You must get this app. This app makes parking in Savannah a breeze. Just find your number, load it in and pay by credit card. If you’re running behind you can just add time right from your phone. Love it! Makes it really hard to get a parking ticket!😉

Great app. As a tourist and moving around it is so convenient to add more time. Also, great for tracking how much time is left. It’s a stress reducer.

Works Just Like It's Supposed To. Glad this app works and our city adopted it. Very convenient. Having multiple cards attached to profile makes it nice for personal use or business. And having a mailed receipt at the end makes it nice for the account to have records. Now, how can we include all the prepay cards purchased from the city just prior to releasing?

Thankful for the convenience. It's so much easier to pay with this app. I don't always have quarters. I don't always have time to find the meter station, and still remember my space number when I get there. And it helps that the app reminds you when your time is about to run out. Now I don't have to keep running back to my car to feed the meter. Just remember your pin to login before you get a ticket!

App doesn’t always work. The app doesn’t work all the time but they will be quick to give a ticket regardless. Don’t a meter office and she said “meter is there” multiple times instead of actually offering help. Good ole savannah!

Good job whoever made this App. Great, easy to use. It’s fast. Not glitchy at all. Two big thumbs up for the group who made this app and the government team responsible for its implementation.

Nice upgrade. This app has really upgraded the parking system in Savannah and it is super easy to use. Only issue would be that not all spaces have numbers assigned but I am sure they are working on that. I would highly recommend this app!

So convenient. As a tourist it is great to be able to pay from room instead of having to rush out to a pay station in the rain. So easy to use (and I am over 50). Next best thing to free parking.

App appears to work well but no Apple Pay.. The app appears to work well. Parking spaces are sometimes on the sidewalk and it seems always within the “square” where the car parks. The app unfortunately does not give a way to pay without saving the credit card. I don’t care if this never leaves this app.. the card should never be saved within the app. The second thing I had an issue with is that Apple Pay could not be used to pay. This absolutely should be the default for all iOS apps. It has been around forever. There is no reason to not use it. It is by far the safest way to pay.

Easy to Use-But Hard to Get Glitch Refund. I am NOT a tech-savvy person, but this app was easy to use… until I was double-charged on the same day for the same spot. I have been trying to reach a human being since March, & it is now May 1st! After reading the Terms & Conditions, emailing & calling as instructed, & never getting ANY responses… I finally had to start threatening to dispute the duplicate charge before getting ANY attention from anyone. I have now been told I will get a refund check in 14-16 days. Just an FYI-I WILL dispute it on Day 17. Too much runaround from a seriously defective system that completely ignores its customers. SHAME ON YOU, City of Savannah!

Parking downtown. I got to Admit it was kind of funny what they said nobody likes the Paying part but it’s super convenient this way

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. Since our recent trip to Savannah in the first week of April (and subsequent download of this app) my credit card has been compromised and cloned and now I am getting phishing emails saying the app has been downloaded under my Apple ID. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND USE!!!

St. Patrick’s Day Mess. I went to Savannah for St. Patrick’s Day weekend and had to download the app, no big deal, however, I initially parked somewhere on the along the parade route. Apparently if I had not looked at the route map myself and moved my car, it would have likely been towed causing major headaches for me. A simple in-app/pop up message telling me to make sure my car can’t be there during these dates/times would have fixed this issue. This is not ok considering how many people come to visit Savannah from out of town and might not be super familiar with the parade route. I’ve had to download other parking apps while traveling for work and been warned of the possibility of getting towed, the hours a garage would close and I wouldn’t be able to get my car, etc. so I know this is possible.

Great parking app. I’ve been using the app for about 2 years and have never had an issue. Super fast, efficient and easy!

Makes it easy. I never have change in my car, so this is perfect. Saves your credit card for easy use!

Super convenient. If we’re being honest, nobody likes to pay for parking but with this app you can pay no matter where you are and not worry about time running out. The app lets you know when your time’s about up and you can add more time easily

Junk, does not work.. Wasted over an hour trying to get this trash to work. Reloaded it twice with no positive results, it will not start a new session no matter what you do. Why don’t they chose an app that actually works like other cities? Now heading down to use s credit card if thst will work!

