Working well with my two Onyx Studio 4s. Recently I purchased two HK Onyx Studio speakers to use in stereo mode. At first I tried just connecting them using the HK button on each speaker which works but apparently defaults to party mode. After installing this app I was able to easily switch to stereo mode. Sounds fantastic!! Don’t know if this matters but in my case I only paired one of the speakers to my iPhone. I then connected the other speaker by using the HK Connect button on each of the speakers. I have not tried pairing both speakers to the iPhone as this doesn’t seem necessary.

Useless app. Anyone who has given this a five star rating either works for the company or was paid to do so. The app is absolutely useless. It would be great to have an app that for one can find its own speaker. Also it would be great to have a speaker in which you can control the bass and other functions. I hate my speaker now. The bass is overwhelming the sound and makes constant static and air popping noises. Barely ever used it, maybe that’s why idk.

HkConnect won’t connect. Won’t connect to my onyx Studio 8 and there is a picture of the Studio 8 on the app. And it won’t even find my speaker. Love the speaker. App is total garbage. Doesn’t even connect. How hard is that to make an app for your own hardware.

APP is of NO use at all.. After reading all of the reviews, most negative, I still gave the app a shot. Let me say for starters that I absolutely love my Onyx 4. It’s been amazing since the day that I purchased it. The app is unfortunately another story. I’m a “tech head” and can basically trouble shoot anything and get it to work. But the HK app definitely needs further development. After MULTIPLE strategies to get the app to work, I am still unsuccessful. I have reset the speaker, reset the Bluetooth, reset the phone, and numerous other techniques. The app still has not “found” my speaker and after multiple attempts nothing has worked even though I no issues playing music (which sounds amazing on my Onyx 4). I will always be an HK fan for the hardware, but the app is basically useless. Obviously, some people have gotten it to work and I applaud their accomplishments. But having “some” people find success and the rest get absolute failure is not a good ranking to say the least. I hope the developers address the issue and make this app work for all of their loyal HK owners.

Worst app ever. This app worked the first time. And I’ve not been able to get it to work after that! It is really sad that you can’t make a better app. You really need to work on it! And when the app did work it has no features, whatsoever!

Firmware & app needs work. Do I have the latest firmware? I wouldn’t know as the app doesn’t indicate if you do or not. HomeKit integration ought to be possible now that Apple have lifted the requirement for embedded chips. This speaker got major latency. Don’t buy it if you’re looking for a BT speaker to use with any mobile music making apps. The sounds the speaker makes to when turning it on/off and whatnot, NEEDS to be set to a default lower volume, user definable preferably. I used the aux in, and had to max out the onboard volume/amp as the device I had connected didn’t have enough juice to get any normal volume. When you max out the volume on this speaker it will blow your ears of with a LOUD sound letting you know that you’ve maxed out the volume. This is dangerous, it’s loud enough to permanently damage a persons hearing. You need to lock that issue down ASAP. It is a major issue when using the aux-in with a weak sound source. I would be dead by now if my mixer and DAW behaved like this. Sleep/standby after x amount of time with no sound regardless of power source. Have the speaker wake up when it receives a connection via Bluetooth (regardless if connected to a power outlet or not). My €90 BT soundbar does this, so ought to be possible on a €400 premium BT speaker. Finer volume increase from iOS devices if possible, it gets loud even at the lower 3-4 notches in iOS. Perhaps a bit of control over the bass/treble, adjustable via the app -> onboard speaker storage/setting, if possible. This would be handy for nighttime listening etc. This would be a bonus, not crucial in anyway. This speaker is €400+ (euro). That’s a, high, premium price point. It doesn’t matter how good/bad the actual speaker is when it’s riddled with issues like the internal blings and blongs sounds, no way to wake it up via Bluetooth, and so on.

Connection problems. Great speaker but the app gives issues starting with trying to connect the speaker, no problem connecting via Bluetooth but app cannot discover it. Hopefully updates can fix these issues as it’s awesome speaker.

App is Trash. I was given an Onyx Studio 2 from a family member. I was skeptical that it would work, but the speaker works great! I was equally excited to see there was an app similar to the Bose+ app, but quickly disappointed as the app won’t detect my speaker no matter how many power cycles and Bluetooth disconnects & connects.

