Love it but with minor nostalgia.. This game is great! The 4 out 5 stars is perhaps a little biased. I grew up playing Roller Coaster Tycoon on my PC. I played that game from my early teen years all throughout my young adult life. One of the best parts of the game was the freedom to create YOUR park the way YOU wanted it to be. I initially felt like that was missing from this version of the game. However, as I play on into the game I find that that is not so, entirely. The game guides you somewhat towards what you need & where it is needed but with a little strategy & patience that freedom is given back to you. You build according to the cards you have but the game does a great job at awarding enough cards at the right times to keep a good amount of options open as to what to build next. If I had to explain the game to my fellow Roller Coaster tycoon vets in the simplest terms it would be: imagine the original Roller Coaster Tycoon but with more strategy skills required. All in all, I still love this game & hope it continues to be as accessible & FREE as it is at this moment.

RCT Classic is better. This is such a great game, and so fun to play, but it’s so hard to move up without making in app purchases. It’s possible, but it takes forever, and you can’t really get past a certain point without help. Or at least it loses the fun. Also, at the higher levels most of the rides and things are priced so impossibly high you’d have to use real money to buy coins. One of them is about 7,900,000 coins. Guess how much 8,000,000 coins cost? $20!! $20 for a ride in a video game that doesn’t even add any actual gameplay features. Or you could wait all week to make the $8,000,000. That’s just one example of how they overvalue/over charge for every little thing. I used to play this new version but got so tired of the in app purchase model I stopped a while ago. I recently redownloaded RCT Classic and I’ve been playing all week (and all my life when it was on pc) and haven’t been able to put it down. I picked this up, and after less than an hour I’m over it. It takes too long to make money, there’s no way to speed up time, the only way to progress quicker or open up the game more is to spend a ridiculous amount of actual money on coins and tickets. All I’m asking is that the developer is more reasonable with how they price things, I understand they need to make money, but I really don’t even enjoy the game because of how greedy they’ve become. This would be the BEST game if they weren’t so money hungry 😕 really a bummer

Kind of Disappointed. You know, I’m kind of sad. This used to be one of my favorite games on the pc when I was younger, but how it has been set up on the touch devices is an utter disappointment. You’ve turned an awesome game into one that is greedy and looking for money instead of letting us enjoy how this game used to be. Sure you could say you’re trying to provide us all with more content and abilities but we all know that that is a load of lies. You’ve turned a game that I would have happily paid $5 or $10 for on the touch devices into one that is merely impossible to progress quickly unless you fall into the In App Purchases Ponzi scheme. So I would ask you as a company, is your goal just to make money or allow the customer to thoroughly enjoy their experience playing your game. Enough with all of these in app purchases and get back to the real goal of creating an immersive, enjoyable game for all people whether they are rich or poor. Was really excited about this game, but have left disappointed. Hopefully I’m the only one that feels this way, but I know I’m not. Sorry you’ve felt the need to change the game so drastically as to entice the user to keep spending additional money. I’ll be glad to hear the day that you do end up going back to your roots and once again you’ll have a loyal fan. I know you have to make money somehow, but isn’t there another way?

VERY disappointing. So apparently there was some major bug issue that deleted your park and replaced it with whatever friend’s park that you visited while also deleting all the pathways in the process! So not only are you left with a park that’s not yours, but you also have the extra work of completely rebuilding the park due to no pathways being present! VERY disappointing when you were level 54 and your friend was level 20 and didn’t have NEARLY the amount of rides, decorations and etc. that you had. I’m having to rebuild my entire park and rebuy rides and buildings that I had already bought. The bug has been fixed but my park has not been replaced. Players should’ve at least received something for compensation, like 10,000,000 in coins or something, but nope nothing at all to say hey we messed up we’re sorry! Very VERY disappointing! EDIT: As compensation for my losses, I was awarded a VERY VERY VERY generous amount in coins and card packs! Way to go game developers!

This could have been great..... This is a pretty fun game for those of us enjoying the nostalgia of RCT, BUT..... the glitching makes it incredibly frustrating and honestly a little criminal if you’ve paid real money (which I did.) Two weeks and hours of gameplay later, I just deleted it. The game continuously doesn’t save work or doesn’t save cards earned. You usually don’t realize it until you suddenly realize “wait..... I put Go Carts there yesterday. Where are they?” You would think that your coins would reflect not purchasing something since it appears like it’s just not saving a gaming session but that doesn’t appear to be the case. It’s impossible to keep track of how many coins you are missing and what didn’t save so contacting support seems like it would be challenging since you don’t know what to ask for. Also, I could never get the “corporation” social team situation to work and that appears to be a pretty big deal in later levels. None of the teams I applied for accepted me and I even spent the money to start my own team and no one joined. I’m thinking that feature is broken? Who knows. I’m out. Again, this could have been really fun but it seems pretty sketchy that they are knowingly running a game that takes coins and doesn’t save work while still offering in app purchases.

Don’t steal my money!. I’ve bought 2 packs for six flags the first one for 1.99 and the second one for 9.99 the first one I didn’t receive anything from the package, I put in a ticket. The reply was “We reply to inquiries in order received and are grateful for your understanding and patience on the matter. In the meantime, don't hesitate to check our FAQ & Help section for in-game tips!” I really wanted the six flags stuff so I purchased the second package I got those things but when I logged off for the night and logged back in the next day THEY WERE ALL GONE! I put in a ticket for that one also. I'm quite sure the reply will be the same reply as the first one. I’m to re-design my park so I put everything in storage and start my design for hours I spend time re-designing my park when I log off and then log back on the next day the original way I had my park is there. Now I don’t like my money being stolen I say (stole) because I bought something and didn’t receive it. There’s only one day left for the six flags event give me those things OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I’ve been a player of this game since 2017 I’ve spent hundreds of dollars don’t lose a customer. I wish that I could do no stars.

Lost 2 years of progress, went from Level 200+ to level 1. I updated the iOS app from the Apple App Store on July 9, 2020 and now I LOST all my game progress from the past few years. I went from a level above 200 to level 1. The update removed my years of progress. I lost everything in the Main Park and Waterpark and had just restarted another scenario for restaurants. I also had created a corporation which never developed into anything because I used all the initial tickets. I can’t remember how much money was in each park but the Waterpark was more than 300,000,000 and the Main Park had more than 3,500,000,000 since I was just making money and not adding anything. I went from level 200+ to level 1 with the game giving me tutorial prompts. My Main Park had all rides installed, restaurants, shops... and had 100% rating in Food, Fun and Hygiene. My waterpark had all rides, shops and restaurants plus 4 collectors and 4 heart generator covering the whole waterpark with 100% satisfaction in all categories. I had multiple of the same items and rides installed and everything is gone. I also lost all the special event items like Christmas, Halloween and Easter items. I lost more than 3900 Tickets and 5700 hearts. I lost all the cards I purchased and collected over the past couple of years.

Great Game, needs updates!. I’ve been playing this for just about a year now, and I really enjoy it, but the more levels you rise up to, it seems like the more boring it gets... there needs to be more things to do! I like how you can play some of the mini games, but that should be for every game that it could be applied to! (Ex. Basketball, shooting gallery, bull riding, etc.). If you allowed gamers to do things in the park, it would make it a lot better. Also, I’m on level 57 and I only have one more title for park expansion, so I would make the parks bigger so more things can be added! With bigger parks, more attractions could be added to the list of things to put in the park! Lastly, there is a mode that has said “coming soon” since I’ve downloaded the app, so I wonder if something really is going to be put there? Other than that, keep up the good work, but there needs to be a good amount of updates and more things to do to keep it trending upwards!

Maddening. The game had potential, but they’ve purposefully made it so that you can’t progress without paying money for the chance to get the cards you need. I’m sure eventually the cards would come without forking out extra money, but in the meantime you can’t do anything except to occasionally check the game rather than playing for extended periods. I bought a monthly VIP subscription, so I wasn’t against paying for an enjoyable game. What I am against is them controlling how quickly I could progress. I suppose they make a lot of money this way because the slower you progress, the more months you pay for the subscription, but I just cancelled instead. Also it sounds as if joining corporations is really helpful for gameplay, except there’s a bug that doesn’t allow you to join any of them, regardless of your level. Oh and I kept getting missions such as “buy 2 more shops” when there aren’t anymore shops available for me to purchase. Other reviews are saying they purchased utility packs and still didn’t get the cards they needed. How about allowing your paying customers play how they want to? Atari is a scam

Absolutely Love This Game!. I am gonna do this backwards started with what the game lacks and ending it with its best features. Saves those looking for reviews help deciding on downloading of game. The first thing lacking is a POV ride in your personal theme park. Some games allow you to ride the roller coasters giving you views of park as if you’re really on ride in park. It’s neat having this feature especially for those who can’t afford real deal. Another feature which is found in another version of this game is land development like creating a mountain or hill in park. A water feature to allow you to make ponds for coasters to go over. Even a bridge for guests to walk from one area to another. It makes it more realistic. Buildings added so you can make western towns, hotels, or other enclosures to put shops inside or even games. Maybe add in? It would be so great! I’m a Sim player too so that’s why I bring it up. I’d play this game more than anything if it had extras like that! Now what game has that sets it above the rest. No overload of missions. Lots of events to earn more goodies. No need to pay for anything as it’s easy to earn lots of goodies. A water park to play with on top of your own private theme park. Fun scenarios. Opportunities to connect with others in corporations. The best part though is no glitches or slow play time due to multiple objects owned. I can play for hours on days with nothing to do. Love love love!!

Overstaying it’s welcome. I have to start this off by saying- what a fantastic game! I have spent six hours at once building my park over and over. I understand it’s a free game that developers labored over so I have done a few in app purchases here and there. I’d say that I am about 75% done with the game. Here’s where things got weird. It’s all based on cards so you have to earn a number of cards for one ride or shop before you can upgrade it. The variety of cards is gone, the daily wheel spin always lands on the same giant pack of one items cards that’s useless, and I go out on a limb to use my tickets to spin it again and it lands on something else lame. It never lands on a “new” item or a variety pack of cards. Not fun at all. The water park is pointless for the most part. You earn about 35,000 a day putting about half effort into building it and you need 25 million for a roller coaster. Overall I really enjoy this game but they try to hard, and in an obvious way, to drag you into in app purchases. There should be a feasible way to progress through the game organically. At some point, that ceases to exist.

nostalgic and fun but could have a few improvements. I love this game because it’s nostalgic for me when I used to play it on the computer in the early 2000’s. I played it until it was too scratched to use. I think this game is great, but maybe a few improvements can be made. 1.) The coverage for janitors mostly, but as well as maintenance and information booths. In the traditional coaster tycoon, you would hire a certain amount of janitors to walk the park and clean. This did a more Thorough job of cleaning the park instead of having coverage from the janitor booths which when upgraded then change the coverage and then you have to adjust your park to be able to fit the booth to cover more. It’s difficult because you can never fully cover an area and then it’s disgusting in one spot. 2.) Have more ways to level up rather than by upgrading things in your park. I am at level 54 almost 55 and it is taking so long. 3.) I am in dire need of an expansion and they should be available with maybe very level up or every two. Especially at this high of a level.

Ok game, but..... I downloaded this app because I used to play something very similar when I was younger, so you can imagine how exited I was to play it. I was on this app for the whole day and I have to say that I’m just really disappointed. First off I quickly noticed that all the rides and food attractions are super overpriced. C’mon, I mean how can you get a 1,000,000 dollar ride when you only get like 300 coins per hour. Even if I miraculously had that many coins I’d have to have several cards for that ride!! The whole card thing is rigged too because you never get the card you need when you buy a pack. So I’m basically stuck. No coins. No new cards. No nothing. Just angry people. Oh and apparently you have to upgrade all the stuff for “hygiene” over and over and the prices go up. The prices are getting astronomical!! More dang coins that I don’t have. Even a single tree is like 2,000 coins! I refuse to pay real money tho cause I would have to pay like 20 bucks everyday to get the customers happy. I just want a nice peaceful time making this amusement park but instead it made me super stressed and angry. Other than that the graphics are good and it doesn’t take a while to load. So if you can handle all that, drain your bank account, dedicate all your time to this, then oh boy is this the app for you.

Extremely Frustrating. I’d love to give this game five stars but I can’t. I was really enjoying playing this game but it crashes CONSTANTLY. It always crashes right before I’m about to open a card pack, and then they all just disappear. You need cards to build your park and you get them for completing challenges, and two free ones a day. You can’t do anything without cards and I lose at least half mine a day from the game crashing and other stupid glitches. I even resorted to buying some because I really wanted to play, (and I’ve never bought anything on a game app before) BUT I LOST THOSE!! I then tried to contact customer support to get my money back and report the problem, and even though they responded back right away, no one has done anything to help me. First they said I had to wait for the purchase to not show pending on my apple history anymore, so maybe in two weeks I can try again to get my money back. As far as their game crashing and their customer not being able to play their game because I can never get my cards, well, Atari doesn’t seem to care. So don’t waste your money or your time, their are plenty of other games that actually work.

Has some good things, but needs a lot of work. Now, I like how in the game you can customize your own rollercoasters, but it also takes a lot of patience. The game, for me, doesn’t represent the goodness that is the Rollercoaster Tycoon franchise. I feel like with the other games in the franchise, it wasn’t as restrictive and there was more to do. This game and its gameplay just tends to feel very stunted and like a poor mans version of the others. It felt like it was made my a fan and not by Atari itself. This I say with complete honesty. I’m going to go download another Atari game, probably get the old version for 5.99 on my tablet here, because I’m currently bored. It also aggravated me how the people would always say the same thing. Like, it needs maintenance, or I love this, or love that, on a constant cycle. Now I know this is how it works, but the dialogue of the visitors to your park wasn’t very diverse and it was quite an influence for insanity (in my opinion) so I stopped clicking on the little people walking through my park because I expected the same thing. The other games, while they aren’t all the game and I wouldn’t expect them to be, at least had more diverse dialogue with the characters and things made more sense as they were more clarified. The point, this game has a lot of potential, but it needs a lot of work.

