Very addicting and fun!. I’m only a kid, and of course, as a kid, I have a lot of games. This is pretty much one of my most is used games. It is really addicting and time-consuming. It’s also really simple and easy, so it can be a satisfying game at times. When I first downloaded this game, it was annoying when I got to a score like 400 because the game worked against me. Anyone who recently downloaded this and feels that way, you will get used to it. I really don’t feel like that anymore, and it only happened in like, the first day. Really, in my opinion, nothing to improve, and good job on this game, developers!! Thank you for reading this if you’ve gotten this far. Edit: Also, with the ads, you really don’t need to buy the ad free version. With games like this, just turn your WiFi off or put on Airplane Mode. Amazing game. I literally play this game every single day, it’s addictive even when I get tired of playing it I’ll start playing it again like 10 minutes after I close the app, the only problem is I feel like the next update should be generated whereas though instead of ending the game because the last puzzle piece can’t fit I feel like new puzzles should be throw onto the selection board to replace the 2 that were already used that way you can try to make room for the next puzzle piece, I still like the game though. It causes a lot of thinking however which is fine with me but that’s my review on it. I guess the game being how it is, is what makes it a decent game

Not quite clear nor understandable. The object of the game is not made clear and/or understandable. You move pieces of the puzzle to locations on the board and points appear. Then when lines of the puzzle disappear seems like you earn a higher number of points. What’s the object of the game? To complete a puzzle or to made portions of the puzzle disappear so you can keep playing for points? It seems to me like in the demo of the game, the objective is to have portions of the puzzle disappear in an attempt to keep playing and earning points. Secondly, the ads are way toooooooooo long. Players should be able to opt out in 5 to 6 seconds if the ad is not to their liking or taste. That’s it. I’m outta here. Too many ads. If you watch one ad and X it out it just takes you to another ad. I thought I downloaded a game and not continuous ads. I spent more time watching ads than playing the game. Not worth the time. I just wanted to enjoy a game.

Conceptually good - But.... Love the game itself, (have to break your old Tetris habits) and I love that I am only working against myself with no time limits or increasing difficulties in order to force sales by purchasing needed helps- However. I am sick sick sick of overpriced subscriptions for things that just aren’t worth it. If I could have been able to locate that info without having to watch three ads I might have subscribed for one month because that’s how long it will take before I’m bored with it. Had there been an immediate option to purchase the app for under $4 I would have bought it. So instead I deleted it.. I wanted it to de-stress and lemme tell you, forcing me to watch 30sec ads for crap I already have or already know I don’t want that you can’t find the little x and bump the link that takes you out of your game does nothing but tick me off. Stressful. Thanks but no thanks. Unfortunate, because it was mildly entertaining and therefor your loss. I hope the hard sell vs the free to play advertising works for you, it didn’t for me.

From fun to frustrating.. I really enjoyed playing this game when I initially started downloaded about 2 years ago. However, my enjoyment experience has gone down significantly because of the amount of ads that interrupt my experience. At first ads would pop up after losing a couple games. Then it was every time I lost. <—that is expected in a free app gameplay. However, at some point it has started to feel like the pieces that are generated are done so that I lose a lot quicker. And now Ads interrupt in the middle of playing a game for no reason (seems time based). I think this app could be developed differently so that ads don’t frustrate the game play experience. Sad to say I’m going to delete this app after having 2+ years of playing

$40 per year?! What a joke!. Your ads are intrusive and should be illegal. I can’t listen to music or podcasts and play woody because every time an ad pops onto the screen (which is A LOT), your ads take control of my audio. The sound control on all of the ads work 20% of the time. When I try to turn off their sound, the ad opens the App Store. They interrupt my music or podcast and I have to exit the game, turn my music back on and go back to the game only to find… you guessed it, another. ad. Fix your broken UX and stop trying to bully people into overpaying for a simple puzzle game. $40 per year to play without ads!? Are you serious?!? Let’s try $2.99 forever. Actually, anyone who’s had to endure your highly intrusive, authoritative, dictatorial advertising system should never have to pay a dime. You should pay us for putting up with your garbage. Do better. Edit: your copypasta response is just as predictable as your apathy. Your company, Athena is doing nothing to address the concerns of millions of dissatisfied customers. Great business model.

ridiculous amounts of ads. really used to enjoy playing this game. was willing to deal with the amount of ads it sent. the game now plays ads while it is loading and, most egregiously, IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR GAME. it literally kicks you out of your game, while you are still playing it, to shove ads down your throat. no longer have they limited themselves to just after a round. it's disgusting, unconscionable, and makes this game excruciating to play as i repeatedly get ripped out of my session so they can show me more stupid ads. payment to get rid of ads is not an acceptable work-around for this - in fact, i wager this sudden obnoxious increase is solely so they can get more people opening up their wallets. why bother having a reasonable amount of ads when you can basically force people to have to pay money? at this point, just make the app paid.

Why.. Ok listen. I’ve been playing this game for two years. From the very beginning, I’ve liked it because it was simple. You get the bricks; you put them down. When the update with the introduction of the other versions of the game (the one with colors I don’t know the name of and the versus version that I also don’t know the name of) came out, I was fine with that. I could just ignore it. What I can’t ignore is the new update. I can’t ignore ads in the middle of the game. I can’t ignore that “do you want to keep your score?“ thing. I can’t ignore the fact that I now need data to play the game. I loved this game because it was simple and the ads came at the end of the game, where they belong. In my opinion, having ads in the middle of a game is trashy. I’m not a developer, though, so I digress. I get the need for ads. I do. Honestly. They don’t. Belong. In the middle of a game. My opinion of this game has been lowered.

Great Game but the Ads are overwhelming. I love this game. It is relaxing and super fun. Not buggy or laggy. Just fantastic to wind down or pass time waiting in a waiting room etc. I subtracted a star because like most people the ads are super overwhelming to me. I would rather have an option to buy the app. Just having ads in general is one thing. I have had this app for about 3 months and before I updated the app it was an annoyance to see the ads after losing a game. Usually a 30 second battery sucking video it forces you to watch without option to skip. Ok. Then once I updated the app this week... i now get ads before and after games. Some are better stoppable ads but a lot of them blast sound even when your phone is on mute and sound turned all the way down. And if they’re both non-skippable... that’s 1 minute of your life wasted on garbage any time you want to play a game. Not really worth it anymore. The game itself is great. But don’t use it if you don’t want to basically get bombarded with sound for annoying ads every time you start and end a game.

Great Game but Very Buggy and Ad laden. I left the below review and the developers told me to force close the app or restart my device. That is exactly the problem with the all. I don’t want to have to restart an app multiple times during a game or have to restart my phone because the app causes all other apps to crash. That’s not a good thing. Screen grabs won’t reveal anything because how do I screen grab my other apps crashing? After this review, I deleted the app and haven’t reinstalled because with the ads and bugs it was too painful. Unfortunately. Because I looovee the game. Love this game. It is SO BUGGY. It freezes while I try to put pieces into place. Sometimes for a second sometimes so long I have to close the game. It makes my other apps nonfunctional, requires me to restart my phone... The ads are too long and frequent on newer OS. On my husband's old iPhone 5, we never were bombarded with ads or bugs. I play, then delete the game because it is not ios friendly with my version of ios at least!

Great Game!. I just downloaded this game and started playing yesterday. Already, I feel a little bit smarter. I like the funny music that plays when you fail. It makes me feel like I did a great job. It also is very satisfying (for me). I experienced no bugs or lagging. I think I will keep playing Woody Puzzle every day UPDATE: I do like the game, but sometimes you get a couple blocks that just don't fit. I saw an add on another game that was similar to this one except you could rotate the blocks. I don't want to download that game because it's almost exactly the same as this one, but it would be AMAZING if I had the option to rotate blocks in this game. That's my suggestion. I get it that maybe that's too big of a change, and the game is good how it is, but maybe make it so I don't die every time I get two blocks that don't fit. I hope you consider my suggestion. New Ad Update. I truly enjoy the game, but with the new ad system I can no longer play the game when I want. I normally use Woody to wind down my brain and quiet persistent rapid thoughts before bed. It works great and I’m normally able to play for around 15-25 minutes and fall asleep well. Before I only got ads when I messed up and ran out of space, but now it interrupts me in the middle of placing block with an ad break. Granted the ads are only 5 or so seconds (10 with the ad break pop up screen before and after) but it’s enough time for me to get irritated and stops my resting habits. I’ve had the game since 2020 and I’m sad to potentially delete it, and I know it’s an incentive to buy the $4.99 subscription but that’s an entire gallon of gas these days and I just can’t afford that. I know times are tough and there’s a big need to make money from games these days, so I place no blame on the creators, if I didn’t use the game mainly for sleep purposes I’d probably have no problems except mild irritation since sometimes the ad breaks are a few minutes apart.