Love HK! But don’t waste time on the apps.. I love my HK Onyx speaker! I’ve had so many compliments, friends have even purchased speakers after hearing mine. This app (and other HK apps) are useless. So disappointing coming from such a high quality, well known brand. I’m rating this app 1 star. Would be 0, but that’s not an option. (They should probably just take down the apps)

The app needs more!. There needs to be some sort of equalizer or even some very basic sound control within the app. This speaker sounds great without this control but would probably be even better if we could control treble and bass.

Did they try to make it this bad?. Remarkably bad. It’s like the engineering manager didn’t want firmware or app engineers and hired interns or something. HK sound is incredible but the usability issues and simple requirements like low latency are so poor as to make products unusable. Unbelievable. Suggestion: fire someone in charge and hire someone who will hire real engineers next time.

Followed the instructions and still doesn’t work.... I can’t update my firmware. I have 4 of them. Great sound. I have them hooked up, but I have to run around and link them all up manually when I want to use them. Apple TV says that they need a firmware update so I tried using this app, but it can’t find the speakers that I have paired with this iPhone. Love the product. I wish that I could use these for all of the bells and whistles...

Updated app works flawlessly. If you have Onyx 4, good news! Stereo mode works fine with the latest app update. It is important to pair to only one of your speakers, and let HK Connect handle communication to the second speaker. If you pair to both speakers, it will fail to start stereo mode or have other issues. The only issue is the stereo mode goes back to party mode after sporadically.

It works. This app is meant to be used only with the HK Onyx Studio 4 model. It does what it’s supposed to, which is very little. Unless you want to setup your two speakers as a stereo pair, you don’t need this app. All the bad reviews are from people who did not read the app description and tried to use it with other Onyx Studio models.

thanks for leading the way!!. having an app to control speakers brings so much joys. this makes the onyx studio 4 more valuable. i would love to see upgraded versions of this app could be able to set up a surround system. thanks again for making this happen. the only reason why i don’t give it a five stars score is that this version is still buggy.

App fails to deliver. I have (2) Onyx 4 speakers and the app does not hold the “Stereo” setting at all and reverts back to “party mode”.... this is unacceptable and has issues for over a year with no “update” to rectify it... if you want a good “mono” speaker, this is a great speaker... but if you want “stereo” audio, DO NOT BUY (2) of these speakers as the app is the only way to get “stereo” sound and it fails for EVERYONE... VERY disappointed:(

Completely useless. In short, the app doesn’t recognize my device, even if it’s already connected to my iPhone. Harman Kardon makes good sounding speakers but it’s obvious that they know nothing about and have no interest in making functional software.

Great speakers but terrible app!. As others have said, the speakers sound amazing, and when the app works and puts them into “stereo” mode, it’s a beautiful thing. The problem is that it won’t stay in stereo mode for long and reverts back to “party” mode for no reason. Once it automatically dumps them back into party mode, it takes an act of Congress to get it back into stereo mode with the app stating that it cannot connect to the speakers, only shows one speaker, tells me to turn off my other HK app (there is no other app running), etc. At that point, I have to turn off the app, both speakers and start the process over of syncing it all again. Super frustrating!!!!!! HK app developers - please fix this app...pretty please!!

Awesommmmeeeeeeeeee. I just foundout I can connect 100 plus devices. I think Im selling my part time secondary Bose speaker and just getting all Hk. This is the best Speaker I have ever had the pleasure to experience. the bass (omg) and the clarity is unprecedented!!! Maverick! The fact theres an app that allows me to connect two of these .. or 100 is seriously giving me faith (longterm) for humanity. I am impregnated now by even this day. Wish I could rate this zero stars. Unbelievably frustrating speakers and app. One speaker works well, but don’t believe what the manufacturer says about adding other speakers. The speakers won’t work well together for more than a couple of minutes- lots of skipping and static, even when sitting close together. The app will allow them to pair in stereo, but that drops back into party mode almost immediately, and even the party mode sounds awful. Tried resetting, reconnecting, moving the speakers, and reassigning WiFi router bands. How disappointing. Keeping one and returning the other.

App doesn’t connect. Speaker is great, pairing with my devices not a problem. But I’d really like to know when it’s running out of battery so I thought the app would be a good idea. Like everyone else it does not connect. Seems like it’s been a problem forever, but the manufacture does not seem to want to address this issue.

Works only sometimes.. Have issues with detecting speakers through app even though they play music. Can have speakers on and playing and the app tells you to connect your phone to speakers.

