I truly enjoyed my ServicePlanner it is not like the other apps that I find difficult to operate service planner is easy for me to maneuver and I get great joy it also keeps me up-to-date with my calls when I’ve been there and what was discussed I recently had a problem with my summary of placemats and the problem was immediately addressed by I Matt and will be Eliminated With the next update thank you IMatt

Just what I needed!. Switched over to this app and started using it this service year. I love the filters that allow me to organize my calls. That’s exactly what I was looking for!! Our territory here is large so the map and the filters allow me to organize and view my calls when I’m in certain locations. Also it keeps track of when to make my return visits and color codes them so no one gets forgotten! Love, love, love this app!! 😊 Thanks for the hard work!! Acts 20:24 ♥️

Can’t open it. I love this app for my RVs and keeping track of my activity, but today it won’t open. I get the blue screen but nothing comes up. I’ve rebooted my iPad, but nothing. Any ideas?

Love This App. Every thing is working great. I really enjoy using Service Planner. I have the opportunity to play videos and put pictures of literature I have placed. GREAT APP. ONE SMAII THINGS THE APP HAS A RED 1, ON IT THAT WANT GO A WAY. WHY?

For instance, it's helpful to know which videos have been shared with a return visit / Bible student, just for my personal records and so I know what the student is working on...

Best App for Service. I had been wanting to have an app for service and had downloaded one but it was hard for me to get into, so I never used it. When a tablet group recommended this I thought if Matt did this it had to be fantastic. I did not see where tutorials were at so played it by ear and figured most of it out. When I ran into a problem I emailed Matt and ( I think he sits by his puter as much as I do) he showed me the website and fixed the problem with this last update. If you don't have The Equipd Bible app by Matt you are truly missing out. Linda B

Really great field service app. This continues to be my favorite field service app. It really serves me well as a pioneer, keeping track of my return visits and reminding me when I'm due to make them. I continue to find new things I can do with the app. Well worth the investment. The only thing lacking for me is a way to manually add territories so I can keep track of them in the app as well.

Best Field Service App. This app is very well thought out and polished. Especially good for planning out your activities daily, weekly, monthly yearly. Keeps track of partners you may want to work with and integrates with your calendar. I also love the reminder notifications for calls and studies. Many, many more features to help you ”fully accomplish your ministry” and well worth the price!1

Extremely well designed ministry tool. This is one of the best tools that I have tried for use in the ministry. Intuitive and easy to use. It is clear that tremendous amount of time was spent developing and improving this. Keep up the good work!

Next visit. I really enjoy this app for my ministry. Some key features I use: -Ability to record "Next Visit" while recording what just happened on this visit. Works SOOO good to put linking question etc in this box. Shows up on top of the 'Visits' tab. -Calendar. As a pioneer I like to see how the month is going. If I change a service day to do something or help someone its nice to see how this affects my goal of hours for the month and the year. -Add notes to any day on the calendar. I use this a lot as I like to try and remember who I worked with out in the ministry or maybe why I missed a certain normally day in my schedule. So many other things as well. Thank you for your hard work and regular updates and improvements!!!

Love it. Ive tried a handful of service apps but this one is BY FAR the best. It covers nearly all bases. If you use territory helper this the the app for you! Keeps your notes very well organized, you can literally label and note every single household/ call. The only issue i have is i cannot generate a summary email for one of my calls which has a ton of notes and id like to share with someone. Other than that, no issues, only a few additions could be made at this point, its a nearly perfect app. Great work

Simple and easy to use. I love this app. It makes recording time and info for call quick and easy. I also love the ability to be able to send all the call information to others from the app via email. I recently participated in a campaign and was able to give all my notes to the local publishers without any problem. Thanks for the great work.

Won’t Open. I have learned how to organize in a way I Likeke. I went online to check out the Territory Helper. When I went back to my Service Planner it now will not open. What can I do?

Very useful.. Great app! The map section which shows you your closest return visit to your location is in valuable. What would be nice, is the ability to select the right address from a drop down menu or something, when using the pin point location for the address you need when you’re entering an address for the first time for a return visit.