Disappointed. I used to play this game all the time as a kid on pc and I really loved it. so when I downloaded this game it was also really fun in the beginning until you get to level 10-12 everything is extremely slow I can’t purchase certain things like the janitor because I haven’t gotten the card yet so my people are extremely upset. but that’s not my fault because I can’t get the janitor card which is an ESSENTIAL! Essential cards like The repair guy the janitor and information center and bathroom should automatically would be given to us why do I need to level up my bathroom 20 times just to place down six bathrooms?! It makes no sense as to how much money I have to spend just to upgrade. there’s a lot of glitches also within the game and I’m almost to the point were I want to delete the app because now I’m just bored there’s nothing to do in my park because making money is extremely slow and everything is extremely expensive to buy. Or it takes forever to get new cards. I’m not going to waste my money on this game when I barely even have a feel for it and it’s not making a very good impression.

RCT Touch Makes a Wrong Turn. My review is based on a comparison to RCT 4 Mobile (which I prefer). Touch offers some good enhancements to builder in general such as an improved grid feature for planning and design, some additional small amusement options you can add to your park like the Watergun, Gopher Pound, etc., and some new items for decorating your park. Additionally, the touch capability makes building much easier. I wish more like this was available for RCT4Mobile. However, turning the builder into card collecting type game really puts a tremendous squash on your creative ability to have fun designing and building an amusement park - the main reason I (and I'm sure many others) like RCT. I also give a thumbs down to the graphic design of the businesses and amusements. They are too big and overdone which ruins the "big picture" view due to scaling, etc. My recommendation to the developers is that it would be better to spend your time on bug fixes and enhancements for a model that has already proven successful rather than changing lanes and going in a new direction. RCT Touch made a wrong turn in a direction that eliminates a quality that was intrinsic to the original game's appeal and popularity.

Good so far. I’ve not spent a dime and been rolling pretty good. Almost lvl 10. Haven’t played a full day yet either. Getting use to coaster design is a little tricky, especially when trying to edit the track and shorten it or make adjustments with height too. Overall love it. It will get me by until someone finally sees the light and put this franchise onCONSOLES!!!*Wink*Wink*Hint*Hint* Update at lvl 26. Well I’ve got to say good job. You don’t have to spend if you don’t want to but good enough incentives if you do. Overall the game flows nicely. Figuring out a good layout is fun. Really need to be able to customize park and save for later. Bigger park takes some time and it can be tough to work on a new layout for long periods of time so would be nice to have a save for later. Keeping that peep satisfaction up can be tricky. Seems like the fun stat slowly goes down so always be expanding. Other than that if your like me a very seasoned vet or a newbie deff worth the download!! Oh and one more thing bring RCT to CONSOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DISAPPOINTED...... I like the game but I feel like there are a few things that should be fixed. The biggest problem I have with this game is that when I leave the app then I come back later and I don’t have some of my rides etc. For example: I buy a cards pack and I may get a new ride but I don’t buy it right away because the cost is outrageous (but that’s another story) so I let it sit until my money builds up. Then when I come back to the app, I no longer have that ride anymore so basically they’re just taking my money!!!!!! I need reimbursements expeditiously! It’s so hard to level up. I don’t want to keep spending my money to get new stuff then at the end I’m just getting the same old spiral bushes and trees. That’s so lame. Fix Immediately. The customers or whatever are always complaining about the cleanliness and ride maintenance and food and information center etc but it’s so hard to get the stuff to satisfy them cause we get the same stuff SO MANY TIMES in these horrible packs you’ve randomly put together. It really makes the game less enjoyable. 2 stars. I don’t even think it deserves that 🤷🏽‍♀️

Message to those 1 star reviews. Reading some of these reviews I don’t understand why people give the game 1 star, I mean, sure it has a few flaws but doesn’t every game? People keep complaining about how it takes forever to progress at certain points but I think that it gives the game a certain charm. It is a tycoon so it has to be somewhat realistic. IRL it takes forever just to save up enough money for one game. I do wish that some of the prices were lower, but it makes you spend more time on the app and for some people, addicted. I believe that the game could improve, but just not on some of the things that people are complaining about. I mean, you have to be patient. I have been playing since I was about 9 and I still love the game. I understand why SOME people didn’t give it a full five, but I think that some of the one stars are just from people who weren’t being patient and expected to make millions in like 2 days. So I say that the game deserves a 4.6 rating. But seriously, be patient.

RCT touch. RCT touch is a really good game you can build things you have factories you have a ride do you have eating places like restaurants and you have games in there kind of like fortuneteller and ice you can have however many you want but you have to upgrade them but this game is one of the best games ever and I really like this and I have never given a review like this ever in my life all my other of years have just been lying OK yeah this is like kind a good but not the best game ever so thank y’all for just like making this game that’s how my other reviews would be so if y’all could upgrade the game that would be fine like more rice extra things and here’s another thing that I don’t like feel that great I would like y’all to upgrade I would like y’all to go upgrade the roller coasters like in Addmore colors and will just make the game better I love however you made this game just if you okayed this for me I will I will pay you $1,006,964 to upgrade this game JK well this game has been a great time for me so I would like y’all to just help me out here so I just want y’all to help me out here like I already said so if y’all would just like a grade one of the things that I said that would be amazing because I really really like this game and I don’t want to have to delete it so y’all please do one of the things that I asked

This game is amazing!!!!!. I love Roller Coaster Tycoon so much, it’s one of my favorite games to play. I play this game on a daily basis. One of my favorite parts about the game is the randomness of the cards inside of the free card packs. Since the game gives you these cards randomly it’ll keep you interested so you’ll want to keep playing until you have all of the cards. Another one of my favorite features of this game is that sometimes when you tap on the peep thought bubbles you’ll gain appreciation hearts, which can be used for different things later on in the game. There is just one part about the appreciation heart system that I am not a huge fan of, I think that we should start gaining appreciation hearts at an earlier level so we have a higher chance to get them. Other than that minor thing I think the game is amazing, though it can be frustrating at times it’ll keep you constantly thinking about how to make your park guests as happy and content as possible. If you’re not sure about this game I highly recommend downloading it and giving it a shot. I hope everyone who reads this has a nice day.

Great Game, a couple things though. I love this game and I’m addicted in the last 3 days so I’ll definitely give 5 stars. Just a couple things that I’ve noticed though. I didn’t really like how i had to pull for a janitors card. It took me like over 2 days to get the card and my park was trashed by then. I don’t think you should have to pull for any of the service cards, because they directly affect your happiness rating so it seems unfair to leave it up to chance. Also the ads literally never work. Like pretty much every time I’ve claimed my free card pack I’ll tap the thing that says “watch an ad for another free pack,” and then nothing will happen. Finally, the park editor could be a little more intuitive. I’m in the park editor where I’ve intentionally gone to rearrange all of my stuff, why is there a pop up asking if im sure every single time i was to remove an item? It should be the opposite i should be able to select a massive eraser and just delete every building in a small area so i can rearrange them. Love the game tho five stars fs

Great game, when it actually works.. This game is a very good adaptation of the original series and I was very much enjoying the game. Unfortunately, it is riddled with glitches. About 1/3 of the time when I log in I find that all the changes I made the last session are undone. Rewards from challenges and cards from packs just disappear regularly, relocking those newly unlocked items. The worst instance of this was when I spent 2.5 hours completely rearranging my park only to log back on 30 minutes later and see that it was not only all undone, but that the coaster blueprints i used (unlocked in that same play session by completing a coaster challenge) had been relocked. I checked the coaster challenge and it said that the reward had already been claimed. Never lost connection or crashed, I merely closed the app and reopened it later. If the game actually worked I would give it 5 stars, but losing all that effort so consistently made the game unplayable. As a life long Rollercoaster tycoon fan, it breaks my heart that I had to uninstall it, but if you’re willing to risk losing your work on a regular basis, I’d say it’s worth a download.

Fun, but glitchy. Took 2 days to receive the items from my first in-game purchase. The screen gets quite crowded with all the peep bubbles and coins, so I’d like to see an option to turn off the peep bubbles and maybe a “Collect All Coins” button. Sometimes my money and tickets don’t update properly, and I have to reload the game. Other times, rides and attractions can’t be clicked and I have to reload the game. I’d like to see more active communication from the developers. This would show me that they’re actively working on fixing specific issues within the game, and offer modest gifts (card packs, tickets, etc) for the inconvenience. I’m sure most of us spend plenty, and a couple little freebies isn’t going to affect their bottom line. Overall entertaining and a decent way to pass the time, but the game issues make it hard to rate over 3 stars. Lots of potential here, though! Edit: after a few months of playing now, I’ve maxed out the land, and filled it with attractions. I’m gaining new attractions as I level, with no place to put them. Without additional land expansions to purchase, this game is getting more boring by the day. Edit again: I log in a couple times a day to pick up coins by habit, but there’s not much more to do. No room, no more expansions. Could use an update for more land slots.

The game is great but.... The game is awesome, fun, addicting but the problem is, i wish there was a better way of making rollercoaster, for example making them longer or maybe they can change they way you make a rollercoaster, instead of having to stretch out the tracks to make it, i think they should change it and have you tap tile by tile like in the PC version. They should make it like that because I think it's a better that way and your more accurate when making your rollercoaster like that, but other than that I used to play rollercoaster tycoon on the computer a lot as a child, and it's great that I can now play it on my phone. Thank you so much, it's a great game. I also feel like the janitor idea is great but it’s a pain to get enough janitor stands to clean up the entire amusement park, instead I feel like the game should have a button that cleans up the entire park with a certain price, nothing too expensive for example like 2-5,000 coins max to clean it up, and it would take either a day or a couple of hours for the park to get entirely dirty. Other than that and how roller coasters are made, the game is great!

Fun,could be better.. I like that the game is somewhat reminiscent of the original PC games that I remember. I have been playing the game for a little over a month now and I am getting bored. I am doing everything I can to try to bring up my stats, however it takes coins and tickets to do so but yet the inventory items you can buy are much more expensive then the amount of coins you earn for tasks and activities. I also don’t like when I am finally able to buy what they call “card packs” I seem to keep getting the same cards over and over again and I keep updating and updating the same items and when I do get a new item I can’t even buy because it’s so expensive compared to coins I am able to earn. I wish there were possibly more side tasks I could do to earn more currency other then just build up the park because I can’t even build up the park without more coins. I just can’t seem to earn enough coins and do enough activities to keep me engaged and I’m starting to play less and less. I’m sure someone who plays this game very often will have better luck then I seem to have but I have kids and a job so I can only play once a day when I am home and undistracted. Would like to see this game do well but I’m just so bored with it that I don’t even really look forward to playing anymore.

One tiny detail…. So I’ve been playing this game for a while about I’d say a good two years or so. Anyway, I make about 1 million coins every time I log back in after being away for a while, which seems like a lot until you see the price of some things like for example food God palace I don’t want to have to wait 36 days 37 days just so I could buy it. Also, it’s so hard to get a janitor card to clean up my stuff or so I could upgrade it. It just isn’t fair that so many peeps are complaining all the time! I try to look past the bad and into the good though! I would recommend this game there’s just a couple small details that just need to get fixed. It is a really great game and really fun to play. I’m happy that I can play it and it really is a good game. There’s just a couple things that need to get fixed or changed because I don’t want to pay to win. There is some pretty great details like being able to change the length, height, angle, and style of your rollercoaster even though there is a “ build limit”, it is awesome. 100% a recommendation for ages 9+ years!

Great but annoying. This is a well made game. Major problem I have is the fact that you need cards to upgrade everything. It significantly slows down the process of building your theme park business and makes it really boring after a while because you have to wait a really long time to get anything done. If cards have to be a part of the game I wish we could at least specifically choose which cards we would like to receive rather than just getting randomized crummy cards. 90% of the time I receive cards to things I already have a ton of or am not interested in receiving (aka flags and the same roller coaster upgrade). To be honest I deleted this game for a year after I had spent real life money and spent a lot of time on the game. Even after spending money, it’s still been hard to progress and get what I need. I re-downloaded the game this week forgetting why I left originally and now that I’ve been playing again, I realized I was right to ditch this game in the first place. THE CARD SETUP IS GARBAGE. Hope someone is trying to work this out because i would like to continue supporting this game financially when it becomes worth it. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because everything else is great about the game. The cards really ruined it though.