Was great but not any more. I usually don’t write reviews but this app was great when I first downloaded it. I liked being able to check the battery on my speaker. But lately the app hasn’t been able to connect to my speaker even if I’m connected listening to music. It just keeps trying to discover my speaker and can’t find it and keeps telling me how to connect to it.

Would not recognize HK Onyx. I love my speaker… it is paired to my phone and working great. But the HK Connect app just spins and spins on the “discovering” screen, offering to tell me how to connect my device via Bluetooth. I even forgot my Onyx and re-added it, but no difference.

ZERO STARS This app literally does not work at all. Will not recognize any onyx studio 8 speakers.. Tried on multiple smartphones and Bluetooth adapters. It never recognizes either speaker if you’re trying to setup stereo mode or any mode at all for that matter. Quite disappointing for the price of the speakers

App can not find the speaker. I agree with the previous reviewer. I have reset everything reinstalled the app power on and off, and although the phone is easily connected to the speaker for sound, the app cannot find it. Pointless.

Does not discover my Onyx 3 or 4. Tried several times to connect my Onyx speakers to this app to no avail. Spent almost an hour chatting with a HK rep. Can't believe a company with such great product has such horrible support. I guess that is what makes Bose that much better.

Welp...y’all were right.. I expected the very worse and got it quickly. Connected. Launched Stereo. Sounds great! Left Channel! Right Channel! Yea!!! I’m thinking...”What are they talking about?!?!”...and then BOOM...bye-bye Stereo. Hello pop-up messages. Since that initial 5 minutes: 1. I’ve changed the sight-lines between my iPhone and the main speaker. (It’s Bluetooth and shouldn’t matter... 2. I also have kept the HK app open on my phone while playing music. (Plugged into my charging stand) 3. I turned off my notifications (have no idea if it matters) But...not one interruption. Not one. I realize that’s not sustainable, but I know what I’m working with....and I’m very very happy. Played an album from start to finish...clean. And now the big test...March Madness. Connected to my smart TV now...Awesome! Good luck.

Possible fix?. I had been having trouble connecting 2 onyx 4 speakers in stereo mode. Just did a hard reset to speakers (press + and Bluetooth button), deleted both from phone Bluetooth. Turned speakers back on (firm push on the button), connected back to Bluetooth and they are working!

No EQ?. The sound on he Onyx 4 is fine. But from room to room, being able to EQ would seem to be a basic function through an app. All they offer are these three obscure functions. If I have the phone in my hand to use the app, why would i want to use the speaker for it? Goofy.

It works if you follow the instructions.. I own two HK Onyx Studio 4 speakers and can consistently utilize the stereo/party function this app offers. You can merge two speakers without this app. However, it is required if you wish to listen to the music in stereo. No issues. Just follow the step-by-step instructions in the app or the included handbook.

Fantastic speakers ruined by this app!. I am giving a 1 star review to this app only, I would rate my speakers as 5-Star. The interface provided for using these speakers is absolutely terrible. When you do have the speakers synced they sound incredible, but that’s worthless if you cannot use them.

Add sound adjustment. App doesn’t do much of anything. Would be more useful if an equalizer was added to adjust sound settings. The stock sound quality of the onyx 4 tends to have flat/neutral mid and highs. Would like to adjust this.

No reason for this shabby app. Save your effort. Harmon Kardon apps offer the absolute minimum in functionality. I boht two Of the latest Studio 4 speakers thinking they must’ve improved the speakers since Studio 2. Stereo works, but it’s an incredible hassle to get and keep it connected. What a hassle. I guess I expected a quality experience. Nope. It’s a shabby treatment I received instead. Thanks you goofy company. Suggestion. Fix your apps and improve your speaker’s bluetooth functionality. Oh, the speakers sound great. What a shame they end up sitting on the shelf! HK?

Not worth time. App does not recognize my phone being connected to Bluetooth

App won’t detect speakers update the app please. Ok first of all I like to say I usually don’t write any reviews but I make an exception when either I’m happy with the app or annoyed by how it lacks to offer what is claim to do. Ok here are the issues I have with this app: It fails to detect my speakers even though both are on and pair with my phone And when I tried to connect both together that doesn’t work either Second thing I’m concerned is what kind of developers do you have working on your app? It has only been updated twice and one of those updates was to the license agreement and the second time to the UI and it took six months between both Jesus lord are you serious? However it fails to work at least on my experience I would love to rate it 5 even 10 stars if it would deliver what it was supposedly made for unfortunately I’m so disappointed and since I can rate it 1/2 star or less I’m rating it only one star

2 minutes - worked great. Took about two minutes to connect to first speaker then press connect button the first then the on second speaker. There was about 15 second delay after pressing the connect button on the second speaker. They work great together. I had the speakers about 25 feet apart and the stereo effect worked well.