AWESOME GAME. I love this game!!! I play everyday. When I’m stressed or annoyed like right now cause my sister has her google up so loud I can’t hear the TV, I play this game. Trust me this is the most relaxing app I’ve ever had!!!! My high score is 1072 right now! I want everyone to have it. But I want u to add like colors and different size and shapes make each shape a different color. Also change the pics of the dogs and cats. Maybe do like other pics. Also for other people a time limit like for example. Time limit and than that time limit could be 3 mins and than there’s a Original button that has no time limit. I’m not hating on this game. Fun Game!. This has been a fun game for last week or so. A couple days ago, I noticed scoring is no longer 10 points for each block as stated in game Q&A. It’s only scoring 1 (one) point per block now. No big deal—it is just a game, but thought it was weird...thought maybe it was just me imagining I had been seeing 10points per block, lol, so looked up Q&A. Also I tried to give feedback on the scoring through that “have a question” option but it’s an automated “let’s-play-20-questions-first-before-you-can-select-the ‘nope none of the above,’” But...to SEND the question, you have to provide your email address without any info avail on what is done w the email address(privacy & retention policy). Anyway, overall a very fun game! Gave 4 stars because ads are rather long considering the frequency & that several of the ads don’t actually load a way to “x” out, even after waiting—the ads only load an “—>” which then boots you over to the advertised app in the App Store. I understand that “free” is not free and the ads won’t prevent me from playing this game. Just thought I should provide feedback for the developers. Did I say it’s a FUN game? Thanks for providing free option to play :D

Relaxing, fun game, with cheap no ads option. This simple game helped me focus while trying to fall asleep and the levels are usually quick enough for me to play one or two games while waiting at dr appointments etc. I have ADD, and games that are too flashy and have several layers tend to overwhelm me. The game usually played one quick ad after each level which was frustrating when I made a particularly bad move, but when I saw they had a lifetime ad-free offer for around $2, I jumped on it. I play this game almost every day and without ads it’s SO much better. They also have a free skin that’s available around most holidays that you can opt to use. The only con is that unless you opt to use the holiday skin, you cannot change the board appearance. I wouldn’t mind buying simple skins, especially since I’m ad free.

Ad Bombs Ruined this Game. I used to love this game, and didn’t mind seeing ads in between levels, or when I lost a round, or paused a round. Now with the latest update you’ll be right in the middle of a puzzle and out of nowhere “bam!” a Super Annoying Ad. This literally interrupts and completely stops an enjoyment you may be having with the game - and immediately replaces the enjoyment with pure frustration. After years of playing this I cannot handle this absolute stifling “in your face advertising”! I am very saddened and even more disappointed with this “game killing” update. The 5-star rating this game used to have will quickly become 1-star as others are hit with this same change. Just because it’s a free game does not mean I want to be bombarded by other free game ads. I’m really going to miss this game (and absolutely won’t play any other games from this developer if this is their new ad delivery model!)

Starting to get disappointed. So I’ve had this game for years, I’ve had it so long I don’t remember not playing it. And I love it! I even paid when they offered no adds for a one time fee. I play the daily puzzles every day and play the game all the time. I’ve even gotten my niece and nephew to play the game. My problem is the new update. I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!! Everything is different looking the broad is bigger but also smaller at the same time. The daily puzzles are in a different location and took awhile to find. To be honest I hate the new look and miss my old reliable game I played at least once a day and now i hardly even want to open the app because it’s so disappointing it’s so different. I wish some how it could go back but knowing it never will kinda breaks my heart I’ve loved this game I could play it in situation. Watching shows, listening to music, standing line, trying to pass the time it was my go to game. And now I think I’m gonna have to find something new to play. Just really disappointed.

Rigged. Sadly, this game is rigged. Newly playing the game, the game can go on for a long time as there are options in placing the blocks that open up spaces, allowing for room to place the new set of blocks. However, after playing for a time, hence may I suggest after a certain level of interest is established, the rules change and games no longer play as they once did. In the beginning expect many scores between 1,000 to 2,000. After playing for a time expect scores between 100 to 400. Do you know why? Because they are selling ads and ads appear after each round. So the more you play, the more ads you will see because the programmer ends the game through the algorithm of the type of blocks provided once the play has extended beyond a certain amount. Time to delete. I will not be manipulated.

A few problems.... This app overall if a pretty okay app. It’s fun and challenging, and it’s a great app to use to pass the time. However, there are a few things in this app that I don’t like so well. 1. THE ADS ARE WAY TOO LONG. I don’t even know what to say! The ads are really frequent and they are VERY long. The little “X” button doesn’t pop up for about a minute, and it is absolutely absurd. You should be able to click out of an ad after about five seconds of it popping up instead of this whole minute of waiting that you have going on here. 2. The sound once you have no moves!!! When you run out of moves, it makes this guitar kind of sound, and it is SO SCARY. I am trying to relax and play my game, and then this sound blasts into my ears when I don’t have any moves! It is the most unsettling, noisy, scary thing that I have ever heard. It makes me jump every time because it is just so loud and peppy. This is supposed to be a relaxation game, and yet I am just scared to death that I’m not going to notice that I don’t have any moves and that the music is going to BLAST INTO MY EARS. Please fix this!!! I like hearing the sounds of the game, but this one keeps me from relaxing. Other than that, this game is amazing and I love it, it would just be nice if you could plz fix these issues. ❤️

Awesome! So happy With The Game! 😀😁😝. I give this game 5 out of 5 because this game, Woody, earns it. I have played so many crappy games and this is not one of them. Sure, every time or most of the time when you die there is an add. But how will they get money?! And you can skip them. Second, it is entertaining! It’s a puzzle game to trick your brain sometimes! I can play this for hours if I had too. I’m sure you would too! Go try this game out if you haven’t and if you don’t like it, it’s ok. We all have our opinions as long as we don’t say stuff like, “This game is stupid too many adds and laggy” because that is NOT TRUE. Sorry if I seem snobby but, I like some games just like you!

Was hooked. I love this game! A good mind exercise. I’ve been playing it quite awhile now. So one day I clicked on the add to pay to have no more adds . Decided not to pay the money. We’ll ever since I did that , right in the middle of the game, it goes to a ad. Ad’s never came till the end of the game. It’s getting annoying and I will probably play less now. I just feel like it’s doing this purposely since I wouldn’t pay! Great game but inappropriate ads. I love the game, it’s fun, I can play it mindlessly if I want or I can really put some thought into it to try to increase my score. With that being said..... if you have children under the age of 14 atleast, don’t let them play this. The ads they show are terrible! There have been several for some other games where you choose the fate of your character, whether that means you cheat on your wife or you dump your pregnant girlfriend. Seriously! And now they are starting to show ads for a new show called The Purge, based off the movie of the same name. If you’ve seen it then you know how violent it is and the ads leave little to the imagination. I consider myself pretty lax but even I have to look away when some of this stuff is shown. Please if you’re reading, make sure your young children are not playing this game! And if the game developers are reading, look at your ads!! It’s disgusting and inappropriate!

Fun, but a couple things.. First off, this is a surprisingly fun game. I play it all the time, and I enjoy the way the game works. Unfortunately, there are two things that aren’t great. 1) The first thing is the times that game provides a ridiculous set of blocks where none of them are usable. It’s extremely annoying to be at 2,000 points and the next set appears followed by a “No More Moves.” 2) The second thing is where it kicks me out for no reason and resets my progress. That happened recently when I was doing really well and the game just kicked me out. When I got back in, the board was entirely empty. I was extremely ticked. I’m not trying to judge the game or sound extremely critical, but, if those things are fixed, this game would be perfect.

Awesome Game!. Great way to have fun without killing too much time. Super awesome way to challenge yourself, very addictive. Point to note; Always almost immediately after beating my high score I’ll die. This stinks, because the game will generate not one but three giant pieces in order to force you to lose. It really stinks considering the fact that this shouldn’t happen, I should be able to play after beating my high score, but the game doesn’t just get harder, it almost immediately forces you to lose. This has happened a few times now, it’s a huge bummer... 🧐🙁 The Ads are ok, they don’t interrupt gameplay and I have yet to see any pornographic imagery so everything is good, thumbs up on my end 😁 👍 Having a competitive mode would be cool, but I feel like it takes away from the whole aspect of the game. I’ve played and deleted several high paced, action games, and this feels different, and it makes me want to keep it around. I feel as if the game was changed, it would morph into another imitation Candy Crush, Lord knows there’s too many of those. All in all it’s a great game. It’s practical, functions well, and has a slightly competitive aspect without being too overwhelming. I tolerate the ads, for the beauty of the game and will probably keep this app longer than I have any other app I’ve downloaded.

Ads ruin this otherwise fun and simple concept. Let me start by sayin this is a neat concept. No time limits, play completely at your own pace. You’re given three random shapes to place on a large 10x10 board, and your goal is to continuously create border-to-border connections to eliminate the pieces you’ve placed. It’s like Tetris that runs all four directions, almost. The game ends when there are no more spaces to place the provided shapes. It is, for the most part, a relaxing game to sit and play while on break or something. The ads have become awful, though they weren’t an issue at first. To play another game in the same session, watch an ad. That’s it! And even then you’re only required to view a few seconds of it. I drew the line at ads on startup. I can’t even get to the main menu, the big huge Play button, without the game shoving an ad in my face the moment it loads in. Additionally, to get rid of ads, you have to pay for a *subscription*! That’s right, you can be ad-free up to a year if you pay a whopping $60. Sorry devs, that’s a deal breaker. Other games offer PERMANENT ad-free options for much cheaper. It won’t be much of a loss, but I’m not returning to this game any time soon.

Portrait view only. When I watched the ad for this game it was in landscape mode. Then I download it just to find out it’s in portrait view only. If you can show it in landscape mode to get people to download it, why can’t it be played in landscape mode as well? I will delete it until I am able to play it in landscape mode because I have to keep my Ipad Pro plugged in at all times. Its too big to hold and the plug is in the way for portrait mode. UPDATE I decided i would play the portrait mode in landscape and it was fine. But the ads are very annoying, so I thought maybe I would just buy the game to get rid of all ads. Are you kidding me?? The price of this stupid little generic puzzle game would end up costing me a small fortune. No way would I pay a monthly fee to play a minute game such as this. I won’t even pay that to play any of my PS4 or XBOX ONE games, and they are much bigger games then this. I hope no one is dumb enough to throw their hard earned money away on this. I will not, i will put up with the ads until i get sick of it, then i will delete it.

