Quick to confirm rates!!. A young co-worker recommended this app for me...working nights, fatigued & over-worked...I don't always have the time to find the info needed quickly at hand....Now I do! Easy to read at night in dim lighting...I highly recommend this app for the busy critical care nurse.

Drug Section crashes!!. Have a iPhone 6p and it crashes on the drug calculations mode. What's up with your software!!

RN, EMT-P. Great app for drip calcs. I use it often to double check other staff and to do my own meds. It rocks for ED, ICU or on the transport team.

Do not buy. Wrong calculation results. Beware, it can kill your patient!! For those that don't believe me: try to input a dopamine drip calculation--> concentration = 400mg in 250ml, 150lb patient at 5mcg/kg/min. The results comes out 0.213 ml/min. You better off with Medcal (it's Free) atleast, it gives you the correct calculation.

Ads?. I paid five bucks for this and it has ads? How greedy can you get, app developer? I wholeheartedly do not recommend until you remove the ads.

Please fix decimal!!!. Help!!! I love this app and use it all the time but I can't now because the decimal is missing from my calculator and I work in the NICU and can't calculate without it!!! All my patients weigh less than a kilo!

Great list and dosages are correct but NEEDS A GTTS. would be a great tool if it gave you a GTTS for both 60gtts and 10gtts its great to know how much were giving but how many drops is the most important part!

Needs update Don't buy. No decimal point. Doesn't work with iPhone 5 and newer phones. Drugs section in existent. Big scam!!!

No decimal point no buy. No decimal point in mg/kg. The reason I downloaded. Put in a decimal point on key pad and I'll revise my Review until then it's very limited use recommend don't buy!

JUST IN TIME!. I just downloaded this gem, and just in time! A friend of mine volunteers with Medical Teams International, and to make a long story short. His small team to Haiti ran into a HUGE demand for services, in particular some OR procedures where drip-rates for many different body sizes and types were needed. It was stressful! I can't wait to show him my new GEM... not only a time saver but a life saver! I can't count how many times I have caught errors from my hand calculations... the accuracy and speed is it's best feature. Good looking, data entry is intuitive, and very easy to use. Thanks iAnesthesia! You guy's are producing some great products!

Lacks Custom Drips. Good Program, but it lacks the most important thing: you cant create your own solutions. So you always have to know the concentration of every solution you want to use. Another thing is the description of each drug = you should be able to add some information like dosage range.

Great App. I’m a Critical Care Paramedic and I use this app often to figure drips and doses. It takes a while to get to know how to use the layout but becomes easier once you know how to use the app. Love it!

Crashes! Don't buy. App will crash with drug selection! Still has not been fixed by the developer and this has been an ongoing problem in reviews for months!

Not so useful. No I would not recommend this app. The concentrations can not be adjusted. Standard doses only. Not even worth the dollar.

Needs gtt choice. This lacks the ability to adjust gtt. Dopamine is normally a 60gtt admin. The program only calculates at 10gtt. This forces the user to go and multiply x 60. By necessitating this extra step, you've slowed the process. Since I have to to calculator app I may have just as well have plugged all the numbers in without this program. Fix this and you'll have made a great improvement.

Drug Infusion. Drug Infusion is straightforward and easy to use. It will be my go to app for all my in OR and ICU drug infusion calculations!

Great app!. No issues, easy and convenient

Does not work!. Should have followed advice of other reviewers. App crashes when trying to open drug portion of app!

Useful. It does what I need. To improve: make the font of the units easier to read, i.e. Darker, brighter or bigger. For my use, it would be nice if it defaulted to ml/hr, not ml/min.

1st class application. Another beauty from the developer. You cant go wrong with such a smooth and sophisticated infusion calculator. Take the hard work out of professional practice and use this exciting tool. Great for nursing and medical students too. Very, very happy with my purchase and can't recommend it enough. Dr. Bill

Drug Infusion Calculator. When I want double check my mental math before starting an infusion, Drug Infusions is my reference. Recommended!

Worked great until recently. Was a great app until recently. As some have mentioned, decimal is gone. Now, the app crashes when you select drugs. Great app ruined.

Great. Has been used many times each week. Co-workers have downloaded.

Crashes when selection drug. I just purchased this application and every time I select drugs it crashes as a result I am on able to use this app for any realistic application for developers should be ashamed for not fixing this

Good ancillary app. Easy to use for quick reference situations. I've enjoyed using so far 👌

Great user interface. Simple and to the point. It has the flexibility I need to calculate non-standard drips.

Add gtts/min. Please add gtts/min.

Small things. Needs to have the ability to find the drip rate! Other then that it's a great program.

Not user friendly.. Maybe this works great for anesthesiologists, but not for this critical care nurse. The way this app is set up is not great for intuitive use, and doesn’t solve all drip needs (ie, volume over time—I know it’s basic, but it should be in this app). End point for me: I’m probably going to consider this a few bucks lost and find another app that is better for nurses needs

Poor. Great app until recently..used all the time. Now it won't work!