Great service app. This app is one of the best on iOS fulfill service tracking. It does everything you will need to do. The only thing I would like to see is integration with NW publisher so we can send reports right in

Great App. Great App. I am a user that goes all the way back to Service planner for windows mobile. I loved it then and love it now. Thanks much for you labor of love.

Love for the most part. The app keeps crashing. Especially when I try to turn in my time. I just started using this app to try and integrate with territory helper. It works well but I really wish there was an easy way to mark a unit as completed or as without having to change its status or whatever I just want to be able to say it’s been visited I don’t have to go back. The options available seem useful for the territory servant or future publishers but it’s not super user friendly when you are actually working the territory. Am I missing something? Love how the hours planning works, it really helps me see where I’m at in the month/year and stay on track! Developer contacted me to explain issues

Just one thing....... I would really like to see my LDC time and my field service time separated. I know there is an "other time" option but when it totals it isnt separate and it can get confusing.

Best App!. I am 63, new things do not always come easy at this age. I decided to try a new way of keeping service hours, I am absolutely delighted with this app and the ease at which it took to learn how to use it. Thank You very much!

Love ease of the app!!!. Im gonna start with the only problem I have but it’s not enough not to make me promote and use the app- lately it’s been crashing. I have had the territory helper for over a year now. I don’t know if I have to many notes or what but at times I have to open the app at least 3 times before it allows me to open. Sync is kinda of a pain at time too cause it takes a bit to synchronize with iPad. Not that big of a deal. All other features are awesome. I’m really enjoying this app. To have everything in one place and super handy. Been connected to territory helper is the best. My favorite thing is notes and planner. I can see how many hours I need and see what I did for each day. Keep up the good work!! Thanks for an awesome place to keep service organized!

Best service app out there. I love this app! Especially the map where you can pin calls and the service time planner/ calendar are better designed than in any of the other apps I’ve tried so far. One request to the developer would be to let the user create call types for the profile - we work a lot of refugee homes for example and none of the types applies to that kind of call so more control in that are would be nice. Great app though!

Love the app. Totally worth it! Has really helped with keeping track of my return visits, placements and hours! Only one suggestion, would love to be able to change the color of the pins on the return visit map. For example, green for calls I just went to, yellow for two weeks and red for a month. Love how much the developer updates the app and would love to see this feature included :)

All in one place. I love the features of this app. I used to keep an annual plan in a spreadsheet for my time. This has a monthly/annual planner built in, awesome, fast and easy. I like that I can see placements via the pics of the literature. That I can add videos temporarily to the home screen for Calls that day, and then remove them later. How the summaries are just what is needed. The planned call feature is something I had to manually do before this app, now so easy and keeps Calls in priority. Glad it is here for the new service year! Worth the price, far more.

iMatt Does It Again. What an excellent tool. Some of the features I appreciate are: •One can download publications into the app and, when recording a visit, select the one you used or placed with a person. (No need to type it in manually.) •You can choose to view your calls as a list, or in map format. •Reminders appear when it is time to visit, and the frequency can be adjusted. •You can even record an attempted visit who was not home with a mere touch of a button, which helps you analyze what might be better times to call. There are many more features that I have yet to explore, but given the reputation of iMatt Solutions, I am confident that I have finally found a service app that I will not discard.

The days of 2 apps to do one thing are over.... The days of 2 apps to do one thing are over... I have used 2 apps to manage all of my my field service activities. There has not been a one app with all the features I was looking for until this one. There is still some tweaking needed but the developer is very responsive so at this point I am very satisfied with what had been done.

Great app. As soon as I could change my thinking about how to keep track of calls this app worked. I love the ability to checkout territories from territory helper. Needs to be able to track not at homes with territory helper and would be perfect app!

Very useful app. I have used a number of apps for tracking my ministry, but this one is the best of them all. It is solid, has all the features I need, and is easy to use. Highly recommended!

Just what I needed. I’ve had this app for awhile and only used it to record time. Now that I’m pioneering I’m taking advantage of a lot more features. This has been invaluable in keeping me on track. I can immediately see what adjustments I need to make and then easily do so. Plus being able to group my RVs by neighborhood saves me from driving back and forth… I can easily see everyone I need to visit in one particular area. Thanks to the developer for the practicality of the app.