Stop spamming my browser. The game itself is a lot of fun. My issue is the way they handle ads. I understand that a free game is going to have ads, and I expect that after every game or so I’m going to have to watch an ad for a moment before continuing. That’s fine, and even how I found this game to begin with. What’s NOT fine is that sometimes midway through making a move in the game, the app will act as though I clicked a link and open a page in my internet browser. After playing for about an hour I had to close FIFTEEN internet tabs. I’m also a bit annoyed that some of the ads in this game, when I exit them, instead take me to my App Store as if I wanted to download them. Also the game sometimes freezes as I’m trying to drop a shape. Fun game but after a while I just get so frustrated that it’s not worth it.

So fun and easy. I love Woody puzzle! It’s simple, easy, awesome. I highly recommend downloading this game, it is a fun time killer, and very entertaining! Which is saying something. I’ve downloaded many puzzle games a bit like this one, but none of them will ever top woody puzzle. It reminds me of Tetris just better because you can go at your own pace, play your own music, and it doesn’t make me want to rage quit when I know I’m about to fail. Woody puzzle is an amazing app, and it doesn’t really have adds! I think this might be one of the best most fun games I’ve ever gotten. UPDATE: I still LOVE LOVE THIS GAME! However, could there be a mode in the game settings where you can select the option to undo a block that you misplaced? I’m sorry, it’s always my error, there’s NOTHING wrong with the game at ALL, I just always misplace blocks and then I fail. 😂😂sorry i just think it would be cool!

Yes to relaxing/no coins. Not everyone is into competition with other players. I’m retired and happy to say that my highly competitive days are behind me. Due to disabling orthopedic problems most of my activities tend to be more sedentary than they once were. Woody helps me to be more alert, competitive with myself, and use my brain. It’s easy to start and stop without worrying about losing my place. Of course it’s portable and readily accessible when I need to keep myself occupied when I’m waiting at the doctors office, in the school pickup line or just chilling out at bedtime or when I’m using my ice pack for chronic back pain. Thanks to the developers of this game!!! 🤩

Read this before downloading... okay so this game IS GREAT. if you are like me and are looking for a game that you really like and to play on road trips,etc you should get this game. it’s such a simple game and it is just ADDICTING. i play it all the time. i don’t know what it is but it is really good. i’ve went through many games and this is by far my favorite. you should at least give it a chance. one little thing abt it is that i wish there was more shapes with the blocks. but that’s really it. i love the daily challenges too. and they are OPTIONAL so you don’t have to play them and you can just play all of the daily games one day if you want. Overall a AMAZING GAME! 10/10 ⭐️👍🏻✨🤍

I am not the most sure about this game🤷‍♀️. So in the game Woody puzzle I believe that it is an awesome game to play but it is just getting old after a while because it's just a wood blocks I understand that it is called Woody puzzle though but really add some color to it I understand that it's gonna be hard making most of those changes but I think it would be an awesome way to brighten up the game a bit so once again I think that believing in you guys would be an awesome way to change it because you guys might be more motivated that way so making those changes would be awesome and definitely like you can still keep the way the theme looks but please just change it up to make the color is a bit more brighter and also the music is a little out of control for me at the end when it goes like a weird country music theme so yeah that's all I really have to say so please try to make those improvements because I'm trying to mean this in the nicest way possible so thank you for reading my review hope you guys had an awesome day!🙂

Fun...at first. I loved this game when I first started and found it very therapeutic. But after just a few rounds it started giving unusable/really big pieces almost from the beginning. Each round doesn’t build on itself it builds on the previous rounds. I understand this is what other games do with different levels. But this game doesn’t show you levels so you actually know it will keep getting more impossible and you don’t have the sense of accomplishment that you’re on level “x”. It just messes with you. I love strategy, thinking ahead, etc. And I like competing with the “game”. But it’s not competing when the game clearly decides what “pieces”you have to work with only after you strategize and make a move. Some people may like this. But I personally enjoy a game of strategy when it seems like a fair game...choosing my options AFTER I move is not a game, it’s just a waste of time. And certainly not at all therapeutic any more. Yes, it’s just a “game”...but not the kind that’s fun to play so I’m deleting.

Screaming Ads. Hi, I love this game. It seriously helps me relax to go to bed. BUT, the ads are SO LOUD. I can’t put my phone on silent because I have to have alarms for the morning and my infant sleeps in our room. I find myself having to play a game and the quickly turn my phone on silent for the ad and then turn it back to normal after the ad. I have the sounds turned off on the game itself but it doesn’t mute the ads. Doesn’t really help with the whole “relaxation” part. So I’m nervous that I will fall asleep during a game and then my alarms won’t go off. I totally understand it’s a free app driven by ads, but players should have the option to have the ads muted. They can still get their point across without being so loud. Yea there is an option to silence the ad but it’s not fast enough, you get screamed at before you can hit the button. So I find myself not playing this so much and choosing candy crush. Having to buy everything in that app is annoying but you can still play without buying and you can disable the sound and that’s it. Meh.

Ads & rugged. I downloaded this game and was enjoying it. Soon realized however that the closer you get to clearing large swaths the more ads show up. Then I noticed that the game is designed so that based on your last move of the available shapes it throws up impossible to use shapes. At first I thought of it more like chess moves but after tracking it a while the more obvious it became that the other way it is rigged is the throwing up those impossible to use pieces when key moves the player makes lead toward large areas that will be cleared. There is zero way for the player to clear the board or really large areas. This prevents the player from making really large scores at one time. This way the player keeps going thus seeing more and more ads. The player can’t possibly know what pieces to use by the end of each round because of the unuseable pieces that replenish the squares BUT ONLY AFTER ALL the boxes are emptied.

Not a woody girl any more. This once was one of my favorite games however they added a feature that can stop the game while playing. A screen comes up if and asks if you want to continue playing. If you answer yes they interrupt the game with a commercial. If your response is no then the game is cut off. When that happens is you have to either start a new game or move on to another app that you like to play. I can’t express how disappointed I am in this company. Guess I’m moving on because this feature was added. There have been changes to Woody that (to me) is not an improvement to the game. I do play Woody on occasion now but nowhere near the time frame I once did. When the interference iwith the game pops up I close the app and move on to another game. Sorry to say the changes that have been made have caused me to play Woody much less. You have ruined a good game.

Love/Hate Game. I have been playing this game for over a year if not more...Love it! My grandkids love it and they are only 4 & 3 yrs old, they are always asking for my phone to play the “brown game” as they call it 😆they like moving the pieces onto the board and seeing them disappear. s played with them. For me, it's just so relaxing. I play it when I'm waiting in line, or at the doctor’s office and when I can't sleep. But lately, it hasn't been so enjoyable due to so so many ads...very frustrating to the point that it's not relaxing anymore and I just deleted it 😢I don't watch the ads I put my phone down and wait until they're over...I will miss this game and I understand why you have ads but this is over the top...to me 😏 so if you're reading my review to decide if you should download this game I would say yes, but know there are lots of ads to sit through.

Good game, ads are out of control. I enjoy the game as a nice way to take a break from work or kill a few minutes. It’s fun and can be challenging. My gripe is with how many ads are required to watch in order to play. You have to watch an ad before you play , then another ad in between rounds and, if for some reason you have to switch to another app (I.e. answer a call or text, etc) when you’re come back, you guessed it, another ad comes up, even if you’re only away for a second or two. The ads have increasingly become ones for games about sex or undressing cartoon women so I can’t recommend this game for kids. I would hazard that unless I’m playing a very successful round, I’m probably watching ads an equal amount of time to actual game play. It’s too much, and very frustrating. As a result I’m deleting this game.

Good game horrible makers. Well... I’m a puzzle person and I play puzzle games daily. This one takes the fun out of puzzles. It looks as if there is an algorithm built in to look at what can be played and what cannot be played and it basically changes the odds as each set of 3 pieces is given. Maybe the writers did this so that you will have to look at the ads so that they can make money. That is totally fine, but don’t expect me to like a game with 5 stars when you have literally stacked it against me. I tested my theory by purposely leaving spots open for certain pieces.... they never show up... I did this in the beginning and I did it after I scored 1000 and after I scored over 2000.... that means that it’s not really your fault that you lose... the creators of the game have changed the odds of you getting the pieces that you need by at least 50 to 1 instead of 15 to 1. That is the reason for my low stars.

Complete opposite of prior person. I play this a lot but purely for my relaxation, not in competition with others. I don’t need it to be more complicated. My only complaint is I’m being interrupted between almost every game with offers to download other games. I understand you make money by “in app sales “ but does it really have to be that often? And the one that just started a few days ago shows a scantily clad couple with the female saying something about whether she should forgive him or make him do something ... I don’t know what it devolves into because it looks like it’s going to become pornographic - NOT interested so I completely delete the game for several days. Please clean it up and leave the porn for porn sites

Too many ads game play rigged to show you more ads. This game looked so fun. I downloaded the game yesterday and immediately started playing. I played for about an hour and the ads were typical. After playing a few games I would see an ad. Closed the game thinking ‘alright cool this game seems pretty great’. I had a decently high score and I was excited to play again. Went to play it again and was immediately bombarded with ads after every single game. These were long ads I couldn’t click out of for at least 30 seconds. I get that it’s a free game and uses ads for revenue or whatever but seriously? Pulled into a false sense of typical ad interruption only to be badgered about it the after opening the game for the second time. And I’m pretty sure the game is rigged after the first experience to make it harder to beat your high score after the first time playing it. No matter what I do I can only score about half of what my high score was. This could just be me but with this type of game you would think it wouldn’t be that difficult to beat your score. I don’t need to be blasted with ads to get the point across. I hate when games do that.