Fave game, frustrating glitches. This game is hands down in my top three favorite games of all time. I’ve been running into these same issues for as far as I can remember at least a month now. Sometimes when I’m editing/moving my park around, a building or decoration gets stuck in a spot and when you try selecting said building or decoration you physically cannot. The little box that pops up asking what what you want to do with the item doesn’t even appear. Normally when I reset the app it solves the issue for a bit and then it’ll happen several more times especially the longer I play. The problem I’m experiencing currently is that even when I reset the app, reset my phone, force reset my phone, delete the app and redownload it, it’s not fixing the glitch and my item is still frozen in one spot. Please try and look into this I’d be happy as a clam

Great platform but major issues with game play. Game has major gameplay issues with unfair scenarios which dont payout in fair values equal to amount put into them. Game has a vibe that feels like they are forcing you to buy stuff and use real money even though they have plenty of ads and ad sources to cover normal cost. Game needs to be more streamlined and give a more comfortable environment that does not force player to buy items but encourages this with a gameplay you love that makes you want to support the company. Also games issue with rides breaking down due to extended time off game. Game should secure the funds a player earns over time instead this platform voids the players money from rides while player is offline. This is another forceful tactic to try and keep players on game platform which is a “BIG TURNOFF!!!” This is the biggest reason I am putting the game down for the time being. I myself have played this game for many years even back in the old desktop days. Wish they had brought the first person coaster tester view-point to this version as that was one of the best parts of the old game. This gave you a coaster simulator feeling. If they take out the aggressive tactics and fixed the scenarios this game would be 5 star

Deletes my progress. After taking a very long break from the games I returned to my old park. Everything was as it had been previously. I played for a few days working towards Halloween themes and such. I had logged in additionally to FB and that was a huge mistake. Next time starting games it took away levels and stuff that I had earned, couldn’t do the zombie mini game (wouldn’t record zombies caught), I emailed w/I game about my problem and never was acknowledged… then I was making a little progress, showed my level as 63 which was less than I was and totally deleted all my shops, restaurants and rides. It had the grid and wanted me to place the carousel but it was grayed out so I couldn’t. I’ve rebooted device multiple times. I’ve also reinstalled multiple times and it’s still in that loop. Also I can’t play videos to earn more stuff from my iPad. Such a shame. Update: I’ve been trying to get customer support for weeks now. I was told they couldn’t retrieve my park and to delete, log out of Game Center and reinstall. I tried numerous times to no avail. When I reply back to customer support I don’t receive a response. So here I am stuck on the scenario park, unable to place new things, and unable to get to the hub. AWFUL just AWFUL…. Over a month later and it’s still caught in that awful loop. User support has stopped corresponding since they said restart your park after the update. But an update hasn’t come…

So disappointed. I spent 6+ years building my park. I was on level 73. I was so excited about the new land expansion update. I updated and it disconnected me from Facebook. Upon reconnecting there was some type of glitch or error that occurred and it caused me to loose all of my rides, shops, services, restaurants. Left me with only decorations. I contacted customer service and they said that they couldn’t fix my park but could send me replacement or enough coins to rebuild my park as it was. Even claimed to have sent me extra for the trouble. Well that did not happen. I contacted customer service again and they resent the coins to a new game tag starting me back at level one. I continue to contact customer service and let them know they made another mistake and sent coins to the wrong game. Well they deleted me entire game and stopped responding. This just makes me super sad. Don’t waste you years playing a game that will crash like other technology and awful customer service won’t fix there errors. No way am I starting over after 6 years. It’s unfair and so disappointing. I waited so long for more land just to be thrown away like My progress playing there game doesn’t matter. Do not waste your time.

Love Standard Play. Scenarios Are Glitchy don’t spend money on them.. The first two scenarios I’ve tried have major glitches that prevent me from getting more than silver. In the Like Ants scenario, the Restaurant sub menu (Stand) doesn’t show up. So I keep getting new Stand-size Restaurants in my research packs and they can’t be added to my park map. This is slowing down my progress. In the Impassive scenario, (prior to the summer update and continuing after) the Coasters would not retain any of the score bonuses from the Special Inserts. I could add Specials to the nodes on the Coaster and it would calculate when the Test was run, but as soon as I reopened the app or went to the park hub, my score changes would revert. So my Excitement, Nausea, and other stats would only change for a short time then revert back to the Base Set stats. As a result, my overall park rating was impacted (low) and guests would not come to my park. I really wish I had realized my efforts weren’t being saved before spending ~$10 trying to get the gold.

Card system is whack. It makes sense that rides and things are on the card system, but stuff like janitors and repairmen? The park HAS to be maintained. Customers are not happy when the park isn’t correctly maintained and who can blame them? Piles of garbage and puke everywhere! But I can’t do anything about it because I haven’t gotten that one particular card yet. This is super frustrating and makes me want to quit playing what is otherwise a fun game. I even spent real life money on a card pack and got 10+ copies of 4 cards I already had instead of anything new... Maybe at least the cards could be separated into categories: rides, food, decorations, park support, etc. Then those cards could be on different levels where park services is on the bottom (easiest to get), then food, then decorations, then at the top (hardest to get) are the rides. You could let people trade in a certain amount of lower level cards to get top level cards. Otherwise just take things like bathrooms and janitors off the card system entirely and let people just buy them... It’s impossible to have happy customers when the place is a mess, janitors ARE NOT optional and my park is suffering over this ridiculous issue. I can’t be the only one. Otherwise this game is great and I’d happily give it 5 stars if this issue was fixed.

Amazing game. This game is so fun!!! You can build your own theme parks. There is also different parks that you can build too. I really like how the money and tickets never run out and how the rides actually move. I also like that you can hear the people making noises on the rides. I like how the peeps talk to you and give you their opinions about your parks. You can also customize you park and it’s rides. I think this is fun because you don’t have to stick with a boring color for anything. Like in any theme park you have thrill rides, scary things, family rides, video games, restaurants, maintenance, bathrooms, and more! What’s really cool is that you have levels! Also you have awards and if you get them you can put them in your theme park! There is even awesome 👏 advertisements you can make about your various parks! This game is really awesome and I think that if you love building games you would really like it! The people that made this game did a great job and I hope that they will make more games like this!

Nostalgia Overload!!. I’ve loved this game ever since I was a little kid, have always loved being able to build and customize my own theme park all the way down to the prices for each stand/activity/ride and your entrance ticket prices. It’s great when you’re younger to learn about prices and inflation and infrastructure and how to set up things a certain way to maximize the benefits of it. A ton of learning and cognitive actions/way to play the game and learn from it too so by no means is this just some “Brain Rot” kinda game, it’s a great choice for parents with kiddos that they don’t want playing junk or violent games. Now playing it again as an adult on my iPad instead of my system is a whole new feel and vibe to the game, it brings it back to life in a relevant fun way and I was super stoked when I saw it in the AppStore awhile back when I downloaded it. I never usually write reviews on stuff like this but this was a special rare case. I had to show my love to #RCT 🤘🏼🎢🎢🎢

Excellent!. This is the only game ap that doesn’t bombard you with ads every 5 seconds. It’s great! You can actually have continuous play without the need to wait for an energy bar to increase or without having to spend real money to continue playing. The game also doesn’t have obnoxious in game pop up ads. Of course you can watch an ad to get more coins/packs/hearts, but it doesn’t feel like the game is forcing ads down your throat like so many other games. I was pleasantly surprised by how great this game is. It’s of course slightly different from the original pc version, but I think it’s close enough to the original that any lover of the original will be able to find enjoyment from playing this version. I highly recommend that anyone who plays this game to not start playing until you have enough free time to sit down and actually READ the tutorial as you play the first few levels. The game is easy if you follow the tutorial and learn how to play it but if you breeze through the tutorial you’ll miss out on a lot of key features of the game and you won’t have as great of a game experience.

This is a bug filled game. I’ve been having issues with this game since I first downloaded it. The app crashes at random points. It has crashed on me multiple times, some when I would click the last shark entertainer outside my park, some when I opened the app and clicked on my main park, and other times when I’m playing mini games or editing my park, or just performing various actions! And I’ve gotten in scenarios where I click the tool to look at the breakdown for my park, and when I click out of it, my park doesn’t change back to normal (looks the same as it did when I was in edit mode). Ever since that happened I can’t play mini games, look at the breakdown, or edit my park. Everytime I try to, it crashes, or if I’m fortunate enough to play a mini game, it plays the noise of the roller coaster in the background (I have no clue why) and at the end of it, it tells me I have a score of 0. Even though it’s a beautiful game, I would NOT recommend to play this. I’ve already spent $20 because I thought this would be a long term game of mine, but sadly I was wrong. Maybe I’ll be able to download it after the tremendous amount of bug fixes that will be needed, but until then, I’m happy playing other games.

Grear game except 1 1/2 tiny thing. Okay so this game is really fun. You create this park and collect coins. Graphics are really good. One thing though that I’ve noticed: is the game there are “Janitors”. Each one has a building that covers a certain area of the park and they’ll clean up the “messes” which are usually little splotches of color created to look like smashed or dropped trash. Each time the little janitor guy goes to sweep, they stand ON the mess and sweep right in front of it. It gets rid of the mess, but it’s off. And then them cleaning like, seems to alert the other the janitors and they all converge in one area of the park. Which is great that they’re enthusiastic about cleaning. Just, they need to clean their area. Cos I don’t really want my 5 janitors all cleaning the same spot. And then a janitor coming up and re-sweeping. The janitors just do weird stuff. Basically, except for their weird habits, the game seems to work perfectly. Although, really recently every time I level up, RCT gives a message like “RCT has crashed, please close and reopen.” So, perfect game except tiny, minuscule details.

Great game, but some frustrations. I downloaded several weeks ago and have been pretty obsessed. I enjoy the new game design and challenges that come with leveling up. There’s definitely more to it then the original. HOWEVER, I’ve recently been super frustrated because my game has been crashing in the middle of play. Last week, it crashed in the middle of a card pack opening and I’m not sure if I even received those cards. Super irritating. This week, every time I try to edit a coaster, the game freezes up and I have to close it. When I select a node it gets all screwy. So I can’t even complete the coaster challenge let alone add new upgrades to my existing coasters. Even more irritating! While these issues aren’t constant, it’s enough to frustrate me enough to write this review. I still give 4 stars, however, because the overall gameplay is typically smooth and very fun. It always leaves me wanting to come back and play more, plus the double rewards every weekend is a huge plus in my opinion. I just wish some of these minor bugs would be fixed (and the Christmas themed stuff would go!!).

Good but needs improvements. I made a review b4 this one but I didn’t put a few veeerrrryyyyy important things on it. The one thing I hate about this game is that every time I open a card pack its doubles doubles doubles ANNOYING DOUBLES 😳😤🤯!!! I have 144/4 bathrooms!! I don’t need my bathrooms to be lvl 20!! Like srsly! I only get one new card a day at MOST! it’s extremely annoying and makes the game get boring becuz you won’t have anything to do!!! game developers, IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!! Also with the janitors and how they have to only go in specific land tiles? They don’t. They just wander around the park until I pick up there place and put it back down. Also sometimes they ignore trash unless you pick up the janitor place and put it back down. One thing. This isn’t something I think is annoying or the devs did wrong, it’s just a suggestion. So I was just playing one day imagining a commercial for my park and at the end I realized that my park didn’t have a name! I think you should be able to name your park. And I LOOOVVVEEEE how you don’t have to wait for things to be built which makes you spend tickets. Thanks for being cooperative Atari! Other then that great game! 👍👍👍 p.s. thanks for reading this. Fun but updates mess things up. This game is similar to the old style and is fun to try and constantly build a bigger and better park. However in recent updates they have made it so you only have 2 ways to collect tickets unless you want to pay Money. One is watching a short ad every 4 hours or so you get 4 tickets which is next to nothing especially at later levels. The other is spinning the casino wheel which you might not even get tickets half the time I get coins which I don’t even need. My biggest problem is this game requires you to check it at least twice a day. There are days when I’m busy and can only check it once if that. I’m at level 70 and had 4,100 people in my park. 24 hours later I get on the game when I had some extra time and I’m down to 3,500. 3,500! I’m one day! That’s a peep count of 600 less. That’s insane. My happiness is at 97% I do the marketing campaign and nothing ever changes unless I spend money upgrading things. It’s total bs now it’ll take me a least a week to get it back to where I was. You guys need to fix this crap cause I feel I’m just spinning my wheels in this game

A great game, but new releases need work. Overall this is a 4-star game, as far as fun, reliability, and overall satisfaction is concerned. If the update process was smoother I would give it a 5 star review. I’ve played this for a little over a year now, recently went VIP as it reminds me of the older PC version. However I’ve noticed over the last few months, with each update major bugs and problems are making it to the general public. An example being the 3.2 update that brings the Six Flags Season 2, all players are currently locked out of their main parks for some reason. Support teams are working around the clock for a fix, but as a seasoned beta tester this is something that just shouldn’t make it to a general public release. I wish they’d look at how they are running their beta program and open it up a little to the more elite players so that we don’t keep getting releases they are broke, that loose progress, etc. You can’t grow a player base with updates like this. Also, there needs to be better support representation on your social media platforms as they are growing larger and larger with no response for help, etc etc. A seasoned remote work from home job could be created that could engage these people and bring revenue in, which I know is what the ultimate goal of this game is (Hint hint, I’m looking for a work from home job!).

