It’s been a long journey. *Disclaimer* I’m really doing this to get the free unlimited version. But personally ever since I had a cell phone as a young kid, I’ve given in to the viewing of pornography. It’s a very deep rooted habit that has been apart of me for a very long time. Now being 22 I don’t struggle as badly as I use to but I still have occasional relapses. I personally don't feel comfortable with anyone to open up about this habit except God himself. I’m using this app to block these websites but really as a person you have to do more than that. You have to really see and convince yourself of the badness in pornography and come to hate it. That is what I am trying to do currently. Every time I feel the urge I know that I’m going to mentally feel terrible. Still I don’t know why I continue to debase my mind. “Hate what is bad, and love what is good, Let justice prevail in the city gate”-Amos 5:15. “Or do you not know that unrighteous people will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Do not be misled. Those who are…sexually immoral, will not inherit Gods Kingdom”- 1 Corinthians 6:9.

For the premium. Since I’ve started watching porn I would just watch it whenever I was bored or had nothing to do but now is my time to quit I’m a freshman in high school and started in 6th grade it has changed my perspective of females and just the world in general it doesn’t make me feel good anymore and makes me feel horrible now is my time to stop hopefully this all helps but we’ll see it’s just a time waster and way to kill time I need to stop because it’s not healthy any more. A great resource. I’ve been looking for an app that allows me to use my phone without slowing my phone down or making my searches too restrictive (some apps have restricted dentist websites??) I was referred to this one from an online source. This one seems like a good option for what I need. The app is customizable - you can choose specific keywords or URL to block- and it’s pretty straightforward. This is something I’ve needed/ wanted for a while. I’ve tried other apps that just don’t block things or you have to use a certain browser and other things. I’m excited to continue to us this one on my steps to recovery.

Suggestion for improvement. I just recently downloaded this app, and I’m fully confident in its ability to block all related porn sites. However, I think it would be useful to add an additional feature where a passcode needs to be created and entered before being able to turn the app on and off in settings. (Not sure how that would work, but you know what I mean!) I think this would be especially useful for those fighting an addiction to porn, where they can ask a peer to create and keep the password. Because at this rate, I know that even if I wanted to, I can easily access porn again by turning off the app in my settings! But other than that, thank you for developing this app!

Hello. 23 year old woman here wanting to say my adolescence had been an endless struggle for me living with adhd and bipolar disorder, and discovering pornography so little contributed vastly to my demise. A battle with my demons!. For years I have been dealing with a porn addiction that has gotten to be worse and worse through out the years. Great. Upfront I did this review as part of promotion to receive the premium version for free. I was looking for something to block this on my device as part of a goal to myself to cut down on viewing pornography and with the hope of eliminating viewing pornography all together. I am not the only one who uses the device as well I have a young son who id like to not have go down this path. As many have stated the feelings associated with the viewing of pornography are mostly negative but not only to your emotional health or the health of your relationship with a mate but also one with God. Keeping all these factors in mind I needed help with my self control because we have all week times so that’s where this app steps in and gives you an assist. Hopefully with time I can overcome this addiction that I have read can be as hard to quit as smoking cigarettes. I appreciate the opportunity to get the premium version for giving a good review I will update if this app fails to do its intended purpose as well because I don’t normally do these reviews and I’m not one to put my word out there falsely as a habit.

An aid for self restriction. I want to use this app because I discovered pornography at a time in my life when attraction was very new to me. At around fourteen years of age I searched up “penis” into the search bar and it was all downhill from there. Fast forward about two years later and it’s in my mind everyday. No fetish was enough to truly satisfy. The main problem with porn is that it draws you in promising “relief,” when afterwards you only feel more shameful. Now that I’ve decided to live my life for Christ and not my own selfish desires, I want to restrict myself and diminish any chance of seeing something I shouldn’t, no matter how appealing it may appear. I’ve been doing pretty good in restricting myself since I was baptized and I’m sure this will help in case I’m feeling weak someday. My porn addiction. I am a 16 year old sophomore in high school right now and I have been a porn addict for 5 years. I got started when I was sixth grade. Fantastic. I’ve always felt the need to get away from this addiction but it always comes became to haunt me in the end. Really I’ve always told myself “oh it’s only a one time thing and you’ll get over it” but over and over and over again has the problem been relapsing itself and I finally decided that there needed to be a stop to the madness. so that was was when I decided to look for ways to help stop the addiction and really start living life again. Road to a healthy mind. Ever since I started watching, I lost control of a lot things I do. I couldn’t do my homework or focus on a task without it being at back of my head. Eventually I would give up and lose the battle and I’d be back at square one. I hated it every time because I wasted time and I only did it as a way to cope with my depression. Giving it a shot. Already wrote a review, but switched phones and my account didn’t transfer so I’ll just say what I said before. Basically, I’m giving this a shot, it seems like a pretty good app, and I’ve tried plenty on my laptop. I have a program called plucky that works really well, but I haven’t found too much that works for me on the iPhone. This app offers features that I think could be really useful for anyone who struggles with pornography, I especially like the keyword filter that actually works! They offered me a limited access if I wrote a review, so I’m going to give it a shot for free. But afterwards I’d like to actually review my experience of this!