So easy to use!!. Loading the app is easy. Once set up, you pay only for what you need. Love it!

So easy but needs to keep parking inventory up to date.. Tried to pay for parking last night, but the app kept telling me that parking was not allowed in to see the sign. The sign said no parking between 3 and 6 AM on Tuesdays due to street sweeping. This was on a Tuesday so that would’ve been that morning. I did notice that the sign looked like it may have been changed and perhaps the system hadn’t changed to reflect the sign change. This was spot 4324 on Abercorn and surrounding parking spaces and even ones around the corner on York, in case anyone reads this. I checked a bunch.

Great app!. I mean truthfully I think that having to pay for parking in the city that I pay thousands upon thousands of dollars every year in taxes and it’s ridiculous but, if you have to do it, this app is the best way. Very easy and takes the guesswork out of keeping the meter fed.

So convenient!. This app is so convenient. I don't have to stand in the rain getting a slip of paper and then worrying if it will be visible to the enforcement officer. Next we need an app that lets us know where there are open spaces!

Parking relief. This app makes the pay to park experience so much easier. You don’t have to walk to the kiosk that may or may not work. There is a count down timer and a warning pop up as your time runs out. You can also add time. If you visit Savannah often this app is a must. Many thanks to the developers.

Amazing. Been coming here forever and this has changed how we park! So thankful Savannah is ahead, wish more places had this!

Super convenient!!. So much easier than trying to find payment kiosk. Also, no carrying change! Need to repaint parking space numbers. Hard to read.

Ripoff report. This app is a scam and should be removed from the App Store. I paid for parking and then still received a citation, and the city of Savannah said it’s not their app. So good luck and pay the ticket. What a complete and total scam charge parking plus a so-called convenience fee and still got a $25 ticket. Avoid using this. Avoid parking downtown.

Best parking app. I can get a refund for parking time I haven’t used? Fantastic! When you leave, end your time early and get some $ Back. Or, add time if you need to. Great app.

Great App. I love it is so much easier to pay the meter, I don't have to worry about leaving to pay my meter.

Needs a map. We parked at the visitor lot and took a trolley. Running late, downloaded the app. Can’t find our lot and when I put in the spot number from our ticket it didn’t come up. Needs to have a map or someway to find your spot so you can add time to the meter.

Love it. Parking so easy. App even informs you if you are in a space not required to pay.

Great idea but…... We have really enjoyed using the Park Savannah app and it has been a big help and making sure that we didn’t get any parking tickets. BUT… on Sunday evening I wanted to set it up to start my parking on Monday morning for a space we occupied overnight. This did not work. That meant I had to make sure to use the app add exactly the time it started working again at 8 AM on Monday. For the app to work properly you should be able to set it up on Sunday night so that you can be assured that you are paid up at 8 AM Monday when they made her start working again. We look forward to the change in our next visit to Savannah thanks so much for this app.

Totally worth even if just for a day or two. The app is fast and doesn’t require you to enter a bunch of extraneous information. It saved me from having to return to my car unnecessarily and it remembers your space number so you don’t have to write it down somewhere else. It might be nice if they included the cross streets with the space # when you log in to extend your time, but there might be privacy reasons why they don’t. In any case I remembered where I parked so it wasn’t a problem. Good app

Works great, but a couple of bugs. This app, overall, has made parking in Savannah so much easier! However lately I’ve noticed a couple of bugs in the app. We parked at a metered space in the Historic District last night that had no space number on the street but did have a 3 digit number painted on the poll of the meter. We tried to put that number in the app, but it said it wasn’t a valid space. When I tried to look at the FAQs to see if there was more info about the situation, the FAQ link directed us to a page with a 404 error. We ended up leaving the spot because we didn’t have change and didn’t want to get a ticket. Later, when I tried to report a bug through the app, it said I couldn’t submit a bug report “at this time.” So, I’m posting here in hope the developer reads reviews and can address the issue of whether we can use the app when parking at meter with no space painted on the street, and also fix the links for the FAQ and Bug reporting. Otherwise this app is 5 stars all the way.