Solid App. Quick and to the point, Drug Infusion is the fastest way to accurately double check math before giving a medication to a patient.

It is a miss. This application has potential, but I currently would not recommend it. You do not have the ability to modify concentration of drugs. You cannot add drugs. There is an information button where you can find additional information about the drug, but NOT THE DOSAGE RANGE!! So much potential, but such a weak product.

Horrible don’t buy. Can’t use and easier to do by hand than using this. Waste of money!!!!

Not Impressed. I have downloaded every infusion calculator available in the AppStore and this one disappoints. Meds cannot be added manually and I have found a couple incorrect dosages. While I do not agree with the previous post about killing patients as I believe every clinician should be verifying any automated calculation (or at least have an idea what the normal range should be), it is nonetheless concerning. For me, I will be sticking with "Infuse" as it allows me to add/edit/delete drugs, add routes of administration, categories and more. Well worth the small price increase for the added flexibility.

Crashes. I just purchased this product and it crashes every time I try to open drug section!!! For a paid app this is unacceptable.

Decimal. I use this app routinely but have just upgraded my iPhone and now have no decimal on my calculator ??? Is there a plan and time frame to resolve this before I delete it and find another program?

Just needs a few fixes!. Found this app to be pretty useful as I work in various areas and do not get to deal as much with drips on a daily basis, so this helps when I work in ICU. Just a few things, though, the calcs for Dopamine really needs to be addressed. Also, on norepinephrine, Levophed is misspelled. I would also love to see the dose ranges (bolus & drips) for each med for adults. Not too much to ask for in a $2 app, is it? Fix those, and I'll give 5 stars!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!. I have had this app for years and relied on it heavily. The new update is absolutely awful and creates the perfect recipe for Med errors. GIve back the OLD version!!! I'll never use this app again due to the liability and risk of killing my patients. 💩💩💩😡😡😡

You are wrong EMS medic. That is the correct calculation. This should only be a quick verification reference. People die when you depend on technology to do the work for you. If you work for EMS, you shouldnt have time for this. If so, somethings definitely wrong with this picture.

Dosages?. What about dosage ranges? Initiation and maintanence? What's the point if you still have to go to another source to look up dosage?

My Go To App. Out of all the calculators for the iPhone, this is the best app for checking medication related math. Clean interface makes it extremely easy to use.

CRNA. Just purchased this app and it crashes every time I try to access the drug portion…..that was the reason I wanted this app…..not looking good so far.

Good program when you one. I recommend

Sweet!. By far the best infusion app I've ever used.

Crashes. Crashes when trying to open drug list

Decimals. I use this app for years. I never use the drug list, I just enter the drug info but now I can't enter decimals (points) in the keyboard

Frustrated. Unable to input the correct ml. It says 1 but you can not change the value. It always comes up as 0100 or something similar.

Doesn't work on iPad. No matter how you turn the screen, some of the program is off the screen.

Mistake's. Don't make a mistake, there's no, "back" or "clear" icon/option in the number section/pad.

No issues if you do it right. I don't understand why so many negative reviews? I have been using this app for a while now and have not have any problems. It does give you a lot of flexibility to enter the dosages and concentrations on your own. I believe this is where people are making the mistake. Read the interface and plugged in the data correctly and you will have no issues.

No decimal point. Why this app doesn't have a decimal point on the calculator pad is bizarre. Seems to me the previous version had one.

useful, but could be better. Ok for 99 cents, but application is a bit clunky. The generic dose calculator is okay, but the drug specific one is a bit buggy. The app continuously reverts units to ml/min for drug rate calculations which is very annoying as most pumps are programmed in ml/hr. It also defaults dose calculations to mcg/kg/min which is not always appropriate. It would be smarter if each drug has a appropriate default unit. For drugs, common standard concentrations are offered, but doesn't remember the last one you use. It always reverts to the top of the list of concentrations.

Don't waste your dollar. Not worth it

Never updted. Still no working for iPhone 5, no retin display resolution, no new drugs added...

Bad. Doesnt work

CRNA. Be-aware, this app is not compatable with an iPod touch. It requires an iPhone 3.0.

No desire to fix decimal. They claim they are working on it. Come on - how many years does it take to add the decimal ???

Not a worthwhile app.. Useless. Don't waste the dollar.

Drug infusion. Difficult to use! Lots of Drugs all used in the ICU/ED- But place the Mg of the Drug used in the ml of fluid mixed. I am very displeased with format.. Drug list is great! Also- Include what drugs should be mixed in D5W or NS

RN. HORRIBLE! Not user friendly and inaccurate

Nice. This app is awesome.

Inaccurate. Don't buy it. Will give you the wrong answers

Save Your $$$. app is missing numerous drugs

unsafe. I wish that I could rate this a zero. Not user friendly in an emergency. FIX THE INCORRECT DOSAGES NOW

IV calculations. I am afraid that EMS is right--the dopamine calculations are NOT correct.. Please be careful !! The designer (s) should fix this immediately.

No decimal point?. Really?
