Fun and then disappointing. I’ve played this everyday, and I get into levels 60-70. Everyday without the daily bonus. And then out of nowhere, I’m back at level one without anything I worked for or the VIP I paid for. Deleting the stupid app.

Love the Game But... I love this game. It’s a lot of fun, but it quickly gets hard to progress because you need to upgrade items.. but once you get 3 stars on the previous levels, you have to beat your best time to get more gold. So you quickly get stuck unless you spend real money on gold to buy the next upgrade.

Love the Game but definitely has issues. I love this game since childhood, however it just kept crashing one day none stop and I had to delete it and reinstall. But then it deleted all my progress and in app purchases. Not to mention there is no way to save the spot that you were in case this happens. Good game but certainly has its issues. Please fix the bugs.

Glitchy. I enjoy the game. However it seems to have become glitchy lately. -When I choose to use a life to play a previously played level, two lives are deducted. -There have been a few times where the clock to replenish my lives will only run when the game is running. So in the morning I still have to wait 40minutes to get two lives when it’s been off (and should have been replenishing) all night. -Many mornings when I try to get the free gift, it will not let me. -This isn’t a glitch, but observation...the cost of items needed to move onto a new level in the game is outrageous. It is virtually impossible to get past a certain level without buying additional coins. Even with finishing each previous level and receiving gold stars and the highest payout, it often isn’t enough to buy the needed improvement for the next level.

Fun game, no new content, glitches. I really love playing this game, but it seems the developers do not update often. There have not been new levels added in quite some time. Using boosters causes the game to crash and health being lost. If the game gets fixed I will adjust my rating.

Glitched. I was on level 67 and when I went to play again it restarted me at level 1. I bought a couple diamond packs and lost everything. I contacted the help center and all they could say was sorry there will be no refund!

Enjoying. Why isn’t there more levels

Lost all my progress.. Just started playing a few days ago, but the game restarted and lost all my progress. I was up through level 25 or 27.

Not receiving purchase. I contacted herocraft to let them know I was not issued the gems I purchased. The support told me to contact my app store because they are unable to manage purchases through the app store. I contacted the App Store and they said I’m not eligible for a refund. I disputed it and again am not eligible for a refund. So Jolly Days Farms got money for s purchase they did not provide.

The Game Randomly Reset. I enjoyed this game a lot. I paid for the VIP items I wanted and the game RESET. It erased my status and ALL my purchases. There is no in game fix and the Support is non responsive. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. I NEVER RECEIVED HELP! Do not play this game

Can’t play it as it continuously crashes. I’m on the latest iPhone and after playing the first three levels the game crashed and refuses to start again since then.

Game got restarted. My whole game got restarted, I have bought multiple things on the game. And now it’s all gone, I would like to know how and why my game got restarted, and why all of the coins and gems I had paid for weren’t there. Either want a refund for it all or it added back to my game or my game set back to where it was.

Great game but .... I love time management games like this I used to play FarmVille but it wouldn’t let me advance even after adding it on FB , I guess there was a glitch . I started playing this game and there’s also a glitch . Every time I open the game it closes me out after it loads.

Bugs. This game crashes after you get to level 5. Will not load anymore.

😡. I love this game. Or used to. I had a tablet when I was locked up and bought this game. It worked just fine. Never crashed or anything. Now playing through the App Store it crashes all the time. I can’t even get the game to open past the loading screen before it kicks me out by itself and suddenly I’m going from the loading screen of the game back to the Home Screen of my phone. I noticed that all these updates and bug fixes were two years ago!!! Please fix! I really love this game and would play it all the time!

Daily bonus. I really enjoy this game. It can be very challenging to move through without enough stars. I have had a problem with daily bonus’s though. It says come back daily but what constitutes daily? I have had issues with it advancing to the next bonus, instead it starts from the beginning. There is no timer indicating when it resets. Is it daily based on a specific time zone or something else?

Frustrating. Fun game but annoying to get pretty far only to have it completely reset. Twice. In one day.

all progress is lost suddenly. i don’t know whether that’s because the game was updated or whatever but either way i was really enjoying the game so much that i could’ve rated it five stars.. i even reached a high level until suddenly all my progress was lost and i was back at level one which is not fair and for this reason i won’t play it again until my progress is restored somehow..

