S?!t app/crap app. Never use!!! Can't put a credit/bank card and can't use the app to contact anyone.

Doesn’t work with Canadian credit cards :(. Doesn’t work with my Canadian credit card but it does with my US one. Made sure I put everything in correctly and ensured that it is valud, paid out and works

No login with Apple. How is it allowed on the AppStore with social login without sing-in with Apple?

So much new user friction! Plz be better! 😕. The product and design team really need to take a “first principles” look at their onboarding flow as it is riddled with unnecessary and actionable funnel friction.😟 Take a look at your other parking app competitors and what they do! I would be very leery of hiring a product manager who worked here. This is a solved problem fr fr. So much low hanging fruit to address. 💯😯

Perfect App. Perfect and functional

Pratique…. Très utile surtout lorsqu’on est à l’intérieur de l’édifice. On peut renouveler notre temps de stationnement en un rien de temps sans nous déplacer. Lors d’intempéries on n’a pas à se vêtir pour juste aller payer…surtout en saison hivernale.

Zero Stars. I downloaded app to try to pay for parking. I followed instructions to “sign up” using my phone. It text me a 3-digit PIN to confirm my phone number being used is correct. So far so good. Then the app asks for a 4-digit “log-in PIN” … what the heck is this? It says it’s the same PIN that’s used for their voice system. I’m stuck at this point … can’t go backwards, can’t go forwards. Ended up deleting the app. The parking meters should use PayByPhone app. That one is so much better. Update: I tried this app again and it still sucks. Still the same problem. I can’t even sign up an account because it sends me a 3 digit verification code but then asks for a 4 digit pin. City of New Westminster Parking needs to use PayByPhone like all the other cities in GVRD and stop trying to save a penny using this useless Passport app.

Unusable. I have no idea how this app exists let alone gets so many positive ratings. It has never started up right on any of my iOS phones ever, going back years. I mean never, not even one time. It just gets stuck on the startup screen. No idea what is going on with this app. So weird.

Devs are stuck in 2010. You don’t get any of the functions this app’s rivals offer. No paying with Apple Pay, no using any sort of wallets. Has a very rigid time structure, I say this knowing how to rigid all parking apps are and this one is just… the worst. Using the app or using your phones browser to reach the website makes no difference. This app is poorly developed by greedy yet incompetent people.

No use for finding parking in downtown. Please copy something from the us side apps.

Doesn’t let you use the wallet fund after forcing to fund. Only had to use it once 4 years ago but it made me load $20, used $3. Go to use it today as $17 left in the wallet and it shows it as such but it wants me to load $25 more to the wallet so I can pay $3.25 for an hour of parking

Terrible Parking App. Time selection is not intuitive, charges for free parking, and cuts time. Will continue to use coins. There are so many better parking apps out there and the city for some reason chose this horrid one.

Needs Apple Pay. Typing in a credit card manually is really slow when Apple Pay makes it so easy. Therefore only 3 stars as well behind better apps feature-wise.

Bad time display. Only allow you to pay hours no options for 15, 30 , 45 mins

Received a parking ticket even though I paid through the app. Horrible experience using this app. Bad interface and limited features. Minimum times on parking spots even if you don’t need it. Received a ticket after paying through the app and it wasn’t overturned. Avoid the app as much as you can

Someone needs to do some quality testing on this app. I downloaded this app today before hiking. Went through the process of creating the account with credit card, plate, PIN creation. It was able to take payment no problem and even asked for an email to send my receipt. Got the receipt and if an agent would have come by, I would have got a ticket because the receipt showed my PIN in the plate field. Also when I try to log in to see if I can fix this for next time, if there is something I did wrong, before I could enter any PIN or anything, it gave me a message saying the PIN was wrong. Guess I wont be using this piece of garbage again! Quality testing is required please!

Check the Parking information signs!. I’ve used this app without issue in the past, however this time left me with a parking ticket. I signed in as usual and received a pop stating parking would be paid until 6pm. My first thought was maybe free parking after 6. I didn’t trust that so I chose to select my own duration and it would not all me to select beyond 6pm so I assumed ok must be free parking in the evening and carried on to my event. Only to find out you need to pay AGAIN at 6pm. So glad I pay a “convenience” fee for that convenience. The take away here is don’t trust the app, look before you walk away.

