Subscription only?. Not consumer friendly to lack the option to purchase the app outright

Not As good as the free version was. I paid 9.99 assuming it was the same app as when it was free. It no longer includes the medication recommendations for weight which is 90% what I used it for. I switch to Master anesthesia for something like the old PediSafe was like.

Beware. I paid for this app a few years ago and it was great. Recently it told me it needed and update and would not allow me to open. Have the the choice to “keep” or “delete.” If you chose “keep” it would not allow you to open app. So I finally chose”delete” and then downloaded it again. It now prompts me to pay a monthly or yearly subscription service. This is absolutely ridiculous and the author should offer a refund to all of us who previously purchased the app. When I purchased the app, there was no indication that it was going to expire. DO NOT BUY. They do not care about the consumers.

No medication dosages. I bought this app thinking it was like the old app when it was free. It is absolutely nothing like the free app. It does not provide weight based dosages which is why I purchased the app. While it does provide clinical pearls and equipment sizes, It is really bare bones. I will be canceling my subscription and use the Master anesthesia app or Vargo app instead. Very disappointed.

Where are the drugs?!?. I used this app a lot. I paid for it a long time ago. The very reason that I bought the app again was for the drugs! I liked this app then but now…

Unable to open. Recently unable to open application. From reading the reviews, the developer has chosen not to update this program and is forcing anyone who had been using it to now pay a fee to continue. This is bad business and will be deleting this application!

Very disappointing. I had previously purchased this app. For seven years I had no problem accessing it. All of a sudden it became inaccessible- now they want you to pay a monthly fee. Extremely disappointed that accessing information related to pt safety would be used as a money making opportunity.

Downgrade. I have used the former version of this app for years - but the iOS stopped allowing it. The former app had meds for weight based dosing. It was really helpful in a pinch as an EM Doc but this one is useless for me. Sad to have to look for a new one.

Pedi safe ripoff. Purchased the previous version and and worked well for what I needed it for. Now I have to purchase a monthly subscription for a app that I already paid for. I’m sorry this just greed taking over and not ethical at all. So sorry sir you will not get another dime of my money.

Previous purchase. As I previously purchased this application, and you delivered an update that locks it and demands a subscription service I am really not pleased. Perhaps you could have created Pedi safe plus, for people who want to subscribe to your content.

Don't waste your time. If you're Hospital has a library you can get most of the information from the library for free instead of wasting $.99 a month only getting one article a month

They ruined it and charge you!. They charge $9.99 and deleted all quick med references which was the most useful thing!

Ridiculous!!!. Just get the Pedi Stat app, at least u can purchase it outright!!! This is so dumb!!!! 💵💵

Scam. Previously I purchased this with full access and now the app blocked my access to most of the content and is forcing you to pay monthly for free information you can find on the internet (drug doses). Unbelievable that Dr. Trexillo thinks that he can charge monthly for something you can access so easily elsewhere. It’s not like its a dating service. Unbelievable. Don’t give him your money he has enough.

Won’t open for me.. My old wonderful reliable app stopped working because it needed to be updated. I tried but could not get it to update. So I deleted the old app and got the new. It won’t let me create an account. Rats.

What kind of a reference makes you write your own dosing?. I had PediSafe on my iPhone X and all the drugs and doses of what I needed were in that app. I just paid an additional $10 for this subscription on my work phone and NO DRUG DOSES!!!!! That’s the whole point of this app! I see where I can add drugs and I have to put in the dosing myself for each weight. What is the point of that? I want a refund. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!