Great product, terrible app. Probably the worst and most frustrating app I've ever TRIED to use. Still haven't been able to use it, maybe in 2050 it will find my speakers. Likely switching brands after speakers run their course.

Won’t discover through app. Doesn’t connect through app, defective software! I can connect fine not using this app. Just though if I used this app would give me different options since I couldn’t connect the app, it’s useless.

Definitely does not work. The app does not find the speaker whether it is paired or not. I let the app search for a really longtime after TURNING OFF all my other devices. It kept on searching for almost twenty minutes. Then, after the first pairing of the speaker to the iPad, the speakers (I have two) NEVER showed up on the Bluetooth scan again. The speakers sound great when plugged into the device directly, but nope they truly don’t work as Bluetooth. And of course I have no way of knowing if they would work as a system since they don’t show up in the scan or the app! What a disappointment. I DO NOT want a complicated home sound system in the house and this CONCEPT was a great solution. Alas, it’s just a concept.

A bland and mostly non-functional experience. The app claims few features, none of which I’ve been able to test after the latest update, because it cannot connect to my speaker anymore. When it was able to work with the old version, it lacked any customisation, and was an extremely bland experience.

Only wanted app to update firmware on ONYX Studio 4. The little manual says that is how to do it. Their website says firmware is on version 4.something. Mine is version 3.3. The app shows that but has no way I can see to update the firmware. The manual on the speaker also says the usb-c port is for updating firmware (which contradicts the manual saying you can do this in the app). At any rate, the app does not seem to be able to update the firmware. And it is over wise, to me, useless.

Not needed , won’t connect , horrible app. I thought this would be a great way to use with all of my Onyx speakers , the app will barely find the speakers (I just bought a 7 and it can’t find it through Bluetooth) to connect . It really doesn’t do much you can simply chain the speakers together on their own . You really don’t need the app , I don’t know why HK won’t fix this app for speakers as expensive as the Onyx series , I love the speakers I HATE the app

Of little value…. Really surprised that for a company that makes high-end audio gear it would have such a crappy app. Yeah, it connects ok to my Onxy Studio 4, but that’s about it. Thank goodness the sound on the gear is awesome or I’d return it.

App will not connect. I would like to be able to adjust the EQ. The HK connect app will not even recognize the speaker. My phone recognizes the speaker. I can play through Bluetooth, but the app can’t find the speaker. It is completely useless.

Worked the first time. Second time... Worked the first time connecting to TWO Onyx 4’s, yet when paired watching movies there was a latency problem. Voices in videos were half a second behind what was being displayed in videos. Second time after a few days the app won’t recognize the speakers even when BOTH are connected to Bluetooth.. Keeps telling me to turn my Bluetooth on and won’t go past that page. However, I still can link both Onyx 4 speakers without the app, which is nice. I noticed with one speaker connected to Apple TV 4 there was no latency. I have yet to further test both speakers. But speakers are great. I’m believing these issues will be addressed with updates. That’s why I’m leaving a review hoping Harmon Kardon will fix these issues.

Great speakers, terrible app. First of all let me say that the Onyx Studio 4 is my favorite speaker I’ve ever owned. However the support from this app is horrendous. Barely ever recognizes I’m connected to the speaker let alone serve its only actual purpose- switching to stereo mode. If it even works it takes forever and glitches out. I absolutely love the atmospheric effect of stereo audio and wish it was stable. HK also seems to have dropped support from my speaker as they don’t receive updates to fix these issues. Really wish this app worked, making the speaker experience flawless

Simple but worked perfectly. After seeing poor reviews I was suspicious but it connected to the speaker in seconds and while the app doesn’t do a whole lot, it does what it is supposed to do perfectly.

App doesn’t work for updates or nothing.. I follow the apps instructions to the letter & all it tells you is to pair up with your device, but it doesn’t let you update the speaker at all so don’t get full. Trust me when I tell you do not download or install this app they do not update theirs app.