Wow 💜. This game is very fun just when you’re bored! It may get a little tricky and annoying sometimes But no matter what it’s such a fun game! If you’re up for challenges this is the game for you. If you’re bored and you just sit down and play a game because you’re bored this is the game for you! The reason why I love this game is when I don’t have any other games to play that I like I just click on this! I require you to get this game! It is beyond magical! So basically what you have to do is you have to get cards to upgrade your rides and to build rides it’s basically like theme park tycoon in Roblox but much better and the graphics are beyond awesome😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰😇😇😇 I love this game and I request you to buy it!!! It’s worth it it’s literally worth it!!!!This game helps you create imagination and not only imagination but creativity that helps you expand so much of your life and if you’re going through a hard time play this game because it encourages you to keep on going even when you’re irritated at the game 😂 I love this game and it’s encouraged me to do so much! I am now 18 and working Allison Park because of roller coaster tycoon touch! get this game! It’s so worth it! I have to go work in my theme park! Have I told you that I own theme park! Too many glitches. I downloaded this game as it was a blast from my past and I like these type of games to play when I need to decompress. I downloaded the game 3 days ago, loved it, was having fun etc. Every time I come back to the game, it asks which game do I want to continue, the current game or the saved game. Both are not user friendly in choosing because the stats on them never match what I know my stats are at. Having to choose one to get to the next screen, I always chose “current game” because its what made sense even though the stats didn’t match. My progressed was lost. I was only on level 18 so I was upset but still new so decided to just start over. So I did, and I made some purchases so I felt like I was back at where I was the day before. This is day three and the lost progression has happened AGAIN. There is also no way to retrieve my purchases(real USD spent) or any of my progress from the game. Which is confusing because I am logged into the Game Center and my Apple ID. If I’m logged in why do I keep having to choose which game I want to continue, and why is it always bringing me back to the very beginning of the game. There is also a lot of little glitches where I have to physically close the app because the game crashed or is frozen. Maybe that’s why my games keep getting reset? But being logged in you would think you will have an archive of past purchases or just a more user friendly way in staying logged in.

Great game but glitches. I’ve poured hours and a good chunk of money into this game. It still glitches every now and again and snatches my boxes from me. It’s frustrating because it happens a lot on the new expansions. I stand by my original review and I really enjoy it. I can’t afford to spend as much now on it and I feel like I’m being punished for being a long time user. I’m level 50 for goodness sake. It’s been a painful grind to even enjoy the new water park expansion because the rides, services, roller coasters are so expensive and the coins are a struggle to earn without spending a lot of money. I gave in and bought a coin lot just to add more than the two rides. Overall, I obviously am addicted and you don’t have to worry about uninstalling it and giving in to temptation every now again against my better judgement. I asked for more parks in my original review and the app delivered! I hope that the game continues to expand and gets a bit more affordable to enjoy... maybe when it’s a bit more seasoned.

For an adult no. Children? ABSOLUTELY. When I initially downloaded the game I was excited. However, once I did so I found myself looking at a bunch of nonsense. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe this game can be fun for some people. Like toddlers or children in kindergarten. I know some will say that I’m doing nothing but trying to insult the developers. I can honestly say that this is completely untrue. The simple truth is that this game takes absolutely no skill whatsoever to play. It is nothing more than a time killer. Having said that, I believe there are some areas of the game I found rather enjoyable. The main one is being able to design and build a roller coaster. But other than that.. you are pretty much done. As I said earlier, I honestly believe that this game is best suited for children. My reasons are simple. Bright colors. Music and sound and lots of moving parts. Perfect for a developing mind. By engaging the game, your child’s eyes will light up and the smile on his/her face will never fade. The game will teach them several valuable skills as they progress. Problem solving. Priority of certain tasks and functions. And most importantly... it will teach your child patience. And those of us who have children are keenly aware of how important that is.

Always the same issues, no matter how many “bug fixes” and updates. Honestly, almost love it… it’s nostalgic and fun to pass downtime with for a phone game. The only (and just very annoying) issue is when you don’t receive tickets, coins, cards &/or hearts… and a lot of times you’ll get a notification saying that the game notes players may have not received these and will basically distribute a bonus gift package to replace those lost and some extras for the trouble… you never receive it. And once in a while, the game will just freeze so you have to close out the app or it will just shut down itself. There’s also a bit of a lag during gameplay semi frequently. Tbh they’re just mostly annoying little quirks. Like the game seems basic in the middle… there’s kind of a plateau where you get bored with the game and almost give up cuz it seems like no new games will come. And when you get really full with a lot of land tiles right before level 60, it’s hard to fit anything else in your park, but you can’t expand. And once your park gets bigger there’s not enough janitors & it takes foooooorever to get enough cards to upgrade it and get more. Like I said, just stupid little things that are ultimately just annoying more than problematic.

It’s great... SUGGESTIONS (for game designers). It’s really FUN but I would love it if you could “go inside” shops and upgrade the inside and choose the colors & furniture of the shops. Then it would be a mix between a design game and this one and everyone would want to play it!!!! I play the game called Design Home & it’s one of the BIGGEST games right now. If you made a cross between that game and that one, yours would be one of the BIGGEST games right now. You could come up with themes and bundles that people could (so you would make $$) & if you REALLY wanted to take it to the next level, you could make it partly into a cooking game. For example, the burger shop: you could go inside, choose the interior design, posters on the wall, furniture, and then you could cook your own dishes (like with cooking games, where you make the patty, and put the burger together) and sell to customers! And to make it THE most EPIC game: you could name your rides. If you did this, I would tell all the people I know about this fame and write TONS of reviews and send links to people!!!!!!!!!! Please consider this cute 11 year old girl’s advice!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would to have a response.

It's OK... I Guess.. This game is fun but it gets boring after a while. I can't get money faster which means I need to wait forever to buy a new ride or shop. I suggest you make a first person view so you can go into other people's view and you can go on rides in first person so it is actually like you are riding it. And it would be better if the people actually had FACES. And the game needs to be more advanced. Like entrance and exit queues for people to line up. Because they literally just enter the ride and disappear.

Urgent bug fix required. I’ve given you five stars because the game honestly is amazing However... Urgent bug fix required Please. Since your last update the amount of crashing is unprecedented, It really has become ridiculous. I can no longer edit my coasters trying so equals Crash. Collecting sharks around the park results in crash. Purchasing card packs results in crash. I am losing out on time earnings and effort and I think it’s time this is rectified in a timely fashion. Once again this is an amazing game, Very impressive extremely satisfying and unique. Yet the before mentioned paragraph is meaningless until this crashing issue is lined up. Please sort this out guys and I will happily return to review and explain why I have given a five star review Why this is such an amazing game and why Atari and developers involved need to be respected and taken more seriously within the industry. Thank you in advance for resolving this annoying and inconvenient issue, I hold faith in the fact this will be resolved happily from an amazing outfit. Cheers Shaun.

Great everyday game. I loved the original RCT back in the day & this is just as good, modified a little of course but very reminiscent and of course fun to play. My favourite thing about the game is that you don’t have to invest a heap of cash in order to level up and unlock items, you can watch ads instead. I love being able to always complete tasks and grow my park without having to invest cash wise (I did buy the beginners pack though to get me started). There are some glitches which do arise pretty often, especially after an update, but the team do tend to fix them within a week. This has been a daily game for me for a few months now, I’m addicted in the best possible way!

Frustrating game. What could have been an awesome game is ruined by a business model that just wants to make money. I loved this game so much that I decided to purchase a pack. For $10 I got 3million coins, 120 tickets and 200 or so cards. I AM SO ANGRY. I’ve leveled up a few times now AND I KEEP GETTING THE SAME CARDS. I’ve got plenty of things unlocked that I just never get cards for. So I bought this thinking since I paid real money I would get cards that I actually need! I just got pretty much 200 cards of things that I already have and don’t need right now. It’s so ridiculous. The costs for upgrading are absolutely ridiculous so your model of “keep upgrading and then you can get more things” is so bad and counter productive it gets boring so fast. Definitely applying for a refund.

Fun but buggy. This brings back fond memories of my first park build from something like 20 years ago. They’ve done a good job upgrading the expert. Like then, I’m really enjoying the planning and development. Unfortunately, the game has frozen on me a number of times over the first 2 days of playing. This hasn’t caused any real problems but it is annoying.

Good job. This game was incredibly well done and overly addicting but even though I adore this game there is one flaw that keeps occurring, when I’m playing it for at least and hour I get kicked out of it but other than that well done keep up the fantastic work and I hope to see even better updates in the near future Highly recommend downloading this game

Great game, fake trailer. So, this game is honestly extremely good, overall on my opinion it’s great, NOTE: This is only a additional reason, overall the game is great, but let’s get to the secondary point and not go off-track. The reason why I gave the title “Great game, fake trailer” is because the trailer shows it looks like good graphics, but when you really go in game, it’s not really that good, it needs better graphics, but either than that, this game is great, keep it up devolpers.

New Update is Horrible. Ever since the newest update I have had so many problems. The game crashes, I can’t open pack cards, the scenarios are not fun. Speaking of the scenarios, I was playing the first scenario (the ant one) and for the past few days my percentage has been 80%-90% and now all of a sudden my progress has gone down and at 60% when the things I’ve placed are the same. This is ridiculous, I had made progress and for it to just not matter is horrible...I already had my doubts about the update but this just ruins the entire game for me. Fix it!

Difficult to manage. I loved the PC game and perhaps that’s why I’m not a fan of this version. I get it had to be modified to suit the phone but it’s boring and not exciting to manage. I think this game would be better suited to staying on the PC and for those of us with Apple Mac’s, the versions created for the Mac system as I would certainly purchase it for that purpose. The reason it was successful and awesome is because on the PC you could modify things, change things you wanted and scenarios were challenging - all part of the fun, now on the mobile, just not the same.

Long time player. Have loved playing this game but as previous reviewer said it has become tedious. My main park is full that even when new items come available I can’t fit them in as there’s no more space!!! Pretty much only go on after significant updates now The extra scenario parks are great and remind me of the PC version though being able to speed the research up would be good as something extra ( and yes at a cost of tickets or hearts) The other minor thing is that the water park just can’t develop much more except for updates. I have nearly 3 of everything.

Stuck on Loading screen for 2 years. Have contacted Atari, no resolution to the issue, just told wait for bug fixes in the future. App connected to Facebook, since then load screen doesn’t move past 1/4. Keep trying every few months and still no success. Such a shame cause it’s a great game. Contacted Atari again, they don’t have a fix and just want me to wait and see if any future updates fix the no loading issue. Why would anyone get the paid versions if this one doesn’t work…..

Good game, But often crashes.. Overall RCT is a good game that keeps you occupied trying to build to ultimate parks. But the game crashes far to often, In the 12 months I’ve been playing quite often it’ll get to the Home Screen no issues. But when you select the park to develop, The load screen comes up shows it’s loading then will randomly and unexpectedly crash and exit the game. This can go on for an hour or a week, The longer it takes to get back in means your coins go uncollected and the rides break down which means you lose revenue. It’ll happen any time and tends to be worse after updates, As the iPad it’s played on is less then 12 months old so it’s not like it’s not capable of a basic resolution game. It’s not like it’s a 4K 3D game or anything. Once the developers fix the constant crashing issues it’ll be even more enjoyable to play, Rather then a game of how long it takes to crash and frustrate you.

Small problem. The game is fun to play there’s just one problem. The only way to get rid of trash is to build a janitor building and I think we should be able to put bins down as well. I’ve been opening the card picks for a while now and have not been able to get the janitors building So yeah just thinking we should be able to buy bins

game gone backwards !!!. I downloaded this game and have been playing it since it was released and today when I got on it my game randomly has gone backwards ... I was up to level 52 and had a huge awesome park I’d worked hard on and saved up on the game unlocked so many cool things and decorated my park and was at a great point, really I worked hard on my game I loved playing and decorating, i got on it at least once a day every day and now for some reason when I got on it today I’m on level 27 ...... 52 to 27 ...... whyyyy, it’s all gone I got so upset I was on the verge of tears from frustration 😢

Crashes often. I would give it a 5star but but I press an icon on the game is automatically crashes down and it’s frustrating. Can you please fix the bugs. Sometimes the home screen game would load for 5-10minutes just to play. Please fix all the bugs to the game! It has so much potential to play smoothly and enjoy it!! Everyone is having the same problems!!

Good all round. Good game, little slow to get cash but the tickets help in buying money that way! All round the game is good however would be good if you could select what types of cards you wanted, or if you could sell duplicates rather than having them there to upgrade if you don’t want to at that time!

Too slow to get going. Love the original feel of the game and that all those irritating things, like paying for pathways, changing heights of the ground, mechanics and people spewing all over the place are gone. Definitely not a fan of having to wait for cards. In the tutorial it mentions reducing the amount of level up cards, but I can’t find how to do that. The cards just aren’t fun at all!

Not worth the stress. Seriously guys. You have how many games in your repertoire that have successful coaster building systems? Yet you decided to use none of those and instead created one of the worst coaster creators I have ever used!! The roller coasters that you build yourself a so jankey, they look like they were created in a washing machine. The system itself is so confusing and doesn’t work when you want it to. Whatever happened to the system all the other RCT games used? Preset pieces placed to create your layout, instead of this monstrosity. Don’t recommend at all!! Save the stress and confusion, and download either RCT Classic or RCT3.

Same old, same old.. At first I loved this game. However, now I’ve been playing it for a week and it’s already getting boring. The main issue is the card packs. To improve the park and add rides etc you need to level up first which unlocks things. Once unlocked, you then need cards to actually build. Fair enough but the problem is the game keeps giving the same cards over and over. These cards allow you to upgrade your current attractions and rides... great... but upgrading gets boring real fast. I have things unlocked that I can’t build because I’m not getting the cards. Every time I do get cards they’re usually just decorations- I currently have like 5x or more the amount of decorations to rides. Even after spending my own real money, I still got duplicate cards! Very annoying. Within the game, speech bubbles keep telling me to add more rides, and they tell me the park isn’t much fun, but am restricted in being able to improve because I don’t have cards. If the card situation isn’t improved soon, I will not be spending any more money and will be deleting the game.