Great game but flawwed. I like this puzzle game however There needs to be some upgrades to make it better. In order to get new blocks you MUST use all three current blocks. The random generation of blocks eventually will give you blocks you can’t use and your game will inevitably be over. It also seems that the “random generation” of blocks isn’t as random as one would think. Every time you don’t want a block it happens to show up in the next set. Every time you need a certain block, it happens to never show up! Please update so that once a block is used, it will be replaced with a new block immediately. At least you will then have a fighting chance to keep going by being able to determine how to best place blocks.

Great but not random. I've seen the developer assert in a response to another review that the blocks generated are totally random; however, that does not seem to be true. No matter how well I'm doing, it seems from my observation the pieces I need most for combos will purposefully not appear. In fact, it manages to consistently give me the least convenient pieces. I don't believe it's a memory bias either as my game tends to end around the same score consistently. I believe it's to push more ads. Even though you are shown ads constantly during gameplay (which btw, will cause weird interference with PiP videos as if they had audio when they don't. I know it is the ads doing this because it happens when they cycle). Sure, you can claim skill issue but I genuinely think it's trying to get your game to end with the piece generator. I think the game concept is so fun it's addictive but it doesn't encourage sustained play when you're constantly thinking, "what are the odds? might as well close the app." also adding to my suspicion is that in tournaments you can make iaps that i'm positive are the only reason people get their insane scores. watching ads for extra tries is not enough to explain it. so it would also financially benefit them to sabotage players, no? fun game...not random though.

STOP THE POLITICAL ADS!!. Overall, I’m addicted to this wood puzzle. It!s a lot like another wood puzzle that although I was also addicted to it, I quit playing after it didn’t heed my warning about the political ads - Specifically Biden - Harris ads. The other wood puzzle did at least have a couple of Trump ads before it incorrectly assumed that I preferred the other. They didn’t listen and made excuses when I complained, so now I am playing this game. Since kids probably play these games more than adults, showing any political ads is a gross manipulation of their innocence & naivety . POLITICAL ADS HAVE NO PLACE IN THESE GAMES. I don’t care that they’re only 4 seconds. That’s 4 seconds too many. I play these games to de-stress from the aggravations Biden & his radical liberal party are causing our nation. EITHER STOP WITH ALL POLITICAL ADS OR I’M DONE WITH THIS GAME ALSO!!

Excellent. This game is way more addicting than it seems like it should be. It’s like Tetris, but without all of the things I hate about Tetris. It’s not timed or anything, so you can play at your own pace, and you can put the blocks anywhere they fit on the board, not just on top of previously placed blocks. It’s a great game because it doesn’t require much concentration, so you can have somewhat absentminded conversations while playing it. I mostly play it while listening to podcasts, because it helps to have something to occupy that part of my mind that just gets bored listening to things and doing nothing else. Also there’s no competition or anything. The only score you’re trying to beat is your own. So you set the bar as high as you’re able to, and then work to beat that personal record. I would definitely recommend this game for anyone looking for a casual challenge.

Not probability based. Yes, as others have noted, the ads can be excessive. Their goal at times appears to be to show you more adds than time spent playing. I rarely go for conspiracy-type thinking but when you combine the number/length of ads (which show up when you lose) with the non-random nature at which the pieces appear, then maybe there’s something there. The thing is I know something about probability and the probability that two or more of the three pieces you draw should be the exact same is pretty low. Yes, it should happen from time to time but it shouldn’t happen almost half the time. Off the top of my head, there are at least 19 pieces, which is about a 5% chance I get a specific piece. The probability of two pieces the same is then roughly 2.5%. Why, then, do I go through stretches where every other draw has duplicate pieces? Why do I frequently get draws where the pieces are all the same shape (big L-shaped)? Of course, I’m not mentioning the times I get three pieces all the same. Which, yes, should happen on rare occasions, but not every 20-30 draws. The randomizer is not right, and that is one thing I do not tolerate in games. It leaves me with the impression it’s designed to encourage losing so they can show the ads (or get you to pay for a subscription).

Used to be fun…until too many ads. Have had a great time using this game from time to time, and was happy to put up with the ads - but recently the game has really upped the number and length of ads - I can’t even launch the app and start a first game without slogging through an endless, escape-free couple of ads. As a matter of fact, the latest ad blitz appears to only offer the option of installing another game app in order to get to the original game. I finally quit the game because I couldn’t escape out of the ad cycle. So - it is no longer fun. Sure I can pay them money to remove ads, that is the business model. But as part of that model, you would want to at least offer one game round without such a big (and inescapable) ad blitz. I have decided to delete the game, this more aggressive approach just kind of turned me off.

Worthwhile game, but not with ads. I really like the game. It has been on my phone for a couple years at least. My main complaint is that I paid the one time fee for no ads when I very first downloaded it, and then it updated to the “subscription” model for no ads. With ads, it is almost not worth playing as you have to watch 1-2 ads for every 1-2 times you run out of moves, but they want an absolute fortune for no ads now. The developer response seems to have missed the part where I already paid for permanent no-ads when they first created the app and they rescinded it when they changed it to a subscription model instead of a one-time thing like every other app. I removed a star for their response. I’m not paying $10/month for no ads. 🤣

I Used To Love This Game…But. Something seems to have happened in the last few months that has made playing it nearly unbearable. There are more dark patterns than I’ve encountered before…like ads with no way to close them due to a hidden X. Or, if I am playing and change the screen for even a second, the ads start all over again. Or a countdown clock about a sale that never runs out. And finally, it says that you can remove ads forever without any details about the recurring nature of payments. I spent a year without ads, but much of the game’s experience so recently declined that I just can’t rationalize $5/month to play it without. Sadly, I’ve just found other games to play that are 1) more affordable and 2) seemingly more trustworthy. I’m sorry to the developers doing the coding behind the scenes, love your work! Love the calming nature of Tetris without the impending doom of other falling blocks. I know that your work must be monetized but I also know that there are better ways to do so while also maintaining the trust of your customers.

Puzzle lover who hates ads!. After my first review where I complained about the ads, we were offered a yearly subscription for the price of $7.99 which eliminated ads. I thought this was a little pricey considering the simplicity of the game and virtually no tech support. I enjoyed playing though, and went ahead and subscribed. In fact my latest automatic payment was made in June 2021. Imagine how upset I was to start getting bombarded with ads again last week! What is up with that? Why are all of these ads popping up now? I certainly hope you are working to fix this. If not, please refund my $7.99 and I will just delete the app. It isn’t the only choice out there, but at this time it has more ads than any of the others that I play for free! I can see a class action lawsuit in your future if this discrepancy is not addressed ASAP!

Woody puzzle rating. Okay, this game is addictive really addictive not like “addictive” how they say in the adds, it’s literally sooooo addictive firstly their is no adds while your playing which is good and nice. However I do start raging sometimes when I can’t beat my highest score. But nothing can beat that feeling when you do beat your highest score. Anyway, I definitely recommend this app to everyone their was a lot of thought and consideration put into this app this is why everyone should HAVE this app.

Relaxing and oddly satisfying. I’m so over the overstimulating colours and flashing images in so many games.. this is very therapeutic. There is no time constraint or drop down to raise your stress levels.. just pop the pieces into place and watch them disappear. Maybe add some tranquil music and this would be a very Zen game 👌🏼

Very addictive game. Certainly gives the brain a tune up. However placing a block sometimes jumps to a square where you didn’t want to place it and there is no undo last turn feature.

Spyware? Malware? Adbot?. The puzzle aspect is addictive so this should get a high rating, but ... Waaaaay too many and intrusive ads. Completely greedy in terms of the app pushing as much ads down your throat as time allows. Add to that it tracks your location even when the apps not in use. Is this spyware? Why monitor your location at all? Why does it need to know how far from ‘home’ you are? LITERALLY! In my privacy settings I have location services set to ‘never’ for the app? Yet it still shows messages on my home screen telling me when I’ve arrived home, or how far I am. (“15 minutes from home.”) when privacy and customer data are such crucial areas, it’s inconceivable the app monitors you despite the settings expressly disabling location sharing. I’m uninstalling and will look for an alternative that does what it says on the box; plays a game.

Unplayable now due to ads. I used to love playing this game. It always had ads from the beginning, but they were never this frequent, long or obnoxious. After 3 years of playing this game every week, today I finally uninstalled due to all the ads. They're just too much now. Looked into paying to get rid of the ads but it was just too expensive to justify for a simple block game so into the bin it goes. Sad to see it go but I will find other games to play.

Used to be better. This was a great game, until recently that is. I understand the need for adverts and had no problem when one ad was inserted at the end of each game. Whilst it is important that developers get Fair recompense for their work, they need to understand current attitudes and what constitutes reasonable advertising. Love It. Woody is an amazing game👍😋! It’s really easy😎 so all you have to do is put blocks together and get it in a row to get points🤗. You can also get combos by making 3, 4 or 5 rows. My high score right now is 1012, beating my old one by two! The feeling of overcoming your high score is amazing🥳😳😝! BUT when you’re nearly there and there was a block that doesn’t fit......You don’t beat your high score! And that feeling is so...🤯😳😡ARGH! The ads are really short😎🎞 too not like some that are 30secs. Overall, I love🥰 it just try it out and you’ll see!😉

Good, but wastes mobile data. Had this game installed for about 4 days and played it for 1-2 hours every day. After 4 days I realised that I had blown through 6 gigs of mobile data because it loads up a 30 second HD ad every time you lose. The only way to solve this problem is to launch the app without wifi or data enabled, but that causes way too many problems.

Frustration from pieces freezing. A good game but there seems to be a problem with the pieces freezing before being placed in the box. I end up having to return to my home screen 6 or 7 times before the pieces will move to the spot I’ve chosen. This can happen repeatedly in one game. It’s not the end of the world, but incredibly frustrating.