Great Speaker - Useless App. Would rate zero stars if possible. Have an Onxy 7 which barely connects to my iphone. It will NOT connect to any TV that I have - nor any other bluetooth device. The speaker IS connected to my phone but the app still can’t find it. Folks / bluetooth is NOT that hard to figure out, but Harmon Kardon still hasn’t figured it out yet…

Absolutely hopeless.. Why not fix the issues which are pretty well detailed in these reviews. Sure it sounds like a great app, for me it was the ability to run 2 speakers in stereo. But I’ve tried everything, it simply doesn’t work, dropping out, disconnecting, distorted sound, crackling in one channel, volume jumping up and down randomly.. it’s hopeless. Please fix this, may as well as you’ve already gone to the trouble of making a beautiful speaker.

To create a serious app is child play. I do hope the 5 year old that developed this app was paid the correct amount of jelly beans. Buyers won’t be happy and definitely won’t be buying HK again. I will go as far as to say I will be telling 40 people on the instructions that tell 40 people and so on and so on until, sorry guys no more business. Pull your finger out or face the consequences.

App. Why does the Hk Onyk Studio 6 not have an app for iOS

NOT Compatible with Onyx Studio 4, 5 or 6. I purchased two OS6 to set up as stereo on recommendation from retailer. When I tried to set up using HK Connect, was stuck with a forever revolving screen so rang Harman support who discovered-for himself as well-that this app no longer supports Onyx Studio 4, 5 or 6! As he took five minutes (of my life that I’m never getting back) to be advised of this by his manager, I can’t blame the retailer for being unaware that this was the case, but am returning one of my speakers with an update today! Poor show Harman! You could easily make it clear on this app that the latest THREE versions of this product have no app support and are not able to be used as stereo or surround sound- unlike the oldest product in the range!!??

Add more ‘Stuff’. You have a lot of screen real estate going unused. Could make battery meter larger- almost have to squint to read it. Could add current ‘speaker volume level’ understand side buttons control volume but then it’s easier to see how much more you could give ‘er, so to speak! Even current song playing/player in use. Don’t have multiple speakers to test with, so when I do I’ll edit review accordingly. As always, the Onyx speaker itself is great! Been buying these since the Onyx 2 and many friends and family have bought these from listening to the music quality produced by these bad boys!

Sucks. Can’t pair my hk 4 with hk5s

Bought a brand new Onyx Studio 7 - Won’t Connect. This app will neither connect to my onyx studio 5 nor the 7 I just bought today. Connected to Bluetooth, even tried classifying the device in my Bluetooth settings as a ‘speaker’. Unless I can get this to connect, I won’t be able to set up a stereo pair, as I have a second onyx 7 coming in the mail as the store had only one in stock. Harmon Kardon seems to have been bought out by JBL, and all HK products seem to have been abandoned… just look at their website - if you go to the support section, and select Bluetooth speakers, there is not a single HK speaker listed - only JBL speakers. Seems like I’ll be returning this… which sucks, I got it on sale 50% off retail and the bass heavy sound signature is exactly the type of sound I look for from a Bluetooth speaker :(

Provides no real benefit. Really found this app to be useless unless I wanted to pair it with another HK device. Don’t see a point in having the app - would be nice to have equalizer settings

Can’t detect that the speaker is already connected. App is not able to detect that the speaker is already connected. Wanted to use the app to pair 2 Harman Kardon speakers but Can’t use it - it keep displaying message “no speaker detected” even if the speaker is playing music.

App doesn’t work. While my Bluetooth speaker is connected to my phone the app won’t connect to my speaker.

Junk app. Junk app useless! Won’t even recognize my speaker but I’m playing music thru it.

Doesn't work.. I can't connect to my speaker with the app. My bluetooth is connected to the speaker but the app won't go past the "discovering" page.

Doesn’t work. Said it was “Discovering” for 10 minutes, unable to connect. Kept telling me to “make sure the speaker is on and connected by Bluetooth” despite me sitting there LISTENING TO MUSIC ON THE SPEAKER.

Poor Support!. Bought these two speakers to have left and right stereo sound. The app is garbage and no app support in over a year! No more HK/JBL purchases for me! Poor customer service from a company! RETURN YOUR JBL/Harmon speakers fast!