No fun time waster. I've been playing for two weeks now and I'm over this game. I really loved the original so I had hope for this game. I play it on my iPhone. I find it very frustrating to build my own roller-coasters. I can only zoom in so far, trying to drag the track to the right height or getting it to change direction is frustrating. I've given up and just want to build the blue print ones but you have to get the cards to do it and they are beyond rare. I'm getting sick of the number of decoration cards and I've stopped using the billboard video to get extra cards as it will either free the app or I get nothing. I get the cards are random but always getting the same ones to upgrade my rides and stalls haven't led to better cards. Glad I haven't wasted any of my own real money on this. This game is a waste of time. Not even a good waste of time.

Ummmm. Hi THIS GAME IS HARD ALRIGHT. When downloaded the it was fun AND THEN IT WENT BONKERS. Every time I open a pack I can upgrade BUT BECAUSE MY PARKS BONKERS I DIDN’T HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY. What I’m trying to say is the rides don’t give much money weeeell it takes to long for the money thing to show up why can’t you just tap the building and you get money. And the roller coasters people just get MAD every MINUTE I’m just SO annoyed about that but still a fun fun FUN EVEN MORE FUN game. Owner please fix make the game easier and I will rate FIVE and its four for now so please fix.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch.. I gave it a 4star rating, because, all games need a improvement, always, but the improvement could be explained a lot better for people who have a disability in reading on tasks. I used to play the older version and I must say , this is a lot less complicated. But I love this version better. But could do with a lot more players, where do we find them!. but now i ve given it a 3 star rating, as the game has gone down hill. that’s why i don’t play it often now.

Rating changed from 5 to 3 stars. Recently with the new update there has been numerous issues that myself and many other players have had since the game updated and with the Valentine’s Day game has started. The game is crashing all the time, a lot of people loosing their parks, money and rides. In the game the mini hearts game counting stops and doesn’t restart. You can’t watch any videos for hearts for coins including the Valentine’s Day cards video. Wish they would add more land, when sending friends gifts if you could click send all to friends or return gifts immediately when people send you gifts instead of clicking each individual players profile then swiping way down the line to find the next person to send gifts to. If you could have an update where you can “max” out your updates would be so helpful the option would be great in the game instead of single updates every time for each ride. Did I mention more land space? Yes, still need more space to add all the rides and restaurants etc. when the crash and bugs are fixed will go back to five stars. This game is fun and been playing for almost a year now. There’s even a dedicated Facebook group for players where we all chat and share concerns. Please fix the bugs ASAP!!!

So Frustrating, the more you ‘bug fix’ the worse it gets.. The more you seem to ‘fix bugs’ the worse the game gets. I can not watch ads to get my free cards, 20 hearts or tickets. My app just randomly decides its going to stop responding and the menus just disappear when trying to place decorations and buildings...so I have to close it and reopen it again. Sometimes it will not let me zoom in or out. It’s just become so frustrating, I love this game but these issues make me not want to play at all anymore! Please fix the app once and for all.

Bit long of a process. This game is awesome but the upgrading text for ever and it’s really expensive to buy and you when it says you can get 10 cards sometimes it gives you five but that’s okay it just needs to be improved how much everything costs because it’s way too long of a process and it gets boring I’m about to delete it and it takes up a lot of storage for people like me who like a big range of varieties of games I have like 15 or 20 games so we don’t want to take up that much room but it’s a great game around

Roller coaster tycoon. I love this game because it’s fun, and it’s easy to build up coins and get a quick turn around with rides making coins. Weekend special on double the cards and rewards is awesome too. It’s not boring and it’s fun looking for the different entertainers out side of park is fun too. All up it’s an awesome game. Very addictive in a good way.

Good so far. Only up to level 10. Getting from level to level has slowed up greatly. Spend time waiting to see if you get cards you want. Takes a bit of time to understand cards ie: how to get, read and waiting to get so called Rare Cards to do a simple task like providing a second T Shirt shop. Annoying. Yet adding a fence is flagged as a major mission. Don’t want a fence, want other attractions and shops. Overall game is good and progressing slowly.

Review. The game has potiental but is limited in space and ability to get more tickets and when trying to access prizes it shuts down. Also trying to get the 2x cards game shuts down also the ability to access the place that you can use tickets / money and hearts is very often blank for all and unable to use it is called the mall also game keeps cutting out even though I have not moved.

So far so good. So far so good missions are pretty easy to do some take time but over all it’s not to hard to earn the premium products, u don’t have to spend real cash to progress in the game which I love as long at this ratio keeps going it will get my 5 star rating only time will tell I guess. The only down side is building the roller coasters it’s not that easy to make the track, controls seam very touchy and a tiny bit laggy. Can’t wait to get further in and see what rides I can unlock good work guys.

Give me some space. This game is awesome however I’m at the point where I no longer have any space left/land expansions to make room for new attractions. The game is constantly getting new rides, new stalls and other new content however there is no more land expansions added. I am level 74 and have more than enough cash in the bank (considering there’s nothing else to spend the cash on) why not bring another 4-8 land expansions in to give people like me, who have been playing the game for a while now some more space to add to their already massive parks. Other than that I find the game pretty fun and good for passing some time.

Good but needs one change. It's a good game and I enjoy playing it but the editing of roller coaster NEEDS to be changed. It's incredibly difficult and really awkward to control the track. It's hard to get the nodes and tracks straight and get the turns you want. Also you don't have any influence on how many nodes appear and how the surrounding ones move if you move one of them.

Great game, Needs Bug Fixes. I just recently downloaded this game last week and I really love it! I used to have Rollercoaster Tycoon on the computer when I was younger, that’s what drew me to this game. It’s been a lot of fun! However I wish they would fix a few glitches and bugs. There’s only one or two that pop up from time to time, closing the app and reopening it seems to always do the trick, but yeah, there are still a few kinks to iron out.

More scenarios please. There is an issue with the Mini Coaster Canopy scenario. When you go into it it plays a completely different scenario and then your medals don’t show once you’ve completed it. I am finding the main game quite boring and much prefer the scenarios but I’ve already played all of those. The water park is also really boring. In the scenarios it would be better id you could choose where your research goes as often you are waiting desperately to get cards for things you need to complete the scenario and they never come.

Love the game but is there possible access to offline soon in the games future?. I love this game I have been playing for over a month but not a lot if you can make a offline mode where there is no online features just having fun and building a park if I had offline access i would play this every time I’m free this would be incredible fun for road of plane trips because there aren’t much good offline games out there this could be on the top charts of free games hope you guys at Atari see this and hopefully make this game a lot a lot better thanks for reading :)

Not like it used to be.. As my title suggests, it’s not like how it used to be. What I find super annoying is the card packs. Too many times I’ve gotten the same cards. Thought I’d buy a pack to see if I’d get new rides, which was guaranteed by the developers to be “new rides” but again, I received the same exact same cards (merry go round, fortune teller, toilets!). And it costs over 4million coins to get a hotdog stand?! I’ve only had this game for a day and I’m already getting over it. I miss the days when you can purchase various rides through earned money. None of this card BS. How can you expect to make a theme park with the same repetitive rides?

Can’t get out of tutorial. So I Built And Information centre and for some reason as soon as I pressed validate the game took me on a tutorial on how to make an information centre and I had to put it in this designated spot and funny enough that was exactly were my other information centre was so I couldn’t place it down, I tried reloading the page but the tutorial pops up immediately, Please fix this

So much fun!... but.... This is a phenomenal game and I have been playing it every day for a while, but for some reason when I decided to edit my park my overall peep satisfaction went from about 85%-55% and when I press on a peep bubble a lot of them have 90%+ satisfaction on the fun section, but on my overall it says it is 11% I don’t understand why it is doing this and I would really appreciate this bug/ whatever it is to be fixed... it is a real problem and it stopped this game from getting a 5 star rating

Good Game. this game is fantastic, but once you get to a certain level, at around 50, there’s nothing left to do. It becomes harder to get cards to level things up, and the hearts you need take longer to collect because now you’re spending them on cards so you can upgrade stuff. It takes me about five hours to strategically place all of my rides, restaurants, services, and extras that belong in the same categories as one another like all the wild west marked stuff, but i also keep running out of room to build my roller coasters. I do love this game, i love the new mini game feature, and i’ve been playing it every day for the last few months.

Roller coaster Tycoon. This game is a good game, I only just started playing it after hearing about it from a neighbour-friend, -years ago: …But, I like it a lot. I didn’t know it wasn’t just for on a console, but for an iPhone. I kind of imagined that it was for a VR headset, as well… Although I am not disappointed so far, however it is a bit slow. So I was you know playing game normally I put every think in my invtory to start and make new design idea and out of no where some of my rides are gone I got no money and I bought game passes with my money and I don’t have like the summer rides stuff and I have no money back but I didn’t even sell I remove and put in box can u please help me either give me money back because I bought some pretty exspensive things or give me all my rides back plsss I really frustrated

Water park. Why is it I can’t use money from my main park for my water park. I am completely stuck I earn about $40,000 if that a day and it buys NOTHING prices are around a million some go up to 20 million. You have missed the mark on this idea. I don’t get cards you don’t get anything. You are completely stuck with the million they give you and forced to pay so you can move on. The card drops are so stupid all they give you is the same cards of everything you already have I waited 8 hours for a set of cards in another park not the main one it cost me 100,000 I got 43 of the same card. 😡 I am just about over trying to move up when all your doing is forcing me down every chance you get.

It was fun, till it crashed, lost everything & wont connect to FB. This was a real fun game, I even spent real money on it as I was having fun. Then when I loaded the game yesterday, the theme park wasn’t my park. All my stats where there, but my park had gone. I read through a few trouble shooting pages & cleared my iPad & restarted as suggested, but no change. Next step was to u install & reinstall, which is normal, I’ve done that for several other games with glitches & that usually fixes it... but now this game won’t connect to Facebook to recover my stats & wants me to start from scratch again. It’s been 2 days like this now. No feedback at all or replies to messages sent via Facebook or the in-game tech support. Really wishing I’d saved my money instead!

It’s a good game but the in app purchases are disappointing.. I do enjoy playing this game as it brings back old memories from when I was little and used to play it. However, I’ve just purchased a card pack with the impression I would get a complete cute card pack set and 200 cards. Completely wrong and a major disappointment. I got two different cards, one from the cute set I bought and 188 copies of it and another duplicate of what I already had with 12 copies of that . Will definitively not be ever purchasing anything from the game again.

Interactive Game. This game is fun and interactive without being repetitive or addictive. Having success within the game requires a lot of thinking and planning strategically which would engage a busy mind. I particularly purchased this game to take my mind off of work for 5 minutes every so often, while still keeping my cognitive function flowing - so far, a success! Having lots of fun with it.

Long term builder. I do love this game. Honestly I do. But it gets very tedious once you start punching in above level 50 or so, and to be brutally honest, I don’t think I even tapped into the game for a few months because all I was doing was coming in to collect money off the park. My park is at maximum boundaries, happiness was 96%, my bank balance was over 1,300,000,000 and I was stalled at level 61, and bored with it. So thank you for the new scenarios. I have spent over 900,000,000 and just finished the fourth scenario. My main park gets a little bit of attention, but really, unless I start actually spending real money to pay for card packs, levelling up isn’t happening anytime soon, and the handful of free cards I get don’t even give me the new stuff that comes available with levelling up. So I shall look forward to new scenario parks to build.

Could be a five star game, but..... This game is frustratingly enjoyable, at the moment. It seems like you’re just stuck at times, then all of a sudden you cop a break and go great guns for a couple of levels and then get stuck again. Waiting for coins to accumulate, or peeps / satisfaction to go up. Don’t bother trying to earn free tickets by installing other apps. They don’t pay them! And the ‘missing tickets’ button (surprise, surprise) doesn’t work. The expansions are ridiculously expensive after the first 2. The water park, again so expensive, I’ve given up even going into it just to collect the coins. I’ll give it a little while longer, but can’t see me playing for long, Trying to save 4 MILLION coins for an expansion, while trying to maintain satisfaction levels is going to get tiresome.

Involvement Is Inescapably Exciting. What a wonderful way to spend your time as you cater for everything you never imagined catering for, from roller coasters to offices to food stalls to toilets to janitors. I’ve found this experience the best RT ever, having been a fan since the first PC inception all those years and years ago. Can you do one thing for me though? START TO CREATE DIFFERENT WORLDS or COUNTRY SETTINGS that allow us to theme a whole area of the park after a country like Scotland and Tartan or Australia and Outback or Iceland and the Cold? This would make the game much more stimulating to try and encourage country like areas.. plus the option to buy music to go with your park areas.

IT IS UNBELIEVABLE!. This game is literally the best game to play! Every other roller coaster app is a cheap one. But this is unbelievable work! I got this yesterday and I was addicted to playing this game all night and today I played it for an hour! I really do recommend this app! But your probably wondering what is it like to play it? Well it’s very fun and you get cool cards and awesome rides and you get to change up the fences and paths, a thing you want and it’s all super super super fun! Everyone who loves amusement parks or really entertaining things will absolutely love this app and it’s free so you should get it! Please leave a five star rating because the creators definitely deserve it. They probably have worked so hard on it to make it fun so please do it! Enjoyable and a classic. Though the game crashes and has a few bugs, this game is actually quite amazing. The game starts of with a tutorial, not the best but explains the important parts of the game, then you slowly start striving with your own park. Updates happen a bit often and it makes the game a heck of a lot better. Honestly it’s just a cool game with lots to do and things to explore. Good job, Atari!

Needs improvement. It’s funny how it’s a theme park game and it’s rigged like a theme park. Unless you’re willing to consistently spend a good amount of money on this game, you can’t even play it. I’ve had it for a couple months now. I even spent real money to get a few bonuses, and then the game flatlined. I can’t create anything because I can’t get enough money or space, they don’t give you enough of the cards you need, which you need as well as park money to get any new things (shops,rides,etc). Definitely could be worked on.