Well designed. Very well designed. Feature rich. A bit too complicated for me to figure out-I had trouble finding where to actually add my hours. Note for Matt: thanks for the response, that helped a lot having it pointed out! I just needed to poke around a bit more

Great, but ..... I finally got this app because it allows me to do what I need to in a Field Service app. However, it will not let me go to the next visit. I try to update my notes, I hit the word done, and nothing. If this is not fixed shortly, I’m going to have to find another app.

Great service app. I have been so pleased with this app right from the start and it continues to get better with each update. I love Equipd and know that this app will prove to be the best app for service.

5 stars!. Great app, well worth the $4 price. I downloaded it primarily to use it to plan my hours for pioneer service, and it works well for projecting future hours as well as tracking your current hours. I didn’t think I would utilize the Return Visit Contacts feature after not liking it in other apps, but it works quite well here.

Compatible with Hourglass. If your congregation uses hourglass to report time, this is compatible! It sends everything you’ve documented for the month straight into hourglass. My favorite feature is the scheduler. You can input your goal and set a service schedule for each day of the week and then apply it to each month. This app has really made me keeping track of my ministry seamless. Thank you so much for this!!

I love this app. I’ve been using and referring this app to many friends. It helps me to get organized and track my progress. The color coding of the notes is an added bonus! The only thing I wish this app had was the synchronization between devices.

Really can’t say enough good things about this app!. Only thing, it’s rather annoying to have to manually enter all publications... would be nice if a default list existed that could just be edited to add the info from the society though

Just awesome and productive. One of the best app for the ministry that helps publishers to accurately input time, publication and calls. But also helps us to build our personal library to highlight materials to use in the ministry. Takes out the task of having papers and other apps to do the same task. My Favorite Service App. I love this app! Out of the few I’ve used, this has been the best. One thing I do miss is having a widget to start my time. I know we can hold the app and start it there but it always opens the app when I do that, so a widget might be better to start and stop the time from there. Thank you for making this!

Detailed app. Just started using this app but can already tell it’s going to do so much more than the other service apps I’ve tried. Tech Support has been quick. For us older ones it might be good to have a more explanatory tutorial. But 👍 so far.

Lost my calls. Hi I really love service planner. I have been using it for some time now and its a 10/10 for me. Very nice awesome. But yesterday I updated it. And Today when I’m out to see a call , all of my calls are gone. What can I do to restore it. I cant find a restore feature. Please help. Thanks.

Suggestions utiles pour compléter cette merveilleuse application. C’est un excellent outil pour le ministère assez complet. J’aurais donné 5/5 s’il y avait quelque part dans les visites, de la place pour noter par exemple pour les premières rencontres (description de la personne, sa situation, l’environnement, les sujets traités) pour les études (les progrès, les chapitres abordés, les difficultés de l’étudiant, les points à accentuer, les pages début et fin des publications étudiées etc). Un espace pour prendre des notes âge divers endroits rendrait cette application très utile et indispensable. Un autre aspect à ne pas négliger concerne les pionniers qui peuvent utiliser leurs heures comme volontaires (LDC) et les autres formes de témoignages (public, téléphone), ce qui n’a pas été pris en compte et c’est eux qui auront une utilisation plus intense de cette application. Un dernier point touche les cartes: il faudrait donner la possibilité d’utiliser Google maps et non exclusivement Apple plans.

A lot of work.... Every single publication that you want to say you placed had to be inputted.... I would assume that by paying $6.99 that would have already been done for me... it’s a little misleading in the pictures because it looks like they are already done for you... this app has lots of potential but I’m frustrated sorry....

The best Field Ministry app on the App Store. Great app! You have done a tremendous job in keeping the app feature-packed and intuitive at the same time. It is now easier for me to keep track of all my ministry information when compared to the app that I was using before. I have a few feature requests for future iterations. Hopefully they are not too hard to implement 😉: - Adding the ability to move / change position of videos and publications in “Today Screen” - Marking videos with an icon when they have been downloaded. - Playing downloaded videos right away when tapping on the Play button instead of asking which resolution to play. If multiple resolutions have been downloaded, play the highest one. Thank you for all your hard work.

