what I'm traveling and flags numerous sudden breaking events, even while traveling at cruise control at the speed limit.

Not worth it!!. Cannot say enough negative things about this app. Kills the battery on my iPhone faster than any app I’ve ever seen. Not worth the insurance discount.

Not good for Manual Transmission. Works great with automatics, but counts almost every shift change on the manual transmission as “sudden braking”…and no, it is not just my driving but my husbands as well.

Not very accurate. I travel a road to and from my home to my business several times a day. it is a rural road that is posted for 45 mph. I set my cruise control for 44 mph and I get dinged for speedy every time I have to travel that road. The app incorrectly shows the road to be a 25 mph. aggravating to say the least.

Not accurate. Shows events even with cruise control set. One instance said 98mph in 75 zone when cruise was set at 77mph. Also sets events for distracted driving when phone is in a dash mounted holster and phone rings even without answering or touching the phone.

Not that accurate especially for what they are doing. Found several inaccuracies. Entrance ramp from a 45 mph street to another showing to be 25 mph on app. Distracted driving shown while using “hands free)

App. It’s a good app I just can’t stand how when your merging off the freeway it’s says you are speeding knowingly you can’t go 25mph in the middle of the interstate or freeway

Mystery events. This app(use of which is required by my insurance company for a discount) continuously registers sudden braking events that never happened. Forget letting a passenger in your car using your phone, as you will be dinged for use while driving. FYI latest update. The intent may be there, but the poor coding is far from being ready.

Map Data. The map database needs an update. The maps “speed limits” do not always match some of the current posted speed limits. Apparently 25 MPH is the default speed if the system gets confused.

Time of day consideration is unfair. Some of us don’t have the enjoyment of having a day time job. I would have a perfect score if I didn’t get ding for “time of day” driving. I work swing shift so the app dings me 5 days of week driving to work.

Speed limits are wrong. I just downloaded this app 3 days ago and I’ve taken extra care that I wasn’t speeding and the only time I’ve ever hit my brakes hard is when some jackass pulls out in front of me. Meanwhile I’m tagged for speeding on roads that are 40 mph and this app says the speed limit is 25. I’ve looked on the app and there is nowhere to report this.

It’s good. I like this just wish it can be set up so it knows when you are using a headset or heads free Device

Distractions. The distractions is set up terribly. Even if you don’t look at your phone, it still logs an event if you get a text or notification. Totally not accurate in giving a drive score!

Needs improvement. For some reason my events are not showing up, so I can’t review to see if I was the driver or passenger. I liked the drivewise app better, seemed more accurate.

Speed limits wrong. I have driven the same way to work for 12 years so I know the speed limits. It is telling me I am going 41 in 25 mph zone. The speed limit is and always has been 40mph. If I were to go 25 I would probably get rear ended.

Turn off. How do u turn off this app

How does it know…?. My brother was driving and I was on my phone and it registered an “event”. I was driving and my gf was on my phone and it registered an “event”. How is that distracted driving on my part?

Not interested in sharing my health data. I’ll pay the extra in my car insurance

Not Accurate and Inconsistent. Reports hard barking results while in cruise control mode. Two phones report different events in the same drive. I don’t know how you could trust any of the information the app is reporting

Too many issues, so I “Other” daily. I’ve reported several issues via email along with dates, pics of the app, pics of speed limits, etc. Things were corrected in Dripping Springs, TX along Hwy 290, thank you for that. However, I recently purchased a travel trailer and new truck, both with their own safety features. Right now I pulling a lite 7300lb load across country, 10,100lbs max truck & trailer together. During this trip, while driving, I’m “othering” myself out because the app is simply failing. In Fort Davis, Texas, Marfa, Ft Stockton, Lobo, Van Horn, and all along 17, 118, 166, 505, 90, I-10, to El Paso the app shows me speeding along with distracted driving. First, the Ft Davis app speed limits are completely off. On the same stretch of road (118) every day, it showed me speeding. The limit is 55mph and curves are everywhere. I’m trodding along at 45mph, tops. The scenery is remarkable. Maybe the locals can hit 55, but not tourists. The crosswinds in this region are horrible so pulling something trying to hit the speed limit is dangerous. Not doable by me, anyway. On 1-10 the speed limit used to be 85mph several years ago but now it’s 80mph, I’m guessing because of insurance and apps topping at 80. When there is a 25mph crosswind, which there has been, along with notices of “gusty wind areas,” towing 7300lbs in a 2.7ltr turbocharged F150, that has its own onboard safety systems, how at 65mph can I possibly be speeding? I’m maybe getting to 70mph before the truck alerts me to slow down. As for distracted driving, CURT has a new wireless brake controller and the app stays open while driving. I’ve also got wireless TPMS on the tires, a wireless backup camera on the trailer… It’s not distracted driving when both the truck & CURT controller (via the app), and other wireless devices are doing there thing. I’ve also noticed more issues since I’ve gotten the new F150. It also seems incompatible with CarPlay. Not that I’ve had much reception other than Sirius XM, no cell service for days. I am weary of having to “other” myself out on nearly every trip, or pretend to be the passenger. Recalibration, addressing compatibility with other wireless devices is in order. There are some issues with the new truck and the app. I will continue to “other” myself out when this app fails, I’m not keen on paying more for insurance when it’s not my behavior but an algorithm struggling with other algorithms. On a side note. I love that airplane trips don’t count against me. And when water taxi trips don’t count. That’s hilarious to see. Cheers.