Woody puzzle. Loved the game and understand Adds. are needed but when the same add comes up after every single game (Empires and puzzles) and play for 30 seconds every time without being able to continue till finished has me choosing other option of this game and there are many. What a shame you are able to vary a least the type of Add we have to sit through every time. Just playing for a short time is frustrating as sometimes I spend more time watching the same Add then playing the game.

The apps worth it but not the adds. I enjoy the app but I feel like throwing the phone out of the window when it can take more than 2 minutes to get rid of the adds at the end of a game. BUT I’M HAPPY NOW I worked out how to get rid of the adds and it’s simple put the phone in flight mode before you start playing and no more adds

Fun and challenging. What’s makes this game actually real and challenging is the fact you can’t re do your turn it makes the choosing of your go build you wiser thank you for building such a game I don’t recommend this game to those who want to redo there move but really that’ll be unchallenging wouldn’t it so come and play and test yourself

Woody Puzzel. A very addictive game. I can’t stop playing it. I even can’t stop playing it while talking with my girlfriend on the phone. The only chance I have of putting it down is when she comes around to see me.

Great Game but frustrating algorithm. This is a great game but expect that the game will give you every other block shape but the one you need or that will work for you. I understand they need to make it challenging but sometimes it’s absolutely ridiculous. Once you clear a row the pieces don’t fall to the bottom they stay where you originally placed them. Rows are not made by pieces dropping like Tetris but rather stay static so you will trap yourself often if you don’t plan really well and hope for the best when it comes to puzzle formations.

New Ads Are So Annoying. I’ve been literally obsessed with this game for months. I find it very soothing. But now they suddenly force you to watch ads not only between games, which is fair enough, but also every single time you open the game. If I want to quickly reply to messages and then go back into play, it’s an ad every time. This is so frustrating and it’s made me decide it’s time to look for a different game.

SO RELAXING AND MIND TESTING. I love this app woody so much. It really tests you, and it challenges your mind and the way that you think. It can be frustrating at times, but I love it personally because it has helped me with things such as patience and learning to be very careful with your moves because you never know what could come next! This game is amazing. This game is soo good but there is something that I think will also go well with this game. I think if you add music to the game it will make it a lot more enjoyable. I also think that adding skins to the bored and the squares would make it amazing. But this game is sooooo much fun

Not receiving a service you’ve paid for!. Very unfair when you pay good money for the 6 MONTHS AD FREE game play service but really only get 2 MONTHS before being bombarded with ads once again. You must be commended for your NON EXISTENT replies to emails sent (4 in total SO FAR) trying to have the issue rectified. No matter what way I go about it... 1) Paying for a service I have not received - I lose! 2) Me getting charged for the data use for these ads I’ve paid not to see - I lose! 3) Not playing the game for the last 3 months of this service (until 13 November expiry date) to get around point #2 - I LOSE! So it’s a win/win for you & a lose/lose for me. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

It’s all ads, there is no game any more!. Have played this for years but it’s become almost unplayable now because you’ve ramped up the ads so much. I now get 30 second ads constantly, and no there is not an option to close them after 7 seconds like you responded to someone else’s review. I understand that some ads are necessary for a free app, but when you increase the ads to bombard the users as much as this app now does, your users will just delete the app! With other game apps I’m happy to pay a one off $10 (AUD) or so fee to remove the apps but there is no such option in this game. You charge $50AUD per year subscription for no ads, are you serious!?!?! Goodbye Woody, it was nice while it lasted!

No pressure addictive game. Love the way this puzzle gives you time to contemplate your moves. Strategies are formulated then just as quickly discarded as you realise you’ve boxed yourself into a corner. I like a game that lets me play for fun and doesn’t discourage me to simply play on and beat my own score. Very addictive.

Really fun but. This game is really fun exept for the fact that you do feel like it is hacked as it is loaded with ads and as soon as you have no room for a big block it will give you one which is really annoying but the game is good.

Ads!. AVOID THIS APP.....After every single game u are bombarded with an advert. Sometimes the ad lasts 5 seconds, other times it’s an astonishing 30 seconds before u get to play again. PARENTS BE WARNED: one of the adverts was for the sexually-graphic app “Episode”. It is disgraceful that the designers would happily sell space to anyone regardless of their content and the effect it can have on young users (I’m a training psychologist- I do know what I’m talking about!) EVERYONE: There are other apps out there and really this is nothing more than a cheesy version of immortal classic Tetris....

very nice!. I love the simplistic game and what it does. Relaxing, calming, and always fills up my time if I have any free. I have a suggestion, maybe adding a few different things like being able to customise the colour of your board that you use in the game (not texture, that’d ruin the name!). That would make it slightly more aesthetically pleasing than it already is, but I’m not going to suggest adding anything outrageously unrealistic. Thank you for the calm and great game! - skitz

Good but could be better. This game is good and can be addictive, but it’s annoying as hell when it gives you a bunch of blocks to use and there is no possible way for you to fit them in to the remaining space. It should always give the opportunity to keep going. If the player blows it then so be it but to say it’s frustrating to be stopped in your tracks for no good reason is an understatement.

Too many ads - too long ads. I used to love this app. It was my favourite game as each round was completely standalone - just start a new round when one ended. BUT... a recent update has introduced full screen ads which often last for 30 seconds per ad. Ads display each time you open the app - including when you return to the app after only a few seconds, such as when toggling back and forth with other apps. The volume of advertising completely overshadows the good things about the app - and from what I can see, there is no option to pay to remove ads. This app is now more annoying than rewarding. A real shame.

Woody goody two shoes 👞. Just opened to pass a bit of time before going to catch some 😴😴😴😴and ended up playing through the night into the wee hours of the morning, just in time to go to work. All I can say is it’s addictive.

Woody - An excellent Game!!. Hi Everyone, my name is Olivia! A couple of weeks ago, I was at a Function when I was watching my friend play this particular game (Woody) on her Mobile. It looked quite fun and interesting to play, my friend told me that she couldn’t stop playing it and that I should consider downloading the app on my device. I recently installed “Woody” on my iPhone, and now I can’t stop playing either. I enjoy the temptation of trying to beat my “High-score”. Whenever I’m bored or playing around on my phone, this game is my go-to app!! I recommend the game, “Woody” for all players, due to how fun it is. Thanks for your time, and I hope you guys have as much fun as I do when playing this excellent and well designed game/app. ☺️

So frustrating!!. I have had this app forever and play it most days but I am SSOOO completely over the screen freezes…. I have tried both the free and paid versions- and the freeze happens in both formats!! The only fix that I have found is to delete the app and reload it! But then that puts it back into the free/ads included version and wipes out a $32 subscription that I installed 36 hours earlier during the previous screen freeze!!!! SSSOOOO completely over the freeze!! SSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO completely over the ads -especially the stupid screaming teddy bear!!!!

Can’t open app. Had to delete it and reinstall it to update it. I really like this game but now I can’t even open the app! What’s going on? I’ve updated it, reset my phone and it’s not doing anything? The home page just says woody puzzle on it and is just kinda flashing for ages….so in the end I worked out I had to delete it and reinstall it. In the process I lost all my badges which dated back to Feb 2022 👎👎 Does anyone know what’s going on with the new “Life facts” challenge? Is it just me or is anyone else unable to get past level 5 cos there’s no jewels to clear?

Great except price. This is a great game however, if you could pay once to get rid of the adds it might be worth it but this pricing is just crazy. So I will play with the adds until I am sick of then and then it will be game over unless I find another similar app that is free or reasonably priced before the. This is just greedy.

Edited review - back to the app I loved. I love this game and find this particular app my favourite block puzzle game I’ve ever downloaded and I have tried a few. I did a while back start having a problem with the increasing amount of adds. My complaint was replied to and is now fixed and back to the game I loved. Thanks so much for fixing this, I appreciate it.

Woody. I had deleted this game a wee while ago, because of the copious ads!!!! I understand nothing comes free, and the payoff is the application of ads, but when I am spending more time watching or trying to close them, than I was playing the games, that’s when I deleted all my games. This is a fingers crossed trial, so far not quite as bad, but time will tell. So I downloaded it again to see if it is still the case, BUT NO, SAME OLD SAME OLD. DELETED AGAIN.

Great Game. This game make your mind really think while enjoying playing the game. It’s amazing because it doesn’t make you stressed out about this move or the next. I love how it has this classic Jenna vibe. This game is stress relieving actually because placing cubes in their right places and then restarting again is actually memsmerizing that’s what my friends say!

Revise you computer input. This is a great game but how about backing off the “predictive computer by say 20%. That way we may be able to conceive continually high scores, but with effort, Granted! However at the moment my “highest score” is virtually now unattainable by me. Sure I like to strive but now I have set my bar down to “600”. Please do something before people, including me, leave out of frustration!

Too many ads which are difficult to shut off. Really enjoy playing this game, but the overly frquent appearance of ads is seeong me delete it. Not only are the ads popping up frequently, but they also last a long time and then are difficult to shut off due to the REALLY small ‘X’ button. If you dont hit it at exactly the right spot, it opens the advertised game instead.

Disappointing :( Only 1 star worthy. Honestly, when I downloaded this game I thought it would be easier than this and way more fun. It’s boring and from the ads, the game looks kind of like Tetris but more fun. It’s really deceptive and you don’t even have a choice to “keep going” after your moves run out. I hate this game I’m sorry to say, because I was actually excited to play this and write a good review. The only thing I like is the design and that there aren’t many ads that you’re forced to watch. This is a seriously disappointing game that I do not recommend to anyone looking for a game like this.