What about the Apple Pencil?. Your new app is fine, but would you in the future be adding Apple Pencil support? If so that would be great!! Since many of us prefer to write rather than type! You are right about the stars though, your app does perform in the way it should! But I am still hoping for Pencil support soon, and I am sure that I am not alone, when it comes to apps these days!! Such a great App. So far so good! Coming from MyTime this app has a lot of the features that MyTime was lacking although MyTime was a great app. The developer is super responsive. My favourite feature is the ability to plan my month and track my progress right in the app. This feature is exactly what I was looking for!

Feature Rich and Well Designed. I’ve been recording my field service records on my phone for years but this app is the best I’ve come across. Lots of features and integrates with everything else I use perfectly. The tech support is second to none, I’ve received detailed answers to all my questions right away.

LOVE this app!!!. I love everything about this app. Wow! But top is I don’t want to SO focused on time, rather people. I love that I can just glance at the month and know where I’m at, depending on how much red there is, and make adjustment in seconds for unforeseen pop ups. Amazing!

Almost perfect. I bought this app for a couple of reasons. 1) Its integration with Territory Helper. 2) Its promise on the How To web page that recording NH’s will be an upcoming feature. When that feature gets implemented it will be the perfect app, and my review will get updated to a full 5 stars.

Best IOS Ministry App!. I’ve been struggling to find an app that I like since having to stop using my previous one. This is by far the best app available for IOS. I’m hoping that a few more features could be added soon and it would be even better. I’d love to see it updated so that I can turn off tracking of publications/videos etc or turn it on for personal use. And I’d love to have the option of seeing my calendar view in the Home Screen instead of another tab. This app has so many features that are customizable and I love that. The mapping of RVs is also spot on. Definitely recommend!

Best service app hands down!. I tried three other service apps (which shall remain unnamed) in the last ten years and they all had interesting features but always lacked in some way. Then came service planner! It has all the intelligent features and gets five stars on its initial launch! I love the fact that the activity page allows me to see what I've done daily on a monthly calendar instead of a scrolling list - so interactive. Auto-Dropbox sync works flawlessly and allows me to add data on my pad without having to squint on my phone. Great job! Thanks!

This app blows away all else available!. To all who loved Equipd, and remember how great of an app it was previous to JW Lib, this is the beginning of a great service report app. Agree with the previous commenter on how great this app is. It does take a little while to get populated with all the publications and videos as each one is done individually. I have spent the better part of a day adding literature: books, brochures, magazines, tracts, and videos. Not to mention moving over all of my return visits from another app. Once all that is done it gets much easier to understand and use but set up does take awhile. Setting it up yourself does help with getting the lay of the app and how to use it going forward. Can't wait to see what is in store with future versions of the app. It has crashed a few times on me as this is version 1.0 but no doubt the bugs will be worked out in time. Thanks Matt. This has been long overdue on iOS!

Highly efficient and easy to use. I abandoned my android field service program for this app that I use on my iPad. I am looking forward to future upgrades with this program, it has fantastic potential I would highly recommend it to anyone. One of the features I love best is that you can schedule your service time on a monthly basis and at a glance you can see if you’re on track to meet your goals for the month. I also highly appreciate the functionality in tracking and mapping return visits.

Fantastic for field service. Great for busy people that appreciate planning and organization for their personal field ministry. Dropbox sync works good for iPad to iPhone, although the data doesn’t refresh if both apps are open at the same time, so I have to close one and then re-open to see the changes from the other device. Would love iCloud Drive, but understand from the developer Dropbox is the only option for now. 7/17/23 - Review Update Still loving this app. When my RV is NH I love that it automatically carries over my notes for that visit to the next! I appreciate the activity planning for meeting my personal ministry goals and I’ve become a bit of an evangelist for the app with the other publishers in my congregation. If I make changes on my phone and then go to my iPad, I do still need to close and re-launch the app to see the latest data. Not expected, but a working solution that as long as I’m aware of is fine. I would LOVE to see the ability to run ServicePlanner on my 15” MacBook Air M2.

