Useless. Since the Evoque is missing, the car I'm interested in, this app is useless for me. It works though pretty well with the available models (Range Rover, Sport, Velar, Discovery). This is why I gave it two stars instead of one. Doesn't Landrover sell the Evoque anymore? LOL

No MY2019 update?. Almost March—now May—2019 and still no update for MY2019 Discovery.

Only 2 models?. Just bought a 2018 Range Rover. App looks cool but only includes Velar and Discovery. Where’s my car?

Manual?. Never downloads manual for velar. Worthless

Great wealth of information. Easy to navigate. Searching could be better but overall it's *****

Model years missing. It was great to have this information always at hand until you randomly removed all model years prior to 2020. Now utterly useless. Guess I’ll go back to paper.

2017 not included?. Got a pre owned 2017 Range Rover Sport. Downloaded the app for the manual - the only years listed are 2019 and 2020. Really?

Only covers 2 models. Where’s the rest?

No Evoque 2015?. Why do you only have 3 years of the evoque on here? Pathetic app.

Where are the other models ?. Still only see the Velar and Discovery on the app.

Where's all the other models. This is a very good app. If you have the two models it covers. Not sure why they don't have this for the rest of the line. Would be 5 stars if it covered the rest of the models.

Not all models available. There’s only a few available so the app isn’t really useful.

Unable to download. Tried to download the owner's manual many times and it gives error while downloading the content.

Missing vehicle. No Evoque? Why bother?

Needs update for current model years. Doesn’t have the latest model years for the cars. Not helpful for new owners.

Doesn’t work. I bought an Evoque and got an email advertised this app. When I chose my evoque it says it downloads something then it says the download was invalid and that’s it. Shame

Auto start rarely works.. I didn’t by the seat warmers because my new Discovery comes with an auto start app. Except the auto start rarely works (same with CarPlay). I found if I turn-off the ATT WiFi, both CarPlay & Auto Start works better- not prefect but a lot better. This App is horrible. I’ve had Land Rovers since 2002, I’m switching to something else on my next purchase.

Doesn’t work. App says downloading owners manual, but nothing ever happens. Support link just takes you to the default Land Rover web page. For a $70k vehicle, you would think they would produce better apps or provide better support.

What Model Year?. Received an email from Land Rover congratulating me on the purchase of my MY17 Range Rover and included a link to this app. Sure would be nice if the app indicated what model years were available for download. It downloaded the only owners manual for the Range Rover which was for MY18. Nice concept... too bad it’s not a cohesive solution for previous model years. Come on Land Rover... you can do better...

Not Working. Like others it continues to say downloading manual. What gives??

Discovery Sport. After a long long wait, Discovery Sport finally launched. However, it does not work. After a download section, a error message is popped up. So, LRJ, do you or do you not care about all your customers?

Not working.. Does not work, I have tried several times to download the owner’s manual and nothing. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice and still nothing.

Fails to display. The same problem as many others. Installed on a new iPad it doesn’t display. It worked fine on my very old previous iPad, with the old operating system, but not my iPhone or iPad with the new OS. I think that’s the issue. With cars of this type, why aren’t they fixing it?

Excellent. I use it for my Defender. Great to have the full manual in my pocket! Responsive and very easy to read.

Fails to display anything. Not working on iPhone 13 Pro, pages just display all blank. Been like this for months and can't report anything via their support. Very annoying

Where is the App Support. It goes straight to Landrover website 🤦🏻‍♂️ Anyway …. I don’t have a 20/21 Discovery Sport and it gives No Option to add any other models to the My Vehicle 🤷🏻‍♂️

Error loading bundle. Started out ok with 2022 RR Sport but vehicle deleted itself after about 6 weeks. Now just gives an error loading bundle even after reinstalling the app. All other vehicles seem to load ok…just mine doesn’t.

Won’t load Sport. Installs app, choose vehicle and it just errors within 2secs saying cannot load. Retry or contact support. Retry just loops.

App no longer displays on iPhone. Update to latest version on iPhone and the iGUIDE no longer displays on screen. Launch the app and white blank screen. Others also have noted the same problem on Facebook.

Discovery sport 2018. Is this apt available for 2018 models . Ray King

Gets stuck on last “how to use guide” page. Just says downloading with no progress bar and nothing happening even after being left open for 10 min.

useless app. Land Rover has worst CarPlay , most car still have to usb plug in , sometimes even doesn’t work

5 stars for the upgrade!!. The iGuide app is fantastic since it’s been revamped it. Great UI. Love that you can search via keyword and bookmark pages and/or any of the super helpful tutorial videos. The FAQ topics are ones that are actually pertinent to the driver, and I like that there’s a comprehensive list of warning lights to quickly refer to. The app is pretty fast now (online and off) and never crashes anymore. I wish the 360° virtual search was still a feature, but the updated version is easier to use now. Would like to see the ability to select your owner’s manual based off of engine model return, but, all in all, this app is comprises everything you need to know about your Land Rover (and then some).