Despite 4+ age rating, this runs pornographic ads!!!. Today I downloaded your game ‘Woody Puzzle’ again, in the hope that the game owners had dealt with the problem of sleazy ads. Unfortunately the problem is even worse. The game ‘Choices’ that you advertise is a game that should have an adult content warning. How dare you give an age rating of 4+ to this trash? Children might be playing the puzzle and be bombarded with ads that amount to child abuse. I shall be taking this further and will make sure to have none of your games on any of our devices. This is a disgrace. If you don’t want pornographic ads that have nothing in common with the game you should avoid ‘Woody Puzzle’. I am reporting this to the police.

Great game. Ads very minor.. The game is a really chill game, and quite entertaining. I don’t know how but once I got 900. The only thing about this game is the ads. You get one after every game. But, every game goes for around 2.5 mins, so a quick 10 second ad isn’t much.

Too many ads. Great game, but once you’ve been playing it consistently there’s an ad at the end of every single round. Mostly 30 second ones too. I’m all for free apps and understand it’s the advertising that pays the developers but you hardly get a run, considering how few ads there are in the beginning.

Great Game but Ads. Woody is a great game but it’s needs less ads, say if you’re out of moves and then you wanna restart and play again, There’s always an ad in the way that’s at least 15 seconds. STUPID ADS. I used to love this game and would have fun playing it. But now….. it’s so ANNOYING. BECAUSE OF ADS. You open the game and have to watch and ad right away every time.

Freezing. Keeps freezing… keep deleting and reinstalling. Such a pain.

what happened to old wordy?. i wanted to play this game since i used to to help my nostalgia. however, the new version of the game is so boring and dull- the design used to be more welcoming and cozy, now its boring. the game itself is good, but it doesnt have the old comforting touch as it used to. when you got a combo, you used to get a motivational text on your screen. now its non-existent. im disappointed. bring back old woody.

Less fun. I’ve been playing this game for many years. It’s fun but less fun than when I began because the algorithm of the game no longer lets the score get very high so the game ends too quickly . It would be more fun if the score could run up a bit higher providing a little longer playing experience. My highest score from many years ago was over 3000 pts. The last few years my scores average between 300 -800 points for the most part. Not as much fun.

Game is crashing when opening. Amazing game and very addictive, but after the new update recently it has been crashing and I haven’t been able to play it at all, even after restarting my brand new phone still doesn’t work😭

Woody. There is a new ad feature to the game where you are playing and it seems like every 30 seconds or so it’s ‘ad time’ and an ad pops up. It’s most annoying, I’ve been playing for years but will likely delete the app as its no longer enjoyable with all these ads.

Interrupting advertising. It works perfectly, but decided to update finally. Very disappointed after that- advertising now interrupted gave in the middle of it multiple time, making impression I see advertising more than spending time on game itself.

Used to be a great game. Have been playing Woody for years. It used to be amazing - and granted, hasn’t changed much since it’s first release. With time, recognize ads are needed to generate revenue but the latest release it’s ads literally everywhere (more than you’d usually get with any other game). Swipe away to send a text and flip back to the game? = ad. Get a call and then come back to the game? = ad. Swipe down to see your notifications? = ad. Play for more than 60 seconds? = ad. It’s way too much for anyone’s senses. Reco = go onto airplane mode while playing - great way to get around the ads. Otherwise, it’s like boom boom boom ad ad ad.

Woody puzzle. It’s a nice way to sharpen your brain and at the same time, makes the time goes faster, very entertaining and addictive!

Love it!. Since downloading this game a week ago it’s already become my go-to time waster app. Do I have a few spare minutes here and there during the day? I pick this up. Relaxing before bed? Again, this is my go-to. The only competition involved is seeing if I can beat my own high-score. Do want to use strategy? Well, you can do that too. Where can I put this block to make sure I still have room for whatever new blocks will come my way? You can take your time or place things wherever feels right to you and see where that takes you. It’s a simple game, but a lot of fun!

Love but now too many ads. I’ve been playing this game for years now. It's a great way for me to pass the time and take my mind away, but recently they started doing ads while doing the puzzle. I can understand having an ad play after some time to take a break, but now it's happening too frequently. This makes it difficult to want to do this anymore if I have to stop every 10 minutes. Read this please!. I love this app so much! It’s really addicting and challenging! I would totally recommend it! If you look at the reviews here, almost everyone is complaining about this constant long ads... but! I have a way to stop the ads 😏 Ok so all you have to do is turn airplane mode on and then go back to playing and the ads will be gone! (Although once you turn airplane mode off the ads will reappear) So yeah! I just move this game and I hope whoever is reading this review downloads this great app!! The only problems I had were the ads but I found a way to make those disappear! Thanks for reading! -A random person

Glitches are crazy!. I’ve been playing this game for more than 2 years. I have played through the onslaught of ridiculously LONG adds, and more than a year before achieving a new high score. But now, as of late, the game is freezing and more often than not, will not get past the Home Screen. I have went to your developer help page and I have done all that is suggested. Still no change. There is no update, and my device is brand new and up to date. If the answer is to delete and re-download, then I will download something DIFFERENT and NEW. If the glitches and the ads are a ploy to make me begin to pay monthly for the game, then I am sure there are other games like this that will satisfy me. I would prefer to play on, but if it doesn’t change in the next day or two, I’m done.

Fun but addictive. Great game and challenging. However, the ads are SO annoying and the price to get rid of them is unreasonably high...given other free or far-less-expensive games out there. Spider Solitaire, for instance is just a one-time fee of 2-3 dollars. I’d pay more than that for Woody, but not$50 a year. I’ll just put up with the ridiculous ads. More importantly, about 1 out of 10 hands ends before I get to place the last of the three block groups. The message says “no more moves”, yet I KNOW exactly where the move is. I got to 3543 on one hand and had a nice place to put the last verticals 5-piece block, but got dumped with the no-more-moves message. That was my last straw. I’m so done with this potentially great game that has several major flaws.

Needs to be fixed. The appeal of this game is the satisfying feeling you have when you fit all of the blocks together perfectly and remove multiple rows of blocks. The problem is, I believe that the algorithm is set for your failure! If you work to remove single rows at a time, you can play for a longer period of time but the score is lower. If you try to make multiple rows, placing everything perfectly, you will ultimately draw three block shapes that will not fit anywhere and lose! You will get many right-angle shaped pieces which will eventually have nowhere to go! I played this game for about a month, almost every day, but today is the day that I delete it! That satisfying feeling has been replaced with frustration!

Love it!!. Addictive, I now play this strategy in my head it’s so very addictive! HOWEVER, I would propose one update to be that there needs to be an undo button. I know the whole point of this is strategy but sometimes there’s a lag or if there’s an incoming notification it glitches and dropped the arrangement wherever so it’s ruined a few good games for me. I don’t need it in general but would be nice on occasion. I suggest in settings allowing the player to select on/off or a limit- whether this limit is a set value or achieved at certain points levels I’m not certain but entirely open to either. Otherwise download. You’ll not regret it!!

Great game but.... Not gonna lie, I originally thought this game was going to be a lame version of Tetris, but I was wrong. The concept is great and the game is fun and addicting. The only thing that bothers me is that there is no “undo” button. Every once in a while I’ll swipe my finger quickly or inaccurately, placing the block in a different position than intended. I understand that having a backspace feature would defeat the purpose of the game, but I think if you were to integrate a feature such as earning coins, and being able to use those coins to buy an “undo” move, it could be a little less frustrating.

Addictive but the adds are relentless. The game is fun but two major headaches . The continually stream of adds particularly the two lengthy ones between games are relentless . To the point of being anything but relaxing. I don’t mind adds at the bottom of the screen but these full screen ones which have to play out before you can continue , well that is just annoying . I suppose if I bought the app these might go away but there is nothing about this app worth 4.99 per month. It’s not like I am getting new games etc. As far as a play ability , the “no more moves “ pops up way to quickly. At times I swear my eyes saw a move after the clear. Pop up the message let me look and respond with a new game button . Look at Mobilities Solitaire game for an example.

Latest update ruined play for me. Since the last update, the game now starts up into a pop up ad. On start up, you get a page saying to pay $7.99 to remove ads. When you close that out you immediately get a 30+ second pop up ad to watch. Before ever having a chance to play it. Before, you had a pop up ad after every game you played. No matter how quickly the game ended. It was annoying but I could sit through those. Especially if I had a good run and the game went to a high score. Now they added this start up ad as well. I play this game when I have a couple minutes here or there to look at my phone and enjoy a good puzzle game. I played often enough that I would have paid a buck or 2 to get rid of the ads. But the greed of asking for $8 has led me to deleting this game.

Fun game - WAY too many ads!. I get that “free” games are going to have ads. I get it, but don’t have to like it. WOODY PUZZLE would have a small banner ad during every game and another full-screen pop-up ad maybe once every three to four games. Now, there is a full-screen ad EVERY time you start the game and another every other game! Too many for me. Well, “What did you expect from a ‘free’ game?” you might ask. You see, the game ISN’T ‘free’ unless someone else is paying my cell and/or internet bill and since I am paying those bills, I am also paying for the extra data that those ads are using. While the actual $$ amount is negligible, it’s the principle of the thing. Too many ads is TOO many! The game play was enjoyable enough for me to keep this review from being 1-star.

Never a win. It would be a really fun game if there were a few changes. I don’t like the abrupt ending. And it seems that you never win you always have a message saying out of moves. Even if you have a high score you always lose there’s never an end to the game until you lose and this is a negative feeling of an accomplishment. With other games you can either win or lose and that’s cool but this game you never win and you can never redo it would be a lot more fun if you could undo. End it all so seems that the computer sees what you need and gives you just the opposite on many times to make you lose. I wish I hadn’t paid the yearly money for it. I would’ve deleted it already. I wish they could make a change to allow the option of undo at least.

