It’s my new favorite.. Addicting, that’s for sure. I love the art style as well. Been playing it for a long time now, don’t plan on stopping.

Fun team builder but don’t get too invested.. Been playing since the game came out. Picked Wu Kingdom as my main. I’ve probably spent over 100,000 gold ingots and haven’t gotten the 1 unit I’ve wanted (Gan Ning). You’ll get plenty of units while playing, but most aren’t Emperor rarity which means their max stats at end game are garbage and aren’t worth the effort it takes to get to 7 stars and ascend (the game has a hidden rarity rank it doesn’t tell you about by the way). Play for free and don’t take it too serious. Otherwise this game falls short which is sad because I’m a big Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors fan.

Unreliable app. Crashes constantly. Can’t stay open for more than 10 minutes.

Good to go. No need to spend money

You don't have to spend money to have fun. Not sure what the gripes are with some people: this is a freemium game and while you can spend money, I've had no issues with not spending money and still finish my daily missions and earn gold. You will progress slowly, but that's why I'm playing this daily. Word of advice: don't choose Shu kingdom at start, and do spend the 150 gold (50% off) on premium officer lottery daily. If you play the missions you'll earn far more gold. Also look at what officer combos top players use, and slowly build your ranks that way.

Favorite phone game. Been playing since 2016 and I will say this is my favorite phone game. I appreciate the store prices because it extremely limits pay to play and makes it a luck driven game. I would recommend watching starter videos so you don’t make the same mistakes I did and take too long in game to figure out what I was doing wrong. But yeah…good game devs.

Game lost my log in!!!. I was playing the game and it was real fun up until I got to lvl 47 and then it kicked my from the game and now it says log in error when I try to reconnect with my Facebook account. What’s worst is I spent money on it too and it took all the progress away from me. Now I have to start over but am not spending a single penny extra on this game. I learned my lesson.

My 2 year experience. This game is fun, never thought I would play this long for a game. Now is 2021 and will be my third year playing. This game takes time and process to build strong, no money is necessary; although I have spend some in it. But it’s a fun game, KEY: this game takes time not a P2W game!

Phenomenal game by all means.. So far I’ve played this for 20 minutes and I can already tell I’m going to be addicted, the game isn’t pay to play and is very good about teaching you the basics rather than just throwing you into the game. If it would’ve I would be lost with how much there is in the game. I’m very impressed and hope to see more great updates.

Really fun!. I find it very interesting! All the characters are so adorable and spectacular with a lot of amazing skills. It's also easy to adapt to the game though it has many features.

A must play. This game is excellent, I love games with a huge cast of characters like how final fantasy 3 was. Cool team combinations and lots of different fun things to do in the game always. A lot of events keep things fresh too, very good job to the makers of this game and thank you.

Server is always down and it wipes out all your progress. I was making great progress with the game moving close to Level 50. One day when I tried to log in and the server was down. A few hours later when I tried to log in and this time it worked. However, my profile was not there and all my progress was gone!! I had even purchased $99 VIP package and now my money is gone too!! I wrote to the team and haven’t heard anything back so far. So be careful and don’t buy any upgrade packages from them!!

Love it!. Me and my older brother enjoy playing this game, even if we just found it yesterday! I don’t know why but I made a joke that the red face guy with the green helmet is an watermelon... But its still super amazing! It is a tradition to wear flowers in your hair in China! (I’m Chinese) I just wanna say this to the creator(s), I love your work and you are absolutely AMAZING !!!! Me and my brother love your amazing game!

Seriously?. I've been playing for a year. The roll chances you get everyday are rigged. You'll honestly never hit the 500 gold. It's designed to skip it, even if it rolls perfectly and slowly to it, it WILL skip it. Thanks developer. You're truly the best.

Keeper. Are you tired of looking around for game after game that just wants to pocket your money? Well this game is different they are not interested in your money that you have things you could purchase but you don’t need them to play

I’m a fan. I’ve always been a fan of romance of the three kingdoms type games and I’m enjoying this one. It’s pretty much like all the other games these days that allow you to spend real money to get ahead but I didn’t feel like I actually needed to spend the hundreds of dollars I’ve already dumped into it. I recommend the game.