Surprisingly amazing. When I first payed for the subscription I didn’t think it would be worth it because I’ve tried using other free content blockers and they weren’t very good or I had to upgrade to get a better blocker. It is actually surprisingly good. You can’t search for porn images, so you really have to get creative and try to go around the blocker if you want to find some nude photos. At that point you really have a problem. You won’t be able to search actual porn unless you really try to find some obscure website. The blocker works even if you are using incognito mode which surprised me. It really helps to have something that is a barrier to watching porn or related sexual things

Saved my life. I’ve been an addict for a couple years now and just last year I’ve realized I had a serious problem. I started off super strong for about 2 months and fell off. I needed something to help me get back on too of things so i decided to download this app. So far so good. My problem was the ease of access these trafficking porn sites had and they’ve destroyed my relationships with women and my ability to talk with them. It’s bad I know. And my willpower to not watch it is important and it’ll only grow once I have a porn blocker. This a necessity because my willpower is complete garbage and I need to build it back up. Great app. It really helps make the whole process easier. I am doing this because I am a Christian and I have had a hard time with porn my whole life. It is an addiction I have broken but still have backslides every now and then, I am hoping to be able to use this in order to keep clean because I know it is what I have to do. Porn destroyed my last relationship, she was a wonderful woman and I ruined it because I couldn’t stop using porn. It ruined my sex drive and honestly my desire to be in the relationship. Helped me quit. I’ve tried very unsuccessfully to quit porn and this app has been very helpful to rid myself of this filth. Lacks Any Serious Restriction. As a regular content blocker, this app is okay. If your children know even the smallest amount about their phone, it will not help. The app does not address your phone’s incognito mode at all. You are far better off turning on content restrictions in your own or your child’s phone’s screen time settings. Just go into settings > screen time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn it on. You can even blacklist specific sites and apps and whitelist others in your settings, which is a feature the app only recently added and is still not perfect. I’m not sure if this content blocker (app) affects the App Store content. In addition to this, if you have your own apple account, making yourself an administrator on your child’s devices will help as well.

Effective and efficient, but with some flaws. This is an effective tool. I just recently downloaded this app, and I'm fully confident in its ability to block all related porn sites. However, I think it would be useful to add an additional feature where a passcode needs to be created and entered before being able to turn the app on and off in settings. This app is great for blocking inappropriate content like porn or other things, but when I checked to see what the app would let me search, it wouldn’t let me type in the words gay or lesbian. If those words are considered inappropriate, then that is just homophobic. Also, I tested out videos about kissing to see if that was crossing the line and the app would let me search that up, but it wouldn’t let me search ones for gay people. Healthy mind. I have been struggling with watching adult things for a few months. One of my friends showed me something at school and I felt so gross, but I couldn’t stop. It’s hard but this app can help. Sometimes the hardest part of overcoming an addiction is just being in the same space as what you’re addicted to. Works great. This application does work really great and I reccomend it to everyone who wants to block porn from their phones. It works very easy and it does not have any complicated settings, once you activate it it does everything for you. Putting this on my little cousins tablet makes me feel assured that she is protected from innaprpriate content from the internet. If I could give this app more than 5 stars I would. Addiction. For so long I have dealt with a porn addiction, and I always thought that there was no way I would be able to get “cured” of my addiction. Great review so far. Everything works as should and all is well, am doing for the free version just to be aware, and have not tried the full app can come back and update this if edits are allowed and give a review I think the app will work well and is not bad. Not sure if Apple allows edits on reviews but if they do I will adjust this to when I actually use the app and get in everything looks good so far and do think it will help. What I needed. This app was definitely worth the money and effort to set it up properly! Addiction. Addiction can be a very hard thing especially porn and masturbating because its so hard to stop. The ease of access to literally any kind of porn makes it even harder to stop as you’ll find what turns you on the most. It’s hard on relationships and mental health to the point where making friends is difficult due to low self esteem. An app like this will help take back control of my life, and rebuild some of those broken relationships or even create new ones.

Trying it out. I understand the need to make money off such a creation but I’d feel better paying a one time price then a monthly subscription. Great. In today’s day and age it is all to easy to access porn from a young age, which leads to a huge percentage of the male population being addicted by high school. For free premium. Started when I was 11. This seems to be the only bad habit I’ve carried with me all these years, I’m someone who believes moderation is key to everything but this one just seems to be the only one that will always feel like it’s not worth it after.
