Challenging fun!. This app is wonderful! My two boys, ages 5 and 3, are absolutely in love with this. They will sometimes work together and other times try to figure it out on their own. Definitely helps with not only basic coding concepts, but directionality and logical sequencing. When my oldest son plays this he says he is programming like his grandfather, who is an Electrical engineer!!

Save money and time. Can’t seem to access the game after submitting my email information. Only given math problems and not for older children

Fun game for younger kids. My 4 year old loves this game! My only gripe is that we can’t figure out how to clean her favorite car (he one with wings). She used her coins to buy it, and it was already muddy. And it remains muddy. It’s a silly thing but for a preschooler it’s a catastrophe. The actual game is great, though.

Bad. You download the app. right after you can only play 6 levels. Then you have to buy the rest of the levels.

Ok!!. My 5 year old loves it but he can’t figure out how to get to level ten! Ha😁! But he loves coding in his school and we love the app!👍

This is a great intro to coding for kids.. We’ve been searching for learning games that will help kids learn to code. It is fun and playable, and our 4 year old dove right in. It’s been helping him learn up, down, left, right. How to apply multiple directions in a sequence to roam on the track to the finish line. This is great early expose to coding, or you know another language at a young age!

Buggy. This game was so difficult to buy first of all. My kids begged for me to get it after the free levels were beat so I got it with frustrating difficulty. I just did an ipad update and EVERYTHING my kids had gotten is GONE. Coins, cars, levels, everything. And now the coins don’t even collect either.

My son really loves it!. my son loves this game because it's helping him to learn math. He really likes it. And he likes it because it codes and it's really challenging and fun

Great concept, lousy settings. If you only want to play on one device, this may be fine. I wanted it on my phone and iPad which is where the problem comes in. On my phone I downloaded it, paid the full unlock and created an account. It automatically downloaded onto my iPad (same account) but didn’t unlock on my iPad, even though I signed into my Edoki account. I let my son play the intro on the iPad, but those levels didn’t apply to the iPhone. It’s absolutely inane that even signed into their program, using the same apple account, you can’t switch between devices!! Forget about even attempting family share with it. Beyond irritated with this company.

Like the app but.... 1) I bought the full version by paying, and in App Store it shows it was purchased. But when I open the app it is still the basic free version. Also, app also asks my family member to purchase the full version. We family share purchases and we usually don’t have to. 2) now the trophy points doesn’t accumulate: the number is stuck at 5 and never goes up. Hope these issues get resolved quickly I would like to give another review with five starts when it is resolved

Very buggy. This app works fine on one of our iPads. On our iPad mini the car will never even complete the first screen. It just pauses and you have to exit the screen. Compatibility issues should be fixed or refunds given.

Purchased full app still doesn’t work.. I bought the game for my son and it worked fine at first. Now the app is stuck asking me to purchase and won’t let us go any further after we already purchased the full version.

Nice coding game!. I just started the game and I love it, the way you can have multiple kids, and well, everything! I don’t have the full-game-money-thing but it’s just as fun without it.

BORING 👎😕. This game is dumb! It doesn’t teach kids anything it just tells you what direction to go.So what is the game teaching you huh nothing

Abandoned game. The game is broken. When you finish the first ten free levels, you are greeted with a bonus level which is simply a race that you cannot exit. This is where it’s broken. The back button does not work at all and all it does when you press it is it resets the race course. The developers seemed to have abandoned this app and refuse to fix it. I won’t pay for an app that is broken and hasn’t been touched for 3 years. Sorry.

Garbage. You smell like you farted cause you are fart

Silent mode broke again. Tried this after not using it for a while. Silent mode was fixed earlier on, but now it has regressed and is inconsistent. Wouldn’t recommend this developer in general.

Too slow and paying for Full game is bad.. It’s too slow and you should be able to skip the part where you learn for the people who already know it binary is. And also pain to be able to continue the game is bad it’s too slow and have to pay and once I reach that page I immediately sent this review. You should be able to change the sound of the computer.

Awesome for kids. It helps to build the logic of my little boy 4 old and he is doing well with that .

One Star Unless / Until I Hear Back from Developer. As many others in the review section have pointed out, there is a serious problem with the in-app purchase of the full version of this game. We’re still waiting on the content to unlock (do we have to wait for something else? Most in-app purchases are instant) and we’re completely unable to create an account. When I go to the parent section to create an account, it asks for a password (I don’t have one—I don’t have an account).

Not enough levels. The game is great. My daughter really enjoys it. Unfortunately, she’s already finished. Would like to see more levels added. Thank you!

Great game, could be a little better. My child loves solving the driving puzzles in this game. She does have a few criticisms: the car is always muddy and the winning photo always shows a red car winning even though her car is blue and looks like a rocket. Also I’m unsure if I should have gotten this app or the app with the same name that says school edition. Still overall very happy!

Great concept. I’ve been looking for an app to teach coding for a long time. Code karts doesn’t quite do the job but it’s a great introduction for really young children. I’m impressed by the concept, well done!

ONE OF THE BEST CODING FOR KIDS APPS THAT I HAVE USED IN 30+ YEARS. I have tutored educational apps to children ages 2-12 over the past 30+ years. This is one of the best apps that I have ever tried. I tried this app out on my school aged students. When I asked how they liked it, one or two thumbs up, one student replied, “Twenty fingers! I LOVED it!” Thank you for creating such a user-friendly and engaging app!👍🏻

Great app, great customer service. Bought this for my two pre-kindergartners. Both loved the game. It’s fun (they love race cars!) and they love the challenge. I really like the intro to coding practices. 5 stars there. When the fighting broke out between them about who got to play the game, we went to use family sharing to add it to another device so they could each have their own. We ran into the same issues reported here about the in-app purchase not applying in family sharing. We emailed the company using the help feature in the app, and after trying to troubleshoot the problem, they quickly sent out a code to restore the purchase across the family connected accounts. Great customer service, 5 stars there too. If you’re experiencing this problem too, try “buying” the app on the second account instead of downloading it through family sharing, set up an account through the app and then log into both apps with the same account, and see if that resolves the issue. Side note: Personally, I think the problem is with known Apple bugs that cause problems with sharing in-app purchases that unlock game features like this. Not all in-app purchases are the same. I hope Apple finally fixes this soon!

Frustrating race crashes. The levels have a really slow interactive build on past skills, but the interstitial race (ie level 10), my son’s car now crashes on corners. It would seem nicer if the game would tell us WHY. This is not when putting tiles to direct the car, this is when you’re tapping the screen to win the race, punishing my son without a hint as to how to succeed. Seems pretty cruel.