Finally!! Thank You!!. Let me echo the sentiments of the last reviewer. Finally!! What a wonderful App! It is worth every penny!! Seriously, I was just about to purchase an android device in order to use ministry assistant because of the lack of good service apps on the Apple Store. I happened to stumble across this last night and decided to give it a shot. I am so elated over an app that is finally set up with return visits in mind - The app is beautifully laid out, moving through the app is intuitive and easy to use. What a nice job!!!! The only thing that I would add, is a way of keeping up with not at homes and working territories. But, I'm so happy with this app - that is just a quibble. Again, what a wonderful app.

Cannot link territory helper. When I heard about this app I thought it was amazing but when I downloaded it and tried to import my territory from territory helper, as I logged in it kicked me out. I tried to do it multiple times but I’m not able to import my territory at all.

Map malfunctioning. What happened? I used to navigate to my RV right from the app, but now it no longer works.

Best Ministry app for Apple devices. When I had an Android phone, the best app for the Ministry was Ministry Assistant. Though different, this app matches closely the excellent features Ministry Assistant has for making notes on Return Visits, having reminders and schedules set up for each RV, and for tracking your service time. It was worth the payment. May this great app by fellow Witnesses continue to help those of us who use it to fully accomplish our ministry, for the sake of Jehovah’s great name and praise.

Dropbox sync!. I used the Mobile Windows versions years ago on a number of iPaqs. Delighted to see it for iOS. Dropbox sync is awesome. I have used a number of different apps in iOS but often have issues with losing data. Mostly by copying a backup the wrong way. Or having made charges on two different devices. As a result I often find myself using built in iOS apps in a hamfisted attempt to have backed up and synced data. Looking forward to copying over all my existing calls into one place. Awesome. Coming from android, I was having a difficult time finding something to measure up to Ministry Assistant. This app does it for the most part. The only thing missing is to be able to upload territories from Territory Assistant. Otherwise, it is very easy to use, love the choice of colors for visit types as well as length of time, and the ability to separate calls by neighborhoods is fantastic! Keep up the awesome work!

Territory. Please add a space where you can enter territory houses and stuff

What I've been hoping for!. Everything I've been waiting for in a service app and more is here with more goodies to come. So easy to auto add an address on the spot. Love the map and pin feature to find nearby calls and that easily takes me to directions if I need it. Love seeing so easily with pictures all the placements I've left with a call. I could go on and on with all the things I love about! I second the person who said just get it already.

Best iOS field service application. Moving to iOS it was hard to find a good replacement application that was similar to what I was used to on the android system. This app fits the bill. Well worth the initial cost. I highly recommend to all.

Where would we be today without it?. Thank you brothers for your forward thinking. In 2018, after getting approval from our body of elders, I built and manage our digital maps for our congregation using TerritoryHelper.com. We have 12,000 locations. We have about 99% usage with our group. Not as many using the ServicePlanner app. I also use Service Planner even during the pandemic to track RVs and contacts. None.me. This is the best service app I have found. Has taken a little getting used too, but I find that most of the time I’m just over thinking it and it turns out to be simpler than I imagine. It’s great. I have tried several others. Thank you so much.

Would be five stars not customizable. Cant make anything custom idk how much time that take for a developer to add but c’mon man this isn’t for anyone BUT witnesses which is cool but thought I would be able to utilize epic fail emailed developer for a update on custom inputs

Excellent Cust support. My only complaint is there’s no android version. My friends mostly have android phones but they love the app when I show it off to them. I love the backup feature.

App will not open. I was really enjoying this app but it is not opening ,and it’s been about 3 days.All my info is in there and I cannot retrieve it. I have reset my iPad several times as a YouTube video said to do but nothing is happening.PLEASE HELP!

Video links aren’t working. Great app. Only thing that doesn’t work is using video links to add to your library. Recently the URLs were changed on jw.org so the new links don’t work.

Best iOS app for the ministry!. When I used Android, there was a fantastic service app available that was not available for iOS. This one has a lot of the same quality and functionality of the Android app, much better than the iOS app I'd been using. Great job!