Review. To be honest, this is a really fun game. You have to use your brain the whole time, and it sounds really satisfying when you complete more than 2 rows at once. But on the downside, sometimes you just can’t prevent losing. This happened to me 3 times. For example, I had a higher score around the 900’s. But, I only had a vertical block that could only go in one place. The problem was that it wouldn’t do anything to help put the other 2 blocks somewhere. So, this means that I’d automatically lose. Overall, this is a very good thinking game. But, I believe that this game would be better if the game didn’t make us trapped.

Fun game, but..... It’s a fun game, but after each attempt, you’re forced to sit through VERY long ads for candy crush type games. VERY LONG. No, it’s actually VERY, VERY, VERY long. Almost not worth it. It’s kinda like when watching your favorite and popular TV drama - when you realize that out of a 60 minute program, you’ve been inundated with 28 minutes of commercials. Yes, I guess I could buy the app, but it’s just not quite worth it. One other thing...and I don’t actually know this for fact, but I don’t think the game is 100% random as you progress. Meaning that when your game is getting hard, you never get the blocks you need. It’s predictable, and seems unfair. But I don’t know that for fact. Little changes could make this great fun.

I love this game,but I have a suggestion.. This game is great for making time go by,but it can get annoying when you think you can fit something in the slot that looks like what’s in your hand, but it doesn’t because it’s turned. So a suggestion is to make it to where you can turn the peices, it would make the game easier AND more fun. Another problem is that when I’m playing I’ll be dragging the block with my thumb and all the sudden it goes into someplace different then I was placing like behind my finger so can you make the touch more sensitive? If so, that’d be great! Overall I’d give the game a 4.8 star rating.

No growth potential. I’ve been playing for quite a while and enjoy the game but there is no player growth potential. No opportunity to earn bonuses or increase level etc. Game would be better if you could earn the chance to undo once in a while. For example when your finger slips and drops a block in the wrong place... other game enhancements could be to rotate a piece or swap it out for a new random block. As of now when you die you go back to block one. Nothing motivating me to keep going. Only thing that has changed on this game in the past years that I’ve been playing it in the ads are getting more frequent and much longer and more annoying. 🙁

Greedy and Inattentive. I’ve had this app and been playing regularly for the last 5-7 years and have always hated the ads, however it’s got so much worse in the last few months. Now you get an ad when you open the app, start a game, there is also a banner on the bottom that is deceitfully displayed for users to accidentally click on it, ads when you are in the middle of playing a game, when you restart the game, when you go to the home page, and when you lose/run out of moves. It is extremely intrusive and after playing for so long I am uninstalling the app and never touching it again, I’d urge you to do the same if you hate intrusive ads and uninspired ways to get you to keep playing for longer than a week or two.

ADS!. I play this game every day and loved it. Until the newest update that added wayyyy too many 30 second ads. Some of them even are back to back. Sometimes mid game a GoPro ad pops up. Conveniently they now offer a $7.99 add on to remove ads as these obnoxious ones got put in. Now I really want to uninstall this game and find something else. I get it they need to make money and it sounds like I’m complaining over a free app but man do I hate watching 60 seconds of Ads play 4 blocks down then watch a GoPro add out of nowhere just to have a “remove ads for 1 year for $7.99 immediately after closing it. I’m giving this a couple days to see if I can just get over it but I’m honestly really disappointed because this was an amazing app.

TOTALLY ADDICTED!!. I simply cannot stop playing this game!! I am visually impaired but this is one game I can easily play without any magnification (I do have an iPhone XS Max). Gameplay is simple and relaxed, with no time limits or timers and the music and sound effects can be disabled. This game is my favorite and I find myself playing it several times a day. My high score is now well over 4,000 and I just keep playing. LOL. It is well worth the few dollars to remove the banner ad at the bottom—especially for me, as my hand kept pressing it accidentally. Another small (but thoughtful) feature is the “Review” button that appears when your game ends, allowing you to glimpse the final screen and see why you lost. This game is perfect and absolutely addictive! I play it in waiting rooms, while waiting for movies and concerts to begin, and even in front of the TV. I bet you will too! Cheers! :) Angelvoice

I like the game and I have one complaint. I really enjoy playing the game. I play it with the sound off. My complaint is that the commercials have sound, LOUD sound, on even when have the game sound turned off. That's wrong. I like the game a lot, but have to not play it at times because I do not want to turn the sound off on my phone, I need a silent game. 4 stars for the fact that the commercials sound is on even when the game sound is off. Now when the ads come up, random ones have sound. I should not have to listen to ad sounds when I have the game sound turned off. I have reduced my star rating due to this continued issue! This morning, 4/5/18, I had the same 3 ads in a row. The first 2 were silent and the 3rd one was very loud. I am done with this app. I hate to be because I love the game.

The best. I play a lot of word games - virtually all my games are word games....until I stumbled across some block games, and the wood block games are at the top of my list now. As a newspaper editor and photographer, there are few empty hours in my life. One way I can shut everything else out, and give my brain a comfortable rest is to open up a wood block game. You can play several times in just a few minutes, which is great for me. There are no power swords, hand grenades, explosions, or cars going 200 mph, so don’t expect a high speed entertainment. These wood block games are just plain fun.

Ads Kill the Game. I understand the purpose of ads to support developers who offer their products for free or reduced prices. I am certainly not opposed to this as a practice. The length of the ads prior to the start of each game has taken the pleasure of playing it away. I enjoy the game, it is a simple way to relax and get out of my head for a while. From that standpoint I would have rated this game five stars. I went with four stars instead for having to endure these long and tiresome ads relentlessly. Shorter ads or fewer of them would make me turn to this game more often but sometimes I just don’t have the patience to endure them.

don’t change a thing :). this is the only game i’ve never gotten bored of. i play it sooo much to the point where every time i close my eyes, my brain starts to picture and solve Woody Puzzle on its own. my high score is only just over 3000, but i will never delete it. i could play it all day, every day. i love the simple layout of the game, and i love that i can listen to my own music while i play. i just mute the game music! also, i think i prefer the simple wooden color scheme over games like Tetris. you guys have very much improved my life by creating this game! thank you!

Ironic. This is a fun and addicting game!!! Totally fun! But...... DA DA DAAAA!!! The notifications are ironic. How so? It continuously says how healthy the game is for your brain. But here are some straight forward facts. Spending too much time on screens is NOT in fact good for your brain or eyes! And since this IS an ADDICTING game, the longer you play, the worse it is for your brain!!!! Also, kids who play tons of video games usually end up lazy and unproductive!!! There is even a gaming disorder!!!! I tend to slouch when I’m on my phone and then my neck hurts. So it’s kinda funny. There is no “healthy” phone game! The healthiest game that anyone can play is probably tag! LOL To people who think the game is rigged... It would be rigged if you always got the piece you needed. 😁

Love the game, hate the ads. Give us a reasonable fee to pay to get rid of ads. A subscription based fee is outrageous for this type of game. I'd gladly pay a buck or two, but a monthly or yearly fee? No way. It would be nice to be able to play in true landscape mode. You can after a fashion, but the touch & drag response is not accurate. On a larger device, like an iPad Pro, portrait mode is awkward. The flashing ads at the bottom of the screen are a real turn off. Many aren't safe for kids either, so I can't let the grandkids play. It's also way too easy to end up in the App Store or redirected to the browser. These issues make the game less than satisfying.

Playing for years, ready to delete. I’ve been playing this game for years and love the game. Unfortunately, every update seems to bring more ads and the last update increased the ads to a ridiculous level. Ads between games and when you enter the app are annoying but an acceptable level. Ads constantly during game play is obnoxious. I’ll keep it on my phone in hopes the ads are toned down and brought back to an acceptable level. If not, another game I love will have to be deleted 😕

Disappointed. When I first got this game I enjoyed it so much. Very addicted. The more I play the harder it gets and I understand that and it’s fine but it’s impossible to get a higher score than I did at one time. My scores for the last few weeks are much lower than they were when I first got the game. It’s getting to the point where it’s so frustrating that I’m going to quit playing. The idea is to keep beating your score or striving to beat your score. But again I can’t beat my score or even come close to beating it now! At this point I really wished I had never played it because I want to play it but I’m getting frustrated every time and only play it for few minutes before the game ends

Great game but…. The advertisements have become more difficult to get past without being taken to the ad’s app page over and over again. The final arrows and Xs we select to skip the ads have become so difficult to select that we’re taken to the ad’s app page 4 or 5 times before being taken back to the game. I’ve had other people try and they had the same issue. I really enjoy the game, but going to the app pages so many times before getting back to the game gets more annoying the more I play. If it doesn’t change soon, I’ll be moving on. BTW, the game is a five star game (for me), but the problem with the ads makes playing a 2-3 star experience.

Pretty bad. Ok so I’m only giving this 5 stars so people see this anyways I used to play this alllll the time a year ago and I stopped playin after about a month because it lagged and I found a version where you could rotate blocks so I downloaded this again a few days ago and I really don’t like it the first day it was good but now it just lagged all the time 8 can only play for about 10 mins before it freezes and I have to leave the game and play again also there are too many ads and overall there are so many games like this that are the sam e but you can rotate blocks so I recommend one of those

disappointed. I’ve been playing this game a lot this week and at first I really loved it. I was able to play for a long time and I was quite addicted. The last couple of days I try to play and give up because the games have become really short because of a disproportionate amount of big chunky pieces coming out back to back. It used to be a more balanced mix of pieces that allowed me to strategize more and keep the game going. My high score was over 3000. Today I tried probably 10 times and I could barely get to 900 and the games hardly last for 5 minutes because of an over abundance of big pieces. The last hand I played gave me 9 L shaped pieces in a row. And that’s not the only time that’s happened. It’s really boring if the board just keeps filling up right away.