Missing basic function. Forced to use this in a lot I needed to park in. Stop asking for my credit card. Use Apple Pay and Sign In with Apple. Or at least Apple Pay and allow for auto fill.

Pretty good. It’s a good app i like using it makes it so much easier to pay for my parking I know still have to put a reminder on my phone to pop up for me to re do it again but other then that it’s good

Parking Pass Fiasco/Nightmare. Half hour trying to set up app! Worst app ever! Still not set up! Constantly worrying about tickets not enjoying park outing! Verification code not arriving by text or phone🤬🤬🤬

Beware. I was charged for parking that should have been free. There is no number to call to ask for refund. No info, nothing

Useless.. I got the app, registered, and gave my card, car info and license. But everywhere I try to use it I am told that parking is not allowed at that lot at that time, even as I look around at all the cars, and the big signs contradicting the app. I always end up using coins.

PLEASE change the alert notification sound. We were driving home on the highway and we hear a super loud HONK and the person driving slammed on her brakes and swerved because it sounded like an angry driver. Worst alert EVER!!

Fraudulent Site. Connected to Stream Entertainment and charged me a fee for streaming of videos, sports, books, etc. And I’m just trying to park my car.

When it works it works.. It struggles to remember my pin and so I have to reset it each time and so I think I’m being scammed. It doesn’t help that I cannot find a website to contact.

Garbage App. Can’t sign up, waste of time

No audible notifications/no help provided. I’ve used this app a lot as it’s the one chosen for metered parking in my city. It’s easy enough to use, allows you to purchase bulk minutes at a discount but charges you for the convenience of using it. My biggest annoyance is that it doesn’t give an audible alert when time is up or approaching that. Notifications are enabled in the app and in settings and my phone is not on silent. I sent a bug report and they just said they were unable to help me, all phones are different, I might not have the latest software (I do), etc.

Incomplete fee schedule. For zone 3030 there is a 30$ all day option on posted signs, but this option is not available on the app. Daily max on app is 4 hour for about 28$. Please update to include 30$ all day option

Greedy app. Paying with this is convenient for everyone but it does not justify for the convenience fee all the time

Extra charge, watch bank statements. I was charged an extra $1.50 on my credit card when my receipt from this app states $3.00. and my time log on the app shows a $3.00 charge. No one has returned my “Bug Request” report as told on app to do so if any concerns. Not impressed.

Worst parking app ever. 1) won’t allow you to set the time other than their preset options. So if you’re just needing 10-15 minutes, for example, better to use coins the old fashioned way. So backwards. and 2) whatever time you do purchase is automatically cut off by a minute or more. Why? No other parking app does this. When asked about it they deny the app cuts off time. So, we video taped it. Oh yeah, guess is does do that. Why, when every other parking app allows the user to choose time AND doesn’t cut into the time simply by using the app? Poor design. Cannot understand why any city or municipality would choose this parking app over all the others. Clearly they didn’t check it out first.

Begging to get you a ticket. If u gotta be there longer than the longest time, u can’t re pay for the spot due to it being locked out. Assuming this is to hand out a ticket before u have time to get back.

Yippee. Another parking app. Oh joy, oh bliss.

Works well. Works well enough. More convenient than having to carry around quarters, and I appreciate being able to see how much time is left and add more time easily. My only annoyance is having to manually enter my card number. It’s 2022—are we still doing that? Can’t you scan my card via the camera, or better yet, let me link Apply Pay or something? :)

Confusing interface for new users. Some feedback for the app developers. As a new user to the app it was not clear how to create a new account. The only options I had after verifying my mobile number were “Sign In” and “Reset Pin”. Most apps have something like “Create Account” as a new user that was what I was looking for. It was only after trying “Reset Pin” and going through the prompts was I able to get set up. Note this whole time I am standing in the rain by the meter stressed as I was now late for my appointment because I had to struggle with the app’s UI. It would be very helpful for new users to have clearer prompts. After signing up the app worked like the many other parking apps I’ve had to download because parking lot and municipality uses a different app.

Super convenient. This is the app to have so that you don’t need to carry change around to pay for parking. No one likes to pay for parking however this is so easy to use.