Needs work. My children use my phone in the back seat and I get a flag for distracted driving every time. Also you need to be updated on posted speed limits because I have been flagged for speeding in a 30 zone when the sign says 45. This is unfair.

Speeding. While driving in spots where speed is 30 or 35 miles an hour it says I’m speeding and supposed to be going 25

App not working on my iPhone 14Pro. I can’t find anywhere to report this problem.

A notification will dig you. This app is a joke and the only reason I have it is because my insurance gives a “discount” Most of the time my phone sits in the back seat in my bag and I still says driving distracted. If it sits in my cradle and I look at it wrong it digs me, and I never touched.

Draining and wrong. Your app keeps thinking I’m driving when I’m the passenger. It also drains my battery. My insurance company should find a developer that actually knows what they are doing.

Distracted?. The only thing I’m distracted by is get distracted driving warnings because my charging cable wasn’t plugged in all the way. 4 warnings in 4 miles when I never touched the phone. It should only ding if the phone opens.

Frozen. App is frozen on “enable motion and fitness screen”. I want to be able to use it to receive my auto insurance discount, but cannot until this is fixed

Drains Battery!!!. My phone is always charged but not since downloading this app!!! I had my phone charged for work woke up and it was completely dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does not work.. I have this app installed for more than 2 weeks, I keep it on, location services and all permissions enabled. The app gives no score at all.

Garbage app. I wrote a VERY thorough review about how this app illegally records your driving patterns intentionally incorrect to reduce any applicable discounts. I know this because it has reported that I have driven distracted. That is a physical impossibility, that phone cannot be reached while the vehicle is in operation. My original review also showed the diagnostic where we took the app apart to show where it’s designed to act exactly as I had described but of course, the ad vanished. I will say this, after showing the proof to the insurance company that sold me the policy, I was able to get a full refund PLUS interest. This app is a scam. There is no way around it.

Please ADD Option. Please add option that it wasn’t you using phone. My kids sit in front seat and constantly use my phone for music and shows I’m using it. Add option in trips to designate someone else using phone.

Sudden Brake??? All I did was stop at stop signs. This app is too sensitive about reducing speed. Not practical at all. All I did was stop at stop signs and your app shows like 17 sudden braking events. What do I do? Run stop signs? Or slow down at 1 mile per minute?

Terrible app. This app is absolutely ridiculous. It says I’m suddenly braking when I stop at a yellow light. I just drove home and didn’t touch my phone but it said I was using distractions while driving. Even when I go to the drive-thru and I’m stopped and try to pay with my phone it marks it as distracted driving. And I always have to go back in to switch rides to passenger. The app says it will learn my habits and do it automatically but it hasn’t smh. I’m convinced that the insurance companies use these apps to increase your premium because I’m a safe, defensive driver.

The map is not updated. After exiting the I-90 near Bellevue Washington the posted speed limit is 40 MPH since I moved here last July. But the app believes the speed limit is 30 MPH and marked me speeding. This misinformation is extremely unfair to the insured driver.

Incorrect speed limit. The speed limit on the road near my home is posted 30 mph and has been for the past 20 years, I get flagged for speeding at 36 mph. There no road works. Need to fix this

Really bad app. This app is just inconsistent. I have it in the background and when I’m driving and reach my destination it records it, but when I make another trip where I’m the passenger a few minutes later, it combines the two. It makes no sense because it’s two separate trip. There really need to fix this

App won’t work. I noticed I wasn’t getting any reports about my driving. So I went to the app an tapped on it the screen goes black and then goes back to my home page.

Distracted Driving. I am getting a bad score because when I am driving I am not using my phone and I randomly start seeing 8 distracted driving. How is this possible. This needs to be fixed asap.

Wrong Info. The app does not understand that a school zone is only in force on school days when children are present. The app keeps saying that I am speeding when I am not. Also it has several streets at 25 when they are actually 45. Not very accurate.
