Is Not Centered. Trying to teach my toddler to write thier name in Thai app is awful! The name Traceables are NOT in the middle of the screen. It cuts old half of the letter or more than half of the letter! My child is trying to only trace half the letter, in turn teaching her to write INCORRECTLY. I’m very disappointed in abc mouse for this type of mistake in “teaching” to write! It really needs to be fixed!

App isn’t centered. I can’t get this app to work and it’s the one we want to use the most. It’s not centered!

Won’t allow you past the first page. The screen doesn’t fit my phone or tablet and won’t let you slide over to fill out the information and use the app.

Why tho. You HAVE to sign in for this app. I mean what if your kid just got the app and you don’t know! EHHHHHHH FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

It’s just a blank page. I just signed up for abcmouse and tried to use the traceable program but it’s just a blank page. I have an iPhone 13 Pro

Does not work. I have iPhone XR and this app does not work!! My daughter loves to trace her letters but gets very frustrated because this app has not work correctly since we downloaded. Since we are playing for these apps this tall needs to be corrected!!

App force closing on iPhone XS Max. App force closing on my phone. I have re-downloaded the app but it still doesn’t work.

Having trouble. When my child was tracing cursive words the app would get stuck and not allow him to go to the next word. Do you know why? The app is good but having trouble with it.

Good but nonsense. I am trying to write the “family” Chinese letter and I’m doing it the right way but the colors change for no reason. Nice app though!

I love the game. This is the best game!

Does not work. This app out of all the bundle, doesn’t work. It opens up to a white page and doesn’t do anything else.

Terrible. The app won’t even upload it’s stuck on the screen asking for childs information and it’s on a piece of my phone screen so I can’t press anything.

The bundle of apps not all working. The app is not in the middle of the screen! All other abc mouse are but this particular in the bundle that I really need and the reason I our shared the app is not working properly! Might have to discontinue before I’m charged. Very sad, I was super excited for my daughter to try this app.

Please make it where we can play this list of games free. Munch a bunch dinosaur chomp and squawk block it would be very much appreciated I love those three games and my mom never let’s me play games with subscriptions