Sandbox. I love this game but it would be even better if it had sandbox mode.

Glitched badly. Since the new update My park has been glitching. This time it glitched so bad that i lost ALL my inventory for good. all my paths were there but everything else just dissapeared. I have it connected to my facebook. i restarted the game. deleted your app and downloaded it again and re connected it to my facebook but my inventory is gone for good :( I put so much time and effort into that game... All i want is all my rides food stands etc back so i can keep playing... used to love this game until now cuz too dissapointed to restart it completely.

Good Game /Too many add videos 👎. Takes way too long to get the cards you need to upgrade. Park is not big enough for all the rides. The casino wheel u get money every spin and Money is the only thing u don’t need. You have to watch ads all the time for Tickets/hearts/cards which is a complete waste of time. If I did not have to watch the ads, which I put my phone down anyways I would spend money in the game It’s A good game worth playing U don’t have to pay money to advance in the game which is good. Making your own rollercoaster and designing your park is cool.

Update Pure Profit Opportunities. Would I like to pay $12.99 a month for VIP status? No. That’s one of the new “creative” yet ridiculous opportunities to spend your money since the update. Have I spent money on this game in the past? Yes. Was it more than $10? No. The new update attempts at every opportunity to solicit a purchase from what was once a “Creative and fun game”. I have lost my desire to spend on cards or points now. And my “fun little game” is now a waste of space on my iPad.

Lost My Park. Today after the most recent update I visited a friends park to gather rewards and when I returned to my park I discovered that the game had somehow merged my park and my friends so I have all of my paths but all of her park and I’ve lost all my upgrades and unlocks that differed from hers. I can’t revert it. There goes all my hard work. Thanks so much devs.

Slow progress. The game becomes boring once you reach the higher levels. It takes forever to progress and ver little to do.

Terrible.. Imagine spending money to support the app but never receive the cards pack in game... had bought the Halloween cards pack that had 200+ cards but never got it. or use tickets in the roll casino but never receive the reward... decided to roll the wheel an extra time, spent tickets. Coins were at 700k, won 300k but ended up with 645k? Instead of 1M? Also worth mentioning how the app often crashes when watching ads...

Last update ruined it!. I’ve played this game for many, many years! I have almost everything. The last update took out all my rollercoasters and when I try to put it back it says it can’t be placed there. Ugh! I don’t want to start all over again. Frustrating 😑

Won't Work Properly. For the last four days the ads haven't been loading. I haven't been able to watch videos for card packs, and haven't been able to do campaigns. It is getting extremely frustrating because I cannot advance without card packs or campaigns. I have tweeted them, sent a message to the support team and have seen other people posting on Facebook about the same problem, and they still haven't answered or fixed it.

Addicting. I friggin’ love this game. It reminds me a lot of the PC game you’d play but a little more immersive. I play it daily and they stick up on their events which I love progressing on. Highly suggested!

Too many bugs. I can’t access my unlocked candy cane fence. And yes I reached the Santa’s Photo Booth card and didn’t get the card! Another bug! A lot of The ads I let run for several minutes but it still won’t let me close them with out swiping the entire game close and the restarting. Very frustrating. I was going to buy a few things I wanted but not with the issues I’m having. Don’t be wasting the money.

More park manager than roller coasters. I like the game overall, but the lack of getting any cards for roller coaster blue prints is frustrating, confusing and, obviously, grinding. If you consider older RCT games, they were always about the coasters, but this version doesn’t seem anything like that. And don’t try to build your coasters, because that truly is a pain to do on a touch device. Cannot lie about that. Older RTC games used to let you ride the rides, too, including the coasters. This version has no such feature and it just turns out to be a game of the park management of older RTC games, but lacks in enjoying the immersion aspect of the rides. And be careful what you spend, this is one of those games that will milk you with buying card packs, and if there’s a certain card you’re trying to get, most likely you’ll be buying a few packs before it finally shows up. You can buy specific card packs, but they are always distributed at random, so it’s very easy to get milked for money.

Glitchy. I’ve had the game for a couple of weeks now and though it’s fun to play (and reminds me of my childhood!), it can be glitchy at times. I’ve used tickets to play some games for more coins and the game never opens, so it just takes my tickets and that’s it. This has happened quite a few times over the last week or so. Also, I’m not sure if I just have horrible hand-eye coordination but I have the hardest time trying to select objects to move around. You have to tap it juusst right to select something- like a tree or kiosk. The park guide that sometimes pops up to walk you through something has never actually allowed me to successfully go through with whatever task it is. I’ll get partially through and it just stops responding to any of my touches, so I close the game and reopen it. At the end of the day, it’s still a fun game to have and is highly addicting.

fix these bugs. i am sick and tired of the app closing it self after a while and refreshing, just for your full profit you originally left off the game with to no longer be there . Im logged in thru Apple ID so It should auto save or something. i purchase things such as new rides, and these bugs make it so that the ride was not purchase but the money was taken. Please fix. Overall the game is fun i really enjoy it BUT ITS become a MAJOR issue tht When I have left out of the game a while and return, Its not how I left it. For example , an hour ago I remodeled my park, thirty minutes later now I come back and my correct funds are not there once again, then I see that rides/services I originally relocated to another side of the park CLEARLY never saved so it is now making me remodel my park again as its not how I left it. I am also VIP so I feel its unfair that Users play this game and do not always end up with the correct Profits because this game only saves what it wants to. There needs to be a Manual SAVE button. 11/14 update: i have been playing my game i’ve updated my my park and all, just to come back and the NEW games i once paid for are no longer there! it now looks like how the park looked days ago when i made this review. MY WATER PARK IS EVEN GONE SO I MUST START OVER ! Even with my apple ID connected its still not saving anything 🤦🏽‍♀️ Im just going to remove the vip until im for sure these bugs are handled. 11/26 needs an update still.

Super fun! A few problems though... This game is super fun! Great for a free game. There are a few glitches though.. a few times I have created a roller coaster and it will randomly disappear when I come back to the game.. or I will place things in my park and they will disappear too. And sometimes I receive so many copies of the same cards.. and I need different ones. I wish there was more variety in the cards they give. Also, it’s somewhat hard to build a roller coaster, because it says the track is too long, so I can’t make it how I want it.. But I really like the challenges (so you can level up faster), how you can play mini games to get coins, and the restaurants are cool. It’s pretty fun! Also, just a note, it would be so cool if you could actually enter into the rides or restaurants and add customization or ride yourself.

One of the best games I’ve ever played. I love that it offers help in the game! I love that they make it harder to get new cards, it makes it more exciting when you do get a new card! It is a great game and I love it! One thing I wish they had though is the ability to actually go on your rides. It makes it more fun and exciting! Other things I wish were in the game are being able to create your own avatar with cool costumes like Harry Potter ones. I also think you could have rides you can make yourself, along with a helicopter ride and your own house that you can design yourself! I hope you listen to my suggestions! Thank you. One more thing, I wish we could work in the restaurants. Another thing, we should be able to put up notices for the park so the peeps respect the park a little bit more.

Nostalgia of the original PC game but entirely new. I played this game all summer of 2020 then I just rediscovered the game. For me the only flaw is how addicting I find it! It was more glitchy three years ago. Most of those issues have resolved. I played it exclusively on my phone in 2020 and I couldn’t get it to work on the iPad. Now I exclusively play on my iPad and it works very well! There are many mini challenges to keep your interest. I look forward to playing whenever I get home from work. I was a big fan of the CD ROM. The game is very different but still holds nostalgia of the original Rollercoaster Tycoon. Many changes are for the better. For example, it is much easier to design your own coaster. No one would consider me a gamer, and it’s a win for me!

I like it!. I have been a long time fan of RCT 3, so wasn’t sure how I would like the Touch version. I’ve only been playing it a couple of days, but so far I really like it. It is different in many ways from RCT 3, but once I figured out how to make the game work, the differences don’t bother me. For example, to collect the earning of stalls and rides you have to click on them when they show a coins bubble, rather than the earnings automatically being deposited. So far I haven’t had to hire any employees or train them. You can’t speed up the passing of time, which is just a tad annoying, since I am right now waiting for my bank to increase. That feature would be nice. Time will tell if I continue to like it as much as I do now, but as the premise of the game is the same, building up your theme park with stalls, rides, and decorations, I’m really enjoying playing it.

Bugs. I updated to the new Six Flags update (which I love btw) but it seems to have caused a couple of glitches in coaster making and the scenarios. When making a coaster, you have to unselect and reselect each node because the options to add banking/make it taller/ make it longer disappear until you reselect it. In the scenario, I was doing the “pragmatic” scenario and I got all of the tasks completed (55 rides & 100% peep happiness) by the end of the period. However, before the update, I was not at this level. I was at 39 rides with 91% satisfaction. This data froze after the update. It never showed on the main screen that I had gotten to the gold medal, only bronze. When I opened the pragmatic park, it showed in the corner that i had achieved this, but not on the main screen. So, when I went to claim it, I got the rewards for the bronze medal and basically I wasted my time getting the gold. Kind of disappointed.

Love...and addicted...but!. Im level 29 and check in on my game probably 3-6 times daily, but I have one main problem. I hate the guesswork involved in where to place items (mainly roller coasters) so as to get higher peep satisfaction. My roller coasters are as upgraded as i can for my level, but all three have only 33-35% peep satisfaction. My overall satisfaction level in my park in 85%. And has been there steadily for nearly a week and a half. Out of all of my heavily decorated rides, only my merry go rounds are slightly over 80% peep satisfaction. I keep moving things around to try to raise this level, but its super hard to have to trial and error constantly with no hints or guide at all as to what to put where and/or why! Please help amend this problem! I have excellent maintenance rides are all fixed high gene levels are 100% I try to put food and shops around my roller coasters and rides and vary the selection of these items but my peep satisfaction of my rides still stays quite low! I don't like this! Need tips and hints in the game!

Some tips for Devs. I just started playing about 10 minutes ago and already have a few suggestions. I wish I had more freedom in the tutorial. I immediately have to place items as they are, I can’t rotate or connect paths until I finish that mission and collect my reward. It feels like it tutorial is rushing me. My second issue is that the “new player offer” to pay .99¢ didn’t seem to have an X to click out of. I’m not paying .99¢ for in game colors and shops. Not sure if it glitched out and didn’t show an X, if it’s REALLY hidden, or what, but I had to X out of the game. (Was then bombarded by the tutorial again which is necessary info but just so much at once and with so many taps) UPDATE: it also seems that you can’t X out of the blueprints by tapping on that X. Nothing happens and I’m forced to lay something down or X out of the game and go back in.

Could Be Better... I’ve been playing this game for 2 days and its fun but I wish it was more like the computer game when I was a kid. We should we be able to tap on the trash to clean it and the people who go on the rides or eat too much should have to puke like it was in the game too lol. I hate reviewing these kind of games because they take forever to add the ideas that you give them lol.. also it should have online play instead of adding it to Facebook. Please make the game more fun instead of repetitive, you’ll get more game play if you make it more nostalgic. And the upgrades should not be so expensive. I can understand if the level was 20+ but 10,000 for an Level 1 upgrade is ridiculous. It should start around 500-1,000 and building the rides shouldn’t be expensive either. 600,000 for a ride is unrealistic make it cheaper!!! I’ll play the game for a few more days if there’s no change then I’ll have to delete it.

Eeh. Im lvl 47 with 92% happiness. Ive been playing on & off for a while now. It IS a fun game. But it takes a long time to load up easily a few minutes (-1st star), and recently has been crashing a lot (-2nd star). I like the game because its easy to navigate, easy to play & its easy to get hearts (by clicking on happy thought bubbles or winning them in the wheel), tickets (by playing the mini games, watching the billboard or winning them in the wheel), coins (collecting it through the casino/your buildings & the wheel) & cards (you can buy them with tickets or real money, the wheel or you can earn them from quests). Also i love the aspect that when you go into purchase something (ride/decoration/etc) in the top righthand corner theres a button you can click that will show ONLY the cards that you need to upgrade! I've never seen that in a game before! But bc it takes so long to load & has been crashing Im going to delete it. It was fun to play👍🏻

Buy tickets with coins? caught in a hampster wheel. So, the graphics and touch interface are decent and simple enough. I play on my iPad. The big problem here is that the progression design is cyclical nonsense. Why would I (the park owner) need tickets? Shouldn't the patrons have tickets? I have 100,000 coins but I can't build anything else because I need tickets, which start at 40,000 coins for ten tickets. Shouldn't the coins that I earn be used to purchase & build new restaurants, coasters and services? The reward system here traps you into watching ads for tickets. Nobody wants to serve food in a virtual restaurant for 30 seconds. I don't even want to do that in real life! I end up sitting there hitting pop-up buttons to collect coins, which is just God-awful repetitive. I want to spend my time building roller coasters like everyone else and designing unique theme parks. I think most people are sick of these in-app purchases, and I think people have enough advertisements forced on them already. Talk about a scam! buying virtual money with real money 🤦‍♂️ are you trying to scam consumers?

It broke :(. I’ve enjoyed playing this game for a couple of weeks. I always find games with in-app purchases kind of annoying, but this game actually does a good job of giving you incentives and prizes that you don’t need to pay real money for. Overall, progress was slow, but I only played a few minutes every few days anyway, so it was ok. Then I got the Valentines update that just came out, and it now no longer works at all. I get a pop-up as it loads that tells me the game has an error and needs to close. Worse than that, as I was desperately trying for the 20th time to see if it would open, it froze my phone altogether. The touch screen and home button wouldn’t work, and I had to reboot the phone. The app still won’t work. At this rate I guess I’ll have to delete it :/ I mean, I spent no money on it, but still kind of disappointing. Would be a 4star game if not for this fatal glitch.