Imagine That, It worked at first ….. Yep, you start a game and start to enjoy it, then boom something stops working on it ! I was able to keep clicking on the gems to watch a clip and earn 10 for each one I watch, but nope, now it don’t work ! Please fix this, thank you. And a few hours later the game don’t work at all !!!! Here we go again, you fixed it, now it’s back to not opening to play , do you want people playing your game, plus the everyday bonus doesn’t work every day works at most r days then resets, but it don’t matter now cause your back to not letting me play, by not letting it open (load) to play. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME ONCE AND FOR ALL, IT CRASHES EVERY OTHER DAY !!!! I got a response back but I think you responded back to the wrong person because I didn’t say I made a purchase, I want your game to stop crashing and give the rewards everyday like it’s supposed to.

What happened?!. I had made it upwards of level 90 and had purchased quite a bit of items. All of a sudden, the game has reset to the beginning and all that I’ve bought is gone. I tried restoring purchases and I have not deleted and reloaded the game. It didn’t even update to my knowledge. Do you have an explanation? I want my money back!

Big Glitch. I was honestly enjoying the game. Tonight I bought a few upgrades and my game reset to the beginning and it does not reflect my purchases. I am back at level one.

Unhappy. I love this game but this is the Second time I have to start this whole game over. I was far in the game again. First time I didn't save it to my phone. The second time around I did. This is really annoying.

Don’t bother. It was a great game. But the. It started shutting down at random times. Now it won’t even start. Uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it. Nope. It will start but won’t reinstate all the stuff I bought so wasted money. Was up past level 50. Now back to lvl 1. Get to lvl 3 and the program shuts down and won’t open the program again. Cant play and wasted money on it.

Deleted and continues to delete my progress.. Just as the title says, and it constantly crashes at startup.

Glitches. It was great until today when I opened up the app and had to complete start over. I chose to spend money to help myself progress. But to open up the game and I have to start from the very beginning and all my progress was lost. That’s stinks.

Addictive game!. Love it! Challenging and fun. Is there any plans for adding more levels? I finished till 110 and now i want more!

Lost progress and $$$. I loved playing this on my PC and decided to get it for my phone. I had purchased a few of the items /deals and when they did the update lost all progress and my purchases. I contacted support which told me to contact apple to work on potentially getting money back. Wish I had read more reviews as this seemed to be a common issue. The game itself was fun. Challenging but not overly so that I would want to stop playing.

Save yourself frustration!!. Like other individuals who have Written a review. It appears this game has several glitches. I am myself I’ve played previous levels and instead of losing one life I’ve lost two or more. I had collected over 20,000 coins as well as 910 diamonds and was saving them up for a VIP perk. Just long on to find that I am back to the first level (was on 47) with the starting amount of coins and diamonds.

Great game. Great game ; can’t stop playing. However I’m still waiting on new levels 😔

I really enjoyed this game but... I opened the game today and it reset everything. I was almost on level 80 so I was almost finished with all the levels. I had fun getting there but I was working to getting everything so I could just say that I did it but now it’s pointless. It took me time and months to get that far.

Restart issue. I love the game, but having issues with it taking me back to level one. On my 3rd time now and debating on getting rid of the app...having to restart and playing the same levels is getting old.

Trouble. The game pretty fun but I can’t get in. I click on the app to play but it kick me out, I already try so many times.

Fun and addictive. I have really enjoyed this game. I had to buy some the of the VP products to move past a level but when I discovered you get 10 diamonds for watching videos I was delighted! Was expecting 1. I love that you get to test the VP products. My deduction of one star is because it seemed you needed buy a VP item to continue. It’s possible to get them without spending real money so sticking with four stars.

Very buggy. With lots of pop up ads and disjointed game action. I kept having to close down the game after pop up ads because they would mess up the screen. Got through about 10 levels out of 60 to 100 and deleted game. Too frustrating.

