Awful. Awful! Tried to contact them TEN times and no one ever gets back to me

Frustrating. App never remembers my user name and then doesn’t seem to remember my password. I then have to use Forgot My Password and when it texts me a code it doesn’t recognize that either! Takes several attempts just to get into my account and then it isn’t very clear about what it’s telling you. Will not renew.

Basic to begin with, unusable after update. The app was nothing special to start with, but now it won’t even allow me to login. I am wondering what I am even paying for that I can’t get elsewhere. AllState doesn’t even work to remove personal information from people finder websites and such (which have no business even existing, all they do is sell people’s personal information without their consent, they profit off harassment and ID theft).

App Doesn’t Work. On iOS 16.1, I login enter two factor authentication code, a progress wheel appears on a blank white screen, and that it it. The app never transitions out of that state.

Crap app!. The app is pretty much worthless! Can’t add extra email addresses to be monitored. Everytime I try to add family I get an error message that something went wrong, try again later. Also what do you do with the limited info that you have a breach!? Really? There should be some thing beyond requesting to have the company delete your data. Which BTW doesn’t work 75% of the time.

Not even an app, just a web browser. I don’t understand how this ever passed any quality check. The app just shows a web version of the identity protection. Does not remember your login, does not have any features. This is less than an MVP

This app is a joke. Glitchy, can’t remove what its found in you, no way to cancel subscription. No way to add gmail account as it will have a loading screen forever. Can’t add more than 1 email. While other, cheaper options can find 70 website on you and will let you remove it, this will find 8, glitch, crash, and you won’t be able to cancel your subscription

Allstate. Errors logging in. This app used to work. It no longer lets you log into the app. Terrible app.

Not much of an app. This app is basically the same as the browser version.

Out of date. This app asks if I want to use TouchID on my iPhone12. No support for FaceID.

Allstate IP app. This is the worst app I have every used! It never works, you may want to start by getting rid of the Touch ID? Not sure that’s around anymore. You can’t login every. I have changed my PW 5 times and talked to your call center. The browser works fine so it’s not user error!

Good service but poor app. The service provides good monitoring but the app doesn’t work well. The Face ID stopped working recently and you can’t add a gmail account. I spent an hour on the phone with support and we couldn’t get a gmail account added. The app needs some work.

What happened. Have used the app for a couple years and not had issues. Now the app logs in, sends a code, and spins in circles. I was on IOS 15.7, so I upgraded to 16.3, redownloaded the app, but it still occurs. It’s been happening for a couple months now. “Come on man!”

Doesn’t remember my login. Everytime when I launch the app I need to put the credentials and again the OTP sent on the mobile. Why this app can’t remember the login??

Allstate Identity Protection. Under dark web monitoring I wish there was a feature that said the monitoring was active. Also I hope that there will be more dark web monitoring categories other than having to click “other” to monitor other info that isn’t offered under the main categories.

Can’t login on app after latest update. After the latest app update, I can’t login to my account from the iOS app. After entering my credentials and entering the passcode sent by text message, I always get “Sorry, we are unable to access your account” screen. I can login to my account from my laptop web browser, so this appears to be a bug in the app.

Useless. Tried to opt out of marketing, enter my details on each and the form goes nowhere. So what is the point? Many things didn’t work. Your request could not be completed. If you would like to make your Opt-In or Opt-Out request via our automated phone system, please call…

Junk. Makes you think twice paying for their services. Anyone thinking about using, maybe look else where.

Needs to be more functional. As a basic information platform, this app works ok but would be much better if you could perform monitoring functions. For example, the LifeLock app, which is where I have transferred from, sends alerts/notifications from the app, with a link back to the alert that you can then respond to. This allows someone to manage their alerts on the fly instead of having to log into the web account to do the same thing.

App does not load unless on vpn. Nothing loads in the app unless connected to vpn. Same for the website. A plain white screen is displayed with no feedback or indication of app activity. The app could include a disclaimer or more information about why it could not connect to the servers. Deeper iOS integration, like notifications and FaceID, are desirable. The app looks good. Interface is intuitive. Similar to the website. Lots of potential once the bugs get cleaned up and the company’s service offering continues to mature.

Useless. Such a useless app when everything you do just opens a browser. Can’t believe I’m paying for this service.

Terrible.. Get plenty of alerts of some type of usage with our SSNs and when I got to the app or their website to see more information it says “something went wrong” EVERY SINGLE TIME! Completely useless and this has been going on for many months that I have had this service through work. Absolute crap I do NOT recommend.

Why this app does not save user credentials?. Every time I open the App I need to enter my credentials… why don’t add the option to save it and login with Face-id?

Not impressed (previous LifLoc member). Giving this a try because my employer provided such a good deal. During the set up process it told me it wouldn’t monitor my 13yr old credit because she shouldn’t have any. I know that but how will I be alerted if anyone is attempting to use her credit fraudulently before she can DUH The low balance alert won’t go below $500. Well sorry I’m not blessed to keep $500 in ALL of my accounts regularly. Thanks for reminding me. The email alerts unlike LifeLoc do NOT have a link to the website in order to address the alert quickly. If they weren’t ready to put some real thought into this, what was the point

Refresh long overdue. So much potential...please update this tired app.

Won’t even open. This app is truly awful. It won’t even open. I signed up through my employers benefits and now I’m stuck with a non-working app. Shameful.

Doesn’t Work. I don’t know what happened with this app, but it just spins and spins after I login. Used to work great. I tried deleting and re-downloading, but it didn’t fix the issue.

Never Loads. I can never get this app to load. Doesn’t matter what I try. Was bad enough it was a website reskinned as an “app”, now this. If this wasn’t payed for by my employer, I wouldn’t use this service in a million years.

Not maintained. It’s just an embedded iframe viewer. Don’t bother downloading, log into the website instead.