Inappropriate ads and TOO many. I would love to give this 5 stars but I can't. This is rated for 4+ but some of the ads are for completely inappropriate apps. For instance one was for a game of "what would you do" (don't know name of app) but essentially the presented scenario was a woman walking in on her significant other and another woman. I don't need my 8 & 10 year olds to see that! Also the ads are many, long and annoying. If there is a paid version with no ads I can't find it as I would pay a nominal amount not to deal with the numerous, inappropriate ads. I turn off my wifi on my tablet to avoid them but that is annoying as well as I shouldn't have to do that. I love the challenge of the game but the ads turn me off.

Great game, please read this though. I love this game. It fights boredom fairly easily, and it can be really fun on stuff like long car rides or any time you just want to relax. The puzzles are challenging, but encouraging enough to get you to keep going. The only problem I had with it were the ads. There were long ads that were annoying to go through after each time you beat a level. Some were okay, but others were just way too long. This doesn’t take away from the game though. It is a very fun game and I love it so much. Five stars.

Deleting. I have been playing for a few weeks; this is a very addictive game and I enjoy playing it. However, I will be deleting it now because of the lewd advertising, namely bigo live. This appears to be a live video chat app with scantily clad women. In the ads, these women dance for the camera and pose in suggestive and demeaning ways. As a nearly 40 year old woman, these ads do not harm me, but when I think about my 8 year old son who sometimes plays seeing these ads, it is very concerning. And when I think about my 2 year old daughter (who doesn’t play games on my phone now, but will in the years to come) seeing it, it makes me sad to think that she would be exposed to this type of media and advertising that at best, objectifies and demeans women, and at worst, makes girls like her think that this is normal and acceptable.

Love Love Love This Game!. When it comes to games on my phone, this one is probably my very favorite. It’s great to just mess around with and pass time. Sooo satisfying to watch the rows/columns clear out. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5⭐️ is because I think the game could be better IF they offered the following. When you get “stuck” and see that you can’t play all 3 blocks that were given to you, if they offered a way to use “coins” or something to get a new set of blocks, that would be perfect! Maybe you could get coins or call them “exchange tokens” for logging in daily.

Kathy Heider. I have been playing this game for months and I love it! It is both challenging and relaxing at the same time. One of my favorites. My only complaint is - At the end of the game it just ends - It says NO MORE MOVES and goes to an add. You don't get to see why you couldn't make a move. I feel like it leaves me hanging. Lots of the time I know it's the end. I'm doomed. But other times I'd like to see what I did wrong and learn from it. Just a few more seconds. Just a suggestion. I would never stop playing the game over. Just thought it might be something for the developers to consider. Thanks for a great game!

ABSOLUTELY ADDICTED. To say I’m addicted to this game is an understatement! Being a mom of three I barely get time to myself. Between dance recitals, soccer practice, homework, and unstoppable weekends, it’s a wonder if I get a moment to think straight. However, whenever I do get those stolen moments to myself, I’m spending them on my go-to stress reliever, good-ole’ Woody! At first, I’d barely score enough to make it worthwhile. But, with a little time (a week at most), and concentration, it’s turned into a game I literally feel myself mentally craving to play come night’s end! Again, I’m absolutely ADDICTED! Many, many “Busy-mom” thanks to the creators! :D

Ads are why I am deleting this app. I have been playing this for five years, maybe four. It was one of my favorite ways to wind down. Now, I am punished with ads!! Every two minutes is absolutely excessive and utterly ridiculous. How can I relax when the game cuts out exactly the way it does when you've lost? and every two minutes? Shame on the developers for being so rotten. There are other potential in-app purchases that could be offered to generate revenue rather that destroying a relaxing game with intrusive ads. I will be complaining about this to everyone I know for at least a week, or whenever I would like to relax and cannot. I am deleting at 12,900 point game simply because I cannot handle my blood pressure going up THIRTY TIMES AN HOUR. ugh. For shame.

The game has gotten less fun.. I downloaded this puzzle app a few years ago and used to play it all the time and loved it. I definitely still play it, although not as much. Recently the app when played has been making my phone act up and become very slow. More recently the game introduced sporadic ads while in the middle of your current puzzle. I don’t appreciate this. I didn’t mind the ads in between games, but now that they just happen randomly, I find myself getting frustrated. Not sure how this ties in, but the game has been super laggy for me very recently even though it’s up-to-date. I don’t think I’ll be playing it anymore. I may even delete it because of the ads and slowness. It’s just not fun for me anymore.

Game play.. amazing. Overall game.. total nonsense. If this was just about game play.. it would be a 5 star game. But it now isn’t just about the game. I had been playing this every day for over a year now. The actual game is amazing. But then they decided to do an update and offer the no ads for $7.99 a year.. and triple the amount of ads to make it worth your while. Now I can barley tolerate playing due to the millions of ads. I’m getting ready to delete it if it doesn’t calm down with them. I get that by not paying, you get ads, but really? It already had multiple ads, which I was completely ok with. However, adding so many of them, before you can even play the game, is beyond annoying. It’s unfortunate since I love this game so much and got my friends to play also.

I DID love this puzzle..... I DID love this puzzle: somewhat relaxing, but not boring, easy to pick up and put down as time allows, but the ADS ARE HORRIBLE!!!! There I am, sitting quietly in a quiet place and my nerves are jangled by the screeching blaring casino noises. If I wanted to hear that, I would d/l a casino app, but that is something I think I can safely say will NEVER find space on my phone. And I could not find a mute button anywhere, not that finding one would have helped much since it had already shredded my nerves. I used this app for some relaxing, quiet time, and got dowsed with ice water. Oh, mute my phone you say? NOT an option for me in my situation. I can play Solitaire instead for a quiet distraction—THEIR ads have mute buttons. Some people may love casino games; I am NOT one of those people. You would have gotten a 5 star rating if not for that, but I WON’T be revisiting this app again.

Fun time. It’s like a jigsaw puzzle but no pictures, the fill ins are interesting it’s all your imagination on were you want to fill in the spots before you know it you’ve done several and trying to get the highest score , try it out , you’ll Enjoy it it doesn’t get boring the more you do ; you just keep on trying for a faster solution and score , before you know it you’ve played several hours and it’s not tiring just have fun with it I got several friends and family trying it out great for people with dementia , and Alzheimer. Keeps the mind Busy and active so enjoy the game , I love it !!!

I only had a snack break and bathroom break. I told my gf about it and she started playing with me over dinner. We normally watch tv before bed, but tonight we were both on our phones In bed. She is trying to beat my high score. She is now asleep, I’m still playing and beat my high score. She is going to be so disappointed. I’m already addicted. It’s almost one am, on a Saturday night.

Hate the ads after every Woody game ends!. I love the game Woody! I hate the new game advertisement after each and every Woody game ends. It's time consuming and annoying. I play four or five games of Woody and then stop because I can't stand anymore of these annoying ads! This takes all the fun out of playing the game. Please fix this so I can enjoy the game again. Really...an ad every time my Woody game ends? Very annoying! Editing my review after your response: I did pay for your advertising free subscription, however, it’s only advertising free on one device, not all my devices with Woody App downloaded. I did pay a HEFT PRICE for no advertising to play Woody without constant ad interruptions only to find out it was only good for one device. Really rotten deal for your customers. I don’t play it at all now because of this.

Amazing, but SO MANY ADS. Hi, so this game is pretty good. It is actually amazingly addicting. I love the game, I love everything about it except for the ads. There are so many ads it’s not even funny. After every single level, AD, if you open the app, AD, if you swipe up to even check the time, AD. And I have not seen a option to pay to remove them or anything. So Idk if that is just me not looking in the right spot or what. So maybe if we could fix that, that would be great! Everything else is perfect 👍🏻😁

Its fun but cheats LoL. This is a very fun game in one that I picked play more than anything else, but it has a flaw in the algorithm. Once the board is about 1/2 full, it’s start sending you the same three shapes over and over. Not every time but often two or three times in a row. By doing that it makes it impossible to fill in the spaces. So it’s no longer a game of chance. If the shapes were completely random you could indeed play this pretty much forever or at least for a long time but then you would not get to see the commercials. LoL As for the commercials, I rather enjoy them and have bought several things from those commercials they have good commercials they’re not really loud and if you want to you can mute the commercials. Also if the commercial is not relevant to you you can exit out of it early. So all in all it’s really a nice game with a minor flaw. =)

So far so good. I just started playing and so far I’m really enjoying it. Avid game player and become addicted to only one game at a time. Was addicted to CC for years until I discovered that they were cheating on my purchases. Anyway, this is a good game that is challenging...need to think number of moves ahead... did not give it a 5 as I’m new to it...and I can see the potential of getting bored since you start from 0 each time you lose. For me...once you hit a certain level (very high) it’s boring cause you may not reach it again for days, weeks, months...for me...I need to get a pat on the back more often than that. I’ll review it again if I’m still playing it in a month.

Propaganda ads. I enjoyed playing this game for a few months before I started noticing a strong political theme in the extremely plentiful ads. I’d been annoyed by how many ads there were already, but then I noticed that a very high percentage of the ads—if they weren’t for other games—were conservative political propaganda. I wouldn’t have had a big problem with political ads if there had been some balance of viewpoints, but these were all pro-Trump, pro-ICE, pro-Republican ads. Like I said, I wouldn’t have minded these ads that much if there had also been ads on the other end of the spectrum, but once I realized that the game ads had this extreme political bias, I decided that I would stop playing it on ethical grounds. I don’t like playing a game that tries to dictate my politics while I’m just trying to have fun!