Just ok. Some levels are to hard to pass and then when I got to 68 it kicked me back to 1 and I lost everything. Tried to get a hold of the app people and never got response back

Keeps crashing. Been playing for a couple months. Suddenly every time I open the the app it just closes. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and played for a few minutes, from the beginning 😖 and it keeps crashing. Please fix

This game idk. Omg is what I got to say.... I love playing this game but it does have glitches. The number one thing that pisses me off, is the game itself doesn’t know how to count.I have collected items and it never goes up. Like for instance I collected milk 2 times and the game only counted it once. This has happened several occasions. I ready to delete this game!

Little bit upset. I’ve been playing this game, and ended up spending money on it, and then a couple days later it completely restarted the game. And now I lost all my diamonds and money. Not very happy about that, otherwise I love the game.

Use to love this game. I have been playing this game for a month and loved it! Yesterday I opened it and all my progress is gone!! I purchase a cat, well, storage and truck! All gone! Contact support and they told me oh well! We can get your progress or items back!! Horrible customer service!!

So many glitches. I miss the original Farm Frenzy and this game reminded me of it. Until I got to level 49 and the game reset. Lost it all. I gave it another try and got to level 41 and again, it reset. There is no way to save the game. Contacted support and basically just got an apology. If you want a game that has no updates, no save game progress, and a game that resets and you lose all progress, this is a game for you. If not, pass on it. It’s not worth it

Ugh. Every time I get up to about level 45 it restarts. So annoying

Game issues. I love this game , but whenever i choose one of the bonus options to finish the level (ex. Extra time, or machine speed) the game crashes and i have to start all over again .. Im almost done with all the levels , waiting for more levels .. please update as soon as possible and fix the crashes ...

Still waiting. I absolutely love this game but it seems to be going nowhere fast, there was an update a while ago and we got 10 new levels now we are playing the waiting game yet again, please update and get more new levels as you can only play old levels so many times. I would be extremely sad to have to delete this game but your players can’t wait forever. Thanks for a wonderful game hopefully it will stay around .

Update. Just did the update and now it’s like I’m starting the game again from the start?

Fun and challenging. Love the game but just found coming into it today that I had been sent back to the very beginning and have to start again. The daily rewards only gets to around day 14 as well then reverts back to day 1. I was at level 100 and now back to first level and slowly working my way back through levels.

Can’t use the special booster. Hi I don’t know if this my only happens on iOS or not, I’m using iPhone X and every time I try to use the booster the games kicks me out of the game to my home page and I have restart the stage every time when I click on to any booster. Please fix it. Thanks

Coins, coins and more coins. Good game but unless you’re willing to spend a good chunk of money on coins, this game is not for you. Every third level demands that you upgrade a machine which cost several thousands coins. Your choice is to either purchase coins or watch ads. Every ads you watch (30 sec.)pays you 150 coins. If the ads paid 1000 coins, it would almost be worth it but when an upgrade is over 20,000 coins, 150 coins for an ad is pointless. Fun game but impossible to move ahead without several purchases. Unfortunate.

Reset every month?. Why does the game reset back to stage 1 at the end of the month? It does not say anywhere that you have to beat all levels in a month. I was on level 95 with most VIP upgrades. This is the second time. I will not be starting over again for a third time. I love this game, but the reset is what is giving a 3 star.

Crashes after a few levels. Tried to download twice

Restore my purchases. I love this game so much. But you guys keep ripping me off. I spent at least $16-$20 on this game and then it crashed (out of anyone’s control) and not only did I lose all my progress but it took away all my previous purchases as well. It’s been almost an entire year since I’ve played after losing everything and I’m still upset. I want my purchases restored or a refund of my money spent. I would love to change my rating to the 5 stars this game deserves. But I’m being ripped off.

Disappointed - Rip off!!. So this game you can’t possibly pass level 100 lock without using diamond to unlock it which I did. However after I unlocked it, I closed the app. I opened it back to play after and level 101 is locked again but the diamonds are of course gone. I’m very disappointed. Anyways, wanted to try to beat gold score for a lower level. After 15 sec, I knew I screwed up something so I didn’t bother finishing it and exit back to the map. Guess what! Somehow I have 2 more lives left. I had 5 when I started, played 15 sec and and 3 lives gone. I’m very upset. Giving a 3 cuz the game is great still