Great App!. It makes parking in Savannah so much easier. No more having to find the right kiosk to pay for parking and no more having to search for change!

A local loves this app. We came downtown to see a show at The Savannah Theater. I forgot that I had only bought enough time for the show until walking for dinner afterwards. Thank goodness for the convenience of this app! No quarters and no anxiety praying for no tickets. It was quick and easy adding the extra time. Thank you City of Savannah!

What if?. Love the App. However, one question occurred to me. What if I pay for a space, leave before my time is up, another driver parks in that space and overstays without paying. Would I be subject to a fine or do you charge my card for the difference? In either case not fair.

Convenient and easy. Love that we can pay for parking with a click of a button. It’s I increasingly so tough hunting for quarters ! The reminders to increase if needed are really helpful and we haven’t used it yet- but I think we can get a refund of unused funds if we move the car early.

Super Easy!. As someone who works downtown walking back and forth to pay meters is extremely annoying, so this app is my savior. I can pay from my phone with no problems!

Allow Changing Spots and Early Terminations. The app is a great change from needing quarters but there’s no reason people shouldn’t be able to end a “session” when they leave the spot. That’s the whole point of moving to new tech. And people should be able to change spots without having to pay for spots they left. It’s obvious the City is banking on these features not being added to get double payment for spots from the people who have left the spot before their time runs out and the people who pay while the “meter” is already paid but can’t know that when they pay via the app.

Let me pay ahead of time!. I am a tourist wishing to pay for a spot at 8am Monday morning. I am unable to pay Sunday night and therefore have to set an alarm for 8am. If hours simply weren’t restricted it would be much easier for tourists.

Easy. This was so nice! Made me feel that it did not have to rush back to the Metter to pay if I got carried away with some. So happy they have this now.

My info gone every time I open it.. I don’t use it much, but every use has required complete new setup, which is annoying while standing in the hot sunny humidity of Savannah.

Easiest parking app ever. What could be easier? Getting started is easy. Once started all you have to do is put in the spot number and click ok as you can store your credit card info. If you stay in the same spot, the app remembers the spot number for you. You can pay for all day of just add time as you go along. And especially now with COVID, no need to touch the parking meters. Glad someone told me about it when I got here.

Prayers have been answered!. This app is a dream for anyone parking in Savannah! I have had a few spaces that couldn't be verified on the app, but it has really saved me so many headaches other wise. I love this app!

Sometimes the location isn’t available. It’s weird at times in the early morning the location isn’t available even outside the available hours and other days it is. It’s annoying because I want to pay right then and there before I go to work. It is a very convenient app but loses that after not allowing me to pay 30 mins before the hours start. I have gotten two tickets recently due to the app not allowing me to pay for slotted time just 30 mins before.

Super convenient. I work downtown a lot for some hours at a time it was a pain to have to go to the car every time I need it extra time. And so I am super happy with this app super convenient and a time saver.

Convenient, simple. We travel to Savannah often and found this app on our most recent visit. Parking is so much easier and, once it’s been set up, the app only requires a few steps to use.

Please help save side mirrors. Please make a list of the parking spaces on Bay St in Savannah, Ga and send a pop up when people pay for these spaces to remind them TO FOLD IN THEIR SIDE MIRRORS! These get broken by passing cars on this narrow fast street every day. Please do this. Many tourists vehicles get damaged and these repairs cost hundreds of dollars or more. Mine cost $700. Thank you.

Might prove useful - eventually. The app installed fine, but getting the authorization code was a hassle. Did not receive the text message codes, but finally got one via email. Now, if I can find a parking meter in downtown Savannah that works with the app, it might prove useful and I can better judge its functionality.

Doesn’t work. App launches fine, but shows “location not available”. Location services are turned on.

Bad for Savannah. The new Savannah parking policies are neither unaffordable nor forward thinking. It saddens me greatly to know that efforts to improve the parking in SAV have been eclipsed entirely by the desire for more money and I think the changes directly target low-income locals and students. Now parking isn't just bad—its also expensive.