No update as of April 2018. The app freezes on the turn on Bluetooth setup screen as previously mentioned in another review. I don’t think Harman Kardon will be updating this at all. At least the speakers are amazing.

Apple TV support. HK connect needs to be updated for smart TVs, like Apple TV. Right now it can only be utilized via the phone.

Bugged. I am stuck on screen were the only button directs me to bluetooth+settings.

The Apps completely useless. I have the Studio Onyx 6 & 7, the app won’t detect either of them. They can build great speakers but can’t develop a decent app to go along with the devices.

Complete garbage. The idea is good but just DOES NOT WORK! Totally unsatisfactory experience. I bought two Studio 4 to enjoy stereo sound and this keeps disconnecting!! Now I understand the reduction in price. This is why Bose has way more sales than you!

useless. Completely useless app, taking up space. Can’t do stereo at all. No other functionality really.

Very bad app. Speakers work perfect and sound even better , but the stereo mode doesn’t stay for too long , it reverts to party mode.

At least the speaker is good. The speaker is awesome but the app… well the app seems to be on unemployment without any consideration to ever work.

hk onyx studio 1. Can’t even connect my hk onyx studio 1 to the app. I followed the instructions like 4 times. Can it be that mines is older version. Does anyone have the same problem? 🤔👎🏼🤦🏼‍♀️

“Bluetooth must be on.”. It’s sticking me on a screen telling me that bluetooth has to be on and I need to connect to my speaker. I AM CONNECTED TO THE SPEAKER VIA BLUETOOTH! Reset the app and still stuck on the same screen, garbage application, guess I’ll make do without it.

Add Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 5. Can’t connect my hks5 to this app and can’t even see my battery life in the battery widget on iOS pls add so I can see my battery life

It just doesn't discover the speaker. I have it connected on Bluetooth, music plays, but app cannot discover the speaker. Totally useless.

Useless. Why create a app that doesn’t work nor has any purpose. Waste of time and space.

Waste of effort. Application doesn’t work, how can HK make good (expensive) quality products and have the worst application?

Won’t Connect to my Speaker. It’s really that bad! I downloaded the app and it doesn’t connect to my speaker. Bad programming all around which is a shame from such a nice speaker!

Can’t control balance. Overall sounds good, although not very crisp. Does not allow for bass/treble balance, and a lot of music the lower range overwhelms higher…in harmonies, multi instrument, etc. Too bad drives me nuts.

Cannot discover speaker. It can’t find the speaker despite being properly connected.

App is trash. Won’t discover my Onyx studio 7... kinda stupid, how am I supposed to change EQ??

Connecting my 2 HK 5s. This is so annoying that I can’t pair my two HK 5s together with this app. When I had my HK 4s I was able to pair my speakers. I hope they fix this soon or I’ll just return my 2 HKs get JBLs

Disappointing. Some of the finest in stereo sound yet can’t provide the proper support through the app.

App is a waste of space. Does nothing… I was hoping to change the bass & treble on my HK 4 because someone played it at way too high volume & blew out the woofer/bass… but this app does nothing…

Worthless app. This is one of the most worthless speaker apps out there! Will not find my speaker while it is connected. You would figure with the cost of HK they would have an excellent support system.

App will not work. I love HK gear and have an older Onyx which lead me to get newer models so that I can link them. What a disappointment when I got two new Studio 5 models and the can not connect. Sending them back because app does not work at all.

Great Speaker. Broken App.. Like the other reviewers, the app does not recognize when it’s connected via Bluetooth.

Useless. I love my speakers (Onyx Studio 5 & 8) but this app will sit on “discovery” mode searching for ever and never find either speaker despite both being connected and playing music.

Amazing speaker; USELESS app. Every time you reopen the app, you have to turn the speaker off and back on for it to discover it. Once it does, the app still offers no functionality other than editing the speakers name..

No connection. Just a simple waste of time and some companies money. Improve the app or just create a better one.

App. The speaker is good but the app is pointless and it doesn’t even show if your speaker is at full charge or not.

doesn't pair with my speaker. tried reconnecting bluetooth, reseting the speaker, and reseting my device. still doesn't connect my speaker to the app. perhaps it's too outdated and hasn't been in touch with current device audioware?

Unable to connect. I have my Onyx 7 paired with my phone but the app says “Discovering..make sure the speaker is on…” it also does not connect to my Onyx 4 or Onyx 5. Please fix it!