Looks are deceiving. Got this and it took about a week to get a two rides a drink stand and a place to eat plus a couple of other needed buildings for the people coming to to the park. Got all those upgraded as much as they could, the peeps were happy. Then it all stopped. They (the developers) give cards out so you think that you can start building again, but no the 20 cards that just came actually are only 2 cards 10 of each and you can do nothing because your not at the level you need to buy those things. But you need to buy to level up. I have $5 Million in game money earned from the park and I can buy everything. But you cannot buy any thing because I dont have the cards needed to build. Oh but you can shell out a Lot of real world Money and buy all the stuff you want. I understand the developers want to make money but this is just wrong. Charge a nominal charge for the game with all stuff available and have Extra stuff you can buy for the park. This is nothing less than bait and switch. Stay away this is pure greed.

Perfect, but hate the card system. This game is pretty fun, and the graphics are attractive. It actually gets a lot easier to earn coins once you play for a few days. However, the card system is just a giant money grab. Understandable because all mobile games do similar things, but it’s getting to a point where I feel forced to buy card packs instead of enjoying a free-to-play game. Basically, my park has been covered in litter for the past two weeks because I cannot get a single janitor card to upgrade and place more. In the PC game you could hire as much staff as you wanted but had to pay more (in virtual currency). In this, I feel a bit screwed over. Right now I have to save up tickets to buy a more rare card pack but even that takes a while and it might not even give me that card. This is only one of the few instances where I felt very limited due to this system. Other than the disgusting state of my paths, it’s a fun, charming game!

Good news and how to improve. I really like this game but you have a lot to improve on. 1st: You should have to have only one janitor post and have like 6 janitors per post and they cover all of the park. 2nd: When you are away the trash shouldn’t build up cause I bet when a lot of people got to where they got the janitor card their park would be clean when you get off the game and the next time you go back on it IT IS A TOTAL MAD HOUSE!!!! And I have been really stressed about this. 3rd: you should have a difficulty setting where you could choose easy, normal, or hard. And it even says for ages 4+. And it is a strategy game and if you think about it a 4 year old might not know what he/she is doing. So if you could put this in an update that would be amazing. Thanks for your time.🤪😋😛😝😜😜😝😛😀

It is fun and entertaining, but glitchy and seems to be getting the worst. I do enjoy the game, but it has some quirks. For example: getting the cards you need to keep the peeps happy can be tough to come by, then it has glitches that closes out the game when you are trying to open a card pack and when this happens you don’t get the cards. You would think that it could at least reset, so when you go back into the game you can reopen the packet. Last quirk, when they do the seasonal packages and you watch the advertisements to increase your peep percentage, it does not always count that you complete the requirement and then you run out of time and miss the opportunity for the special cards. Now to be fair you could purchase a card pack that may help with some of this, but I would be upset it I bought a packet and the glitch happens where you get no cards. There is no one to contact to get your money back.

Buggy when editing coasters. *Edit* Still glitchy when editing coasters. But I wanted to add that I noticed y’all have made it harder to get tickets. The little arcade mini-game only gives you coins now, and the spinning wheel pretty much always, always lands on coins. I play everyday and since whichever update, I never get anything other than coins on my first spin. Before I had a fair shot at everything on the board. It’s like it’s rigged like some slot machine now. Love this app, this is really the only game I play on my phone. But I always have issues editing coasters. I’ll be able to make a few changes, and then it’ll start getting buggy. I’m not able to select anything or edit anything. Like it won’t freeze, but nothing I do changes my coaster. I can’t even exit out of the editing screen. It’s really frustration because I have to close the whole app and start again. I usually only edit coasters during a coaster challenge, so maybe there’s something there that’s making it act buggy.

Not half bad. Being a fan of the original, I had high expectations. While not as good as the original, the game is surprisingly fun. The card system is actually kinda cool, but slightly confusing at first. Overall well balanced feeling and some cool new features like “heat maps” that colorize your attractions to show you if they are well liked, making money, etc. Fun game for F2P! EDIT: While I say “not as good as the original”, I still believe this game is better suited for mobile. Building coasters is a breeze as you push and pull them into any shape. Instead of placing individual staff members around the park, they take a more Sim City approach and have you place stations. At first it’s hard to find coins, but if you stick with it the game balances out. You will feel progress every play session, where in the original you could spend a few hours not getting anywhere. It’s well made all around.

A few fixes?. This is very fun, but I have some issues. Why doesn’t this game run at 60FPS? I understand that low end devices can’t but an option is necessary for some people to play this game for a while. Poly Bridge 2 has these options and even a 120FPS option for those on IPhone 13 Pros or IPad Pros! The M1 Chip and anything better than an A10 Chip would easily run this game at a higher frame rate than 24FPS! For me, it’s eye straining. If this game had this option, I would highly recommend this game to anyone looking to build a theme park. This game is fun and this really is the only problem I have, hence, the 3-Star review. For the time being, I will not keep this game on my device simply because of this reason. If the developers add this, it would be game changing. If you read this, this is just an idea that you could implement for a future update, please take this into consideration. Thank You!

Look forward to more content. As with most games you start out low, but seeing the process and unlocking upgrades has kept me playing, the rank up system is decent lacking a little versatility on completing objectives but it’s not too bad, the water park is my only negative for it requires you to use tickets instead of the coin currency that is provide for the main park, if you can flip currency to the water park tokens it would extend playtime with that park, the challenges for scenarios are challenging and it would be great to look at other users park with their permission through request, again, great game, I grew up playing the original and look forward to what this one has to offer, the major plus is always being able to create your own coaster and that alone locks me in and hope I get to see rides from DC (sure there’s some licensing handles for that) as well as rides such as Viper, twisted collosus, etc. great job so far

Meh. This would be fun because it runs a lot better, and the rides and everything are a lot better, than the previous versions. However, I absolutely hate the card thing. I can have 116 cards for a 2 card ride and have to upgrade 3 times and deplete all my cards doing upgrades, before I can even buy the ride. Not to mention all the tasks pretty much want you to buy more rides which is next to impossible when I keep getting the same cards and still can’t buy, or it costs more than what I even brought in to upgrade, leaving nothing to buy with. I reach new levels and still get the same cards for the same rides I already have. Then there is the fact that the upgrades double to quadruple in price every time you upgrade. If this is like the old versions, they should really put a cap on the increases at some point. I have enough financial tension in real life. I don’t want it in my releases or fun and games too. And give me access to the new stuff when it releases at new levels too.

Awful. I’ve been a huge fan of Roller coaster tycoon; I remember staying up late just playing it on my dads PC. Everything a new version came out, I begged him to buy got for me. So imagine my excitement to find it for my phone! Now imagine my disappointment after trying to play it for three days and my frustration with the game. I ended up deleting it off my phone. The “card system” is dumb. I can’t build anything I need because I don’t have the card. My peeps need the restroom, but sorry, I don’t have a card, so use the plenty of trees in the park. Want something to drink? Enjoy the one lemonade stall. Yay I got another information booth card, but wait, to build a second I have to pay coins to upgrade a card? This game has so much potential if they got ride of the card thing. I understand, it’s how they make their money. Personally, I refuse to spend money on pixels( not just for this game, but anyone in general), so I would never buy the cards. Without the cards, I can’t do anything. I’m just going to buy the game for my PC...

Disheartening to play. I’ve been playing this game for a couple years now, and every time I restart I remember again why I stopped. This game is just too glitchy. I spend on items on the park, only for them to not be there when I return. I was completing a scenario when it all of a sudden said I reached my goal and stopped the scenario, except I hadn’t and I received nothing from “completing” it...right after using valuable coins, hearts and tickets to set it up. It’s like the game keeps finding ways to take from me. I’ve reached out to support countless times and just get packs to make up for it, but I just want the game to work correctly. I’m at a point now where the game is a lot less fun as well, since I can’t really expand and I have most items anyway. It’s just a matter of waiting until I’m able to upgrade something (I’m level 107, perfect happiness scores and easily make hundreds of millions of coins in a short amount of time). I think with these issues I may finally be done with the game.

Hate it!. I use to love playing this game so when I found it I was so extremely excited! However it’s stupid! Having to wait for cards in order to build items is stupid, I still haven’t figured out the whole card thing and what they all mean...no it doesn’t mean when you get a card you can build that item. Also having to put information, maintenance and janitor buildings is such a waste of space! I liked it when you just hired the little guys and assigned them a path to clean or rides to maintain. Also when you use to buy flowers you would pay a certain amount and could place as many as you want for a minimal fee now you only get like 4 and have to pay a outrageous amount if you want 4 more... it’s stupid! Let me Place as many decorations as I want don’t charge me 200,000 to place 4! I don’t think this will last long as I’m already so frustrated with it...they try to make it so if you would like to keep playing you must make purchases and I refuse...put it back to the old way!!!!

Always loved this. Was so excited to find this game. Wasn’t sure that I’d like it on the phone screen (as opposed to a full size screen) - but it’s fine. I’m really enjoying it. UPDATE. Got so frustrated that the required cards are never available. Buy cards - it’s a crap shoot what upgrades you’ll get. I had 800 visitors, tons of money - but I couldn’t have more than 2 janitors. Ridiculous. Kept playing. Plateaued at a point where I couldn’t buy new rides, further upgrade any existing rides or add janitors. No matter what I did. I gave up when, while trying to design my first steel roller coaster, the track would freeze before I could connect it to the station. I restarted it 3 times - and could not build that thing. I tried joining a “corporation” to earn more upgrade cards, but was ignored. I’m so incredibly frustrated at the time I wasted on this, the money I spent to buy card packs, which NEVER contained the cards I needed, I’d never recommend this. Whoever designed this game must be a sadist- likes watching people suffer while trying to play their game.

It WAS fun, until.... I just got this game yesterday and was enjoying the nostalgia, as I was a big fan of the original PC game. Side note; I agree with a previous reviewer who requested a console version of RCT. Anyway - I was plugging along at level 9 and having a great time. Next thing I know, I open the app and everything has changed. First I was prompted to choose between two saved games that were identical in stats, but the stats where wrong. Uh oh. Not a good feeling, but I had no choice but to choose one. When I did, a version of my park that was several hours of gameplay old appeared. Not only had the placement of many items reverted back to their original locations, I’ve also lost several and my missions have gone back to the original tutorials for buying/upgrading the Merry-Go-Round, etc. I’ve lost the Pizza Stand Shop AND Card, 1 of my 2 Burger Stands, Drop Ride (which is expensive at this stage), Water Gun Ride AND Card, 1 of 2 Arcades, many decorations, the Baseball Hat Shop Card and A LOT of Tickets. Yet somehow, my level stayed the same (now on level 10), as have Attendance, Satisfaction, Hearts and Coins. And I’m now being forced to re-play the early tutorials (which can be expensive) and will have to re-organize my park all over again. I’m leery of continuing OR restarting from the beginning only to have this occur again. Very unfortunate, because I had been very much enjoying the game before this SNAFU.

I Really Love This Game But..... I just downloaded this game, about 1-week ago. I’m actually, using a “iPhone X” (or 10). My phone is completely updated. Everything was working very smoothly, at first. Then, as I progressed further, into this game. I started to notice that, there were some bug’s (Glitches). The more I played this game, the more difficult, everything was to keep moving forward. Unless, you want to spend a great deal of money to continue playing smoothly. Currently, I’ve been playing a couple times a day. When I do play this game. I end up having it freeze up or worse (Ex: While, trying to add something to my park, the item ends up disappearing. Then, the game would freeze up; Wherever, I try to tap on one of the option’s, the game would freeze up. When things go funky, I just close the App, and then reopen it again. Sometimes this doesn’t always work the first time. You have to have patience with this game.). One of my “Pet-Peeves” is when your playing a game, and in-order to keep on pace with the game. You either have to fork out your money, or you just have to wait to receive the item(s), that’s holding you back. I do still love this game. But, I just wish that the people that created it. Would hopefully, fix these things, as soon as possible. Please, fix this app? Please, change the cost of item(s), to something more achievable? Thank you for reading, and I hope this has helped you.

It’s fun but.... UPDATE: IF THIS GAME DOESN’T STOP FREEZING EVERY TIME I TRY TO EDIT A COASTER IM GOING TO DELETE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY wish this game would quit freezing! Especially when I’m building roller coasters. It doesn’t completely freeze up but it doesn’t let you click on anything which means you have to close the app and it deletes all the progress you made on the coaster. Kind of annoying. Plus the “scenario” park is insanely expensive! I haven’t done any so I don’t know if you end up getting that money back in the end or it it’s just gone once the scenario ends. Either way the one I’m on I’ve spend over 10 mil and haven’t even completed the 1st set of tasks... may need to change that to wear it’s a little more do-able. But I do love that every weekend it’s double XP! Pretty awesome! And the normal theme park isn’t super expensive but I do hate that the kiddie rides eventually cost million to upgrade and you’re only making like 5k/hour from them. But if you don’t upgrade them people complain that there’s no room. So it’s a lose lose. But overall a decent game.