I’m sad. I lost my high lvl account went to play this morning and it was gone so only giving 1 star I even spent real money on that account I am not happy

Bugged game. Level up reward for hitting level 5 you are suppose to receive Zheng Bu, but after I accepted the reward he was not put in my officer or reserve tab. If this gets fixed I will reevaluate my review.

Lost all progress. The game got reset and all progress is gone. I didn’t spend any money on it but it is just waste of time.

Omg I can’t stop playing. First of all I’m a sucker for collecting characters in a game and then add on top of that I love the three kingdoms storyline and THEN The character design the graphics are awesome

No Customer Support. If you make a mistake buying anything that should be easily removed, like gold with hard to come by ingots, support doesn’t care. Don’t expect any help from them. Be warned before spending any time OR money on this game cause you’ll get owned by support just copy pasting links and responses and calling it customer service. LOL what a joke.

Must Play / Best Idle Game no joke!. Been on this game for over 6 months now! Still going strong! End Game builds are deep with tons of combo builds. Story line is funny and witty. Killed urge to play both clashes. Guess I’m trading one evil for another. Lol If you’re looking for an engaging idle game? Look no further. Done. Oh, no money necessary to advance. Though I did spend some money! I wanted to contribute to the game devs. Keep it going!!

Disconnected for the 50th time. I know this complaint is kinda stupid but I have been disconnected from the only us sever so many times I have not been able enjoy the game. From what I have been able to play so far it seems great. I honestly have no idea if the disconnections are on my end or the severs but if you could please check it out that would be great. Like not even a minute in from joining the server I get disconnected.

Very fun and addicting!. This game is just what I wanted, a city builder Three kingdoms themed. The game itself is very fun and addicting, there is so much to do and so many generals to get. Would definitely reccomend, this game needs more recognition then it has.

Wasted my money and time.. Graph quality is normal but I always got glitches on my iPhone X Max ! Sever is not stable, I got disconnected all the day! Game content is so limited, I don’t know what should I do. Most important point, I spend more the $2000 dollars on recruiting and got nothing! Nothing ! I try to got refund since I only play less than a week. Of course got denied !

Great!. This is a great game in general. My only complaint would be that there is too many OP heroes but it somehow balances itself out. What I love about this game is that I barely spent $5-10 and I have some of the BEST and RAREST officers in the game. The devs really give out a lot of free Gold Ingots for everybody to use and I appreciate them for that. The interface and battles are fun to watch (especially the animations). Overall great, free game!

Great gameplay!. It starts off just a bit slow, but once you reach level 20, things open up/are available to you. Excellent team bonus system set in place for battle

Must play for any RTK fan. Really enjoying the game, only thing I have an issue with is how expensive the in game app purchases are compared to what you’re getting, none of them really see worth it at all. And a suggestion I have is to create a player market where players trade or sell characters or items for coin or gold. That would benefit players and developers alike. A system similar to FIFA or madden ultimate team.

Fresh start. Just started the game. Don’t plan on spending any money but I don’t feel the need to either. They give you soooooo much free stuff when you start and to help you catch up I can’t even use it all.

Don't waste your time on this game. First of all, this game has a big IP: who doesn't like Three Kingdoms if you read this history in China? Secondly, this game is a blackhole for the money you put in. It's relatively hard to get 4+ stars champions compares to other Team-built RPG games. Overall, it just repeat the ideas from other games and literally nothing in this is creative. Don't waste your time and money on this game.

Brief review. Most features and mechanics (e.g. story, art, characters, music, navigation, etc.) are appealing and enjoyable. Servers seems popular in Asia, however, a Western (ENG) server is available. All servers appears consistently stable. Tutorials are brief and satisfactory. Greater understanding of things first explained by the tutorial will usually make itself clear with regular practice. Base editing could have more ease of placing and removing decorations, and more accurate touch identify (lower deviation). Minus 1 of 5. Most features will be unlocked at account level 80. Minus 1 of 5. Customer service was not immediately required, therefore, no review. Bug fixes and improvements rectify issues within reasonable time. Overall, very enjoyable to play. Although later features can be unlocked, committed progression will be rewarding. Recommendable to new and familiar players to, an exaggerated, comical, and nonsensical tale of, Three Kingdoms inspired by Chinese history. My initial rating, as of April 2019, is 3/5.