Needs a data transfer mode. I made a review on my iPad as bkplayz and I got a phone and now my brother has the iPad and he deleted all my games but I made him not delete rct touch so if there was a data transfer update I could get it. so I got so sad when I found out couldn’t transfer my park. Three months of work for NOTHING. It was the only game I ever played so I was really far and I was even a VIP. I’m on lvl four on my new phone and I’m really bored so far. PLEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE make a data transfer mode so I can get my amazing ginormous hard worked on park. I know that to a developer a may just be a random player but random player have lives too. It’s the best app in the App Store so please just make a data transfer mode in the next update. I would hate to see my huge park, three hundred tickets, 20 million dollars and my VIP subscription all go to waste. You don’t know how much it means to me. Thanks for reading this.

Not what I expected. RollerCoaster Tycoon is a great game on PC, but how would that work on iPhone? Well, here’s what Atari came up with. This is RCT Touch, and not a crappy port of the original. In the port’s defense, those kind of games just aren’t fit for a platform like the iPhone. But this sure does, yet it’s not really the traditional game you’d expect. It revolves around this weird gambling system to earn cards. Each card you get is random, and is a part of the park, be it a rollercoaster or even a bush. Drag and drop ‘em, and bingo bango bongo you got yourself a tycoon. Does this work? Sure! But not as much as the simple “buy a ride” mechanic. Of course this style seems more suited for the iPhone, but not what traditional players will expect or let alone enjoy. When will they get it right? But of course there’s no better option for the iPhone. If you want a good theme park game for iPhones, this’ll have to do. And that’s fine by me.

It’s a great game if your willing to contribute to it. The game is somewhat fun unless you plan on never spending money in the game. For some stupid reason you have to reach a certain “level” to be able to build a certain ride AND HAVE BEEN AWARDED A “CARD”. I understand one restriction but another??! This card bs was put in place so you essentially have to spend money in the game. Right now I have built everything I possibly can, and some of my “peeps” in the game walk around complaining about how there is nothing to do, it’s annoying enough to just quit playing. You can’t even upgrade or build multiple attractions unless you are at that level, and have that card, but you can pay to do both of these things. Also trying to design an amusement park on a phone is an ambitious task and they did not do that good of a job, camera angles are bad and when you trying to place things or build roller coasters you might just give up because it’s so annoying trying to pan the camera to see what you are doing.

4/5 - great game with room for improvement. I’ve been playing RCT for the past few days and it’s been an overall enjoyable experience. I’m not the kind of person to pay for coins or any additional content, but that being said, the pacing of earning coins to what’s affordable in game is well done. One big improvement I wish would be made is optimization or the ability to change graphic settings. I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro and the performance is manageable but could be a bit smoother. In the settings menu, there is an option for graphics but it appears to be locked at medium. I wish I could change it to improve the frame-rate. Another option that would be nice to have is the ability to turn off certain animations to improve performance. Overall great experience on the phone

Addictive and expensive. This game is so much fun. I got addicted from the start, with that being said it can be very easy to spend money in this game unless you have a lot of patience. In the beginning I spent about $20 to get my park flowing. After you have substantial money flow, it’s easier to complete missions which help you level up in the game, unlocking certain features. I’ve only been playing for about 3 weeks now and I just hit level 29. I love it, theirs plenty to do a much needed time waster for those who get bored easily. I never played the original so I can’t compare, I just know this game is great. No ads like a lot of other games I’ve downloaded on ios.. the only time it has an ad is if you want an free pack of cards, or hearts, which only allows you to get them every so many hours. Anyways, enjoy!

Ok for a distraction. This game is....ok. Definitely not great. It takes entirely too long to earn enough coins to buy stuff as well as you stop getting new cards after a certain point. I just keep getting the same cards over and over. Also, some of the missions are impossible to complete (i.e. Have x amount of family rides, yet you aren't even at a level high enough to complete the mission). I end up ignoring most of the missions. Game could definitely use some improvements, but it is good for short bursts of entertainment. Edit: still just an ok game. I’ve maxed out on space and can no longer place anything without deleting something else. It also takes forever to be able to upgrade cards and I have close to a billion coins because I can’t buy anything since I have no space. There needs to be an update that allows for more expansion. I would rather have more space than Barbie decorations.

and Something to do during the Pandemic. This game has afforded me, my son, and my grandson to have something we can do to entertain ourselves while we are socially distanced. This game allows you to connect with other players and even visit their parks! For my grandson, we allow him to rearrange our park and play through our player profiles since he is so young which also allows us to help him achieve goals and advance to higher levels. He is always delighted when he notices new items in the park that weren’t there before or spots passing flying objects based on the seasonal themes. This is great alternative to board games or traditional competitive video game play that the whole family can participate in from a virtual space and distance. Love it! It has definitely helped us cope and have something constructive to do with idle time.

Frustrating. It’s a fun game and I enjoy playing it. However, it has no “save” features and quite often you lose progress. You’ll pop back on only to find everything you did has been reverted to the previous time you logged on. The worst one was when I spent 25M coins to unlock an area, then later on found it was filled back in again, I don’t think my coins were back either. I purchased it again and when it unlocked, all my walkways I built when I bought it the first time were still there! I’ve Contacted them a couple of times and the staff will reimburse coins you question 2-3 times back so the staff is nice about it. But they said you need to wait a minute before going back to the menu, then another minute before you should close the app from there. I try but sometimes it must be short of the minute because it still happens. The game DEFINITELY needs a save feature, it’d be a solid 4 if it did, instead of a iffy 3 stars.

Loved until Glitches. I used to play this game all the time on my iPad and absolutely loved it. Even got to level 75 after months of gameplay. But after trying to get it onto my phone a few months ago it triggered all of the tutorials from level one, specifically getting stuck on Paths. It won’t allow you to make a path just anywhere, and you can’t delete a pre-existing path on the section presented. It is so frustrating that after so much grinding, I’m at a complete halt. I was initially told to wait until the next update and as soon as it came out I was so excited. Until I realized I was still stuck in the same place. The developers apparently know of this glitch, but choose not to address it- at least 3 updates and counting for me. So just be aware if you are hoping to play cross-platform that you may run into these errors and not be able to play at all.

Auto Park Remodeling?. I’m not very please with what just happened. I was playing, visiting a friends park, and getting back to my own park most of my rides and food were gone! I tried restarting the app, doing everything I did over to see if maybe it was because I was on another’s park.. but it still did nothing.. I’m really upset to delete the game... that was just a hassle to get everything back how I wanted.. I was on level 22 and doing great and this happens.. and it had the nerve to pop up with a message saying all my things were in storage, Go to storage COMPLETELY GRAY! Everything I bought was gone and was needing to be repurchased.. I had two roller coasters and one was stuck in the back of my park inside of another ride, this is where I got ticked but I got really upset when I saw that I basically had no money and none of the things I had previously purchased.. I went to check to make sure I wasn’t kidding myself and sure enough it said 0/1 for my steel roller coaster... not very satisfied with what happened but I LOVED the game!! I just wish it didn’t crash on me...

Needs improvement. This game is fun and addictive, so addictive that I check the game every few hours, so be careful not to get hooked to this game. I have a smaller park, because I started a few days ago. It has all the restrooms and information centers and stuff, along with a equally mixed style of rides. Now, I’m a sensitive person, but the peeps ( people in the park) are never satisfied no matter what I do, and are really annoying and rude (especially the teenagers) and it makes the game frustrating to play. After reading other reviews I see I’m not alone. While constantly getting yelled at by angry animated customers, you can see that the graphics for this game are terrible. Just horrible. They put no detail towards anything except the rides. If you zoom in to look at peeps on the drop tower, you can see that they don’t even have faces. Whoever made this game probably just wants money and doesn’t care about their customers. This needs better graphics, and maybe negative character bubbles that aren’t so “sarcastic”.

Captivating. The last ten levels are painfully drawn out with only a few new ride additions; most from level 90-99 are repeats from previous levels with an added twist. It’s during this last leg of the journey that I really begin to consider that I’m wasting time. One would think that the producers would entice players to forge ahead by having some climactic grand delight. However, aside from the aforementioned criticism, this game is incredibly rewarding for the most part. They’ve added a water park as a separate area of the game (xp shared but not other forms of currency) and some special project areas, neither of which I can get interested in. If they could continue to add space and attractions to the main park, I could literally see myself playing it for years to come. It is worth mentioning that the game has very few bugs and an incredibly professional, prompt and courteous staff.

Love the game but..... **updating review. I have purchased additional cards 2x now and not received them! Very frustrating. The first time I contacted support and received them back. So far no response from the most recent wasted transaction. Very frustrating!** The graphics are great - reminds me of when I was a kid playing the game. The game itself is great as well and up until recently it flowed pretty smooth. But now every time I watch a video to get more free cards, the game shuts down. Literally every time. I can restart the game, restart my iPad, clear any open ap on my iPad, nothing helps. Very frustrating. I'm missing out on quite a few cards because of this. Hope the issue is fixed soon. The other thing that could use improving is how long the game takes to open. I have timed it to be a minute and a half at minimum. That's not long in the long run of life, but when you just want to play for a few minutes, it's too long. It's that way on any device I play on.

Some good and some not so good game attributes. Updated. Finally, holiday cards are offered in advance so there is time to decorate. However, I absolutely detest the scenarios that start with trashed paths and the path button is disabled and it takes forever to find a janitor card. I will no longer play those scenarios. They are disgusting and unrealistic. Upgrades and land in water park are way too expensive, and there should be more restaurants and shops. Customers keep complaining about sweets and I have maxed out the available offerings. If you are sick or take a vacation and do not play, you return to a broken down park. How is this fun or fair. Participants should be offered a vacation time out for at least one week minimum and there park should be held in a suspended mode until time out expires or is turned off. Would like to see more land expansion for main park.

This game is awesome!!!. First off, this game is very realistic. For example, the game has visitor’s thought bubbles over their heads saying what they want. “Too many people, paths are disgusting, rides are broken,(I’ll explain that in a second) can’t find the bathrooms, prices are too high, etc.” Also, if you don’t collect your money within the certain amount of time, the ride breaks, but you simply tap the button of the wrench over the building and it’s fixed. You do keep your money, though. Next, this game lets you advertise your park(s). You can advertise cheap or not as cheap. Lastly, there are multiple parks you can have. The normal standard park, water park, adventure park, and one that’s coming soon. I hope I have convinced you into downloading this game. If I haven’t, well, I’m sorry for wasting your time.

Amazing. I love this game! You can make the roller coaster how you want, you can change the color of everything, it’s not hard to get money, or more cards. I absolutely love this game. I have been playing it for about a month, and a half and I’m on level 23 so it’s not hard to level up at all, so if your thinking about downloading this game I highly recommend it! It’s very fun!! My only 2 complaints is sometimes it won’t save what you did. Like one time I completely re did my park, and I got off of it and went back on an hour later and it didn’t save anything I did. But it only did that like 2 times, and another complaint I have is I wish you had more path options then just 1. I’m sure you get more further into the game, but I’m at level 23 and I still only have 1 kind of path and 1 kind of fence.

There is a small glitch that needs a fix. For starters, I LOVE this game! Love love love it. In October I ended up in the hospital for 17 days. The first 7 I was in a medically induced coma. After I was waking up from the coma and was feeling a little more alive I would play this game to help me pass the time. Cause all know how bored you get in the hospital. lol But after this latest update I’ve been having trouble with it booting me out of the game randomly. It’s a hair annoying. It probably does it around 2 or 3 times a day. And just before it glitches like that when I go to reopen the game I’ve noticed that I’ve lost the last couple things I had changed or bought or switched around before it kicked me out. Hopefully the next update will take care of the glitch. In the meantime I’m still gonna play the game every day and enjoy it, despite the little annoyance of getting kicked off.

Its pretty fun but,. Its a pretty fun and good game but, the card packs are annoying. Right now in my park im being held back by not having enough janitor buildings so i can expand my park. I even bought a service pack of cards and to my lovely surprise i didnt get a single card i needed 🥰. I wish i could just buy the upgrades or cards that i needed to so i dont need to blow my money on RNG card packs. Other then that ive been enjoying the game, it does feel a little slow paced for me and i wish the UI and park building were more user friendly. I also have RCT classic mobile on my phone and it would be cool if you guys updated it so the whole screen fits on my phone lol. Oh yeah and one more thing, the satisfaction system makes no sense, i wish it was more clear on how to raise peep satisfaction on rides and stands and shops.

Bad Park Editor Mode. I actually really like this game. However it gets a 3 for a pretty important flaw (I sound like a total nerd getting all critical about RC Tycoon). There is a park editor mode you can enter to both make it slightly easier to edit the park and to save your stats from dropping (peep satisfaction, how many peeps enter the park, etc). When you’re in park editor mode, it auto saves every single thing you do so that when you exit the mode, all changes are in effect. They think they’re doing you a favor but it seems pretty standard to have to click save...I’d rather have to click save cause sometimes you just want to experiment! Since it auto saves, there’s no “undo” and any change you make is permanent. I find editing easiest when I scrap everything and start from scratch, but if you do that in park editor mode, you’re screwed if you don’t actually like the changes you’ve made! Anyways, like the game...but that’s pretty poorly thought out if you ask me.

Amazing play, however I lost everything in a bug. I grew up playing the CPU game. So coming across this to play when I was bored was truly exciting for me . I played for months on end and encountered no issues. Then one day all the progress, faux money I bought (Yes, I did) all gone. My park was empty. Alone my name and my account Info should show them how much I spent and where I spent it, but instead I got messaged back asking for all the info and questions I just didn’t think were necessary. You can look me up and see this is your glitch. I get it a games has issues. Regardless it was my money that I decided to spend “no special incentives for people who do decide to pay a little more and it was all gone the next day everything. It makes me just want to go purchase the old one (ONE-TIME PURCHASE) no internet just a game. I just wished they company valued your time and money more.
